1Password is growing. We’ve surpassed $500M in ARR and we’re continuing to accelerate, earning a spot on the Forbes Cloud 100 for four years in a row and teaming up with iconic partners like Oracle Red Bull Racing.
About 1Password
At 1Password, we’re building the foundation for a safe, productive digital future. Our mission is to unleash employee productivity without compromising security by ensuring every identity is authentic, every application sign-in is secure, and every device is trusted. We innovated the market-leading enterprise password manager and pioneered Unified Access Management, a new cybersecurity category built for the way people and AI agents work today. As one of the most loved brands in cybersecurity, we take a human-centric approach in everything from product strategy to user experience. Over 180,000 businesses, from Fortune 100 leaders to the world’s most innovative AI companies, trust 1Password to help their teams securely adopt the SaaS and AI tools they need to do their best work.
If you're excited about the opportunity to contribute to the digital safety of millions, to work alongside a team of curious, driven individuals, and to solve hard problems in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, then we want to hear from you. Come join us and help shape a safer, simpler digital future.
As a Senior CSM at 1Password, you own and strategically manage a portfolio of customers – driving value realization, revenue retention, and expansion outcomes that consistently exceed expectations. You operate with full commercial autonomy: advancing expansion opportunities independently, engaging VP and C-suite stakeholders as a trusted advisor, and managing complex renewals without escalation. Beyond your own book, you raise the bar for the team through mentorship, playbook contributions, and peer enablement.
How we’re using AI today
Across GTM, we’re transforming the way we work with AI. We expect every seller, CSM, and team member to become a power user, using it daily to work smarter and move faster. AI is already embedded in how we operate – from real-time coaching that sharpens how we sell and interact with customers, to surfacing insights that help us anticipate needs – creating more time for meaningful customer engagement. If you’re excited to reshape how you think, make decisions, and drive growth with AI, you’ll feel right at home here.
This is a remote opportunity within the UK.
Note: All go-to market roles will have an in-person onboarding in Toronto.
What we're looking for:
- 6+ years in a customer-facing, consultative, or technical role in SaaS – Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, Technical Account Management, or IT/security leadership.
- Demonstrated track record of exceeding retention, adoption, and expansion outcomes; experience recognized with performance distinction is a plus.
- Proven ability to run executive business reviews with VP and C-suite stakeholders.
- Background in cybersecurity, IAM, identity security, or enterprise IT preferred; former 1Password power user is a strong plus.
- Strategic success planning and multi-threaded stakeholder management across a complex portfolio.
- Commercial acumen: independently qualifies, advances, and documents expansion opportunities; manages negotiations without oversight.
- Designs and applies AI-assisted workflows to commercial execution; documents use cases in a shareable format.
- Strong Gainsight and Salesforce hygiene; consistent forecasting discipline.
- Highly autonomous; manages complex accounts without requiring managerial direction.

- Proactively identify and mitigate renewal risks; close risk CTAs with a high rate of success within defined timeframes.
DRIVE ADOPTION & VALUE REALIZATION
- Achieve strong Executive Sponsor attendance in EBRs across segments; EBRs are value-driven, data-backed, and consistently advance renewal confidence.
- Maintain commercial intelligence across strategic accounts – budget cycles, org changes, compliance mandates, and stack rationalization.
- Translate advanced 1Password capabilities into clear outcomes for VP and C-suite stakeholders; tie adoption to measurable ROI and long-term advocacy.
LEAD REVENUE RETENTION & EXPANSION
- Achieve strong amendment and renewal upsell win rates; proactively source and advance expansion opportunities with documented context.
- Maintain forecasting hygiene with minimal blank or unmodified renewals approaching subscription end.
OPERATE WITH STRATEGIC RIGOR
- Manage commercial objections, renewal negotiations, and competitive conversations independently – without escalation for standard to complex scenarios.
- Build and present business cases to customer champions; advance deals with enough depth to move through the pipeline with AE alignment.
ACT AS A TRUSTED SECURITY ADVISOR
- Deep working knowledge of the full 1Password product suite; design tailored success journeys connecting feature adoption to measurable business outcomes.
- Incorporate regulatory context, breach patterns, and competitive dynamics into EBRs with confidence.
- Design and share AI-assisted workflows with teammates in a replicable, documented format.
COLLABORATE & ENABLE
- Lead joint account planning with your AE; cited by AEs as a proactive commercial collaborator who improves deal outcomes.
- Mentor Level B CSMs through call shadowing, ad hoc coaching, or onboarding support.
- Lead or co-lead cross-team initiatives; contribute tools or improvements adopted by peers.

TEAM
Our Corporate teams support the company's performance and growth whilst putting people at the core of everything they do. - Collaborate regularly with Voodoo's Data leadership and engineering teams to align on architecture, tooling, and best practices
- Build intuitive dashboards and internal applications that allow Finance teams to explore data and manage workflows independently
- Identify AI and automation opportunities, take them from prototype to production, and measure the value they create
- Help Finance teams adopt data and AI tools effectively through documentation, training, and day-to-day support
PROFILE
- Significant experience in data engineering, analytics engineering, or a closely related role, including ownership of production-grade data solutions
- Proven track record of building or substantially improving a modern data platform or analytics stack
- Highly proficient in SQL and comfortable building production systems in Python
- Strong software-engineering practices applied to data work: testing, version control, code review, documentation, and monitoring
- Solid understanding of core corporate Finance and accounting concepts; familiarity with French accounting principles is a strong advantage
- Ability to translate ambiguous business needs into clear, pragmatic technical solutions
- Comfortable working autonomously, prioritising competing needs, and delivering value incrementally

Problem Space
Logistics operations today are still largely:
manual
reactive
fragmented across tools
running on incomplete or late data
full of conflicting constraints
under real-time decision pressure
driven by evolving business rules
a mix of legacy and new systems
Much of this is unstructured: emails, documents, free-text updates, exceptions nobody modelled. That is where AI changes the game.
We’re building a system that:
ingests real-time operational data, structured and unstructured
supports planning and execution decisions, with AI agents that act where it’s safe and hand over to humans where it isn’t
adapts to constantly changing constraints
What You’ll Work On
AI in production.
Building LLM- and agent-powered features into production .NET services: tool calling, structured outputs, retrieval over operational data, document and message understanding.
The seams.
Designing the boundaries between deterministic business logic and probabilistic AI: validation, fallbacks, human-in-the-loop.
Trust.
Making AI measurable and trustworthy: evals, test sets, observability, guardrails and cost/latency budgets.
Ownership.
Owning features end to end, from problem framing with product to running them in production.
Design Principles
keep things simple before scalable
prefer explicit logic over magic abstractions, and that includes AI: deterministic where you can, model where you must
optimize for change, not perfection (models, prompts and providers will change)
measure AI behaviour, don’t trust vibes
avoid “framework-driven architecture”
accept that some parts will be ugly, temporarily
Tech Stack
.NET · Vue.js · service-oriented architecture · relational + operational data storage · cloud-based infrastructure · LLM APIs and agent tooling (e.g. Semantic Kernel / Microsoft.Extensions.AI, MCP) · vector/semantic search · eval and tracing tools
How We Build
AI-native development is the default. You use coding agents (e.g. Claude Code, Copilot) every day.
You own what you ship, whoever typed it: you review AI-generated code critically, test it and understand it.
What We Expect
Strong, senior-level .NET engineering
Ability to navigate uncertainty and work in ambiguity
Willingness to challenge decisions
Focus on outcomes, not just code
Understanding of trade-offs and complex systems, including when not to use AI
Preferring ownership over comfort
Strong Plus
Having shipped LLM/AI features to production and kept them running
Experience with evals, prompt/version management or AI observability
Python for prototyping and data work
Logistics or other real-time operations domain experience
What You Won’t Find Here
over-engineering everything upfront
unnecessary microservices
“clean architecture” for the sake of it
process-heavy development
AI demos that never reach production
wrapping a chatbot around a problem and calling it solved

- Turn financial data into insights that help the business make better decisions
- Continuously improve and standardize processes as Tebi scales
What You'll Need
- 2-4 years of experience in financial control, accounting, or external audit (max 6 years of experience)
- You thrive in an unstructured, fast-changing scale-up environment and don't need everything mapped out to make progress

- Savvy with automation and AI tools, and genuinely interested in using them to work more efficiently
- Solid grounding in accounting principles and financial reporting
- Sharp attention to detail combined with strong problem-solving skills
- Clear, confident communication, comfortable working closely with teams across the business

What is Restaurant Software?
Restaurants and other merchants use various software systems such as Point of Sale (POS), Reservations, Kitchen Display Systems (KDS), Payments, Inventory, Staffing, and the list goes on. These systems all need to speak to each other which they frequently don’t. It’s a mess, and we are fixing it.
From buying a croissant at a cafe to having dinner with friends, it’s a €4 Trillion+ global market and a critical part of everyday life in today's economy.
How we use AI at Tebi
We use AI the way our merchants use Tebi, to cut out the friction and get to what matters faster. We believe in a world where AI increases quality, efficiency and speed.
At Tebi, AI isn't a policy or a checkbox, it's just part of how we work. It helps us write, analyse, build, and improve but doesn’t make the last call. If there's a smarter way to do something, we want to find it.

About the role
As a Senior Analyst – Permanent Controls, you will join the Permanent Controls team, a global Second Line of Defence (2LoD) function based across Paris and Mauritius. Reporting directly to the Head of Permanent Controls within the Compliance department, you will focus on the financial perimeter, exercising second-line control, independent oversight, and framework monitoring over the organization's finance domain. You will partner closely with the First Line of Defence (1LoD) to establish control standards, design control matrices, and provide guidance when needed. You will also execute 2LoD control plans, issue formal findings, and track recommendations through to resolution.
Sitting in the Second Line of Defense, the global Permanent Controls team serves as an ongoing, trusted advisor and objective challenge to operational teams (1LoD), helping them design robust controls and ensure operational integrity across the organization.
Unlike periodic audit functions, Permanent Controls operates continuously to proactively identify vulnerabilities, standardize control frameworks, and foster a strong risk culture.
Note on Governance: This is a 2LoD function focused on ongoing control design, execution, and 1LoD enablement. It is distinct and independent from the Internal Audit (3LoD) function within Checkout.com.
Key responsibilities
- Control Design: Collaborate with stakeholders to translate identified risks into comprehensive 2nd line control plans, standards, and templates.
- 1LoD Enablement: Partner with the First Line of Defence teams to design, refine, and assess their control matrices, ensuring alignment with internal standards and regulators' expectations (ACPR, FCA..).
- Execution & Testing: Formalize and execute second line permanent controls across critical perimeters, including:
- Financial regulatory reporting across global entities (France, UK, US, etc.).
- Accuracy of financial data, accounting standards, and reconciliations.
- Internal financial processes, procedures, and statutory compliance (including the Order of 3 December 2014).
- Safeguarding mechanisms (flow of funds, compliance with safeguarding measures, timelines, and incident monitoring).
- Reporting & Escalation: Present detailed control findings and anomaly reports to the Head of Permanent Controls; track the implementation of remediation recommendations.
- Proactive Continuous Improvement: Identify operational control gaps, take the initiative to propose practical solutions, and drive improvements to the overall control framework.
- Tooling & Automation: Contribute to the implementation and optimization of automated control tools, tracking dashboards, and recommendation monitoring systems whenever possible.
About You
- Experience: 5 years of experience in Financial Audit, Internal Control, or Financial Reporting within the financial services (banking, Fintech..) or payments industry.
- Regulatory Context: Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and ACPR expectations is strongly preferred.
- Mindset & Working Style:
- Proactive & Autonomous: A "go-getter" who takes ownership, anticipates control gaps, and brings actionable solutions to the table rather than waiting for direction.
- Naturally Curious: A drive to understand end-to-end business operations, data flows, and complex payment mechanics.
- Rigorous & Analytical: Meticulous attention to detail with an ability to leverage data analytics to evaluate controls, transactions and processes objectively.
- Languages: Fluency in French and English is required.
- Communication: Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate clear findings and influence decision-making across lines of defence.

THE ROLE
Baseten is growing fast, and how we hire shapes what we become. Some of that work is quick, like a data pull for leadership or an Ashby answer for a recruiter. Some of it spans months and needs executive buy-in.
You'll identify, build and own programs end to end, from redesigning core recruiting processes to building and shipping AI-powered tools that change how our recruiters work every day. You'll work across Ashby, Notion, Slack, and Claude, and treat AI as a core part of how recruiting runs.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Break large, ambiguous problems into clear phases, owners, and deadlines, and drive them through to adoption, not just launch.
- Lead large-scale recruiting programs end to end: secure leadership buy-in, manage timelines across stakeholders, and use data to decide what to change and how to measure it.
- Analyze interview plans, pass-through rates, stage timing, and interviewer load in Ashby, and turn findings into concrete recommendations.
- Own data hygiene and job setup consistency across the pipeline so leadership can trust recruiting reporting, and build the dashboards and reports the team relies on.
- Support operational asks from recruiters and leadership, and turn repeated asks into self-serve tools or documented answers.
- Build, pilot, and iterate on Claude-powered tools and workflows that solve recurring pain points across the recruiting team.
- Keep recruiting documentation – including interview guides, playbooks, SOPs, and training material – current, monitored, and easy to find.
- Propose and roll out process changes that make recruiting faster and more consistent, including the comms and training that make them stick.
REQUIREMENTS
- 3+ years in recruiting operations, program management, or a related operations role at a fast-growing company.
- Track record of running cross-functional projects end to end, including getting buy-in from senior leaders.
- Comfort pulling, analyzing, and presenting data, and turning it into clear recommendations.
- Clear, concise writing, including for executive audiences.
- Strong prioritization skills, with the ability to balance long-running programs with day-to-day asks.
NICE TO HAVE
- Hands-on Ashby experience, especially reporting and dashboards, or deep experience with another ATS, including using data and metrics to drive decisions and set priorities.
- Experience building workflows or tools with AI (Claude, ChatGPT, or similar).
BENEFITS
- Competitive compensation, including meaningful equity
- (U.S. only) 100% coverage of medical, dental, and vision insurance for employee and dependents
- Flexible PTO policy including company wide Winter Break (our offices are closed from Christmas Eve to New Year's Day!)
- Paid parental leave
- Fertility and family-building stipend through Carrot
- (U.S. only) Company-facilitated 401(k)
- Exposure to a variety of ML startups, offering unparalleled learning and networking opportunities.
Apply now to embark on a rewarding journey in shaping the future of AI! If you are a motivated individual with a passion for machine learning and a desire to be part of a collaborative and forward-thinking team, we would love to hear from you.
At Baseten, we are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace. We provide equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants without regard to race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, genetic information, disability, or veteran status.

You’ll be part of a team that challenges the status quo, and is excited to experiment and iterate in search of the best solution. We need people who are keen to take on challenging problems, who seek feedback to grow, and who are driven to make an impact. If you're looking for a place where you can settle into a comfortable routine, this might not be the right fit for you. We’re looking for individuals who are proven experts in their fields, as well as those who are highly adaptable, can thrive in ambiguity and through change, are curious, and above all deliver results.
How we work with AI
We are committed to leveraging cutting-edge technology—including AI—to achieve our mission. We also understand that thinking critically about AI in its current forms will help us create better solutions for our customers and ourselves with its future forms, which will help us continue to close the gap between security and privacy and achieve our mission. We want team members at all levels to take the approach of actively learning AI best practices, identifying opportunities to apply AI in meaningful ways, and driving innovative solutions in their daily work. Embracing the future of AI isn't just encouraged—it's an essential part of how we will be successful at 1Password.

Our approach to work
We recognize the power of both in person collaboration and remote work. Some roles are designated as remote-first, with an expectation that individuals work from their homes majority of the time, while others are designated as in-office roles, with an expectation of being on-site on a regular basis. We recognize that certain roles benefit from regular, in-person connection to support collaboration, team cohesion, and customer engagement.
For all roles, occasional travel may be required. This includes things like: department-wide offsites, quarterly department meetings and periodic customer events. These events are typically held in varying locations across Canada, USA and/or EMEA. In leadership roles, you can expect to travel once per month on average.
