OKX is a leading crypto exchange, and the developer of OKX Wallet, giving millions access to crypto trading and decentralized crypto applications (dApps). OKX is also a trusted brand by hundreds of large institutions seeking access to crypto markets. We are safe and reliable, backed by our Proof of Reserves. Across our multiple offices globally, we are united by our core principles:

What You’ll Be Doing
Lead global finance operations. Accounting and reporting, month end close, financial controls, regulatory reporting, local audit, and regulatory reporting all sit under you. You'll lead a team of 30+ professionals across 15 countries and be accountable for the quality, timeliness, and defensibility of everything that comes out of it.
Partner with the regional C-suite on what's next. Business strategy, exchange listings, infrastructure investment, and M&A — you'll be in the room, and you'll be the one putting numbers behind the options. Capital planning and investor relations sit with you, as do external partnerships that carry a financial dimension.
Price the decisions before they're made. New products, new markets, new licenses. Each one gets a financial evaluation from your team — unit economics, capital requirements, tax and regulatory cost, downside cases. Leadership should be able to trust that analysis without re-running it.
Tighten controls and risk frameworks across crypto and fiat. This is the part most finance leaders haven't done before. Internal controls, SOX readiness, audit, and global regulatory obligations have to work across digital-asset custody and movement as well as conventional banking flows. You'll build the frameworks that hold up in both worlds.
Own external relationships. Regulators, banking partners, payment providers. These relationships determine what the business can and can't do in a given market, and they need a senior finance voice who regulators and bank credit committees take seriously.
Standardize the plumbing. Global finance policies, a single reporting architecture, consistent close and consolidation processes.
Sit on leadership committees at both the global and local entity level, including boards and governance bodies where a licensed entity requires it.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regional financial regulations and cryptocurrency market developments.
What We Look For In You
Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
Deep technical foundation in IFRS and US GAAP. CPA, ACCA, CA or equivalent certifcation
15+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, preferably in a cryptocurrency exchange, fintech, or financial services company.
Strong understanding of cryptocurrency markets, blockchain technology, and digital asset accounting.
Expertise in financial regulations of various global jurisdictions (e.g., NYDFS, MAS, VARA, MiCA, FCA).
Proven experience with financial systems (e.g., Oracle NetSuite) and automation tools.
Strong analytical, strategic, and leadership skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
Excellent communication skills and ability to operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Experience managing multi-currency operations and intercompany transactions.
Ability to lead and develop teams in multiple jurisdictions and work across different time zones.

Passionate about blockchain technology and the crypto space

About the Opportunity
OKX is going all-in on AI-native localisation. The field has long been stuck on one trade-off: you can have translation quality, or you can have scale, but not both. And the real question was never "is this translation accurate?" — it's "can the user actually understand it and get through the flow?"
Web3 is the hardest place to solve this. The vocabulary reinvents itself constantly, with new tech jargon, protocol names and memes appearing every week. It sits next to dense, high-stakes trading terminology, where a single mistranslated word can mislead a user or move money. And every market has its own fast-moving regulations, so the "right" translation is a moving target that must stay compliant across jurisdictions in real time. If you want a localisation problem that is genuinely unsolved — high ambiguity, high stakes, high velocity — this is it.
We're going to break the trade-off with agents. You will own the 0-1 build and launch of two things:
A frontier
agentic translation system
that localises every market (20+ languages) with a human-in-the-loop mechanism.
A self-improving
agentic QA product
that autonomously evaluates translation and end-to-end localisation quality, flags its own failures, and closes the loop.
This is a build-the-frontier role, not a manage-the-vendor role.
This role does not require a linguistics or translation background, multilingual ability, or algorithm engineering skills. We're looking for a PM leader who can build a frontier agentic translation and QA system from 0 to 1 — and make the whole organisation share responsibility for localisation quality.
What You’ll Be Doing
You will lead a squad of product managers and developers, and work hand-in-hand with language managers, to ship the translation and QA systems into production. You set the product direction and quality bar; your PMs and engineers build the agents, harness and evals; and the language managers ground the system in what "good" actually means in each market. Your job is to make these three groups operate as one team — and to make localisation quality something the whole organisation owns, not just the language team.
Own the agentic translation system
Architect and ship it end to end, from 0 to 1, across all markets and 20+ languages — where models carry the work and humans set the standard and make the final call. Break the cost curve: hold quality flat while coverage scales across languages, content and release velocity, so cost stops growing linearly with the business. Make the system interoperate cleanly with OKX's existing localisation stack and content pipelines, rather than living as an island.
Build the agentic QA and quality automation
Stand up an autonomous QA agent that evaluates translation and localisation quality at scale — catching regressions before release, monitoring in production, and self-verifying every fix, using LLM-as-a-judge and eval harnesses rather than manual review. Evaluate not just accuracy and fluency but cultural fit, bias and safety — especially on regulated and financial content, where a wrong or non-compliant phrasing is a real risk. Make quality measurable: define and drive a hard quality signal — human-acceptance rate, or the edit effort needed to reach shippable quality (e.g. Translation Time-to-Edit) — so quality is a metric the system optimises against, not a subjective call. And protect the funnel: conversion on key user journeys should never be adversely affected by language or localisation issues.
Make it self-improving
Drive a sustained reduction in severe and recurring production issues — every escape becomes a new guardrail, and the system gets smarter with every release.
What We Look For In You
PM leader who has taken a frontier agentic product from 0 to 1, beyond translation.
Proven ability to ship genuinely novel products at the edge of LLM capabilities—and repeat that success here.
Accountable for business outcomes and measured on business metrics, not delivery volume.
Deep hands-on experience building large-scale, frontier-LLM agentic systems from 0 to 1.
Experience with harness/orchestration layers, multi-agent workflows, and LLM-as-a-judge or automated evaluation pipelines.
Has built quality systems, automated evaluations, or release gates that enable confident autonomous-system launches.
International product experience serving users across multiple languages and regions.
Nice to Haves
Built an agentic system from scratch
Shipped agentic / LLM applications in production
Finance, payments or another highly regulated industry.
Perks &
Benefits
Competitive total compensation package
L&D programs and Education subsidy for employees' growth and development
Various team building programs and company events
Wellness and meal allowances
Comprehensive healthcare schemes for employees and dependants

Your Purpose
At Bitso, the Software Engineer on the Nexus Squad owns the reliability, scalability, and evolution of our mission-critical pay-in and pay-out systems, the financial backbone that moves billions of dollars worldwide.
You will design and deliver event-driven, high-throughput solutions that ensure every pay-in and pay-out is fast, accurate, and resilient.
Working closely with product, infrastructure, and compliance stakeholders, you will shape the technical direction of a domain where the bar for quality is exceptionally high, resilience is built through continuous learning, and every millisecond of performance matters — for the millions of retail users and the businesses that rely on Bitso to power their financial operations.
Reports To
This role reports to the Nexus Engineering Manager.
Who You Are
You are experienced in Java backend development, with a proven track record of shipping production systems at scale.
You are familiar with event-driven architecture patterns (event sourcing, CQRS, sagas) and have hands-on experience operating Apache Kafka in high-throughput, real-money environments.
You have designed and implemented distributed, fault-tolerant microservices that handle financial or similarly critical transactional data.
You have solid experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL preferred), including schema design, migrations, and query optimization.
You are comfortable with cloud-native infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or equivalent), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines.
You communicate complex technical concepts clearly in English, written and spoken, to engineering peers, product managers, and senior leadership.
You work with a high degree of autonomy and ownership — you identify problems, propose solutions, and see them through to production.
You are familiar with AI-assisted development flow and tools (Cursor, Claude, CodeRabbit).
You have a strong sense of urgency and are comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-stakes fintech environment.
Financial Domain (nice to have):
Familiarity with payment rails, reconciliation or idempotent transaction processing in financial systems is a strong plus.
What You Will Do
Own pay-in and pay-out systems: design, build, and maintain the core infrastructure that processes financial transactions and moves billions of dollars worldwide.
Architect event-driven solutions: design Kafka-based pipelines and workflows that guarantee correctness, ordering, and resilience at scale.
Drive technical decisions: lead architecture discussions, define and use patterns, and set standards for the pay-in and pay-out domain in collaboration with the Nexus team.
Deliver high-quality code: write clean, well-tested, high-performance Java code and champion engineering best practices through code reviews.
Embrace AI-assisted development: leverage tools like Cursor, Claude, and CodeRabbit as part of your everyday workflow, contribute to skills and guardrails development, and apply Spec-Driven Development (SDD) practices to ensure solutions are well-defined, reviewable, and aligned before implementation begins.
Ensure system reliability: proactively monitor, debug, and resolve production incidents with a focus on root-cause analysis and lasting fixes.
Collaborate cross-functionally: partner with Product, Compliance, and Finance stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into sound technical solutions.
Mentor and uplift: share knowledge with fellow engineers, contribute to internal tech talks, and foster a culture of continuous improvement within the squad.
Improve observability: instrument services with comprehensive metrics, logs, and traces to enable rapid diagnosis and confident deployments.

Write clear, compelling briefs for creative and content requests, ensuring alignment with campaign goals and brand standards.
Support thought leadership efforts by coordinating webinar content, blog topics, and industry POV pieces with subject-matter experts

Work closely with Sales to ensure marketing programs/events are aligned with pipeline goals, territory plans, and target account lists.
Partner with Product Marketing to translate product narratives into demand gen campaigns and event messaging.
Provide regular performance updates and strategic recommendations to leadership.

Location: Limassol, Cyprus
We are an international financial group founded in 2016, regulated by CySEC and the Central Bank of Cyprus, combining the personalized approach of a family office with the infrastructure of a modern financial institution. With over €350 million in assets under management, the Group operates across Cyprus, the UAE, Switzerland, and the United States.
As we continue to grow, we are expanding our Finance team and looking for a Financial Analyst to support the CFO with financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting across the Group. This role is not about maintaining what already exists; we are building our analytics and reporting infrastructure largely from scratch, and we need someone who can own that process end to end.
This is an excellent opportunity to gain strong exposure to group-wide financial strategy, work closely with senior leadership, and build a clear career path within Finance.
What You Will Do
Assist the CFO with financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting across multiple business lines
Build and maintain financial models to support decision-making and strategic planning
Design and build dashboards that pull data automatically from source systems (1C, accounting platforms, banking/crypto platforms), rather than relying on manual data entry
Set up and maintain automated data extraction, cleansing, and reconciliation processes across systems, ensuring data accuracy from the ground up
Prepare and present financial reports and materials for management, with clear, well-designed data visualization
Collaborate with other departments to gather data, analyze performance, and report on operational effectiveness
Own a range of reports, including financial performance, budget variance analysis, and ad hoc reporting
Calculate transfer pricing and assess the efficiency of business units
Build data cubes and optimize data reporting structures for group-wide analysis, including consolidation across multiple business lines
Use BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar) and SQL/Power Query for data visualization and automation
Proactively identify where manual processes can be automated and bring solutions, not just flag the problem
Requirements
2+ years of hands-on experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or a related role, with recent, active experience, ideally within the last 2-3 years, in building reporting and analytics (not just managing a team that does)
Strong financial modeling and advanced Excel skills
Practical experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar), Power Query, and/or SQL; comfort pulling and transforming data from multiple systems rather than working from pre-built reports
Experience with 1C is a strong advantage
A genuine interest in using AI tools and automation in day-to-day financial work, not just awareness that they exist
Ability to work independently within a given task: plan your own approach, know who to ask for what, escalate when needed, and deliver a complete result without being micromanaged
Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and accuracy
Fluent English, both written and spoken
Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple reporting deadlines across different business lines
University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
Good to Know
At interview stage, we'll ask you to walk us through real examples of your work, dashboards you've built, automations you've set up, so please come prepared to show, not just describe
Based in Limassol, Cyprus is preferred, but we're open to remote candidates (CIS, Europe, Middle East) for the right fit, with an initial on-site visit expected at the start and periodic visits afterward

CloudLinux builds Linux infrastructure and security products. You will join our Automation & Management Services cell, working closely with Technical Program Manager to solve problems across teams and services: cloud-cost data, infrastructure inventory, network policies and capacity workflows.
Check out our website for more information
https://cloudlinux.com/
We are looking for a
Senior Automation Engineer
to join the Infrastructure team. You will independently own agreed outcomes—from clarifying the need with engineering teams, Finance or Security to delivering and operating a useful system. The work includes new development, improvements, repairs and maintenance. There is no traditional on-call rotation; you respond to alerts from your own systems during working hours.
What you will do
Turn an incomplete brief into an agreed result and workable plan. Track cross-team dependencies, explain tradeoffs, raise blockers early and communicate changes to estimates. Confirm completion with the users.
Build maintainable software and cloud/infrastructure API integrations. Handle credentials, pagination, retries, partial failures and repeated execution so unattended workflows remain safe and reliable.
Transform billing, usage and inventory data into repeatable outputs. Reconcile totals and periods, apply agreed allocation rules and make missing or uncertain mappings visible.
Extend inventory, network-policy and capacity automation using existing systems. Retain necessary human decisions and verify the operational result.
Deliver changes through version-controlled code and CI. Understand live state, test recovery and release safely; diagnose failures across code, Linux, APIs, data and networking.
Own monitoring, actionable alerts, documentation and maintenance. Leave systems another engineer can operate, and use coding agents while remaining responsible for design, code, tests and outcomes.
Requirements
Must have
Senior-level experience, typically 5+ years in software, infrastructure, platform or automation engineering. You can explain your own design decisions, implementation and operational results.
Strong production Python, software design, testing, debugging and API integration skills. You can understand unfamiliar code and improve existing systems.
Hands-on AWS experience and solid Linux/networking fundamentals, including diagnosis across host, service, network and cloud boundaries.
Practical SQL and data validation: joins, units, periods, ownership mappings and reconciliation. You distinguish evidence from assumptions.
Safe infrastructure delivery through IaC and CI: state, drift, idempotency, dependencies and rollback, using tools such as Terraform/OpenTofu and Ansible.
Demonstrated advanced coding-agent workflows for real engineering tasks. You plan and delegate substantial work, supply context, run agents without continuous supervision within defined permissions and stop conditions, and independently explain, debug, test and verify their output.
Autonomous delivery and clear collaboration: investigate problems, obtain decisions, challenge unsafe or unnecessarily complex approaches and follow through. English B2 or higher for technical discussions, written decisions and internal customer communication.
Nice to have
Experience with cloud billing or FinOps tooling (e.g. AWS CUR/FOCUS, Athena), inventory or event-driven integrations (e.g. NetBox or similar), network policies, flow monitoring, identity and access management, capacity tooling, additional cloud platforms, OpenNebula, Kubernetes, Go, or self-service systems.
Our environment includes Python, Ansible, Terraform/OpenTofu, GitLab CI/CD, Grafana, and related observability tools. Prior experience with every tool or domain is not required. We value the ability to quickly learn unfamiliar technologies, products, and internal business rules.
Benefits
What's in it for you?
A focus on professional development.
Interesting and challenging projects.
Fully remote work with flexible working hours, which allows you to schedule your day and work from any location worldwide.
Paid 24 days of vacation per year, 10 days of national holidays, and unlimited sick leaves.
Compensation for private medical insurance.
Co-working and gym/sports reimbursement.
Budget for education.
The opportunity to receive a reward for the most innovative idea that the company can patent.
By applying for this position, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy (
