ABOUT PEEC AI
Peec AI is the analytics platform for AI search. People increasingly discover products and make buying decisions through ChatGPT, Gemini, and Google's AI Overviews instead of traditional search, and most brands have no idea where they show up in those answers. Peec gives marketing, SEO, and growth teams the data to see exactly that: how visible their brand is across AI platforms, how they compare to competitors, and where to win.
We are defining this category, and the market is moving with us. Peec is a Series A company backed by 20VC and Singular, from $0 to $15M ARR in 18 months, with a 100+ person team across our Berlin HQ and our new New York office.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for a Revenue Operations Lead to own the systems, data, and rhythm behind Peec's global revenue engine. We've grown from $0 to $15M ARR in 18 months on a motion that combines product-led signups with a fast-scaling sales team across Berlin and New York, and the operational layer now needs a single owner: one source of truth in the CRM, a forecast leadership can trust across both regions, and automation that lets a lean GTM team punch far above its weight.
You'll report to our CRO and own revenue operations globally from our Berlin HQ, working daily with sales leadership in both regions and partnering closely with Growth and Finance. In your first quarter you'll take over the global HubSpot instance, stand up a forecasting cadence that covers North America and EMEA, and ship the funnel reporting that shows us where deals are won, stall, and die. This is a builder role with real ownership: the systems you design become how Peec sells.
WHAT YOU’LL OWN
- How the revenue team works: territories, account ownership, lead routing and attribution. For example, deciding when an account belongs to a rep and when it goes back to the pool, then making the CRM enforce it
- Reporting: pipeline, forecast and numbers per rep. For example, an outbound pipeline number the sales team can be measured and paid on, without arguments
- Comp and commissions: plans set up in the tooling, monthly runs that match the CRM, and clear answers for reps
- Quote-to-cash: offer, signature, billing and the handover to Customer Success
- Data model: one source of truth across CRM, billing and product
- Tools and roadmap: you choose, run and simplify the revenue tools, and keep a roadmap with owners and dates
- Launch discipline: every change ships with a clear rule, a test, an owner and communication to the people it affects
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- You’ve built or led a RevOps function at a fast-growing B2B SaaS company, ideally with both self-serve and sales-led motions, and can teach us how it’s done
- You’ve owned a function, not just worked through a backlog
- Deep, hands-on HubSpot: workflows, data model, reporting, and you still build things yourself
- Strong project management: you turn a loose brief into a plan, bring the right people together and deliver
- Commercial judgment: you understand the sales problem behind a request, not just the ticket
- Comfortable with data: SQL or a BI tool, plus a working understanding of APIs and automations
- Based in Berlin, or ready to relocate, and excited to be in the office five days a week
HOW YOU WORK
- You finish what you start, without being chased
- High rigor: you check your own work, especially AI-assisted work, and say what you’re unsure about
- You propose rather than ask: you find answers yourself and bring structure instead of waiting for it
- You raise problems early, before others find them
- You close loops: a short weekly written update, and every missed deadline gets a new date or is dropped with a reason
- You stand behind your numbers: you present to leadership and finance yourself and can explain every figure
- You build relationships with sales leaders, CX and finance unprompted
- You take fast feedback well and act on it
BONUS POINTS
- Experience building a RevOps function from scratch, or owning a remit that spans regions
- Exposure to PLG funnels and product usage data in a sales-assist motion
- Familiarity with Stripe, billing, or CPQ workflows and deal desk operations
- SQL skills for pulling your own answers out of the data
WHAT WE OFFER
- Competitive salary and meaningful equity: everyone at Peec owns a piece of the upside
- Comprehensive benefits package
- Collaborative, high-energy in-office work environment
- Opportunity to make a significant impact and define a new market category
- Regular team events and off-sites
- Paid meal & Uber home when working late

About Teleport
Don't wait for the future of infrastructure. Be part of it.
Teleport is the AI Infrastructure Identity Company. We're solving one of the hardest problems in security: giving every human, machine, workload, and AI agent a cryptographically secured identity, improving engineering velocity while maintaining security. We make trusted computing simple. This gives you the freedom, power, and autonomy to build and innovate with confidence.
Remote-first and globally distributed, we work with companies like Nasdaq, DoorDash, and Elastic to secure infrastructure for an AI world.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are adding a Senior Financial Analyst to the Strategic Finance team to expand our FP&A capacity and give us deeper coverage across the business. You will be responsible for corporate FP&A functions, including 3 financial statement forecasting and consolidations, business partnering, and GTM optimizations. You will also help us stress-test the assumptions behind our plans and key metrics.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Corporate FP&A: Own the three-statement financial consolidation (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow), including forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis. Sync the long-range plan with the detailed financial operating plan and monthly actuals load.
- Monthly close: Participate in and review the monthly close, working with Accounting to make sure the numbers tie out and the story behind them is clear.
- Business partnering: Serve as the finance partner to functional areas supporting budget owners with planning, headcount, spend tracking, and decision support to optimize the core metrics they influence.
- Board and investor reporting: Build and maintain board decks, investor updates, and other leadership deliverables.
- Equity plan forecasting: Forecast equity plan usage and dilution, and support related analysis.
- Corporate valuation support: Support valuation work, including model inputs and analysis.
- Team coverage: Provide backup and redundancy across the team's workstreams so that no process depends on a single person.
- Tools and process improvement: Help implement and optimize FP&A and AI tools, and look for ways to automate and improve how the team works.
- Executive partnership: Work directly with senior leadership and budget owners as a trusted, independent finance voice.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
- 8+ years of progressive finance experience, most recently with 5+ years in FP&A and 2+ years owning P&L forecasting and executive reporting at a growth-stage SaaS start-up.
- 3-statement financial planning, including integrated P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow forecasting.
- Deep understanding of the SaaS GTM motion, including how pipeline, bookings, and IARR/ARR connect.
- Pricing and margin analysis, such as modeling how pricing and packaging changes affect bookings, gross margin, and unit economics.
- Lead-to-cash process, including how billing, collections, and revenue recognition flow into ARR, deferred revenue, and cash forecasts.
- CFA charterholder, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, or Big 4 audit experience is a plus but not required.
TECHNICAL SKILLS
- Deep working knowledge of standard SaaS metrics (CAC payback, burn multiple, magic number, Rule of 40, net and gross retention), including how to calculate them, what drives them, and how plan assumptions move them.
- Advanced financial modeling skills, ideally in Google Sheets as well as Excel. You design driver-based models from scratch, with assumptions you can trace and defend, rather than only updating existing ones.
- Hands-on experience pulling and reconciling data across systems (ERP, CRM, planning tools), and a track record of using or testing AI tools to speed up finance work.
HOW YOU WORK
- You possess a strong sense of intellectual curiosity and professional ethics.
- Demonstrated self-initiative: you spot problems and fix them without being asked.
- You operate independently, with a continuous improvement mindset.
- You communicate clearly with non-finance partners and senior leaders.
- You fit Teleport's culture and behaviors, and you do well in a fast-moving startup environment.
Why Teleport
You're joining a company where the problem is real, the team is small, and your work shows up directly in the product. We're not a big company, you won't get lost in a crowd. You'll have the freedom and autonomy to do what you're great at, alongside teammates who care about doing it right and want to see you succeed. The work is collaborative, there's real room to grow, and the mission is one worth showing up for.
Remote-first and globally distributed, we're genuinely passionate about what we're building.
The Benefits
At Teleport, we believe your career is more important than a list of perks. That's why we focus on making your day-to-day the best it can be — giving you the autonomy, access, and support to do the best work of your career.
- Extensive health coverage
- Annual expense budget
- Rest and recovery policies that maximize your ability to recharge
- Investment in your future with retirement savings plans
- Professional development opportunities

From Fivetran’s founding until now, our mission has remained the same: to make access to data as simple and reliable as electricity. With Fivetran, customer data arrives in their warehouses, canonical and ready to query, with no engineering or maintenance required. We’re proud that more organizations continue to leverage our technology every day to become truly data-driven.
About Us
Fivetran and dbt Labs are bringing together two industry-leading companies with a shared mission: helping organizations unlock the full value of their data. Together, we’re delivering the data infrastructure layer that helps organizations move, transform, and trust their data — from the moment data moves, through every transformation, to the context teams and AI systems rely on. Fivetran helps organizations automate data movement across the systems, clouds, engines, and tools they rely on. dbt Labs pioneered analytics engineering, helping teams transform data into reliable, governed insights. Together, we support thousands of organizations as they build a trusted foundation for analytics, AI, and better business decisions.
As we bring our teams and technology together, we’re building on the strengths of both companies while continuing to deliver the products and experiences our customers know and trust. It’s an exciting time to join us: we’re creating a company with the scale, talent, and technology to help more organizations put their data to work with greater speed, confidence, and impact. During this transition period, you may see references to both Fivetran and dbt Labs throughout our recruiting process as we integrate our teams, systems, and career sites.
About the Role
We're looking for a Partner Solutions Architect to own the global technical relationship with Snowflake and Databricks.
Snowflake and Databricks are two of Fivetran + dbt Labs’ largest platform alliances. This is a global role scoped to those two partners. For each, you will own the technical alliance plan worldwide, the joint technical narrative, and our joint integration and roadmap priorities with each partner to drive cosell revenue. You will also own our technical presence at major milestones such as Snowflake Summit and Databricks Data + AI Summit, our two largest partner events.
Functionally, the role sits at the intersection of field engineering, product management, partnerships, and partner marketing. Your closest counterparts are the global alliance managers for Snowflake and Databricks, the regional partner sales managers who run the Snowflake and Databricks motions in AMER, EMEA and APJ, the geo partner solutions architects, and product managers across both product lines. You will report to the global head of partner solutions architecture.
This is a full-time position, which can be either remote (US) or hybrid depending on location. Our hybrid work model offers a blend of remote flexibility and in-person collaboration, including two days in the office each week to connect and build as a team.
What You’ll Do
Own the global technical alliance plans for Snowflake and Databricks. Build each plan with the partner's alliance and product leadership, agree it with our own, and drive it through both field organizations.
Own the joint technical narrative and the capability messaging for the combined dbt + Fivetran platform on Snowflake and Databricks, including reference architectures, integration patterns, and the joint value story that partners and sellers use with customers.
Build reusable collateral, playbooks and enablement assets for the broader partner solutions architecture team and for the partners delivering on Snowflake and Databricks.
Maintain a single, current view of integration state, gaps and opportunities across the combined platform on Snowflake and Databricks, covering ingestion, transformation, Fusion, the semantic layer, catalog and metadata, open table formats, and agent and MCP interfaces, and collaborate with our Product organization to drive the right outcomes.
Serve as the primary technical counterpart to the partner engineering and partner product teams at Snowflake and Databricks, and run the standing technical cadence with each.
Own our technical presence at Snowflake Summit and Databricks Data + AI Summit, including hands-on labs, sessions, demos, and the technical readiness of the team who staff each event.
Partner with the regional Partner Solutions Architects and Partnerships organization so global alliance strategy turns into regional execution, and so they can run the motion without you in the room.
Travel approximately 30% for alliance planning, technical workshops, executive meetings and partner events, including international travel.
Skills We’re Looking For
6+ years in solutions architecture, sales engineering, partner engineering, technical product management, developer relations, or another customer-facing technical role in data and analytics.
Fluency across the modern data stack (ingestion, transformation, orchestration, warehouses and lakehouses, open table formats, semantic layers, catalogs, BI, and the emerging agent and MCP layer) and the ability to explain how the pieces fit.
Hands-on knowledge of Snowflake and/or Databricks, plus strong SQL and data modeling fundamentals, with genuine technical credibility in front of partner engineers.
Sound product and strategic judgment and reasoning
Strong presentation and facilitation skills for workshops, hands-on labs, keynote-adjacent sessions and large partner technical audiences.
Proven ability to drive outcomes in ambiguous, fast-moving environments with multiple stakeholders
Bonus Skills
Experience owning a technical alliance, with a track record of shaping what a partner built and how the two products fit together
Experience with partner-facing APIs, SDKs, drivers, or integration certification programs
Background in product management or technical product marketing alongside a field engineering career
Familiarity with cloud marketplace motions and co-sell programs

ABOUT ALCHEMY
Alchemy is the Web3 infrastructure and developer platform that powers millions of users and the world’s most innovative blockchain applications. From enabling $1+ trillion in financial transactions worldwide to scaling L2s and enabling DeFi, Alchemy provides the infrastructure and tools developers need to build reliable, scalable, and accessible experiences.
Trusted by companies like JPMorgan, Stripe, Visa, Franklin Templeton, Nike, and backed by a16z, Coatue, Silver Lake, Lightspeed, and Stanford University, Alchemy is building the foundational layer for a decentralized and AI-enabled Web3 ecosystem. For more information, visit alchemy.com http://alchemy.com.
THE ROLE
Build and run the internal data platform that helps Alchemy understand product usage, revenue, and the cost of serving customers. The existing Data Engineer intake centers on ingestion, Snowflake operations, workflow orchestration, data quality, and collaboration with analytics partners.
You will own ingestion, schema changes, and checks that show whether shared datasets are current and correct. You will work with analytics engineers and data scientists to define those datasets for reporting, analysis, and AI-assisted tools.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Build batch and streaming pipelines that connect operational databases, product events, billing systems, and external sources to the internal data platform.
- Make ingestion recoverable through change-data capture, schema-change handling, idempotent processing, and safe backfills.
- Operate and improve Snowflake, including access controls, workload management, query performance, and compute and storage costs.
- Improve orchestration and deployment workflows so engineers can test, ship, and debug pipelines safely.
- Build data-quality checks that detect stale, missing, duplicated, or inconsistent records before they reach downstream consumers.
- Work with analytics partners on shared data models, source definitions, and documentation. Make dataset ownership and upstream dependencies clear.
- Reduce recurring manual work and build reusable tools for self-service data access.
- Participate in production support and incident response for pipelines and the data platform. Restore data flow, reconcile affected datasets, and fix the causes of recurring failures.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Experience independently building and operating production data pipelines and the infrastructure around them.
- Strong SQL and Python skills, including testing, debugging, and maintainable software design.
- Experience with Snowflake or a comparable warehouse, including performance tuning and access management.
- Experience with workflow orchestration and transformation tools such as Airflow and dbt, or equivalent systems.
- Understanding of data modeling, incremental processing, schema evolution, and data-quality testing.
- The ability to trace a data discrepancy from a downstream report back to its source, explain the cause, and fix it.
- Good judgment about stakeholder needs: turn recurring requests into reusable datasets or tooling, and make trade-offs clear.
Blockchain experience is not required.
HELPFUL EXPERIENCE
- Kafka, database replication, or change-data-capture systems.
- Apache Iceberg, Spark, Trino, or other lakehouse and query technologies.
- Infrastructure as code, data observability, lineage, and disaster recovery.
- Usage metering, billing and revenue data, or semantic layers for self-service analytics.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
Within three months:
- You own a production pipeline and have shipped an improvement to its freshness, reliability, or operating cost.
- Downstream users can see whether its data is current, recovery procedures have been tested, and a recurring manual request has become a reusable dataset or tool.

As AI continues to shape the way we live and work, Synthesia develops products to enhance visual communication and enterprise skill development, helping people work better and stay at the center of successful organizations.
Following our recent Series E funding round, where we raised $200 million, our valuation stands at $4 billion. Our total funding exceeds $530 million from premier investors including Accel, NVentures (Nvidia's VC arm), Kleiner Perkins, GV, and Evantic Capital, alongside the founders and operators of Stripe, Datadog, Miro, and Webflow.
THE ROLE
We’re hiring Solutions Engineers to build Synthesia’s pre-sales function in France and Southern EMEA. This is a founding role: you’ll be one of the first SEs, shaping the playbook, tooling and best practices as we scale, not following an established model. If you’re someone who is excited by building whilst scaling, we’d love to hear from you.
As a Solutions Engineer at Synthesia, you will partner with Account Executives, Customer Success and Product Marketing to run discovery, deliver demos, scope POCs and design the technical solution for each deal. You will be a trusted advisor focused on the value customers get from Synthesia, and you’ll take what you learn in the field back to Product.
This is an incredible opportunity to join us as we become a multi-product company for the first time, and continue to scale across France and Southern EMEA.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Co-plan and support discovery calls with your AE to understand customer requirements, technical environment, and business challenges.
- Design and execute repeatable demo methodologies that prove Synthesia's business value quickly, whether the customer is deploying Studio at scale, building Roleplay Sessions for skill uplift, or integrating Interactive Avatars into their product.
- Build and maintain strong working knowledge of Synthesia's platform capabilities, roadmap, and positioning across all product lines, so you can speak to the use cases that drive value
- Deliver demonstrations that speak to customer problems and tell a credible story of why Synthesia is the right solution.
- Identify technical objections and integration questions as they come up, working with your AE and the broader ecosystem to find a path forward.
- Contribute your assessment of technical fit and opportunity risk to help your AE shape account and deal strategy.
- Keep your deal team and manager informed on deal status, timeline, and technical dependencies.
- Identify, build relationships with, and actively enable technical champions within customer organizations so they can advocate for Synthesia internally.
- Provide technical guidance on platform capabilities, API and SDK integrations, security, compliance topics (SOC 2, GDPR, enterprise identity), and scalability for global deployments, troubleshooting issues and validating integrations with LMS, HCM, and content systems as they surface.

An overview of this role
As Director, Analytics Engineering, you'll lead a team of 8 and report to the VP of Data & Insights. You set direction across the data organization, stay close enough to the work to guide technical decisions credibly, and partner with Data Engineering, Data Science, IT, and business leaders.
You will have three mandates:
Build trusted, AI-ready self-service.
Deliver a semantic model that answers business questions correctly, with the telemetry, evals, and model flexibility to prove it and keep costs in check.
Set the strategy for how GitLab accesses data.
Own the data models, BI tools, and AI access patterns (Claude, MCP servers, Slack agents) that put trusted data in everyone's hands.
Build data applications the whole company relies on.
Ship production-grade apps that combine trusted data, APIs, and AI to answer questions dashboards can't.
What you'll do
Build and own a trusted semantic model, with governed metrics and business definitions, that answers business questions consistently across every tool
Build evals and ground-truth datasets that measure answer quality, and use them to drive improvements and catch regressions
Instrument telemetry to see who uses the semantic model and AI tools, what they ask, and where they get stuck
Build a model-selection harness so GitLab can route work across LLMs and stay flexible on cost and quality
Own data modeling and curated datasets for self-service, with the ownership, data contracts, testing, and documentation that make them AI-ready
Define the AI data access strategy: when to use BI, Claude, MCP servers, or Slack agents, with the governance and security to keep access trusted and reliable
Own the enterprise BI and self-service tools strategy (e.g., Tableau, Omni), including evaluation, adoption, and cost
Build self-service capabilities, such as Claude skills, documentation, and guided workflows, that help people find and use data on their own
Build and own company-wide data applications, from Claude-built single-page apps to apps inside BI tools, that combine Snowflake data, API calls, AI-powered deep dives, and write-back to Postgres or Snowflake
Set engineering standards for data apps (security, authentication, testing, deployment, and monitoring) so they're reliable at company scale
Set a long-range roadmap tied to company strategy, and a lightweight operating model that balances urgent stakeholder needs with investment in reusable data products and tech-debt reduction
Hire, coach, and retain a high-performing team of 8: build career paths, develop leaders, distribute ownership, and recognize great work
Act as customer zero for GitLab and GitLab Duo in data workflows, sharing feedback with Product and Engineering
What you'll bring
12+ years in analytics engineering, data engineering, or BI, including 5+ years leading teams and 2+ years managing managers or senior leads
Deep expertise in data modeling and semantic layers (e.g., dbt Semantic Layer, Snowflake semantic views, LookML, Cube), and expert dbt, including testing and CI/CD across a multi-team project
Hands-on experience building LLM-powered data access (text-to-SQL, agents, MCP servers), including evals and telemetry for answer quality, and advanced use of AI coding agents such as Claude Code
Expert SQL and strong Snowflake experience; working knowledge of Python
Strong data governance experience: data quality, lineage, certified datasets, and access controls (RBAC, row access and masking policies)
Track record of leading cross-functional data initiatives from strategy through adoption and measurable business impact, including enterprise BI and self-service at scale
Systems thinker who sees how models, pipelines, and architecture decisions connect, and designs for second-order effects
Exceptional communicator who writes clear technical specs, sets a clear vision, makes trade-offs visible, and influences executives and peers across the company
Pragmatic in ambiguity: makes sound decisions on emerging technology and ships the right next version rather than waiting for the ideal end state
Able to use GitLab, thrive in an all-remote, asynchronous company, model GitLab's remote working competencies, and work in line with GitLab's values
Nice to Have
Experience with LLM routing or gateway tools and managing model costs
Experience with Tableau, Omni, or a BI platform migration
Experience with web app development (e.g., React, TypeScript) and Postgres
Experience owning finance or revenue-critical data (e.g., ARR, consumption) where accuracy and auditability are non-negotiable
About the Team
Analytics Engineering makes GitLab's data trusted, easy to find, and ready for anyone to use, whether they ask a dashboard, Claude, or a Slack agent. We own the curated data models, the semantic layer, the self-service tools, and the data applications that let teams answer their own questions.
AI is changing how people get to data. Questions that once went through an analyst now go straight to AI tools, so the answers are only as good as the data models and business definitions behind them. Our job is to make those answers correct, consistent, and measurable.

Our mission is simple: to make self-custody accessible and give people the keys to their own financial futures. If you want to make a true impact, we want you to join us at Ledger.
At Ledger, we’re proud to be the global platform for digital assets and Web3, with over 20% of the world’s crypto assets secured through our Ledger devices. With our headquarters in Paris, and offices in Vierzon, Grenoble, Montpellier, London, Portland, Geneva, Zurich and Central Singapore, we have a team of around 600 professionals developing a variety of products and services to enable individuals and companies to securely buy, store, swap, grow and manage crypto assets – including the Ledger hardware wallets line with more than 7.5 millions units already sold in 200 countries.
CONTEXT & PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
The Total Rewards team is entering a high-intensity period: a year-end compensation review cycle, active benchmarking work, custom bonus plan reviews, and a rising volume of analytical deliverables supporting executive and board-level reporting. To protect bandwidth and quality, we are bringing in a mid-level contractor to work closely with and under the supervision of our Paris-based Compensation & Benefits Expert, reporting directly to the Head of Total Rewards. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role for someone with genuine C&B grounding who can work with light direction once context is set, and who understands what makes compensation data credible.
WHAT YOU'LL BE WORKING ON
Year-End Compensation Review
- Support data preparation and validation for the annual merit, performance, and bonus review cycles: building and maintaining population files, tracking timelines, and flagging data quality issues before they become problems.
- Work closely with the C&B Expert on modelling and scenario analysis (budget impact, distribution curves, outlier identification), producing clean, auditable outputs.
- Contribute to salary budget modelling and refresh of salary structures using latest market data, including updates to merit matrices.
- Coordinate with HRBPs and People Ops on data collection and sign-off workflows to keep the cycle on track.
Analytical Work for Board & Executive Reporting
- On direction from the Head of Total Rewards, carry out the underlying data pulls, analysis, and cross-checks to populate compensation metrics and summaries used in board and executive slides.
- Produce clean, presentation-ready tables and data panels with accurate footnotes and sourcing, so outputs can be directly incorporated into slide decks.
Bonus Plan Design Reviews
- This contractor may provide support to the C&B Expert and Head of Total Rewards during bonus plan reviews, including
- Preparing and updating slide decks to support design discussions.
- Running employee data analyses and refreshing payout range modelling for plan redesigns.
- Using AI tools to update bonus plan rules documentation in Word as designs evolve, ensuring plan write-ups accurately reflect agreed changes ahead of final review.
Ad Hoc C&B Support
- Support the C&B Expert on operational tasks: Workday data uploads, equity grant list preparation and validation, and patent premium tracking.
- Support the C&B Expert and Head of Total Rewards on ad hoc projects. Examples may include aspects of job architecture and related market benchmarking analytics, pay equity & equity grant modelling.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Requirement
Experience
4 years+ in Compensation & Benefits or Total Rewards. C&B-specific experience is required; broader HR analytics backgrounds without meaningful C&B exposure will not be considered.
Education
Degree in a quantitative discipline preferred (e.g. Finance, Economics, Statistics, or equivalent).
Excel & Modelling
Advanced Excel is non-negotiable: pivot tables, scenario modelling, audit-proof workbooks, and confident handling of large datasets.
Benchmarking Tools
Hands-on experience with Radford or Mercer Comptryx strongly preferred. Familiarity with the mechanics of job matching and market data interpretation is expected.
Workday
Experience using Workday for compensation cycle management is a strong plus.
Stakeholder Exposure
Experience working with or supporting stakeholders outside France — whether across European markets or globally — is a plus.
Autonomy
Able to work from a defined brief with minimal hand-holding. Asks the right clarifying questions early; doesn't need ongoing supervision once context is clear.
Languages
Fluent English required (working language of the team). French strongly preferred — most day-to-day collaborators are Paris-based.
Tools
Comfort with AI tools (e.g. Claude, Gemini) for document drafting and workflow efficiency is welcome.
WHAT THIS ROLE IS (AND ISN'T)
This is not a strategy or design role — Ledger already has senior expertise in-house for that. What we need is someone who executes cleanly and independently at the analytical and operational level, and who brings enough C&B literacy to produce outputs that don't need to be re-done. You will be working on real, high-stakes deliverables from day one.

ABOUT US
Sierra is the leading platform for customer-facing AI agents, working with many of the world's biggest brands — including The GAP, Rocket Mortgage, SoFi, Sutter Health, and SoftBank — to transform how they serve customers and grow their businesses. We are primarily an in-person company based in San Francisco, with growing offices across North America, Europe, and Asia.
We are guided by a set of values that are at the core of our actions and define our culture: Trust, Customer Obsession, Craftsmanship, Intensity, and a commitment to balancing Family along the way. These values are the foundation of our work, and we are committed to upholding them in everything we do.
Our co-founders are Bret Taylor https://www.linkedin.com/in/brettaylor/ and Clay Bavor https://www.linkedin.com/in/claybavor/. Bret currently serves as Board Chair of OpenAI. Previously, he was co-CEO of Salesforce (which had acquired the company he founded, Quip) and CTO of Facebook. Bret was also one of Google's earliest product managers and co-creator of Google Maps. Before founding Sierra, Clay spent 18 years at Google, where he most recently led Google Labs. Earlier, he started and led Google’s AR/VR effort, Project Starline, and Google Lens. Before that, Clay led the product and design teams for Google Workspace.
WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Build and maintain the data flows between Salesforce, the commission tool, HRIS and payroll so that bookings, roster changes and payouts stay in sync.
- Turn new plan designs, deal types and SPIFs into working system logic, and test them before they go live.

- Partner with Accounting on monthly close: deliver commission accruals, reconcile commissionable bookings to billing and revenue, and support commission capitalization.
- Keep employee changes (hires, transfers, leaves, and exits) accurate in the commission system, and manage role-based access so pay data stays confidential.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- 5+ years in sales compensation systems, commissions operations, or a related RevOps or finance systems role.
- Hands-on experience administering a sales compensation platform such as CaptivateIQ, Xactly, Spiff or Varicent, including building plans and calculation logic from scratch.
- Strong Salesforce knowledge: objects, fields, reports, and how opportunity and booking data flows into commission calculations.
- Working knowledge of commission accounting, including accruals, month-end close, and reconciling payouts to the general ledger.
- Experience integrating an HRIS (e.g., Workday) with a commission platform, and sound judgment handling sensitive employee and pay data.
EVEN BETTER...
- Experience managing a commission platform at a fast-growing company.
OUR VALUES

We build trust with each other by showing up for each other professionally and personally, creating an environment that enables all of us to do our best work.

- Craftsmanship: We get the details right, from the words on the page to the system architecture. We have good taste. When we notice something isn’t right, we take the time to fix it. We are proud of the products we produce. We continuously self-reflect to continuously self-improve.
- Intensity: We know we don’t have the luxury of patience. We play to win. We care about our product being the best, and when it isn’t, we fix it. When we fail, we talk about it openly and without blame so we succeed the next time.
- Family: We know that balance and intensity are compatible, and we model it in our actions and processes. We are the best technology company for parents. We support and respect each other and celebrate each other’s personal and professional achievements.

We want our benefits to reflect our values and offer the following to full-time employees:
- Flexible (unlimited) paid time off
- Medical, dental, and vision benefits for you and your family
- Life insurance and disability benefits
- Retirement plan dependent on country of employment
- Parental leave
- Fertility and family building benefits through Carrot
- Lunch, as well as delicious snacks and coffee to keep you energized

- Free alphorn lessons
These benefits are further detailed in Sierra's policies, may vary by region, and are subject to change at any time, consistent with the terms of any applicable compensation or benefits plans. Eligible full-time employees can participate in Sierra's equity plans subject to the terms of the applicable plans and policies.

We encourage you to apply even if your experience doesn't precisely match the job description. - Ensure compliance with regulatory, security, privacy, and compliance standards.

WHAT YOU BRING
- 10+ years in Legal Operations, legal technology, process design, finance-adjacent operations, or operational leadership.
- Experience scaling legal operations, legal technology, financial management, and data-driven execution.
- Experience driving automation and AI initiatives from strategy through deployment, governance, adoption, and ROI measurement.

We consider qualified applicants with criminal histories for employment on our team, assessing candidates in a manner consistent with the requirements of the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance.
OUR COMMITMENT
Payward is powered by people from around the world and we celebrate the diverse talents, backgrounds, contributions, and unique perspectives that everyone brings to the table. We hire based on merit, seeking out people with the right abilities, knowledge, and skills for the job. We encourage you to apply for roles where you don't fully meet the listed requirements, especially if you're passionate or knowledgeable about crypto.
We may ask candidates to complete job-related skills or work-style assessments as part of our hiring process. These assessments evaluate competencies relevant to the role and are applied consistently across candidates for similar positions. Results are considered alongside experience and interviews, and are not the sole basis for any employment decision.

We are looking for a highly driven and technically proficient Senior R&D Supply Chain Specialist to join our fast-moving Global Supply Chain Organization in support of engineering. This role sits at the center of rapid hardware development, supporting engineering teams designing and building complex electronic systems under tight, shifting timelines.
You will operate with a startup mindset—moving quickly, removing obstacles, identifying creative sourcing paths, and keeping development builds on track despite evolving designs, supply volatility, and aggressive schedules. You must be comfortable with ambiguity, thrive under pressure, and bring a deep understanding of electronics, PCB manufacturing, and hardware prototyping.
WHO WE ARE
ICEYE is the world leader in sovereign intelligence from space. We deliver persistent monitoring capabilities to detect and respond to changes in any location on Earth.
ICEYE owns the world's largest and most advanced SAR (synthetic aperture radar) satellite constellation. To our customers we provide intelligence with unmatched quality, latency and revisit times, in any weather, day or night. To governments who choose to operate their own constellation we provide this proven capability as a sovereign system.
ICEYE-built constellations serve customers in defence and intelligence, environmental monitoring, insurance and emergency management. We enable fast decisions that contribute to a safer future.
Founded and headquartered in Finland, ICEYE operates globally with over 1000 employees across Europe, North America, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific.
EXPECTED OUTCOMES & RESPONSIBILITIES
HIGH-VELOCITY ENGINEERING SUPPORT
- Serve as the hands-on supply chain counterpart for fast-paced electronics engineering teams working on multiple, rapidly evolving hardware projects.
- Translate early-stage concepts, evolving BOMs, and mid-design changes into actionable sourcing steps with minimal delay.
- Provide engineers with real-time insights on component availability, alternates, obsolescence, and quick-turn manufacturing options.
- Identify supply issues before they become blockers and propose workaround paths immediately.
RAPID SOURCING & PROCUREMENT EXECUTION
- Own sourcing and procurement for electronic components, PCB fabrication, PCBA assembly, connectors, sensors, RF parts, embedded modules, and custom mechanical parts.
- React quickly to BOM updates and design pivots, securing materials that keep prototype and pilot builds moving with minimal downtime.
- Manage relationships with agile suppliers capable of quick-turn, small-batch production.
- Lead efforts to find alternative components or new supply paths within hours—not weeks—when shortages occur.
SUPPLIER INTERACTION & TECHNICAL ENGAGEMENT
- Work closely with electronics suppliers to understand lead time constraints, technical manufacturing capabilities, DFM implications, and opportunities for fast-track builds.
- Support technical capability assessments of PCB/PCBA vendors, machining partners, and component distributors.
- Negotiate accelerated manufacturing slots, expedite shipments, and secure prototypes under extremely compressed timelines.
CROSS-FUNCTIONAL START-UP COLLABORATION
- Coordinate across engineering, manufacturing, program management, and operations to remove obstacles and maintain build readiness.
- Maintain complete visibility into prototype schedules, engineering changes, and material risks—communicating clearly and frequently.
- Operate with a bias for action: if something is unclear, you chase it; if something breaks, you fix it; if something is missing, you find it.
AGILITY, RISK MANAGEMENT & CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT
- Build and maintain a living view of supply risks across all active programs; proactively propose mitigation actions.
- Keep sourcing documentation, cost tracking, and procurement data updated even under fast-moving conditions.
- Bring an experimentation mindset: test new suppliers, new sourcing channels, new manufacturing partners, and new tools to reduce lead times and cost.
EXPECTED COMPETENCIES & QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics, Supply Chain, or similar.
- 5+ years of direct experience in electronics sourcing, component procurement, or engineering supply chain roles in fast-moving hardware environments.
- Strong technical understanding of semiconductors, passive components, PCB fabrication, PCBA assembly, embedded electronics, and prototyping flows.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in startup-like conditions—tight deadlines, shifting priorities, and rapid cycles.
- Hands-on experience interpreting electronic schematics, BOMs, AVL requirements, PCB stackups, and manufacturing documentation.
- Proficiency with ERP systems and engineering/project tools.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and negotiation abilities.
ADVANTAGEOUS TO HAVE THESE COMPETENCIES
- Experience in hardware startups, deep-tech environments, or fast-paced R&D organizations.
- Existing relationships with PCB/PCBA vendors, distributors, and electronics manufacturing partners.
- Certifications (APICS, PMP, Six Sigma) useful but not required.
- Familiarity with rapid-prototyping suppliers, global component marketplaces, and digital sourcing tools.
