We’re a startup inside Sony PlayStation: fast-moving, experimental, and highly ambitious, while backed by the scale, resources, and trust of Sony Interactive Entertainment.
We’re building new mobile and web experiences that help gamers connect, discover, and play together in better ways. This is a rare opportunity to build at startup speed and drive meaningful impact inside one of the world’s most recognized gaming companies.
We are seeking a hands-on Product Manager to own product discovery, strategy, prioritization, and execution for new mobile and web experiences.
In this role, you will identify new product opportunities, speak directly with users, analyze product behaviour, define new features and initiatives, and manage the product opportunity pipeline from early exploration through launch and iteration.
You will work closely with Design, Engineering, and Marketing to turn ambiguous ideas into clear product direction. You will represent the voice of the user, establish what success looks like, and help the team decide what to build, why it matters, and how we will know whether it worked.
Responsibilities
Define and evolve the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and opportunity pipeline for new mobile and web experiences.
Identify and validate new product opportunities through user interviews, surveys, behavioural data, market research, competitive analysis, and rapid experimentation.
Develop a deep understanding of user needs, motivations, behaviours, and pain points, and represent the voice of the user throughout product development.
Translate user insights, business opportunities, and technical possibilities into clear product initiatives, feature concepts, product briefs, requirements, and success criteria.
Evaluate and prioritize opportunities based on user value, strategic alignment, expected impact, confidence, development effort, technical risk, and speed to learning.
Own product planning and the development pipeline, including roadmap prioritization, task creation, sprint planning, progress tracking, and maintaining alignment across the team.
Partner closely with Design and Engineering to take products and features from early concept through prototyping, development, launch, measurement, and continuous improvement, balancing short-term learning with long-term product quality.
Define product goals, key performance indicators, measurement frameworks, and analytics requirements before features are launched.
Live directly in the data to analyze acquisition, onboarding, activation, engagement, retention, conversion, and other key user behaviours.
Develop hypotheses and lead structured experiments, including prototypes, concept tests, usability studies, A/B tests, and staged product releases.
Use quantitative and qualitative insights to evaluate product performance, identify opportunities, and recommend whether to iterate, scale, reposition, or stop an initiative.
Partner with Growth Marketing to connect audience insights, acquisition performance, onboarding, engagement, and retention into a cohesive product-growth strategy.
Lead cross-functional product discussions, resolve trade-offs, identify dependencies and risks, and maintain alignment across internal and external stakeholders.
Communicate product strategy, priorities, decisions, progress, results, and recommendations clearly to engineers, design, marketing and leadership.
Establish scalable product-development practices, including discovery methods, opportunity assessment, prioritization frameworks, planning rhythms, decision records, and post-launch reviews.
Requirements
5+ years of product management experience, including significant ownership of consumer-facing mobile, web, social, gaming, marketplace, or other digital product experiences.
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent practical experience.
Proven track record of taking new products, features, or major initiatives from early discovery and validation through launch and iteration.
Strong product-discovery skills, including experience planning and conducting user interviews, synthesizing qualitative research, testing concepts, and identifying unmet customer needs.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with hands-on experience using product analytics and business-intelligence tools to analyze funnels, cohorts, engagement, retention, and product performance.
Ability to work directly with data using SQL or an equivalent analytical workflow, with enough fluency to independently investigate questions and validate hypotheses.
Experience defining product goals, KPIs, instrumentation requirements, experiment plans, and success criteria.
Demonstrated ability to translate ambiguous opportunities into clear product strategies, roadmaps, requirements, and actionable plans.
Strong prioritization and decision-making skills, including the ability to evaluate trade-offs between user value, business impact, speed, technical complexity, and long-term maintainability.
Experience working closely with designers and engineers to deliver high-quality products in an iterative development environment.
Strong understanding of modern consumer product development, including user-centred design, experimentation, agile delivery, and metrics-informed iteration.
Strong written, verbal, facilitation, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex product decisions clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
Ability to operate independently, create structure, and maintain momentum in an ambiguous, technically complex, and fast-moving zero-to-one environment.
Strong user and customer focus, with the judgement to balance experimentation and speed with trust, privacy, usability, accessibility, and long-term product quality.
Bonus
Experience building social, community, communications, or network-driven consumer products.
Experience in gaming, mobile games, entertainment, or another highly engaged digital consumer category.
Deep knowledge of player behaviours, gaming culture, online communities, and industry trends.
Experience as a founding, first, or sole product manager on an early-stage product team.
Experience with real-time or social product capabilities such as messaging, presence, notifications, activity feeds, groups, identity, discovery, or recommendations.
Experience developing product-led growth loops involving invitations, referrals, sharing, re-engagement, community participation, or network effects.

You'll use GitLab Geo to replicate customer data and move customers onto fully managed, isolated GitLab environments with minimal disruption. You'll balance hands-on technical delivery with clear communication and project ownership, translating each customer's goals, timelines, and constraints into a practical plan and guiding them through cutover and validation.
You'll use infrastructure as code and configuration as code practices, Kubernetes, cloud platforms, and network design to work within existing GitLab Dedicated environments. What you’ll do
Deliver customer migrations from initial assessment through planning, replication, cutover, and post-migration validation.
Use GitLab Geo to replicate customer data, debug synchronization issues, identify root causes, and keep migrations on track.
Design customer network connectivity within GitLab Dedicated constraints, including virtual private clouds, private connectivity, Domain Name System configuration, and firewall rules.
Apply infrastructure as code and configuration as code practices to interact with and validate existing GitLab Dedicated environments.
Advise customers on migration sequencing, cutover windows, integration requirements, risks, and clear next steps.
Improve migration tooling, scripts, and runbooks to make delivery more reliable, repeatable, and efficient.
Partner with Professional Services, Environment Automation, Product, and Engineering to resolve blockers, share field feedback, and keep delivery consistent.
Manage multiple customer engagements while balancing customer outcomes, delivery priorities, and share technical knowledge with other engineers.
What you’ll bring
Experience delivering customer-facing migration, installation, training, or technical advisory engagements.
Experience using, deploying, or configuring GitLab, with a solid understanding of Git and source control workflows.
Experience with infrastructure as code or configuration as code tools such as Terraform, Ansible, Packer, Puppet, or Chef.
Hands-on experience running Kubernetes workloads in production, including deployments, rollouts, and debugging crash loops, failed health checks, and scheduling issues.
Experience with a major cloud provider such as Amazon Web Services (AWS), Google Cloud Platform (GCP), or Microsoft Azure, along with working knowledge of network design and connectivity.
Ability to read, understand, and modify infrastructure tooling, with familiarity in languages such as Go, Python, or Ruby.
Ability to independently lead multiple customer projects, communicate clearly in written and spoken English, and build agreement in a remote, largely asynchronous environment.
PubSec/Federal experience a plus.
A solution-oriented approach, effective cross-functional collaboration, and a commitment to GitLab's values. Experience with GitLab Geo and replication is helpful, but deep expertise can be developed in the role.

We work with Sales, Professional Services, Environment Automation, Product, and Engineering to coordinate delivery, resolve customer needs, and share field feedback that improves GitLab features and delivery practices. You’ll design and build software that creates delightful, groundbreaking user experiences. You’ll play a key role in growing the talent in our engineering organization through mentoring, coaching and hiring, and you’ll resolve our most tricky product issues through an understanding of what’s important to our users and business.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Provide technical leadership for a critical part of Attio’s engineering organization. You’ll work across teams to design significant parts of our infrastructure, aligning with Attio’s overall technical strategy. You’ll hold a high bar for the output of the teams you work with, ensuring that Attio executes both quickly and with quality.
- Raise the bar on how we build and operate software. You’ll be part of a technical leadership group that sets standards for how we build and operate software at Attio, ensuring that we strive to build robust and maintainable systems that are reliable, scalable and secure.
- Grow our engineering talent. You’ll mentor and coach the engineers you work with, and help ensure we hire the best talent for Attio. You’ll share your knowledge and growth mindset with the team, and be open to new approaches and experiments as software engineering evolves in the age of AI.
- Deliver for the business. You’ll always look to optimize for Attio’s business, ensuring that we make the right trade-offs between delivery and perfection. You’ll strive to understand our customers and users so you can deliver the experiences which are uniquely valuable to them.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- First-class technical skills. First and foremost, you’ll be an excellent technical executor, with an ability to think in systems, not just crank out code. You’ll understand the world of distributed, cloud-native systems, and intuitively create the right interfaces to allow teams to innovate in parallel.
- Proven technical leadership credentials. You’ll have a track record of not just personal execution, but of delivering projects through others. You’ll be able to break down large, complex problems into smaller, independent goals that others can own. You’ll understand how technical architecture impacts ability to deliver, and to maintain systems for the long term, and be sensitive to the need to pick the right compromise.
- A growth mindset. Software engineering is changing rapidly in the age of AI, and you’ll understand the need to be open-minded and to experiment. You’ll be keen to teach, and to learn from the experience of others. You’ll relish the challenge of working in an area that’s new to you, and enjoy the discomfort that leads to personal growth.
- A passion for growing the skills of others. As you deliver projects through your technical leadership, you’ll be keen to grow the next generation of technical leaders. You’ll have demonstrated impact through mentoring and coaching, and be able to flex your style depending on the needs of your colleagues. You’ll also be passionate about hiring the right talent for Attio.
- A focus on the product and customer. You’ll have strong opinions on what makes a great product, and a keen desire to deliver the things which generate value for Attio’s customers. You’ll be curious to learn about how our product is used in the field, and have an understanding of how to use data to ensure we’re building the right thing.

ABOUT THE ROLE
Attio is an AI-native platform trusted with our customers' most sensitive data - and keeping that data secure is foundational to everything we build. As we scale, so does the challenge: a large multi-tenant SaaS platform, AI-driven product features that introduce entirely new attack surfaces, and an engineering team shipping fast with AI-assisted development.

- Recruit and retain a world-class team of Security Engineers and SecOps practitioners.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- Full understanding of the Application Security landscape in a high scale, multi-tenant SaaS context.
- Appreciation of the tools and techniques used to secure SaaS applications, through prevention, detection and remediation of security issues. Understanding of how to integrate those tools into an effective, scalable, cost-efficient program that delivers a secure service.

Here at Humanoid, we believe in a future where robots amplify human potential. That’s why we’ve set out on a mission to build the world’s most capable, commercially-scalable, and safe humanoid robots. We’re bringing that mission to life with HMND‑01 - our rapidly developed humanoid platform being deployed in real industrial environments - and we’re growing the team to take it even further.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Software Engineer to join our Control Team in London.
You will own how we measure control quality - per robot and across the fleet. Today, judging whether a change made the robot better is still too often an engineer's opinion after a few runs. You will replace that with numbers: reproducible, automated, trusted numbers that say whether a release is better than the last one, whether one robot behaves like another, and whether a fleet is ready for a pilot.
This is a software engineering role, not a control design role. You do not need to derive a whole-body controller. You do need real robotics experience, strong engineering discipline, and genuine interest in the physics of what you are measuring - the control engineers bring the theory and will rely on you to tell them the truth about their code.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Control Quality Metrics
- Turn qualitative concerns about control quality - smoothness, latency, tracking error, accuracy, and the like - into precise, computable metrics, and build the pipelines that compute them consistently from recorded robot data, simulation runs and live telemetry.
- Own metric definitions and versioning so a number measured today is comparable with the same number measured six months from now.
Evaluation & Test Infrastructure
- Develop automated test harnesses that evaluate control releases deterministically - reproducible, run-to-run comparable, free of the hidden state that makes hardware testing unreliable.
- Wire control evaluation into CI across simulation and hardware-in-the-loop, with pass/fail thresholds so regressions are caught automatically rather than discovered on a customer site.
- Build the tooling that lets engineers compare controller variants and releases side by side.
Fleet-Level Control Quality
- Build the per-robot and per-fleet test suites that establish whether each robot meets the expected control performance bar - runnable by other teams without controls support.
- Track control quality over time and across units - drift, per-robot variation, degradation - and own the path from robot to metric, including the dashboards that make control health legible.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Robotics experience on real systems - you understand robot data, timing and synchronisation, and the many ways hardware experiments go wrong.
- Strong Python, plus enough modern C++ to work confidently inside a real-time control codebase and instrument it.
- Built test automation, evaluation frameworks or benchmarking infrastructure for complex systems - and got other engineers to actually use them.
- Solid measurement and data analysis judgement: sampling, noise, statistical significance, and knowing when a difference between two runs is real.
- Experience with robot middleware and data formats (ROS/ROS2, message recording and replay, time sync), CI/CD pipelines and Git-based workflows.
Nice to have:
- Familiarity with robot kinematics and dynamics, or prior exposure to control systems — enough to hold an informed conversation about what you are measuring.
- Hardware-in-the-loop test rigs and physical regression testing.
- Physics simulation environments (MuJoCo, Isaac Sim/Isaac Lab) and sim-to-real validation.
- Operating or supporting a fleet of robots or other distributed physical devices.
- Data engineering: pipeline orchestration, time-series databases, large-scale log processing.
- Release management or quality gates for safety-relevant software.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Competitive equity: stock options with meaningful upside as we scale.
- 30+ paid days off, including 23 days of annual leave, all UK bank holidays, and additional company closure days (including Christmas–New Year shutdown).
- Private healthcare, including virtual and in-person care.
- Pension scheme with 8% total contribution (5% employee, 3% employer) on full earnings.
- Free daily breakfast, catered lunch, and snacks in-office.
- Work at the frontier - collaborate daily with world-class engineers, researchers, and product experts building the next generation of AI and humanoid robotics.
- Real ownership - direct access to founding leadership, meaningful input on product direction, and the ability to drive key initiatives from day one.
