HEALTH CAN’T WAIT.
Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.
We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture https://alan.com/en/careers. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.
Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.
🐼 WHO WE ARE
You. Better. With Alan.
Alan's vision is to make prevention the new norm of care for all. Our mission is to help people live in good health to 100 while helping employers feel proud, turning health benefits from a cost centre into their most valuable investment.
We're building a vertically integrated health partner that seamlessly unites insurance and smart healthcare delivery into one system.
By connecting all aspects of care - private, public, and direct to consumer - we create the most member-centric healthcare experience. Through deep engagement, we empower everyone to overcome day-to-day health obstacles and live healthier lives.
We partner with 32,000+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 700K members, and have reached €500M+ in ARR.
Our team of 600 people (still growing) operates across France 🇫🇷, Spain 🇪🇸, Belgium 🇧🇪, and Canada 🇨🇦.

🚀 Your mission
Enterprise is our fastest growing market segment and represents a unique opportunity for Alan to become the health partner of millions of members by 2030.
Strengthening this segment is a high priority : we are doubling down to accelerate on the foundations set this year, increasing our reach, reinforcing our offer and positioning in order to support a growing number of larger companies in France.
As an Enterprise Sales & Strategy Associate, you will play a key role in helping us structure our approach to Very Large companies (> 3,000 employees). You will work closely with a team of 2 Senior Account Executives, 1 Business Developper and our Business Segment Lead, supporting them with closing deals and driving various growth-related projects.
You will be responsible for:
- Deal support: partnering with Account Executives on their deal strategy, account mapping, meeting preparation and pitch presentations in order to tailor our approach.
- Prospecting Support: Collaborating with Business Developers and Account Executives to build and deploy targeted prospecting strategies through account mapping, lead qualification, C-Level outreach, cold-calling and nurturing campaigns.
- Tender management and RFP (Request for Purchase) Library: orchestrating tender answers with a dedicated taskforce (ops, marketing, pre-sales, sales, top management), with ownership of specific sections and content to build. Ideal to shape project management skills!
- Networking & Brand Awareness: identifying events to participate to and personas to meet for our Founders and Senior Execs to make Alan more visible among decision-makers
- Process Scaling: auditing existing sales processes (CRM, minutes of meeting automation, meeting prep framework….), identifying and implementing improvement areas
- Go to Market Strategy: along with the crew lead or the Business Segment Lead, opportunity to dig deeper into a topic to crack (Unions market in France, brokers market…)
⭐ IS IT YOU WE’RE LOOKING FOR?
You would be a great fit at Alan if most of this sounds like you:
- Are fully fluent in French & English (written and spoken)
- Are analytical and think strategically : selling to very large accounts asks for the ability to map organizations to find the best interlocutor and have a clear picture of our positioning on the health insurance market
- Have a strong business sense: bringing a disruptive vision on a conventional market such as health insurance is hard. It requires the ability to convince high level stakeholders and be able to outline our product's impact at a strategic level.
- Are self-organized and autonomous: you are well-versed in missions requiring precision and reliability. You are able to manage a project from start to finish with minimal external assistance.
- Communicate effectively: given the number of internal stakeholders with whom Very Large Sales interact on a daily basis, the ability to communicate with clarity is essential.
- Display a growth mindset: you know how to ask for and receive feedback in order to grow and take the best of this experience to set you up for success in your early professional life.
- Excel at teamwork: given the strategic implications of our Very Large business segment, volume and timeline of work, you have the ability to lead transversal initiatives towards a particular objective.
- Show versatility: given the scope of work, you should be able to jump from one topic to another
- Have a strong product and “Tech” sense: Alan is an innovative company offering the most high-end healthcare software on the market. In order to thrive in selling it, you need to enjoy deep diving in the technical dimension of the software industry.
Level considered for this position is between A0 and A2.
We're looking for someone to start in January 2027, ideally for a 6-month internship.

You’re impact-driven and autonomous, and good at drawing clear conclusions from experimental results. You’ll work closely with design, product and research, and help shape the app’s architecture and technical direction.

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re looking for a founding Professional Services Consultant who is Ramp’s deepest product expert, a hands-on builder, and a strategic thought partner to the finance teams we serve. You work as an extension of the customer's team: you're embedded in their strategy, you understand where their finance organization is headed, and you do the execution work to get it there. You map their current-state workflows, design the future state, and configure Ramp to match it.
You’re dialed into the roadmap, driving transformation across their platform and finance orgs. You get customers live fast, and in some cases stay on as their ongoing partner, optimizing their Ramp environment and advising strategically as the business grows.
You'll work across a portfolio of enterprise accounts in partnership with Customer Success during activation, and Account Managers beyond implementation.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
OWN CUSTOMER DELIVERY
- Discovery and process mapping — Run workshops to analyze current-state finance workflows across spend, procurement, AP, expense, travel, and close. Diagnose where time and money are actually leaking, and define the optimal Ramp solution.
- Solution design — Design and document the end-to-end solution: persona-based workflow design, approval and policy architecture, configuration blueprints, and deployment documentation that a customer admin can maintain after go-live.
- Hands-on configuration — Execute the core functional workstream. Configure Ramp to match the approved design: policies, approval chains, accounting rules, GL and dimension mapping, entity and multi-currency structures, roles and permissions.
- Integrations and data — Work with customer IT, accounting, and security teams to scope and validate ERP and HRIS integrations, map and reconcile data, build against Ramp's APIs where standard connectors don't reach, and clear security reviews.
- Agentic workflow enablement — Configure and tune Ramp's agentic finance capabilities for each customer's context: agent behavior, policy logic, prompt and rule design, exception handling. Help the customer's team understand what to hand to an agent and what to keep.
- Training and enablement — Build and deliver the enablement program: admin certification, end-user training, train-the-trainer sessions, office hours, and the documentation and in-product guidance that make it durable. Enablement is a deliverable, not a slide at the end.
- Quality assurance and hypercare — Own QA: build test scenarios, coordinate User Acceptance Testing, resolve defects, and run post-go-live hypercare until the customer is stable.
- Adoption support — Consult on organizational change management alongside the CSM, and drive the functional adoption work that makes value stick after the project closes.
IMPROVE HOW WE DELIVER
- Document implementation approaches, customer needs, and lessons learned so the team can reuse what works
- Help the Senior Manager, Professional Services refine playbooks, templates, tooling, and workflows based on delivery experience
- Use customer feedback and delivery data to spot patterns, improve execution, and share practical recommendations
- Contribute to enablement materials and share product and implementation knowledge with teammates
PARTNER CROSS-FUNCTIONALLY
- Maintain expert knowledge of the entire Ramp product suite, roadmap, APIs, and the third-party ecosystem it integrates with
- Build the reusable assets that make the practice faster: configuration accelerators, templates, internal tooling, scripts, and best-practice guides — including AI-built tooling of your own
- Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Account Management and Support to make the handoff from presales to implementation to steady state seamless
- Bring patterns back to Product and Engineering: what customers keep asking for, what keeps breaking, what the product should do natively instead of being configured around
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
- Minimum of 1+ year at Ramp and a self proclaimed product expert, ability to not only consult on workflows but execute the build in product.
- 3+ years in a customer-facing professional services, implementation, or solutions consulting role — with a track record delivering SaaS implementations at mid-market and enterprise scale
- Hands-on builder — You configure, troubleshoot, and ship yourself.
- Finance systems and process knowledge — Real working understanding of finance operations: the close, AP and expense workflows, approval and policy design, GL and chart-of-accounts structure, and how an ERP actually gets used. Hands-on with NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Sage, Workday, QuickBooks, or Xero.
- AI fluency as a daily habit — You already use AI to accelerate delivery: to build configurations, generate documentation and training material, analyze customer data, and automate the repetitive parts of the job. Experience with AI workflow configuration — agent customization, prompt engineering, tuning — is a strong plus.
- Enablement and training ability — You can teach. You've built training programs, run rooms of skeptical users, and produced documentation people actually use.
- Multi-project discipline — You can prioritize across several concurrent engagements and hit committed dates on all of them.
- Excellent communication — You translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable business solutions, and you write well enough that your deliverables go to a CFO without an edit pass.
NICE-TO-HAVES
- Prior experience implementing spend management, procure-to-pay, expense, or corporate card platforms
- Accounting or finance background (CPA, FP&A, controllership, or accounting operations)
- Experience building agentic or AI-powered workflows for customers at scale
- Familiarity with project management essentials and tooling (scope, schedule, budget; Smartsheet, Asana, Linear, Monday)
- Big 4 or systems integrator consulting background
- Experience in high-growth environments where the methodology was still being written
- Willingness to travel up to 25% for critical project milestones
BENEFITS AVAILABLE TO ALL FULL-TIME RAMP EMPLOYEES (GLOBAL)
- Flexible PTO
- Centralized home-office equipment ordering
- Health and wellness stipend
- Budget for intra-office travel
- Weekly coffee stipend

ABOUT THE ROLE
We're hiring a Jr. Software Engineer to join the Optimum team and turn product ideas into working prototypes. You'll work closely with our CTO and CPO to build, test and benchmark our solutions against the competition.
This role is deliberately focused. Your job is product discovery through code: build it, measure it, learn from it, and help us find a good fit for our users.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Build working prototypes of new ideas alongside the engineering and product team.
- Design and run benchmarks that compare our prototypes with competing solutions, and report results clearly.
- Work with the product team to understand how our users operate, where performance matters most to them, and what they'd pay for.
- Iterate quickly: ship a prototype, present findings and gather feedback, decide what to keep, and move on.
- Use AI coding tools such as Claude Code and Cursor to prototype faster, so you spend your time on testing ideas rather than boilerplate.
- Help shape the roadmap by bringing data and working demos, not just assumptions.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Strong hands-on software engineering skills and a track record of shipping, such as open-source work or side projects.
- Strong hands-on full-stack engineering skills, from backend services and APIs to web front ends, with a record of shipping things such as open-source work or side projects.

- A competitive streak and curiosity about how your work stacks up against alternatives.
- Comfort with performance measurement and benchmarking.
- Clear written communication and the ability to work with a distributed team.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience with Go or another systems language on the backend, and React or TypeScript on the front end.

- Experience with blockchain networks, P2P networking, or trading and MEV workflows.
- Experience working directly with product or business stakeholders.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Work on hard problems at the edge of networking, blockchain market structure, and decentralized systems.
- Close collaboration with a small, senior, cross-functional team.
- Competitive compensation, equity, and flexibility.
- Flexible time off.
- Fully remote.
- Work from wherever you do your best thinking. Most of the team operates on ET or CET, so we look for meaningful overlap with those windows (at least 5 hours per day).
This is a 4 month contract with the potential to extend.

Your Opportunity:
Tenable Research is seeking a Senior Security Researcher - Cloud Security to join our highly technical product research team working at the core of our cloud security platform.
This is a rare opportunity to join an elite research team and do work that directly shapes our product. In this role, you will define how vulnerabilities in cloud assets are understood, enriched, and remediated. As AI floods production with vulnerabilities, you design the model and system that keeps teams ahead of it.
You will define the foundation for how cloud vulnerabilities are treated across the platform, from reachability and exploitability to effective resolution. Your work will directly shape product direction and set the standard for what handling vulns at scale actually means.
We are looking for an exceptional researcher who can bridge cloud security, application security, and vulnerability management. You are curious, comfortable with ambiguity, and driven to deeply understand how vulnerabilities manifest and how they are fixed across cloud environments and code.
Your Role:
Own Vulnerability Management Across Tenable's Cloud Security Platform: Define cloud vulnerability management by grounding findings in how exposure is actually created and what resolving it means for organizations. Collaborate with engineering and product teams to introduce the signals and data that validate exploitability and drive remediation. Establish the standard for what separates an actionable finding from a theoretical one.
Research Exploitability and Risk Context: Research how the security context around a finding affects its real-world risk and what resolving it looks like. Define how these factors shape prioritization and remediation across the platform.
Lead Remediation Research: Define how vulnerabilities across cloud and code map to the fixes that resolve them, and drive AI innovation in how remediation is understood and delivered at scale. Work with engineering and product to build the capabilities that close the loop from detection to resolution.
Publish and Present: Share research through technical blogs, reports, and leading industry conferences.
What You'll Need:
5+ years of hands-on experience in security research
Familiarity with real-world vulnerability management: triage, prioritization, remediation, and the gap between CVSS and actual impact
Strong technical background in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), including how vulnerabilities manifest across workloads, services, and code
Familiarity with application security tooling
Highly curious, self-driven, and comfortable working in ambiguous, fast-evolving problem spaces
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to clearly articulate complex technical findings
And Ideally:
Experience with exploit research, full-chain attack analysis, or CVE-to-fix resolution across complex dependency chains
Experience leveraging AI and agentic workflows for security research and analysis
Background in application security, secure code review, or supply chain security
Hands-on experience with SBOM tooling, container scanning, or software composition analysis pipelines
Track record of published research, conference talks, or technical blog posts
Experience working with product teams and delivering value to customers through the product

ABOUT CLIPBOARD
Our mission is to uplift as many communities as possible. We do this through our app-based marketplace that connects healthcare professionals with the workplaces that need amazing workers. This enables hundreds of thousands of people to achieve financial stability for themselves and their families while providing essential care to millions of people across the U.S.
Founded in 2016, we are a remote-first team of over 1,000 people building a top Y-Combinator company https://www.ycombinator.com/topcompanies/ and have been profitable since 2022. We’re the leader in Long-Term Care staffing and are rapidly expanding into Home Health, Hospitals, and more, meaning we have more work to do than people to do it, and are growing our team to support millions more people and their communities.
OVERVIEW
Our largest customers run complex operations, and when something isn’t working, the problem rarely sits neatly within one team. A customer may be implementing a new product, dealing with a complicated integration, or facing an operational issue with no obvious owner or solution. That’s where you come in!
We’re looking for a Strategic Fixer who wants exposure to a wide range of problems and is ready to own outcomes. You will take ambiguous problems, structure them, dig into the details, align senior stakeholders, and drive execution across teams that don’t report to you.
This isn’t a role where you make a recommendation and hand it off. One week you might be diagnosing a failing payroll integration, the next coordinating an engineering fix, and the next working with a customer’s VP of Operations to get an implementation back on track. The problems might vary, but your job stays the same: figure it out, get the right people moving, and own the problem until it’s solved. This role opens doors to a range of growth paths across Clipboard!
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Analyze operational data to spot trends and bottlenecks, and turn your findings into clear recommendations that guide business decisions.
- Research and evaluate new tools, including AI, automation, and internal systems, and drive their adoption to make operations more effective.
- Design processes, workflows, and operating procedures that improve efficiency, quality, and customer experience
- Lead cross-functional projects and strategic initiatives from planning through execution, partnering with Operations, Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and other teams.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 2–6 years of experience in a problem-solving role, such as strategy or management consulting, operations, strategy & operations, implementation, customer strategy, or program management.
- Experience solving operational problems by improving processes, designing workflows, or building scalable systems, while juggling multiple priorities in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
- Strong analytical skills, with comfort using data (e.g., SQL, Python) to diagnose problems and support decisions.
- Clear written and verbal communication, with the ability to explain complex problems simply and align stakeholders across teams, from frontline operators to senior leaders.
- A high level of ownership. You don’t stop at the recommendation; you stay with the problem until it’s solved.
- A deep curiosity that drives you to reason from first principles and dig until you find the root cause.
- A habit of going to the source: testing the feature, listening to the agent call, calling the customer, or running the workflow.
WHY JOIN CLIPBOARD?
- We are remote-first, giving you the flexibility to work with us from many places.
- Fast-paced startup environment. Join a company that values curiosity, independence, and growth.
- A hiring process that rewards skills, not just experience. Every applicant gets a fair shot, our selection is based on real-world problem-solving ability, not just credentials.
- Opportunity to make a significant impact with our customers on both sides of the marketplace.
THE INTERVIEW PROCESS
At Clipboard, we don't believe proxies are a reliable way to measure ability. We prefer to evaluate candidates by having them do work that closely resembles the actual job. We are hiring for several teams through this one posting, so the process also helps us find the team where you’ll fit best. Here is how it works:
1. Application Review
2. Case Study
3. Case Study Interview
4. Hiring Manager Interview (s)
5. Offer!

5. Culture Interview
6. Offer!

Job Summary
The Bugcrowd RL and Reasoning Team focuses on pushing the boundaries of autonomous cybersecurity by building authentic, verifiable reinforcement learning environments for world-leading foundational AI companies. As a Reinforcement Learning Engineer specializing in Reinforcement Learning from Verifiable Rewards (RLVR), you will design and scale automated verification pipelines that transform real-world software vulnerabilities into deterministic reward functions. In this role, you will bridge the gap between low-level security analysis and modern LLM reasoning models, engineering environments where AI agents learn to discover, exploit, and remediate software vulnerabilities with mathematical certainty. Instead of relying on subjective human feedback, your work directly powers the rigorous, verifiable reward signals that teach next-generation frontier AI models how to master complex cybersecurity domain logic. You will work at the intersection of fuzzing, dynamic program analysis, system exploitation, and scalable ML infrastructure to shape the safety and offensive/defensive capabilities of future artificial intelligence.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Design, build, and deploy high-throughput RLVR (Reinforcement Learning from Verifiable Rewards) environments that evaluate LLM action sequences against deterministic execution outcomes.
Develop automated test harnesses, sandboxes, and verification engines that convert complex vulnerability research (e.g., memory corruption, web security, logic bugs) into binary pass/fail reward signals.
Integrate Bugcrowd’s Mayhem automated analysis platform and real-world vulnerability feeds into continuous, scalable RL environment generation pipelines.
Architect safe, isolated, and highly reproducible execution environments (using Docker, BuildKit, or Nix) capable of running thousands of simultaneous agent-driven exploitation and patching trajectories.
Collaborate directly with researchers at frontier AI labs including Anthropic, OpenAI, and Cohere to define standard benchmark formats, observation spaces, and verifiable evaluation metrics for cybersecurity tasks.
Implement precise telemetry, ground-truth verification algorithms, and trajectory logging to analyze agent reasoning paths and prevent reward hacking or false positives.
Build low-level instrumentation and debugging tools to monitor memory states, process executions, and network behaviors during agent interaction cycles.
Optimize infrastructure performance and environment reset latency to support massive-scale parallel sampling and distributed RL training workflows.
Benchmark and evaluate frontier AI model performance across diverse offensive and defensive security challenges, such as automated fuzzing, exploit payload generation, and patch validation.
Education, Experience, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Understanding of RL training workflows used by modern LLM systems, specifically execution-based feedback or Reinforcement Learning from Verifiable Rewards (RLVR).
Proficiency developing applications in Python and low-level systems programming in C, with Rust experience being a strong plus.
Solid understanding of software vulnerabilities, binary exploitation, fuzzing methodologies, or program analysis.
Experience with DevOps pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions), reproducible builds (Docker, BuildKit, Nix), and comfort working with Linux systems and low-level debugging.
Experience working with or building benchmark environments (e.g., CTFs, SWE-bench, security challenges, or execution sandboxes).
Preferred Experience
Experience designing custom reward functions, ground-truth verifiers, or automated grading engines for AI safety and reasoning models.
Background in low-level program analysis tools, sanitizers (e.g., ASan/MSan), compiler instrumentation, or automated exploit generation tools.
Proven track record of participating in or developing competitive cybersecurity benchmarks, CTFs, or open-source AI evaluation frameworks.
Working Conditions and Physical Requirements
The ideal candidate must be able to complete all physical requirements of the job with or without reasonable accommodation.
Sitting and / or standing - Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time
Carrying and / or lifting - Must be able to carry / move laptop as needed throughout the work day.
Environment - remote, work-from-home 100% of the time.

- Comfortable with fast-paced production – you can make strong creative decisions quickly.
- Excellent English communication skills.
BIG PLUS
- Experience directing drama, romance, thrillers, soap operas, or telenovelas.
- Familiarity with ReelShort, DramaBox, or other vertical drama platforms.

Role highlights:
- Senior Smart Manufacturing Engineer, Electronics
- Location: Espoo, Finland
- Department: Global Manufacturing Organization, Smart Manufacturing Engineering
- Reports to: Team Lead, Smart Manufacturing Engineering
- Employment type: Permanent
- Workplace model: Hybrid
- Employment is subject to applicable security screening (incl. SUPO, where required)
Why this role matters:
As a Senior Smart Manufacturing Engineer, Electronics, you’ll own the test systems that every ICEYE satellite passes through before it reaches orbit. You’ll design and standardize the production and integration test equipment used across our manufacturing sites, find the bottlenecks that would otherwise cap how fast we can scale, and set the technical standard for the engineers around you. This is a hands-on design role with organization-wide influence: what you build and document becomes how we manufacture.
Who We Are
ICEYE is the world leader in sovereign intelligence from space. We deliver persistent monitoring capabilities to detect and respond to changes in any location on Earth.
ICEYE owns the world's largest and most advanced SAR (synthetic aperture radar) satellite constellation. To our customers we provide intelligence with unmatched quality, latency and revisit times, in any weather, day or night. To governments who choose to operate their own constellation we provide this proven capability as a sovereign system.
ICEYE-built constellations serve customers in defence and intelligence, environmental monitoring, insurance and emergency management. We enable fast decisions that contribute to a safer future.
Founded and headquartered in Finland, ICEYE operates globally with over 1000 employees across Europe, North America, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific.
Your day-to-day responsibilities
- Design, build and own the production and integration test systems used on the line, including the electrical ground support equipment.
- Drive standardization of test equipment across products and sites, so designs and interfaces are reused rather than rebuilt each time.
- Define test strategies: coverage, test limits, guard bands, failure modes and diagnostics.
- Produce and maintain the design documentation other engineers execute from, including schematics, test requirements, procedures and interface definitions.
- Use production and test data to find yield issues, bottlenecks and systemic weaknesses, then implement the fixes before they limit the ramp.
- Review designs from other teams and set the requirements they must meet to integrate cleanly into our production workflow.
- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers through design reviews, feedback and knowledge sharing.
What we’re looking for
Must haves:
- Several years of electronics design and test system development experience, ideally on high-reliability or high-complexity products (space, defence, telecom, automotive, industrial or similar).
- Strong analog and digital electronics design, including high-speed digital work (signal integrity, impedance control, power integrity) and PCBA design for manufacturability and testability.
- A track record of designing, implementing and maintaining automated test systems or electrical ground support equipment, taken from concept through to stable production.
- Hands-on RF and mixed-signal test and characterization, including S-parameters, matching networks and filters, with the instruments that go with them (spectrum analyzers, vector network analyzers, signal generators).
- Test automation in Python and embedded development in C/C++ on common microcontrollers such as STM32, TI or MSP430.
- Experience mentoring engineers and running design reviews, with documentation quality to match.
Nice to haves:
- Altium Designer or KiCad, and RF simulation in CST or AWR.
- Lean or Six Sigma background, and quality methods such as FMEA, 8D or fault tree analysis applied to production problems.
- Experience scaling a manufacturing line: ramp-up, multi-site rollout and continuous improvement.
- Real-time operating systems such as FreeRTOS, and serial interfaces including USB, CAN and RS-485.
- Confident use of AI tools in day-to-day engineering work.
Application Process
- Recruiter Interview
- Hiring manager interview
- Technical assessment
- Final Interview

About Us
Constructor is the next-generation platform for search and discovery in ecommerce, built to explicitly optimize for metrics like revenue, conversion rate, and profit. Our search engine is entirely invented in-house utilizing transformers and generative LLMs, and we use its core and personalization capabilities to power everything from search itself to recommendations to shopping agents. Engineering is by far our largest department, and we’ve built our proprietary engine to be the best on the market, having never lost an A/B test to a competitive technology. We’re passionate about maintaining this and work on the bleeding edge of AI to do so.
Out of necessity, our engine is built for extreme scale and powers over 1 billion queries every day across 150 languages and roughly 100 countries. It is used by some of the biggest ecommerce companies in the world like Sephora, Under Armour, and Petco.
We’re a passionate team who love solving problems and want to make our customers’ and coworkers’ lives better. We value empathy, openness, curiosity, continuous improvement, and are excited by metrics that matter. We believe that empowering everyone in a company to do what they do best can lead to great things.
Constructor is a U.S. based company that has been in the market since 2019. It was founded by Eli Finkelshteyn and Dan McCormick who still lead the company today.
About the Position
We're looking for a proactive and highly organized Technical Project Manager to lead customer implementations across Constructor's product suite. You will lead onboardings for new customers as well as implementations of additional products for existing customers, owning each engagement from kickoff through activation. You will own the plan, the timeline, and the outcome, and you drive the people delivering it through a matrixed reporting structure. As we build toward an automation-first operating model, you will help standardize how implementations are run and increasingly act as a portfolio strategist, managing exceptions while repeatable, AI-assisted processes carry the routine work.
You will:
• Lead multiple implementations end to end, both new-customer onboardings and additional-product rollouts for existing customers, from kickoff through integration, testing, and activation.
• Take accountability for the outcome of every implementation, coordinating Constructor resources, customer resources, and partners, against a single shared plan.
• Run kickoffs, set milestones, track dependencies, and maintain a clear, shared view of status for internal stakeholders and the customer.
• Serve as the customer's primary point of contact through activation, setting expectations and communicating progress, risks, and changes in scope.
• Identify risks and blockers early, escalate effectively, and keep implementations moving toward on-time, predictable delivery.
• Ensure clean handoffs into implementation from Sales and out of implementation to Customer Success and Support.
• Maintain implementation plans and reporting in our systems of record so schedule, duration, and status roll up cleanly across your portfolio.
• Help build the repeatable processes, templates, and standards that let the function scale, and partner on the automation-first model as it matures.
Role Responsibilities: Technical Project Management
• Own the Outcome: Be accountable for the success of each implementation from kickoff to activation, whether the work is delivered by Constructor, the customer, or a partner, standing behind on-time, predictable go-live for both new customers and existing-customer product rollouts.
• Drive Every Contributor: Coordinate Constructor technical resources, customer resources, and partners against one plan, holding each accountable to their commitments through influence rather than authority.
• Lead the Customer Experience: Serve as the primary point of contact through activation, running a clear communication rhythm and building customer confidence from kickoff to handoff.
• Manage Handoffs & Risk: Ensure accurate handoffs from Sales into implementation and from implementation into Customer Success and Support, surfacing risk early and keeping delivery on track wherever the risk sits.
• Build Scalable Process: Standardize how implementations are run at Constructor, maintain accurate tracking and reporting, and help advance the automation-first operating model as the function grows.
Requirements
You Have
• At least 3 years of technical project management or onboarding project management experience, ideally in a SaaS environment.
• A track record of owning delivery outcomes end to end and holding cross-functional contributors accountable through influence rather than direct authority.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to run multiple implementations in parallel without losing the thread.
• Customer-facing confidence: you can lead a kickoff, manage expectations, and keep stakeholders aligned through go-live.
• Proven ability to prioritize effectively, manage competing demands, and maintain clarity under ambiguity.
Nice to Have
• Technical fluency sufficient to direct integration specialists and translate between technical and business stakeholders.
• Exposure to ecommerce, product discovery, LLMs and familiarity with concepts like catalog data feeds, integrations and APIs.
• Experience coordinating implementations that span internal teams, customer resources, and third-party partners.

And beyond.
⭐️ YOUR MISSION
The inbound sales role at Alan Belgium was launched in 2024. Alan is growing in Belgium’s largest market in number of companies (freelancers, very small companies or ‘SMEs’). After a successful launch, we are now scaling a team to help us accelerate in this market.
Your mission will be to support prospects going through Alan’s online buying process (‘self-serve experience’) in their buying process (quote requests, chat conversations, meetings, and callback requests): You proactively reach out, advise them on the most relevant insurance products, and convince them of Alan’s added value.
Your objective is to close these prospects, increasing Alan’s foothold in this new market, your targets are ‘contracts signed’. Your prospects are single member companies (e.g. freelancers, consultants), and very small companies (1 to 9 employees).
To be successful in your role, you will:
- become an expert in insurance and our product, developing a deep understanding of what we sell (and what our competitors sell) in order to confidently answer questions & objections from prospects.
- develop the best-in-class sales and storytelling skills, learning to understand what is important to your prospects, how you craft compelling arguments to objections, and how to craft narratives to showcase Alan value, build trust, credibility, and lead your deal to a close.
- learn how to manage your pipeline efficiency and close deals every single day of the year, which is very stimulating.
- contribute to making our product even better by identifying and sharing product feedback, blockers, and feedback to improve the self-serve experience.
This role is a stepping stone to build a strong foundation to become a top-performing sales professional. As an Inbound Sales, you will be enrolled in Alan’s sales traineeship program, which is our extensive internal program to onboard, train and coach high potentials into our future top performers in sales. You’ll be on a continuous learning curve where you can learn from and work with a top-notch sales team, whilst gradually increasing your scope and impact on the business.
🔮 HOW YOUR FIRST 6 MONTHS WILL LOOK LIKE
Priority 1: You are onboarded on Alan’s sales methodologies, processes, and product.
- You are comfortable with Alan’s narrative & playbook and can handle common objections.
- You understand Alan’s sales processes well and you are autonomous from A to Z to sign a customer.

- You understand our main competitors well, the difference between their digital and insurance offering vs. Alan. You can answer competitor related questions and objections directly in the call.
Priority 2: You are able to manage your pipeline.
- You can organise your week accordingly to handle the number of leads necessary to reach your target
- You are in control of your pipeline and feel at ease working on it
- You are on top of your follow-ups, and can hit your service-level agreements (SLA), example: time to call a lead.
