About Vercel:
Vercel is the agentic infrastructure company, freeing people and agents to ship what's next. For more than a decade we've helped builders move from idea to production with speed, security, and exceptional developer experience.
Now we're scaling our products for both agents and people to ship and run software, built in the open and trusted by OpenAI, PayPal, Ramp, Supreme, and millions of developers worldwide.
About the Role:
We are seeking a Senior Deal Desk Analyst to join the Deal Desk team within our Revenue Operations function. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role at the center of how we structure, price, and close business globally — partnering with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Product to turn deals into signed revenue.
You will lead the quote-to-contract execution cycle for our global sales team while helping build the systems, processes, and playbooks that scale a world-class Deal Desk. As the organization continues through a period of rapid growth, we are looking for someone who wants to shape the function rather than inherit it — bringing structure to ambiguity, modernizing how deals get done, and raising the bar for commercial excellence.
This position reports to the Senior Manager, Global Deal Desk, and is preferably based in a hybrid capacity out of our London office, working standard US business hours.
What you will do
Deal Management — Own the day-to-day deal review and closing process end to end, including deal approvals, deal structuring, and quote configuration within Vercel CPQ, ensuring every deal is executed accurately and on time.
Commercialization & Execution — Drive deal execution in close partnership with Finance, Legal, GTM, Partnerships, Product, and Pricing. Design, build, and continuously optimize the sales and deal processes that bring new pricing, packaging, and product launches to market.
Trusted Advisor — Serve as the subject-matter expert for the Sales organization, providing deal guidance and operational support. Approach complex, non-standard deals with creativity and sound judgment, developing practical solutions in ambiguous situations.
Revenue Integrity — Act as the gatekeeper of data hygiene and opportunity data, partnering with GTM and Finance on audits for revenue recognition, financial reporting, and forecasting.
Insights & Enablement — Analyze deal performance and market trends to develop new sales motions, deal levers, and training materials that increase sales velocity and reduce business risk, in partnership with the Pricing and Field Enablement teams.
Operational Excellence — Identify opportunities to streamline, enhance, and automate processes. Translate needs into clear business requirements and leverage AI and automation to scale.
About you
4+ years of experience in deal desk, pricing, quote-to-cash, contract management, or a related Revenue Operations or Sales Operations function within the technology sector.
A proven record of partnering effectively with Sales and cross-functional teams to move complex deals forward.
Demonstrated experience in project management and process improvement.
A collaborative team member who consistently delivers excellent sales support.
A resourceful self-starter with strong critical-thinking and creative problem-solving skills.
You think naturally about operational implications and downstream impact.
You thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments and operate effectively amid change and ambiguity.
Nice to have
Hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ (or a comparable CPQ platform)
A track record of using AI or automation to improve operational workflows.
Bonus If You:
You’re located within London (HQ). We have offices for you to help build our office culture!
Benefits & Compensation:
Competitive compensation package, including equity.
Inclusive Healthcare Package.
Learn and Grow - we provide mentorship and send you to events that help you build your network and skills.
Flexible Time Off.
We will provide you the gear you need to do your role, and a WFH budget for you to outfit your space as needed.
The London base pay range for this role is £65,000 - £85,000. Actual salary will be based on job-related skills, experience, and location. The total compensation package may include benefits, equity-based compensation, and eligibility for a company bonus or variable pay program depending on the role. Your recruiter can share more details during the hiring process.

Replit is the agentic software creation platform that enables anyone to build applications using natural language. With millions of users worldwide, Replit is democratizing software development by removing traditional barriers to application creation.
ABOUT THE ROLE
You'll be one of the founding data scientist on Replit's Growth team, working with Product and Engineering leadership across acquisition, activation and recommender systems, and helping shape how Replit experiments.
This role is for someone who doesn't wait to be asked. You spot problems and opportunities before anyone else does, bring a strong point of view, and push it until it changes what we build.
YOU WILL:
- Own data science for major growth areas, partnering with PMs and engineers from problem framing and sizing through launch and readout
- Make fast decisions trustworthy: we ship weekly and need a decision within days, but retention takes weeks to show up. You'll design the experiments and metrics that close that gap; for example, variance reduction (CUPED), sequential testing, and short-term proxy metrics validated against long-term retention and revenue
- Help set the experimentation standards teams rely on for Replit's highest-traffic surfaces: how metrics and guardrails are defined, and the checks that catch a broken test before it misleads anyone
- Use quasi-experimental designs (difference-in-differences, synthetic control, regression discontinuity) where randomization isn't feasible, such as pricing changes and regional launches
- Help define the data science behind an emerging personalization and recommendations workstream: problem framing, offline and online evaluation, and measuring incremental lift
- Model the economics of a freemium, usage-based product: credit consumption, conversion, and how pricing and limits change behavior
- Develop user and project segmentation from behavioral and content signals (e.g., embeddings and clustering) so growth analysis reflects what people are actually building
- Partner with Data Engineering on a shared metrics layer and experimentation tooling
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- 6+ years in data science, with significant time on growth or experimentation for high-scale prosumer, PLG, or self-serve products
- Data science experience at a fast-growing startup, where you built metrics, datasets, and experimentation practices without much existing infrastructure
- Deep expertise in experimental design and statistical inference, including reaching reliable decisions when readout windows are short and the outcomes that matter are slow
- Experience establishing experimentation standards or platforms adopted by multiple teams
- Expert SQL and Python
- A track record of analysis that changed what a team shipped, and of influencing senior Product and Engineering leaders
- Heavy, practical use of AI tools to move faster in your own work
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Comfortable building your own datasets in dbt;
- Pricing, packaging, or monetization analysis for usage- or credit-based products
- International or mobile growth experience
- MS or PhD in statistics, economics, computer science, or another quantitative field
BONUS POINTS
- Experience with multi-armed bandits or adaptive experimentation
- Familiarity with developer tools, AI products, or creator platforms
This is a full-time role based in our Foster City, CA office with an in-office requirement of Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
Full-Time Employee Benefits Include:
💰 Competitive Salary & Equity
💹 401(k) Program with a 4% match (US Only)
⚕️ Health, Dental, Vision and Life Insurance
🩼 Short Term and Long Term Disability
🚼 Paid Parental, Medical, Caregiver Leave

ABOUT US:
AI NEEDS A NEW INFRASTRUCTURE LAYER. WE'RE BUILDING IT AT MODAL.
Every era of computing brought new workloads that previous infrastructure couldn't support: mainframes, databases, and the cloud. Each time, the company that rebuilt the layer underneath defined the decade. AI is no different, except it touches everything instead of one slice, and the window to build the layer underneath it is open right now.
Our customers include category-defining companies like Ramp https://modal.com/blog/how-ramp-built-a-full-context-background-coding-agent-on-modal, Cognition, DoorDash, and Suno. They rely on Modal for instant GPU access, sub-second container starts, and native storage, so it's simple to serve low-latency inference, fine-tune models, and access production-ready sandboxes at scale.
We've passed $1B in annualized run rate, up 15x from a year ago. In October 2026 we raised a $750M Series D led by Accel at a $15.75B valuation.
Our team includes creators of popular open-source projects (e.g.,Seaborn https://github.com/mwaskom/seaborn,Luigi https://github.com/spotify/luigi), academic researchers, international olympiad medalists, and experienced engineering and product leaders with decades of experience.
ABOUT GTM ENGINEERING:
GTM Engineering is responsible for the data, business logic, workflows, and agents that enable our Marketing and Sales teams to help customers get the most out of Modal.
Like the infrastructure beneath the Magic Kingdom https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Disney_utilidor_system, much of our work happens behind the scenes. We build systems that anticipate and deliver what customers need to grow on Modal.
We bring a product management, growth engineering, and data science approach to GTM, from centralizing our data platform https://deepline.com/blog/gtm-ai-nyc-chris-modal to building agents for account research https://parallel.ai/blog/case-study-modal.
We're looking for a GTM Engineer to own our GTM data platform. This role combines analytics engineering with revenue operations: you'll build the org map, people graph, and data systems that help us discover future customers and support our GTM workflows, partnering closely with our Data team on the shared foundation.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Build and maintain an org map and people graph connecting companies, labs, teams, and individuals to identify researchers, engineers, and early-stage startups, including people beyond our existing users and CRM.
- Own identity resolution, enrichment, and CRM schemas so affiliations, roles, and relationships stay accurate, current, and traceable to their sources.
- Build GTM data models in Snowflake and dbt connecting people, companies, workspaces, workloads, usage, and revenue, giving reps and agents a shared foundation for customer context.
- Partner with RevOps and Marketing to define and implement metrics, data models, and business rules for routing, territory assignments, compensation, pipeline reporting, and attribution.
- Partner with Data on usage forecasts and account signals; build reproducible reporting that reconciles actuals, forecasts, human adjustments, and credited attainment.
- Build reverse ETL pipelines for ad audiences, lifecycle campaigns, CRM enrichment, outbound, and event outreach, preserving engagement history and campaign eligibility.
- Own data quality and system health, from graph coverage and stale enrichment to failed syncs and historical reporting accuracy.
- Build the tooling that helps GTM Engineering ship reliably, from development environments, automated tests, and deployments to backups and shared AI agents and skills.
WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE:
- SQL fluency and Python proficiency.
- You already use AI coding tools and agents to build, debug, and automate your work, and help teammates do the same.
- Experience building data models and production pipelines with tools like Snowflake, dbt, Modal, or Hex.
- Hands-on experience with CRM architecture, integrations, and revenue or marketing operations.
- An understanding of how leads, accounts, opportunities, and revenue move through a business; experience with usage-based businesses is a plus.
- High attention to detail and a habit of testing, documenting, and monitoring the systems you build.

About Teleport
Don't wait for the future of infrastructure. Be part of it.
Teleport is the AI Infrastructure Identity Company. We're solving one of the hardest problems in security: giving every human, machine, workload, and AI agent a cryptographically secured identity, improving engineering velocity while maintaining security. We make trusted computing simple. This gives you the freedom, power, and autonomy to build and innovate with confidence.
Remote-first and globally distributed, we work with companies like Nasdaq, DoorDash, and Elastic to secure infrastructure for an AI world.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are adding a Senior Financial Analyst to the Strategic Finance team to expand our FP&A capacity and give us deeper coverage across the business. You will own corporate FP&A and the consolidated three-statement view, partner directly with Customer Success and G&A leaders, and provide a perspective on go-to-market (GTM) planning. You will also help us stress-test the assumptions behind our plans and key metrics.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Corporate FP&A: Own the three-statement financial consolidation (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow), including forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis. Sync the long-range plan with the detailed financial operating plan and monthly actuals load.
- Monthly close: Participate in and review the monthly close, working with Accounting to make sure the numbers tie out and the story behind them is clear.
- Business partnering: Serve as the finance partner to Customer Success and to G&A functions (HR, Recruiting, Finance, Legal, IT, Biz Ops), supporting budget owners with planning, headcount, spend tracking, and decision support.
- Board and investor reporting: Build and maintain board decks, investor updates, and other leadership deliverables.
- Equity plan forecasting: Forecast equity plan usage and dilution, and support related analysis.
- Corporate valuation support: Support valuation work, including model inputs and analysis.
- Team coverage: Provide backup and redundancy across the team's workstreams so that no process depends on a single person.
- Tools and process improvement: Help implement and optimize FP&A and AI tools, and look for ways to automate and improve how the team works.
- Executive partnership: Work directly with senior leadership and budget owners as a trusted, independent finance voice.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
- 8+ years of progressive finance experience, most recently with 5+ years in FP&A and 2+ years owning P&L forecasting and executive reporting at a growth-stage SaaS company.
- 3-statement financial planning, including integrated P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow forecasting.
- SaaS GTM motion, including how pipeline, bookings, and IARR/ARR connect.
- Pricing and margin analysis, such as modeling how pricing and packaging changes affect bookings, gross margin, and unit economics.
- Lead-to-cash process, including how billing, collections, and revenue recognition flow into ARR, deferred revenue, and cash forecasts.
- CFA charterholder, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, or Big 4 audit experience is a plus but not required.
TECHNICAL SKILLS
- Deep working knowledge of standard SaaS metrics (CAC payback, burn multiple, magic number, Rule of 40, net and gross retention), including how to calculate them, what drives them, and how plan assumptions move them.
- Advanced financial modeling skills, ideally in Google Sheets as well as Excel. You design driver-based models from scratch, with assumptions you can trace and defend, rather than only updating existing ones.
- Hands-on experience pulling and reconciling data across systems (ERP, CRM, planning tools), and a track record of using or testing AI tools to speed up finance work.
HOW YOU WORK
- You possess a strong sense of intellectual curiosity and professional ethics.
- Demonstrated self-initiative: you spot problems and fix them without being asked.
- You operate independently, with a continuous improvement mindset.
- You communicate clearly with non-finance partners and senior leaders.
- You fit Teleport's culture and behaviors, and you do well in a fast-moving startup environment.
Why Teleport
You're joining a company where the problem is real, the team is small, and your work shows up directly in the product. We're not a big company, you won't get lost in a crowd. You'll have the freedom and autonomy to do what you're great at, alongside teammates who care about doing it right and want to see you succeed. The work is collaborative, there's real room to grow, and the mission is one worth showing up for.
Remote-first and globally distributed, we're genuinely passionate about what we're building.
The Benefits
At Teleport, we believe your career is more important than a list of perks. That's why we focus on making your day-to-day the best it can be — giving you the autonomy, access, and support to do the best work of your career.
- Extensive health coverage
- Annual expense budget
- Rest and recovery policies that maximize your ability to recharge
- Investment in your future with retirement savings plans
- Professional development opportunities
Teleport is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate against any employee or applicant on the basis of age, color, disability, gender, national origin, race, religion, sexual orientation, veteran status, or any classifications protected by federal, state, or local law.

At Render, we’re building the modern cloud platform for developers creating AI-native, full-stack, multi-service applications. Our mission is to eliminate the tradeoff between the power of hyperscalers and the simplicity of developer-friendly platforms—so teams can ship fast, scale reliably, and focus on their product, not infrastructure.
Unlike complex hyperscalers or ephemeral edge/serverless solutions, Render offers a developer-first experience with persistent compute, dynamic autoscaling, built-in orchestration, and observability, allowing teams to launch, scale, and manage real-world applications without writing infrastructure code or managing servers. Whether you're building LLM-powered applications, scalable SaaS products, or async processing pipelines, Render empowers teams to move fast and scale confidently from MVP to millions of users.
Our platform is trusted by over 7 million developers worldwide and continues to grow rapidly. In February 2026, we raised an additional $100M in Series C financing, bringing our total funding to $260M, to accelerate our vision of making cloud infrastructure both powerful and intuitive—designed for the speed of modern AI development.
We’re a diverse and talented team that values craft, velocity, and user experience. If you’re excited to help shape the future of the intelligent cloud and empower developers everywhere, we’d love to hear from you.
APPLYING TO RENDER
We're seeking candidates who possess high integrity, humility, and an insatiable drive to learn. Through reasoned discussions and continuous feedback, we strive to improve both individually and collectively. We foster an environment of mutual trust and respect, empowering effective debate to achieve the best outcomes for our customers and team.
We especially encourage members of underrepresented groups in the tech community to apply and understand that not all successful candidates will meet each requirement listed.
Our interview process is unique to each role, and we value the candidate experience just as much as our customer experience. We hope your conversations with us reflect a thoughtful process that is illuminative, enjoyable, and respectful of your time.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Render’s mission is simple: eliminate the tedious work of building software by providing a cloud platform that just works.
We’re evolving from the go-to platform for solo developers into the backbone for fast-scaling teams. This role sits at the heart of that shift: how a developer discovers Render, achieves their first success, and becomes a paying customer whose bill makes sense to them. That journey spans onboarding and activation, billing, payments, and pricing — the moments where trust is won or lost and where good design directly moves the business. Because the journey crosses the whole product, you won’t be siloed on a single team; you’ll work across the groups that own these surfaces — product, billing, and more — following the work wherever it leads.
This is a craft-focused IC role built for speed, scale, and variety. You won’t polish one screen for a month; you’ll ship a lot, learn fast, and raise the bar across a wide surface. The craft bar is high — this is still Render, where details matter — but here it’s expressed through velocity: designs that ship, get measured, and compound. You’ll move between a pricing page, an upgrade flow, an onboarding step, and a billing surface in the same week, and hold all of them to the same standard.
What makes this work hard and interesting: these surfaces are deceptively high-stakes. A confusing bill erodes trust as fast as a failed deploy. A pricing page that misleads costs real money and goodwill. Payments and billing are where correctness, clarity, and edge-case rigor matter as much as polish — and where “the unglamorous flow” is the product.
You’ll join a design team that takes its craft seriously, with weekly critiques and deep cross-functional collaboration. You’ll thrive here if you love fast, measurable work, hold a high bar under velocity, and want your design decisions grounded in what real users do — not just what looks good in Figma or an AI prototype.
YOU WILL:
Design the journey from first touch to paying customer as one connected system. Onboarding, activation, upgrade, and billing aren’t separate surfaces; they’re one path a developer walks. You’ll design them to feel coherent, so the moment someone decides to pay is the natural next step, not a cliff.
Own billing, payments, and pricing as craft surfaces. Plans, usage, invoices, upgrade and downgrade flows, payment methods, dunning, and the pricing page itself. This is where clarity and correctness are the whole game — a developer should always understand what they’re paying for and why, and never be surprised. You’ll bring real rigor to the edge cases (failed charges, proration, usage spikes) that make or break trust.
Design a first-run and activation experience worth recommending. The path from signup to first successful deploy — and from first deploy to habit — is where growth starts. You’ll design it so that a developer’s first ten minutes make them want to tell someone, and so the steps that drive activation are clear, fast, and friendly.
Run on validation and experimentation together. You’ll put work in front of real users — testing, interviews, quick validation — and ship experiments to learn what actually moves activation, conversion, and retention. You’re fluent in both: you know when a question needs a user session and when it needs an A/B test, and you treat shipped data as how design decisions get earned, not decoration.
Move fast across a wide surface. This role trades depth-on-one-thing for range: you’ll prioritize ruthlessly, ship in small confident increments, and know which details matter now and which can wait. Speed is a feature here.
Partner across the company. Growth design lives at the intersection of product, engineering, data, marketing, and finance. You’ll communicate clearly and often, align fast-moving stakeholders, and make the case for the user inside business conversations about pricing and revenue.
Contribute to where Growth goes next. Alongside the shipping work, you’ll bring a point of view and concept explorations to the team’s design-led discovery track, through our weekly critique cadence.
WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
5+ years of relevant experience, including real work designing for developers or technical users. You’ve designed products for software engineers, not just adjacent to them — in developer tools, cloud infrastructure, APIs, or another technical product — ideally paired with growth, billing, or payments depth. We care more about your impact than your title, but designing for a technical audience isn’t optional here.
Exceptional taste and craft at speed. You have an eye for detail that borders on obsessive, and you can bring it to work that ships fast. You know how to hold a high bar without over-polishing, and you’ve shipped work that other practitioners admire.
Fluency in both validation and experimentation. You’re comfortable running user testing and interviews and designing and reading experiments. You know which question each one answers, and you let real user behavior — not just instinct — shape your work.
Rigor with complex, high-stakes flows. Billing, payments, and pricing reward people who sweat the edge cases. You design for the failed charge, the plan change mid-cycle, the confusing invoice — not just the happy path. You believe a clear bill is as much a design artifact as a beautiful dashboard.
Strong information architecture. You can take a tangle of plans, usage, and states and make it feel like one obvious thing.
You design the whole journey, not a screen at a time. Your portfolio shows a user journey that’s coherent from first touch through activation to paying — not a set of polished screens that don’t add up.
Fluent in how developers think and get billed. You design for a technical user’s real mental model — services, deploys, and how developers actually work. Bonus if you understand usage-based, resource-metered billing for developer tools: compute plans, CPU/memory instance types (e.g., 1c-2g), usage metering, and how pricing maps to the underlying infrastructure. You don’t need to have built a cloud platform, but you’re curious enough to get into the weeds.
Strong product judgment under fast launch velocity. You frame problems well, prioritize ruthlessly, and know which details matter and which can wait.
Clear, direct communication and a genuinely collaborative way of working with product, engineering, data, and finance partners — including sharing a problem space with another designer without needing hard fences between you.
NICE-TO-HAVES:
- Experience designing billing, payments, subscriptions, checkout, or pricing surfaces where correctness and clarity are high-stakes.
- A track record of growth wins you can point to: activation, conversion, or retention you measurably moved.
- Comfort with experimentation, tooling, and reading data yourself, rather than waiting on a handoff.
- Design-engineering literacy: comfort near code, motion, or prototyping, and curiosity about AI-assisted design.
- Writing, talks, or side projects that demonstrate your craft and point of view.
If this role excites you but you don’t meet every single requirement, we’d still love to hear from you—your unique experience might be just what we need.

It’s an exciting time to join us: we’re creating a company with the scale, talent, and technology to help more organizations put their data to work with greater speed, confidence, and impact. During this transition period, you may see references to both Fivetran and dbt Labs throughout our recruiting process as we integrate our teams, systems, and career sites.
About the Role
We're looking for a Partner Solutions Architect to own the global technical relationship with Snowflake and Databricks.
Snowflake and Databricks are two of Fivetran + dbt Labs’ largest platform alliances. This is a global role scoped to those two partners. For each, you will own the technical alliance plan worldwide, the joint technical narrative, and our joint integration and roadmap priorities with each partner to drive cosell revenue. You will also own our technical presence at major milestones such as Snowflake Summit and Databricks Data + AI Summit, our two largest partner events.
Functionally, the role sits at the intersection of field engineering, product management, partnerships, and partner marketing. Your closest counterparts are the global alliance managers for Snowflake and Databricks, the regional partner sales managers who run the Snowflake and Databricks motions in AMER, EMEA and APJ, the geo partner solutions architects, and product managers across both product lines. You will report to the global head of partner solutions architecture.
This is a full-time position, which can be either remote (US) or hybrid depending on location. Our hybrid work model offers a blend of remote flexibility and in-person collaboration, including two days in the office each week to connect and build as a team.
What You’ll Do
Own the global technical alliance plans for Snowflake and Databricks. Build each plan with the partner's alliance and product leadership, agree it with our own, and drive it through both field organizations.
Own the joint technical narrative and the capability messaging for the combined dbt + Fivetran platform on Snowflake and Databricks, including reference architectures, integration patterns, and the joint value story that partners and sellers use with customers.
Build reusable collateral, playbooks and enablement assets for the broader partner solutions architecture team and for the partners delivering on Snowflake and Databricks.
Maintain a single, current view of integration state, gaps and opportunities across the combined platform on Snowflake and Databricks, covering ingestion, transformation, Fusion, the semantic layer, catalog and metadata, open table formats, and agent and MCP interfaces, and collaborate with our Product organization to drive the right outcomes.
Serve as the primary technical counterpart to the partner engineering and partner product teams at Snowflake and Databricks, and run the standing technical cadence with each.
Own our technical presence at Snowflake Summit and Databricks Data + AI Summit, including hands-on labs, sessions, demos, and the technical readiness of the team who staff each event.
Partner with the regional Partner Solutions Architects and Partnerships organization so global alliance strategy turns into regional execution, and so they can run the motion without you in the room.
Travel approximately 30% for alliance planning, technical workshops, executive meetings and partner events, including international travel.
Skills We’re Looking For
6+ years in solutions architecture, sales engineering, partner engineering, technical product management, developer relations, or another customer-facing technical role in data and analytics.
Fluency across the modern data stack (ingestion, transformation, orchestration, warehouses and lakehouses, open table formats, semantic layers, catalogs, BI, and the emerging agent and MCP layer) and the ability to explain how the pieces fit.
Hands-on knowledge of Snowflake and/or Databricks, plus strong SQL and data modeling fundamentals, with genuine technical credibility in front of partner engineers.
Sound product and strategic judgment and reasoning
Strong presentation and facilitation skills for workshops, hands-on labs, keynote-adjacent sessions and large partner technical audiences.
Proven ability to drive outcomes in ambiguous, fast-moving environments with multiple stakeholders
Bonus Skills
Experience owning a technical alliance, with a track record of shaping what a partner built and how the two products fit together
Experience with partner-facing APIs, SDKs, drivers, or integration certification programs
Background in product management or technical product marketing alongside a field engineering career
Familiarity with cloud marketplace motions and co-sell programs

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $200B in annualized spend flows in and out of 70,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
About The Role
The next chapter of Ramp's growth runs straight through the customers we already have: 80,000+ finance teams who adopted us for one thing and haven't yet seen what the rest of the platform can do for them. Account Management owns that opportunity - and this role owns the team building the motion to capture it.
You'll lead a group of 5-8 Account Managers, each carrying a book of ~3,000 emerging and SMB customers with real latitude over how they grow it. This is a build role, not a maintain role: the playbooks, coaching systems, and performance bar you set are the ones this team runs on next year. Your ceiling is set by how well you turn individual AM judgment into a repeatable, scalable motion that grows the segment.
What You’ll Do
- Build and run a high-performing team of 5-8 Account Managers - setting the bar for culture, morale, and daily execution.
- Understand where to prioritize your teams time. Engage directly with AMs to identify and break into top accounts, especially where trust is being built or repaired.
- Own the number. Manage quota performance and pipeline generation across your team to hit spend activation, product activation, retention, and expansion goals. Forecast your business to senior leadership on a weekly cadence.
- Hire and develop the next generation of AMs - training on product, buyer personas, competition, and tooling through role-plays, game film, and real deal work.
- Coach relentlessly. Run daily 1:1s, dissect call feedback, lead enablement sessions, and build career paths for every rep on your team.
- Turn what works into a system. Continuously refine team processes and tooling to improve output and efficiency as the segment scales.
- Represent Account Management cross-functionally, partnering with Sales, CX, CSM, Risk, and Product to remove blockers and drive outcomes.
What You’ll Need
- Minimum 2+ years of quota-carrying sales or account management experience as an individual contributor, with a proven, consistent track record of exceeding goals (new business or cross-sell/upsell experience mandatory)
- Minimum 1+ years building and leading account management or sales teams, with a track record of exceeding goal (new business or cross-sell/upsell experience mandatory)
- Prior success in fast-paced, results-oriented GTM environments, ideally at SaaS or AI companies
- A genuine passion for hiring, with a thoughtful approach to team planning and development
- Ability to articulate contractual, technical, and financial value to customers, including executive leaders
- Proficiency with data analytics tools (Salesforce, Looker, Excel) and a bias toward using data to drive decisions
- Strong collaboration and influencing skills, backed by excellent communication and presentation ability
- High agency and adaptability - no two days are the same, and the only constant is change
- A desire and willingness to jump headfirst into complex, challenging problems for the good of the business.

ABOUT DOCKER
Docker has been one of the most loved brands in developer tooling, trusted by more than 20 million monthly users and over 20 billion container image pulls. From solo founders to the world's largest companies, developers rely on Docker to build, share, and run their applications across our suite of products including Docker Desktop, Docker Hub, and Docker Scout.
We are a globally distributed, remote-first team building the tools that define how software gets built and delivered. As AI agents redefine software development, Docker is at the center of that shift, providing the sandboxed environments, verified images, and secure infrastructure that make autonomous workflows trustworthy by default.
_______________________________________________________________________
As Docker continues its rapid growth, we're seeking an inspiring and experienced Director of Partner Solution Engineering to lead a world-class team. Docker helps organizations solve complex challenges in modern software supply chains, security governance, and AI-driven development. This role offers the opportunity to shape how our strategic partners, including ISVs, CSPs, SIs, and VARs, adopt and deliver transformative technologies that make developers more productive and secure.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As Director of Partner Solution Engineering, you will lead a high-performing technical organization responsible for driving partner enablement, joint go-to-market initiatives, and technical excellence across Docker's partner ecosystem. You will collaborate closely with Partner Sales, Technical Alliances, Product, and Engineering to develop scalable technical partnership strategies that help partners successfully integrate, sell, and deliver Docker's platform. Your focus will be on enabling your team to drive partner technical readiness, co-innovation, and mutual customer success while building repeatable models for partner engagement at scale.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
LEADERSHIP & TEAM DEVELOPMENT
- Lead, develop, and inspire a team of Partner Solution Engineers, ensuring professional growth and high performance across multiple partner segments (ISVs, CSPs, SIs, VARs).
- Build and scale the Partner SE organization to support Docker's expanding partner ecosystem and geographic coverage.
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning focused on partner success and technical excellence.
- Coach, mentor, and empower your team to engage effectively with diverse partner organizations and communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
PARTNER ENABLEMENT & TECHNICAL STRATEGY
- Establish repeatable processes and programs for partner technical enablement, including scalable learning paths, certifications, technical deep-dives, and integration workshops.
- Design and deliver both 1:1 strategic enablement for key partners and 1-to-many programs that drive adoption across the broader partner ecosystem.
- Create technical content, integration guides, architectural diagrams, reference architectures, and enablement videos tailored for partners.
- Develop partner-specific technical sales plays, solution validation frameworks, and proof-of-value methodologies that highlight Docker's differentiated value.
JOINT GO-TO-MARKET EXECUTION
- Partner with the Partner Sales organization to drive joint account planning, co-selling opportunities, and "sell-with" and "sell-through" motions.
- Guide partners through solution design, technical validation, and evaluation processes to achieve joint customer success and sales goals.
- Support product positioning and technical validation during joint sales engagements, ensuring clarity on what's GA and ready for delivery.
- Define and track metrics for partner technical readiness, engagement quality, and revenue impact.
PRODUCT & ALLIANCE COLLABORATION
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to share Voice of the Partner, influencing roadmap priorities and co-building initiatives.
- Guide beta/EAP program participation with strategic partners, gathering feedback on new features and integration requirements.
- Work closely with the Technical Alliances team on roadmap alignment, technical integrations with CSPs and ISVs, and partner-driven feature requests.
- Champion regional partner technical needs and priorities in internal planning discussions (FedGov, EMEA, APAC).
CROSS-FUNCTIONAL LEADERSHIP
- Collaborate with Field SEs to ensure alignment with market-specific requirements, share learnings, and avoid duplication of effort.
- Partner with Marketing to support partner events, conferences, webinars, and demand generation programs.
- Work with Sales leadership to define partner success metrics, performance standards, and technical excellence measures.
- Represent Docker at partner events and conferences as a technical expert and evangelist.
OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE
- Create an environment of continuous improvement focused on partner outcomes, operational excellence, and scalable processes.
- Develop internal enablement programs that enhance partner SE capabilities and share best practices across teams.
- Establish tools, systems, and workflows that enable efficient partner engagement and measurement.
- Build strong feedback loops to iterate on enablement strategies based on data-driven insights and partner performance.
QUALIFICATIONS
REQUIRED
- 8+ years of experience leading technical partner engineering, partner solutions, or pre-sales teams for distributed systems, developer platforms, or cloud infrastructure companies.
- Proven success in guiding teams that support channel partnerships, strategic alliances, and joint go-to-market initiatives.
- Minimum of 5 years in management, including hiring, mentoring, and scaling high-performing partner-facing technical teams.
- Deep understanding of partner ecosystems including ISVs, CSPs (AWS, Azure, GCP), Systems Integrators, and VARs.
- Strong experience in software supply chain security, security governance, DevOps, DevSecOps, or developer productivity technologies.
- Deep technical understanding of containerization, cloud-native architectures, CI/CD pipelines, and developer tools.
- Demonstrated ability to build scalable partner enablement programs (technical learning paths, certifications, workshops).
- Excellent communication and executive presentation skills, with the ability to build trust across technical and business audiences at both partner and customer organizations.
- Strong strategic thinking with proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive complex initiatives.
PREFERRED
- Operational experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or similar container-based platforms.
- Experience with application security principles and securing the software supply chain, including SBOMs, image scanning, and secure delivery pipelines.

The Product Analytics leverages product data to surface actionable insights about our users and products, empowering data-informed decision-making across 1Password. The Product Analytics squad brings together Product Analytics, Data Science, Analytics Engineering, and Data Engineering partners. We collaborate with product teams and cross-functional stakeholders to define success metrics, improve telemetry and data quality, build self-serve reporting, and translate product behavior into clear recommendations.
This is a remote opportunity within Canada/US. This position will be for 4 months - January to April 2027.
How we’re using AI today
On the Finance team, we’re using AI to drive productivity, scale insight, and deliver better decision-making across 1Password. AI helps us move faster and sharpen our thinking, from summarizing context and pressure-testing assumptions to turning complex inputs into clear executive-level narratives. We bring AI into our work thoughtfully, improving repeatable workflows while staying accountable for the accuracy, confidentiality, and controls behind every output, creating space to focus on judgement, strategic partnership, and meaningful business outcomes.
What you can expect:
- Partner with Product Analytics and Data Science team members and product partners to define questions, success metrics, and measurement plans.
- Analyze product usage and telemetry data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Communicate findings clearly through written analyses, presentations, and recommendations for product and cross-functional teams.
- Build or improve dashboards, reports, and self-serve analyses using tools such as SQL, Looker, Amplitude, and Hex.
- Support data quality and telemetry validation, helping ensure product data is reliable and well understood.
What we're looking for:
- Confidence: A willingness to take on new challenges, and see them through to completion.
- Humility: You're not afraid to ask "stupid" questions and make mistakes (as long as you learn from them).
- Curiosity: You look for better ways of doing things, even if everyone seems happy with how they are.
- Teamwork: We work together, and succeed as a team!
Bonus points for:
- Basic familiarity with machine learning or advanced statistical methods.
- Working knowledge of SQL.
- Experience with Python or R for analysis.
- Familiarity with product analytics or BI tools such as Amplitude, Looker, or Hex.
- Coursework or experience in statistics, experimentation, or A/B testing.
Our culture
At 1Password, we prioritize collaboration, clear and transparent communication, receptiveness to feedback, and alignment with our core values: keep it simple, lead with honesty, and put people first. The way we bring those values to life every day is guided by our 1Password Behaviors for Success https://1password.com/blog/how-to-interview-with-confidence-at-1password.
You’ll be part of a team that challenges the status quo, and is excited to experiment and iterate in search of the best solution. That said, 1Password is not for everyone. Our work is demanding, we strive for excellence, and the pace is fast. We need people who are keen to take on challenging problems, who seek feedback to grow, and who are driven to make an impact. If you're looking for a place where you can settle into a comfortable routine, this might not be the right fit for you. We’re looking for individuals who are proven experts in their fields, as well as those who are highly adaptable, can thrive in ambiguity and through change, are curious, and above all deliver results.
How we work with AI
We are committed to leveraging cutting-edge technology—including AI—to achieve our mission. We also understand that thinking critically about AI in its current forms will help us create better solutions for our customers and ourselves with its future forms, which will help us continue to close the gap between security and privacy and achieve our mission. We want team members at all levels to take the approach of actively learning AI best practices, identifying opportunities to apply AI in meaningful ways, and driving innovative solutions in their daily work. Embracing the future of AI isn't just encouraged—it's an essential part of how we will be successful at 1Password.
This approach extends to our hiring process—candidates are welcome to use AI tools responsibly and thoughtfully during the application process. To us, this means we do ask that you join live interviews without using AI tools so we can get to know how you communicate, solve problems, and collaborate with others.
Our approach to remote work
We believe in the power of remote work, but recognize that in-person connection is important to help us achieve our mission. While we are a remote-first company, travel for in-person engagement is a part of almost all roles, and we require our employees to be ready and willing to take part. Frequency will depend on role and responsibilities, and may include, but is not limited to: annual department-wide offsites, team meetings, and customer/industry events.
What we offer
We believe in working hard, and rewarding that hard work through our benefits. While not an exhaustive list, here is a glance at what we currently offer:
🏝 Generous PTO policy - 2.08 days per month (1.5 work weeks per 4 month term)
