This is a unique opportunity to combine the speed and experimentation culture of a high-growth business with the scale and impact of one of the world's most successful consumer health platforms.

Highly analytical and data-driven mindset, with hands-on experience in A/B testing, funnel analytics, experimentation and interpreting performance metrics to make product decisions.
Strong commercial acumen, with an understanding of acquisition economics, revenue optimisation, customer acquisition costs and lifetime value.
Excellent prioritisation and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify high-impact opportunities, make decisions under uncertainty and balance multiple competing initiatives.
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with experience working closely with Engineering, Design, Analytics and Marketing to deliver impactful product improvements.
A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset, with a strong sense of ownership, curiosity and a willingness to challenge assumptions and move quickly.

Drive monetisation and commercial performance
Own the monetisation strategy for your funnels, including pricing, subscription plans, paywall experiences, promotional offers and other conversion levers.
Identify and prioritise opportunities to maximise revenue, revenue per visitor and customer lifetime value while maintaining a strong customer experience.

How We Work
We are a fully distributed company, which means we believe it is not where you sit, but how you deliver that matters most. We invest in our people and care about how you orient to our culture and processes. At the same time we imbue a lot of trust, autonomy, and accountability from Day 1. #LI-Remote
Little more about the team:
You'll be the product manager for our Canvas and Agentic AI teams - the teams building Honeycomb's AI-powered investigation experience. Canvas lets engineers use natural language to query, visualize, and understand their production systems. We're pushing well past chat: we're building Skills (pre-configured workflows that encode domain expertise into repeatable, executable actions), Auto-Investigations (agent-driven investigations that kick off before a human gets paged), and a rearchitected Canvas that's both interactive and collaborative.
You'll work in a tight triad with engineering and design leads, owning the roadmap for how AI shows up in Honeycomb, from the product UI to our MCP server. You'll partner with our Director of AI Strategy, Research & Development teams, and our customer-facing teams to stay grounded in what customers actually need while pushing toward something meaningfully different from what exists today.
This is a role for someone who can hold both execution and ambiguity: shipping production features while navigating a product space where the right answers are still emerging.
What you’ll do in the role:
Define AI product strategy in service of Honeycomb's vision
Synthesize AI trends, customer needs, and technical capabilities into clear strategic recommendations
Help the product organization understand where and how AI creates genuine customer value vs. where it's hype
Identify emerging observability challenges created by AI adoption (e.g., LLM drift, prompt regression, low-context generated code)
Make informed bets about which AI technologies and approaches warrant investment
Conduct research that bridges technology and customer reality
Build deep understanding of how customers are adopting AI in their engineering workflows
Identify patterns across customer conversations that signal future market needs
Stay current with AI/ML developments (RAG, fine-tuning, agentic systems, etc.) and translate implications for observability
Engage with technical communities, researchers, and early adopters to spot trends before they go mainstream
Enable AI innovation across the product portfolio
Partner with product teams to identify high-value opportunities to leverage AI capabilities
Provide guidance on AI approaches, trade-offs, and best practices without centralizing all decisions
Help teams understand how their work fits into our broader AI strategy and how to leverage shared capabilities
Synthesize cross-portfolio learnings and socialize what's working (and what isn't)
Evangelize the AI-observability connection
Articulate Honeycomb's point of view on AI observability both internally and externally
Help customers understand how observability needs evolve as they adopt AI
Contribute to thought leadership through writing, speaking, and community engagement
Build credibility with technical audiences who care deeply about how we use AI, not just that we use it
What you’ll bring to the role:
Proven AI product experience
5+ years in product management with at least 1+ year shipping AI/ML-powered products
Track record of taking AI features from concept to customer impact, including things that didn't work
Deep understanding of how engineering teams actually build, deploy, and operate AI systems (not just theoretical knowledge)
Familiarity with current AI/ML techniques and the judgment to know when they're applicable vs. overhyped
Strategic thinking with customer empathy
Ability to synthesize disparate signals (research, customer feedback, technical trends) into coherent strategy
Comfort operating with ambiguity and making decisions without perfect information
Pattern recognition across conversations—spotting what customers aren't yet saying clearly
Strong judgment about when to say "no" or "not yet" despite exciting technology
Technical credibility without needing to be the expert
Enough technical depth to have earned respect from engineers and architects
Genuine curiosity about how things work, paired with humility about what you don't know
Ability to evaluate trade-offs between different AI approaches (RAG vs. fine-tuning, model selection, etc.)
Understanding of observability principles and why they matter in production systems
Communication and collaboration skills
Excellent written and verbal communication—can explain complex ideas clearly to varied audiences
Ability to influence without authority across product, engineering, and go-to-market teams
Comfort presenting to customers, executives, and technical audiences
Collaborative mindset that elevates others' work rather than centralizing control
Curiosity and learning orientation
Demonstrated ability to stay current in fast-moving domains (AI is evolving weekly, not yearly)
Intellectual humility—you're more interested in learning than being right
Excitement about the intersection of AI technology and real customer problems
Energized rather than exhausted by the pace of change in AI
Base Salary based on level of experience
$198,500
—
$233,500 USD
What you'll get when you join the Hive:
A stake in our success - generous equity with employee-friendly stock program
It’s not about how strong of a negotiator you are - our pay is based on transparent levels relative to experience
Time to recharge with unlimited PTO
A distributed-first mindset and culture (really!)
Home office, co-working, and internet stipend
Full benefits coverage for employees, with additional coverage available for dependents
Up to 16 weeks of paid parental leave, regardless of path to parenthood

Perplexity is AI for people who expect more. This role brings that same standard to how our data team works, with AI at the center of everything we do.
We're looking for someone who's been a great data scientist, analytics engineer, or data engineer: the kind of person who knows which metric actually matters, can design an A/B test that answers the real question, has gone deep on a data model because something didn't add up, and has decided that the highest-leverage thing they can do next is build AI systems that fundamentally change how data science gets done.
You'll build AI agents and internal systems that can increasingly handle end-to-end analysis workflows: forming hypotheses, writing and running queries, interpreting results, and drafting recommendations with the right evaluation, review, and guardrails. You'll build the retrieval infrastructure and evaluation loops that let AI systems query the warehouse reliably. You'll create workflows that detect, diagnose, and help fix data issues before they become company-wide problems. You'll build the infrastructure that multiplies what a small data team can ship.
You'll join a data team that's already using AI across its work. The next step is turning those individual workflows into scalable systems, shared tools, and an AI-native operating model that becomes a benchmark for how modern data teams work.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Build AI agents that do data science - not just SQL copilots, but systems that can safely explore data, form hypotheses, run queries, interpret results, and generate actionable recommendations with clear evaluation and human review loops.
- Make AI systems query the warehouse reliably - build the retrieval infrastructure and evaluation loops that let agents use our semantic context and metadata accurately.
- Accelerate the AI-native data workflow - turn the best existing AI-assisted workflows into repeatable systems, reusable tools, and patterns the whole data team can adopt.
- Automate the data lifecycle - build self-healing pipelines, automated dbt model generation and validation, data quality agents, and diagnosis workflows that reduce manual firefighting.
- Ship AI-powered experiment analysis - build agents that interpret A/B test results, flag statistical issues, identify likely drivers, and draft ship/no-ship recommendations.
- Turn the data team into a product team - build internal data products that stakeholders use every day, replacing ad hoc requests with self-serve AI interfaces.
- Own the full lifecycle - identify high-leverage problems, prototype with LLMs, evaluate accuracy, design the UX, ship to production, and monitor quality over time.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 6+ years in data science, analytics engineering, data engineering, or a related role. You've been close enough to real data work to know what should and should not be automated.
- Deep SQL and analytics judgment - you can reason through metrics, experiments, data models, and messy warehouse reality without relying on a tool to think for you.
- Strong product sense - you understand what stakeholders actually need, what makes a workflow adoptable, and how to turn a prototype into a product people use.
- Hands-on LLM experience - you've built with frontier models, agents, RAG systems, evals, or AI-powered workflows and have opinions about where they work and where they fail.
- Pipeline and modeling fluency - you've worked with dbt, warehouse schemas, data quality issues, and the practical tradeoffs behind durable data systems.
- Builder mentality - you see a manual process and immediately think about how to systematize it. You ship fast, measure quality, and iterate.
- Autonomy - this is a new function. You'll help define the roadmap as much as execute it.
BONUS
- Experience building production AI agents or agent evaluation systems.
- Experience with Snowflake, semantic layers, or metadata systems.
- Experience building internal tools, Slack bots, CLIs, or developer productivity products that people actually used.
- Strong experimentation background, including metric design and statistical interpretation.
- Experience with BI tools and the judgment to know what should be automated versus kept human-reviewed.
- Early-stage startup experience.
WHY THIS ROLE
- Set the standard for the industry - Perplexity's data team is already using AI across its work. You'll turn that into something other data teams look to as the benchmark.
- Build AI with AI - Perplexity builds AI for people who expect more. You'll bring that same level of ambition to how the company works with data.
- Frontier models, day one - you're at an AI company with access to frontier infrastructure and people who deeply understand what's possible.
- Massive leverage - the systems you build will multiply the output of every data team member and every stakeholder who needs data.
- Direct impact - small team, no layers of approval. Idea to shipped system in days, not quarters.

ABOUT US
Ruby Labs is a leading tech company that creates and operates innovative consumer products. We offer a diverse range of opportunities across the health, education, and entertainment industries. Our innovative teams are driving the future of consumer-led products, and we're always looking for passionate individuals to join us. Learn more about our story at: https://rubylabs.com/about-us/
ABOUT THE ROLE
At Ruby Labs, we are looking for a Senior Desktop Engineer to own and drive a new cross-platform desktop product from first commit to production.
This is a high-ownership role with an unusually deep systems component. The application is not a wrapped web app: it captures system and microphone audio in real time, renders an always-on-top overlay across the user's workspace, registers global shortcuts, and integrates with the operating system at a level that requires native code on both macOS and Windows.
Our architecture is Electron for the application and UI layer, with native modules and helper processes in Swift and C++ where the platform requires it. You will own that boundary, deciding what belongs in TypeScript, what belongs in native code, and making the two halves behave as one reliable product.
You will also own everything that happens after the build: code signing, notarization, entitlements, permission onboarding, auto-update, and crash reporting. On this product, those are not an afterthought; they are a significant share of the engineering work, and getting them wrong is what stops users from ever running the app.
You will operate as the senior technical voice for desktop within your team, setting the engineering standard for the platform.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
DESKTOP APPLICATION & ENGINEERING QUALITY
- Own the Electron architecture end to end — main, renderer and helper processes, IPC design, context isolation, process lifecycle — and deliver major features within agreed timelines.
- Build transparent, frameless, always-on-top overlay windows that behave correctly across full-screen spaces, multiple displays and mixed-DPI setups, alongside global shortcuts, tray presence and low-latency UI under continuous background load.
- Design a clean platform abstraction in TypeScript so the macOS and Windows implementations stay isolated and independently testable, and write idiomatic Swift and C++ in the native layer.
- Keep the product reliable: defensive handling of unstable platform APIs, tests and code reviews, performance, memory and battery budgets, and remediation of security-review and penetration-test findings within agreed severity SLAs.
NATIVE PLATFORM INTEGRATION
- Build and maintain the native layer: Node addons (N-API / node-addon-api) and out-of-process helpers in Swift and C++.
- Implement real-time system audio capture — Core Audio process taps and ScreenCaptureKit on macOS, WASAPI loopback on Windows — including device change handling, format negotiation and graceful recovery from driver-level failures.
- Integrate with the Accessibility API (AXUIElement) on macOS and UI Automation on Windows to read application context reliably.
- Own the IPC protocol and lifecycle between Electron and the native helpers, and keep the application working as Apple and Microsoft change their platforms.
DISTRIBUTION, PERMISSIONS & RELEASE RELIABILITY
- Own code signing and notarization on macOS — hardened runtime, entitlements, nested binary signing, provisioning profiles — and Authenticode signing, SmartScreen reputation and antivirus false positives on Windows.
- Design the permission onboarding flow — microphone, system audio, screen recording, accessibility — so that grant rates stay high and failure states are recoverable.
- Build and maintain the release pipeline: CI matrix builds, signing from CI with HSM-backed certificates, auto-update, staged rollout and rollback.
- Own crash reporting and production telemetry for the desktop client, and act on what it tells you.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 6+ years of software engineering experience, including production-grade TypeScript/Node.js.
- 3+ years building and shipping Electron applications to real end users, not internal tools or proofs of concept.
- Hands-on native macOS development in Swift and/or Objective-C, with AppKit and at least one system-level framework such as Core Audio, AVFoundation, ScreenCaptureKit, or the Accessibility API.
- Practical experience writing native Node addons (N-API / node-addon-api) or bundling and communicating with out-of-process native helpers.
- Demonstrated experience with macOS code signing, notarization, entitlements, and the TCC permission model — you have debugged a rejected notarization and know how to read the log.
- Working knowledge of the Windows desktop platform: Win32 APIs, Authenticode signing, and the practical realities of SmartScreen and antivirus reputation.
- Strong grasp of multi-process architecture, IPC, and debugging issues that only reproduce on a user's machine.
NICE TO HAVE
- Real-time audio pipelines — buffering, resampling, mixing multiple sources, or streaming to speech-to-text services.
- Signing from CI with hardware-backed certificates (Azure Key Vault, DigiCert KeyLocker, or similar), and antivirus whitelisting or SmartScreen reputation building for a new product.
- Auto-update infrastructure such as Squirrel, electron-updater or Sparkle, including staged rollouts.
- Crash reporting and symbolication for native code (Crashpad, Sentry, or similar).
- Prior experience shipping a consumer desktop product at meaningful scale.
LOCATION
Ruby Labs operates within the CET (Central European Time) zone. Applicants from any country are welcome to apply for the position as long as they are located within approximately ± 4 hours of CET. This ensures optimal collaboration and communication during working hours.

We’re scaling fast and staying true to what makes us different: an open-source legacy, a global collaborative culture, and a passion for meaningful work. Our team thrives in an innovation-driven environment where transparency, autonomy, and trust fuel everything we do.
You may not meet every requirement, and that’s okay. If this role excites you, we’d love you to raise your hand for what could be a truly career-defining opportunity.
About Grafana Labs:
There are more than 700,000 active installations of Grafana around the globe, monitoring everything from beehives to climate change in the Alps. The instantly recognizable dashboards have been spotted everywhere from a SpaceX launch and Minecraft HQ to Wimbledon and the Tour de France. Grafana Labs also helps companies including Bloomberg, JPMorgan Chase, and eBay manage their observability strategies with full-stack offerings that can be run fully managed with Grafana Cloud, or self-managed with Grafana Enterprise Stack. The Grafana stack has grown to include more open-source projects, including Grafana Loki (for logs) and Grafana Tempo (for traces) and Grafana Mimir (for metrics).
Description of Duties
We’re looking for a Staff Technical Writer to create documentation and learning content that helps people adopt and master Grafana’s observability products. You’ll work with engineers, product managers, and the Grafana writing team to produce content for a range of products and audiences, from first-time users to experienced practitioners. Because our products and priorities evolve, we’re looking for someone who learns new technical domains quickly.
AI is part of how this team works. We use AI-assisted workflows and tools throughout the content lifecycle, from research and drafting to review, validation, and maintenance. You’ll use these tools every day and help the team get better at using them.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, research, write, and maintain documentation and learning content (concepts, tasks, tutorials, references, and in-product learning) that supports adoption and long-term product mastery.
Use AI tools and workflows to work faster and at a higher quality: drafting, structuring, technical validation, consistency checks, and keeping content current. You apply human judgment to everything AI produces and take responsibility for its accuracy.
Contribute to the team’s shared AI workflows and skills, and look for ways to improve and automate how we create and maintain content as tools and models evolve.
Partner with engineers, PMs, and other stakeholders to understand product requirements, interview subject matter experts, and turn complex technical detail into clear, accurate content.
Test what you document. Run the software, follow your own procedures, and flag product and UX gaps you find along the way.
Let data guide your priorities. We have strong docs and learning analytics. You’ll use them, along with user feedback, to find content gaps, prioritize your work, and show the impact of what you ship.
Work with the documentation manager and other writers to improve information architecture, voice, and consistency across our docs, and to make information easy to find for both people and AI-driven search and assistants.
Manage several projects at once, using judgment to prioritize and communicate clearly when the plan changes.
Mentor teammates and share practices that raise the quality of the team’s work.
Requirements
What experience would make someone be successful in this role?
Experience writing or documenting enterprise or developer-facing software, with a portfolio or writing samples that show technical depth.
Hands-on experience using AI tools and models in your writing workflow (such as LLM assistants, agentic coding tools, or custom prompts and skills), and the ability to explain how you evaluate and verify their output.
Experience working with docs-as-code: command-line Git, GitHub (pull requests and reviews), Markdown, and common IDEs.
Comfort working in technical environments. You can set up, run, and troubleshoot software yourself to verify what you write (for example, command line, containers, or Kubernetes, or a willingness to learn quickly).
Experience collaborating with engineers and product managers to get accurate technical information.
Experience working remotely and asynchronously on a distributed team.
What you’ll bring to the role
Curiosity about AI as a craft. You treat AI workflows as a professional skill. You experiment, share what works, and know where AI helps and where it doesn’t.
Technical credibility. You care about accuracy, you learn new technical domains quickly, and you ask questions until you understand them.
Strong judgment and editing skills. You can tell good content from plausible-sounding content, and you hold the line on quality.
Ownership. You manage multiple projects and work well both independently and collaboratively.
Clarity. You write concisely and plainly for readers of all experience levels.
Bonus: Experience with observability, monitoring, or cloud-native tooling, or contributing to open source documentation.

- Strong scripting and automation skills in a language like Python or JavaScript, and experience building workflows in n8n or a similar tool (Zapier, Workato, Kestra). You default to automating a task rather than doing it twice.
- Practical experience with office networking, including firewalls, Wi-Fi, VPN, and DNS/DHCP, and monitoring it with tools like Datadog.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Bonus Points For:

WHO WE ARE
Help Scout started in 2011 with a simple premise: support software should treat customers like people, not tickets. 3+ billion conversations later, more than 10,000 companies use Help Scout to grow relationships with customers of all types, from clients to patients and beyond.
Now we’re in a new chapter: not only building AI that gives teams more space to focus on the customer experience, but also reimagining how we operate in an AI-native world. That means shipping and learning faster, without compromising on craft. Great work here carries a strong opinion and sweats the details, regardless of the tools we use to drive it.
We’ve been a fully remote team https://articles.helpscout.com/blog/remote-culture/ since day one, with 120+ teammates now all over the world. It’s a culture where you’ll be trusted to take ownership, stay curious, and raise the quality of work around you. It comes with clear expectations and a team that will push you to do some of the best work of your career.
If that kind of challenge gives you energy, we’d love to meet you.
YOUR IMPACT
Help Scout has earned something most software companies never get: genuine trust. 10,000+ businesses use us because we've always believed that customer relationships are the business, and that every interaction should feel like it came from someone who cares. That trust took a decade to build, and now it's the foundation for something bigger.
A lot of that trust is design. When customers tell us why they picked Help Scout over the alternatives, and when they recommend us to someone else, the reason they give most often is that it is easier to use and it feels better to work in. That's why our top source for new customers comes from human and agent referrals. Our user experience is one of the strongest advantages we have, and as Director of Product Design you'll be directly accountable for keeping our quality high as we accelerate our growth.
ABOUT THE ROLE
- Lead our product design team as a player/coach. Manage and develop a small team of experienced product designers and stay close to the work through critique, design reviews, and occasional projects of your own. Your most senior individual contributors carry the most complex design problems; your job is to make sure the whole team's work meets the bar. Set clear expectations for craft and ownership and build a culture where critique and feedback make the work better.
- Turn great design judgment into something that scales. Own the design principles, standards, guardrails, and decision record that make a Help Scout experience feel like Help Scout, so designers, engineers, and AI agents can create high-quality experiences with more speed and autonomy. Your most senior designers author the interaction models and product patterns that sit underneath them.
- Be accountable for our design system as a product. Set the priorities and resourcing for the Help Scout Design System (HSDS), drive its adoption across Product and Engineering, and make it useful and legible to both people and machines, working with the designer who serves as its technical lead for architecture, patterns, and Figma/code parity.
- Own how AI shows up in our product. AI is every designer's job, not one person's. You are accountable for Help Scout's point of view on trustworthy AI experiences: how AI communicates, gives people control, handles mistakes, and moves from assisting customers to acting on their behalf. Your most senior designers lead the design direction and patterns; you make sure that point of view is adopted and applied consistently by every designer, and that it evolves with the product.
- Evolve how design gets done as AI accelerates delivery. Own the operating model: workflows, tooling standards, design debt, how design works with Product and Engineering, and how the capacity AI frees up gets reinvested. Decide which of the practices the team pilots (code prototyping, AI-assisted workflows) become the standard way we work. Your most senior designers shape how AI fits into the design process itself; you make sure that guidance becomes how the team actually works.
- Help shape product direction alongside Product and Engineering. As a member of our Experience Leadership Team (XLT), bring design judgment, customer understanding, and a clear view of where design investment will have the greatest roadmap impact. Carry business context, constraints, and initiative outcomes back to the design team, and bring designers into the forums where direction for their work is being set.
- Decide where design capacity goes. Match designers to workstreams based on business priority. Decide who is embedded where, when someone shifts to a higher-priority problem, and when designers move from horizontal work to a deep, time-bound embed in a single workstream.
- Partner with the Brand Design team in our GTM organization to help ensure design cohesion between marketing and in-app product experiences.
ABOUT YOU
- You're an experienced product design leader who still loves the work. You bring 10+ years in product design, including 3+ years managing designers, and have been accountable for the experience of a product, as well as the people creating it.
- You have exceptional product and design judgment. You care about craft in a way that shows up in the details, can clearly articulate why an experience works, and have experience making complex B2B software feel simple and intuitive.
- You know how to scale great product design. You've built or meaningfully evolved a design system that teams genuinely adopted, and you know how to translate taste and judgment into principles, patterns, and systems others can apply.
- You have a strong point of view on AI and the future of product design. You use AI throughout your own design practice and think deeply about both how AI changes the way products are designed and how to create AI experiences customers can trust.
- You know how to lead senior individual contributors. You've managed principal or staff-level designers, given them real scope, and made them more effective without competing with them for the work.
- You're a deeply cross-functional product leader. You're technically fluent enough to earn the trust of engineers, comfortable using data and customer research to inform your decisions, and skilled at partnering with Product and Engineering on difficult tradeoffs.
- You're an exceptional communicator and remote leader. You make your thinking visible through clear writing and direct feedback, treat words as part of the product experience, and know how to build trust, alignment, and a strong design culture on a distributed team.
Who you'll work with
- Chief Product Officer. You report to the CPO and partner closely with them.
- Chief Revenue Officer. You partner on design cohesion between marketing and product, and on how design shows up in GTM.
- VP of Engineering. You collaborate on how design and engineering work together, on the design system, and on AI-assisted delivery.
- Principal Designer. Our most senior individual contributor reports to you and leads product design direction across workstreams, the design direction for AI experiences, and the technical shape of HSDS.
- Product Designers. A small team of experienced designers embedded in our product workstreams.
Note: This role is open to US-based applicants only.

About the role
We're looking for a
Senior Product Analyst
to become the independent analytical voice of our Matching & Relationships team. You'll work across several closely connected product areas - spanning matchmaking, messaging and AI-assisted user experiences - and help us answer the questions that matter:
are we moving in the right direction, and where do we invest the least effort for the greatest impact?
This isn't a role about building pretty dashboards. It's about designing rigorous experiments, challenging assumptions with data, and turning numbers into decisions. If you believe in the craft of real analytics - not just prompting an AI for a chart - and you like being the person who keeps the team honest with the data, you'll feel at home here. You'll partner directly with the product managers behind each area and report to the Head of Product, who cares deeply about analytics and will be a highly engaged collaborator.
What you'll do
Design and run product experiments end to end
- form hypotheses, define test duration and required sample size, assess whether the expected result is achievable, evaluate A/B tests and determine statistical significance.
Unify metrics across our product areas
into one coherent picture, cascading them from our core company metric (MAP) down to the drivers of acquisition, retention, reactivation and churn.
Be the independent analytical check
on whether the team is moving in the right direction - grounding decisions in data rather than intuition.
Find the highest-leverage growth opportunities
- where the smallest effort delivers the biggest effect on key metrics.
Track whether we're winning in the numbers
- connect metrics to goals, estimates and costs, and flag early when we drift off course.
Generate, prioritize and validate hypotheses
("what would happen if…?") together with product managers.
Investigate anomalies and metric deviations
, get to the root cause, and raise the alarm on product issues before they grow.
Calibrate our work against corporate goals
and challenge the flood of initiatives with a clear, numbers-based point of view.
Improve our analytical processes where you see room - we're an open team and we act on good ideas.
What we're looking for
Must-have:
4+ years in product analytics
, ideally at a product with large data volumes.
A degree in
mathematics, engineering or a related technical field.
Strong command of
mathematical statistics and probability theory
, applied in practice.
Proven, hands-on experience
designing and running A/B tests
— including sizing, significance and interpretation.
Fluency in
SQL and Python
; comfortable with data extraction, processing and visualization (Superset a plus).
Deep understanding of
product and marketing metrics
— LTV, CPA, Retention, CR — and how they connect to the business.
Product thinking
— you see the user behavior behind every metric.
High autonomy and ownership
— you find the growth points yourself and see them through to impact.
Critical thinking
— you question the data and the decisions around it, and cross-check your conclusions.
Clear communication
— you back arguments with numbers, explain the complex simply, and structure findings around a clear recommendation and estimated impact.
Nice to have:
Experience with products where data and causal inference are central -
social products, dating, gaming, or two-sided marketplaces (B2B + B2C).
Hands-on experience with
recommender systems.
Background at a
data-rich, high-volume product.
What do we offer
REMOTE OPPORTUNITY to work full-time.
Vacation 28 calendar days per year.
7 wellness days per year (time off) that can be used to deal with household issues, to lie down and recover without taking sick leave.
Bonuses up to $5000 for recommending successful applicants for positions in the company.
50% payment for professional training, international conferences, and meetings.
Corporate discount for English lessons.
Health benefits. According to the paychecks, if you are not eligible for corporate medical insurance, the company will compensate you with up to $ 1,000 gross per year per employee. This can be spent on self-purchase of health insurance or on doctor’s fees for yourself and close relatives (spouse, children).
Workplace organization. The company provides all employees with an equipped workplace and all the necessary equipment (table, armchair, wifi, etc.) in our offices or co-working locations. In the other locations, the company provides reimbursement of workplace costs up to $ 1000 gross once every 3 years, according to the paychecks. This money can be spent on the rent of the co-working room, on equipping the working place at home (desk, chair, Internet, etc.) during those 3 years.
Internal gamified gratitude system: receive bonuses from colleagues and exchange them for our merchandise, team building activities, massage certificates, etc.
Sounds good? Join us now!
The initial pay level or pay range for this role will be shared with candidates during the recruitment process and before the commencement of employment.

Senior Reconciliation Analyst (Fixed-Term Cover)
About the Role
Our Reconciliation team makes sure that every euro our clients see in their balances is actually backed by cash in the bank — and right now, we need an experienced Senior Reconciliation Analyst to join us on a fixed-term basis to cover a period of maternity leave.
This is a hands-on, high-impact role at the heart of our payment operations. You'll own the day-to-day routine of monitoring reconciliation breaks, investigating discrepancies, and working closely with engineering and banking partners to keep everything balanced. It's a fast-moving environment where priorities can shift daily, so we're looking for someone who thrives on structure one day and adapts the next.
While the core focus is routine reconciliation, there's real room to get involved in automation projects once you're up to speed — and this role can also be a strong stepping stone into other teams at the company longer-term.
A Bit About the Team
Our Reconciliation team is small but mighty — every analyst is expected to think like an owner, gradually automating routine work while keeping the core process rock-solid. It's a team that values flexibility (fully remote, outcome-focused — we care that the job gets done, not what hours you keep) and gives people real autonomy once the fundamentals are covered. If you enjoy solving problems that sit right at the intersection of data and payments, you'll fit right in here.
About the Role
Our Reconciliation team makes sure that every euro our clients see in their balances is actually backed by cash in the bank — and right now, we need an experienced Senior Reconciliation Analyst to join us on a fixed-term basis to cover a period of maternity leave.

While the core focus is routine reconciliation, there's real room to get involved in automation projects once you're up to speed — and this role can also be a strong stepping stone into other teams at the company longer-term.
What You Will Be Doing
Own daily reconciliation monitoring — checking that cash held in the bank matches client balances in our systems, and flagging and investigating any breaks or mismatches as they arise
Resolve reconciliation breaks end-to-end — determining whether an issue is internal (looping in engineering) or external (liaising directly with banks and third-party payment providers) and driving it to resolution
Maintain reporting and month-end close — supporting vendor reporting, regulatory reporting, and other recurring reporting cycles with a high level of accuracy
Work across data tools — using Excel alongside data visualization tools (Databricks, Metabase, or similar — Tableau/Power BI experience also welcome) to monitor and track reconciliation data
Contribute to automation — gradually helping automate manual reconciliation processes using AI and other tools, reducing reliance on spreadsheets over time
Handle occasional manual money transfers — with the accuracy and attention to detail this requires
Manage stakeholders across the business — working with engineering, treasury, and external banking partners to keep processes running smoothly
Who You Are
You have hands-on experience in reconciliation, payment operations, or treasury operations (e.g. as a reconciliation specialist, payment analyst, or accountant with reconciliation exposure)
You're comfortable with Excel and have some experience with data visualization/BI tools (Databricks, Metabase, Tableau, Power BI, or similar)
You have a working understanding of payment schemes and how money moves between banks and internal systems — you know who to go to when something doesn't add up
You're diligent and detail-oriented, especially when it comes to handling money movements
You're used to fast-paced, frequently changing environments and can adapt when processes shift — this isn't a role with a fixed rulebook
You have strong stakeholder management skills and are confident communicating with both internal teams and external partners (e.g. banks)
You're able to start immediately or on very short notice
You're open to a fixed-term contract (~5 months, with a real possibility of extension depending on business needs)
Nice to Have
Experience working at a neobank or fintech (e.g. N26 or similar) — you'll likely need less ramp-up time in a high-change environment
A mathematical or quantitative background
Prior experience helping build or improve automations within a reconciliation or payments workflow
Basic SQL or data analysis skills
