Synthesia is the world’s leading AI video platform for business, used by over 90% of the Fortune 100. Founded in 2017, the company is headquartered in London, with offices and teams across Europe and the US.
As AI continues to shape the way we live and work, Synthesia develops products to enhance visual communication and enterprise skill development, helping people work better and stay at the center of successful organizations.
Following our recent Series E funding round, where we raised $200 million, our valuation stands at $4 billion. Our total funding exceeds $530 million from premier investors including Accel, NVentures (Nvidia's VC arm), Kleiner Perkins, GV, and Evantic Capital, alongside the founders and operators of Stripe, Datadog, Miro, and Webflow.
THE ROLE:
We're looking for a Staff (L6) Product Designer to lead design for some of Synthesia's AI-native, agentic Sessions product surfaces.
Sessions are the experiences where employees learn through conversation, companies lrun a survey at scale, and AI becomes a direct participant in how work gets done - not just a tool behind the scenes.
This area is central to redefining what a video platform can be: moving upstream from content creation into workforce development, and making complex AI capabilities feel natural, trustworthy, and effective for everyday users.
You'll operate as a senior IC: setting direction, influencing roadmap decisions, shaping bets with Product and Engineering leaders, and raising the craft bar.
In practice, this role is about solving AI-native design problems, for example:
- Designing real-time, conversational avatar experiences that feel engaging and natural - not robotic or gimmicky - for employees learning and practising skills at work.
- Creating interaction patterns for AI-driven workflows that give users the right amount of control, transparency, and trust without overwhelming them with complexity.
- Improving output quality through better structure, guidance, and feedback loops - helping users understand what the AI is doing, catch issues early, and iterate with confidence.
- Working at the frontier where AI changes what "interaction" means, and the best patterns are genuinely still being invented.
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:
- Own major AI-native bets end-to-end, from problem framing to shipped outcomes and iteration.
- Set a design vision for our "Sessions" surface, and influence adjacent product areas to stay coherent.
- Partner closely with Product and Engineering to define what "great" looks like (principles, quality bar, success metrics) and then drive toward it.
- Prototype and test interaction models quickly - including novel agentic and conversational patterns - and know when high-fidelity matters.
- Raise the bar on craft: interaction design, UI quality, systems thinking, and consistency across AI-native experiences.
YOU SHOULD APPLY IF YOU BRING:
- Significant experience designing complex, high-usage product surfaces - ideally including AI-native products, agentic features, conversational interfaces, or products where the system takes meaningful autonomous action.
- Strong craft in interaction design and visual design, and a track record of shipping work that measurably improves the product experience.
- Comfort operating in ambiguity: you can turn unclear and fast-moving problem spaces into crisp direction, and you do not wait for perfect clarity.
- Systems thinking: you understand how AI capabilities, model constraints, and product architecture shape what's actually possible in the UX - not just what looks good on a screen.
- Excellent communication in design reviews and cross-functional decision-making contexts.
- Experience designing workflows where trust, transparency, and user control are central - helping users feel confident in AI-driven outputs rather than confused or excluded.
- A track record of tackling novel problems in maturing product spaces, and shaping the product from early-stage bets through to execution.
- The ability to leverage feedback from users and customers to ensure the product continues to meet real needs - including enterprise users with high stakes around quality, compliance, and scale.
AT SYNTHESIA WE EXPECT EVERYONE TO:
- Put the Customer First
- Own it & Go Direct
- Be Fast & Experimental
- Make the Journey Fun

BENEFITS
- A flexible, remote friendly role based out of Europe or one of our hubs in London, Copenhagen, Munich, or Zurich.
- 25 days of annual leave + public holidays in the country where you are based.
- A generous referral scheme.
- Work from home set up.
- At Synthesia, you can work from anywhere (within reason) in the world for up to 60 days per year!
- A huge opportunity for career growth as you’ll help shape a market-defining product.

HEALTH CAN’T WAIT.
Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.
We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture https://alan.com/en/careers. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.
Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.
🤹 OPERATIONS AT ALAN
Behind Alan's performance lies an Operations team that is anything but back-office. At Alan, Ops is a strategic function: we define the vision, build the systems, and own the outcomes that make our insurance and healthcare products work at scale.
As a Senior Ops & Product Builder, you will own some of the most critical and ambiguous challenges in the company. You will shape strategy, drive cross-functional alignment, and build solutions with lasting impact on Alan's P&L and member experience.
You’ll be joining 80+ talented, committed, passionate Ops team members working globally on all our services. You’ll be among the team mates structuring this community.
⭐️ THE CHALLENGES
We are looking for driven professionals and entrepreneurs with a strong operational background to disrupt the way we traditionally think about insurance or healthcare. Our goal is to delight our members everywhere as we keep on scaling and building new services in France and internationally.
The job description is simple: you set the vision, make the hard calls, and own the outcome.
Here are some examples of missions our team is covering that you could lead:
- Saving millions through fraud detection: Building a detection capability with no playbook. Owning make-vs-buy decisions on tooling, balancing precision against member experience at scale, and managing the external surface. Partner negotiations, industry lobbying, and ecosystem-level fraud strategy.
- Building a global recovery engine: Establishing a billing monitoring framework to identify gaps early on. Then building assets & partnerships to drive costs down : designing a global recovery system that adapts to local legislation to support Alan’s expansion. With millions invoiced every month and high growth, the impact on P&L is direct.
- Scaling psychotherapy online sessions: Defining the operating model from scratch, making hard resourcing decisions under uncertainty, managing quality at scale, and driving international replication. Today: 80,000 sessions were delivered & 93% of users report reduced stress.
- Reinventing healthcare expense payment: Challenging a key French health insurance item (Tiers Payant), owning complex supplier negotiations autonomously, and cutting the budget line by more than half while improving member satisfaction.
⭐️ IF YOU HAVE SOME OF THE FOLLOWING, YOU MAY BE A GREAT FIT ⭐️
- You have at least 10 years of professional experience in Operations management or entrepreneurship
- You are fully fluent in English and Spanish or French or Dutch
- You have a high level of structure and strong analytical skills (including Sql fluency for data analysis)
- You independently own high-ambiguity, high-impact initiatives (typically >10M€/year business impact)
- You excel at defining a clear vision and roadmap on your scope, lead product reviews, and drive make-or-buy decisions
- You make hard prioritization calls with partial information and manage key external partnerships autonomously
- You are a thought leader and implement innovative uses of AI and automation across crews
- You are a strong mentor: you make the people around you better, and you drive significant community impact
For this role we are looking to hire within the D-F https://alan.com/en/careers/a/salary-equity level range based out of France, Belgium or Spain.
🎯 IMPORTANT NOTE: WE HIRE PEOPLE, NOT ROLES.
If you're excited about this opportunity but don't check every box, we'd love to hear from you. Everyone, no matter how underrepresented, should feel free to apply, as it can only bring learnings or success.
If you identify yourself as a woman: Did you know that research shows women often apply only when meeting 100% of requirements?
Remember, this is just a guide, not a checklist. We'll be thrilled to receive your application!

ABOUT ELEVENLABS
ElevenLabs is an AI research and product company transforming how we interact with technology.
We launched in January 2023 with the first human-like AI voice model. Today, we serve millions of users and thousands of businesses - from fast-growing startups to large enterprises like Deutsche Telekom and Meta. Our investors are some of the world's most prominent, including Andreessen Horowitz, ICONIQ Growth and Sequoia. We've raised $781M in funding and our last valuation was $22B - multiples of 11, always.
We have expanded from voice into three main platforms:
- ElevenAgents enables businesses to deliver seamless and intelligent customer experiences, with the integrations, testing, monitoring, and reliability necessary to deploy voice and chat agents at scale.
- ElevenCreative empowers creators and marketers to generate and edit speech, music, image, and video across 70+ languages.
- ElevenAPI gives developers access to our leading AI audio foundational models.
Everything we do is the result of the creativity and commitment of our team - builders doing the best work of their lives. We are researchers, engineers, and operators. IOI medalists and ex-founders. If you want to work hard and create lasting positive impact, we want to hear from you.
HOW WE WORK
- High-velocity: Rapid experimentation, lean autonomous teams, and minimal bureaucracy.
- Impact not job titles: We don’t have job titles. Instead, it’s about the impact you have. No task is above or beneath you.
- AI first: We use AI to move faster with higher-quality results. We do this across the whole company—from engineering to growth to operations.
- Excellence everywhere: Everything we do should match the quality of our AI models.
- Global team: We prioritize your talent, not your location.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Innovative culture: You’ll be part of a generational opportunity to define the trajectory of AI, surrounded by a team pushing the boundaries of what’s possible.
- Growth paths: Joining ElevenLabs means joining a dynamic team with countless opportunities to drive impact - beyond your immediate role and responsibilities.
- Learning & development: ElevenLabs proactively supports professional development through an annual discretionary stipend.
- Social travel: We also provide an annual discretionary stipend to meet up with colleagues each year, however you choose.
- Annual company offsite: Each year, we bring the entire team together in a new location - past offsites have included Croatia and Italy.
- Co-working: If you’re not located near one of our main hubs, we offer a monthly co-working stipend.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Our Talent Operations team runs the machinery behind hiring at ElevenLabs: the systems, workflows and data that help us hire exceptional people quickly. We’re hiring at pace, with 200+ open roles across 40+ countries, and Ashby sits at the centre of all of it. We're looking for a hands-on Ashby expert who can turn hiring priorities into clean, working setups, so recruiters and interviewers can focus on candidates rather than the tool. You’ll be the person the talent team trusts to get the system right, and to know when something is quietly going wrong.
Talent Operations works from first principles. We don’t ask how hiring has always been done. We ask how to make it the best possible experience for candidates, hiring managers, recruiters and everyone involved. Automation and AI drive everything we do, because we’re scaling our talent function without scaling headcount at the same rate. The goal is to maximize the impact each person on the team can have.
To start, your time will be split as ~60% Ashby build and administration, ~25% scheduling support and Talent Ops projects, and ~15% data and reporting.
WHAT YOU’LL OWN
- Ashby go-to: be the first point of contact for Ashby questions from recruiters, interviewers, and hiring managers. Write the how-tos so the same question doesn’t get asked twice.
- Interview plans: build and customize interview plans, stages, feedback forms and scorecards. Update them as roles and processes change, keeping structure consistent so data stays comparable across teams.
- Jobs and postings. End to end: take approved headcount to a live, accurate job and posting quickly. That covers hiring teams, approvals, custom fields, job boards and postings across locations. Keep every job accurate through to close and archive.
- Data quality: own ATS hygiene, including stage mapping, source attribution, rejection and archive reasons, department and team structure, and stale applications. Spot problems before they show up in a report.
- Process and projects: support Talent Ops on process changes, tooling rollouts and projects that help the function scale, plus interview scheduling support during busy periods (or until we roll out agentic scheduling).
IN YOUR FIRST 6 MONTHS, YOU WILL:
- Audit and standardize interview plans across ElevenLabs so pipeline data is comparable
- Cut job setup time by templating common role types
- Automate a manual workflow with AI or integration tooling
- Improve interviewer capacity and assist with automating scheduling
- Own 1-2 Talent Operations projects end to end

- Fast-paced Operations. Experience in recruiting operations or coordination in a fast-moving team.

- Clear written communication. You can explain a system change to a hiring manager in two sentences.
- Timezone: Able to work in United States timezone hours.
BONUS:
- Strong analytical and reporting skills. You’re confident building reports in Ashby and working with exported data in spreadsheets (pivots, lookups, basic formulas), and you can turn the numbers into a clear story about what’s working and what isn’t.

- Project Management. Organized and able to run projects end to end with multiple stakeholders.

Here at Humanoid, we believe in a future where robots amplify human potential. That’s why we’ve set out on a mission to build the world’s most capable, commercially-scalable, and safe humanoid robots. We’re bringing that mission to life with HMND‑01 - our rapidly developed humanoid platform being deployed in real industrial environments - and we’re growing the team to take it even further.
We are building a world-class robotics organisation across London, Vancouver and Boston to solve some of the hardest problems in humanoid robotics, including integrating complex hardware, embedded systems, AI, and large-scale robotic platforms into cohesive, production-ready systems.
If you are excited about driving large-scale, cross-functional robotics programs from concept to real-world deployment, then we're keen to hear from you.
About the role (Intro):
As a Technical Program Manager at Humanoid, you will own the planning and execution of complex robotics development projects, ensuring predictable delivery of our highly integrated humanoid systems and our roadmap of capabilities for deployment at customer sites. You will lead cross-functional development with an emphasis on software/AI on new hardware, coordinating closely with our teams in Boston, Vancouver, and San Diego.
This is a high-impact role requiring strong technical judgment, systems thinking, and the ability to drive execution across deeply interdependent teams.
Establish processes that work
The nature, method, and velocity of software development is changing fast. Yet the iron triangle of project management (scope, schedule, budget) remains. The TPM must apply, build, and evolve processes and tools to manage this.
What Makes This Role Exciting
- Drive execution of next-generation humanoid robot programs from concept to deployment
- Work at the intersection of hardware, embedded systems, AI, robotics, and production
- Coordinate globally distributed engineering teams spanning multiple time zones
- Tackle the complex challenges of scaling robotics systems into products that work in the real world
What you'll own:
Own the end-to-end planning and execution of a portfolio of projects in a robot new product introduction program, where you'll be accountable for scope, schedule, cost, and process. Your portfolio includes software and hardware projects, all of which are deeply cross-functional, spanning Systems, Safety, Mechanical, Electrical, Firmware, Software, AI/ML, DFX, Regulatory, Integration, Test, Supply Chain, Design, Product, Marketing, Logistics, and more.
Drive execution
Track and motivate project progress end-to-end, coordinating across many teams, sites, and suppliers to predictably execute the plan. Proactively anticipate risks, put mitigation plans in place, and manage them actively. Urgently identify, prioritise, and clear blockers.
Lead people and stakeholders
Empathise with, partner with, negotiate with, and manage stakeholders, using tactful and effective approaches to build alignment and secure commitments. Establish efficient, clear, and timely program communication, tailored to your audience and optimised for the real challenges of collaborating across distances, cultures, and time zones.
Bring judgment
Based on situational awareness, operate fluidly between the strategic and the detailed. Apply systems thinking, perspective, and technical judgment to bring clarity, prioritisation, and guidance to your teams.
Embody the culture
Roll up your sleeves and enthusiastically pitch in wherever it's needed for the program's success at Humanoid because we're all in this together. Never settle for the status quo and play a key role in proactively improving our practices. Demonstrate through your actions how you contribute to the team's success, building strong, enduring influence across the program team and its stakeholders.
What we're looking for from you:
- 3+ years of relevant post-graduate experience as a project or program manager for development of leading-edge software product development
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical field relevant to software, AI, or robotics
- Technical background in development of complex systems that integrate new hardware, firmware, and software
- Experienced in modern tech software development processes and tools
- Exposure to hardware development and new product introduction
- Proficiency with multiple program management methodologies and tools
- Proven ability to create structure and clarity in ambiguous, fast-paced environments, managing influential stakeholders
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple complex workstreams simultaneously
- Impressive written and verbal communication skills, both synchronous and asynchronous
- Demonstrated ability to lead through influence across diverse teams
- Ability to remain calm, structured, and effective under pressure, including with executive stakeholders
- Strong ability to understand and communicate complex technical concepts
- Systems-thinking mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities
- Adept applying AI to project management and development workflows
- Flexibility to shift hours as needed to collaborate with our international team
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience in robotics, autonomous systems, or advanced hardware companies
- Experience in production development
- Experience working in speed-focused startup environments
- Experience across end-to-end lifecycle, from R&D to production
- Experience working with globally distributed teams
Why Join Humanoid
- Competitive salary plus participation in our Stock Option Plan
- Collaboration with top-tier engineers, researchers, and product experts in AI and robotics
- Freedom to influence the product and own key initiatives
- Ability to solve some of the most complex engineering challenges in robotics for the real world
- Meaningful time off to rest and recharge: 23 days of annual leave, plus bank holidays and concessionary days over the Christmas period.
- Comprehensive extended health benefits starting on your first day, including fully paid medical and dental, virtual care, employee and family assistance, and worldwide emergency medical support
- Free daily catered lunch, snacks, and drinks in-office

The work mixes greenfield features with polish on the existing editor. An example of the polish is letting editors coming from Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro rebind their keyboard shortcuts in one step. You’ll write proposals, get fast feedback, and own features through launch, including the marketing moment.
You’re a product-minded, frontend-leaning full-stack engineer. Deep backend skills aren’t required.

- Partner closely with Customer Success, FDEs and Solutions Engineering to ensure smooth onboarding, deployment, and expansion of accounts.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, educating C-suite and senior operations leaders on emerging trends in generative AI, voice interfaces, and conversational agents.
Requirements
- 7+ years of quota-carrying strategic sales experience in SaaS or technology, ideally with exposure to AI, generative AI, LLM-based products, or API-driven platforms.
- Proven success closing deals and managing long, complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders across business, IT, legal, and procurement.

- Experience selling technical solutions to product and engineering leaders; ability to translate complex technology into business value.
- Deep understanding of enterprise procurement and legal processes in Switzerland, with the ability to accelerate deal velocity within complex organizational structures.
- Comfort operating in an early-stage, high-growth environment, including building new playbooks and iterating quickly.
- Passion for voice and audio AI and how it can unlock transformative value for customers.
- A hybrid of customer and product-driven mentality that prioritizes client satisfaction and scale.

ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re looking for a Senior User Acquisition Manager to take full ownership of Meta paid traffic and drive subscriptions through web funnels within a single project. Meta is the core channel, with room to expand into additional sources such as AppLovin, X, TikTok and Snapchat. You'll manage 7-figure budgets across multiple GEOs, decide what to test, scale and cut, and be accountable for results.
Performance is measured on real business metrics (CPA, ROAS and cohorts), not surface-level platform numbers. We are an AI-first team, so we expect you to use Claude and automation to move faster and to streamline your day-to-day workflows.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and scale paid social campaigns on Meta end to end: account structure, bidding, budget allocation, optimization and scaling.
- Expand into additional sources (AppLovin, X, TikTok, Snapchat) and look for new growth levers: audiences, formats, placements and campaign types.
- Scale spend across multiple GEOs while holding CPA and ROAS targets.
- Run structured creative testing with the creative team on all channels, with clear hypotheses and simple scale/kill rules.
- Work with the data team on reports, cohort analysis and deep dives, quickly diagnose drops and spikes and act on them.
- Manage signal quality: conversion events, event value, purchase optimization, attribution.
- Protect account health: manage ad account structure, backups and policy compliance.
- Work with platform reps on betas, new campaign types and escalations.
- Use Claude and automation (skills, scripts, workflows) to speed up builds, reporting and optimization.
- Prepare a clear strategy, document tests and learnings, and keep an eye on market trends and competitors.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Paid social experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience managing paid social campaigns, with Meta as your main platform (TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, or AppLovin experience is a plus) and a proven ability to scale budgets efficiently while maintaining strong ROI.
- High-budget management: experience managing $500k+ in monthly ad spend, with consistent optimization and sustainable growth.
- Multi-GEO expertise: experience running and scaling campaigns across multiple countries and regions, and making independent, data-driven scaling decisions.
- Strong analytical skills: solid command of CPA, ROAS, and cohort analysis, plus proficiency in tools like Omni/Tableau/Mixpanel and the ability to build custom performance analyses.
- Meta platform knowledge: deep understanding of account structures, audience targeting, bidding strategies, and creative testing methodologies.
- AI and automation: experience automating user acquisition workflows with AI, automated rules or scripts, and a mindset of constantly looking for ways to work smarter.
- Autonomous and proactive: you take ownership, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and spot opportunities for testing, optimization, and growth.
- Growth mindset: strong motivation to learn, experiment and scale, with a focus on long-term performance.
- Clear communication: strong English, with the ability to present insights, results and recommendations to stakeholders.

About the Team:
Netlify’s Data team helps the company understand and improve the full product-led growth journey, from activation and engagement through conversion, retention, and monetization. We partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Growth to uncover opportunities, evaluate investments, and understand what drives customer and business outcomes.
We’re hiring a Senior Staff Data Scientist to deepen how data shapes our product and growth strategy. You’ll develop an end-to-end understanding of the PLG journey, proactively identify opportunities, and turn complex data into hypotheses, experiments, and recommendations that influence where we invest and what we build. This is a highly autonomous role for someone who can move from identifying an important question to shaping the approach, defining success, and driving toward an answer.
What You'll Do:
Own the analytical understanding of Netlify’s PLG performance across activation, engagement, conversion, monetization, and retention, identifying opportunities before they become requests
Partner with Product and Engineering leadership to turn behavioral insights into product bets, defining what to test, how to measure it, and what the results mean
Lead experimentation from hypothesis through decision, including study design, methodology, success metrics, guardrails, analysis, and recommendations
Apply statistical rigor where it matters while recognizing when there is enough signal to make a decision and move forward, and help teams develop that same judgment
Build scalable analytical systems like semantic models, trusted metrics, proactive monitoring, and AI-powered agents that surface opportunities without waiting to be asked
Use AI to investigate faster, automate recurring analytical work, and test more hypotheses without sacrificing the judgment that makes the output useful
Identify gaps in measurement, event instrumentation, and metric definitions, and partner with Data and Product Engineering to close them
Serve as a trusted analytical partner to PLG leadership, using evidence and product judgment to influence investment decisions and roadmap priorities
Influence product strategy through evidence, product instincts, and a clear point of view, without relying on formal authority to do it
What You'll Bring:
8+ years of experience in product analytics, growth analytics, or data science, with a track record of high ownership and measurable impact on PLG or consumer product outcomes
Deep understanding of product and growth dynamics across activation, engagement, conversion, monetization, and retention
Demonstrated ability to turn behavioral data into product hypotheses and carry them from insight through experimentation and measured outcomes
Deep experimentation expertise: study design, statistical reasoning, causal inference, and the judgment to know when an experiment has told you what you need to know
Experience building analytical systems such as metrics layers, monitoring frameworks, or semantic models that teams can rely on over time
An AI-native approach to analysis: you use AI tools actively to accelerate investigation, automate repetitive work, and surface patterns faster
A track record of influencing senior stakeholders and product direction through analytical reasoning, clear recommendations, and sound judgment
Comfort operating with significant autonomy in ambiguous problem spaces, including determining which questions are most important to answer
Strong written and verbal communication skills in distributed environments, with the ability to make complex findings clear and recommendations actionable
This Role is a Great Fit If:
You're energized by finding the opportunity before anyone thought to ask - proactive discovery is how you naturally work, not a mode you shift into
You think like a product person who happens to be exceptionally rigorous with data, not a data person who occasionally weighs in on product
You thrive when the problem isn't handed to you - you'd rather define the question worth asking than answer the one that landed in your queue
You get excited about building systems that keep working after you've moved on to the next problem
You're comfortable making a call with imperfect information and can articulate clearly why you made it
You enjoy being a thought partner to senior leaders - shaping how they think about investment and opportunity, not just supporting decisions already made
You work well in a remote-first, async environment where written clarity and self-direction matter more than proximity
You're drawn to roles where the measure of success is outcomes, decisions made, bets tested, metrics moved, not volume of output produced
Applying
Not sure you meet 100% of our qualifications?
Please apply anyway!
When applying please include:
A resume or short listing of your job history & skills (link to a LinkedIn profile would be fine). We appreciate a cover letter explaining why you would enjoy working in this role at Netlify to get to know you a bit better, though this is not required and will not impact your application. ABOUT THE ROLE.
We’re building the next generation of agentic AI infrastructure at Cohere. This team sits at the intersection of ML systems, distributed infrastructure, and developer experience, creating the platform that powers autonomous AI agents at scale.
You’ll work on hard, forward-looking problems with few established patterns, including secure code execution, agent state management, model routing, identity and authentication, and resource management for long-running agent workflows.
This role is a strong fit for someone who combines systems depth with ML intuition. You should be comfortable building reliable infrastructure, thinking through distributed systems tradeoffs, and understanding how emerging agentic capabilities shape platform design.
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON.
- Secure execution environments for agent-generated code
- Identity, authentication, and trust boundaries for agents
- Model routing and orchestration across different model types and environments
- Rate limiting, quotas, and resource management for agent workflows
- State management, memory, and filesystem abstractions for agents.
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:
- Turn emerging ML research ideas into production-ready infrastructure
- Build core platform capabilities for execution, storage, and state management
- Prototype and evaluate new technologies, then help decide what should move into production
- Partner with research teams to shape infrastructure based on what future agent systems will need
YOU MAY BE A GOOD FIT IF YOU HAVE:
- Experience building production ML infrastructure with strong systems fundamentals
- Hands-on work with agentic systems, multi-agent workflows, or agent development frameworks
- Familiarity with model routing and LLM provider frameworks across different model types and environments
- Experience with scalable, fault-tolerant distributed systems and Kubernetes
- A track record of moving quickly on prototypes and making good decisions about productionization.
BONUS
- Experience across on-prem, private cloud, and public cloud environments
- Familiarity with storage systems, embedded databases, or filesystem abstractions
- Experience with code execution sandboxes such as gVisor, Firecracker, Kata, or WASM runtimes
- Interest in emerging ML infrastructure, edge inference, or browser-native models
- Open-source contributions to LLM or agent infrastructure projects
- Experience with identity, workload auth, or capability-based security systems.
