ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
Explore our Engineering Blog https://builders.ramp.com & Emerging Talent https://builders.ramp.com/emerging-talent Blog to learn more about how we build at Ramp and what it’s like to start your career here.

WHO WE ARE
Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vkpYpWfEK5s. We're building one place where your knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools live side by side, so work is faster, clearer, and less fragmented. Millions of individuals, small teams, and large companies run their work on Notion.
Notinos (our employees) are customer zero in bringing this future of work to life. We care about craft, building things that last, and the belief that great work is still fundamentally human. Our goal isn’t to ship the next feature. Each and every team of Notinos is working to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era. From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
Notion has been at the cutting edge of AI since before ChatGPT launched. The job of the Model Capabilities team is to keep us there. We own the model layer of Notion AI: integrating frontier models as they ship, keeping inference reliable and economical at scale, and building new capabilities that other teams take advantage of.
This role can be based in either San Francisco or New York City. We work from our offices on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays (our Anchor Days) because we do our best thinking and building together in person. We’re looking for someone who’s excited to work alongside the team during those days.
WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE:
- Bring new frontier models into production quickly, making them available for our users and our engineers.
- Make inference reliable: better error categorization, self-healing retries, and cross-provider failover.
- Own observability for the model layer, driving down both time to detection and time to fix.
- Build new model-level capabilities and help product teams adopt them.
- Act as connective tissue across Notion's AI teams: find the gaps, unblock people, and make sure fixes land with the right owner.
SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING:
- Comfort with a moving frontier: The model landscape changes monthly. You keep up with it, form your own view of what's real, and stay pragmatic about what's worth adopting now.
- AI fluency as a practitioner: You use AI tools seriously in your own work and have opinions about where they help and where they don't.
- Production AI systems experience: You've built and operated systems on top of LLM APIs, not just prototyped with them. You understand token economics, streaming, tool calling, context limits, and how each of these fails in production.
- Measurement before conviction: You don't ship a prompt or model change on vibes. You define what "better" means, build or use the evaluation to test it, and are willing to be proven wrong by your own data.
- Cost and performance instincts: You treat latency and dollars as product qualities, not afterthoughts, and you can reason about the tradeoff between them and output quality.
Notion is committed to providing highly competitive cash compensation, equity, and benefits. The compensation offered for this role will be based on multiple factors such as location, the role’s scope and complexity, and the candidate’s experience and expertise, and may vary from the range provided below. For roles based in San Francisco or New York City, the estimated base salary range for this role is $255,000 – $300,000 per year.
By clicking “Submit Application”, I understand and agree that Notion and its affiliates and subsidiaries will collect and process my information in accordance with Notion’s Global Recruiting Privacy Policy https://notion.notion.site/Notion-Global-Recruiting-Privacy-Policy-fc3eb4e829354a26a2bb6fd5e289b550?pvs=74 and NYLL 144 https://notion.notion.site/Ashby-AI-Bias-Audit-2b0efdeead05803bbbfae159ec86c528.

A NOTE ON AI
You don’t need deep AI expertise for every role, but we do expect every Notino to be intellectually curious, drawn to tinkering and discovery, and excited to use AI as a real collaborator in their work. For some roles, AI fluency is a core requirement — when that’s the case, we'll say so explicitly in the qualifications. People who thrive here don’t treat AI as a novelty. They use it to think better, and make their work easier for others to build on.
EQUAL OPPORTUNITY & ACCOMMODATIONS

Notion provides reasonable accommodations during the application process; if you need one, please let your recruiter know.

Workplace: Remote
We are building AI to simulate the world through merging art and science.
We believe that world models are at the frontier of progress in artificial intelligence. Language models alone won’t solve the world’s hardest problems – robotics, disease, scientific discovery. Real progress requires models that experience the world and learn from their mistakes, the same way that humans do. And this kind of trial and error can be massively accelerated when done in simulation, rather than in the real world.
World models offer the most clear path to general-purpose simulation, changing how stories are told, how scientific progress is made and how the next frontiers of humanity are reached.
Our team consists of creative, open minded, caring and ambitious people who are determined to change the world. We aspire to continuously build impossible things and our ability to do so relies on building an incredible team. If you are driven to do the same, we'd love to hear from you.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Open to hiring remote across North America and London — we also have offices in NYC, San Francisco, Seattle, and London.
We're building a tool that makes content creation easy and accessible for all types of creatives. Our users love it. Runway has an actively engaged and growing community of passionate artists and creators worldwide. And we're scaling the systems behind our support team so we can keep delivering delightful experiences as that community grows.
We're looking for a Support Systems Engineer who ships production code, not tickets and specs: someone who takes a fix from proposal to merged PR themselves. This role reports directly to the Head of Customer Experience.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Own the AI support agent, our ticketing system and other Support tools end to end: authentication (JWT), response logic, routing, escalation paths and tone, tested in staging before it sees live traffic
- Ship daily product changes that remove ticket volume. Recent example: extending automatic refund eligibility to one-click credit purchases, accidental upgrades and month-based proration on annual terms
- Build and maintain internal CX tooling as real software, not one-offs: scripts, jobs, dashboards, admin surfaces
- Run QA and evals with real test suites and pass/fail rubrics, plus monitoring and alerts for outages, bugs and volume spikes
- Own releases: staged rollouts, a regression suite before every ship, clear rollback criteria, a writeup when something reaches production
- Build the CX reporting the org runs on: volume, deflection, CSAT, reply and resolution time, escalation accuracy, agent spend. You own the correctness and availability of the queries.
- Build and stage the guardrails on refunds, account changes and anything touching money or PII, including the audit trail
- Keep the knowledge base accurate and structured for the agent to parse, and manage the handoff into the ticketing system
- Keep the CX roadmap and the coverage model current, sequenced against priorities set by the Head of CX, so gaps show up before they bite
- Run the day-to-day with our AI platform vendor: weekly working session, joint roadmap, issues filed with reproductions
- Carry signal across teams: Product and Engineering on bugs and rollouts, Customer Education on self-serve, community on Discord and the forums, GTM and Analytics on routing and reporting
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
- 5+ years in Customer Experience, Support Engineering or Support Operations, with real time spent writing code
- You ship production code in codebases you didn't write: read TypeScript, trace logic through someone else's service, put up a PR that survives review. Our stack is TypeScript and Node.js on AWS
- Hands-on experience building and tuning AI or LLM-powered support workflows: prompt and context engineering, routing, escalation design, evals
- SQL experience. You own the reporting, so you shouldn't be waiting on Analytics for it
- Code-level experience with a billing or payments API: invoices, prorations, refunds. A large share of consumer tickets live here
- Git, PR review, CI, staging and feature flags as your default way of working
- Real QA and eval experience: you can define rubrics, build test suites and calibrate against what good looks like
- Judgment about where a fix belongs, in code, in the agent or in the knowledge base
- A track record carrying signal between support, product and other functions and turning it into action
- Comfort managing your own work in a fast-moving environment, high ownership and high autonomy
- Genuine interest in AI, creative tools or both
WHAT SETS YOU APART
The most successful person in this role treats the agent and the systems around it like a product they own. They watch where it fails, ship the fix and check whether it worked. They build reporting people actually use. And they show up with improvements no one asked for yet.
FOR YOUR APPLICATION
During our interview process, you'll have several chances to get acquainted with the Runway product and use all the features our team has built, and that starts now. As part of your application, instead of a cover letter, we ask that you try out the Runway product, specifically build a custom workflow.
Runway strives to recruit and retain exceptional talent from diverse backgrounds while ensuring pay equity for our team. Our salary ranges are based on competitive market rates for our size, stage and industry, and salary is just one part of the overall compensation package we provide.
There are many factors that go into salary determinations, including relevant experience, skill level and qualifications assessed during the interview process, and maintaining internal equity with peers on the team. The range shared below is a general expectation for the function as posted, but we are also open to considering candidates who may be more or less experienced than outlined in the job description. In this case, we will communicate any updates in the expected salary range.
Lastly, the provided range is the expected salary for candidates in the U.S. Outside of those regions, there may be a change in the range, which again, will be communicated to candidates.

ABOUT TENKI
Tenki is cloud infrastructure for code and agents. Sandboxes give AI agents disposable Linux VMs that boot in under a second. Runners make GitHub Actions faster and up to 60% cheaper. Code Reviewer catches more real bugs per pull request than CodeRabbit, Greptile, or Copilot in our benchmark. Hundreds of teams use one or all three.
Tenki was built by the founding team behind Luxor Technology, leading provider of Bitcoin mining and AI infrastructure. Today, Tenki is trusted by teams like Anchor, Omnara, and Naive, with MAU growing ~3.5x since April. We are the infrastructure layer for the next generation of AI companies.
ABOUT THE ROLE
You'll sell to two kinds of teams. Engineering orgs are paying too much for slow CI and drowning in pull requests that AI now writes faster than humans can review. AI companies are building agents that need somewhere safe to run code, browse the web, and use a computer. The first group buys Runners and Code Reviewer. The second buys Sandboxes, often at a scale that turns into a large infrastructure contract.
Every product can be tried in minutes, so proof comes fast. Your job is to turn that proof into committed contracts, sell a customer's second and third product after they start with one, and build a sales process the next hires can repeat.
You'll be our first sales hire, working directly with the founders and engineering team. San Francisco-based, with regular in-office work.
BASIC REQUIREMENTS
- 4+ years of closing sales experience
- Strong technical acumen, ideally with a background in DevTools, AI infrastructure, cloud infrastructure, or developer platforms
- Demonstrated ability to run a consultative sale. You've helped customers define a strategy, not just evaluate a product
- Excellent communication skills and comfort with high autonomy in a fast-moving environment
- Based in San Francisco and open to working from the office at least 3 days per week
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own a revenue target across all three products, from prospecting through close and expansion
- Build pipeline in two segments: engineering orgs with heavy CI and review loads, and AI companies building agents that need sandboxed compute
- Turn free-plan, Team-plan, and startup-program customers into enterprise contracts with committed spend
- Sell across products: land with one, then sell the others into the same account
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
Has sold AI infrastructure or developer tools, especially in the areas where Tenki competes. For Sandboxes, that's E2B, Daytona, and Modal. For CI Runners, Blacksmith and Depot. For AI Code Review, CodeRabbit and Greptile. Knowing AI-native founders and platform leaders is a plus.
They're equally comfortable talking CI costs with a platform lead and agent infrastructure with an AI startup's CTO.
BENEFITS
- Competitive compensation and uncapped commission structure, including meaningful equity
- Medical, dental, and vision insurance for employees and dependents
- Unlimited PTO policy
- Paid parental leave
- Company-facilitated 401(k) with match
- OTE: $250K–$300K
We are building a startup within a startup. Tenki was born within Luxor http://www.luxor.tech/ as we expand our vision from mining compute to generalized compute. Learn more about how we work and our principles here https://luxor.tech/careers.
At Tenki we believe that meaningful contributions can be made by anyone. Qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender perception or identity, national origin, age, marital status, protected veteran status, or disability status. Tenki welcomes all!
Tenki does not accept unsolicited headhunter and agency resumes. Tenki will not pay any third-party agency or company that does not have a signed agreement with Tenki.
HOW WE USE AI IN OUR HIRING PROCESS
We use AI tools to support certain parts of our hiring process, and we believe in being transparent about how they’re used.
During your application, AI may assist in reviewing CVs, qualifications, and assignments by providing additional insights, but it does not make decisions, every application is evaluated at each step by a member of our hiring team.
We also use AI to transcribe interviews so our team can stay focused on the conversation rather than note-taking. Any voice recordings are automatically deleted within 15 days.
In addition, AI helps us keep candidates informed about their application status and helps us understand how our process is working so we can improve it over time.
In all cases, AI is used to support efficiency and consistency, not to replace human judgment. If you have any questions about how we use these tools or your data, or if you would prefer to opt out of any of these features, please include them in the dedicated section of the application form, and we’ll follow up accordingly.

WHAT YOU NEED
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Math, Economics, Physics, Computer Science, or other quantitative fields
- A minimum of 5 years of industry experience as a Machine Learning Engineer, Applied Scientist or Data Scientist

About the Role
Fivetran and dbt Labs are building data pipelines to power the modern data stack for thousands of companies.
We're looking for a senior software engineer to join our Orchestration team, which owns the control plane layer of the dbt platform — the scheduler, execution harness, and results processing.
You'll own the design and delivery of features end to end, working across high-throughput APIs and data models to make them faster, more reliable, and more capable. You'll write and review designs, raise the quality bar in code review, use the latest AI tools, and collaborate closely with product and QE to deliver work that scales.
Technologies You'll Use
Python, Rust, GraphQL, Postgres, Snowflake, Kafka, Kubernetes, Docker, AWS, GCP, Datadog
What You'll Do
Design and implement features and performance improvements across the Orchestration team's services — the scheduler, execution harness, and results processing
Develop, maintain, and test high-quality, maintainable code, and optimize critical paths for performance
Write technical designs for feature-level work, actively seek feedback, and clearly explain the trade-offs of your decisions
Participate in and review technical designs and pull requests, providing constructive feedback to the team
Improve test coverage with comprehensive unit tests and refactor code to drive down tech debt
Troubleshoot and debug production issues, and follow up on incidents with post-mortems and mitigation plans
Break features into tasks, structure and execute your own project plans, and contribute to sprint and feature planning
Collaborate with product managers, QE, customer support, and peers to deliver the best product with high quality, performance, and scalability
Participate periodically in the on-call rotation, and be mindful of security throughout your work
Use AI tooling — IDE assistants like GitHub Copilot, coding agents like Claude Code, and conversational AI — to accelerate development and to author and review SDLC artifacts such as TDDs, PRDs, post-mortems, and test plans
Skills We're Looking For
5+ years of experience in the software industry with a passion for solving complex software engineering problems, including designing and building backend services and reusable components from the ground up
Experience working with distributed systems and cloud computing concepts
Demonstrated ability to write well-structured, performant, and well-tested code
Ability to independently lead feature-level software and design work that satisfies project requirements, and to clearly explain design trade-offs
Can identify design flaws in existing systems and propose improvements
Experience with code reviews, design, troubleshooting, and testing
Proficiency in a modern backend or systems language such as Python, Java, C++, or C#
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
Experience with continuous integration tooling such as BuildKite, and familiarity with observability tools like Datadog or Grafana is a plus
Fluent in using AI code assistants and coding agents to generate and investigate code, and conversational AI (e.g. Claude, ChatGPT) to research, author, review, and synthesize SDLC artifacts
Bonus Skills
Experience in data processing (ETL, ELT) and/or cloud-based data platforms
Experience building or working with metadata, catalog, lineage, or discovery/search systems
Experience with GraphQL APIs and high-throughput, multi-tenant data services
Familiarity with the analytics engineering workflow and the dbt ecosystem

ABOUT US:
AI NEEDS A NEW INFRASTRUCTURE LAYER. WE'RE BUILDING IT AT MODAL.
Every era of computing brought new workloads that previous infrastructure couldn't support: mainframes, databases, and the cloud. Each time, the company that rebuilt the layer underneath defined the decade. AI is no different, except it touches everything instead of one slice, and the window to build the layer underneath it is open right now.
Our customers include category-defining companies like Ramp https://modal.com/blog/how-ramp-built-a-full-context-background-coding-agent-on-modal, Cognition, DoorDash, and Suno. They rely on Modal for instant GPU access, sub-second container starts, and native storage, so it's simple to serve low-latency inference, fine-tune models, and access production-ready sandboxes at scale.
We've passed $1B in annualized run rate, up 15x from a year ago. In October 2026 we raised a $750M Series D led by Accel at a $15.75B valuation.
Our team includes creators of popular open-source projects (e.g.,Seaborn https://github.com/mwaskom/seaborn,Luigi https://github.com/spotify/luigi), academic researchers, international olympiad medalists, and experienced engineering and product leaders with decades of experience.

- Self-serve AI analytics tools (Hex, Snowflake)
- Embedding with teams as a “data adviser”, providing strategic analysis and consulting
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Contribute to building the most modern analytics stack https://modal.com/blog/analytics-stack in Data today to support AI-driven self-serve analysis, key metrics tracking, and external customer reporting
- Influence work on new products like LLM Inference Endpoints https://modal.com/blog/qwen3-8-2-4t-a95b-now-available-on-modal through product analytics tracking
- Identify millions of dollars of cost savings and optimization across our tools and financial operations
- Write data pipelines that power the operations of our business, such as our cloud compute economics or sales comp
- Create foundational datasets that can be used by people and AI tools to answer questions around product use cases, financial reporting, and marketing campaigns
WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE:
- SQL fluency, Python proficiency
- Professional experience with at least 2 of the following tools: Snowflake, dbt, dlt, Modal, Hex, Posthog
- Ability to extend their work beyond just data reporting and into action and impact
- High attention to detail
- Excellent and precise communicator
- Strong personability and relationship building skills
NICE-TO-HAVE:
- Experience with AI products, especially LLM inference and sandboxes
- Experience in fin ops, fraud, sales ops, or risk, especially in the context of AI (e.g. token cost optimization)
- Project management skills
- Strong presence in the data community online and offline

About WorkOS 🚀
WorkOS builds modern developer tools and APIs that make it easy for companies to become Enterprise Ready. Our platform powers authentication, identity, authorization, and other critical infrastructure that developers need to securely scale their products to large organizations.
We recently raised a $100M Series C, valuing the company at $2B, led by Meritech and Sapphire with participation from Greenoaks, Craft, Abstract, and Audacious. WorkOS powers enterprise features for many of the fastest-growing AI companies, including OpenAI, Cursor, and Perplexity, Sierra, and Plaid.
As AI reshapes software, WorkOS is at the frontier of Human and Agent Authentication, Identity, and Access Control helping companies answer a new critical question: who are your agents, and what are they allowed to do? Our fast-growing customer base includes hundreds of modern software companies building the next generation of enterprise-ready products.
ABOUT THE SECURITY PLATFORM TEAM
The Infrastructure Security team provides and supports the primitives that enable engineering to securely build applications and meet compliance obligations, while abstracting away the underlying complexity for the best possible developer experience.
Our work centers on workload identity and authorization: how internal applications authenticate to each other and to the services they depend on, and how that access is granted and enforced. We're replacing static secrets with short-lived identity credentials, bringing identity-based authentication to the services engineers use every day, and unifying how authorization is managed across the company.
We're a platform engineering team with a security mission. We measure success by the security outcomes we enable and by how much engineers enjoy building on what we ship — the secure path should be the easiest path.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- A platform builder. You love building infrastructure that other engineers rely on every day, and you sweat the developer experience details that make adoption effortless.
- Fluent in service-to-service auth. You know authentication and authorization deeply: JWTs, X.509 certificates, and when to reach for each.
- A systems thinker. You reason carefully about bootstrapping, circular dependencies, availability, and failure modes, especially for infrastructure that everything else depends on.
- A pragmatic migrator. You know that shipping the primitive is half the job. You can drive adoption across many teams, meet them where they are, and retire the legacy path.
- A strong partner to engineering. You build trust with engineers by understanding their priorities and making security frictionless.
- Excited about AI. You're embracing AI and automation to scale platform work and reduce toil.
- Curious and humble. You ask the basic questions, enjoy untangling complex systems, and bring others along with you.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build workload identity infrastructure. Make short-lived identity credentials a default part of every application's runtime environment, in partnership with application platform owners.
- Bring identity-based authentication to internal services. Work with the owners of major internal dependencies to support identity certificates, make them the golden path for newly onboarding applications, and drive migration of existing ones.
- Eliminate static secrets. Replace all static passwords and service tokens with short-lived identity credentials, and build identity-authenticated egress proxies and API abstractions that inject and automatically rotate managed secrets for the external dependencies that still require them.
- Unify authorization. Build a single interface and framework through which authorization policies are centrally managed and enforced.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on security-related platform, infrastructure, or distributed systems.
- Strong working knowledge of secrets management, fine-grained authorization, and workload identity systems.
- Familiarity with the Kubernetes ecosystem and authentication/authorization technologies such as JWTs, X.509 certificates, PKI, cert-manager, SPIFFE/SPIRE, and OPA.
- Experience building and operating production infrastructure that other teams depend on, with attention to availability and failure modes.
- Proven ability to drive cross-team adoption of platform capabilities or lead large-scale migrations.
