The Role
Intellect delivers a clinically governed mental health programme to enterprise clients in the mining and resources sector, supporting remote and fly-in fly-out workforces across Australia, with international expansion in progress. This is not a standard EAP. Cases begin with acute risk assessment on remote sites and run through structured treatment, fitness-for-work assessment and return-to-work clearance, in direct coordination with the client's chaplaincy, medical and people teams.
The Care Account Manager is the clinical coordinator and case manager for high-risk employee cases, and the single owner of the journey from initial risk assessment through to reintegration and case closure. They hold clinical oversight of risk across the caseload, shape treatment planning with treating providers, co-develop the clinical protocols and SOPs the client operates to, and turn case activity into clinical insight the client can act on. The role is consultative, and includes delivery of counselling and psychotherapy where required. It is distinct from commercial account management, which is held separately.
Flexible hours with availability for urgent escalations during client business hours.
Responsibilities
End-to-end case management and coordination
Manage the full lifecycle of high-risk cases, from handover after the initial risk assessment through escalation, support, fitness-for-work assessment and case closure.
Monitor incoming care requests, ensure appropriate response, and assign cases to approved clinicians with the right competency and registration.
Ensure therapy sessions are scheduled, completed and documented within agreed SLAs, and coordinate with care navigators on booking.
Review the open case list for stalled items and follow up with clinicians, network partners and client contacts to keep cases moving.
Act as the third line of escalation for the helpline, after ranger and supervisor, for case clarifications and complex issues.
Treatment planning and clinical support plan orchestration
Liaise with client contacts and on-site teams for situational updates, and align an initial support plan with the treating clinician, including session volume and cadence.
Work with treating providers on case formulation and treatment goals, oversee implementation of the support plan, and track employee progress.
Manage support plan adjustments, including requesting and aligning additional sessions with the client where clinically indicated.
Support provider re-matching where the therapeutic fit is not working.
Apply cultural and contextual formulation, including for First Nations employees and isolated site-based workers.
Clinical risk oversight and governance
Review and sign off risk assessments, confirm risk tiering against the client's framework, and set review cadence and monitoring requirements.
Make the clinical decisions the pathway requires: disputed risk ratings, medical evaluation pathways where an employee declines therapy, and session credit decisions.
Ensure clinical documentation and risk assessments are completed and categorised to the client's framework and to internal SOPs.
Co-develop and maintain the clinical protocols, risk frameworks and SOPs the client's on-site teams operate to, and keep them current as the programme expands.
Hold clinical standards where operational or commercial pressure runs the other way.
Fitness-for-work and reintegration
Initiate and coordinate fitness-for-work assessments on completion of clinical support, liaising with doctors and clinical psychologists.
Communicate assessment outcomes to the client's chaplaincy and people teams and align on next steps.
Develop the reintegration plan in collaboration with client contacts, and maintain regular check-ins through reintegration, monitoring progress and flagging deterioration.
Stakeholder relationships, clinical insights and reporting
Act as the named clinical contact for the client's chaplaincy, medical and health and safety leads on individual cases, responding within the programme's operating window to queries that are frequently unscheduled and time-critical.
Produce the case tracker and monthly clinical reporting, moving beyond utilisation to presenting issues, risk patterns, outcomes and service-level themes.
Present clinical insight at client review meetings and translate it into recommendations the client's health and safety and people teams can act on.
Design and deliver clinical training and framework guidance to client-side staff who are not clinicians, and support training of internal clinicians and rangers on client-specific protocols.
Work closely with helpline operations, care excellence, clinicians and network partnerships, and feed service quality issues back to internal stakeholders.
Requirements
Registered clinical psychologist or qualified counsellor, with current registration in your jurisdiction.
Master's degree in clinical psychology, counselling or a related field.
Three to five years in clinical case management, ideally within EAP, corporate wellbeing or a high-acuity mental health setting.
Proven experience managing complex, high-risk cases from assessment to closure, in a setting where you held the decision rather than advised on it.
Experience of structured return-to-work, fitness-for-work or occupational mental health pathways.
Experience contributing to clinical protocols, risk frameworks or SOPs, and working within strict guidelines.
Demonstrated experience managing stakeholders in a corporate or large-organisation client-facing role.
Based in Australia with the right to work. Perth or another AWST location strongly preferred; other states considered only where 07:00 to 19:00 AWST can be reliably worked.
Exceptional written and verbal communication, with the ability to convey clinical concepts clearly to non-clinical stakeholders, and written English that stands up in client-facing clinical documentation.
Desirable
AHPRA registration.
Understanding of fly-in fly-out and mining culture, and the pressures of remote, high-risk work environments.
Familiarity with Australian psychosocial risk and work health and safety obligations.
Experience of multi-stakeholder coordination across internal clinicians, external partners, HR and client contacts.

Solvd Inc. is a rapidly growing AI-native consulting and technology services firm delivering enterprise transformation across cloud, data, software engineering, and artificial intelligence. We work with industry-leading organizations to design, build, and operationalize technology solutions that drive measurable business outcomes.
Following the acquisition of Tooploox, a premier AI and product development company, Solvd now offers true end-to-end delivery—from strategic advisory and solution design to custom AI development and enterprise-scale implementation. Our capability centers combine deep technical expertise, proven delivery methodologies, and sector-specific knowledge to address complex business challenges quickly and effectively.
Solvd Cloud, Infra, Data & Security is growing fast, and our architecture leadership needs to keep up. We need someone who can take an unclear problem, define it, design the answer, and make sure it ships. You'll set technical direction across cloud, infrastructure, and data. You'll shape engagements and roadmaps before they're committed. And you'll stay close enough to delivery that what we design is what gets built. We operate AI-first: you'll use AI as a daily tool to move faster and multiply what you and the teams around you can deliver.
There will be ambiguity. That's the job. The plans don't exist yet, and you'll help write them.
WHY THIS ROLE, WHY NOW:
- You'll help define the business, not inherit it. The Cloud BU is rapidly scaling. The patterns, standards, and team habits you set now become how we operate.
- The scope is broad on purpose. It covers cloud foundations, Kubernetes platforms, data, and AI workloads, so you won't be boxed into one layer.
- Decisions move quickly. You'll work directly with BU leadership, and decisions take days, not quarters.
- The problems are current. The work is getting AI workloads into production safely, building data platforms that are governed, and keeping cloud spend under control.
WHAT YOU'LL OWN:
- Architecture direction. You'll define reference architectures, landing zones, and standards across AWS and Azure, Kubernetes, and infrastructure-as-code. You'll decide what we standardize and what we leave flexible.
- Data and AI platforms. You'll design lakehouse and warehouse, streaming, and governance patterns. You'll also design the platform layer that moves GenAI and agentic workloads from prototype to production, covering access control, evaluation, observability, and cost guardrails.
- Solution shaping. You'll lead technical discovery, size and de-risk the work, and write the solution designs and technical scope that teams commit to.
- AI-accelerated delivery. You'll use AI tools across the architecture lifecycle: discovery synthesis, design drafts, IaC and code generation, review, documentation, and estimation. You'll turn what works into repeatable patterns and prompts the team adopts. You'll also set the guardrails for how AI is used with client and production data.
- Security and compliance by design. You'll own IAM, network segmentation, secrets management, and logging. Your designs need to hold up to SOC 2, ISO 27001, and regulated-industry scrutiny without slowing delivery down.
- Cost and operability. Every design ships with a run cost, reliability targets, an observability plan, and a rollback path.
- Raising the bar. You'll run design reviews, mentor architects and senior engineers, and turn repeat solutions into reusable accelerators.
WHAT YOU BRING:
Have 12+ years in infrastructure, cloud, or data engineering, including several years as the accountable architect for production systems at scale.
Have deep hands-on experience with AWS and/or Azure, production Kubernetes, and Terraform (or an equivalent IaC tool). You can still review a pull request credibly.
- Have designed and shipped modern data platforms, such as [Databricks / Snowflake / Fabric / Redshift], including governance and data quality, not just pipelines.
- Think security-first. IAM design, zero-trust networking, encryption, and audit readiness are defaults for you, not afterthoughts.
- Use AI as a force multiplier, not a novelty. You can show concrete examples of AI shortening your delivery timelines or expanding your output. You also know where it fails, and you verify what it produces before anything reaches production.
- Can explain a tradeoff to a CFO in the morning and debug it with an engineer in the afternoon.
- Act under ambiguity. You write the first draft of the plan instead of waiting to be handed one, then adjust it as you learn.
NICE TO HAVE
- You've put GenAI or LLM systems into production (RAG, evaluation, guardrails, agent orchestration).
- You have multi-cloud or hybrid experience at enterprise scale.
- You've worked in regulated industries such as financial services, healthcare, or the public sector.
- You hold AWS Solutions Architect Professional, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, or CKA. These help but aren't required.
- You've built an architecture practice or center of excellence from an early stage.
When you join Solvd, you'll…
- Shape real-world AI-driven projects across key industries, working with clients from startup innovation to enterprise transformation.
- Be part of a global team with equal opportunities for collaboration across continents and cultures.
- Thrive in an inclusive environment that prioritizes continuous learning, innovation, and ethical AI standards.
Ready to make an impact?
If you're excited to build things that matter, champion responsible AI, and grow with some of the industry’s sharpest minds. Apply today and let’s innovate together.
Solvd is an equal opportunity employer.

THE TEAM
Founded in 2011, Kraken is one of the world's longest-standing crypto platforms, trusted by over 10 million individuals and institutions across the globe. It offers spot trading, margin, futures, staking, and OTC services, with products built for both individual investors and institutional clients.
This is a fully remote role, for an EU- or UK-qualified attorney working out of the EU or the UK, to join Payward’s world class in-house legal department, reporting to the Global Head of Labor & Employment.
THE OPPORTUNITY
- Augment the Labor & Employment (L&E) legal team and act as the subject matter expert for the EU and UK, providing local-law advice in European time zones and, as needed, supporting L&E matters in MENA and APAC in coordination with local counsel
- Take first-line ownership of recurring EU and UK employment matters, including worker classification issues, employee separations and employee relations, executive compensation agreements, and wage-and-hour matters
- Work with executive leadership, existing employment counsel, and the Payward Experience (PX) team to develop the L&E practice for a rapidly growing global/worldwide workforce
- Advise on and manage works council, collective consultation, pay transparency, and employee representative matters, and prepare the company for new consultation obligations as its European footprint grows, including in connection with restructurings and acquisitions
- Support M&A due diligence and post-closing workforce integration for European acquisitions, including policy harmonization and the related consultation requirements
- Work closely with the PX team and business leaders to craft on-point policies and procedures, including localizing global policies for EU and UK requirements and developing and delivering related training, for a successful global/worldwide workplace
- Advise on employee and candidate data privacy issues, including GDPR and UK GDPR compliance and cross-border transfers of HR and recruiting data
- Support the PX team and existing counsel with workplace investigations, particularly in the EU and UK, potentially involving whistleblower allegations, discrimination allegations, and personnel performance issues
- Provide expert strategic input to the business and recruiting teams on expanding Payward’s global footprint, including EOR, direct employment, and entity decisions in Europe, global mobility issues, and contingent workforce
- Advise the company with risk mitigation for trade secret matters and restrictive covenants in the EU and UK
- Manage and direct local outside counsel on formal local-law opinions and pre-litigation matters in the EU and UK and, as needed, MENA and APAC, while handling routine, repeatable advice in-house
- Monitor and advise on global L&E trends including those within the crypto industry to help the Company’s competitive adaptability, talent acquisition and retention, and workplace processes along with additional duties as required
- Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned
WHAT YOU BRING
- 8+ years of legal experience advising in the EU, UK and other jurisdictions on employment, labor, and executive compensation issues, including in-house and law firm experience working with companies in both high-growth scaling and mature, large-enterprise environments
- Broad international labor and employment background
- Experience advising on works councils, collective consultation, and employee representative bodies in the EU and/or UK
- Experience advising on employee and candidate data privacy issues under the GDPR and UK GDPR
- Hands-on proficiency using generative AI tools (such as Claude or ChatGPT) in day-to-day legal work, with sound judgment on verifying outputs against local law and protecting confidentiality, privilege, and personal data
- A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset, plus an opportunity-making attitude, using the law to increase the company’s optionality, not decrease it
NICE TO HAVES
- Interest in the crypto industry / what our company is offering to the world and why
- Experience in fintech, crypto, or other regulated financial services industries
- Experience with MENA and/or APAC employment markets
- Experience with due diligence and advising on labor and employment issues in connection with acquisitions, including transfer-of-undertakings rules and post-closing workforce integration

An overview of this role
As a New Business Solutions Architect, you’ll be a trusted advisor to GitLab prospects in the EMEA region, helping them understand how GitLab’s DevSecOps platform addresses both technical requirements and business objectives across the entire software development lifecycle. You’ll guide organizations through their digital transformation journeys, from planning through monitoring, using your technical expertise, understanding of cloud and modern software development practices, and strong customer empathy. Reporting to a regional Solutions Architect manager and partnering closely with New Business Account Executives and cross-functional teams, you’ll own technical evaluations (including proof of value initiatives and workshops), shape solution architectures, and serve as the voice of the customer back to Product Management. In your first year, you’ll focus on driving successful platform adoption, influencing revenue growth through solution selling, and building long-term, trust-based relationships that showcase GitLab’s differentiated position in an AI-driven DevSecOps landscape.
What you’ll do
Lead technical discovery, demos, and validation (including proofs of value) to show how GitLab’s AI-powered DevSecOps platform meets customers’ technical and business needs across the full lifecycle.
Drive the technical evaluation process as the Directly Responsible Individual, including solution design, POC/POV ownership, workshop design, and the technical components of tenders, audits, and value stream assessments.
Collaborate with New Business Account Executives and regional sales teams in EMEA to shape and execute account strategies that support new customer acquisition and expansion.
Build and deepen relationships with technical practitioners and business leaders, guiding them through GitLab-driven digital transformation and enabling them to become GitLab advocates.
Advise customers on modern software development, continuous integration, continuous deployment, security, and cloud practices, challenging existing approaches to improve return on investment.
Serve as the voice of the customer with Product Management, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing by sharing feedback, use cases, and competitive insights that inform roadmap and positioning.
Maintain and extend your technical expertise in GitLab, DevSecOps, AI, and related cloud technologies, creating reusable examples, best practice guidance, and technical collateral for customers and partners.
Invest in your own growth and development through ongoing learning, mentorship, and knowledge sharing to continuously improve the impact of the Solutions Architect team.
What you’ll bring
Experience engaging with customers in technical pre-sales, consulting, or similar roles, guiding them through solution design and evaluation.
Proficiency with the end-to-end software development lifecycle, including modern DevSecOps practices and continuous integration and continuous deployment workflows.
Hands-on experience with GitLab or comparable source control, CI/CD, and collaboration platforms, and the ability to map platform capabilities to customer use cases.
Practical knowledge of cloud computing concepts and related technologies, with the ability to discuss deployment, security, and operations options with technical teams.
Ability to lead technical evaluations such as proofs of concept or proofs of value, contribute to tenders or audits, and design and run workshops or value stream assessments.
Clear technical communication and presentation skills, with the ability to adapt messages for practitioners through to senior business and technical decision makers.
Skill in building trusted relationships, listening with empathy, and acting as a customer advocate to internal teams such as Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing.
Motivation to continuously develop professionally, including learning new technologies, deepening GitLab platform expertise, and applying transferable experience from related fields.
About the team
We, the Solutions Architect team, are part of GitLab’s Sales organization and serve as the technical counterpart to Account Executives, with this role focused on opportunities and reporting into a regional Solutions Architect Manager. Our mission is to help customers realize the full value of GitLab’s AI-powered DevSecOps platform by advising on architecture, running technical evaluations such as proofs of value, and guiding customers through their digital transformation. We work closely with Sales, Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing, collaborating asynchronously across regions to share best practices, create reusable technical collateral, and act as the voice of the customer. We are focused on helping customers modernize end-to-end software delivery, adopt GitLab at scale, and navigate a rapidly evolving AI and DevSecOps landscape.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong analytical foundation in investment banking, investing, consulting, or a similar environment who is looking to transition into a high growth technology company. You will combine rigorous analysis and financial modeling with clear, executive ready storytelling, while developing a deep understanding of WHOOP’s business, members, and market.
RESPONSIBILITIES

- Manage multiple workstreams and shifting priorities while maintaining a high bar for analytical accuracy, communication, and attention to detail.
- Build strong relationships across the company and influence decisions through thoughtful analysis and collaboration. The Corporate Strategy team often helps define the direction and enables functional teams to execute, rather than owning execution directly.
QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.

- Strong presentation and storytelling skills, including the ability to distill complex topics into concise, persuasive materials for senior leaders.
- Excellent problem solving skills and comfort bringing structure to ambiguous, open ended questions.
- Strong business judgment and intellectual curiosity, with an ability to move between detailed analysis and broader strategic thinking.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively across functions, build relationships, incorporate different perspectives, and influence without formal authority.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and deliver high quality work in a fast paced, evolving environment.
- Team first mindset with low ego, strong ownership, and willingness to contribute wherever needed.
- Experience with or strong interest in technology and consumer businesses.
- Experience in health technology, digital health, wearables, healthcare, or related sectors is a plus.

The WHOOP compensation philosophy is designed to attract, motivate, and retain exceptional talent by offering competitive base salaries, meaningful equity, and consistent pay practices that reflect our mission and core values.
At WHOOP, we view total compensation as the combination of base salary, equity, and benefits, with equity serving as a key differentiator that aligns our employees with the long-term success of the company and allows every member of our corporate team to own part of WHOOP and share in the company’s long-term growth and success.
The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $115,000 - $155,000. Salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within each range, individual pay is based on factors such as job-related skills, experience, performance, and relevant education or training.
