ClickHouse is the open-source, real-time analytical database behind a lot of today's AI. More than 4,000 companies build on ClickHouse, including Anthropic, OpenAI, Tesla and Meta.
As a TAM Architect, you're the named technical lead for a small group of our largest customers. You carry the context of how they run ClickHouse, guide them from their first design decisions through production and growth, and make sure the rest of ClickHouse shows up for them when it matters. Your job is to keep them healthy, help them get more out of ClickHouse, and spot the next use case.
You'll work inside our Support organisation and own escalations for your accounts, working closely with our support engineers. The role is based in Israel, close to some of our biggest customers in EMEA.
Large enterprises are moving onto ClickHouse fast, and we're building out how we look after them. People joining now have a real say in how this role works.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Run a regular cadence with 4 to 8 strategic accounts (weekly, fortnightly or monthly, depending on the project), plus quarterly health checks and business reviews, on site where it helps
- Lead onboarding, where the decisions that are hardest to reverse get made: schema and data modelling, table engines, ingestion, migration and query design
- Once customers are live, keep performance and cost on track as they grow, and help them onto new use cases
- Work closely with Support: own escalations for your accounts, with regular case reviews and a direct line into L3 engineering
- Work with the right people for each piece of work: partner with Solutions Architects on new use cases and proof of concepts, and bring in Consulting Engineers for hands-on projects
- Write it down: documented setup and configuration, knowledge base articles and reference architectures that help other customers too
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- 5+ years in a hands-on, customer-facing technical role after the sale, whether your title was TAM, solutions architect, professional services, senior support or something else
- Specialist depth in data modelling, query performance and integration on distributed or analytical databases
- Hands-on SQL. You regularly write complex queries from scratch, and tune and debug them yourself
- Experience owning a small book of high-touch enterprise accounts, where you know each customer's architecture in depth
- Hands-on cloud experience (AWS, GCP and/or Azure) and a working knowledge of Kubernetes
- You explain technical trade-offs clearly, to engineers and to executives
- Fluent English and Hebrew
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience with ClickHouse, or with other analytical databases such as Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift or Druid
- Involvement in open source, as a user, contributor or community member
GOOD TO KNOW
- You'll be based in Israel. Travel to customer sites is part of the job, up to 35% of your time, within Israel and throughout EMEA
- You'll join our EMEA Support Services team, where Support Engineers, Consulting Engineers and TAM Architects work as one team
- You'll be part of the on-call rota, about one week a quarter, with time off in lieu if you're paged at a weekend
HOW WE HIRE
- A 30-minute call with our recruiter
- A conversation with the hiring manager
- A take-home exercise, designed to take four to five hours, with three working days to complete it
- A 90-minute technical interview with the team: you'll walk us through your take-home, then join a working session where you write and tune SQL live
- A final conversation with our VP of Support Services
- References, then an offer
The working session is without AI tools, so make sure you're comfortable writing queries from scratch. Download open-source ClickHouse and practise: it's free, easy to install, and great preparation.

HEALTH CAN’T WAIT.
Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.
We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture https://alan.com/en/careers. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.
Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.
🛡️ THE ROLE
Most GRC roles are about keeping auditors happy. This one is about earning our members' trust: every day, they share their diagnoses, their claims and their care with us.
You'll join Alan's security team to help run our compliance and risk work across ISO 27001, HDS and DORA, across a growing number of countries and regulators. We just earned our HDS certification, and there's much more to build, including how we govern AI across our products: assessing AI risks, setting the controls, and keeping up with the AI Act.
You'll learn alongside experienced security engineers, with a dedicated coach from day one. You'll take on real ownership early, and your scope grows as we scale from 1M to many millions of members. And you'll learn how we work at Alan: teams own their risks and controls, we automate wherever we can, and we focus on real outcomes, not paperwork.
🚀 WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Keep our certifications on track. You run the day-to-day of the ISO 27001 and HDS audit cycles: collecting evidence, preparing internal audits, and following up on corrective actions until they're closed.
- Turn regulations into practical actions. With Legal and the DPO, you help translate requirements like DORA, HDS, and GDPR into clear tasks for the teams, and track that they get done.
- Learn the health sector rules. You build your knowledge of health-specific frameworks (ANS, HDS) and help apply them to how we handle health data.
- Contribute to risk management. You help build and update our risk mapping, including AI risks, and follow up on the treatment plans with the teams who own them.
- Support the teams who own the controls. You keep the controls framework up to date, answer teams' questions, and help explain security clearly to every stakeholder, from engineers to managers.
- Support incident governance. You help classify and document incidents, keep Business continuity and Disaster recovery plans up to date, and prepare inputs for DORA incident reports.
- Automate what slows us down. You spot repetitive compliance tasks and automate them with scripts, tools or AI.
🏗️ WHAT YOU'LL HELP BUILD
- One compliance backbone: A single control system for several regulators in several countries, so Alan can scale without rebuilding compliance each time.
- An automated evidence engine: evidence collected straight from engineering systems with scripts and AI, so audits run continuously instead of as a quarterly rush.
You'll work closely with Legal, the DPO, Internal Audit and Risk, and day to day with engineering and operations teams.
⭐ WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- You want to do the work yourself and grow with it: a permanent, hands-on role where you build things for the long run.
- 2+ years in security, GRC or compliance (an audit background is fine if you want to move into building).
- You've played a key part in a certification or audit cycle (ISO 27001, HDS, SOC 2 or similar).
- You're curious about how things work technically, and you've automated at least one manual task (a script, a tool, an AI workflow).
- You're fluent in French and English, and comfortable presenting in both.
- You learn fast, ask for feedback, and go into the details when it matters.
🌍 HOW WE WORK
Location: You must be legally eligible to work from France, Belgium or Spain.
Remote work: We offer remote work flexibility.
Contract type: Permanent contract only (no freelancing).
🎯 IMPORTANT NOTE: WE HIRE PEOPLE, NOT ROLES.
If you're excited about this opportunity but don't check every box, we'd love to hear from you. Everyone, no matter how underrepresented, should feel free to apply, as it can only bring learnings or success.

In this fast-paced environment we like independent self-starters who can work well in a team as well as unassisted and who enjoy the working environment of an early-stage startup.
About the role:
Be the glue across the company, the heart of the role:
Run the leadership rhythm.
Prepare the weekly leadership sync, write down what was decided, and follow up every action until it is done.
Know what every team is doing.
Spot work that falls between teams and either fix it or get someone to own it.
Turn priorities into plans.
Take the CEO's priorities and turn them into plans with an owner, a date and a one-line weekly status.
Unblock decisions.
Bring each open decision to the right person with the facts and a recommendation, so nothing waits for weeks.
Own what has no owner.
When something lands with no obvious home, it comes to you.
Finance, about 40% of your time
Own the financial model.
Update it monthly, or weekly when needed. Build scenarios such as a fundraise, a cash view next to the accrual view, and unit economics like LTV:CAC and renewal curves.
Run the monthly close
with our external accountant. Review the numbers, catch errors before they reach the books, and report actuals against budget to the leadership team.
Get us ready to raise.
Prepare the finance and reporting for investors and the board, so we are ready for the next fundraise.
Run tax and entity admin
across our UK, US and UAE entities, with outside advisers: VAT returns, US tax and transfer pricing.
Manage vendor spend.
Approve and pay invoices, negotiate the big contracts (payments, cloud, analytics, AI providers) and track every renewal date.
Look after equity admin:
option grants and the cap table, with our lawyers.
Compliance and legal
Run the compliance programme
with our engineering lead: ISO 27001 and SOC 2, the yearly audits, policies and evidence.
Support enterprise deals.
Work with the B2B team on security questionnaires, data processing agreements and contract reviews.
Keep the company in order:
contracts, board consents and minutes, visas and entity filings, with our lawyers and people team.
Strategic projects
Take big bets from idea to launch:
new markets, new distribution platforms and large partnerships.
Spot opportunities nobody owns,
such as an award, a partnership or a market, and move them without being asked.
Run one-off projects
for the CEO and the leadership team: research, business cases, incentive plans and process fixes.
What are we looking for from you:
A finance background.
Investment banking, private equity, venture capital or corporate finance. This is not optional.
Strong financial modelling.
You can build and run a company model from scratch, and explain it to people who do not work in finance.
Proactive.
You see what needs doing and do it before anyone asks. We value this trait above all others.
Autonomous.
You make decisions on your own, with incomplete information, and you are comfortable with ambiguity.
A clear writer.
We work async, so most of your influence will happen in writing.
Low ego.
You do the unglamorous tasks as well as the strategic ones, and you see them as the way to learn the business.
Built for startup pace.
Urgent turnarounds and changing priorities do not throw you. You would rather ship, learn and fix than wait for perfect.
Why should you join Praktika:
We expect dedication and hard work but we also believe in rewarding it. Our compensation reflects the effort and results you bring to the table.
Top-tier salary to match your top-tier skills
Equity that grows with your impact: Equity growth via stock options
26 days holidays plus bank holidays. (34 days per year)
Yearly off-sites: Last year was in Dubai!
Health and wellness benefits to support your overall well-being through Safetywing
Access to an AI toolkit including ChatGPT, Copilot, and other productivity tools
Annual educational budget of up to $1,000
Interview Process:
We will provide you with feedback throughout the interview process.

ROLE OVERVIEW
We are seeking a TPRM Senior Associate with 4+ years of relevant experience to serve as a key operational member of the London TPRM team. This role is the primary operational bridge between the London leadership, the Offshore TPRM Operations Team, and critical onshore functions (Procurement, Business Owners, Risk SMEs). The Senior Associate is responsible for coordinating the execution workflow, managing the quality assurance of medium-risk third parties, and driving the logistics for the critical Supplier Performance Review process.
RESPONSIBILITIES
This role is centred on execution quality, operational leadership, and cross-functional coordination within the London TPRM team structure:
- Offshore Operations Liaison & Quality Control:
- Act as the primary daily point of contact and operational supervisor for the Offshore TPRM Operations Team, ensuring the accurate and timely execution of all third-party risk assessments and due diligence activities.
- Lead the Quality Control (QC) process for all assessments delivered by the offshore team, ensuring outputs are consistent, align with established methodologies, and are fully audit-ready.
- Monitor the operational performance of the offshore team against defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Be ready to conduct third-party assessments to support the team, where required.
- Stakeholder Coordination & Assessment Oversight:
- Coordinate Assessment Initiation by working closely with Procurement and Business Owners to ensure third-party risk assessments are initiated at the correct phase of the third-party lifecycle.
- Manage the crucial triage and review process by coordinating with Internal Risk SMEs (e.g., InfoSec, Data Privacy, BCP) to ensure high-risk assessments receive appropriate specialized review and sign-off prior to completion.
- Serve as the operational point of contact for these onshore internal risk teams regarding third-party-specific findings and remediation requirements.
- Supplier Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
- Oversee the governance and standardization of ongoing supplier performance monitoring activities executed by the offshore team.
- Coordinate with Business Owners and Procurement to collect and review performance data (e.g., SLA adherence, operational metrics) and integrate significant performance failures or deficiencies into the overall third-party risk profile.
- Ensure any critical performance issues are appropriately flagged for risk review and incorporated into continuous monitoring plans.
- Escalation and Remediation Management:
- Serve as the primary escalation point for all high-risk findings, process bottlenecks, and third-party non-compliance issues reported by the Offshore TPRM Operations Team.
- Work with Business Owners and Procurement to define, drive, and track third-party remediation plans, ensuring mitigation steps are completed within established timelines.
- 2nd Line of Defense Liaison & Governance Support:
- Act as the key operational liaison for the 2nd Line of Defense (Risk Oversight), compiling and delivering required operational data, metrics, and commentary on the coverage and control effectiveness of the TPRM program.
- Support the TPRM team in the preparation of reports and presentations on TPRM metrics, trends, and program effectiveness for leadership and Risk Committees.
- Program & Tool Support:
- Assist the TPRM team in the implementation, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of the TPRM system/tool, ensuring data integrity across the platform.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience: 4+ years of dedicated experience in Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM), risk management, compliance, or a related operational control function.
- Consulting Background: Prior experience working at a Big 4 (e.g., Deloitte, EY, PwC, KPMG) or a similar major consulting firm is highly desirable.
- Operational Control: Proven experience acting as a process gatekeeper or reviewer, with specific experience in Quality Assurance (QA) for risk or compliance deliverables.
- Coordination: Demonstrated success coordinating delivery and information flow between offshore/remote teams and demanding onshore business/risk stakeholders.
- Stakeholder Management: Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage expectations and articulate complex operational risks clearly.
- TPRM/GRC Knowledge: Solid understanding of TPRM principles, risk domains (InfoSec, BCP, ABAC, etc.), and prior experience supporting the administration or maintenance of a GRC/TPRM platform is highly desirable.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

About Higgsfield
http://higgsfield.ai/Higgsfield.ai http://Higgsfield.ai is the fastest-growing generative AI platform in the world. Creators use Higgsfield to produce video, images and interactive content with 200+ frontier models, at a scale few consumer products ever reach: we grew revenue 2x in the last quarter and crossed $1B in annualized cash revenue in September 2026.
We recently closed a $500M funding round at a $5B valuation to accelerate what’s working. The company is small relative to its revenue, decisions are fast, and the distance between an idea and production is measured in days.
About the role
You will join the Product Growth team, which owns all of Higgsfield’s revenue and measures its results in money, not process. Product Growth is the fastest-shipping team at Higgsfield, with 80+ releases a month. You will own one of our verticals, Lifecycle, with end-to-end ownership of conversion, retention and engagement: turning new users into paying subscribers, paying subscribers into habitual users, and consumers into prosumers.
We are looking for a PM who treats growth as an engineering problem, not a campaign calendar. You should be comfortable going from cohort data to shipped product in the same week, defending every claimed win with honest attribution, and understanding the full picture behind the numbers: why users buy, why they leave, and what brings them back. This is a hands-on role with direct impact on the largest line items in the business, where small mistakes are expensive.
Key responsibilities
- Own conversion and activation: onboarding flows, paywalls, aha-moment design and time-to-first-value.
- Build engagement systems and in-product communication: tasks, streaks, rewards and notifications that create durable habits rather than one-off spikes.
- Own churn end-to-end: voluntary churn (cancellation flows, save offers, plan right-sizing) and involuntary churn (dunning, payment recovery, grace periods).
- Run winback as a system: offer architecture, timing and channel orchestration for cancelled and dormant cohorts.
- Drive expansion and additional revenue: upsells, plan upgrades and credit top-ups from engaged cohorts.
- Go deep on users and data: behavioral segmentation, cohort deep-dives and insights that feed every team in Product Growth.
- Work closely with analysts: set clear analytical tasks, find insights in the data and turn them into product decisions.
- Look beyond a single metric: understand unit economics and how each change affects the business as a whole.
Minimum qualifications
- A proven, personal contribution to scaling a business. You can name the curve you bent and the mechanism that bent it. Big-company experience alone is not enough.
- A track record of owning conversion, retention, engagement or monetization metrics, ideally in a subscription business.
- Strong data skills: cohorts, retention curves, segmentation. You can build your own queries and know how to work with analysts effectively.
- Hands-on experience with unit economics and shaping business strategy. You work end-to-end, from forming a hypothesis to forecasting its impact on the business.
- Measurement discipline: frequent experiments, honest attribution and guard metrics.
- Fast thinking: you get up to speed on new context quickly and come to concrete answers, not general frameworks.
- A technical background is not required for this role.
Preferred qualifications
- Founding or entrepreneurial experience. We value it even if you have less than 2–3 years as a PM.
- Zero-to-one experience: you have launched a product and grown it.
- A track record of at least 4x year-over-year growth driven by your decisions.
- Background in consumer AI, subscriptions, gaming or a credits-based economy.
- Experience with payments, payment recovery tooling or CRM/lifecycle platforms.
Who this is not for
- You prefer working from complete specifications rather than defining problems yourself.
- You want a narrow, predictable scope and a stable schedule.
- You are looking for a slower release cycle. We ship daily.
How we hire
Recruiter screen → product case → take-home assignment → defense → final interview.
During the case, you’ll get context and around 10–15 minutes to give a concrete answer. We’re looking for specific solutions, not general reasoning.
What we offer
- Competitive compensation in USD with meaningful equity in a hyper-growth company valued at $5B.
- A team that owns its P&L end-to-end: you will see your work in the revenue numbers within weeks, not quarters.
- Direct access to founders and leadership, with zero layers between you and the decision.
- Relocation support to Almaty for candidates moving from another city or country.
- Company-provided equipment, meals, transportation or other office benefits.
This is a fully on-site role based in our Almaty office. Our team works from the office five days per week for the full working day. We believe in-person collaboration is an important part of how we move quickly, solve complex problems and build strong teams.

About Peec AI
Peec AI is a Berlin-based Series A startup building analytics and intelligence tools for modern SEO and growth teams. As search rapidly evolves with AI changing how people discover information online, companies need better ways to understand where they appear, how they perform, and where new growth opportunities exist. Peec AI helps teams track their visibility, measure performance, and uncover opportunities to grow their organic presence in an increasingly complex search landscape.
About the role
We're looking for a Visiting Brand Designer to join our team for a minimum 3-months internship and get hands-on with real design.
From week one you'll ship real assets across our website, social, campaigns, and events, and quickly grow into someone the team relies on for sharp, on-brand design.
A big part of the role is being a design partner to people across Peec AI: helping teammates turn ideas into polished, on-brand presentations (internal and external), and tackling the everyday design tasks that keep a fast-moving startup looking sharp. You'll learn how a brand actually gets built and maintained day to day, working side by side with our designers and marketers, and walk away with a portfolio full of real, shipped work.
If you love clean visual craft, exploring different art directions, and iterating your way to something great, and want to learn fast in a high-energy team, this one's for you.
What you'll do
- Design on-brand assets across marketing channels, social content, campaign visuals, event materials, and web graphics
- Become our go-to for amazing presentations: transforming internal and external decks into polished, persuasive, on-brand stories
- Support stakeholders across the company with day-to-day design tasks, helping everyone communicate visually and stay on-brand
- Work inside our design system and help keep things consistent, scalable, and cohesive
- Collaborate closely with Growth, Sales, and GEO teams, learning how great brand work comes together end to end
What we're looking for
- A growing portfolio (university projects, freelance, personal work, all welcome) that shows a strong eye for layout, typography, and visual storytelling
- Strong working knowledge of Figma, and ideally some Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent
- Confident presentation design skills, turning information into something clear, structured, and beautiful
- Detail-obsessed, with the instinct to make things look right, not just done
- Eager to learn, take feedback, and move quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in B2B and worked in a startup environment
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative, can-do attitude
- Hands-on internship or studio experience, ideally in a B2B or startup environment
Bonus points
- A strong interest in software products, AI, and emerging tech
- Experience with motion, animation, or prototyping (After Effects, Lottie, Framer)
What we offer
- Real ownership and shipped work from week one
- Close mentorship from experienced brand and growth designers
- A collaborative, high-energy in-office environment in the heart of Berlin
- A front-row seat to building a brand in a brand-new market category
- Paid Dinner & Uber home when working late
- The most beautiful office space and work environment in Berlin

Underwriting & Funding Manager
About the role
inKind is looking for an Underwriting & Funding Manager to evaluate restaurant funding opportunities and make disciplined, timely funding decisions. You’ll own the review process from initial diligence through final recommendation or approval, helping inKind fund strong restaurant partners while managing risk.
This role requires financial judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to understand the business behind the numbers. You should be comfortable making decisions with incomplete information, asking thoughtful questions, and explaining your conclusions clearly.
What you’ll do
Review new funding opportunities. Assess applications, financial statements, sales trends, bank activity, existing obligations, and other supporting materials for completeness and accuracy.
Underwrite restaurant businesses. Evaluate operating performance, cash flow, liquidity, ownership experience, and the restaurant’s ability to support the proposed funding structure.
Determine appropriate funding terms. Recommend funding amounts, structures, conditions, and risk mitigants based on your analysis and inKind’s underwriting guidelines.
Make funding decisions. Approve or decline requests within your delegated authority and present exceptions or larger transactions to the appropriate decision-makers.
Document your judgment. Prepare concise underwriting summaries that explain the opportunity, key risks, assumptions, and rationale for each decision.
Lead diligence. Work with restaurant owners and internal teams to resolve questions, verify information, and identify material discrepancies or potential fraud.
Coordinate funding readiness. Confirm that required approvals, documentation, and funding conditions are complete before funds are released.
Improve the process. Help refine underwriting standards, approval workflows, and reporting to make decisions more consistent and efficient.
Learn from performance. Partner with the team monitoring funded restaurants to compare actual results with underwriting assumptions and improve future decisions.
Minimum Experience
4+ years of experience in commercial underwriting, small business financing, fintech lending, credit analysis, investment analysis, or a related field.
Strong financial statement analysis and modeling skills, including the ability to evaluate cash flow, liquidity, leverage, repayment capacity, and unit-level economics.
Experience independently evaluating transactions, assessing financial and operational risks, and making or recommending funding decisions.
Experience building, implementing, or improving underwriting processes, with a focus on automation, operational efficiency, and scalable decision-making.
Ability to translate underwriting policies, financial thresholds, risk indicators, and approval requirements into structured business rules and automated workflows.
Strong analytical and technical aptitude, with the ability to work with financial datasets, identify patterns, validate information, and support data-driven underwriting decisions.
Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills, including financial modeling, scenario analysis, and working with transaction-level data.
Familiarity with underwriting systems, financial data platforms, automated decisioning tools, or workflow automation technologies.
Ability to partner effectively with Product, Engineering, and Data teams to define requirements, test solutions, and implement improvements to underwriting systems and processes.
Sound commercial judgment and the ability to balance funding opportunities, speed of execution, and disciplined risk management.
Clear written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain complex financial findings, underwriting decisions, and technical requirements to financial and nonfinancial stakeholders.
Strong organization, attention to detail, and follow-through, with the ability to manage multiple funding reviews and process improvement initiatives without sacrificing quality.
Preferred Experience
Restaurant, hospitality, or multiunit business underwriting experience.
Familiarity with restaurant point-of-sale (POS) data, payment processing systems, seasonality, food and labor costs, and location-level profitability.
Experience with alternative financing structures, including revenue-based financing or merchant cash advances.
Hands-on experience implementing automated underwriting workflows, rules-based decision engines, risk-scoring models, or automated approval processes.
Experience integrating or analyzing financial data from banking platforms, POS systems, payment processors, or third-party data providers.
Working knowledge of SQL and experience with Snowflake, Sigma, Tableau, or similar data and business intelligence platforms.
Experience using AI, machine learning, or automation tools to improve financial analysis, document processing, risk assessment, or underwriting efficiency.
A track record of building or refining underwriting policies, approval frameworks, and risk management processes in a high-growth fintech or lending environment.
What success looks like
You deliver timely, well-supported funding decisions; identify material risks before funding; maintain clear and complete approval records; and help inKind grow a healthy portfolio of restaurant partners.
Compensation and benefits: $120,000 - 155,000 base salary + Benefits
