By uniting applied AI research, flexible infrastructure, and seamless developer tooling, we enable companies operating at the frontier of AI to bring cutting-edge models into production. We're growing quickly and recently raised our $1.5B Series F https://www.baseten.co/blog/announcing-our-series-f/, led by Altimeter Capital, Conviction Partners, and Spark Capital. Join us and help build the platform engineers turn to ship AI products.
THE ROLE
At Baseten, we’re looking for a Technical Program Manager to drive our most complex, cross-cutting infrastructure programs. This role will operate across all domains of AI infrastructure, from the GPUs up to the multi-cluster orchestration layer.
This is an execution-first role. The work is less about owning a single system and more about imposing order on ambiguity: standing up the right structures, driving decisions to closure, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks across dozens of stakeholders. If you take satisfaction in turning a chaotic, half-defined initiative into a predictable, well-governed program, this role is for you.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own complex migrations end to end. Lead large-scale infrastructure migrations across teams and domains. This will involve scoping the work, sequencing dependencies, managing risk, and driving them to completion without surprises.
- Drive process across infrastructure. Establish and run the operating rhythms that keep programs healthy: planning cadences, status reporting, decision logs, risk reviews, and escalation paths. Make the process light enough that teams adopt it and rigorous enough that it actually works.
- Help managers build the right structures. Partner with engineering managers and leads to design the team structures, ownership boundaries, and working models a program needs to succeed. Spot gaps in accountability before they become problems.
- Own follow-ups relentlessly. Be the person who tracks every open item, owns the action register, and closes loops. Drive decisions and unblockers to resolution rather than letting them drift.
- Create clarity from ambiguity. Take loosely defined goals and turn them into scoped, sequenced, resourced plans with clear owners and measurable milestones.
- Manage risk and dependencies. Maintain a clear-eyed view of cross-team dependencies and risks; surface them early, drive mitigation, and keep leadership informed with honest, signal-rich updates.
- Communicate up, down, and across. Translate between deeply technical teams and senior leadership. Run effective program reviews and write the kind of crisp status that lets busy people make fast decisions.
REQUIREMENTS
- 3+ years of technical program management experience, with a track record of delivering large, cross-team infrastructure or platform programs.
- Demonstrated ownership of complex migrations or comparable multi-domain initiatives from inception through completion.
- Strong execution discipline: you build the structures, cadences, and tracking that keep programs on the rails, and you hold the line on follow-through.
- Comfort operating across multiple infrastructure domains. You don't need to be the deepest expert in any one, but you can engage credibly with engineers on compute, storage, networking, and data.
- Proven ability to influence without authority, aligning teams and managers who don't report to you around shared plans and commitments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; you can make complex, technical programs legible to any audience.
- A bias toward closure: you're uncomfortable with open loops and you drive things to done.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience designing team structures or operating models alongside engineering leadership.
- Experience with AI models, their use, and how they operate at the infrastructure level.
- Background in or exposure to software engineering, SRE, or infrastructure operations.
- Familiarity with the tooling that supports program execution at scale (e.g., issue tracking, planning, and reporting systems).
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
- In your first few months, you'll have taken ownership of one or more in-flight programs, established the operating rhythm they were missing, and built the trust that makes teams want you in the room.
- Within a year, the programs you run are the ones leadership doesn't worry about, because the structure is clear, the risks are visible early, and the follow-ups always close.
BENEFITS
- Competitive compensation, including meaningful equity
- (U.S. only) 100% coverage of medical, dental, and vision insurance for employee and dependents
- Flexible PTO policy including company wide Winter Break (our offices are closed from Christmas Eve to New Year's Day!)
- Paid parental leave
- Fertility and family-building stipend through Carrot
- (U.S. only) Company-facilitated 401(k)
- Exposure to a variety of ML startups, offering unparalleled learning and networking opportunities.

Join us and help build the platform engineers turn to ship AI products.
THE ROLE
As the Engineering Manager for Baseten's Cloud Platform team, you will directly manage a team of cloud platform engineers responsible for building the systems and processes that keep our infrastructure scalable, reliable, and efficient — from automated deployments and monitoring to performance optimization and incident response.
You are a people-first leader with a strong cloud infrastructure background. You set a high bar for reliability and operational excellence, engage credibly in technical discussions and code reviews, and know how to build a culture of ownership and accountability. You'll spend most of your time close to the work: unblocking your team, shaping technical direction on day-to-day decisions, and developing your engineers. At Baseten, we work closely with our users to understand their struggles operationalizing ML — you'll keep your team connected to that mission and translate user learnings into better infrastructure.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Recruit, hire, and grow a high-performing team of cloud platform engineers; provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and career development through regular 1:1s.
- Set clear performance expectations, hold a high bar, and create an environment where engineers do their best work.
- Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Drive day-to-day technical decisions through design reviews, code reviews, and architectural discussions; translate the infrastructure roadmap into clear team priorities and milestones, and hold execution against them.
- Establish standards and best practices for reliability, performance, and operational excellence; ensure the team owns projects end-to-end, from specification through production.
- Exercise and encourage good judgment on tooling and architectural tradeoffs, with a bias against unnecessary complexity.
- Partner with product and engineering teams to align infrastructure work with business priorities; represent your team's progress, capacity, and technical tradeoffs clearly to leadership.
- Serve as the escalation point for major incidents; drive resolution with urgency, ensure the team learns systematically, and stay connected to users so those learnings feed back into infrastructure improvements.
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience directly managing engineers in a cloud infrastructure, platform engineering, or SRE context (not managing managers).
- Extensive hands-on experience with Kubernetes, with the ability to engage credibly in architectural discussions and code reviews.
- Strong background building and maintaining scalable, production infrastructure.
- Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation, Pulumi) and CI/CD tooling (e.g., GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, CircleCI, Jenkins).
- Demonstrated ability to drive projects end-to-end — from specification to execution — and coach your team to do the same.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to influence across teams without direct authority.
- Track record of recruiting and growing engineering talent.
- Openness to learning about ML infrastructure; prior machine learning experience is not required.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience with OSS observability tooling (Prometheus, ELK stack, Grafana, OpenTelemetry).
- Background in multi-cloud environments or GPU infrastructure.
- Experience building and managing on-call rotations and incident response processes.
BENEFITS
- Competitive compensation, including meaningful equity
- (U.S. only) 100% coverage of medical, dental, and vision insurance for employee and dependents
- Flexible PTO policy including company wide Winter Break (our offices are closed from Christmas Eve to New Year's Day!)

Metabase is the easiest way for people to get insights from their data, from tiny startups who get up and running quickly to major corporations with tens of thousands of users. That's why people love us.
We bring data tools with the elegance and simplicity of consumer products to the crufty world of enterprise business intelligence. We provide an opinionated open source starting point for how companies should measure, analyze and share their data, which is used by tens of thousands of companies.
The opportunity
We're looking for a Developer Advocate who is a trusted presence in developer communities. This role is about showing up where developers already spend time, contributing real value, and building long-term trust.
If people already listen to you because you're smart, practical, and credible, this role may be a great fit.
What You'll Do
Content creation and editorial
Create content that developers and analysts actually want: practical tutorials, clear explanations, honest opinions, and demos grounded in real use cases as blog posts, videos, talks, and whatever formats fit the moment
Act as an editor and curator for internal engineers, guest contributors, marketing colleagues and other advocates: validate technical claims, test code snippets, and edit drafts to ensure high editorial & technical standards
Produce video content (screencasts, shorts, explainers) that expands Metabase's educational reach and complements written tutorials
Build and maintain demo projects, sample workflows, and integrations that showcase Metabase's capabilities in practical, real-world scenarios
Community building
Develop and execute plans to build, enable, and nurture Metabase's developer community — through events, meetups, livestreams, courses, social media, partnerships, and whatever formats fit the moment
Show up and be genuinely helpful in the places developers spend time — Slack communities, forums, Reddit, Discord, YouTube, Twitch, social platforms, and wherever the conversation is actually happening
Build real relationships with developers, community leaders, contributors, and power users
Represent Metabase at events, conferences, and meetups as a credible practitioner, not a booth rep
Feedback and measurement
Bring what you're hearing back to the people building the product: friction points, workarounds, complaints, praise, and feature requests that only surface in honest community conversations
Represent the community's needs internally — synthesizing feedback and sharing learnings with engineering, product, and marketing teams in a way that's actionable, not just anecdotal
Track and monitor community health and content performance metrics, assess how well initiatives are achieving their goals, and adjust effort accordingly
What We're Looking For
You've worked with data: you're comfortable with SQL, databases, metrics, and analytics workflows, and you can talk about them in a way that earns respect from working developers and analysts
You have experience building community across some combination of: Twitter/X, YouTube, Twitch, Discord, blogs, meetups, public speaking, and live events
Your communication style is clear, direct, and human
You identify as a teacher and a learner, a builder and a doer
You're empathetic, inclusive, and warm, and you get a buzz from helping people — whether that's a beginner stuck on their first query or a senior engineer pushing the limits of what Metabase can do
You have good judgment about when to speak, when to listen, and when to stay out of it entirely
You can create content independently: you don't need a brief, a brand guide, or editorial approval to ship something good
Bonus: you've contributed to or built on top of open source projects
Bonus: experience with embedded analytics, BI tooling, or the modern data stack
What success looks like
Developers recognize your name and trust your input
The conversations you're part of are useful and human, not transactional
Internal teams gain real, actionable insight from what you're hearing in the community
The content and demos you produce become genuine resources people share and return to
Metabase earns credibility in places we never had to pay to be
Why this role matters
Developers are good at spotting marketing from a mile away. This role exists to earn respect the hard way: by being present, being helpful, and knowing what you're talking about. If that's already how you operate, we'd love to talk.
If there's anything more you'd like to tell us about yourself or your interests, use the "additional information" section on the application page. We're real humans reading applications and we love to hear what you have to say.
Compensation
The US base salary range for this role is $135K–$190K annually, plus equity and benefits.
Compensation is determined by role, level, location, and individual qualifications, including skills, experience, and scope of responsibility. Pay may vary by geographic location and other job-related factors.
Benefits
We offer meaningful equity and a comprehensive US benefits package, including fully employer-covered medical, dental, and vision insurance (with 75% coverage for dependents), a 401(k) with employer match available to enroll after the first 30 days, flexible and unlimited paid time off including sick time, and an asynchronous, remote-first environment.
We're a global team (50% outside the US), fully distributed (from Thailand to California), who get things done asynchronously, with plenty of uninterrupted time, supporting each other to do the best work of our careers. We offer flexibility (define your own schedule and work from wherever you want), autonomy, and an environment that fosters growth, learning, and development. We're relentlessly user-focused and believe in building long-term value, not short-term hacks. And we raised a $30M Series B to take our approach to the next level for years to come.
For U.S. applicants: Metabase participates in the federal E-Verify program, which confirms employment authorization of newly hired U.S. based employees. E-Verify is not used as a tool to pre-screen candidates and is only initiated upon hire.

About Metabase
Metabase is the leading open-source business intelligence and embedded analytics platform — trusted by tens of thousands of organizations to put data in the hands of everyone, not just analysts. From no-code dashboards to white-labeled in-app analytics powered by our React SDK, we help teams move faster by making data genuinely accessible. We're a remote-first company that cares deeply about craft, clarity, and building tools people actually love to use.
The Role
We're looking for a Product Marketer to help tell the story of what Metabase does and why it matters. This is a high-ownership role with real creative latitude and close collaboration with product and go-to-market teams.
What You'll Do
Own positioning and messaging for one or more product areas (e.g., embedded analytics, self-serve BI, AI features, enterprise/cloud)
Drive product launch strategy for new features and releases, coordinating across product, engineering, design, sales, and customer success
Build and maintain sales enablement materials — battlecards, pitch decks, one-pagers, and objection handling guides

Conduct customer and prospect interviews to surface insights that sharpen positioning and inform roadmap
Represent the customer voice internally — synthesizing insights from win/loss analysis, interviews, and community feedback to influence product and marketing strategy
Support category-level storytelling at industry events
What We're Looking For
Experience in product marketing in B2B SaaS; analytics, data tooling, or developer tools experience is a strong plus
Exceptional writer — you can take a dense technical concept and make it land for a non-technical audience without losing accuracy
Comfortable working with data: you've used tools like Metabase and can speak credibly to data workflows
Proven track record of launching products or features end-to-end
Strong cross-functional collaborator who thrives in a fast-moving, async-friendly environment
Bonus: experience marketing to both technical buyers (data engineers, developers) and business buyers (ops, finance, product)
Bonus: experience working across multiple GTM motions (product-led, sales-assisted, enterprise) and buyer personas
Compensation
The US base salary range for this role is $150K–$225K annually, plus equity and benefits.

We are building AI to simulate the world through merging art and science.
We believe that world models are at the frontier of progress in artificial intelligence. Language models alone won’t solve the world’s hardest problems – robotics, disease, scientific discovery. Real progress requires models that experience the world and learn from their mistakes, the same way that humans do. And this kind of trial and error can be massively accelerated when done in simulation, rather than in the real world.
World models offer the most clear path to general-purpose simulation, changing how stories are told, how scientific progress is made and how the next frontiers of humanity are reached.
Our team consists of creative, open minded, caring and ambitious people who are determined to change the world. We aspire to continuously build impossible things and our ability to do so relies on building an incredible team. If you are driven to do the same, we'd love to hear from you.

Constructor is a U.S. based company that has been in the market since 2019. It was founded by Eli Finkelshteyn and Dan McCormick who still lead the company today.
ABOUT YOU
You're a product designer who owns problems, not screens. You're comfortable with ambiguity, can partner with PMs to shape direction, and know how to translate research insights into production-ready interfaces, working closely with engineers. You ship work that matters.
THE TEAM
Our AI Agent Tools team is building a new category of e-commerce experience: intelligent agents that guide shoppers, learn from merchandiser expertise, and drive real business outcomes. This is one of the most consequential design problems in retail right now, and it's wide open.
REQUIREMENTS
The Role
You'll be designing the future of product discovery: the moment a shopper goes from intent to purchase, reimagined through AI.
- You'll define what agentic shopping looks like — Not just chatbots bolted onto search, but genuinely new interaction patterns where AI understands what a shopper wants and helps them get there. There's no established playbook here. The patterns you set will shape how the rest of the industry approaches it.
- You'll shape how merchandisers control it — You will collaborate with Agent Orchestrators—professionals blending data analysis, design, and shopper psychology—to design the dashboard tools that allow them to configure, train, and optimize new shopping journeys without engineering support.
- You'll prove it works in the real world — From running UI experiments on live retailer sites to validating new shopping experiences with actual shopper data, your designs ship and get measured.
What You'll Own
- Research & validation — Conducting shopper research and running experiments alongside product and data teams to validate hypotheses with real input.
- Interaction design for agentic experiences — Mapping novel user flows where AI/LLMs drive the shopping journey, for both shoppers and the merchandisers who orchestrate them.
- Visual strategy — Defining a bold design direction that represents what product discovery looks like in 2027.
- High-fidelity delivery — Producing final mockups and assets across key surfaces: homepage, search, PDP, filtering, guided shopping, and agent configuration.
- UX patterns — Ensuring designs scale within Constructor's evolving design system and component library.
What We Value Beyond Craft
Beyond being a thoughtful designer, user advocate, and strong collaborator, here are a few things we really value:
- A goal-oriented, iterative mindset — You focus on solving high-impact problems and are comfortable learning, improving, and shipping quickly.
- Practical experience with research — You’ve led user interviews, usability tests, and data analysis.
- Experience designing for unfamiliar problems — You’ve worked on products where you had to understand complex workflows outside your own experience—especially in B2B contexts.
- Systems thinking — You spot patterns, define systems, and design scalable, reusable solutions.
BENEFITS
- 🧠 Work with smart and empathetic people who will help you grow and make a meaningful impact.
- 🎉 Regular team offsite events to connect and collaborate.

ABOUT CLIPBOARD
Our mission is to uplift as many communities as possible. We do this through our app-based marketplace that connects healthcare professionals with the workplaces that need amazing workers. This enables hundreds of thousands of people to achieve financial stability for themselves and their families while providing essential care to millions of people across the U.S.
Founded in 2016, we are a remote-first team of over 1,000 people building a top Y-Combinator company https://www.ycombinator.com/topcompanies/ and have been profitable since 2022. We’re the leader in Long-Term Care staffing and are rapidly expanding into Home Health, Hospitals, and more, meaning we have more work to do than people to do it, and are growing our team to support millions more people and their communities.
THE ROLE
Clipboard https://www.clipboardworks.com/ is a Sequoia-backed marketplace connecting nurses and healthcare professionals with long-term care facilities, with over $800M in annual transactions. We're hiring Senior Product Managers to own core domains of the marketplace. Think pricing, matching, reliability, facility onboarding; all the systems the business runs on!
THE WORK
You'll be running a domain where the right answer changes as the marketplace changes, and where your mental model and prioritization are the single most valuable artifact your team has. You will:
- Build the mental model. Grounded in customer conversations, support tickets, Salesforce, and our own data.
- Pick the metrics. The ones that tell you and the org whether you're serving that customer well. When the right metric doesn't exist, you say so and propose the best proxy, limitations stated.
- Steward the improvements. Research, experiments, core flow changes, technical investments. An excellent PM here doesn’t just move metrics, they make prioritization calls that compound.
All of this gets written down and shared constantly. A one-page mental model your team can reference without you in the room. A monthly check-in. Enough visibility that engineers make autonomous decisions and leadership can push back at "is this the right bet" rather than "what's the bet." You'll work alongside an Applied Science https://jobs.ashbyhq.com/clipboard?departmentId=b0a8f86a-7e03-4cd1-a204-deafbabf7893 team that owns the quantitative infrastructure your domain depends on: pricing algorithms, causal models, experiment frameworks.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- 6+ years of product management, with experience in marketplaces preferred
- You can query data yourself (SQL or equivalent)
- You've shipped meaningful features on a small, fast-moving team
- You write clearly and often
- Ability to work 2-3 days per week out of either our NYC or San Francisco office
WHO THRIVES HERE
- Extreme ownership: the buck stops with you regardless of what anyone else did or didn't do.
- Extreme curiosity: you ask "why" five times on the same problem before you're satisfied.
- You hold a clear point of view and update it visibly when the data disagrees.
- Background in marketplace product, ops research, or operating roles at fast-scaling startups is a strong signal.
Our values live here https://www.clipboardworks.com/resources/blog/clipboard-healths-company-values. If this sounds like a team you want to be on, apply!
Quick Note on Scammers:
Clipboard would never ask you for money or your bank details to participate in our hiring process. Report any scammers impersonating the Clipboard hiring team members here https://forms.gle/SyGaxHFbon7Hg9fW6.
