This is an individual contributor role working closely with an offsite team across product, sales, marketing, and operations functions. The successful candidate will own the full product development lifecycle from concept through to mass production including supplier identification, prototyping, costing, BOM management, quality oversight, and compliance. The role requires deep familiarity with the Chinese manufacturing landscape, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to work autonomously while keeping the offsite team aligned and informed.
What You'll Own
Lead end-to-end product development from concept to mass production for travel, health, and fitness products, translating briefs into manufacturable specifications, drawings, and technical files.
Manage prototype, sampling, tooling, and pre-production cycles, ensuring quality, timeline adherence, and continuous improvement of existing SKUs based on feedback and data
Identify, vet, onboard, and manage suppliers across key China hubs (Yiwu, Ningbo, Shenzhen), including factory audits, capability assessments, and relationship management as the primary on-ground contact.
Negotiate pricing, MOQs, lead times, and payment terms while driving supplier performance across quality, delivery, and responsiveness.
Develop and maintain BOMs and detailed cost breakdowns (materials, labor, packaging, tooling, freight), leading cost optimization and tracking raw material price risks.
Define and enforce quality standards, coordinate testing and certifications (CE, FCC, RoHS, REACH, CPSIA, Prop 65), and manage inspections, non-conformance, and CAPA processes.
Oversee packaging development (structure, print, artwork) ensuring compliance with shipping, retail, and regulatory requirements across target markets.
Drive project execution, stakeholder communication, market intelligence, and IP/risk management, including supplier coordination, sourcing support (e.g., Canton Fair), trend analysis, and protection of designs, molds, and confidentiality agreements.
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Design, Product Design, or a related field, with 5–8 years of experience in product development, sourcing, or R&D within the consumer goods industry in China.
Proven track record of taking products from concept to mass production, working with overseas brands or buyers.
Strong experience in travel goods, health & wellness, or fitness/sports equipment, with an established supplier network across Yiwu and broader Chinese manufacturing regions.
Hands-on expertise in preparing BOMs, cost sheets, and detailed technical product specifications.
Working knowledge of international product compliance and certification requirements across key markets.
Bilingual fluency in Mandarin Chinese (native or near-native) and English (business-level), with strong cross-cultural communication capabilities.
Proficiency in CAD tools (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Rhino), ability to interpret technical drawings, and strong project management skills to handle multiple parallel projects.
Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and attention to detail, combined with proficiency in Microsoft Office and project tracking tools, and the ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As an AI Solutions Strategist, you will sit at the intersection of customers, AI delivery, and Ramp’s core product teams. You will partner with enterprise/strategic customers to deeply understand their finance workflows—especially corporate finance and controllership priorities like close, controls, and spend governance—identify high-impact opportunities for AI and automation, and translate those needs into clear problem statements, solution designs, and actionable feedback for Ramp’s Product, Engineering, and Go-to-Market teams.
This role is for someone who can listen carefully, structure ambiguity, and turn on-the-ground learnings into scalable solutions. This role required high proactivity and bias to action.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Discover and diagnose customer needs. Run stakeholder interviews and workflow deep dives with Finance, Procurement, AP, and IT teams. Map end-to-end processes and identify the underlying drivers behind pain points — risk, cost, cycle time, compliance, exception volume, and operational complexity.
- Translate needs into solution requirements. Turn qualitative input into crisp artifacts: problem statements, success metrics, constraints, acceptance criteria, and deployment plans. Balance speed, safety, and scalability across MVPs, iterations, and broader rollouts.
- Partner with technical teams to implement AI workflows. Work closely with Ramp engineers and AI builders to design and ship solutions that meet real customer workflows. Specify data inputs, integrations, governance needs, policy rules, auditability requirements, and edge cases.
- Drive feedback loops into Ramp's product. Synthesize learnings across customers into reusable patterns and product opportunities. Write high-signal briefs for Product and Engineering that explain what customers need, why it matters, and what should be built next.
- Communicate impact and guide executives. Present status, outcomes, and recommendations to customer operators, executives, and internal stakeholders. Quantify impact through time saved, error reduction, improved compliance, faster close, and other business outcomes.
WHAT YOU NEED
- 4+ years of relevant experience
- Strong customer empathy and the ability to earn trust quickly with senior stakeholders.
- Excellent problem framing: you can turn messy workflows into clear systems and priorities.
- Comfort operating in ambiguity and iterating quickly while keeping quality high.
- Ability to communicate clearly in writing (briefs, requirements, postmortems) and verbally (workshops, exec readouts).
- A builder mindset: you like shipping, learning, and improving the system.
- Experience in solutions, implementation, product strategy, consulting, or technical program management.
- Strong grounding in corporate finance / controllership workflows, including accounting close, spend governance/controls, budgeting, procurement, and AP operations.
- Experience translating finance requirements into system design and configuration (e.g., ERP/accounting, procurement, expense management, payments), including integrations, data mapping, and controls.
- Ability to partner with finance system owners/admins to drive change management, testing (UAT), and successful rollouts.
- Familiarity with finance operations workflows (AP, procurement, expenses, cards, accounting close).
- Exposure to AI-enabled products, automation, or applied ML (you do not need to be an ML engineer).
- Basic comfort with data concepts and systems integration (APIs, ETL, SQL, spreadsheets, data quality).
WORKING STYLE
We collaborate best when we’re close to the work and close to each other. This role is hybrid in New York, with time in-office to partner tightly with product and engineering teams. Importantly, this role required spending time with customers to understand real workflows, so travel and flexibility are critical to success.

You will partner with Account Executives to qualify, progress, and close revenue opportunities with Fortune 500 prospects — guiding them through demos, architecture discussions, and proofs-of-concept that prove Coder’s value for both human developers and the AI coding agents working alongside them.
This is not a scripted-demo-only role. You are energized by ambiguity, motivated by winning deals the right way, and capable of bringing the voice of the prospect back into how Coder builds and sells.
What you will be doing:
- Own the technical relationship with prospects through pre-sales, and efficiently manage towards a technical win
- Demo the Coder platform from the developer, administrator, and AI agent workflow perspectives
- Install Coder on cloud and on-prem Kubernetes or VM infrastructure
- Run proofs-of-concept that prove Coder’s value including for agentic and LLM-powered development workflows and accelerate deals
- Evolve into a subject-matter expert on Cloud Development Environments, agentic AI development, and their business impact
- Serve as the prospect’s and customer’s voice, routing insights to Engineering and Product
- Track and report product issues and feature requests using Linear
- Troubleshoot Coder deployments, networking, and Kubernetes components during evaluation
- Contribute pull requests to Coder’s documentation
What you bring:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Solutions Engineer selling infrastructure or developer tooling
- Strong customer-facing skills that win trust with technical stakeholders
- Ability to translate technical hurdles into business value in real time
- Understand agentic AI software development use cases and advocate passionately where appropriate
- Comfortable leading architecture demos and deep-dive troubleshooting sessions
- Deep Linux fundamentals and comfort at the command line

- Experience with AWS, Google Cloud, or Microsoft Azure
- 3+ years with Terraform or comparable infrastructure-as-code tooling
- Solid grasp of networking: ingress controllers, proxies, load balancers

- Startup-speed execution, ownership mindset, and a player-coach attitude
Bonus tacos if you have
- (Tacos? If you need an ice-breaker, ask how we say thanks by giving tacos!)
- Success at both high-growth startups and larger software vendors
- Direct experience deploying or supporting AI coding agents in customer environments (e.g. Claude Code, Devin, or similar autonomous/semi-autonomous dev tools)
- Background in CI/CD, DevOps, or developer-platform products
- Experience in platform engineering or developer platform teams
- Kubernetes, AWS, or related certifications

OUR USE OF AI IN HIRING
We use AI tools to help manage our recruitment process efficiently and fairly. Specifically:
- Ashby and Brainerr help us review inbound applications by surfacing candidates who best match the role requirements we've defined. This tool does not make hiring decisions; it helps our team prioritize which applications to review first.
- Granola takes notes during our interview calls so our team can focus on the conversation with you.
All hiring decisions are made by humans. Our team reviews applications, conducts interviews, and makes final selections. AI tools assist us but never replace human judgment, and these practices are conducted in compliance with applicable data protection, AI governance, and labor laws. Your data is not used to train AI models.
In accordance with New York City Local Law 144, an independent bias audit has been conducted on "Automated Employment Decision Tools"; results are available for Ashby https://www.ashbyhq.com/downloadables/ashby-bias-audit-08-2024.pdf.
If you're applying for a role at Coder and have questions about how we use AI in our process, or if you'd like to request information about the data we collect, please contact careers@coder.com.

Who We Are
At OKX, we believe that the future will be reshaped by crypto, and ultimately contribute to every individual's freedom. OKX is a leading crypto exchange, and the developer of OKX Wallet, giving millions access to crypto trading and decentralized crypto applications (dApps). OKX is also a trusted brand by hundreds of large institutions seeking access to crypto markets. We are safe and reliable, backed by our Proof of Reserves. Across our multiple offices globally, we are united by our core principles:
We Before Me
,
Do the Right Thing
, and
Get Things Done
. These shared values drive our culture, shape our processes, and foster a friendly, rewarding, and diverse environment for every OK-er. OKX is part of OKG, a group that brings the value of Blockchain to users around the world, through our leading products OKX, OKX Wallet, OKLink and more.
About the Opportunity
Core owns the foundational journeys that define a user's relationship with OKX: account management, identity verification, moving and securing funds, and the risk, compliance, and customer support experiences that sit alongside them. It also covers the internal enterprise tools our support agents, PMs, and operations teams rely on every day to serve customers and run the business. These are among the most consequential surfaces in the product. They determine whether users feel confident enough to trade, whether they trust us with their assets and their data, and whether the teams behind the scenes can resolve issues quickly and well.
AI is central to how Core works and what Core builds. On the product side, we design AI-powered support and assistant experiences that help millions of users get answers and resolve issues in real time. Internally, we are an AI-native team: we use AI to move faster, sharpen our thinking, and raise the quality of what we ship, and we design the AI-native tools our internal teams depend on. If you are excited to design with AI and to shape how AI shows up for both customers and colleagues, this is a place to do it at scale.
As a designer on Core, you'll take ownership of these high-stakes experiences end to end. The problems are genuinely hard. You'll design across markets with fundamentally different regulatory requirements, from newly regulated regions to our established global user base, and your work will need to satisfy strict compliance and security standards while still feeling fast, clear, and reassuring. You'll partner closely with product, engineering, legal, and compliance, shaping requirements early rather than executing them late. This is work where the details carry real weight. If you want to influence how millions of users experience crypto at its most critical moments, and how the teams supporting them get their work done, Core is one of the most impactful places to do it at OKX.
What You’ll Be Doing
Own complex, high-stakes journeys end to end across account, assets, compliance, or support, taking them from problem definition to shipped, polished execution.
Design AI-powered experiences, from customer-facing assistant and support flows to AI-native internal tools, thinking through how people and AI work together, and where trust, transparency, and control matter most.
Partner with product, engineering, legal, compliance, and risk to define the real problem, then design solutions that balance regulatory and security requirements with a genuinely good user experience.
Produce the full range of design artifacts as needed: user flows, journey maps, wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and interactive prototypes, backed by evaluative research.
Work in an AI-native way, using AI to accelerate exploration, prototyping, and decision-making, and helping raise the bar for how the team designs.
Shape the design vision for your area alongside UX Research, UX Writing, and product leadership, and influence the roadmap early rather than delivering to it.
Raise the quality bar through design reviews, critique, and workshops, and bring rigor to ambiguous, high-consequence problems.
What We Look For In You
We hire against a shared set of competencies. Beyond craft, we look for how you think, decide, collaborate, and drive work forward.
Craft and expertise.
Deep design craft with a sharp eye for detail, and up-to-date knowledge of your field. You analyze problems methodically and turn them into simple, effective solutions you can execute end to end.
Judgment in ambiguity.
You cut to the root of a problem, make sound calls even with incomplete information, and find the optimal path rather than the obvious one. Core problems are rarely clean, and good judgment is what keeps users safe.
Business and product sense.
You understand how the business works and where it's heading, and you connect design decisions to strategy, metrics, and real outcomes, not just the screen in front of you.
Collaboration and communication.
You communicate with clarity and precision, build genuine trust with product, engineering, legal, and compliance, and give and seek feedback that raises the whole team's work. Partners see you as a collaborator, not a service function.
Drive and curiosity.
You ask why before you design, stay resilient when problems are hard or ambiguous, and keep pushing your craft and ideas forward. You question the brief rather than just building it.
AI fluency.
Genuine fluency and enthusiasm for AI. You already use AI tools in your own work, and you're excited to design AI-driven experiences, not just adopt the buzzword.
Experience designing complex, multi-step flows, ideally in fintech, crypto, or another regulated or high-trust domain.
3+ years of experience shipping end-to-end design solutions in cross-functional teams at a tech company.
Nice to Haves
Experience designing AI or conversational interfaces, or a track record of using AI to change how you work as a designer.
Interest in designing complex internal tools and operational workflows, not just customer-facing surfaces.
Exposure to data-informed design. You're comfortable interpreting user insights, behavioral data, or A/B test results.
Familiarity with design systems and the ability to scale consistency across platforms.
Prototyping skills to bring ideas to life and communicate transitions or microinteractions.
Experience working across time zones with distributed teams. You know how to stay aligned and communicate with clarity.
A degree in design, HCI, or a related field.
Perks & Benefits
Competitive total compensation package
L&D programs and Education subsidy for employees' growth and development
Various team building programs and company events
Wellness and meal allowances
Comprehensive healthcare schemes for employees and dependants
More that we love to tell you along the process!

WHO WE ARE
Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vkpYpWfEK5s. We're building one place where your knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools live side by side, so work is faster, clearer, and less fragmented. Millions of individuals, small teams, and large companies run their work on Notion.
Notinos (our employees) are customer zero in bringing this future of work to life. We care about craft, building things that last, and the belief that great work is still fundamentally human. Our goal isn’t to ship the next feature. Each and every team of Notinos is working to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era. From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Notion is reimagining how customers adopt, expand, and realize value from software in an AI-native world. As a first-line leader directly managing a team of Outcomes Architects, you’ll own your team’s execution across workflow adoption, value realization, renewal readiness, expansion qualification, and at-risk account recovery — accountable for both the customer outcomes and the quality of execution that produces them.
This isn’t a traditional Customer Success management role. The best OA Managers are coaches first: they know what great workflow discovery looks like, can review a mutual success plan and identify where value realization is breaking down, can inspect an executive business review and sharpen the value narrative, and can help an OA turn account activity into measurable customer and commercial outcomes.
You’ll run an inspection cadence and cultivate a coaching culture that make consistent execution possible across the team. You’ll partner closely with Solutions Consultant leaders, Services, Support, Product, and RevOps to ensure customers move from workflow design to adoption, value realization, expansion, and renewal readiness.
If you’re a builder who loves developing people as much as driving customer impact — and you want to lead a team in a post-sales motion that’s being redefined for the AI era — this is the role
WHAT YOU’LL ACHIEVE
- Own the Net Revenue Growth performance of your team’s book of business, accountable for both headline outcomes and the quality of execution that drives workflow adoption, value realization, renewal readiness, and expansion.
- Coach OAs on the OA builder motion: AI Transformation Plans, build-beside workshops, value reviews, use-case consultations, and renewal processes.
- Build and run the operating cadence for the team: metrics reviews, account support sessions, adoption and renewal-risk reviews, call coaching against the OA quality rubric, and forecast calls with senior leadership.
- Hire, onboard, and certify new OAs to the GTM builder motion, driving readiness from ramp through consistent execution and managing performance with clarity when expectations are not met.
- Partner closely with Solutions Consultant managers and leaders on strategy for expansion and renewal across shared accounts, ensuring clear ownership for flat and at-risk renewals.
- Partner with Services leadership to identify complex implementation needs early, create clear handoffs, and ensure Services delivery accelerates workflow adoption and measurable value.
- Set the standard for product, AI, and workflow fluency across the team so OAs can help customers navigate new ways of working and build durable systems in Notion.
- Represent your team or region in leadership forums with clear signal on what's working, what needs investment, and where execution is breaking down
- Uphold excellence by coaching to the global OA methodology, quality rubric, and activity KPIs.
SKILLS YOU’LL NEED TO BRING
- Frontline management experience leading customer-facing GTM teams in B2B software, ideally across Customer Success, Solutions Consulting, Technical Account Management, Professional Services, Account Management, or post-sales strategy.
- Direct experience coaching teams through customer discovery, workflow design, adoption planning, value realization, renewals, expansion, or technical/workflow implementation.
- Strong coaching orientation: you can review a customer call, account plan, mutual success plan, or executive value narrative and identify specifically what needs to change — not just whether the outcome was good, but why and how to improve it.
- Commercial instincts at the team level: able to read account health, renewal risk, adoption depth, expansion potential, and customer sentiment, then drive urgency without micromanaging every account.
- Deep customer-facing discovery instincts, with the ability to understand business problems, map workflows, and translate goals into practical adoption and implementation plans.
- Experience operating in a shared account ownership model with Sales, Solutions, Services, Support, or Implementation teams.
- Operational rigor: you know how to build inspection cadences, coaching rituals, performance standards, and accountability systems that improve execution across a team.
- Ability to develop talent from onboarding through consistent performance, including hiring to profile, setting clear expectations, coaching skill gaps, and managing performance with clarity.
- Executive communication skills: able to synthesize account patterns, customer risks, team performance, and cross-functional asks into clear signal for leadership.
- Technical fluency and presence as a trusted advisor. You do not need to build every workflow yourself, but you should be able to understand Notion systems, coach workflow design, and help your team troubleshoot adoption blockers.
- You operate with agency, urgency, and customer empathy, bringing structure to ambiguous problems and helping teams move from ideas to working systems.
- You don’t need to be an AI expert, but you’re curious, hands-on, and willing to adopt AI tools to work smarter, coach better, and help customers deliver better outcomes.
NICE TO HAVES
- Experience managing in a consumption, usage-based, or product-led business where adoption signals matter as much as renewal or expansion outcomes.
- Track record building high-performing frontline teams from an early stage: hiring to profile, structured onboarding, certification, coaching, and performance management.
- Experience leading teams through GTM motion changes, coverage-model shifts, or evolving commercial ownership.
- Experience working with flat, at-risk, or complex renewal accounts and helping teams return customers to a clear value path.
- Experience partnering closely with Solutions Consulting, Sales, Services, or Implementation teams in a shared customer lifecycle model.
- Familiarity with AI transformation, workflow automation, agents, or collaboration/work management software.
A NOTE ON AI
You don’t need deep AI expertise for every role, but we do expect every Notino to be intellectually curious, drawn to tinkering and discovery, and excited to use AI as a real collaborator in their work. For some roles, AI fluency is a core requirement — when that’s the case, we'll say so explicitly in the qualifications. People who thrive here don’t treat AI as a novelty. They use it to think better, and make their work easier for others to build on.

ABOUT THE ROLE:
As Manager, Enablement Programs, you will own the programs and operating system that help sellers ramp fast and execute with confidence — from global onboarding to role-readiness, Field OS, and AI-enabled enablement workflows. This role exists because we’re evolving our Enablement and GTM motion, and we need a leader to drive that change: set the standard for what “great” looks like in the era of AI, build an AI-native enablement model, and own the agentic workflows that help the field execute.
WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE:
- By day 90: Build the first version of the Field OS as a seller-ramp unlock (priority workflows, trusted resources, and AI-enabled execution moments by role).
- By day 90: Map and prototype the core custom agents that help sellers ramp faster and apply the right support at each stage of the sales process.
- By day 90: Refresh onboarding around continuous iteration (A/B testing, measurement, and role-specific alignment to the sales process) and implement onboarding engagement + impact metrics.
- By day 90: Stand up a dedicated manager onboarding track to help managers ramp faster and reinforce new-hire success consistently.
- By end of year 1: Make onboarding and role readiness a repeatable system that measurably improves ramp and raises the bar on enablement quality through tight feedback loops and durable workflows.
SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING:
- Proven ability to design and run global enablement programs end-to-end (especially onboarding), including live + async modalities across regions and time zones.
- Strong program leadership and operating cadence: clear roadmaps, decision-making, stakeholder alignment, and measurement that drives iteration (not just reporting).
- Experience building scalable enablement systems (resource governance, intake processes, comms rhythms) that sellers actually use.
- AI-fluent approach to enablement: using AI and automation to improve quality, speed, and consistency of seller execution (and instrumenting adoption/impact).
- People leadership experience managing and developing a small team; sets high standards and builds a calm, high-ownership operating rhythm.

Customer.io

About the role
Hi, my name is Diep N, VP, Finance at
Customer.io
, and I'm looking for a Global Controller to take the close, the books, and our control environment and make them theirs.
We're a global, remote-first, private company built on subscription and usage-based revenue, and as we grow we need a controller who can lead the team already in place and sharpen the fundamentals. You'll lead a team of ~7, growing, across revenue accounting, close, AP/AR, payroll, and treasury, and partner closely with me and, given our CFO's broad remit, with stakeholders across Sales, Legal, IT, HR, and Engineering.
What you'll do
Lead monthly and quarterly close, GL, AP/AR, payroll, and account reconciliations, delivering accurate, timely US GAAP financials. Close currently runs ~10 business days; get us to 6-8 days within your first 12 months, with fewer post-close adjustments and aged reconciliations.
Own revenue accounting and serve as our technical accounting authority on subscription and usage-based revenue recognition (ASC 606), including the ARR-to-GAAP bridge: reconciling ARR, billings, deferred revenue, contract assets, and usage true-ups to reported revenue, and explaining the delta to leadership and the board in plain terms.
Author technical accounting position memos on contract modifications, SSP allocation, variable consideration, and capitalized contract costs, the work that makes "technical accounting authority" real.
Own equity compensation accounting (ASC 718): grant accuracy, 409A timing, expense, modifications, and cap-table integrity, in partnership with stock plan administration.
Manage and grow a team of ~7, with room to scale, building trust quickly and developing the leads beneath you.
Build a control framework suited to a global, remote-first, private company with subscription and usage-based revenue, keeping the books audit-ready.
Own our accounting systems roadmap and drive automation across close and reporting.
Own select treasury operations, including cash management and banking relationships, and partner on FX exposure monitoring given our multi-currency footprint.
Run our external audit relationship and coordinate with external tax partners on compliance, provisions, and filings.
Manage the realities of a distributed, remote-first global team: statutory accounting coordination, payroll and contractor controls, entity reporting, and working with Legal, HR, and Tax on international compliance.
What we're looking for
10+ years of progressive accounting experience, including leading a team through managers or leads.
A Big 4 (or equivalent top-tier public accounting) foundation.
Deep US GAAP mastery, particular strength in subscription and usage-based revenue recognition (ASC 606).
A concrete, personally-owned automation or AI deployment in accounting with a measurable result, eliminating a manual reconciliation, reducing close time, or lowering error rate, that you can speak to in detail.
Experience scaling an accounting function that was already running, not building one from zero.
A proven track record with external audits and keeping books audit-ready.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with credibility partnering with senior, cross-functional stakeholders.
Nice to have: internal controls or SOX-readiness experience; remote-first/globally distributed company experience; M&A or deal accounting exposure; CPA license, active or inactive.

- Context & Memory Boundary Security: Design strict data isolation and poisoning prevention controls for vector databases, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines, and long-term conversation memories across multi-tenant workloads.
- Risk Management & Cross-Functional Enablement
- Maintain the AI Security Source of Truth: Define, document, and maintain authoritative secure design patterns and SDKs for engineering teams building internal or customer-facing AI agent capabilities.
- Contribution to Risk Register: Identify, quantify, and document non-deterministic and agentic security risks (e.g., OWASP Top 10 for LLMs & AI Agents, MITRE ATLAS), ensuring they are accurately represented in the Cybersecurity Risk Register.
- Auditability & Observability: Design tamper-evident logging and telemetry standards for agent reasoning chains, tool execution history, and context assembly to support incident response, forensics, and GRC requirements.
- Compliance & Sales Enablement: Partner with GRC to translate complex AI security controls into enterprise-ready audit documentation (e.g., ISO 42001, NIST AI RMF, EU AI Act readiness) and support Sales on complex enterprise security inquiries regarding AI safety.
Required Skills & Experience
- 6+ years of experience in security engineering or security architecture, with at least 2+ years dedicated specifically to AI/ML security, LLM application security, or securing agentic frameworks.
- Deep understanding of agentic architectures and protocols (e.g., Model Context. Protocol (MCP), LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, ReAct frameworks, and vector database technologies).
- Hands-on expertise with threat vectors unique to agentic AI: Indirect Prompt
- Injection, Goal Hijacking, Tool Parameter Tampering, Data Poisoning, and Context Contamination.
- Strong background in applying safety standards and risk frameworks such as OWASP Top 10 for LLMs & AI Agents, NIST AI RMF, and MITRE ATLAS.
- Proficiency in Python, Go, or TypeScript/JavaScript with a proven track record of reviewing code and building functional security tooling or guardrails.
- Experience authoring, maintaining, and evangelizing technical security architecture documentation.
- Exceptional ability to communicate complex non-deterministic AI risks to both deep technical engineers and executive stakeholders.
- Proven track record of contributing to an enterprise Cybersecurity Risk Register.
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience designing runtime sandboxing and isolation technologies (e.g., Firecracker, gVisor, Docker, WebAssembly) for dynamic code execution environments.

About Teleport
Don't wait for the future of infrastructure. Be part of it.
Teleport is the AI Infrastructure Identity Company. We're solving one of the hardest problems in security: giving every human, machine, workload, and AI agent a cryptographically secured identity, improving engineering velocity while maintaining security. We make trusted computing simple. This gives you the freedom, power, and autonomy to build and innovate with confidence.
Remote-first and globally distributed, we work with companies like Nasdaq, DoorDash, and Elastic to secure infrastructure for an AI world.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
As a Senior People Business Partner, you’ll be a founding member of the Organizational Effectiveness function at Teleport. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Organizational Effectiveness, you’ll be a dedicated partner to our R&D organization: Engineering and Product. You’ll sit close to their senior leaders and managers partnering with them to keep these organizations healthy and effective over time.
This is a strategic role for an experienced People Business Partner who knows technical teams well. You’ll diagnose organizational health, spot trends and capability gaps as these teams grow, and partner with leaders to set priorities and work on what keeps R&D strong at scale: manager development, org design, succession, and leadership programs you can measure. You’ll work hand in hand with our HR team, who owns the employee lifecycle globally. You’ll share context, align on priorities, and give the leaders and managers you both support one consistent experience.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Diagnose the health of the R&D organizations you support: how teams are doing and where they're headed.
- Coach engineering and product managers on performance: how to set clear expectations, give direct feedback, and address problems early so teams stay high performing as they scale.
- Coach managers and senior leaders as they grow, and help them confidently guide their teams through change and navigate complex organizational challenges.
- Lead org design, team structure, and succession planning with your business leaders.
- Design leadership development and offsites that lift manager capability across the org, with a clear learning arc.
- Measure the effectiveness of programs and processes, and adjust based on what the data shows.
- Partner closely with the HR team, pairing your proactive work on org health with the structure and judgment they bring to how people are supported, so the People function is stronger for it.
- Bring modern tools, including AI, to work faster and sharpen how you diagnose org health, and help the managers you support do the same.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
- 12+ years partnering with senior leaders as a People or HR Business Partner or in organizational development, or 8+ years with an advanced degree in a related field.
- Experience in infrastructure, security, developer tools, or a similarly technical product environment required.
- Deep experience partnering with technical organizations such as Engineering and Product, and fluency with how R&D teams operate.
- Experience supporting a technical organization through rapid scaling, with a clear view of which practices transfer at that stage and which do not.
- A track record of developing senior-level leaders and above, and coaching managers to improve their effectiveness.
- Strength in org design, succession, change management, and measuring the effectiveness of the programs you run.
- The presence to influence senior leaders and offer a candid point of view, without formal authority.
- Sound judgment on when to act, when to bring in HR, and how to hold confidentiality, working primarily from aggregate team-health data.
HOW WE HIRE:
Our process is designed to be straightforward and respectful of your time. We skip performative rounds and focus on what matters: understanding how you think and what you can do.
Why Teleport
You're joining a company where the problem is real, the team is small, and your work shows up directly in the product. We're not a big company, you won't get lost in a crowd. You'll have the freedom and autonomy to do what you're great at, alongside teammates who care about doing it right and want to see you succeed. The work is collaborative, there's real room to grow, and the mission is one worth showing up for.
Remote-first and globally distributed, we're genuinely passionate about what we're building.
The Benefits
At Teleport, we believe your career is more important than a list of perks. That's why we focus on making your day-to-day the best it can be — giving you the autonomy, access, and support to do the best work of your career.
- Extensive health coverage
- Annual expense budget
- Rest and recovery policies that maximize your ability to recharge
- Investment in your future with retirement savings plans
- Professional development opportunities
