Our Ethos
We believe in an open and flat structure. You will be able to grow into the role that most aligns with your goals. Our team members at all levels have the freedom to explore ideas and impact the roadmap and vision of our company.
About the Team
You'll join Rain's lean legal team and take a leading role in our M&A and corporate development efforts as we scale globally. You'll operate as a strategic partner to Rain's leadership — identifying, structuring, negotiating, and closing acquisitions, investments, and other strategic transactions — while also supporting the broader corporate legal function across a fast-moving, heavily regulated fintech platform.
What you'll do
- Lead M&A execution: manage all legal aspects of acquisitions, divestitures, and strategic investments from LOI through closing and post-closing integration, including due diligence coordination, deal structuring, and negotiation of definitive agreements.
- Draft and negotiate transaction documents: purchase agreements, merger agreements, and ancillary documents (escrow agreements, transition services agreements, employment and consulting agreements, IP assignments), plus board and stockholder consents.
- Coordinate due diligence: partner cross-functionally with Finance, Compliance, Risk, Product, and Engineering to identify and assess deal risks and structure appropriate protections.
- Advise on corporate structure and expansion: support entity formation and structuring for international expansion, working with local counsel as Rain enters new markets.
- Support regulatory approvals in M&A, including change-of-control filings with state regulators (e.g., money transmitter license transfers) or foreign financial authorities (e.g., EMI, VASP, or payment institution license approvals).
- Support general corporate matters, including drafting and negotiating intercompany agreements, advising on corporate structuring, and handling other corporate legal needs as they arise.
- Collaborate across the legal team: partner with colleagues focused on licensing, compliance, and regulatory matters to align corporate transactions with Rain's regulatory obligations and licensing requirements.
You are likely to succeed if you have:
- 4 to 8 years of experience in corporate law, with meaningful M&A transaction experience (law firm, in-house, or a combination).
- Hands-on experience drafting and negotiating acquisition agreements, investment documents, and related ancillary agreements.
- Strong understanding of corporate governance, entity management, and Delaware corporate law.
- The ability to manage multiple workstreams and competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Clear, confident communication skills, with the ability to translate complex legal concepts for business stakeholders.
- Strong hands-on drafting skills, with the ability to handle a meaningful share of contract and transaction drafting in-house.
- A JD and admission to at least one U.S. state bar.
Bonus attributes:
- Ability to support corporate governance: maintain corporate records and entity management across Rain's global subsidiary structure.
- Ability to negotiate commercial contracts.
- Experience at a fintech, payments, crypto, or digital assets company.
- Familiarity with cross-border M&A or international entity structuring.
- Background in venture capital transactions (SAFEs, convertible notes, priced rounds).
- Experience working on inter-company agreements and corporate structuring.
- SEC reporting or compliance experience.

You will partner closely with product and engineering teams to pilot and scale AI solutions, own the operational transformation plan needed to embed AI into day-to-day field workflows, and establish the governance framework that keeps AI adoption safe, compliant, and aligned with company standards. This is a hands-on role for someone who can move from strategy to execution without heavy oversight.

build relationships with champions in the field organization to activate power-usage and drive peer-led adoption; track this adoption (e.g., usage, proficiency, behavior change) with our AI Ops Specialist and Enablement Analyst.

Design and drive the operational plan that turns AI pilots into scaled, repeatable processes, coordinating across enablement, ops, and technical teams to remove execution bottlenecks.
AI Governance:
Influence and lead governance standards for AI tool adoption in the field, including data usage, risk review, tool vetting, and alignment with company-wide AI policy.
What You’ll Bring
Mid-Senior Experience:
Several years of experience in enablement, sales operations, or a related GTM function, with a track record of owning initiatives end-to-end.
AI Solutions Experience:
Direct experience evaluating, piloting, or deploying AI tools or solutions in a business context, with a solid technical understanding of how they work and where they add value. Proven ability to work closely with product and engineering teams, translating field needs into technical requirements and vice versa.
Self-Sufficiency:
Comfortable operating with significant autonomy — able to define scope, structure ambiguous problems, and drive work forward without needing detailed direction.

Strong project management instincts; able to manage multiple workstreams (roadmap, use cases, ops transformation, governance) in parallel without dropping details.
Innovative Mindset:
A builder's orientation toward new technology — curious about what's possible, willing to experiment, and able to separate genuine opportunity from hype.
Enablement/Sales Background:
Familiarity with field or sales enablement motions (onboarding, tool adoption, content, coaching) and how AI can realistically augment them.
GitLab Values Alignment:
Ability to work in an all-remote, asynchronous environment, leaning heavily on transparency and collaboration as defined in the GitLab Handbook.

About Vercel:
Vercel is the agentic infrastructure company, freeing people and agents to ship what's next. For more than a decade we've helped builders move from idea to production with speed, security, and exceptional developer experience.
Now we're scaling our products for both agents and people to ship and run software, built in the open and trusted by OpenAI, PayPal, Ramp, Supreme, and millions of developers worldwide.
About the role
Vercel is hiring a Senior Integrated Campaigns Manager to architect and lead the global, multi-channel campaigns that drive awareness, adoption, and pipeline for Vercel's platform and developer tools.
You will report to the Head of Strategic Events & Integrated Demand Generation and own Vercel's integrated campaign motion. You'll translate product and business priorities into cohesive campaign narratives that resonate with developers, technical decision-makers, and enterprise buyers, then orchestrate the cross-functional machine that brings them to life.
Working alongside Product Marketing, Growth, Digital, Field Marketing, Strategic Events, and Sales, you'll unify individual channel efforts into a single integrated motion. Every campaign you run will blend developer-first storytelling with enterprise-grade messaging and span the full funnel from first touch to closed revenue.
If you’re based within a pre-determined commuting distance of one of our offices (SF, NY, London, or Berlin), the role includes in-office anchor days on Monday, Tuesday, and Friday. If you're located beyond that distance, the role is fully remote. For location-specific details, please connect with our recruiting team.
What you'll do
Own the end-to-end strategy, planning, and execution of Vercel's global integrated campaigns, from big-idea development through channel activation, measurement, and iteration.
Translate product and business priorities into campaign narratives and messaging architectures tailored to distinct audiences: developers, full-stack teams, product leaders, and enterprise buyers.
Orchestrate multi-channel programs across paid, owned, and earned channels in partnership with Growth, Digital, and Performance Marketing, ensuring every touchpoint ladders up to a unified story.
Partner with Strategic Events and Field Marketing to extend campaigns into trade shows, regional events, and developer meetups to create experiences that reinforce the campaign narrative in person.
Align with Sales and BDR leadership so campaigns fuel outbound motions with the right messaging, content, and follow-up plays that convert.
Build and maintain the global campaign calendar, managing dependencies, sequencing, and regional alignment across functions and time zones.
Define success metrics upfront, then measure, report, and optimize by running structured experiments across creative, messaging, channels, and audience segments.
Mentor and guide campaign best practices across the marketing org, raising the bar for how Vercel plans and ships integrated programs.
What you need
7+ years of B2B marketing experience, with 3+ years leading integrated or demand generation campaigns — within developer tools, cloud infrastructure or other technical SaaS products.
A proven track record of owning global, full-funnel campaigns end to end, with clear pipeline and revenue impact you can point to.
Deep understanding of developer audiences and the nuances of marketing technical products without dumbing them down.
A strong storyteller who can shape a campaign narrative and hold it consistent across every channel and region.
Exceptional program management skills: you can coordinate across regions, time zones, and a dozen stakeholders without dropping threads.
Data-fluent, with hands-on experience defining KPIs, building reporting, and using performance data to make optimization calls.
Comfortable operating with autonomy in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where priorities evolve quickly.
Bonus if you
Have marketed directly to developer communities or run technical content programs.
Have launched campaigns supporting AI, cloud, or infrastructure products.
Have worked in both high-growth startups and large-scale enterprise organizations.
Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive compensation package, including equity.
Inclusive Healthcare Package.
Learn and Grow - we provide mentorship and send you to events that help you build your network and skills.
Flexible Time Off.
We will provide you the gear you need to do your role, and a WFH budget for you to outfit your space as needed.
The San Francisco, CA base pay range for this role is $150,000 - $207,000. Actual salary will be based on job-related skills, experience, and location. Compensation outside of San Francisco may be adjusted based on employee location. The Tech Operations Specialist keeps the field organization's AI tooling running smoothly day to day. You will maintain a clear inventory of AI tools in use across the field, manage an index of use cases and field needs, track adoption and utilization, manage access requests, and keep the underlying data feeding these tools clean and well-organized. Maintain an up-to-date inventory of all AI tools used across the field org, identify overlap or redundancy, and support consolidation efforts to reduce tool sprawl.

Formalize a library of field-adopted and -requested use cases for our AI tools, in coordination with the AI Transformation Owner, CRO.
Utilization & Tracking:
Monitor usage of AI tools across teams, build simple reporting to track adoption trends, and flag underutilized or underperforming tools to stakeholders.
Comms & Enablement:

Strong attention to detail with the ability to track multiple tools, requests, and datasets simultaneously without things falling through the cracks.
Interest in AI Tooling:
Genuine curiosity about AI tools and platforms, with willingness to learn the technical basics of how they're configured, accessed, and maintained. Act as an advocate for AI Adoption and best practices in the field.
Process-Minded:
Comfortable following and improving structured processes (intake forms, access workflows, tracking dashboards) rather than needing to build strategy from scratch.
Collaborative:
Able to work with enablement, IT, and field stakeholders to gather requirements and resolve access or data issues efficiently.
Data Comfort:
Basic comfort working with spreadsheets, dashboards, or simple data tools to track utilization and maintain data quality.

We're hiring a DevRel Engineer to work inside the product teams building Vercel's agentic infrastructure:
AI Gateway
,
Sandbox
, and the primitives that come after them. You'll sit with product and engineering, build with these tools before anyone else can, and show the world what they make possible. You will report to the Head of AI Infrastructure and can be located anywhere.
If you’re based within a pre-determined commuting distance of one of our offices (SF, NY, London, or Berlin), the role includes in-office anchor days on Monday, Tuesday, and Friday, even if the role is listed as remote. For location-specific details, please connect with our recruiting team.
When applying, include a link to something you made that taught developers something, a talk, a repo, a post, a video. Applications without one will not be considered.
What you'll do
Build agents and applications on AI Gateway and Sandbox before they ship, then turn what you learn into demos, templates, and open source projects developers actually clone and run.
Teach developers how to build with agentic infrastructure through writing, talks, videos, and live coding. You set the canonical examples the ecosystem emulates.
Shape the products themselves. You sit in the same planning meetings as the PMs and engineers, and your job is to hit the rough edges first and make sure they get fixed before launch.
Own the important pieces of launches: example repos, launch demos, docs contributions, and the first wave of answers when developers start asking questions.
Bring the outside in: track how developers across the ecosystem are building agents, where they get stuck, and what they're reaching for that doesn't exist yet.
What you need
5+ years in engineering, DevRel, or DX roles, with software you can point to.
You've built and shipped AI applications or agents: you know tool calling, model routing, and sandboxed code execution from using them.
Strong TypeScript, and you're at home in the Next.js and AI SDK ecosystem.
You have a public body of work: talks, posts, open source, or videos.
You can take a half-finished API and produce a working demo and a clear explanation in the same week, often the same day.
You've changed a product roadmap with developer feedback.
Bonus if you
Maintain or contribute to an open source project other developers depend on.
Have spun up a microVM and have opinions on why isolation matters for agents.
Have shipped something real on Vercel with the AI SDK.

Proficiency with DevSecOps tools or adjacent technical tooling, with the ability to translate tool capabilities into customer outcomes.
A technical background in software development or systems engineering, including comfort discussing architecture, workflows, and implementation tradeoffs.
The ability to communicate complex technical and organizational topics clearly in writing and live settings, including Zoom calls, workshops, and presentations.
Experience operating as a trusted technical advisor to customer and business stakeholders in a post-sales environment.

Wrike is the most powerful work management platform. Built for teams and organizations looking to collaborate, create, and exceed every day, Wrike brings everyone and all work into a single place to remove complexity, increase productivity, and free people up to focus on their most purposeful work.
Wrike is our people, not a place. As a distributed team, we own our growth, stay globally connected, and rely on the product we build to deliver impactful work alongside brilliant minds. You'll have real ownership over meaningful work, a global team that has your back, and the flexibility to do your best work your way. If that sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you.
Our vision:
A world where everyone is free to focus on their most purposeful work, together.
About the Role:
With flexible, distributed-first ways of working, you'll have the support to do your best work, wherever you are. As the
Lead Identity & Access Management Specialist
you will be the primary architect and team leader driving our cloud application security posture. Your mission is to balance business agility with absolute data protection across our sprawling SaaS ecosystem (including M365, Slack, Salesforce, etc).
In this role, you will bridge the gap between user enablement and risk management by owning Identity and Access Management (IAM), deploying SaaS Security Posture Management (SSPM) tools to prevent configuration drift, and governing the entire lifecycle of our business applications. Crucially, you will lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing team of IT engineers with a strong security mindset, fostering a collaborative culture rooted in automation and proactive risk reduction.
Your Impact:
By building and automating robust Identity pipelines:
You will design, configure, and maintain our Identity Providers (IdP) using SAML 2.0, OIDC, and OAuth 2.0. You will leverage SCIM to automate provisioning and ensure immediate, airtight offboarding to prevent orphan accounts.
By hardening our SaaS posture against configuration drift:
You will deploy and manage SaaS Security Posture Management (SSPM) tools. You will establish and enforce security baselines (such as CIS benchmarks) across our key tools, catching unauthorized administrative changes in real time.
By governing the security of third-party integrations:
You will audit, restrict, and manage OAuth permissions granted to third-party add-ons and AI extensions, ensuring our enterprise data remains inside approved boundaries.
By mitigating Shadow IT and assessing third-party risk (TPRM):
You will analyze CASB, proxy, and endpoint logs to discover unauthorized SaaS usage. You will partner with Procurement to assess the security profiles of new software vendors by auditing SOC 2 reports, ISO certifications, and CAIQ sheets.
By championing technical leadership and team growth
: You will build, mentor, and guide a dedicated team of IT professionals. By establishing engineering best practices, leading agile workflows, and promoting continuous learning, you will multiply your impact across the entire organization and cultivate the next generation of cloud security talent.
Your Qualifications:
Experience: 5+ years of dedicated experience in Cloud Security, IAM Administration, or IT Security Operations, including 1-2 years of experience leading, mentoring, or acting as a technical coordinator for other engineers.
Technical Skills:
Deep expertise in identity protocols: SAML 2.0, OIDC, OAuth 2.0, and SCIM.
Hands-on administration experience with modern IdPs (Okta or Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD).
Scripting capabilities in Python, PowerShell, or Bash to automate security workflows and interact with SaaS APIs.
Soft Skills: Exceptional collaboration and communication skills to explain complex security practices to non-technical stakeholders, combined with a pragmatic, problem-solving mindset and proven leadership capabilities to unblock and motivate team members.
Standout Qualities:
You hold an industry-recognized Cloud Security certification like CCSP or CCSK (Cloud Security Alliance).
You hold a specialized identity certification like Microsoft SC-300 or an Okta Certified Professional/Administrator credential.
You have direct experience deploying and running enterprise-grade SSPM or DSPM solutions (e.g., Wiz, AppOmni, Reco, or Defender for Cloud Apps).
Leadership Excellence: You have a proven track record of designing technical roadmaps, translating business objectives into actionable engineering sprints, and successfully leading a small-to-midsize IT or Security team through complex migrations or infrastructure overhauls.
Team Dynamics:
Reporting: You will report directly to IT Ops Lead, joining a team that values proactive protection and automated operations.
The Neighborhood: You will collaborate daily with IT Operations, HR Ops (for automated onboarding/offboarding workflows), Security, Procurement (for vendor assessments), and departmental leads across the company.
Our Work Style: We operate in a highly flexible, remote-friendly, and data-driven environment. We live in Wrike for project management, utilize Okta / Entra ID, and scripting (Python, PowerShell) for API-driven automation.
Our Philosophy: We follow a Zero Trust security approach. We believe in securing through smart automation and user education rather than simply "blocking" productivity tools.
Benefits & Perks:
25 calendar days of paid vacation
Sick Leave Compensation (5 Paid Uncertified Sick Days)
Parental Leave: 18 Weeks Maternity / 4 Week Paternity
2 Volunteer Days
Medical Insurance (Employees + Dependents)
Hybrid Working Model
School Allowance (Up to €600/month for school aged kids)
Simcard w/ Unlimited Internet Access for active employees
Office Lunch Allowance (via Wolt) on Wednesdays / Thursday
