Who We Are
At OKX, we believe that the future will be reshaped by crypto, and ultimately contribute to every individual's freedom. OKX is a leading crypto exchange, and the developer of OKX Wallet, giving millions access to crypto trading and decentralized crypto applications (dApps). OKX is also a trusted brand by hundreds of large institutions seeking access to crypto markets. We are safe and reliable, backed by our Proof of Reserves. Across our multiple offices globally, we are united by our core principles:
We Before Me
,
Do the Right Thing
, and
Get Things Done
. These shared values drive our culture, shape our processes, and foster a friendly, rewarding, and diverse environment for every OK-er.
About The Opportunity
We are looking for a sharp, hands-on Growth Product Manager to join OKX's Growth team and own the programs that drive user acquisition, activation, and retention at scale. You will design, ship, and iterate on growth campaigns, referral mechanics, and incentive systems that directly move our core business metrics.
OKX is one of the world's leading crypto exchanges, serving over 50 million users globally. As we scale our US and European presence in a rapidly evolving regulatory landscape, our Growth team sits at the intersection of product, data, and go-to-market. If you want to do the most impactful growth work in crypto right now, with real budget, real data, and real users, this is the seat.
What You’ll Be Doing
Define the growth product vision and own the roadmap and set the strategic direction for where we invest, what we build, and how we win across key markets.
Design, ship, and iterate on growth campaigns and features with clear hypotheses, rapid experimentation cycles, and measurable outcomes.
Read data like a native: independently conduct funnel analysis, cohort segmentation, and channel ROI modeling to identify the highest-leverage growth opportunities and make fast resource allocation decisions.
Build fraud-resistant growth systems by design — model abuse vectors proactively, architect product-level guardrails against bot attacks, multi-accounting, and reward farming, and balance acquisition scale with cost quality as a P&L owner.
Drive cross-functional execution cross-functionally in a fast-moving, globally distributed org.
Champion AI-native product development, leverage LLMs, agentic workflows, and automation tools to accelerate analysis, prototyping, and decision-making across the team.
Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders to localize growth strategies and adapt playbooks across different regulatory and market environments.
What We Look For In You
5–10+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years directly owning growth, user acquisition, or activation — ideally at a crypto exchange, fintech platform, or hyper-growth consumer company.
Proven track record of designing and shipping growth campaigns or referral/incentive programs that drove significant user or revenue growth, with quantifiable results.
Sharp product instinct for user experience, you can spot friction in a signup flow, a poorly positioned CTA, or a broken incentive loop from the user's perspective, and you fix it fast.
Strong understanding of fraud and abuse patterns in growth programs
Thrives in ambiguity and speed: you're comfortable operating with incomplete information, making fast calls, and course-correcting.
Genuine enthusiasm for AI-native workflows to multiply your output and are excited about integrating them into product development processes.
Excellent communication skills, can distill complex data and tradeoffs into clear recommendations for leadership, and can align diverse stakeholders without heavy process overhead.
Experience with multi-market or multi-region growth is a strong plus.
Crypto-native or fintech background is strongly preferred.
Perks & Benefits
Competitive total compensation package
L&D programs and Education subsidy for employees' growth and development
Various team building programs and company events

- Partner closely with Finance, Data Science, Growth, Security, Support, and go-to-market teams to keep billing data accurate, auditable, and compliant, and to expand payment method coverage and optimize authorization rates globally.
- Build internal tooling that empowers Support and Finance to diagnose and resolve billing issues quickly.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 4+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Direct experience building or scaling billing, payments, subscription, or monetization systems.
- Deep familiarity with payment processors (Stripe, Square, etc.), including subscriptions, invoicing, disputes, refunds, and webhooks.
- Demonstrated experience and appetite for building in-house billing solutions that rival leading best-in-class buy options.

OUR MISSION
Perplexity’s mission is to power curiosity. Curious people are the people who drive change in the world. Driving change is a continuous cycle of learning, building, and integrating.
Learn: curious people constantly learn new things by asking more. They question the status quo in their own expertise and they constantly learn outside of it. Research is essential to them and never ending.
Build: curious people make and create things, to show the world their new answers to problems no one else ever questioned. They take action on what they’ve learned. Makers need tools to create their products, their companies, their reality.
Integrate: they must interact with the world as it is to drive change and adoption. True leaders do not simply build something and hope. They must have armies of agents and workers who can constantly work in millions of small ways.
Repeat. For curious people this is a cycle that never ends.

ABOUT US
Sierra is the leading platform for customer-facing AI agents, working with many of the world's biggest brands — including The GAP, Rocket Mortgage, SoFi, Sutter Health, and SoftBank — to transform how they serve customers and grow their businesses. We are primarily an in-person company based in San Francisco, with growing offices across North America, Europe, and Asia.
We are guided by a set of values that are at the core of our actions and define our culture: Trust, Customer Obsession, Craftsmanship, Intensity, and a commitment to balancing Family along the way. These values are the foundation of our work, and we are committed to upholding them in everything we do.
Our co-founders are Bret Taylor https://www.linkedin.com/in/brettaylor/ and Clay Bavor https://www.linkedin.com/in/claybavor/. Bret currently serves as Board Chair of OpenAI. Previously, he was co-CEO of Salesforce (which had acquired the company he founded, Quip) and CTO of Facebook. Bret was also one of Google's earliest product managers and co-creator of Google Maps. Before founding Sierra, Clay spent 18 years at Google, where he most recently led Google Labs. Earlier, he started and led Google’s AR/VR effort, Project Starline, and Google Lens. Before that, Clay led the product and design teams for Google Workspace.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
As a Forward Deployed Infrastructure Engineer at Sierra, and a founding member of this function, you will own the end-to-end lifecycle of customer deployments, while helping define how Sierra’s AI platform is deployed and operated across enterprise environments. You'll work directly with enterprise customers to architect, deploy, upgrade, and manage Sierra's AI platform infrastructure — ensuring every deployment meets their security, compliance, and operational requirements. In addition, you’ll establish the standards, tooling, and processes that make deployments scalable and repeatable, and partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Product, Sales, and Customer Success. This role will define how Sierra scales some of its most complex customer engagements.
- Own deployment architecture conversations and execution — designing and implementing deployment strategies across customer environments, including VPC configuration, permissioning, networking, and infrastructure provisioning.
- Manage the full infrastructure lifecycle for some of Sierra’s most critical customers: initial deployment, ongoing upgrades, scaling, and incident support.
- Develop and maintain deployment runbooks, upgrade procedures, and automation tooling to make operations repeatable and reliable.
- Partner with engineering teams to ensure Sierra's platform is deployable and operable across diverse customer requirements.
- Work with customers' platform engineering, security, and DevOps teams to navigate their infrastructure constraints and compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to scope infrastructure requirements during pre-sales and onboarding, translating customer needs into concrete deployment plans.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- 4+ years of experience in infrastructure, DevOps, platform engineering, or solutions architecture roles — with significant time spent on customer-facing deployment work.
- Deep experience with AWS services, Terraform, container orchestration, and cloud networking (VPCs, IAM, DNS, load balancing).
- Track record of managing deployments in customer-owned cloud environments, including navigating security reviews, compliance requirements, and change management processes.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity with enterprise stakeholders — from platform engineers to CISOs — and turn infrastructure conversations into actionable deployment plans.
- Strong operational instincts: you think about upgrades, rollbacks, monitoring, and failure modes from the start, not as an afterthought.
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment and collaborating across engineering, product, and go-to-market teams.
- Degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
EVEN BETTER…
- Hands-on experience with Go services, GraphQL APIs, or LLM infrastructure in production environments.
- Past experience at an early-stage company where you built deployment operations, playbooks, and tooling.
- Familiarity with observability and incident management in distributed systems (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, or similar).
- Experience with CI/CD pipeline design, deployment automation, or infrastructure self-service tooling for enterprise customers.
OUR VALUES
- Trust: We build trust with our customers with our accountability, empathy, quality, and responsiveness. We build trust in AI by making it more accessible, safe, and useful. We build trust with each other by showing up for each other professionally and personally, creating an environment that enables all of us to do our best work.
- Customer Obsession: We deeply understand our customers’ business goals and relentlessly focus on driving outcomes, not just technical milestones. Everyone at the company knows and spends time with our customers. When our customer is having an issue, we drop everything and fix it.
- Craftsmanship: We get the details right, from the words on the page to the system architecture. We have good taste. When we notice something isn’t right, we take the time to fix it. We are proud of the products we produce. We continuously self-reflect to continuously self-improve.
- Intensity: We know we don’t have the luxury of patience. We play to win. We care about our product being the best, and when it isn’t, we fix it. When we fail, we talk about it openly and without blame so we succeed the next time.
- Family: We know that balance and intensity are compatible, and we model it in our actions and processes. We are the best technology company for parents. We support and respect each other and celebrate each other’s personal and professional achievements.
WHAT WE OFFER
We want our benefits to reflect our values and offer the following to full-time employees:
- Flexible (unlimited) paid time off
- Medical, dental, and vision benefits for you and your family
- Life insurance and disability benefits
- Retirement plan dependent on country of employment
- Parental leave
- Fertility and family building benefits through Carrot
- Lunch, as well as delicious snacks and coffee to keep you energized
- Discretionary benefit stipend giving people the ability to spend where it matters most
- Free alphorn lessons
These benefits are further detailed in Sierra's policies, may vary by region, and are subject to change at any time, consistent with the terms of any applicable compensation or benefits plans. Eligible full-time employees can participate in Sierra's equity plans subject to the terms of the applicable plans and policies.
BE YOU, WITH US
We're working to bring the transformative power of AI to every organization in the world. To do so, it is important to us that the diversity of our employees represents the diversity of our customers. We believe that our work and culture are better when we encourage, support, and respect different skills and experiences represented within our team. We encourage you to apply even if your experience doesn't precisely match the job description. We strive to evaluate all applicants consistently without regard to race, color, religion, gender, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, pregnancy, gender expression or identity, sexual orientation, citizenship, or any other legally protected class.

We're looking for a Partnerships Lead, GSIs to build and scale Replit's relationships with the world's largest systems integrators. This is a high-impact, externally-facing role at the intersection of channel strategy, enterprise go-to-market, and ecosystem development. You'll own how Replit shows up for the EYs and Accentures of the world, building the programs, partnerships, and co-sell motions that turn GSI relationships into a meaningful revenue channel.
AI-driven software development is reshaping how enterprises build, and GSIs are at the center of how that transformation gets delivered to their clients. WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own and develop Replit's GSI Channel program strategy, building on the momentum of our Accenture partnership to recruit, enable, and scale additional GSI relationships (e.g., Deloitte, Cognizant, Infosys, Wipro, TCS, and others).
- Serve as the primary relationship owner for key GSI partners, developing joint go-to-market plans, co-sell motions, and solution frameworks that drive pipeline and revenue.
- Build and manage the partner enablement program, including training, certifications, and technical resources that equip GSI teams to position and deliver Replit-powered solutions to their enterprise clients.
- Collaborate closely with Replit's Enterprise Sales team to identify and pursue co-sell opportunities, aligning GSI capabilities with customer needs for AI-driven software development.
- Develop joint solution offerings with GSI partners that combine Replit's platform with partner delivery capabilities, targeting use cases in application modernization, developer productivity, and AI transformation.
- Define and track partnership KPIs, including partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline, revenue, certifications, and customer outcomes. Regularly report progress to leadership.
- Represent Replit at partner events, industry conferences, and executive briefings to deepen relationships and expand our partner ecosystem.
- Negotiate partnership agreements, including commercial terms, co-marketing commitments, and joint investment plans.
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- 8+ years of experience in partnerships, channel sales, alliances, or business development, with a significant focus on GSI relationships.
- Proven track record of building and scaling GSI or large SI partnerships at a high-growth technology company, ideally in developer tools, cloud infrastructure, or enterprise SaaS.
- Deep understanding of how GSIs operate, including their practice models, delivery structures, go-to-market motions, and decision-making processes.
- Experience developing joint solutions and co-sell motions with GSI partners that resulted in measurable pipeline and revenue growth.
- Strong executive presence with the ability to build trust and credibility with senior leaders at GSI firms and within your own organization.
- Highly collaborative, with experience working cross-functionally across Sales, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.
- Comfort operating in a fast-paced, early-stage environment where you will need to build processes and programs from scratch.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to articulate the value of AI-driven development to both technical and business audiences.
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent experience is a plus.
BONUS QUALIFICATIONS
- Join at a pivotal moment: Replit is defining a new category in AI-powered software development, and our GSI channel is a strategic growth lever.
- Work alongside a world-class team passionate about making software creation accessible to billions of people.

As pioneers in blockchain scalability and security, we're at the forefront of transforming how the world interacts with decentralized applications. We're laying the foundation that will define the next generation of digital commerce, governance, and human interaction. This involves tackling real-world challenges that come with scaling blockchain technology, without compromising on its core principles: decentralization, security and transparency.
At the center of this vision is our people. Our team is made up of thinkers and doers that embrace new challenges and seek solutions that push existing boundaries. If you’re energized by solving unprecedented problems, and believe in the role that decentralized systems will play in creating a more equitable digital future, then we want to hear from you.
Why Offchain?
Offchain is setting the pace for the entire Ethereum ecosystem. We built the Arbitrum stack that powers Arbitrum One, the most widely adopted Ethereum scaling solution that exists today.
Arbitrum’s ecosystem is undergoing tremendous growth with hundreds of projects and dApps on Arbitrum One today. Over 100 different teams have used Offchain technology to build their own Arbitrum chains. Major players in the space, Robinhood, BlackRock, Ethena Labs, Securitize, Aave, and Apechain are all using the Arbitrum stack.
Arbitrum’s thriving ecosystem wouldn’t exist without our advanced technology stack. Arbitrum, Prysm, ZeroDev. These aren’t just product names. These are tools that are actively reshaping what's possible on Ethereum and advancing its core infrastructure.
To top it all off? We’re backed by $124 million in funding. We’ve demonstrated consistent execution with billions in secured value, thousands of supported projects, and infrastructure processing millions of transactions seamlessly.
The Role:
Offchain seeks a Head of Enterprise to own the commercial strategy and collaboration with Product for the company’s blockchain services platform. The ideal GM is a leader who can seamlessly navigate technical complexity, commercial strategy, and team management while maintaining deep customer focus and driving measurable business outcomes in the rapidly evolving blockchain ecosystem.
What You’ll Do:

Develop the commercial strategy (e.g. potential revenue streams, growth and go-to-market strategies) and success metrics for our platform offering. Forge partnerships within the Arbitrum and broader Ethereum ecosystem to drive impact across our products. Customer Focus & Product Excellence:
Maintain a razor sharp focus on delivering value to teams building onchain applications. Work directly with our users and customers to shape industry-leading products, and serve as a key stakeholder in the sales and business development process. Ensure that everything we ship as part of our platform offering is class-leading with no compromises on security, performance, or ease-of-use.

You will work closely with product teams to ensure the needs and feature requests of both existing and prospective customers are incorporated throughout the platform’s development. You will also provide product teams with deal-driven insights and timelines, helping prioritize features based on customer importance and active negotiations.
Cross-Functional Management:
Build and lead a high-performing organization including product and design teams; coordinating closely with engineering leads. As a business unit leader, coordinate cross-functionally with Legal/Compliance (to navigate evolving crypto regulations), Security, Marketing, and Partnerships. Manage the Platform team’s KPIs and budgets, and communicate progress to Offchain's leadership.

Strategic and Commercial Acumen:
Visionary mindset to shape product strategy aligned with company goals, paired with data-driven decision-making. Understands product metrics, growth funnels, and can define OKRs. Business savvy to identify market opportunities. Experience defining go-to-market strategies and driving user growth/engagement metrics is important.

Experienced in managing strategic accounts, growing revenue through renewals, upsell, and cross-sell, and building trusted executive relationships to expand platform adoption over time.

Deep knowledge of digital wallets, payments, or Web3 products. Experience in consumer fintech (digital banking, payment apps, etc.) or crypto is required – mixed Web2/Web3 experience is a plus. Familiarity with blockchain tech, Ethereum ecosystem, and self-custody wallets is highly desirable, or a strong ability to learn these quickly.

ABOUT PEEC AI
Peec AI is the analytics platform for AI search. People increasingly discover products and make buying decisions through ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Google's AI Overviews instead of traditional search, and most brands have no idea where they show up in those answers. Peec gives marketing, SEO, and growth teams the data to see exactly that: how visible their brand is across AI platforms, how they compare to competitors, and where to win.
We are defining this category, and the market is moving with us. Peec is a Series A company backed by 20VC and Singular, that went from $0 to $15M ARR in 18 months, with a 100+ person team across our Berlin HQ and our New York office.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are hiring a Senior Account Executive in New York to own our largest and most complex deals across North America. You will sell to SEO, marketing, and growth leaders at enterprise and agency accounts, run the full cycle from first conversation to close, and set the standard for how the US team sells.
This is a senior seat in a young office. You will work side by side with the founding NYC team, and you will have a real say in how we build the US go-to-market: the playbook, the positioning, and the bar we hold ourselves to. If you want to be the rep others learn the motion from, this is that role.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Source and close new business across North America, owning the full cycle from discovery and demo through negotiation and close
- Build your own pipeline into strategic accounts, and partner with SDRs and Marketing on targeted outbound across your patch
- Multi-thread across senior stakeholders and build the business case that gets a new category onto a budget
- Keep your CRM clean and your forecast honest, with a strong handle on deal progress
- Build lasting relationships with your customers and spot expansion opportunities as their AI search programs grow
- Set the bar for the AEs around you: share what works, help shape the playbook, and raise the quality of the whole team's selling
- Feed what you learn on calls back into product, marketing, and the sales playbook. At this stage, your input shapes how we sell.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 5+ years of experience in a quota-carrying software sales role
- A consistent track record of overachievement against a quota of $1M+, sustained across multiple years rather than one strong run
- Experience closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals end to end, including negotiation and procurement
- A builder of your own pipeline: you can point to closed deals that started with your own prospecting
- Sharp communication and a natural ability to tell the story of a new category simply
- Comfortable being the senior voice in a young team, and willing to set the standard rather than wait for one
BONUS POINTS
- Repeatedly achieving President's Club
- Experience as an early sales hire in a high-growth, venture-backed startup
- Experience selling SEO, analytics, or martech software
- Interest in growing into a team leadership position as the US office scales
- You already know what GEO and AEO stand for.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Transparent comp with a 50/50 base to variable split, plus equity
- Comprehensive benefits package
- Collaborative, high-energy in-office work environment
- Opportunity to make a significant impact and define a new market category

We are building AI to simulate the world through merging art and science.
We believe that world models are at the frontier of progress in artificial intelligence. Language models alone won’t solve the world’s hardest problems – robotics, disease, scientific discovery. Real progress requires models that experience the world and learn from their mistakes, the same way that humans do. And this kind of trial and error can be massively accelerated when done in simulation, rather than in the real world.
World models offer the most clear path to general-purpose simulation, changing how stories are told, how scientific progress is made and how the next frontiers of humanity are reached.
Our team consists of creative, open minded, caring and ambitious people who are determined to change the world. We aspire to continuously build impossible things and our ability to do so relies on building an incredible team. If you are driven to do the same, we'd love to hear from you.
*Titles posted to our careers page are updated regularly to best advertise the role and expected seniority, but internally we have a flat titling system with two types of titles: one for individual contributors and one for people managers.
We are seeking a visionary and high-impact General Manager for Japan to lead our commercial expansion. This is a foundational role. You will be responsible for defining our go-to-market strategy in Japan, establishing enterprise partnerships and customer relationships and driving the adoption of Runway’s creator platform across the region.
Note: For candidates based in Tokyo, this role may expand into the Country Manager, overseeing local operations and serving as the primary representative of Runway in Japan.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Lead commercial efforts by designing the go-to-market strategy for Japan, focusing on high-value enterprise accounts in media, entertainment, advertising, brands and technology sectors
- Identify enterprise and distribution partnerships, cultivating relationships with C-suite executives at Japan’s largest firms, navigating the unique nuances of Japanese business culture and long-term relationship building
- Localize product and marketing strategy to the Japan market, working closely with Product, Creative, and Marketing teams to ensure Runway’s offerings and messaging are deeply resonant with Japanese customer base
- Serve as the subject matter expert on the Japanese and broader Asia competitive landscape, regulatory environment and emerging AI trends
- Build the Japan office by recruiting, leading and mentoring a local team of enterprise account executives, and growth and deployment leads
- Represent Runway at major industry events, conferences, and in the media to establish us as the leading AI partner for Japanese creators and enterprises
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise software, media technology or high-growth AI startups, with a proven leadership track record of building and cultivating high performance teams
- Native fluency in Japanese, with professional fluency in English. You must be able to bridge the communication gap between our US teams and local stakeholders
- An existing network of relationships within major Japanese media companies, advertising agencies or major tech conglomerates
- Deep understanding of Japanese business etiquette and the ability to navigate complex organizational hierarchies
- Comfortable with the ambiguity of an early-stage international expansion for a category-defining product, thinking in first principles to both close deals on the ground and build processes for scale
Runway strives to recruit and retain exceptional talent from diverse backgrounds while ensuring pay equity for our team. Our salary ranges are based on competitive market rates for our size, stage and industry, and salary is just one part of the overall compensation package we provide.
There are many factors that go into salary determinations, including relevant experience, skill level and qualifications assessed during the interview process, and maintaining internal equity with peers on the team. The range shared below is a general expectation for the function as posted, but we are also open to considering candidates who may be more or less experienced than outlined in the job description. In this case, we will communicate any updates in the expected salary range.
Lastly, the provided range is the expected salary for candidates in the U.S. Outside of those regions, there may be a change in the range, which again, will be communicated to candidates.

ABOUT THE TEAM
The Deployed Engineering team works directly with companies building and running AI agents in production, helping turn ideas and prototypes into systems teams can rely on.
This is a hands-on, highly technical team that partners closely with customer engineers across the full lifecycle, from pre-sales evaluations to post-deployment advisory work. The focus is on achieving the technical win, co-designing agent architectures, and helping customers operate agents reliably at scale using the LangChain suite.
Deployed Engineers sit at the intersection of engineering, product, and go-to-market, shaping how LangChain is adopted in the field and feeding real-world insights back into the platform.
ABOUT THE ROLE
The Deployed Engineer…You’ll work on some of the hardest problems in applied AI — not demos, not research, but systems that real teams depend on in production. The feedback loop is fast, the impact is visible, and the work you do directly shapes how AI agents are built in the real world.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Co-architect and co-build production AI agents with customer engineering teams
- Own the technical win in pre-sales by designing POCs, answering deep technical questions, and guiding evaluations
- Help customers deploy and operate agent-based applications such as conversational agents, research agents, and multi-step workflows
- Advise customers post-sale on architecture, best practices, and roadmap-level decisions
- Run technical demos, trainings, and workshops for developer audiences
- Surface field feedback and contribute reusable patterns, cookbooks, and example code that scale across customers
- Occasionally contribute code upstream when it meaningfully improves customer outcomes
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- 3+ years in a relevant technical role (software engineering, customer engineering, solutions engineering, founding/product engineering), ideally in a startup or scale-up
- Strong Python, JavaScript and systems fundamentals
- Have designed agent-based or LLM-powered applications beyond simple API calls, including multi-step workflows, orchestration, and failure handling
- Are comfortable working directly with customers during POCs, architecture reviews, and technical evaluations
- Can explain technical tradeoffs clearly and build trust with developer audiences
- Take responsibility for outcomes, not just recommendations
- Have a bias toward action and enjoy figuring things out as you go
- Are excited about operating AI agents in production, not just building demos
NICE TO HAVE’S:
- You’ve deployed AI agents in production, especially using LangChain, LangGraph, or similar frameworks
- Worked with LLM evaluation, observability, or guardrails
- Have experience with cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure), containers, and basic Kubernetes concepts
- Have shipped and operated production software and are comfortable owning systems under real-world constraints

ABOUT US
At LangChain, our mission is to make intelligent agents ubiquitous. We build the foundation for agent engineering in the real world, helping developers move from prototypes to production-ready AI agents that teams can rely on. We began as widely adopted open-source tools and have grown to also offer a platform for building, evaluating, deploying, and operating agents at scale.
With $125M raised at Series B from IVP, Sequoia, Benchmark, CapitalG, and Sapphire Ventures, we’re at a stage where we’re continuing to develop new products, growth is accelerating, and all team members have meaningful impact on what we build and how we work together. LangChain is a place where your contributions can shape how this technology shows up in the real world.
Today, our platform includes LangSmith (Observability, Evaluation, Deployment, Fleet, and Sandboxes), our open source frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, and Deep Agents), and the newly launched LangSmith Engine for autonomous agent improvement. We have 100M+ monthly open source downloads, 6,000+ active LangSmith customers, and 5 of the Fortune 10 use LangSmith in production (+ 35% of the Fortune 500 overall), including teams at Klarna, Clay, Coinbase, Workday, Lyft, Cloudflare, Harvey, Rippling, Vanta, LinkedIn, Monday.com, Nvidia, and Bridgewater.
COMPENSATION
Annual OTE range: $150,000–$250,000 USD
Compensation Philosophy:
We offer competitive compensation that includes base salary, variable compensation for relevant roles, meaningful equity, benefits, and perks.
We are hiring for this role across a range of scope, and the compensation band reflects that. Your offer depends on what we learn about your impact, craft, leadership, and communication during the interview process. We will tell you early where you’re tracking and talk comp with you before offer stage. Our fast-growing customer base includes hundreds of modern software companies building the next generation of enterprise-ready products.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Atlas gives teams a way to build and use internal software with AI, with the infrastructure to connect company tools, manage access, and share what they build.
We're hiring a Product Manager to help take Atlas from a new product to something teams rely on every day. You'll identify the most valuable problems to solve, work closely with engineering and design to ship, and figure out what turns early interest into adoption. This role spans product discovery, launch, and the work that comes after: learning from real usage and deciding where to go next.
The product team at WorkOS works closely with developers and technical buyers who have strong opinions and high standards. Our engineers bring sharp product instincts, and you'll be a close partner in deciding what to build and why. You'll have room to shape the product, make decisions with incomplete information, and move quickly as you learn.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own product direction and outcomes for Atlas, from identifying customer problems through discovery, delivery, launch, and iteration.
- Work directly with early users to understand what they're trying to build, where they get stuck, and what would make Atlas useful in their everyday work.
- Turn those insights into a clear roadmap, making deliberate choices about which use cases to pursue and what to ship first.
- Partner closely with engineering and design to turn technical capabilities into a product people can understand and use.
- Define success metrics for activation, adoption, and continued use, and use customer feedback and product data to guide your next decisions.
- Work with marketing, sales, and other go-to-market partners to bring Atlas to market and communicate its value clearly.
- Follow how people are building with AI and agents, and use what you learn to identify new product opportunities.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Experience building products for developers or technical B2B users, with the technical fluency to work closely with engineers and understand customer workflows.
- A track record of taking a new product from an early idea to launch and adoption. You can explain the decisions you made, what you learned from users, and how the product changed as a result.
- Strong product judgment: you can find a useful starting point in an ambiguous problem and decide what matters most.
- A habit of talking to customers and using what you learn to shape the product.
- The ability to move quickly, make decisions without perfect information, and adjust as new evidence comes in.
- Clear communication and strong partnerships with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams.
ESPECIALLY RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
- Shipping agentic products, or working directly alongside teams building them. Recent experience with how people use agents to get work done is a strong plus.
- Bringing a new developer tool or technical B2B product to market and building its early adoption.
- Working on pricing, packaging, or a product-led growth motion.
Benefits and Perks (US Only) 💖

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the Role
Anthropic's business metrics change quickly. New models, products and pricing land every few weeks, and each one moves the numbers in ways leadership needs to understand and act on quickly.
The Finance Analytics & Business Intelligence team is hiring a senior individual contributor to own how finance leadership reviews key business metrics. You'll run the weekly company metrics update and forum, explain what is driving revenue and usage across products, customers and models, and turn open-ended business questions into clear, data-driven answers. You'll also build what makes those answers repeatable and scalable: governed metric definitions, executive dashboards, and Claude-powered workflows for recurring analysis. The work is technical, fast-moving and highly visible, and it spans Finance, Product, Go-to-Market, Data Science and Data Engineering.
In this
role,
you will:
Own the weekly company metrics update and forum:
shape the story the numbers tell, evolve the structure and content as fast as the business changes
Define the metrics that matter:
help establish the headline KPIs leadership uses to track the business, and the driver views beneath them.
Surface macro trends:
explain what is driving growth across products, customers, and channels, and flag leading indicators early
Lead deep dives on executive questions:
take a broad question from leadership, put a measurement approach around it, and work with partner teams to deliver a clear, defensible answer
Track performance against plan:
explain where actuals differ from forecast and why it matters
Partner across teams:
work with finance leadership, product and GTM finance and strategy, data science, and data engineering to agree on how we measure the business, so everyone uses the same numbers.
Raise the bar:
land narratives in executive forums and up-level the team’s finance analytics practice by example
You might
be
a good fit if you:
Have run an executive metrics forum:
you've owned a recurring business review for senior leadership, including its structure, content and discussion.
Land narratives with executives:
your analyses have changed business decisions, and you can simplify for senior leaders without losing rigor
Put shape around ambiguity:
you’ve personally defined the measurement approach for questions nobody knew how to answer, without waiting for a fully specified ask
Stay hands-on at senior scope:
you still write the SQL and Python yourself, and you’d rather ship a defensible v1 with honest error bars than wait for perfect data
Are inherently curious:
you go one level deeper than asked and are energized by how fast models, products, and the market are moving
Thrive amid shifting priorities:
you juggle multiple fast-moving work streams and stay effective when the plan changes weekly
Work fluently with modern tooling:
you’re strong at data visualization, use Claude and AI tools as force multipliers in analysis and BI, and can self-serve your own workflows across SQL, Python, dbt, and a cloud warehouse
Strong
candidates
may also have:
Significant experience in finance analytics, business analytics or data science, including direct partnership with senior leadership
Revenue or growth analytics experience at a usage-based business (cloud, API or marketplace)
Ownership of a company or executive business review
Experience designing evals or benchmarks for AI models or products
Fluency in the LLM model and product landscape
Experience with a semantic or metrics layer
Dimensional modeling and warehouse design experience (grain, SCDs, point-in-time correctness)
Cloud platform experience (AWS, GCP) with orchestration, CI/CD for data, and testing/observability
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.

Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.
