About the Job:
Feature management and experimentation have converged into a single market, and the buying dynamic at the top has shifted. Engineering teams are no longer the sole evaluator — data scientists and data-focused PMs now carry equal weight on the largest deals. The bar for statistical depth, warehouse ergonomics, and experiment-first workflows is rising quickly.
In traditional experimentation we have built the foundation: a trusted runtime control plane, a growing experimentation engine, and early warehouse-native capabilities. We are winning lower-maturity buyers at healthy rates. We are not yet consistently winning the most sophisticated data organizations. Closing that gap is the job.
In AI experimentation, we have an early lead: the AI-native tooling category has invested in evaluation and conceded production experimentation, and we already have the primitives (statistical significance, multi-armed bandits, experiment-aware guardrails) that no AI-native competitor ships. Extending that lead is the other half of the job.
This leader will own whether LaunchDarkly becomes the definitive experimentation platform in an AI-accelerated world.
Responsibilities:
Own the Experimentation pillar.
Direct leadership of the Product team. Partner with Engineering and Design counterparts in a triad model. Accountable for the pillar's strategy, roadmap delivery, and commercial outcomes. Make the investment case across the in-product experimentation experience, the warehouse-native analysis layer, and the infrastructure that scales them.
Make experimentation the measurement layer of the AI SDLC.
Partner with our AI product, observability, and core feature management leaders to productize the capabilities we already have as AI-native primitives. Build a closed loop from offline evaluation through production experiments, to automatic promotion and rollback, to a self-improving feedback loop for agents.
Win the high-maturity buyer.
Earn the technical confidence of senior data scientists and data-focused PMs. Decide what statistical depth, warehouse coverage, and experiment-first workflow capabilities are non-negotiable, and get them shipped on a timeline that wins pivotal reference deals.
Make warehouse-native a weapon.
Expand coverage across major data warehouses and query layers. Deliver parity on analysis-only mode, variance reduction, ratio and percentile metrics, exposure validation, and arbitrary-window analysis.
Operate a high-performing function.
Run a disciplined roadmap, ship predictably against quarterly commitments, drive AI-assisted engineering productivity inside the org, and hire where gaps exist.
Be the external face of the category.
Credibly represent the product with Data scientists, PMs, experimenters, analysts, and partners. Translate the strategy to the field and equip sales to win head-to-head.
How you'll be measured:
Win rate on experimentation-involved deals, especially head-to-head competitive evaluations — step change in the first year, sustained improvement thereafter.
Reference-grade customers at the top of the maturity curve, including named strategic logos.
Monthly active customers and active-account ARR growth against plan.
Experimentation attach rate on new and expansion enterprise deals.
Engineering throughput — roadmap delivery velocity and AI-assisted development adoption inside the function.
Qualifications:
Senior product leader (GM, VP, or equivalent) with a track record of owning a product line that competes on statistical rigor and data infrastructure.
Deep, operator-level fluency in experimentation methodology: causal inference, variance reduction, ratio metrics, sequential testing, exposure design, multi-armed bandits, and composite/multi-objective metrics — and the realities of running these at scale against production data warehouses and against non-deterministic systems where output variance, not just user variance, drives sample-size and significance decisions.
Has earned credibility with data science leaders and experimentation specialists at sophisticated organizations — and can recruit them.
Has led a function that includes engineering, design, and data science. Comfortable setting a multi-quarter roadmap, championing investment allocation, and reporting results to an executive team and board.
Clear, direct communicator. Decides fast with incomplete information. Prefers shipping and learning to requirements documents.
Opinionated about where experimentation is going in an AI-native world — and specifically, how agents and autonomous systems will use experimentation infrastructure differently than human teams do.
Preferred Qualifications:
You have built or scaled experimentation at an organization where it was core infrastructure, not a secondary analytics capability.
You have personally won competitive evaluations where a sophisticated data-science organization was the deciding voice.
You have shipped warehouse-native data products and understand the operational realities of running experiments directly against customer data infrastructure.
You see experimentation as how software teams prove that any change — whether built by a person or an AI agent — actually worked. That evidence layer is core infrastructure, not a reporting afterthought.

- Hit monthly and quarterly targets for qualified pipeline generated.
WHO YOU ARE
- Up to three years of experience in a business development, sales development, or similar quota-carrying prospecting role, ideally at a technical B2B SaaS or infrastructure company.

- Comfort with both inbound follow-up and proactive outbound prospecting into enterprise accounts.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to speak credibly to technical audiences.
- A genuine interest in AI infrastructure, vector search, or developer tools. You don't need to be an engineer, but you should be willing to learn the technical fundamentals.
- A genuine interest in building a career in sales.
- Experience with a CRM (Salesforce) and sales engagement tools.
- Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable operating with a degree of ambiguity in a fast-growing company.
NICE TO HAVE
- You have an understanding of key personas in the AI/ML space.
- Familiarity with databases, search, and cloud infrastructure.
- Engineering or computer science background.

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Ramp is building new products that can reshape how finance teams operate. These products begin before the market playbook is obvious: the customer problem is still being sharpened, the product is evolving quickly, and the path from early signal to durable growth must be built.
We are hiring a Product Marketing Manager, New Products to lead that work. You will be embedded with Product and Engineering from the earliest stages, using customer and market insight to help choose the audience, shape the product, define the story, and build the commercialization and adoption motion.
This is not a launch-calendar or asset-production role. You will own the full business read for the product: customer problem, ICP, positioning, product readiness, launch, pipeline, activation, adoption, retention, proof, and the next product or GTM intervention.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Shape product strategy early. Bring customer, market, and competitive evidence into product decisions before the roadmap is fixed. Help the team identify the wedge, target segment, table stakes, differentiators, and highest-leverage problems to solve.
- Find product-market clarity. Define the ICP, buyer, user, jobs to be done, workflow, alternatives, and reasons customers will switch or expand.
- Own the product narrative. Build the canonical positioning, messaging, claims, proof, and competitive story. Translate technical and operational complexity into a clear customer value proposition without flattening how the product works.
- Design the zero-to-one GTM. Determine how the product should enter the market, including audience, channel, pricing and packaging inputs, sales motion, self-serve motion, launch sequence, and adoption plan.
- Lead launches end to end. Coordinate Product, Engineering, Sales, Growth, Creative, Communications, Support, and other partners around one launch strategy, readiness bar, and set of measurable outcomes.
- Build commercialization, not just awareness. Create the programs, enablement, proof, and feedback loops that turn interest into qualified pipeline, activation, retained usage, expansion, and revenue.
- Work deeply with Product and Engineering. Understand the product's architecture, data, constraints, and trust model well enough to influence tradeoffs and explain it credibly to both technical and business audiences.
- Create the customer learning system. Develop direct relationships with buyers and users, run structured discovery, capture objections and product gaps, and turn what you learn into product and GTM decisions.
- Own the business scorecard. Define leading and lagging indicators, build a clear operating read, diagnose what is moving or stuck, and recommend the next intervention.
- Build proof and competitive intelligence. Develop customer evidence, use cases, benchmarks, and a current view of the market that improve both product decisions and GTM execution.
- Use AI as an operating advantage. Apply AI to research, synthesis, analysis, content development, and repeatable workflows—and help the team raise its standard for speed and quality.
- Create the new-products playbook. Build a repeatable method for taking an emerging product from customer signal to product-market clarity, launch, commercialization, and scaled growth.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- 6+ years of experience in B2B software product marketing, product management, growth, strategy, or another product-led GTM function, including significant ownership of a product or business outcome.
- Demonstrated zero-to-one experience with a new product, category, platform, or business line—from early customer discovery through launch and adoption.
- A record of influencing product strategy using customer, market, competitive, and performance evidence.
- Strong customer instincts. You can run discovery, identify the real workflow and buying problem, and separate a loud request from a durable market signal.
- Technical and operational fluency. You can learn a complex product, work credibly with Product and Engineering, and explain how it works to different audiences.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication. You can produce a sharp product narrative, an executive recommendation, a launch plan, and a sales story that survives contact with customers.
- Strong data literacy. You can define and interpret activation, adoption, retention, pipeline, conversion, revenue, and product-usage metrics and turn the findings into a decision.
- Proven ability to lead senior partners across Product, Engineering, Sales, Growth, Creative, and Marketing without relying on formal authority.
- High agency and comfort with ambiguity. You build the first version, test it with customers, make tradeoffs, and improve it quickly.
- Fluency with AI tools as part of your everyday research, analysis, writing, and operating workflows.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience in fintech, payments, accounts receivable, accounting, developer tools, data infrastructure, AI, or another technical and workflow-heavy category.
- Experience taking a product from incubation through product-market fit and scaled commercialization.
- Experience with both product-led and sales-led growth motions.
- Experience contributing to pricing and packaging decisions.
- Experience as an early or founding PMM, product manager, founder, or operator in a fast-moving product area.
BENEFITS AVAILABLE TO ALL FULL-TIME RAMP EMPLOYEES (GLOBAL)

- Own vendor relationships, technology evaluations, hardware standards, monitoring, capacity planning, and ongoing infrastructure performance across networking, AV, and physical security systems.
- Evaluate emerging workplace technologies and recommend improvements that enhance reliability, scalability, and employee experience.
WORKPLACE EXPERIENCE
- Design, deploy, and continuously optimize AV and collaboration technologies across a variety of meeting spaces, including video conferencing, room scheduling, multi zone audio, digital displays, and proactive monitoring.
- Own the technology behind the end to end onboarding experience for Toronto employees, including device provisioning, MDM workflows, automation, deployment standards, and lifecycle management.
- Act as the senior technical escalation point for complex networking, AV, workplace infrastructure, and endpoint issues, while providing hands on support when required.
- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to Workplace Technology Specialists supporting other regional office locations, helping establish consistent engineering and operational standards across the company.
- Build and maintain engineering documentation, runbooks, architecture diagrams, automation workflows, and operational standards.
- Provide onsite coverage for workplace technology operations during planned absences and support additional office builds and major technology initiatives as needed.
What success looks like:
- The Toronto office launches with resilient, well designed networking, AV, and physical security systems that become the blueprint for future 1Password offices.
- Workplace infrastructure continues to evolve through proactive engineering, monitoring, automation, and lifecycle improvements rather than reactive support.
- Regional Workplace Technology Specialists are enabled through mentorship, documentation, and standardized engineering practices.
- Employees have a seamless workplace technology experience, while complex technical issues are resolved through thoughtful engineering solutions.
- Routine operational work becomes increasingly automated, allowing more time to focus on strategic infrastructure improvements and future office expansion.
Canada-based roles only: The annual base salary for this role is between $93,000 CAD and $130,000 CAD, plus immediate participation in 1Password’s generous benefits program (health, dental, RRSP and many others), utilization of our generous paid time off, an equity grant and, where applicable, participation in our incentive programs.
At 1Password, we approach each individual's compensation with a promise of fair market value and internal equity commensurate with experience and specific skill set.
This posting is for an existing vacancy.
Our culture
At 1Password, we prioritize collaboration, clear and transparent communication, receptiveness to feedback, and alignment with our core values: keep it simple, lead with honesty, and put people first.
You’ll be part of a team that challenges the status quo, and is excited to experiment and iterate in search of the best solution. That said, 1Password is not for everyone https://blog.1password.com/inside-the-culture-powering-1passwords-next-chapter/. Our work is demanding, we strive for excellence, and the pace is fast. We need people who are keen to take on challenging problems, who seek feedback to grow, and who are driven to make an impact. If you're looking for a place where you can settle into a comfortable routine, this might not be the right fit for you. We’re looking for individuals who are proven experts in their fields, as well as those who are highly adaptable, can thrive in ambiguity and through change, are curious, and above all deliver results.

About Ondo
Ondo Finance is building institutional-grade financial infrastructure for tokenized real-world assets. We operate at the intersection of traditional finance and on-chain systems, which means our product surface has to hold up against both the ordinary threats that hit any high-value fintech and the specific ones that follow value on-chain.
About the Role
We are hiring a
Senior Security Engineer - Product Security
to own how we ship secure products at Ondo. You will be a security partner for our product engineering teams, driving threat modeling, owning secure code reviews for new products or feature expansions, maintaining and tuning AppSec tooling, and improving the existing SSDLC. You can expect to take ownership of the bug bounty program, new feature to existing product reviews, and similar broad ownership of critical functions paired to a dedicated ProdSec lead. An AI-native approach is welcome, paired with AI-driven approaches should expect to be justified by describing how doing so enables risk outcomes.
This is a hands-on IC role. You will read code, run threat models, review architecture proposals, own tooling, and push engineering teams to build products that are secure by default. You partner closely with adjacent security function like AppSec, Infrasec, and SecOps.
What You’ll Do
Drive threat modeling for new features, integrations, and architectural changes across the product surface. Push threat models past templates into decisions that engineering teams actually implement.
Own secure code review for high-risk changes — authentication, session management, cryptographic paths, wallet and signing flows, RPC and third-party integrations, permission and consent surfaces.
Expand the AppSec tooling stack and treat “reducing false positives” as a first-class deliverable. AI-native integrations are welcome.
Design and evolve our secure SDLC: where security fits in the dev workflow, what triggers a review, what a lightweight security sign-off looks like versus a full one, and how do we validate controls.
Run our responsible disclosure and bug bounty program. Set scope, triage inbound reports, decide payouts, and drive findings to closure with engineering.
Support and own appropriate scope for the intake and closure of findings from external audits and pentests — coordinate with audit vendors (Coinspect, Cantina, NCC Group, and others), organize findings into our internal risk register, and drive remediation with engineering owners.
Partner with engineering leads to align o secure-by-default patterns - libraries, templates, sensible defaults, and paved-road implementations of anything security-relevant.
Threat model blockchain-integrated components like wallet flows, RPC integrations, signing infrastructure, on-chain admin actions triggered from off-chain systems in partnership with engineers who own the on-chain code.
Contribute to hiring, mentoring, and pushing the technical bar on the Security team.
What We’re Looking For
5+ years in Product Security or Application Security, including senior IC time at a fast-moving product company.
Deep secure code review skills in at least one modern stack (TypeScript / JavaScript, Python, or Go). Ability to move across stacks at the level required to threat model.
Strong threat modeling skills, appropriate to experience - you can drive a real threat model with an engineering team, not just fill in a template. In practice, we look for core understanding of industry-relevant TTPs and IoCs and strong intuitions on how to apply those lessons learned to our products.
Practical experience owning or majorly contributing to an AppSec tooling program. You have shipped rules, tuned noise, and measured impact.
Comfortable running or building a bug bounty / responsible disclosure program end-to-end assuming properly resourced to do so.
Strong working knowledge of modern web and API security - session and auth flows, OAuth and OIDC, browser security model, common web/API vulnerability classes, and their less-common variants.
Comfortable reading Terraform, cloud IAM policies, and CI/CD configuration well enough to reason about how a product vulnerability crosses into an infra risk.
Strong engineering partnership skills - you engage constructively, understand the “why” before proposing risk controls, you know when to accept risk, and you write things down.
Willing to grow into blockchain-adjacent product security on the job, including the specific attack surface introduced by wallet, signing, and on-chain-integration code.
Blockchain Exposure Note
This role firmly lives in Web2 prodsec. But, it also requires someone who understands what “Web2 vs Web3” terminology means. In other words, how our products interact with blockchains creates unique threat models that all product security teammates must grasp. At a minimum, by Day 1 you should have strong intuitions about how blockchains will make your prodsec experience unique, you should grasp the common terminologies, and you should be able to discuss with colleagues several incident post-mortems that demonstrate how Web2 compromises lead to Web3 funds losses.
You do not need to be an expert in smart contract auditing, blockchain security architectures, or decentralized consensus-driven risk controls.
Nice to Have
Prior work at a crypto, fintech, or other company where products handle high-value or irreversible actions.
Familiarity with wallet, signing, or key-management flows.
Reading-level familiarity with Solidity or Rust, target: when ProdSec intersects with smart contracts or other on-chain applications, you can parse what the code is likely doing, and work with blockchain security subject matter experts from there.
Bug bounty history - reports, CVEs, or published write-ups.
Familiarity with browser-extension security, mobile app security, or account-abstraction wallet designs.
Public output - talks, blog posts, open-source tools, CVEs.
How We Work
The Security team values a high trust team environment where respectful candor can thrive. We expect senior engineers to have an opinionated take on how to accomplish a task, accept feedback from the team and other external stakeholders and return it in kind, and to always assume positive intent. Professionalism, ethics, and enabling stakeholders towards common goals are important always.

At ClickUp, we're building the future of work: the first truly converged AI workspace unifying tasks, docs, chat, calendar, and enterprise search, all supercharged by context-driven AI. We are an AI-native company. Every team member is expected to leverage AI daily, and we evaluate AI fluency as part of our hiring process. Join us and help redefine what's possible. 🚀
ClickUp is hiring a Majors Account Executive to grow and expand our footprint across larger EMEA customers. This role is built for a seller who can take strong product adoption, identify real whitespace, and turn it into broader, multi-team commercial growth.
This is an especially important hire now because ClickUp’s international business already matters materially, and larger customers increasingly want to consolidate scattered tools, improve execution clarity, and understand how AI can create leverage across teams. We need someone who can run strong discovery, build a credible business case, and guide more complex stakeholder groups from interest to expansion.
Mission
- Own and grow expansion revenue across major EMEA accounts by identifying whitespace, building business cases, and positioning ClickUp as the platform that helps larger teams work with more clarity, speed, and operational leverage.
Key outcomes and responsibilities
- Own expansion opportunities across major accounts in your region, with a core focus on larger organisations in the roughly 1,000–2,500 employee range.
- Consistently exceed pipeline and sales targets by converting account signals, free trials, marketing-qualified leads, demo requests, and product adoption into qualified commercial opportunities.
- Run structured discovery that uncovers workflow pain, stakeholder priorities, buying friction, and the business case for broader ClickUp adoption.
- Deliver compelling presentations and demos that connect ClickUp’s platform value to customer priorities, cross-functional workflows, and executive-level outcomes.
- Build and manage multithreaded deal plans across end users, managers, executives, procurement, and other decision-makers.
- Partner closely with Growth, Marketing, and adjacent GTM teams to improve lead quality, regional account coverage, and conversion.
- Maintain strong process discipline across forecasting, pipeline inspection, next steps, CRM hygiene, and follow-through.
- Identify recurring patterns across segments, objections, and account behavior to help sharpen the majors expansion motion in EMEA.
- Support more formal buying motions when needed, including RFIs / RFQs and procurement-heavy evaluations.
Required qualifications
- Demonstrated success in B2B SaaS sales with clear ownership of full-cycle deals, account growth, or expansion motions.
- Track record of exceeding quota and managing a disciplined pipeline in commercial, strategic, or larger-account environments.
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills, including comfort communicating with both practitioners and executive stakeholders.
- Clear consultative selling instincts, with the ability to connect customer pain to value, urgency, and practical next steps.
- Strong process rigor and attention to detail across forecasting, deal planning, and follow-through.
- Experience completing or leading RFIs / RFQs, or operating in deals with more structured evaluation processes.
- Ability to work in our Dublin / London office 2-3 days per week.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience selling workflow, collaboration, productivity, CRM, CX, or adjacent horizontal SaaS platforms.
- Experience in an expansion-heavy, cross-sell, or land-and-expand motion rather than a purely transactional new-logo model.
- Experience navigating multi-stakeholder buying groups in larger customer environments.
- Familiarity with EMEA selling dynamics, regional complexity, or distributed territory ownership.
- Comfort selling a broader platform and AI productivity story instead of relying on feature-by-feature comparisons.

About us
OpenZeppelin is the security standard onchain finance is built on. Founded in 2015, our mission is to accelerate the world's transition to an open financial system, built on open standards and secured by rigorous research.
Our open-source Contract Libraries have facilitated over $35 trillion in onchain value and are used by 10 of the top 10 tokenized money market funds and 9 of the top 10 stablecoins by market cap.
We combine AI-native security tooling with deep research and a decade of audit expertise to support leading institutions and crypto-native teams shaping the next generation of digital assets like DTCC, Fidelity, Coinbase, Uniswap, Aave, the Ethereum Foundation, and many more across the full secure development lifecycle.
Please note:
Always refer to OpenZeppelin's official job page for the most accurate information about our open roles, as we have seen multiple third party job sites posting inaccurate information.
The Ecosystems Team
OpenZeppelin's libraries and standards are the trusted foundation of onchain development across Ethereum, Stellar, Canton and beyond, powering the majority of the world's most valuable protocols and a new generation of institutional-grade financial infrastructure. The Ecosystems team builds the long-term partnerships behind that position: we work directly with L1 and L2 foundations, protocol teams and technology providers on security audits, secure development, reference implementations and strategic open-source programs that help entire ecosystems grow securely. As tokenization and institutional adoption accelerate, the team sits at the center of some of the most consequential projects in the industry. You will report to our Ecosystem Development Lead and work alongside senior sellers, our CTO office, and our solutions and delivery teams.
What you'll be doing
You will own a portfolio of ecosystem accounts and be responsible for growing it. This is a senior, full-cycle sales role for someone who is technical enough to lead discovery and scoping conversations with CTOs and core developers directly. You will deepen relationships with some of the most important foundations and protocol teams in the industry, and open doors to new ones.
Own and grow a portfolio of ecosystem accounts (L1/L2 foundations, protocol teams, infrastructure providers) through renewals, expansion into new services, and multi-year partnerships.
Win new business through targeted, research-driven outreach to foundations and protocol teams, typically six to seven-figure engagements.
Lead the full sales cycle, including technical discovery: scoping security audits, secure development engagements and open-source partnership programs, and translating protocol roadmaps into compelling proposals.
Build and maintain strategic account plans for your portfolio, staying close to your customers' roadmaps and identifying opportunities early.
Partner with our CTO office and solutions teams on strategic proposals, and help shape the institutional-grade solutions emerging from our largest partnerships.
Represent OpenZeppelin at ecosystem conferences, technical workshops and community events worldwide.
You have
6+ years in sales or commercial roles, including 3+ years owning and exceeding revenue targets for technical products or services (Web3, security, developer tooling, or infrastructure).
A track record of closing six and seven figure deals with blockchain foundations, protocol teams, or technology companies.
Real technical fluency: you understand smart contract development, EVM architecture and blockchain infrastructure well enough to lead technical conversations, read documentation and EIPs/ERCs, and earn credibility with engineering audiences.
Full-cycle ownership: you prospect, qualify, propose, negotiate and close, and you run your pipeline with discipline.
An established network across blockchain ecosystems, foundations and protocol teams.
Excellent proposal writing and communication skills.
Nice to have
A background as a developer, solutions engineer or security researcher before moving into sales.
Experience selling security audits or security services.
Familiarity with ecosystem funding mechanics: foundation budgets, grant programs, treasury-funded partnerships.
Exposure to financial institutions, tokenization or RWA projects.
Experience with onchain analytics (Dune, Nansen, block explorers).

WHO WE ARE
Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vkpYpWfEK5s. We're building one place where your knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools live side by side, so work is faster, clearer, and less fragmented. Millions of individuals, small teams, and large companies run their work on Notion.
Notinos (our employees) are customer zero in bringing this future of work to life. We care about craft, building things that last, and the belief that great work is still fundamentally human. Our goal isn’t to ship the next feature. Each and every team of Notinos is working to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era. From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
The Solutions Consultant Manager is the person who makes our GTM motion real on the ground. As an in-region leader directly managing a team of Solutions Consultants, you'll own your team's full commercial output—new logo, expansion, and renewals—and be accountable for both the results and the quality of execution that produces them.
This isn't a traditional pipeline-management role. The best SC Managers are coaches first: they know what a great first meeting looks like, can watch a live build and tell a rep exactly what to change, and build the operating rhythm and inspection cadence that makes consistent execution possible across the team. If you're a builder who loves developing people as much as winning deals—and you want to lead a regional team in a go-to-market model that's genuinely new—this is the role.
This role will be based in Munich, Germany. We work from our offices on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays (our Anchor Days) because we do our best thinking and building together in person. We’re looking for someone who’s excited to work alongside the team during those days.
WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE:
- Own the commercial performance of your team across new logo ARR, expansion ARR, and UBP outcomes—accountable for both the headline numbers and the quality of execution that drives them
- Coach SCs on the GTM builder motion: what great looks like in a first meeting (workflow diagnosis, current → future architecture), a second meeting (live build in Notion + value narrative), and through the full cycle to adoption hand-off
- Contribute to and participate in the regional operating cadence: weekly pipeline reviews, deal support sessions, call reviews against the motion quality rubric, and forecast calls with senior leadership
- Hire, onboard, and certify new SCs to the GTM builder motion—driving readiness from ramp through consistent execution, and managing performance with clarity when expectations aren't met
- Partner with the regional BDR manager on pipeline strategy, outbound targeting, and qualification standards to ensure the team's book of business is healthy and growing
- Partner with Outcomes leadership on adoption hand-offs, at-risk account management, and renewal strategy—owning the overall commercial arc for the region while collaborating on the execution that follows close
- Represent your team or region in leadership forums with clear signal on what's working, what needs investment, and where execution is breaking down
SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING:
- Track record as a quota-carrying B2B seller with direct experience in workflow design, live demos, or technical sales—you can coach the builder motion because you've run it yourself
- Frontline sales management experience: built an operating cadence, ran performance management, and developed talent from onboarding through consistent overperformance
- Strong coaching orientation: you can watch a demo or deal review and identify specifically what to change—not just whether the outcome was good, but why, and what the rep should do differently next time
- Commercial instincts at the team level: able to read pipeline health, identify risk early, and drive urgency across a team without micromanaging individual deals
- You don't need to be an AI expert, but you're curious and willing to adopt AI tools to work smarter and deliver better results.
- Fluency in English and German.
NICE TO HAVES:
- Experience selling or managing in a consumption or usage-based business where adoption signals matter as much as closed ARR
- Track record building high-performing regional teams from an early stage: hiring to profile, structured onboarding, certification, and performance management
- Experience in a shared account ownership model—able to navigate the SC/CSA hand-offs and hold the commercial arc across the full customer lifecycle

Our total funding exceeds $530 million from premier investors including Accel, NVentures (Nvidia's VC arm), Kleiner Perkins, GV, and Evantic Capital, alongside the founders and operators of Stripe, Datadog, Miro, and Webflow.
ROLE OVERVIEW
Synthesia is used by over 90% of the Fortune 100, and the largest deployments now run thousands of creators across dozens of markets, languages, and compliance regimes. What decides whether those accounts expand or stall is not another avatar, it is whether admins, legal, and programme owners can actually stay in control.
You'll own that layer end to end: workspace setup and governance, the content lifecycle, and the analytics and integrations that close the loop. This is the work that turns a proof of concept into a seven-figure renewal, and right now it is wide open.
WHY THIS ROLE NOW
AI video has crossed from experiment to standard tooling inside the world's biggest companies. The next phase of growth is won or lost on whether we can make that scale safe and manageable. That is your remit.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Owning the end-to-end roadmap for content lifecycle, governance, and the operational layer that keeps enterprise deployments running - from workspace setup through compliance controls
- Getting close to enterprise customers: understanding how IT admins, legal teams, programme managers and content owners think about governance, and what "in control" actually looks like at scale
- Translating that into clear product direction, what to build, in what order, and why, and keeping engineering and design aligned to it as the strategy evolves
- Working closely with the engineering manager and designer in the team; writing clear specs, making good calls on trade-offs, and providing the context that helps engineers build the right thing first time
- Partnering with Solutions, CS, and Legal on complex enterprise deals. These features are frequently deal-critical and the commercial loop matters
- Defining the metrics that tell us whether this layer is working: adoption of admin tooling, compliance feature usage, reduction in support escalations related to governance gaps
WHO YOU ARE
You've excited by the challenge that comes with untangling the inherent complexity of enterprise platform products. You understand that governance and compliance work isn't glamorous, but you know it's the difference between a proof of concept and a seven-figure renewal.
You can hold a conversation with a CISO and with a content creator, and understand what each of them needs from the same system.
YOU MAY BE A GOOD FIT IF YOU BRING
- Significant experience owning a critical product domain - setting strategy, not just executing it
- A track record of connecting product outcomes to commercial results: ARR, retention, expansion, or equivalent
- Comfortable working across a broad surface area. You can prioritise ruthlessly and make the case for what gets built next
- Strong written communication: PRDs, strategy docs, and customer insight summaries that others can act on without a follow-up
- Ability to ramp quickly on to the complexity of enterprise buying motions. You'll be close to the commercial team on complex deals and that context matters
- Based in London or open to regular travel; the team is London-anchored and in-person time matters
We encourage you to apply even if you don't meet every point above. Strong candidates rarely match a list exactly, and we'd rather hear from you.
