About the Opportunity
As an Infra Product Manager focused on Algorithm and Search, you will be responsible for the deep, high-quality delivery of core Web3 Infra components — primarily the algorithm platform, search system, and related AI capabilities that serve Wallet, DEX, and other businesses. You will work closely with engineering, data, and data science teams to ensure that core problems are solved correctly, that products meet stringent performance, accuracy, and scalability bars, and that every release is reliable and production-grade. This role demands strong execution discipline, technical depth, and the ability to drive complex algorithmic and search problems from design through delivery.
What You’ll Be Doing
Algorithm Platform Development: Design and iterate the algorithm platform supporting on-chain data analytics, trading signal discovery, risk control, and recommendation scenarios. Own the full lifecycle of algorithm models — integration, evaluation, deployment, monitoring, and iteration — to ensure efficient and reliable outputs.
Web3 Search System: Drive the product design and continuous optimization of the Web3 search system (across tokens, addresses, NFTs, transactions, protocols, and more). Improve relevance, recall, latency, and ranking quality through close collaboration with search and data engineering teams.
AI Integration: Embed AI capabilities (AI Agent, LLM, embedding / vector retrieval) into algorithms and search products to deliver smarter on-chain intelligence and trading experiences. Validate model effectiveness, fine-tune, and productionize.
Onchain Data and Smart Contract Analysis: Conduct deep research on smart contracts, protocol mechanics, and on-chain behaviors. Translate protocol-level insights into algorithmic features, search signals, and product improvements.
Quality & Delivery Excellence: Own end-to-end delivery quality — from spec, to dev, to QA, to launch, to post-launch metrics. Build robust evaluation, monitoring, and iteration loops to ensure long-term product health.
What We Look For In You
Education
: Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Work Experience
: 5+ years of Product Manager experience. Strong preference for candidates with hands-on experience in algorithm platforms, search/recommendation systems, or AI products. Web3 industry experience is a plus.
Technical Skills
:
Solid understanding of algorithm platforms, ML model lifecycles, evaluation metrics, and offline/online experimentation.
Hands-on experience with search systems (indexing, ranking, relevance, retrieval) is highly valued.
Proficiency in AI technology, AI Agent, LLM, embedding / vector retrieval, and AI application experience.
Experience with blockchain fundamentals, smart contracts, on-chain data analysis, consensus mechanisms, and cross-chain technologies.
Familiar with onchain and Web3 ecosystems, with active engagement in the crypto community.
Soft Skills
:
Strong execution discipline, attention to detail, and ownership over delivery quality.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex algorithmic / search problems into solvable pieces.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with engineering, data, and data science teams.
Fluent in English and Chinese.
Nice to Haves
Knowledge of Web3-related products and deep technical understanding of blockchain, smart contracts, and related technologies.
Experience with on-chain trading and an understanding of on-chain opportunity discovery processes.
Familiarity with tokenomics and an understanding of economic incentive mechanisms in the Web3 space.
Perks & Benefits
Competitive total compensation package
L&D programs and Education subsidy for employees' growth and development

ROLE OVERVIEW
Higgsfield AI is looking for a highly commercial, product-minded Senior Account Executive to help scale our product-led growth and enterprise expansion motion during a period of hypergrowth.

We are specifically looking for someone who understands how modern PLG and usage-based software companies grow — especially within AI, GenAI, API, infrastructure, creator tooling, or credit-based product environments where expansion is driven by product usage, adoption, and customer outcomes.
The ideal candidate has experience working at a PLG-first company, a usage-based SaaS business, or a credit-based GenAI platform where revenue growth came from expanding existing customer relationships, increasing usage, and turning power users into enterprise accounts.
This is a highly cross-functional role that requires strong customer instincts, operational rigor, and comfort operating in a fast-moving startup environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
PRODUCT-LED REVENUE GROWTH
- Own commercial growth across strategic accounts, with a focus on increasing usage, expanding contracts, and growing long-term account value.
- Partner with customers already engaging with the platform to drive activation, retention, and expansion.
- Identify opportunities for increased product adoption across teams, workflows, and use cases.
- Structure pilots, proofs of concept, renewals, and expansion opportunities.
- Translate customer usage signals into actionable revenue opportunities.
CUSTOMER ENGAGEMENT & SOLUTIONS
- Lead customer discovery conversations to understand workflows, pain points, and business goals.
- Demo and iterate with customers directly in the product.
- Translate AI/GenAI capabilities into clear business value and ROI-driven outcomes.
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers across creative, marketing, growth, and operational teams.
GTM STRATEGY & SCALE
- Help refine Higgsfield’s enterprise GTM motion as the company scales.
- Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Leadership teams.
- Surface customer insights, product feedback, and market trends to improve adoption and expansion.
- Bring operational structure to account management, forecasting, and revenue tracking.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND QUALIFICATIONS
- 8+ years of experience in GTM, account management, growth, customer success, enterprise sales, or solutions engineering roles.
- Strong track record of growing customer contracts within SaaS, PLG, usage-based, or AI-native companies.
- Experience at a PLG-first, API-first, or credit-based GenAI company strongly preferred.
- Experience managing expansion motions tied to product usage, credits, seats, or workflow adoption.
- Strong customer discovery, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Ability to communicate complex AI products to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Highly operational and comfortable working cross-functionally in fast-paced startup environments.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to leverage usage data and customer insights to drive growth.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Compensation & Benefits
- We offer a competitive and thoughtfully structured compensation package designed to align with impact, experience, and long-term growth.
- Base Salary: The anticipated salary range for this role is $125,000 - $220,000 depending on experience, skills, scope, and location.
- Equity: In addition to cash compensation, employees are eligible to participate in the company’s stock option program and share in Higgsfield’s long-term growth.
- Benefits: We offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support employees professionally and personally, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, a competitive 401(k) retirement plan with company matching, and additional benefits and perks.

About Aura by Hex Trust
Aura by Hex Trust is the
private wealth business
of Hex Trust. We bring institutional-grade digital asset infrastructure - custody, trading, yield, structured products - to high net worth (HNW) individuals and family offices, delivered through a Relationship Manager–led model backed by an easy-to-use app.
The wealth opportunity in digital assets is one of the most underserved segments in the industry. HNW clients want exposure but lack a trusted, regulated, full-service partner. Aura fills that gap, combining the security and licensing of Hex Trust with the personal service private clients expect.
About Hex Trust
Hex Trust is a fully-licensed digital asset financial institution building the infrastructure institutions use to operate in crypto. Custody, staking, capital markets, investment solutions, payments, fiat ramping, RWAs, and tokenization — all on one regulated platform.
Founded in 2018, we're licensed across multiple jurisdictions (HK, SG, Dubai, SVG). As institutional capital moves into crypto and the RWA and payments narratives accelerate, we're one of the few players who can serve institutions as a fully-regulated, one-stop-shop partner. We serve 600+ institutional clients globally: funds, family offices, banks, foundations, token issuers, payment firms, OTC desks, and corporates.

Position Summary
We offer an attractive, formula-based, uncapped bonus structure tied directly to revenue, paid quarterly.
As a Relationship Manager at Aura, you'll originate and grow your own book of HNW and family office clients on a fresh platform. You'll have direct access to the full Hex Trust group - institutional products, regulated infrastructure, and senior leadership - and real influence over product direction as we scale.
This is an early-stage hire. If you're an experienced wealth or sales professional looking to build something rather than inherit it, this is the seat.

Establish and grow long-term relationships with HNW clients , family offices, and private wealth channels, contributing to increased AUM, trading volume, and product adoption

We're well-capitalized, growing consistently, and built on a sustainable model. We operate 24/7 from hubs in Hong Kong, Singapore, Dubai, and Vietnam.
You'll work alongside a senior commercial team, own real institutional relationships, and get exposure to the most active parts of the market. We're scaling fast. If you want to sell into the institutional side of crypto at a firm that's actually licensed to do it, this is the place.
Duties & Responsibilities
Establish and grow long-term relationships with HNW clients , family offices, and private wealth channels, contributing to increased AUM, trading volume, and product adoption
Cultivate and expand partnerships with relevant distribution partners and intermediaries to further drive growth in AUM.
Lead prospect and client meetings, clearly articulating Hex Trust’s value proposition and capturing feedback for continuous improvement.
Identify cross-selling opportunities across trading, structured products, and lending solutions to deepen client engagement.
Work with Marketing Team to identify and support activities designed to attract and activate client base
Oversee smooth onboarding and ongoing relationship management in collaboration with compliance, legal, and operations.
Deliver best-in-class, white-glove service—positioning Hex Trust as a trusted partner for private clients and family offices in digital assets.
KPIs: No. of clients, Revenue, Assets on Platform, Net New Money
Requirements
5–15 years of experience in relationship management, private banking, wealth management, and/or institutional/crypto financial services.
Demonstrated success in growing AUM and managing sophisticated private clients or family office accounts.
Strong knowledge of financial markets and investment products; digital asset familiarity required.
Proven ability to deliver high-touch, client-first service in a demanding environment.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with credibility in front of senior stakeholders.
Entrepreneurial, adaptable, and proactive in identifying solutions and opportunities.
Fluency in English required; additional languages (e.g., Mandarin, Arabic) are highly valued.
Candidates who do not tick all the boxes are still encouraged to apply, those with less experience will still be considered for the position but with relevant adjustments to seniority.

Here at Humanoid, we believe in a future where robots amplify human potential. That’s why we’ve set out on a mission to build the world’s most capable, commercially-scalable, and safe humanoid robots. We’re bringing that mission to life with HMND‑01 - our rapidly developed humanoid platform being deployed in real industrial environments - and we’re growing the team to take it even further.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re scaling from prototypes to manufacturing, and the process maturity needs to match. This role owns the secure manufacturing pipeline — the procedures, tooling, and controls that take a bare board in an untrusted CM facility and turn it into a cryptographically enrolled, OTA-ready device that our cloud fleet trusts. You’ll be the bridge between our secure boot/firmware teams and the cloud control plane, connecting them at the point of manufacture.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Design the secure manufacturing station — Architect the hardware, software, and network stack (HSM, key injection, AWS Private CA) for factory floor provisioning stations. Integrate the secure boot fuse/flashing flow from our secure boot/firmware team.
- Build the provisioning toolchain — Own the automation pipeline that takes a bare device through identity provisioning, enrollment, firmware flashing, calibration, and functional test.
- Bridge device and cloud identity Enroll every device into a registry with correct credentials for OTA, session heartbeating, and deployment tracking.
- Own the End-Of-Line (EOL) test framework — Work with globally distributed teams to define pass/fail criteria for devices leaving the line: sensor calibration, actuator checks, and initial OTA health check.
- Work with contract manufacturers —Translate security requirements into CM-executable procedures; threat-model the factory for key leakage, firmware tampering, and supply chain substitution.
- Maintain chain of custody — Link each physical serial number to its provisioned identity, calibration records, test results, and firmware version at manufacture.
- Collaborate across teams — Work daily with a globally distributed team of firmware, cloud, manufacturing, systems and operational team members.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 10+ years of experience which includes manufacturing engineering, with a comparable depth of experience developing test tools and frameworks. Plus experience working with networking in a manufacturing environment, and time focused on secure device provisioning and/or secure manufacturing processes. Ideally 3 years at a Staff level or equivalent.
- PKI and device identity — Experience with X.509 certificate lifecycles, mTLS, device authentication and attestation, and managed CA services like AWS Private CA.
- AWS infrastructure — S3, IAM, ECS, KMS, CloudHSM and Secrets Manager for secure provisioning workflows.
- EOL test and calibration — Hands-on experience defining manufacturing test frameworks, experience with hardware test fixtures.
- Scripting and automation — Advanced skills in Python or Bash for developing production-grade provisioning toolchains.
- Advanced skills and understanding of Rust, Bazel, Systemd
- Embedded Linux systems — Experience with NVIDIA Jetson Orin/Thor platforms.
- Secure manufacturing design — Ability to design secure processes for untrusted or semi-trusted offshore CMs and air-gapped station design.
- Experience managing quality gates with contract manufacturers
- Hardware root of trust understanding — General understanding of secure boot chains, TPM/TrustZone, cryptographic key injection, certificate provisioning, and eFuse programming.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Comprehensive health coverage for US‑based employees, including fully paid medical, dental, and vision insurance, with virtual care and employee assistance resources.
- Meaningful time off to rest and recharge: 23 days of PTO (accrued), separate sick leave, and paid company holidays.
- 401(k) retirement plan with employer match.
- Equity included–we believe builders should share in what they build.
- Free daily catered lunch, snacks, and drinks in‑office.
- Collaboration with top‑tier engineers, researchers, and product experts in AI and robotics.
- Freedom to influence the product and own key initiatives.
For this role in California, the expected base salary range is $260,000–$320,000 USD per year; your placement in that range depends on how your experience maps to our internal leveling.

We are building AI to simulate the world through merging art and science.
We believe that world models are at the frontier of progress in artificial intelligence. Language models alone won’t solve the world’s hardest problems – robotics, disease, scientific discovery. Real progress requires models that experience the world and learn from their mistakes, the same way that humans do. And this kind of trial and error can be massively accelerated when done in simulation, rather than in the real world.
World models offer the most clear path to general-purpose simulation, changing how stories are told, how scientific progress is made and how the next frontiers of humanity are reached.
Our team consists of creative, open minded, caring and ambitious people who are determined to change the world. We aspire to continuously build impossible things and our ability to do so relies on building an incredible team. If you are driven to do the same, we'd love to hear from you.
*Titles posted to our careers page are updated regularly to best advertise the role and expected seniority, but internally we have a flat titling system with two types of titles: one for individual contributors and one for people managers.
ABOUT THE ROLE
*Open to hiring remote across the US and Canada — we also have offices in NYC, San Francisco, and Seattle
We are growing our commercial team and looking for growth-minded leaders who are passionate about the future of AI and content creation. As our first leader within Sales Development, you will build and scale our founding BDR organization.

- Develop highly targeted, vertical-specific outbound motions aligned to Runway’s evolving use cases and customer needs
- Continuously test and refine messaging, sequencing, workflows, and enablement programs to improve team effectiveness
- Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Creative, and RevOps to shape ICP strategy, lead routing, and overall GTM execution
