ROLE OVERVIEW
Welocalize is looking for a native-level Turkish speaker to join a confidential, large-scale AI and consumer technology programme for a major global technology and communications client.
It's a hands-on, on-site role that combines two things: evaluating a pre-release AI model in your language, and testing how the product actually performs on a client-supplied device — a smartphone and a next-generation smart glass. If you enjoy noticing the detail other people miss, this is work you'll find satisfying.

It's a hands-on, on-site role that combines two things: evaluating a pre-release AI model in your language, and testing how it performs on a real device. You'll be among the first people to see this technology in Turkish, and your judgment shapes how well it works before anyone else uses it.
If you enjoy noticing the detail other people miss, this is work you'll find satisfying.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Review pre-release AI model output in Turkish and judge it on accuracy, naturalness, appropriateness, and overall quality — would a native speaker really say it this way? This includes fact-checking each response against the source material.

ROLE OVERVIEW
Welocalize is looking for a native-level Spanish (LATAM) speaker to join a confidential, large-scale AI and consumer technology programe for a major global technology and communications client.
It's a hands-on, on-site role that combines two things: evaluating a pre-release AI model in Spanish (LATAM), and testing how the product actually performs on a client-supplied device — a smartphone and a next-generation smart glass. If you enjoy noticing the detail other people miss, this is work you'll find satisfying.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Review pre-release AI model outputs inSpanish (LATAM) and evaluate them for accuracy, naturalness, appropriateness, and overall quality—would a native speaker say it this way? Fact-check each response against the provided source material.
Test the Spanish (LATAM) experience against English: confirm feature parity, complete an end-to-end user journey using non-English input, and verify that the product correctly handles non-Latin scripts, diacritics, right-to-left text, and mixed-language input.
Identify any display issues (text cut off, overflowing, or rendering poorly) and any localization errors—incorrect dates, numbers, currencies, units, or untranslated strings.
Document each issue clearly so a developer can reproduce it—include steps taken, device and OS, locale, build ID, and supporting evidence. Retest after a fix ships to confirm it’s resolved.
Provide native-level insights on navigation and usability, calling out Spanish (LATAM)-specific nuances that only a fluent speaker would notice.
Work on-site in a private, secure area of the Welocalize office; due to the confidential, pre-release nature of the work, remote or work-from-home options are not available.
Assist with other linguistic projects as needed.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Native-level or fully bilingual proficiency in Spanish (LATAM), written and spoken, with an up-to-date sense of real-world usage across both everyday and technical contexts.
Confident using smartphones and laptops; comfortable working across both iOS and Android.
Strong attention to detail and fair, objective judgment when assessing quality.
Ability to work independently, follow detailed test scripts and guidelines, and clearly explain issues in English.
Previous experience in software/app testing, localization QA, or linguistic evaluation is a strong plus, but not required if you bring the language skills and attention to detail.
Welocalize helps the world’s leading brands reach global audiences—and language testing is at the core of that mission. You’ll work alongside experienced linguists and testers on pre-release technology, in a team that takes quality and precision seriously.
If you’re a native-level Spanish (LATAM) speaker with a keen eye for detail and an interest in how language and technology intersect, we’d like to hear from you.

ABOUT CLIPBOARD
Our mission is to uplift as many communities as possible. We do this through our app-based marketplace that connects healthcare professionals with the workplaces that need amazing workers. This enables hundreds of thousands of people to achieve financial stability for themselves and their families while providing essential care to millions of people across the U.S.
Founded in 2016, we are a remote-first team of over 1,000 people building a top Y-Combinator company https://www.ycombinator.com/topcompanies/ and have been profitable since 2022. We’re the leader in Long-Term Care staffing and are rapidly expanding into Home Health, Hospitals, and more, meaning we have more work to do than people to do it, and are growing our team to support millions more people and their communities.
THE ROLE
Clipboard Health is a marketplace that connects healthcare facilities with professionals looking for shifts.
Our largest customers operate at significant scale, and their problems don't always fit neatly into a single team or function. A product implementation might stall because of an operational workflow. A payroll issue might involve the customer, our Operations team, Product, and Engineering. An integration might technically work but fail to work for the people actually using it.
We need someone who can step into those situations and figure them out.
As a Forward Deployed Analyst, you'll work directly with some of our most important enterprise customers to solve complex operational and product problems. You'll get close to the customer, understand how their business actually works, diagnose what's going wrong, and coordinate the people needed to fix it.
You won't necessarily have direct authority over the teams doing the work. Instead, you'll create clarity, build alignment, and keep things moving.
Your job is to take a messy problem and turn it into a solved problem.
Some days that might mean analyzing data to understand why a customer's staffing workflow isn't working. Other days might involve coordinating a complex implementation across Product, Engineering, and Operations, troubleshooting a payroll or time clock issue, or working with a customer's leadership team to get a stalled initiative back on track.
The problems will change. The expectation won't: you own the outcome.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own complex customer and operational problems from diagnosis through resolution
- Work directly with enterprise customers to understand their workflows, challenges, and goals
- Build relationships with customer stakeholders ranging from frontline operators to VP and Director-level leaders
- Diagnose problems by combining customer conversations, operational context, data, and system behavior
- Break ambiguous problems into clear workstreams, priorities, owners, and timelines
- Lead complex customer implementations, particularly involving time clock compliance, payroll, and integrations with systems like ADP and UKG
- Partner closely with Product and Engineering to investigate issues, define solutions, and drive execution
- Coordinate across Product, Engineering, Operations, and customer teams to remove blockers and keep critical initiatives moving
- Manage expectations and communicate clearly when timelines, priorities, or solutions change
- Identify recurring operational and customer problems and turn those insights into improvements to our product and processes
- Build new processes or approaches when existing ones aren't sufficient to solve the problem
- Travel to customer sites occasionally when being there in person will help move an important problem or implementation forward
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 2–6 years of experience in consulting, operations, strategy and operations, implementation, customer strategy, program management, or a similar problem-solving role
- Experience working directly with customers or clients, particularly in complex or high-stakes situations
- Strong structured problem-solving skills. You can take an ambiguous problem, figure out what matters, and create a path forward
- Strong analytical skills and comfort using data to investigate problems and make decisions
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with both senior executives and frontline operators
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence teams without direct authority
- Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple workstreams, priorities, and stakeholders simultaneously
- A strong sense of ownership. You care about the ultimate outcome, not just completing your assigned tasks
- Curious and resourceful. You're comfortable learning new systems, processes, and industries quickly
- Persistent when things get messy. You don't give up when the first solution doesn't work
- Comfortable getting into the weeds. You'll need to understand operational details, systems, data, and processes to solve many of the problems you'll encounter
Consulting backgrounds are a particularly strong fit, especially candidates who have experience working with complex clients, structuring ambiguous problems, and driving cross-functional projects. We're also open to candidates from operations, implementation, product, program management, and other backgrounds with the same core skill set.
We're looking for people who are ready to move beyond simply identifying problems or making recommendations. You want to be the person responsible for making the solution work.
THE INTERVIEW PROCESS
At Clipboard, we don't believe proxies are a reliable way to measure ability. We prefer to evaluate candidates by having them do work that closely resembles the actual job.
Our process is designed around that:
1. Preliminary Screen
2. Case Study
3. Case Study Interview
4. Hiring Manager Interview
5. Culture Interview
6. Reference Check
7. Offer!
Quick Note on Scammers:
Clipboard would never ask you for money or your bank details to participate in our hiring process. Report any scammers impersonating the Clipboard hiring team members here https://forms.gle/SyGaxHFbon7Hg9fW6.

Deliver predictable pipeline growth, accurate forecasting, and exceed quota targets
Represent Honeycomb at key industry events, conferences, and executive briefings

Deep discovery, storytelling, and consultative selling expertise
A track record of building champions and navigating enterprise buying cycles with precision
Grit, ambition, and a bias for execution—someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-ownership environments
Experience leveraging MEDDPICC, Command of the Message, or similar enterprise sales frameworks

Full benefits coverage for employees, with additional coverage available for dependents

We’re in a defining moment of an incredible journey. Come and build with us.
🎯 Your main goal will be to build and own a high-performing Mid-Market territory in the US, creating pipeline from the ground up and converting technical buyers into high-value n8n customers.
You’ll take ownership of the full sales cycle while helping us sharpen the playbook for our next stage of US growth:
Own your pipeline from scratch
- Build and execute a self-sourced prospecting strategy across a greenfield/ whitespace territory, including account mapping, segmentation, and multi-channel outbound across calls, email, social, and events.
- Own opportunities through the sales cycle, engaging technical buyers including Developers, DevOps, IT leaders, and CTOs.
- Guide prospects through technical evaluations and proof-of-concept processes, translating n8n’s capabilities into clear business value.
- Partner closely with Solutions Engineers and Customer Success to demonstrate the power of n8n and ensure a smooth path from evaluation to onboarding
Hit activity benchmarks that drive pipeline
- Consistently meet or exceed weekly/monthly KPIs for outbound activity (calls, emails, meetings booked) and self-sourced opportunities created, treating prospecting as a daily discipline.
Think like a territory owner, not just a closer
- Continuously refine your outbound approach based on conversion data (connect rates, meeting-to-opportunity rates) to improve territory performance.
- Partner cross-functionally with marketing/SDR teams to fill gaps in inbound coverage.

You’ll join a fast-growing, product-led company at an exciting stage of its journey, working closely with sales leadership and cross-functional teams while having the autonomy to experiment, learn, and shape how we grow.

About GiveDirectly
What if the most effective way to fight poverty was also the simplest: give people money and trust them to decide what they need?
Since 2011, GiveDirectly has proven that idea at scale. We’ve delivered more than $1B in cash directly to 2+ million people living in poverty and crisis across 15 countries, and rigorous research shows the results: healthier kids, stronger businesses, sturdier homes, and more resilient families and local economies. Cash is now widely recognized as one of the most scalable, cost-effective, and dignified forms of aid.
Our ambition goes beyond our own programs. We want cash to become the benchmark for aid, much as the index fund became the benchmark for investing, so that every aid dollar is held to one question:
is this doing more good than giving the money directly to people living in poverty?
We’re growing fast, and this is a rare and important moment to join.
We expect to hit $1B in revenue in 2026 with significant growth forecast for 2027. At the same time we are building a new technology stack and operating model designed for a roughly 10x change in scale, and we are actively pursuing partnerships with major funders to move even more money in bigger ways, to people who need it. We are known for our extensive integration of technology into field processes; our quantitative approach to performance measurement; and our commitment to rigorous, independent, experimental evaluation of our impact, with multiple Randomized Control Trials completed and others in progress.
How we work
Our team spans 20+ countries and 69 languages. Our culture is candid, analytical, and non-hierarchical. We expect high ownership and give people real responsibility early. Our values are central to how we hire, work, and grow, and they are deliberately opinionated:
Recipients first.
Recipients’ preferences come before those of donors or ourselves.
Team next.
We optimize for organizational success, not individual success.
Be proactively candid.
We say what we believe and share information openly.
Create positive energy.
We aim to be a source of energy for colleagues, not a drain.
Think rigorously; act quickly.
We reason from first principles, then act rather than debate.
Know yourself and grow.
We own our imperfections and seek feedback to grow.
Accept reality. Propose solutions.
We focus on what can change and bring solutions, not just problems.
Be productively ambitious.
We take risks for step-change impact, not incremental progress.
If they describe how you like to work and they energize you, this could be a great fit.
