About Higgsfield
http://higgsfield.ai/Higgsfield.ai http://Higgsfield.ai is the fastest-growing generative AI platform in the world. Creators use Higgsfield to produce video, images and interactive content with 200+ frontier models, at a scale few consumer products ever reach: we grew revenue 2x in the last quarter and crossed $1B in annualized cash revenue in September 2026.
We recently closed a $500M funding round at a $5B valuation to accelerate what’s working. The company is small relative to its revenue, decisions are fast, and the distance between an idea and production is measured in days.
About the role
You will join the Product Growth team, which owns all of Higgsfield’s revenue and measures its results in money, not process. Product Growth is the fastest-shipping team at Higgsfield, with 80+ releases a month. You will own one of our verticals, Lifecycle, with end-to-end ownership of conversion, retention and engagement: turning new users into paying subscribers, paying subscribers into habitual users, and consumers into prosumers.
We are looking for a PM who treats growth as an engineering problem, not a campaign calendar. You should be comfortable going from cohort data to shipped product in the same week, defending every claimed win with honest attribution, and understanding the full picture behind the numbers: why users buy, why they leave, and what brings them back. This is a hands-on role with direct impact on the largest line items in the business, where small mistakes are expensive.
Key responsibilities
- Own conversion and activation: onboarding flows, paywalls, aha-moment design and time-to-first-value.
- Build engagement systems and in-product communication: tasks, streaks, rewards and notifications that create durable habits rather than one-off spikes.
- Own churn end-to-end: voluntary churn (cancellation flows, save offers, plan right-sizing) and involuntary churn (dunning, payment recovery, grace periods).
- Run winback as a system: offer architecture, timing and channel orchestration for cancelled and dormant cohorts.
- Drive expansion and additional revenue: upsells, plan upgrades and credit top-ups from engaged cohorts.
- Go deep on users and data: behavioral segmentation, cohort deep-dives and insights that feed every team in Product Growth.
- Work closely with analysts: set clear analytical tasks, find insights in the data and turn them into product decisions.
- Look beyond a single metric: understand unit economics and how each change affects the business as a whole.
Minimum qualifications
- A proven, personal contribution to scaling a business. You can name the curve you bent and the mechanism that bent it. Big-company experience alone is not enough.
- A track record of owning conversion, retention, engagement or monetization metrics, ideally in a subscription business.
- Strong data skills: cohorts, retention curves, segmentation. You can build your own queries and know how to work with analysts effectively.
- Hands-on experience with unit economics and shaping business strategy. You work end-to-end, from forming a hypothesis to forecasting its impact on the business.
- Measurement discipline: frequent experiments, honest attribution and guard metrics.
- Fast thinking: you get up to speed on new context quickly and come to concrete answers, not general frameworks.
- A technical background is not required for this role.
Preferred qualifications
- Founding or entrepreneurial experience. We value it even if you have less than 2–3 years as a PM.
- Zero-to-one experience: you have launched a product and grown it.
- A track record of at least 4x year-over-year growth driven by your decisions.
- Background in consumer AI, subscriptions, gaming or a credits-based economy.
- Experience with payments, payment recovery tooling or CRM/lifecycle platforms.
Who this is not for
- You prefer working from complete specifications rather than defining problems yourself.
- You want a narrow, predictable scope and a stable schedule.
- You are looking for a slower release cycle. We ship daily.
How we hire
Recruiter screen → product case → take-home assignment → defense → final interview.
During the case, you’ll get context and around 10–15 minutes to give a concrete answer. We’re looking for specific solutions, not general reasoning.
What we offer
- Competitive compensation in USD with meaningful equity in a hyper-growth company valued at $5B.
- A team that owns its P&L end-to-end: you will see your work in the revenue numbers within weeks, not quarters.
- Direct access to founders and leadership, with zero layers between you and the decision.
- Relocation support to Almaty for candidates moving from another city or country.
- Company-provided equipment, meals, transportation or other office benefits.
This is a fully on-site role based in our Almaty office. Our team works from the office five days per week for the full working day. We believe in-person collaboration is an important part of how we move quickly, solve complex problems and build strong teams.

ABOUT VOODOO
Voodoo is a consumer tech company founded in Paris in 2013, with one mission: entertain the world. Today we are 1,000 people, generating $1b+ in annual revenue, profitably. Our games and apps have passed 7 billion downloads and reach 200 million+ active users every month, making Voodoo the #3 mobile publisher worldwide in downloads, after Google and Meta. We were backed by Goldman Sachs, Tencent and GBL along the way.
TEAM
The Engineering & Data team builds innovative tech products and platforms to support the impressive growth of their gaming and consumer apps which allow Voodoo to stay at the forefront of the mobile gaming industry.
Helix is our flagship Ad-Network team of around 60 top-tier engineers and data scientists spanning backend, mobile SDKs, data engineering, infrastructure, and AI. Helix has evolved beyond powering Voodoo's own gaming portfolio—our technology is now directly integrated into games from external, third-party publishers worldwide.
Operating across millions of third-party devices in real-time bidding environments creates unique technical challenges around SDK performance, ultra-low latency, and intelligent automation.
Within Helix, you'll join the RTB team, the group that owns the bidder and the services behind it that help it take the optimal bidding decision. Bidder, pricing, models and data are all built in-house, so nothing is out of reach when you want to change how a bid gets made. You will work with expert backend and machine-learning engineers in real-time bidding, on a system that prices ad requests across mobile gaming in real time, at a scale few teams get to work at.
ROLE
We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager - Real Time Bidding to join our Engineering & Data team. In this role, you’ll drive product decisions across the full bidding pipeline.
You'll own projects end-to-end: roadmap, trade-offs, shipping, and cross-team contract. You will also:
- Own the roadmap of the bidding pipeline. How we target, price, pace and cap, and what goes live in the bid path and when.
- Own the delivery. Adapt to changes, set clear priorities, communicate effectively
- Own experimentation as a product. Other teams test ideas on the bidder through the framework we build. You make sure they can run the experiments they need, trust the results, and get an answer fast.
- Keep the pieces fitting together. You spot a change in one team that will break another before it reaches production.
- Contribute to the product strategy beyond your scope.
PROFILE (MUST HAVE)
- Experience in programmatic advertising. You have worked on pricing, bidding or auction logic on a DSP, bidder or exchange, you know the pipeline from bid request to win, and you can explain the business impact of your work.
- Analytical mindset. You back decisions with data and understand the statistical basis of pricing and experimentation.
- You own outcomes across teams. When a change in one team is about to break another, you catch it and drive the fix before it ships.
- You use AI tooling daily to write specs, analyse data and prototype, and you move faster because of it.
PROFILE (NICE TO HAVE)
- Mobile user acquisition: app install campaigns, attribution or mediation.
- Experience working with ML or data science teams.
- Supply-side experience: ad exchange or SSP.
- Background in statistics, operations research or economics.
BENEFITS
- Competitive salary based on experience
- Swile Lunch voucher
- Gymlib (100% covered by Voodoo)
- Premium healthcare coverage with SideCare, 100% covered for you and your family
- Wellness activities in our Paris office
- Remote Fridays

Lead diligence. Work with restaurant owners and internal teams to resolve questions, verify information, and identify material discrepancies or potential fraud.

Experience independently evaluating transactions, assessing financial and operational risks, and making or recommending funding decisions.
Experience building, implementing, or improving underwriting processes, with a focus on automation, operational efficiency, and scalable decision-making.
Ability to translate underwriting policies, financial thresholds, risk indicators, and approval requirements into structured business rules and automated workflows.

What success looks like

Ramp’s Token Spend Management team helps finance and technical teams understand and manage what they spend across AI providers and subscriptions. We are building the third pillar https://ramp.com/blog/ramp-at-44-billion-the-third-pillar of finance. - Improve the reliability, performance, and observability of systems as customer usage and provider coverage grow
- Partner with product, design, data, and engineering teammates to turn customer needs into practical solutions
- Raise the engineering bar through thoughtful design reviews, code reviews, and mentorship
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
- Experience designing, building, and operating production backend systems, including APIs, data models, and asynchronous workflows

- Comfort working through ambiguous product problems with cross-functional partners
- Clear communication and a collaborative approach to technical decisions and feedback

Company Description
We’re http://checkout.comCheckout.com http://Checkout.com. You might not know our name, but companies like eBay, Spotify, Klarna, Uber, and Sony do, because we’re behind many of the digital experiences you use every day.
We are where the world checks out, enabling over 10 billion transactions yearly for more than one billion global shoppers.
Whether you want to book a holiday, order food, renew a subscription, or check out online, there’s a good chance our tech powers the payments behind the scenes. Our platform helps the most ambitious businesses deliver effortless digital experiences, at scale.
If you want to do career-defining work, you’ve come to the right place. We move fast, think globally, and believe great teams are built by hiring exceptional people with conviction, curiosity, and the desire to make an impact.
With 20 offices across six continents and London as our HQ, we’re shaping the future of fintech – and we’re just getting started.
Checkout.com http://Checkout.com will grow you faster than you expect - the deals, the pace, and the people demand it. If you've ever felt a role never let you show what you're truly capable of, this is the opposite problem: meaningful deals with some of the UK's and the world's biggest brands, real autonomy, and no ceiling on what you can take on.
You'll join the Solutions team in London and own the technical side of deals from first conversation to go-live. Pre-sale, you're front and centre: positioning the platform, building demos and POCs, winning over the merchant's engineers and architects while your Account Executive drives the commercial thread. Once the deal is ready, the weight shifts: our Implementation Engineers lead the build and you stay close, so your designs survive contact with reality.
You'll work on a modern, fast-moving platform with docs that answer your questions, alongside one of the strongest commercial teams in payments.
People who do well here are curious by default: they pull threads, teach themselves what the job needs next, and act before anyone asks. If that's how you work, you'll like it here.
What you will be doing:
- Support the commercial team to position Checkout.com http://Checkout.com's products, solutions, and services - and win deals. You'll be a key partner to Account Executives on product, payments, regulation, and tech.
- Understand merchant requirements and technical needs, map them to our APIs and products, create solution designs and internal documentation.
- Run demos, build "show-me" payment flows, create POCs, customise and create presentations.
- Provide thought leadership on all aspects of Payment Performance - Acceptance Rate, Fraud Prevention, Tokenisation, Payment Methods, and others.
- Lead all technical interactions with merchants - chats, calls, meetings, and workshops - from first contact through go-live, partnering with our Implementation Engineers during integration.
- Support the BID management team with RFP and RFI responses.
- Enable internal functions, commercial and tech, with market and merchant feedback on product capabilities. Champion product change and improvement.
- Stay up to date with industry standards, solutions, and tech.
- Be an expert on Checkout.com http://Checkout.com's platform and products.
About You:
If the list below looks like you, apply.
Experience
- 2+ years as a Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect, Pre-Sales Consultant, Implementation Engineer, or TAM. At a PSP or payments company is a bonus.
- Merchant-side counts too: checkout engineering, an in-house payments team, a payments product role.
- Experience in a technical, client-facing role.
Payments and technical skills
We need real depth in one of the two areas below and the appetite to close the gap on the other. If payments is your strength, this job will make you more technical, you'll need to want that. Strong coder lighter on payments: payments can be taught, you'll have time.
Payments:
- Understanding of the end-to-end payment flow and the industry's rules, regulations, and schemes.
- Experience with 3DS, Network Tokenisation, Apple/Google Pay, APMs, Open Banking, or fraud-risk engines.
Tech:
- You can code and you're comfortable with web technologies - payments run on the web. At least one front-end (JavaScript, React, Angular) or back-end (Java, .NET, Python, Node) language.
- Familiar with API-based integration (REST/JSON, Postman); can reproduce, isolate, and explain issues using logs, API responses, and tests.
How you work
- Clear written and verbal English; equally at home with developers and product teams as with payments, finance, and C-level stakeholders.
- Commercially minded: you talk revenue, volume, and pricing, not just APIs, and push deals forward without being asked.
- Highly organised; able to prioritise shifting workloads.
Nice to have:
- Previous exposure to RFI/RFP processes.
- Familiarity with PSD2/PSD3/PSR, FCA, ISO-8583.
- An additional language.
- Former engineering, developer, or product manager background.
- Prior roles in the e-commerce industry.
Not sure whether to apply?
Build a working payment demo using our public docs at docs.checkout.com http://docs.checkout.com and send it to kate.moore@checkout.com. A working demo tells us more than a perfect CV.

BUILDING THE FUTURE OF OPEN FINANCE
Payward - the parent company behind Kraken, NinjaTrader, Breakout, xStocks, Payward Services and CF Benchmarks - has spent the last 15 years building one of the most modern and globally accessible financial infrastructure platforms in the industry, built to advance an open, global financial system.
THE TEAM
Founded in 2011, Kraken is one of the world's longest-standing crypto platforms, trusted by over 10 million individuals and institutions across the globe. It offers spot trading, margin, futures, staking, and OTC services, with products built for both individual investors and institutional clients.
Our VIP team supports the firm's highest-value private clients across the Payward ecosystem: high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) who expect a premium, secure, and highly tailored experience. We ensure Kraken remains the platform of choice for VIPs by delivering white-glove relationship management, personalized trading enablement, and high-impact benefits.
We are looking for a Senior VIP Relationship Manager, LATAM to help us scale our VIP client book and growth across the region. This is a hybrid role: part white-glove relationship management, part growth and business development. You'll build Kraken's presence inside LATAM's VIP trading and investor communities, run local marketing and events, and source new whale relationships.
We're looking for someone who isn't afraid to be bold, can build and scale initiatives from the ground up, and is humble enough to fail fast and move on to the next challenge. If you thrive in ambiguity and can operate in a fast-paced, scrappy environment, this role is for you.
THE OPPORTUNITY
- Serve as the trusted point of contact for Kraken and Payward’s top private clients across LATAM, delivering consistent, high-quality white-glove service and building deep, durable relationships.
- Own the regional VIP book end to end: onboarding, tier progression, retention, and proactive intervention on at-risk and lapsing clients.
- Build lasting relationships that grow AOP, net deposits, and trading volume, your primary KPIs, by becoming the partner clients trust with more of their capital and activity over time.
- Bring Kraken's private client and VIP offerings to market locally, including yield and earn campaigns, lending against tokenized equities and crypto collateral, OTC execution, and structured private-client benefits, ensuring they remain impactful and competitive against regional exchanges and desks.
- Source and convert new HNWI relationships through direct outreach, referrals, and introducer networks, from crypto-wealthy individuals and family offices to the principals of trading firms, OTC desks, miners, and project treasuries.
- Get inside LATAM's VIP trading communities: private trading groups, investor clubs, KOL and trader networks, and closed-door investor groups. Be the Kraken face those communities know and trust.
- Design and run local marketing and events (VIP dinners, trader meetups, conference-adjacent programming, and co-marketing with regional partners and KOLs) in partnership with our Marketing and Regional teams.
- Build and manage introducer and referral partnerships that produce a repeatable pipeline of qualified private clients.
- Act as Payward’s ear on the ground: competitive intelligence on regional exchanges, product gaps that cost us whale business, and the local narratives that move capital.
- Partner with Product, Marketing, Compliance, Banking, and Client Service to champion new efforts that drive private client growth and loyalty, and to make sure every play you run is inside Kraken's licensing and compliance perimeter.
WHAT YOU BRING
- 5+ years of experience in relationship management, account management, private banking, brokerage, or private client sales, including at least 2 years in the crypto space, with a track record of working with HNWIs.
- An existing, personal network among LATAM's crypto HNWIs, traders, family offices, OTC desks, funds, or trading communities in Brazil, Mexico, Argentina, Colombia, or Chile.
- Demonstrated ability to originate business, not just service it. You have personally brought in clients, run events, or built a community presence that produced measurable pipeline.
- Deep understanding of trading product solutions, including spot, margin, and futures trading, as well as OTC trading, lending, and yield/earn products. Familiarity with how deposits and client balances drive an exchange's lending economics is a strong plus.
- Comfort operating in a regulated environment across multiple LATAM jurisdictions, and the judgment to know when to involve Compliance early.
- Highly data-driven, with expertise in analyzing KPIs such as assets on platform, net deposits, trading volume, and client portfolio revenue.
- Ability to be scrappy, bold, and unafraid to explore alternative and creative solutions to achieve results.
- Deep knowledge of cryptocurrency ecosystems, their players, frameworks, and market dynamics beyond just blue-chip tokens, including how local on/off-ramps and stablecoin flows shape client behavior in the region.
- Skilled at building meaningful partnerships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels and across diverse backgrounds.
- Willingness to travel up to 30% across the region for client meetings, events, and conferences.
- Based in Brazil and native or near-native Portuguese plus fluent English required. Spanish is a strong plus.
Unless a specific application deadline is stated in the job posting, applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.
Please note, applicants are permitted to redact or remove information on their resume that identifies age, date of birth, or dates of attendance at or graduation from an educational institution.
We consider qualified applicants with criminal histories for employment on our team, assessing candidates in a manner consistent with the requirements of the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance.
OUR COMMITMENT
Payward is powered by people from around the world and we celebrate the diverse talents, backgrounds, contributions, and unique perspectives that everyone brings to the table. We hire based on merit, seeking out people with the right abilities, knowledge, and skills for the job. We encourage you to apply for roles where you don't fully meet the listed requirements, especially if you're passionate or knowledgeable about crypto.
We may ask candidates to complete job-related skills or work-style assessments as part of our hiring process. These assessments evaluate competencies relevant to the role and are applied consistently across candidates for similar positions. Results are considered alongside experience and interviews, and are not the sole basis for any employment decision.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
AI is changing what security teams can do. Claude can find and help fix vulnerabilities in code at a pace that wasn't possible a year ago, and we want defenders to have that advantage first.
As Manager, Cybersecurity Sales Specialists, you'll build and lead the team of cybersecurity specialists who sell to security teams across our Americas business units, including financial services, healthcare and life sciences, and technology. Your team partners with the Account Executives in each industry to lead the security strategy and the security deal with CISOs.
You'll help shape how Anthropic sells security: how your team covers the business units, how it works with the Account Executive and Applied AI organizations, and how what we learn from customers shapes what we build. The work matters to our mission: a safe transition through transformative AI depends on the people who defend critical systems being able to use it well, and this team is how we get it into their hands.
Responsibilities
Hire, onboard and develop a high-performing team of cybersecurity sales specialists
Own your team's forecast, pipeline health and results across the business units you cover
Set your team's coverage model, and agree on clear rules of engagement with the sales leaders who own each industry and with Applied AI leadership on discovery, proofs of concept and architecture
Build a pipeline engine with the Account Executives, across their existing accounts and through outbound to security leaders, events and partners
Coach your team through complex deals that lead with the customer's problem (finding and fixing vulnerabilities, application security, security operations, and deploying AI agents securely), and act as executive sponsor with CISOs on the most important ones
Make security reviews, verification for security use cases, and procurement a repeatable path rather than a deal-by-deal effort
Scale enablement so Account Executives across every business unit can spot and qualify security opportunities
Bring what your team hears from security customers to sales leadership and to our product, safeguards and marketing teams, and turn it into input on the roadmap
Run a healthy team: clear expectations, regular feedback, and performance and development conversations
Minimum Qualifications
Experience building and leading a cybersecurity sales team that carried a number, whether direct, specialist or overlay, including hiring, coaching and managing performance
Track record of closing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals where the security organization was the buyer or the deciding approver, and of coaching others to do the same
Fluency in how security teams work, built by selling directly to CISOs, application security leads and security engineers
Depth in at least one security domain, such as application security, vulnerability management, security operations, cloud, data, identity or endpoint security
History of building a business before there was an established approach, through outbound and partners rather than inherited accounts
Ability to lead through influence as well as authority, so that Account Executives and their leaders bring your team in because it helps them win
Consultative approach to selling and coaching: understanding the problem before proposing anything, and being honest about what a product can't do
Commitment to making AI systems safe and beneficial
Preferred Qualifications
Background selling security in one of the industries we cover, and an understanding of how security is bought and regulated there
Experience managing managers and individual contributors, or scaling a sales team through fast growth
Experience leading teams selling AI, developer or data platform products to technical buyers
Time spent as a security practitioner or sales engineer before moving into sales leadership
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
Annual Salary:
$450,000
—
$550,000 USD
Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.
To protect yourself from potential scams, remember that Anthropic recruiters only contact you from @anthropic.com email addresses. In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains. How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.
