Here, you will find the autonomy, the data depth, and the massive scale required to solve the most complex optimization challenges in the adtech ecosystem.
The data infrastructure behind this runs at real scale: 2TB ingested in real time every day, 100+ Airflow jobs and data pipelines, and ML models handling p99 latency of 100ms across 100,000+ predictions per second.
As a Data Engineer on this team – you’ll be building and maintaining the infrastructure that makes them possible: the Feature Store, the data pipelines, the data quality systems, and the data architecture that data scientists depend on to move fast.
Your Mission & Who We Are Looking For:
Data engineering at ML scale. You have 5+ years in data engineering on a modern stack, with proven experience handling systems that process several TB of data per day and thousands of events per second. Flink is your default for real-time. You have hands-on experience with Apache Flink for stateful stream processing and real-time feature computation. You’ll translate Data Science requirements into high-performance streams, enable Data Scientists to contribute new features and implement features yourself when needed.
Pipeline bottlenecks don’t survive long around you. You know how to identify and eliminate inefficiencies in complex ETL jobs, whether handling high-volume batch processing or real-time streaming systems like Kafka. At adjoe, data velocity is critical: slow pipelines directly impact model freshness and prediction quality at sub-100ms inference.
You think in layers, not tables. You move beyond raw data to design robust, multi-layered data architectures using dbt, and can reason confidently about storage formats, Data Lakehouse models, and what belongs where in a 1PB+ data lake. Familiarity with Medallion Architecture is a strong plus.
The bridge between Data Science and Backend. You’ve worked closely with Data Scientists on online ML systems with low latency requirements, and understand what it takes to make experimental research production-ready. Strong Java required; Go or Python a plus.
Owns quality, not just delivery. You implement data validation, monitoring, and governance processes in production, because in a system where model inputs directly drive advertiser ROI, data integrity isn’t optional.
Experience with Airflow, Kubeflow, AWS, Terraform, and Kubernetes is a strong plus.
🌎 We welcome applications from talent worldwide and provide relocation support to Hamburg, Germany for those ready to join our team.
What’s in It for You?
At adjoe, you’re not here to just close JIRA tickets, you’re helping build the infrastructure behind one of the most impactful platforms in adtech. The systems you work on will reach hundreds of millions of users and power billions of decisions every day.
Go Big. Own projects with impact on 770M users and push adtech boundaries.
Move Fast. Ship solutions multiple times a day, learn from results, and keep momentum.
Be Direct. Solve problems openly and collaborate across teams.
Thrive Together. Grow with a diverse, global team of people from over 40 different countries that learn from each other.
Have Fun. Celebrate wins, enjoy daily victories, and bring your energy.

Relocation support to Hamburg, Germany is provided for candidates worldwide ready to join the team.
About the company: Plurio builds AI agents for performance marketing, automating analysis and optimization for media buying teams managing $300K–$15M/month on Google, Meta, and TikTok. Their AI agents handle budget allocation, creative management, and automation rules based on historical data and ML models, managing over $500M/year in ad spend.
The Role: The Senior Marketing Analyst owns marketing attribution and measurement, ensuring trustworthy and explainable performance metrics across channels with complex attribution models (first/last/multi-touch, custom windows, LTV-driven funnels). Responsibilities include cross-channel and funnel analysis integrating paid media, on-site behavior, CRM, and backend revenue to diagnose funnel leaks and unit economics issues. The role requires deep understanding of paid-channel analytics on Meta and Google platforms to inform reallocation and optimization decisions. The analyst builds AI-driven analytical workflows using AI agents (Claude Code, Cursor, Codex) to automate data preparation and analysis, designs repeatable pipelines, and creates clear dashboards and reports (Power BI, Looker, Tableau) with real-time anomaly detection. The analyst collaborates with product, data, and engineering teams to align analytical models with product development.
Requirements: Excellent SQL skills with ability to write, debug, and optimize complex queries and teach AI agents to do so. Proven experience in marketing analytics and performance marketing, including attribution and management of Meta and Google Ads. Hands-on experience with AI coding agents to build workflows and automations. Systemic thinking focused on repeatable pipelines and automated analysis. Proficiency with Git for version control of queries and workflows. Strong communication skills to translate data into actionable decisions. Professional-level English and reliable overlap with US business hours.
Preferred: Python for analysis beyond SQL, experience with dbt, modern data warehouses (BigQuery, Snowflake), ETL/pipeline work, web/measurement tools (GA4, GTM, server-side tracking), experience with complex funnels and LTV-driven models in sectors like EdTech, FinTech, Consumer Apps, B2C SaaS, Healthcare, Home Services. Independent project ownership and public samples of work.
Red Flags: Creating dashboards without marketing or attribution understanding, SQL only via drag-and-drop BI tools, using AI agents only as chat without workflow building, theoretical marketing analytics without hands-on Meta/Google Ads experience.
What to Expect: Competitive compensation aligned with senior experience, AI-first culture with advanced tooling, significant impact on client outcomes and AI product, remote work with US-hours overlap.
Hiring Process: Application with CV and short answers, intro call, technical interview on SQL and marketing analytics, final culture fit conversation, paid trial period, then offer.
How to Apply: Fill out the application form at the provided link; no cover letter required.

Lithic is the modern card issuing and processing platform empowering ambitious financial companies to build the future of payments.
Our infrastructure powers card programs for 100+ innovative clients, from fintechs reimagining credit and digital banking to platforms transforming disbursements and spend management. Companies like Mercury, Flex, and Novo rely on Lithic's developer-friendly APIs, direct network connections, and flawless reconciliation to launch and scale card programs in weeks, not years.
We're building a future where access to better financial products materially improves people's lives, free from the constraints of 30-year-old mainframes and legacy processors. We're proud to be backed by world-class investors who share that vision, including Bessemer Venture Partners, Index Ventures, Spark Capital, Stripes, and Mastercard, along with many others.
We're a team of 170+ across 26 states and 7 countries, headquartered in New York City.
We are hiring a Support Engineer to join our
API Support
team. This is a hands-on, high-autonomy role. You'll own customer issues end-to-end: triaging incoming tickets, debugging production behavior across our authorizer and API surface, reasoning through configuration and data flow, and driving problems to resolution, often without needing to hand anything off. You'll work across card lifecycle, authorization decisioning, webhooks, account holder KYC, disputes, and the other configurable layers of our platform, using internal tools, Snowflake, Grafana/Loki, and AI-assisted workflows to move fast.
When issues reveal deeper product gaps, you'll partner with Engineering and Product to surface patterns and get problems resolved upstream. You will also partner with Solutions and Product Delivery to ensure that we deliver clear, timely, and charming customer communications. Your judgment directly shapes customer trust, product reliability, and our ability to scale the Support function without scaling headcount linearly with ticket volume.
Lithic is the card-issuing and payments platform powering some of the most ambitious fintechs and embedded-finance programs in the market. Our customers build on our APIs to issue cards, move money, and run card programs at scale, which means the questions that reach us are rarely "where's the button?" They're "why did this authorization decline at 3:42am ET?", "why is this webhook firing twice?", "is this dispute eligible under Reg E?", "what's the latency on our tokenization endpoint right now?" Customers don't remember when things work. They remember when things break, how fast we fix them, and whether we took the time to set things right. As a Support Engineer at Lithic, you're the person who makes that moment go well.
What you'll do:
Own support tickets from first response through confirmed resolution. No tossing them over the fence.
Debug independently by tracing system state, API logs, authorizer decisions, webhook delivery, and data flow across production.
Diagnose issues spanning card issuance, authorization decisioning, transactions and settlement, webhooks, account holder KYC, disputes, and other configurable behaviors of the Lithic platform. A typical investigation might involve querying Snowflake to trace a transaction's lifecycle, checking Grafana dashboards for latency anomalies, pulling up the customer's integration in Retool, and documenting the resolution in The Vault
Use internal tooling, Snowflake/dbt marts, Grafana/Loki, and AI-assisted workflows (Claude Code, internal agents) to investigate and resolve issues efficiently.
Maintain high operational rigor in triage, prioritization, SLA adherence, and customer communication.
Surface recurring failure patterns that inform product and engineering improvements. Drive permanent fixes, not just one-off resolutions.
Contribute to The Vault (our Notion KCS knowledge base). Write the article you wished existed when you picked up the ticket.
Create and update internal tooling using Metabase, Retool, Grafana, and Snowflake.
What you'll bring:
3+ years in a technical, execution-heavy role: Support Engineer, Solutions Engineer, Implementation Engineer, TAM, or similar. Ideally in fintech, payments, or developer-platform B2B SaaS.
Strong debugging instincts and comfort operating in production environments where you won't always have a playbook.
Comfortable with using and debugging REST API calls, webhooks, and configuration-driven systems. You are familiar with OpenAPI specs, JSON payloads, and can work through issues with HTTP calls fluently.
SQL chops. You can independently write a query against a data warehouse (we use Snowflake + dbt) to answer a customer question without needing to ping a data analyst.
Ability to reason through complex system behavior from first principles, not just follow runbooks.
Clear, direct written communication internally and customer facing. You explain what happened, why, and what you did about it, without hedging or jargon.
A strong bias toward ownership. You'd rather solve the problem than route the ticket.
Comfortable using AI tools like (LLMs and coding assistants like Claude Code or Cursor) as a part of your daily workflow.
Experience working in ticketing systems (Zendesk, Jira, or equivalent)
Strong sense of ownership and ability to work independently in a remote environment
The annual US salary range for this role is $100,000 - $140,000 plus equity. This salary range may be inclusive of several career levels at Lithic and will be narrowed during the interview process based on the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
This is a remote position. However, candidates must be located in the United States, Canada (Ontario or British Columbia), Netherlands, Poland, or Czech Republic. We do not offer visa sponsorship or assistance.

At ClickUp, we're building the future of work: the first truly converged AI workspace unifying tasks, docs, chat, calendar, and enterprise search, all supercharged by context-driven AI. We are an AI-native company. Every team member is expected to leverage AI daily, and we evaluate AI fluency as part of our hiring process. Join us and help redefine what's possible. 🚀
ClickUp is hiring a Majors Account Executive to grow and expand our footprint across larger EMEA customers. This role is built for a seller who can take strong product adoption, identify real whitespace, and turn it into broader, multi-team commercial growth.
This is an especially important hire now because ClickUp’s international business already matters materially, and larger customers increasingly want to consolidate scattered tools, improve execution clarity, and understand how AI can create leverage across teams. We need someone who can run strong discovery, build a credible business case, and guide more complex stakeholder groups from interest to expansion.
Mission
- Own and grow expansion revenue across major EMEA accounts by identifying whitespace, building business cases, and positioning ClickUp as the platform that helps larger teams work with more clarity, speed, and operational leverage.
Key outcomes and responsibilities
- Own expansion opportunities across major accounts in your region, with a core focus on larger organisations in the roughly 1,000–2,500 employee range.
- Consistently exceed pipeline and sales targets by converting account signals, free trials, marketing-qualified leads, demo requests, and product adoption into qualified commercial opportunities.
- Run structured discovery that uncovers workflow pain, stakeholder priorities, buying friction, and the business case for broader ClickUp adoption.
- Deliver compelling presentations and demos that connect ClickUp’s platform value to customer priorities, cross-functional workflows, and executive-level outcomes.
- Build and manage multithreaded deal plans across end users, managers, executives, procurement, and other decision-makers.
- Partner closely with Growth, Marketing, and adjacent GTM teams to improve lead quality, regional account coverage, and conversion.
- Maintain strong process discipline across forecasting, pipeline inspection, next steps, CRM hygiene, and follow-through.
- Identify recurring patterns across segments, objections, and account behavior to help sharpen the majors expansion motion in EMEA.
- Support more formal buying motions when needed, including RFIs / RFQs and procurement-heavy evaluations.
Required qualifications
- Demonstrated success in B2B SaaS sales with clear ownership of full-cycle deals, account growth, or expansion motions.
- Track record of exceeding quota and managing a disciplined pipeline in commercial, strategic, or larger-account environments.
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills, including comfort communicating with both practitioners and executive stakeholders.
- Clear consultative selling instincts, with the ability to connect customer pain to value, urgency, and practical next steps.
- Strong process rigor and attention to detail across forecasting, deal planning, and follow-through.
- Experience completing or leading RFIs / RFQs, or operating in deals with more structured evaluation processes.
- Ability to work in our Dublin / London office 2-3 days per week.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience selling workflow, collaboration, productivity, CRM, CX, or adjacent horizontal SaaS platforms.
- Experience in an expansion-heavy, cross-sell, or land-and-expand motion rather than a purely transactional new-logo model.
- Experience navigating multi-stakeholder buying groups in larger customer environments.
- Familiarity with EMEA selling dynamics, regional complexity, or distributed territory ownership.
- Comfort selling a broader platform and AI productivity story instead of relying on feature-by-feature comparisons.

build dashboards, decision-ready reporting, and review rhythms that turn data into recommendations, owners, and measurable performance improvements.
Lead cross-functional orchestration and change -

Strong hands-on analytical capability including working with SQL, Tableau or similar BI tools, spreadsheets, KPI modelling, segmentation, funnel diagnostics, and AI-enabled analytical tools to generate actionable insights.
Structured, hypothesis-driven problem-solving with the ability to bring clarity to complexity, test assumptions, and make practical recommendations from incomplete information.
Experience with experimentation and optimization including A/B testing, test design, measurement, and using results to improve customer journeys and commercial performance.

Hi, I'm Paul, VP of Engineering at
Customer.io
. We're always looking for thoughtful, driven Engineering Managers to add to our org. Some of our teams are building customer-facing product and workflows; others keep our distributed systems reliable, observable, and ready to scale. Whichever kind of problem energizes you, if you lead people well, hold a high technical bar, and drive work to completion without waiting to be handed a plan, we want to hear from you.
About
Customer.io
Over 9,000 companies—from scrappy startups to global brands—use our platform to send billions of emails, push notifications, in-app messages, and SMS every day.
Customer.io
powers automated communication that people actually want to receive.
We help teams send smarter, more relevant messages using real-time behavioral data—what people do or don't do inside a web or mobile app. Under the hood: Go, React, and AI help us ship fast and scale with confidence.
What we value
Ownership.
You set direction and see initiatives through. You create clarity when things are murky and set the path forward rather than waiting for one to be defined, and you're motivated by impact—not just intention. You hold yourself and your team accountable to shipping, not just staying busy.
Leaders who can do both.
You operate at the strategic level and stay close to the technical work. You can align stakeholders on a plan and earn your engineers' respect in the same day—you don't choose between vision and execution, you hold both.
A drive to execute through resistance.
Competing priorities, skeptical stakeholders, tired teams—you've moved work forward anyway. You name the resistance, make the call, and own the milestones and the misses.
An AI-first mindset.
AI is central to how you build and how you lead your team to build. You have a real, concrete point of view on AI-native development, you use agentic tooling yourself, and you bring it into how your squad operates.
A healthy skepticism for "the way things are done."
You bring rigor and pragmatism. Best practices matter—but never more than forward motion. You know when to build, when to buy, and when to wait—and you're comfortable making the call with incomplete information, then adjusting as you learn.
What you'll do
Care deeply about our customers and their outcomes
Lead your squad to deliver real customer value by owning projects end to end—from planning through delivery, quality, and follow-through
Drive execution: set milestones, keep work moving through ambiguity and competing priorities, and
ship in small, observable increments rather than waiting for a release window
Make confident decisions when the path isn't obvious, and lead your team through them
Set the operating rhythm that helps your team move fastest, rather than defaulting to ceremony for its own sake
Ensure your squad's solutions are scalable, architecturally sound, flexible, and secure, with strong peer-review, QA, documentation, deployment, logging, and monitoring practices
Stay close to the work—jump into design reviews, architecture calls, and incidents rather than watching from a distance
Provide direct, timely, and specific coaching, and create meaningful development opportunities for your direct reports
Participate in an on-call rotation as required, supporting the reliability of the systems you build
Hire, onboard, and manage performance so the right people are in place to hit your squad's goals
Bring an AI-native perspective—use AI tools to accelerate the team's velocity and help everyone prototype faster and ship smarter
Partner across engineering and other departments to align efforts with customer success, and reach higher when our customers are having a bad day
What we're looking for
3+ years managing engineers at a SaaS company (B2B or B2C), ideally early-to-mid-stage
A track record of driving execution—concrete delivery outcomes with milestones, dates, and "I drove" ownership, especially in complex or fast-moving environments
A strong technical background—you can hold your own in architecture conversations and design reviews, represent your squad's technical choices across the company, and you've shipped real work recently enough to stay credible
Comfort operating with high autonomy and little prescribed structure—you create your own clarity and make difficult tradeoffs between competing priorities
Demonstrated AI-native leadership—not just personal fluency, but bringing AI-first practices into how your team builds
Experience building high-performing, inclusive, and collaborative teams
Clear, concise, and direct communication, both verbal and written
Compensation & Benefits
We believe in transparency. Starting salary for this role is $185,000-$215,000 USD (or equivalent in local currency) depending on experience and subject to market rate adjustment. In addition to base salary, this role includes an equity grant in the form of stock options, so you share in the success you help build.
We know our people are what make us great, and we're committed to taking great care of them. Our inclusive benefits package supports your well-being and growth, including
100% coverage of medical, dental, vision, mental health, and supplemental insurance premiums for you and your family
. We also offer
16 weeks paid parental leave
,
unlimited PTO
, stipends for remote work and wellness, a professional development budget, and more.

- Collaborate deeply with Data Science and Backend Engineers to ensure seamless data flow and end-to-end system reliability, and use these partnerships to progressively expand your expertise across the full stack.
What we are interested in:
- 4+ years of software engineering experience with a deep specialization in modern JavaScript, TypeScript, and React.
- Proven ability to architect complex state management. While our stack relies on TanStack Query, React Router and Zustand, we value engineers who understand the principles and can adapt expertise from other libraries like Redux, MobX, NextJS.
- You can design systems that handle complexity without becoming complicated, prioritizing long-term maintainability.
- Experience elevating the skills of peers. You don't just review their code; you teach patterns and best practices.
- Competence in writing robust and efficient unit and integration tests using frameworks like Jest or Playwright.
- Deep understanding of web performance, browser internals, and optimization techniques for data-heavy applications.
- A "Product Owner" mindset. You care deeply about the "why" behind every feature, viewing code as a tool to solve real user problems. You are comfortable pushing back on requirements and proposing alternative solutions that drive better business outcomes and user experiences.
Extra Credit:
- Experience in data visualization and analytics (handling large datasets, heavy DOM manipulation with libraries like Highcharts).
- A portfolio, GitHub history, or technical writing that demonstrates clean code, an eye for design, and the ability to solve complex architectural challenges.
- Familiarity with back end frameworks Ruby on Rails/Angular and different types of DBs (Clickhouse, Mongo, Postgres)
- Knowledge of AI-driven coding tools and models as we encourage leveraging AI to enhance coding efficiency and unlock creative potential
