About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
As a Strategic Account Executive (Banking) at Anthropic, you'll join the foundational team introducing our frontier AI platform to the world's leading retail and commercial banks. You'll drive adoption of safe, frontier AI by securing strategic, enterprise-scale deals across retail banking, commercial banking, and consumer finance organizations. You'll leverage deep banking sales expertise to grow revenue while becoming a trusted advisor to industry stakeholders — helping them embed AI into customer service, underwriting, risk, and back-office operations workflows, and uncovering its full range of capabilities. Working closely with Product and Marketing, you'll continuously sharpen our value proposition, sales motion, and market positioning for retail and commercial banking decision-makers.
The ideal candidate is energized by building a new category in an established, highly regulated industry — identifying high-potential accounts across retail and commercial banks, and running the strategies to win them. By driving deployment of Anthropic's emerging products into banking enterprises, you'll help these organizations unlock new capabilities while advancing the responsible development of AI.
Key responsibilities
Own a book of strategic, high-value accounts across retail banking, commercial banking, and consumer finance organizations, carrying and exceeding an individual revenue target
Engage personally with C-level and senior technical stakeholders (CIOs, CTOs, Heads of Risk, Heads of Data/AI) — building business cases and value narratives, and navigating complex procurement, security, regulatory, and legal review through to production deployment and expansion
Identify and prioritize high-potential opportunities within your accounts, building and executing account plans that turn strategic relationships into committed revenue
Run a disciplined pipeline and forecasting cadence — accurate deal inspection, clear next steps, and predictable, coachable execution across a high-value, long-cycle book of business
Partner closely with Applied AI, Solutions Architecture, and Product to design solutions, prove value quickly, and translate retail and commercial banking needs — customer service, underwriting, risk, operations — into product and roadmap input
Codify winning use cases, proof points, and reference stories from your deals, partnering with Marketing and Enablement to help scale them across the broader FSI motion
Orchestrate cross-functional and partner motions with Customer Success, Legal, Partnerships, and cloud partners to deliver a seamless customer experience, and represent Anthropic as a visible, trusted voice with customers and at industry events
Minimum qualifications
5+ years of enterprise sales experience in retail or commercial banking, with demonstrated success covering bank or consumer finance organizations
A track record of carrying and exceeding quota in enterprise sales of technical, complex products (API-first platforms, cloud infrastructure, data/ML platforms, or enterprise SaaS)
Experience winning and growing strategic enterprise accounts, including building C-suite relationships, within retail and commercial banking
Operational rigor across complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles — balancing velocity with deal quality and forecasting accurately in fast-changing environments
Credibility with technical buyers and builders — CIOs, CTOs, CDOs, Heads of AI/ML — and experience pairing effectively with solutions architects and applied AI teams
A genuine interest in deploying AI responsibly and motivation to advance Anthropic's mission of building safe, beneficial AI
Preferred qualifications
Experience bringing generative AI or LLM-based products, or other emerging platform technologies, to large retail or commercial banks
Deep familiarity with regulated-industry selling — data governance, regulatory and compliance-driven procurement, security review, and the governance expectations of banking organizations
Experience selling with and through cloud and ecosystem partners such as AWS, Google Cloud, and global systems integrators
Familiarity with consumption- or usage-based commercial models and value-based pricing conversations
Experience navigating long, multi-stakeholder enterprise cycles typical of banking procurement

Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:

Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.

Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

Metabase is the easiest way for people to get insights from their data, from tiny startups who get up and running quickly to major corporations with tens of thousands of users. That's why people love us.
We bring data tools with the elegance and simplicity of consumer products to the crufty world of enterprise business intelligence. We provide an opinionated open source starting point for how companies should measure, analyze and share their data, which is used by tens of thousands of companies.
The opportunity
We've seen firsthand how powerful in-person community connection can be — from our flagship Meetabase in Argentina to customer-hosted events in Madrid, and casual bar meetups organized when team members travel through Europe. We're ready to take this to the next level, and we're looking for someone who can help us think and operate at a different scale. That means owning a full portfolio of event types — from our annual user conference to executive dinners to community-hosted gatherings — and bringing an experimental mindset to all of it. You won't just execute events well; you'll design programs, run tests, measure what works, and build a scalable playbook grounded in real data.
What you’ll own
Program Design
Own the overall community events plan, including how different event types ladder up to company goals around awareness, retention, pipeline, and community health
Design events as experiments: define hypotheses, set measurable goals, and build in the feedback loops needed to learn and iterate
Maintain a forward-looking events calendar aligned to product launches, regional growth priorities, and company milestones
Identify and prioritize target cities and regions based on community density, product usage data, and expansion opportunity
Event portfolio
Lead planning and execution of our annual user conference (Meetabase) end-to-end
Support and scale community-hosted events by providing toolkits, resources, and coordination for local organizers who want to run their own gatherings
Own demand gen events, including executive dinner and VIP programming — curating guest lists, formats, and experiences that deepen relationships with key customers and prospects
Coordinate informal and formal meetups and community visits globally
Operations and measurement
Own all event logistics: venue sourcing and negotiation, catering, AV, signage, swag, guest lists, and international shipping
Manage event budgets, vendor relationships, and procurement across multiple time zones and currencies
Define and track KPIs for every event type — from attendance and engagement to pipeline influence and community NPS — and report out regularly
Gather attendee feedback — quantitative and qualitative — and synthesize insights to continuously raise the bar on quality and impact
Build and maintain playbooks, templates, and toolkits so programs can be handed off, replicated, and improved over time
Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Success Engineering on branding, messaging, and lead handoff
What you bring
Experience in event management, community marketing, or field marketing at a tech company, with a track record of owning both large flagship events and smaller programmatic ones
A strategic, data-driven approach: you define success before you start, and you know how to structure even a small dinner as a learning opportunity
Experience managing a diverse portfolio of event formats — conferences, executive programs, community events, meetups — not just one type
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple concurrent projects across time zones
Comfortable with international logistics: foreign vendors, cross-border shipping, multi-currency payments
Confident negotiator with vendors and venues; familiarity with contracts and procurement
Self-starter who thrives in a remote, async environment with high autonomy
Ability to travel internationally when needed
Bonus: experience in SaaS, data analytics, or open-source communities
Bonus: fluency in additional languages (Spanish, Portuguese, French, German, etc.)
Why this role matters
This role is the strategic engine behind how Metabase shows up for its community in the real world. Every event you design is both a relationship-builder and a learning opportunity — a chance to deepen connections, surface honest feedback, generate new evangelists, and test what actually moves the needle. You're not just running events; you're building a program that compounds over time.
Compensation
The US base salary range for this role is $72.8K–$186K annually, plus equity and benefits.
Compensation is determined by role, level, location, and individual qualifications, including skills, experience, and scope of responsibility. Pay may vary by geographic location and other job-related factors.
Benefits
We offer meaningful equity and a comprehensive US benefits package, including fully employer-covered medical, dental, and vision insurance (with 75% coverage for dependents), a 401(k) with employer match available to enroll after the first 30 days, flexible and unlimited paid time off including sick time, and an asynchronous, remote-first environment.
We're a global team (50% outside the US), fully distributed (from Thailand to California), who get things done asynchronously, with plenty of uninterrupted time, supporting each other to do the best work of our careers. We offer flexibility (define your own schedule and work from wherever you want), autonomy, and an environment that fosters growth, learning, and development. We're relentlessly user-focused and believe in building long-term value, not short-term hacks. And we raised a $30M Series B to take our approach to the next level for years to come.
For U.S. applicants: Metabase participates in the federal E-Verify program, which confirms employment authorization of newly hired U.S. based employees. E-Verify is not used as a tool to pre-screen candidates and is only initiated upon hire.

The job
We are looking for a Senior AI Engineer with strong LLM and product engineering experience to join our AI Platform team and help ship the AI-driven features across our app — including personalized in-app content recommendations, conversational AI-powered insights, and AI-generated mobile push notifications. You will focus on the product-facing behavior of our GenAI features (relevance, quality, latency, and safety), using the platform’s judges, fine-tuning pipelines, and evaluation tools, and contributing to infrastructure work (Databricks, AWS, Terraform) as initiatives require it.
What you’ll do
Feature development:
build and ship LLM-powered product features, including AI-generated mobile push notifications, personalized in-app content recommendations and custom user journeys, and conversational AI-powered insights — including structured output such as charts and widgets
Latency and UX:
reduce perceived and actual response latency through streaming, pregeneration, and inference-time tradeoffs, working closely with product and design on how AI output is experienced by users
Prompt and model behavior:
iterate on prompt design and calibration, use fine-tuned health-domain models (Llama, Gemma, MedGemma) where relevant, and work with the Judge-as-a-Service ecosystem to keep outputs safe and high quality
Experimentation:
help enable A/B testing for model and prompt changes, using evaluation gates to ship safely and measure impact
Data and evaluation:
contribute to synthetic Q&A generation, golden test sets, and evaluation dataset design that supports the features you’re building
Infrastructure:
contribute to Databricks, AWS (EKS), Terraform, or CI/CD work as initiatives require it
Cross-functional impact:
collaborate with Product, Security, Analytics, and Medical teams, and engage with technology partners (Databricks, Google, OpenAI, Anthropic, AWS) on pre-release capabilities relevant to your features
Experience and skills
Must have:
7+ years of software engineering, with recent hands-on experience building product features backed by LLMs
experience with at least one of: prompt engineering, LLM evaluation, fine-tuning, or model serving
strong Python, and comfort working with APIs/SDKs that wrap LLM calls, prompt templates, and structured outputs
product sensibility: a track record of shipping user-facing features, with attention to latency, tone, and quality of AI output as experienced by end users
comfort picking up new infrastructure tools (Databricks, AWS, Terraform, GitHub Actions) as needed — deep prior expertise not required
Nice to have:
LLM evaluation frameworks (judges, graders, calibration methodology) or fine-tuning techniques (LoRA, RLHF/DPO, model distillation)
prompt optimisation frameworks (DSPy or similar)
feature stores or personalization/ranking experience (relevant to in-app content recommendation work)
healthcare, regulated-industry, or safety-critical AI systems experience
data engineering fundamentals (Spark, Delta tables, Parquet)

Finom is a fast-growing European tech startup, headquartered in Amsterdam, on a mission to revolutionize the financial landscape for entrepreneurs globally. We are developing an all-in-one financial B2B solution that seamlessly integrates banking functions, accounting, financial management, and invoicing into a mobile-first platform.
Following a significant €115 million Series C equity round, bringing our total funding to approximately $346 million, we are expanding aggressively across key EU markets (Germany, France, Netherlands, Italy, Spain). We go beyond traditional banking, offering invoicing and a growing suite of features, including AI-enabled accounting, to simplify financial management for small and medium-sized businesses.
At Finom, we empower our employees to make a real difference. We nurture an innovative and inspiring environment where bold ideas thrive, prioritizing thorough research, swift implementation, and ensuring every effort benefits our users, partners, and our business as a whole.
Engineering Manager - Product
We're looking for an Engineering Manager who's both a technical leader and a product builder. You'll guide a cross-functional team (5-10 engineers across backend, frontend, mobile, and QA) in delivering products that create real value for hundreds of thousands of businesses across Europe.
What You Will Be Doing
You're a seasoned technical leader with strong engineering roots and a track record of building teams that ship products that matter. You communicate clearly with everyone – engineers, product managers, executives – and you're genuinely curious about the product, the users, the business, and how your team's work drives real impact.
You don't just manage delivery. You challenge problem framing with your PM partner, ensure the team solves the right problems, and think in terms of business outcomes, not just technical outputs. You're comfortable discussing retention and conversion funnels alongside system architecture. You help the team understand ROI and prioritize based on value and effort.
You have deep technical expertise and can still step in to unblock when needed. You balance feature delivery with technical debt, keeping scalability in mind while ensuring the team ships at pace. You make technical decisions through explicit trade-offs, not gut feelings, and help everyone understand the "why" behind choices.
You take ownership of both outcomes and people. You run meaningful 1:1s, create growth plans, and own hiring and promotions. You build engaged teams through honest feedback and coaching. You invest in making the team more productive – better tools, smarter processes, fewer bottlenecks.
You drive predictable delivery by partnering tightly with Product and Design. You communicate proactively about priorities, risks, and constraints. You encourage healthy debate and move toward "disagree and commit" when needed.
Who You Are
5+ years of software development building data-intensive production systems
Proven track record leading cross-functional engineering teams
Deep technical knowledge: hands-on experience with at least one of the common general-purpose languages and platforms (C#/.NET, Java/JVM, JavaScript/Node, Go), distributed architectures, databases, messaging and queueing systems.
Experience in product-led organizations, ideally with international scopeStrong business acumen – you connect engineering work to revenue, retention, and trust
Comfortable with product metrics (DAU/MAU, retention, conversion funnels)
Exceptional communication in English across all audiencesA builder's mentality: you care about shipping great products and growing great teams
Our tech stack
Backend: .NET Core, PostgreSQL, Redis, RabbitMQ, Kafka, Kubernetes
You'll lead teams using React, Swift/Kotlin, Python/ML frameworks, and modern QA tools
What You Will Get In Return
Make a genuine impact on the product
We're a growing fintech serving hundreds of thousands of European businesses. You'll lead a domain team with real ownership and autonomy over what you build and how you build it. This is a place for curious leaders who want to grow as technical managers, product thinkers, and people leaders.

About the role
Finance at Descript isn’t a back office function. It’s a strategic partner in shaping where and how we grow. This role exists to turn insight into leverage, helping the company make smarter bets, allocate capital effectively, and improve the efficiency of our go to market engine. You will report to the VP of Finance and operate as a senior individual contributor with high ownership.
Your scope covers the full growth funnel, from top of funnel through conversion, retention, and ARR. You will own GTM and growth models, partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Growth, and Data teams, act as a thought partner to GTM leadership on goal setting, performance tracking, and identifying growth opportunities across self serve, product led, and sales led motions.
We are looking for someone who sees GTM finance as both analytical and strategic. Someone who enjoys building models and metrics, but also shaping the narrative around growth. You are comfortable working directly in SQL, navigating imperfect data, and translating complexity into clear recommendations that influence how Descript grows.
What you will do
Own Descript’s top of funnel and growth models, from signups to paid conversion to ARR and retention.
Own sales-led revenue forecasting, including pipeline modeling, win rates, sales capacity, and quota-driven ARR.
Build and maintain GTM financial models including ARR builds, channel performance, cohort analysis, and scenario modeling.
Partner deeply with the data team to define metrics, improve data framework, and enable reliable self-serve analytics for finance and GTM.
Design and maintain dashboards for key GTM metrics such as signups by channel, conversion rates, new ARR, retention, and payback.
Identify growth opportunities across self-serve, product-led, and sales-assisted motions and quantify their impact.
Define GTM goal setting frameworks and track performance against targets.
Analyze marketing and growth efficiency, including ROI, CAC, payback, and funnel conversion.
Support pricing, packaging, and monetization initiatives with clear financial analysis.
Communicate insights to leadership in a clear, decision-oriented way, including exec and board materials when needed.
What you bring
7 to 10+ years of experience in strategic finance, GTM finance, growth analytics, or related roles at SaaS companies.
Strong GTM intuition with hands-on experience in top of funnel analysis, ARR modeling, and revenue forecasting.
Advanced SQL skills and the ability to self-serve data end to end.
Experience supporting both B2B and B2C SaaS models.
Strong financial modeling skills, especially around growth scenarios and funnel dynamics.
Experience supporting monetization experiments, pricing, and packaging
Experience partnering with data teams and working with large, imperfect datasets.
Clear communicator who can translate data into actions and recommendations.
Comfortable with ambiguity, high ownership, and building things from scratch.
