Location: London, United Kingdom - Deliveroo Our Global Structure Deliveroo is now part of DoorDash, bringing together teams with even greater reach, scale, and ambition. Depending on your role, you may collaborate with teammates, systems, and leaders across DoorDash and Wolt. Together, we’re unlocking new possibilities as one global team. Join us in our mission to transform the way people shop and eat, where impact, innovation and growth drive everything we do. Our Product team defines how millions of people experience Deliveroo, turning complex marketplace challenges into simple, high-impact solutions. Working at the intersection of data, design and engineering, we set direction, prioritise what matters most, and deliver outcomes that move the business forward. We’re looking for a Staff Product Designer (Motion) to join our Studio Central team London team. In this role, you’ll lead the shift toward build-first motion design, establishing principles and systems that elevate craft and expression across our global product surfaces. What You’ll Be Doing You’ll be joining the Studio Central team. Studio Central is a net-new global Product Design team sitting at the intersection of product, brand, and innovation, supporting Deliveroo, DoorDash, Wolt, and 7Rooms. We own how brand shows up in the product experience, partnering closely with Marketing and Product teams to shape cohesive, high-quality work and define the future state of design across our portfolio. Here’s what your day-to-day might look like: Strategy, Systems & Influence Define the point of view and motion principles for how branded moments behave across products, elevating customer, rider, and merchant experiences. Build reusable motion systems, expression frameworks, animated component libraries, and AI-assisted tooling to empower designers across all brands to ship high-quality motion independently. Establish motion as a core discipline within Studio Central, creating the rituals, crits, and guidelines required to scale the capability past a single person. Partner with Product Design teams across Consumer, Ads & Promo, Rider, Merchant, and New Verticals, using working prototypes rather than slide decks to advocate for in-product motion. Execution & Delivery Lead key brand moments from concept to execution, partnering with visual designers to take early directions through to production-ready, code-shippable motion (Lottie/dotLottie, CSS/JS animation, native transitions). Navigate undefined, ambiguous spaces to establish design standards and processes across in-house teams, agencies, and cross-functional partners in Engineering and Marketing. What You’ll Need to Thrive Proven experience in motion and visual craft at a systems level, with a track record of scaling frameworks or guidelines across multiple surfaces, products, or teams. Demonstrated ability to move fluidly between art direction and execution, prototyping in tools like After Effects, Lottie, or Rive and delivering production-ready motion in code. Strong capability to navigate ambiguous, complex environments and create clarity through shipped prototypes and hands-on work rather than presentations. Demonstrated experience building structures from scratch, taking initiative to propose frameworks, guidelines, and operating models. Proactive mindset toward emerging technology, treating new tools and techniques as experiments to iterate on and ship quickly. Why Join Us? You will turn search opportunities into initiatives and tasks for product and engineering, and confirm that what is delivered works as intended. Job Responsibilities Identify technical and on-page SEO issues (crawling, indexing, site structure, redirects, canonicals, internal linking, templates, structured data) and initiate product-related tasks when they block organic performance; Prepare implementation-ready tasks and recommendations: problem, solution, affected templates or URLs, risks, and acceptance criteria; Validate proposed work with the Team Lead and SEO team before it reaches product or engineering; Consult product and development on SEO implications of planned features, template changes, and site architecture; Participate in estimations and groomings so work is sized, sequenced, and specified well enough to build; Analyze search intent, SERP structure, and competitor behavior when it affects product or template decisions; Optimize existing page types and templates for rankings, traffic, engagement, and conversions, including titles, meta descriptions, headings, internal links, page structure, and content; Support content planning with SEO briefs, keyword maps, and optimization guidelines when work touches product surfaces; Plan information architecture and landing-page structure for new product or content surfaces; Specify and, where appropriate, implement structured data; Test implementations after release against agreed acceptance criteria; Monitor performance in Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and in-house reporting tools. Track rankings, traffic, indexing, and trends tied to shipped work, not only site-wide averages; Prepare concise updates: what moved, what did not, and recommended next product or content steps; Stay current with SEO practices and search-engine updates that affect product implementation. You’ll thrive here if you have 4+ years of hands-on SEO across on-page, content, and technical work; Experience working with high-traffic international and multilingual websites; Proven experience turning SEO findings into tickets or requirements that engineering or product teams can implement; Comfort participating in agile delivery: grooming, estimation, clarification, and post-release checks; Strong understanding of keyword research, search intent, SERP analysis, and competitor research; Working knowledge of technical SEO: crawling, indexing, redirects, canonicals, internal linking, site architecture, and template-level changes; Experience with Google Search Console, Google Analytics, crawlers, and other SEO tools; Ability to analyze SEO data and turn it into a clear recommendation, with an expected effect and a way to verify the release; Clear written communication: tickets, briefs, and short performance notes that non-SEO teams can act on; Ability to work independently, manage several workstreams, and raise issues early rather than waiting for a fully specified brief. Nice to have: Experience with programmatic SEO or large-scale template optimization; Familiarity with Looker Studio, BigQuery, SQL, or another reporting stack; Basic scripting (Python or similar) for crawls, log samples, or bulk URL analysis; Familiarity with common CMS or front-end delivery setups; Awareness of generative search / AI results as a measurement context; Experience in SaaS, marketplace, media, or other product-led digital businesses. ABOUT THE ROLE We're looking for a RevOps Systems Architect to help build a modern, AI-powered revenue operations stack. This isn't a traditional Salesforce admin role. We're building a GTM tech stack where AI is a first-class citizen, automations are genuinely intelligent, and our CRM is a living system that reflects how our business actually works. You'll function as a Salesforce admin and backend developer in one. You'll own platform administration, build complex automations via Flows and Apex, and develop and maintain custom services and integrations, including Salesforce MCP servers and AI tooling that connect our CRM to the broader systems our team runs on. For larger engineering efforts, you'll work shoulder-to-shoulder with our engineering team, scoping and shipping together. In this role, you will: - Administer our Salesforce org: object model, data architecture, user configuration, and platform health. - Build and maintain automations via Salesforce Flows, Apex, and custom services that power our GTM processes end to end. - Develop and maintain Salesforce MCP servers and AI tooling that extend CRM functionality into AI-powered workflows. - Design and maintain SQL-based data pipelines that feed dashboards and revenue reporting across the org. - Translate ambiguous business problems into clean technical scope, from stakeholder conversation to implemented solution. REQUIREMENTS - Salesforce administration experience with deep familiarity across the object model, Flows, data loading tools, and platform configuration. - Strong Apex development skills: you can build, debug, and maintain custom logic, triggers, and integrations without leaning on a separate engineering team. - SQL proficiency: you can decompose ambiguous questions into answerable queries and are comfortable with complex joins, aggregations, and pipeline logic. - Systems mindset: you can hold an end-to-end process in your head, trace a field from its origin through every downstream dependency, and anticipate what breaks when something changes. - Excited by modern tooling: you're drawn to building AI-native systems and are curious about where Salesforce, MCP, and AI agents intersect. Bonus: - Familiarity with dbt or modern data transformation tooling. - Experience with BI tools such as Sigma or Looker. LOCATION This role is based in Singapore We are an equal opportunity employer and do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, veteran status, disability or other legally protected statuses.
Experience: at least 2 years in data analysis, preferably in the iGaming industry or online Poker. SQL: confident writing and optimising queries against large datasets.
