OKX is part of OKG, a group that brings the value of Blockchain to users around the world, through our leading products OKX, OKX Wallet, OKLink and more. About the role OKX runs a large peer-to-peer (P2P) crypto marketplace: an escrow-protected orderbook where users buy and sell crypto for local fiat through verified liquidity providers, with support for a wide range of local payment methods. The professional liquidity providers who post offers are what keep the marketplace deep and reliable. You will own the relationship with these key liquidity providers in various markets: supporting partners' operational needs, maintaining marketplace depth and reliability, and improving partner experience. What you'll do Own the P2P liquidity provider programme: monitor marketplace depth and coverage, and improve partner satisfaction and retention Manage the liquidity-provider programme, tiering frameworks, account management and retention strategies. Lead the growth strategy and retention funnel with data: build and read funnels, produce recurring analysis, and turn it into decisions. Contribute to user quality and marketplace health, partnering with the user risk team on high-risk user profiling and dispute reduction. (Growth is the priority; risk exposure is a plus, not a requirement.) What we're looking for 7+ years in growth, account management or relationship management for high-value users or clients, including team leadership, with a track record of managing partner programmes at scale. Multi-market experience is strongly preferred. Proven experience managing high-volume client or partner relationships and improving partner engagement and service quality. Strong data and funnel fluency: owns metrics, runs analysis, steers decisions from data. High-energy and genuinely hungry: gets on the frontline, has built something 0 to 1, and pushes into harder markets rather than safer ones. Backgrounds in payments, remittance or fintech are especially relevant. Crypto or digital-currency experience is a plus, not a requirement. Strong operators from large internet and marketplace companies are also welcome. Working proficiency in English. At least one of the two roles also requires working proficiency in Mandarin (liquidity-provider and stakeholder coverage across Greater China markets). Nice to have Experience with fiat on-ramp / off-ramp, cross-border payments, or remittance. Exposure to emerging markets (Southeast Asia, Africa, LatAm, MENA). Location: Paris, France Workplace: Hybrid HEALTH CAN’T WAIT. Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t. Alan exists to end the wait. Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way. So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience. We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture https://alan.com/en/careers. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR. Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond. MISSION Alan is scaling internationally (800+ employees, 100+ healthcare professionals, 5+ countries) and needs IT Engineers to build and own the internal technology platform every Alaner works on: identity and provisioning, endpoint and SaaS security, the tooling behind our clinics, and the automation that keeps IT from scaling linearly with headcount. The scope below is what the team owns, not a checklist for one person. You'll be staffed on one or two of these areas at a time, according to your strengths and interests, and it will evolve through time based on company needs and personal appetite. Staying close to users keeps us building the right things: you'll spend up to one day a week on IT support, seeing first-hand where friction lives and what's worth automating next. SCOPE ⚙️ PLATFORM & AUTOMATION - Own and extend automations on Alan Home, our internal provisioning engine - Maintain, extend and improve helpdesk automation, SaaS provisioning flows, and onboarding/offboarding pipelines - Own the meeting room AV and room-booking platform as a product, replicable across offices 🔑 IDENTITY & ACCESS - Own the IT side of the employee lifecycle (onboarding, offboarding, mobility between jobs and countries) across Google Workspace, SSO/SAML and our SaaS ecosystem. - Grow our role-based access model: extend it to more tools and refine the permission groups, so access is granted by role rather than case by case - Make employee lifecycle events reliable, fast and auditable end-to-end - Own access reviews and least-privilege models; produce and maintain the evidence our auditors rely on - Own SaaS procurement and license management: vendor relationships, renewals, and cost optimization across our stack 🔒 ENDPOINT & SAAS SECURITY - Own the Mac fleet in Kandji: enrollment at scale, role-based blueprints, fleet compliance - Cloudflare WARP, SaaS security controls - Maintain and strengthen our ISO 27001 certification and drive ACPR and pentest remediation on the endpoint and platform scope 🩺 HEALTH PROFESSIONALS IT - The IT layer behind Alan's clinics: practitioner tooling, equipment, access - Role and permission automation for healthcare professionals, and their support and escalation process 🌍 INTERNATIONALISATION - Make international expansion something IT accelerates, not something it slows down: a repeatable process where every new market (Canada, KSA, Armenia...) launches on our standard stack from day one - Bring acquired entities onto that same platform MILESTONES First 3 months - Acquire technical knowledge on Alan's platform: Alan Home, Google Workspace/SSO, Kandji, Cloudflare WARP - Take one project end-to-end and ship a first increment - Join the IT oncall team as technical escalation First 6 months - Own a workstream end-to-end - Deliver one automation or hardening initiative end-to-end - Take up documentation and automation on your scope and reduce significantly the bus factor on it - Mentor IT teammates on your core expertise First year - Deliver measurable IT toil reduction on your scope - Set the technical standards on your domain: how we build, document and review it - Build strong cross-functional partnerships (Engineering, Security, Workplace, Clinic, People, Audit) - Contribute to hiring and onboarding new teammates 3 years - Lead major projects end-to-end across several communities - Be the reference the team relies on across at least two domains - Mentor the IT team and beyond, and scale IT without a linear increase in manual work As the community grows, there is room to take on more responsibility: leading a crew, owning cross-community projects, mentoring, hiring. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR Must-have - Technical/hard skills: - 3+ years in IT engineering, platform, systems or corporate engineering, with real ownership of production-facing systems - Depth in at least one area (platform & automation, identity, endpoint & security) and demonstrated range beyond it. - You write code: not as a full-time software engineer, but Python, APIs and pull requests in a shared repo should feel normal - Structured problem-solving: diagnoses methodically, asks the right clarifying questions, thinks about failure modes and rollback - Comfort with regulated environments: health data, ACPR, ISO 27001, HDS - Automation & AI appetite: uses AI tools smartly to accelerate their own delivery, with an instinct for what should be automated or delegated to AI rather than repeated Must-have - Behavioral / soft skills: - Ownership & autonomy: drives topics forward without hand-holding, including when they cross into someone else's perimeter - Written communication: Alan is written-first; decisions get argued in public documents and challenged by people outside your team - Pragmatic judgment: balances "perfect" vs. "good enough", decides with incomplete information - Documentation culture: reduces bus factor through clear documentation and knowledge sharing Nice-to-have skills / Bonus points if you have: - Experience with an internal provisioning or IdP-driven automation platform - Kandji or another MDM at scale - Cloudflare Zero Trust / WARP, Datadog - Audit remediation experience (ISO 27001, HDS) - Multi-country rollouts, or IT integration after an acquisition - Having mentored, coached or led a (small) crew - Health or healthtech ecosystem familiarity Languages: Fluent English & Professional French

Location: United States (Remote) GiveWell’s mission is to help people in need as much as we can by researching the most cost‑effective ways to save and improve lives, sharing our work openly, and directing donations to the programs we believe will do the most good. Our work, which focuses on global health and well-being, is funded by tens of thousands of donors who rely on our research to inform their giving. We’ve grown from directing $1.5 million in 2010 to directing more than $400 million in 2025. We anticipate our total grantmaking is likely to approach or even exceed $1 billion this year, and we are working toward a future that could be several times that scale. Through years of deliberate groundwork, we’ve been growing our research capacity and scope in order to direct substantially more funding to the most impactful opportunities we can find. We’re hiring a Senior Communications Officer, Media & Public Affairs to lead how GiveWell’s work is represented in the media and in public conversations. You will set our strategy, build trusted relationships with journalists and other influential voices, pursue opportunities that increase understanding of GiveWell’s work, and lead our external response in fast-moving situations. This role will lead a small and growing team. This is one of three new communications leadership roles, alongside a Senior Communications Officer, Strategic Communications and a Senior Communications Officer, Editorial & Production . About the role Both our research and impact are expanding . Last year, we directed more than $400 million to highly cost-effective programs that save and improve lives. This year, we expect our grantmaking to approach, and possibly exceed, $1 billion. To build toward the communications capacity this next stage requires, we are rapidly expanding our team. The three Senior Communications Officers will work together on many projects to support GiveWell’s communications needs, while working closely with other leaders across our organization. Each leader will own their function, but much of the work that matters most—like team strategies, major initiatives, partnership campaigns, and how we present the organization as a whole—will involve all three. We will expect this group to set shared priorities and work closely together to achieve the team’s goals. In this hands-on leadership position, you’ll own how and where GiveWell engages in media and public conversations, with end-to-end responsibility for this emerging function. You’ll set its strategy, hire and develop its people, build its systems, and personally own its hardest and most consequential work. This is an opportunity to build, not just inherit, an important function at a critical point in GiveWell’s development. You’ll start with a small team and grow it over time. While this role is set at the Senior Communications Officer level, we may consider hiring an exceptional candidate as a Communications Director—with greater expectations, responsibilities, and compensation. What You'll Do As Senior Communications Officer, Media & Public Affairs, you will combine long-term strategy and relationship-building with the ability to respond quickly and exercise sound judgment in sensitive or fast-moving situations. Specific duties will include: Set GiveWell’s strategy across media, thought-leader engagement, online communities, public forums and events, and other earned communications opportunities—including deciding where and when GiveWell should participate and overseeing those engagements. Build and maintain high-trust relationships with journalists, editors, podcast hosts, event organizers, thought leaders, subject-matter experts, and other influential external stakeholders. Identify, develop, and pitch substantive stories, event opportunities, and thought-leadership ideas that extend understanding of GiveWell’s work. Own inbound media engagement, including situations that require rapid responses, close coordination with subject-matter experts, and careful judgment about what GiveWell can responsibly say—and about which responses need escalation. Build and maintain GiveWell’s readiness for sensitive or fast-moving situations, monitor emerging issues in media and public conversations, and lead our external response when needed in partnership with others. Advise GiveWell’s leadership on external opportunities and relationships, and prepare senior leaders and subject-matter experts for interviews, speaking engagements, and other public appearances. Exercise sound judgment about when and how GiveWell should enter public conversations, including evaluating likely value, reputational considerations, and communications risks. Evaluate and help shape public-facing communications partnerships, advising on which opportunities GiveWell should pursue and how we should participate. Serve as a spokesperson for GiveWell in select media interviews, events, and other public forums, communicating our perspective clearly, accurately, and with sound judgment. Work with grantees and other partners on press releases and other media-facing communications involving GiveWell or our shared work. Manage and develop one or two team members initially, and build the relationships, systems, and additional capacity the function will need over time. About You You are skilled at using communications to help people understand complex ideas, build trust, and take action. You are comfortable being accountable for outcomes, making consequential decisions with limited oversight, and knowing which decisions genuinely require escalation. You are energized by intellectually demanding work, and the challenges of creating engaging communications within a careful and precise style. You can engage deeply with GiveWell’s research, and you are comfortable understanding and communicating about data in detail. You have a long track record of getting up to speed quickly on complex subject matter and carefully communicating to a very high standard. You can build a compelling narrative that is entirely factual, representing what is known and unknown without overstating or hedging into vagueness—and you find the idea of working with GiveWell’s exacting communications standards exciting rather than limiting. Your background includes significant experience leading communications in complex, high-stakes environments. This should include 10+ years of experience in media relations, thought leadership, and public engagement. You have deep experience owning that work end to end, not just contributing to it. You’ve remained a hands-on leader who enjoys the work itself, as well as the strategy and systems behind it. You know how journalists, influential voices, events, and other public forums shape how organizations and ideas are understood. You have a demonstrated ability to build meaningful external relationships, identify opportunities worth pursuing, personally represent an organization’s perspective, and navigate public-facing situations in which context is limited, timelines are short, and judgment matters. Much of this should be work you executed yourself, in addition to work you directed. Experience in settings where precision and credibility were at least as important as reach is a strong signal of fit. In addition to demonstrated expertise in the duties listed above, you should have: Exceptional communications judgment, including the ability to understand audience, context, risk, timing, and the underlying substance of a message. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to quickly make complex ideas clear and compelling without sacrificing rigor or nuance. A track record of building and leading: you have created or substantially rebuilt a team or function—not only run ones you inherited—and you have hired, developed, and managed people. Recent, hands-on excellence at your craft: you can point to work from the past few years that you personally produced or substantially shaped. Experience producing communications that are direct and factual while being engaging and effective with their target audiences—work that succeeds through substance and clarity rather than embellishment. Intellectual curiosity and the ability to engage deeply with GiveWell’s research and ideas, even without prior experience in our giving areas. Experience advising executives or other senior decision-makers directly. Strong alignment with GiveWell’s mission and values, including truth-seeking, transparency, and a commitment to communicating accurately and thoughtfully. We also think these qualities will help you do well in the role and at GiveWell: People who can develop a strong point of view and hold it with confidence, but remain genuinely open to challenge, new information, and better ideas. Self-starters who take ownership, are comfortable creating structure in an evolving environment, and can make thoughtful decisions without always having complete information. People who are proactive and anticipatory, who identify opportunities, risks, bottlenecks, and communications needs before they become obvious. Collaborative leaders who raise the quality of the work around them and build strong relationships across teams. People who coordinate well with peers, resolve dependencies and disagreements, and make shared work clearer rather than more complicated. Key Questions & Information What are some of the reasons I might not like this role? You want to step into a mature function with established systems, rather than build one while you run it. You do best with clear direction and established priorities. We’ll expect you to set most of your own, make most decisions yourself, and reach substantial autonomy within your first six months. You prefer advising on communications to producing and being accountable for them. You want sole ownership of an organization’s overarching communications strategy and brand. At GiveWell, the CEO and executive team owns that direction; you would help shape it and lead your function within it. You want to lead a large team from day one. This team is small today, and much of the most difficult work will be yours to do directly. You find standards of precision and understatement limiting and frustrating. We work extremely hard to only communicate accurately what we know and what we don’t. Can I apply to more than one of the Senior Communications Officer roles? You can, but most people shouldn’t. We’re looking for deep expertise in these areas, and we expect most candidates with required expertise will be a clear fit for a single role. If you’re one of the few with real depth in more than one area, apply to both and tell us why. Otherwise, apply for the role you are most qualified for, and we’ll let you know if we think another role might suit you better. What does this interview process entail? We’ll use a combination of interviews, written exercises, and work trials to assess the qualities described above. We’ll share more specific details if we invite you to move forward to any of the following stages, but our current plan will likely include the following: Application Interview with a member of the Talent Acquisition Team Compensated work trial with a set maximum number of hours Interview with GiveWell's Chief of Staff to the CEO Values interview CEO interview and References Note that you don’t need to submit a cover letter. We rely heavily on your resume and answers to the application questions below when we’re making early decisions. We encourage you to spend time responding to the application questions thoroughly and carefully. Details Team: You’ll report to our Head of Communications, and collaborate closely with the two other Senior Communications Officers. You will lead a small team that you’ll develop over time. Compensation: This role is set at the Senior Communications Officer level. For an exceptional candidate, we may consider hiring at the Communications Director level—with greater expectations, responsibilities, and compensation. NYC or the San Francisco Bay Area: $250,000 All other U.S. locations: $225,000 Location: GiveWell’s staff work primarily remotely within the U.S. and abroad. This position is eligible to work fully remotely. Offices: You are welcome but not required to work from our offices in Oakland, California; Brooklyn, NYC; or London, UK. Please note that office space is limited, and is not guaranteed. International work: We are happy to employ staff internationally on a case-by-case basis via our EOR. Note that there are some countries in which our EOR does not operate, which we cannot override, and we are unable to sponsor visas abroad. A successful candidate will need to commit to a work schedule that has some overlap with American working hours and the schedules of key coworkers. Flexibility: We support and encourage flexible working, including flexible hours, working remotely, and working from the office when you choose. The majority of our staff, including senior management, work flexibly in one way or another. Visa Sponsorship: We are not currently able to sponsor visas for this role. Benefits: A few highlights of our benefits offerings: Fully funded health, dental, vision, and life insurance (we cover 100% of premiums within the US for you and any dependents) Four weeks of paid time off per year plus an annual summer break 16 weeks of fully paid parental leave Ergonomic home workstations or coworking space memberships Automatic contribution equal to 5% of your gross salary into your 403(b) retirement plan (for U.S. based staff) Start date: We’d like a candidate to start as soon as possible after receiving an offer, but we’ll offer flexibility for candidates whose personal or professional circumstances require them to moderately delay their start date. About GiveWell GiveWell is dedicated to finding and evaluating highly cost-effective global health and development opportunities, and we publish all the work, reasoning, and uncertainties behind our funding decisions. Our giving funds enable donors to contribute to the most impactful and cost-effective programs our researchers identify. GiveWell is one of the world’s largest private funders of global development efforts. Trusted annually by tens of thousands of donors, GiveWell searches for highly cost-effective programs that save or improve lives the most. Since 2007, more than 150,000 donors have given over $2.6 billion through GiveWell to the most promising programs its research has identified, which we estimate will save more than 340,000 lives . GiveWell is most well-known for recommending a small number of Top Charities , which currently support seasonal malaria chemoprevention , insecticide-treated nets , vaccine incentivization , and vitamin A supplementation . However, most of our research capacity and grantmaking is devoted to cost-effective opportunities outside of those programs . GiveWell grants have: Helped governments navigate changes to the funding landscape and implement high-impact health programs, like HIV/syphilis screening and treatment for pregnant people in Zambia and Cameroon. Sought to scope and scale promising interventions that don’t have clear existing implementers. We are supporting the Clinton Health Access Initiative’s Incubator to identify potentially cost-effective interventions and create programs that we would be excited to support in the future. For example, we funded a program to prevent tuberculosis among young children in Uttar Pradesh and Bihar, India, that we co-designed with CHAI through the Incubator program. Provided funding to ensure that programs that recently faced foreign aid funding cuts could continue, like healthcare support and malnutrition treatment in northern Cameroon. Funded program delivery alongside strengthened monitoring and evaluation, as in our grants to support treatment of clubfoot and to evaluate the program . Tested our assumptions and refined our understanding through further research and data collection, including improved estimates of disease burden and studies on the effect of water chlorination on mortality and the impact of a tree-planting program on farmers’ income . We make our reasoning public and transparent so others can challenge it (sometimes we even pay people to point out our errors ). We go to unusual lengths to check our assumptions and assess our impact, including funding research to address our uncertainties and gathering independent monitoring and evaluation data about the programs we support. We change our minds when the evidence demands it. For more about GiveWell, listen to Ezra Klein’s recent interview with GiveWell’s co-founder and CEO Elie Hassenfeld. Additional information We don’t want to miss candidates that could do great things at GiveWell. Practically, that means a GiveWell staff member reviews every application carefully, considering the whole picture of your background and potential. If you’re on the fence about applying because you meet some but not 100% of our preferred qualifications (some studies suggest this hesitation is especially common for women and people of color), we encourage you to apply anyway. GiveWell is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer by choice. At minimum, this means that we comply with all federal, state, and local EEO and employment laws. Beyond the requirements of those laws, we value our team’s diversity in all respects, and we desire to maintain a work environment free of harassment or discrimination—we want our team members to thrive at GiveWell. If you need assistance or an accommodation due to a disability, contact us at careers@givewell.org. We will consider employment for qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records. By submitting an application, you acknowledge that you have read and consent to GiveWell's Privacy Statement for Applicants . By completing an application exercise, you acknowledge and assent to GiveWell's Work Trial Policy .

This role will lead a small and growing team. This is one of three new communications leadership roles, alongside a Senior Communications Officer, Strategic Communications and a Senior Communications Officer, Media & Public Affairs . In this hands-on leadership position, you’ll own the editorial quality and production of GiveWell’s communications, with end-to-end responsibility for this emerging function. You’ll strengthen its standards, hire and develop its people, build its systems, and personally own its hardest and most consequential work. What You'll Do As Senior Communications Officer, Editorial & Production, you will be responsible not only for the quality of individual pieces but also for creating a content operation that can prioritize effectively, manage dependencies, use its resources well, and deliver reliably. This will require both senior editorial judgment and strong operational leadership. Specific duties will include: Own the editorial quality and production of GiveWell’s communications, ensuring that our work is clear, accurate, useful, carefully reasoned, and delivered on time. You will serve as GiveWell’s senior editor for our communications content, with responsibility for returning or correcting work that does not meet our editorial bar. Build and manage the workflows, editorial standards, review processes, and production systems that allow GiveWell to create consistently excellent content at increasing scale. Lead planning, prioritization, and resource allocation for GiveWell’s owned-content portfolio, managing dependencies and moving complex projects from concept through publication. Uphold GiveWell’s voice and editorial standards across everything we publish, and help colleagues across the organization write within them. Own the development of GiveWell’s recurring communications and reporting products, turning established priorities and messaging into clear, accurate content. Personally create, edit, or substantially shape our most complex, sensitive, or high-priority content. Oversee GiveWell’s website content operations, including the people and processes responsible for routine updates and publishing, so that the site remains accurate, current, and consistent with our editorial standards. Serve as a senior editorial and production partner to teams across GiveWell, helping shape high-priority projects early, determine the right format and production approach, and establish clear roles, review paths, and timelines. Oversee the production of design, visual, and multimedia assets across GiveWell’s channels, and the internal team and external contractors who create them. Manage and develop one or two team members initially, and determine how the function’s team and capabilities should grow over time. This should include 10+ years of experience leading editorial and content-production work, setting and maintaining editorial standards, managing writers and editors, and building systems that produce consistently high-quality work. You have deep experience owning that work end to end, not just contributing to it. You’ve remained a hands-on leader who enjoys the work itself, as well as the strategy and systems behind it. You are a precise editor of complex or technical content: you read text literally and carefully, and you notice when a claim isn’t supported by the evidence behind it. You should be able to combine high standards for individual work with the operational judgment needed to prioritize, allocate resources, manage complex production, and increase capacity over time. You should understand how content is developed through writing, editing, design, audio, graphics, websites, and other formats—even if you are not personally an expert in every medium. At GiveWell, the CEO and executive owns that direction; you would help shape it and lead your function within it. Details Team: You’ll report to our Head of Communications, collaborate closely with the two other Senior Communications Officers, and lead a small team that you’ll develop over time. Location: Remote: United States Workplace: Remote At Render, we’re building the modern cloud platform for developers creating AI-native, full-stack, multi-service applications. Our mission is to eliminate the tradeoff between the power of hyperscalers and the simplicity of developer-friendly platforms—so teams can ship fast, scale reliably, and focus on their product, not infrastructure. Unlike complex hyperscalers or ephemeral edge/serverless solutions, Render offers a developer-first experience with persistent compute, dynamic autoscaling, built-in orchestration, and observability, allowing teams to launch, scale, and manage real-world applications without writing infrastructure code or managing servers. Whether you're building LLM-powered applications, scalable SaaS products, or async processing pipelines, Render empowers teams to move fast and scale confidently from MVP to millions of users. Our platform is trusted by over 7 million developers worldwide and continues to grow rapidly. In February 2026, we raised an additional $100M in Series C financing, bringing our total funding to $260M, to accelerate our vision of making cloud infrastructure both powerful and intuitive—designed for the speed of modern AI development. We’re a diverse and talented team that values craft, velocity, and user experience. If you’re excited to help shape the future of the intelligent cloud and empower developers everywhere, we’d love to hear from you. APPLYING TO RENDER We're seeking candidates who possess high integrity, humility, and an insatiable drive to learn. Through reasoned discussions and continuous feedback, we strive to improve both individually and collectively. We foster an environment of mutual trust and respect, empowering effective debate to achieve the best outcomes for our customers and team. We especially encourage members of underrepresented groups in the tech community to apply and understand that not all successful candidates will meet each requirement listed. Our interview process is unique to each role, and we value the candidate experience just as much as our customer experience. We hope your conversations with us reflect a thoughtful process that is illuminative, enjoyable, and respectful of your time. ABOUT THE ROLE We are hiring the first members of Render's Scaled Programs Customer Engineering team to help run the technical side of our scaled, digital-first customer motion. You'll support high-growth accounts without dedicated technical coverage, including our startup program cohort, through programmatic, one-to-many engagement rather than a traditional one-to-one model. The role has two halves: running scaled programs (in-app engagement, targeted outreach against expansion and churn signals, webinars) and contributing to the tools and content that power the broader Field Engineering organization (health triggers, growth and expansion opportunities based on product usage, pricing and sizing tools, POC templates, and enablement content). You'll partner closely with our Scaled Account Managers and report into Render's Field Engineering organization. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Partner with Scaled AMs and Field Engineering teammates to turn expansion and churn signals (bandwidth, egress, usage patterns) into plays: AM talking points, programmatic outreach, and in-app prompts. - Operate startup program onboarding: Intercom checklists, guided flows, and activation follow-up for high-growth AI startups. - Partner with Support Engineering to identify recurring mistakes and best practices, then turn those insights into programs and content that reduce customer friction. - Build and improve components of our scaled-engagement toolkit: in-app programs, outbound triggers, pricing and sizing calculators (e.g., Heroku and AWS RDS migrations to Postgres), POC templates, and reusable technical enablement. - Run scaled customer programs: webinars, Slack community touchpoints, and pattern-based outreach across account cohorts, partnered with Scaled AMs. - Translate recurring customer questions and technical best practices into timely in-product guidance and self-service content. - Maintain activity tracking and feature-request data hygiene so reliable customer signals flow to the rest of Field Engineering and Product. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR - 3+ years in a customer-facing technical role: customer engineering, solutions engineering, technical support, or developer relations. - Comfort operating a high-volume, one-to-many motion; you can independently execute clearly scoped programs and build systems and content rather than relying on 1:1 time. - Strong fundamentals across cloud infrastructure: containers, deploys, autoscaling, networking, and CI/CD. - Working knowledge of Postgres and common database migration patterns (Heroku, AWS RDS). - AI fluency: you use AI tools daily in your own workflow, and you're comfortable advising customers building AI-native and LLM-powered applications. - Strong written communication; you'll be a primary producer of docs, playbooks, and in-app content. - Data-driven, able to prioritize work against team goals, and comfortable asking for context or support when ambiguity could affect the outcome. NICE-TO-HAVES - Experience with Intercom or a similar in-app engagement and messaging platform. - Experience building internal or customer-facing tools that scale a team's impact beyond 1:1 work. - Experience in a PLG or high-volume account environment. - Prior experience with Heroku or other cloud migrations. If this role excites you but you don’t meet every single requirement, we’d still love to hear from you—your unique experience might be just what we need. BENEFITS - 4 weeks of paid vacation. - 14 weeks of fully paid parental leave for all parents to bond with a newly born, adopted, or fostered child. We will also work with you to create a supportive plan of return. - Long-term disability, life insurance, and 401K plans. - 100% employer-paid medical coverage and 99% employer-paid dental and vision coverage for you and a dependent. FSAs and HSAs are available as well. - Monthly lifestyle stipend for wellness, mental health and therapy, hobbies, etc. - Monthly cell phone and internet subsidy. - Commuter benefits for Renders in the Bay Area, and home office stipends for remote Renders. - Continuous learning benefits & related support. This position is generally not eligible for new visa sponsorship. At Render's discretion, the business may sponsor existing visa transfers. Applicants who require sponsorship must receive business authorization. Render is an equal-opportunity employer. We know that employing a team rich in diverse thoughts, experiences, and opinions allows our employees, product, and community to flourish. We make all employment decisions including hiring, evaluation, termination, promotional, and training opportunities, without regard to race, religion, color, sex, age, national origin, ancestry, sexual orientation, physical handicap, mental disability, medical condition, disability, gender or identity or expression, pregnancy or pregnancy-related condition, marital status, height and/or weight. We will ensure that individuals with disabilities are provided reasonable accommodation to participate in the job application or interview process, to perform essential job functions, and to receive other benefits and privileges of employment. Please contact us to request accommodation. We encourage all who are interested to apply. We can't wait to hear from you! Location: New York, NY (HQ); San Francisco, CA Workplace: Hybrid ABOUT RAMP Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books. The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving. We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome. The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same. If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it. ABOUT THE ROLE You will be a front-line manager to a group of Account Executives (AEs) who will be hunting, pitching, and closing new business for Ramp.
