Tango ищет Старшего Android разработчика для работы над функциями и улучшениями приложения. Вам предстоит писать качественный код, участвовать в код-ревью и активно работать в команде по методологии SCRUM.

Чем предстоит заниматься: Проектирование и разработка новых микросервисов и бизнес-логики. Оптимизация производительности существующих компонентов системы, работа с высоконагруженными участками кода.

Location: Москва Наша команда разрабатывает AI-агентов и AI-ассистентов, которые помогают клиентам получать консультации и информацию по продуктам компании. Решения построены на LLM-моделях и работают как единая система интеллектуальных ассистентов. Обязанности * Проектирование и внедрение системы качества AI-агентов: разработка и поддержка единой методологии тестирования LLM-агентов (от юнит-тестов логики до end-to-end сценариев); * Внедрение метрик качества (Quality Gates) для релизов: релевантность, галлюцинации, безопасность, время отклика; * Построение процесса непрерывной оценки качества в рамках CI/CD; * Организация различных видов тестирования, проведение приёмо-сдаточных испытаний (ПСИ) и защита релизов перед выводом в прод; * Анализ логов, метрик инцидентов и пользовательских фидбеков для выявления системных паттернов ошибок; * Подготовка аналитических отчётов о качестве для стейкхолдеров (не просто «есть баги», а «какой процент сценариев деградирует и почему»); * Автоматизация проверки API, UI и бизнес-логики агентов; * Участие в код-ревью тестовой инфраструктуры, обеспечение читаемости и сопровождаемости кода; * Взаимодействие с ML-инженерами: понимание ограничений моделей, работа с векторными БД и промптами; * Работа с требованиями и заказчиком, выявление юзер-кейсов и юзер-стори (полноценное обеспечение качества). Требования * Понимание специфики тестирования вероятностных систем (LLM/AI): осознание, что тестирование «по шагам» не работает, знание современных подходов к оценке качества AI (метрики, LLM-as-a-Judge, A/B тесты качества); * Умение выстраивать процессы с нуля или масштабировать существующие: от выбора инструментов до наставничества и постановки задач; * О работы с Python — это основной язык для автоматизации и анализа данных; Java — желателен для работы с backend-инфраструктурой; * Уверенное владение SQL для извлечения и анализа метрик качества и логов; * Опыт работы с Git, CI/CD (Jenkins/GitLab CI) и понимание принципов DevOps; * Работа с требованиями, работа с заказчиком, выявление юзер-кейсов, юзер-стори; * Глубокое понимание подходов к тестированию AI-систем: специфики вероятностных моделей, метрик качества и методов оценки LLM; * Инструментальное владение AI для анализа, генерации и автоматизации. **Будет плюсом:** * Опыт тестирования LLM, чат-ботов, RAG-систем или рекомендательных движков; * Знакомство с инструментами мониторинга LLM; * Опыт работы в финтехе/банковском секторе (понимание требований к безопасности и отказоустойчивости). QUALIFICATIONS - 8+ years of software engineering experience, with a strong background in designing, building, and operating distributed systems or infrastructure. - Strong software engineering fundamentals and proficiency in at least one programming language, such as Python, Go, Java, or a comparable language. - Experience designing and implementing technically complex systems, with a track record of delivering meaningful engineering outcomes. - Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure and services, such as AWS, GCP, or Azure. - Demonstrated ability to independently own complex technical projects, navigate ambiguity, and drive solutions from design through production. - Deep technical experience in one or more of the following areas: - Cloud Infrastructure: Kubernetes, container orchestration, Terraform, infrastructure as code, networking, or service discovery. - Distributed Systems: Distributed architectures, fault tolerance, consistency, replication, or high-availability systems. - Data Infrastructure: Kafka, real-time streaming, distributed storage, OLAP/OLTP databases, or large-scale data processing. - Infrastructure Reliability: Observability, performance optimization, capacity planning, incident response, or production operations. - Developer Infrastructure: CI/CD systems, build and deployment infrastructure, developer environments, or internal developer platforms. - Strong architectural judgment, with the ability to evaluate technical tradeoffs and design systems for reliability, performance, and long-term maintainability. - Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly, collaborate effectively, and influence technical decisions across engineering teams. - Experience improving engineering practices, sharing technical knowledge, or helping other engineers grow. The base salary range that Sentry reasonably expects to pay for this position is $240,000 to $400,000, plus an annual performance bonus of up to 15% of base salary. A successful candidate’s actual base salary (or hourly wage) amount will be determined by a variety of relevant factors including, without limitation, the candidate’s work location, education, work and other relevant experience, skills, and job-related knowledge.
