How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.

Location: Minsk; Tbilisi; Chișinău
Workplace: hybrid
We are seeking a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to join our distributed engineering team.
IDT/NRS builds the Point of Sale platform that runs tens of thousands of independent retail stores across the United States.
We are now expanding that platform into restaurants.
If you like challenges where the hard part is getting it right at scale rather than getting it working once, this is that job!
Primary location - Minsk, Belarus (hybrid - 3 days/week in the office)!
What you will own:
Architecture and delivery of new restaurant facing services, from data model to API to the screens merchants actually touch.
The merchant facing restaurant surfaces: kitchen display and everything staff touch across the life of an order.
Extending and hardening existing production services without destabilizing them.
Correctness under concurrency: transactional integrity, isolation levels, idempotency, race conditions, retries, and honest tradeoffs where perfect guarantees are not available.
Behavior when the connection drops. A store keeps serving whether or not the network is up, which means offline capable clients, local state, sync on reconnect, and reconciling what happened while the system was split.
Queueing and asynchronous processing, background jobs, and event driven flows.
Safe rollout of releases that reach tens of thousands of users.
Working directly with product managers and designers to shape what gets built, not just receiving requirements and implementing them.
Technical direction and code review for other engineers, including the judgment to say when a design is wrong and the credibility to make that stick.
Required Qualifications:
6-8+ years building full-stack products
, including time as the senior person on the work.
Deep Node.js and TypeScript experience across the full-stack
, with production services you designed and still stand behind.
Deep understanding of REST API design and microservices.
Strong relational database skills, Postgres or MySQL
: schema design, indexing, query tuning, transactions, and what actually happens under load. Comfort with non relational stores such as Redis or MongoDB, and with caching and invalidation.
Experience with queues and streaming, whether Kinesis, Kafka, RabbitMQ, SQS, BullMQ, or similar, including the failure modes that come with them: ordering, duplicates, replay, and consumer lag.
Front- end skill that matches the environment:
our team use these screens during a rush, on a terminal or a tablet, with no time to think and no tolerance for a bad interaction.
We use Vue.
Experience with React or Angular is fine
, as long as it includes component architecture, state management, and progressive web apps.
Real time interfaces built on websockets, ideally socket.io. Order flow and kitchen display depend on it.
Excellent debugging. You can take an unfamiliar production failure and reason your way to root cause instead of guessing.
Parts of the existing platform are PHP.
Working effectively in unfamiliar code, with AI, is part of this job.
Experience deploying services that scale horizontally, tolerate a failed instance or a slow dependency, and automatically add or shed capacity.
Comfortable on Linux, and fluent with Git and CI and CD workflows.
Excellent written and spoken English.
You will be in daily conversation with teams in the United States and Israel, and will often be the person explaining a technical decision to people who did not attend the design discussion.
How you work:
AI first.
You use AI tooling as a core part of how you engineer: mapping an unfamiliar codebase in hours instead of weeks, pressure testing your own designs, moving faster without lowering the bar.
You apply it across the whole lifecycle: shaping a design before any code exists, writing and refactoring, reviewing your own work, as well as automated PR reviews.
You jump in.
Handed a large, complex, unfamiliar repository, your instinct is to open it and start reading. Complexity and sensitivity are reasons to be careful, not reasons to wait for someone else.
You build services that stay maintainable.
Clear boundaries, readable code, tests that earn their keep, observability that makes production legible. The next engineer should be able to operate what you built without a tour guide.
You think about the person on the other side.
During a rush, a confusing screen or one extra tap is not a cosmetic problem. It is a slower line and a worse night for the staff.
You go the extra mile.
You follow a problem to its actual end, including the parts nobody assigned to you. You take pride in the work and you care how it lands for the merchant on the other side of the screen.
What We Offer:
Remote B2B (Georgia) or
On-site in Belarus and Moldova work opportunity!
Stable job with long-term growth perspective.
Competitive salary with annual performance review.
Top-tier hardware to support your productivity.
An exciting and challenging job with talented people around.
Continuous learning and career growth opportunities.
Compensation for professional training, seminars, and conferences.
Referral program – get rewarded for helping us grow the team with talented people.
Company-supported English classes to enhance your professional growth.
More perks for the Minsk and Chisinau office employees.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
Data Center Transaction Principal, Europe
About the role
As a Transaction Principal for Europe at Anthropic, you'll drive the commercial sourcing and transaction execution process for our European data center capacity deals. You'll lead RFP processes, negotiate term sheets, and serve as the central leader ensuring seamless stakeholder alignment from initial sourcing through lease execution.
This role is critical to securing the infrastructure that powers Anthropic's frontier AI systems across Europe — you'll bridge commercial negotiations with complex internal coordination across legal, finance, engineering, and network teams, and partner closely with our Compute Markets team who own the Europe market strategy and government relationships. This is not an established leasing org; you'll be building process alongside execution, and doing so across multiple countries with distinct regulatory, power, and development dynamics.
Responsibilities
Lead the RFP and commercial sourcing process for European data center deals, managing developer outreach, proposal evaluation, and competitive selection across multiple markets
Negotiate term sheets and manage the LOI process, structuring commercial terms that meet Anthropic's technical and business requirements while maintaining strong developer partnerships
Create the bridge from LOI to executed transaction, ensuring all commercial, technical, and legal requirements are satisfied for deal closure
Serve as project manager for cross-functional stakeholder engagement — coordinating due diligence teams, internal and external legal counsel, network organization, platform engineers, and finance to ensure alignment prior to lease execution
Act as the single point of contact for auxiliary organizations including networks, deployments, and government relations, providing regular updates on transaction progress and leasing status
Develop and maintain transaction timelines, tracking critical-path items and proactively identifying risks that could impact deal closure
Ensure all stakeholder requirements are captured and addressed in commercial agreements, translating technical and operational needs into contractual terms
Manage complex digital infrastructure development activities to a construction-ready state, through a developer or directly
Marry the right projects, capital stacks, and developers at the right stages
Navigate country-specific permitting, grid connection, and regulatory requirements that vary significantly across European markets
Document and refine transaction processes and playbooks to enable scalable deal execution as Anthropic expands its infrastructure footprint across the region
Partner with the Compute Markets Manager to prioritize markets, sites, and counterparties, and feed deal learnings back into Europe market strategy
You may be a good fit if you
Have 10+ years of experience in transaction management, commercial real estate, data center leasing, or infrastructure procurement
Possess a proven track record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder transactions from sourcing through execution
Have strong negotiation skills with experience structuring term sheets, LOIs, and commercial agreements
Excel at project management and can coordinate across legal, technical, finance, and operational teams simultaneously
Have experience with RFP processes and competitive sourcing for large-scale infrastructure or real estate transactions
Have experience working in or across European markets, with knowledge of the regional data center and development landscape — including established FLAP-D hubs and emerging markets like the Nordics and Southern Europe
Are comfortable operating across multiple countries with different legal frameworks, languages, and business cultures
Are highly organized with strong attention to detail while maintaining focus on strategic deal objectives
Can operate effectively in fast-paced, ambiguous environments where processes are being built alongside execution
Demonstrate exceptional communication skills and can coordinate effectively across time zones with US-based HQ teams and distributed European partners
It's a bonus if you
Have experience with data center or hyperscale infrastructure transactions specifically
Come from the development side of the industry rather than traditional brokerage/leasing — you understand how DC development works and how value is created (yield-on-cost, cap rates, development fees)
Understand technical requirements for AI/ML workloads including power density, cooling, and network connectivity
Have worked with legal teams on complex lease negotiations or infrastructure agreements across multiple European jurisdictions
Understand utility coordination, power procurement, or energy considerations in data center transactions, particularly in the European context (fragmented national power markets, grid connection queues, renewable PPAs, sustainability and efficiency regulations)
Have familiarity with data sovereignty and regulatory considerations that influence European site selection
Have relationships within the European data center developer, operator, and broker ecosystem
Have a background in corporate development, strategic partnerships, or infrastructure investment
Have experience in high-growth technology companies managing infrastructure expansion

Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

WHO WE ARE
Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vkpYpWfEK5s. We're building one place where your knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools live side by side, so work is faster, clearer, and less fragmented. Millions of individuals, small teams, and large companies run their work on Notion.
Notinos (our employees) are customer zero in bringing this future of work to life. We care about craft, building things that last, and the belief that great work is still fundamentally human. Our goal isn’t to ship the next feature. Each and every team of Notinos is working to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era. From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Notion is reimagining how customers adopt, expand, and realize value from software in an AI-native world. As a first-line leader directly managing a team of Outcomes Architects, you’ll own your team’s execution across workflow adoption, value realization, renewal readiness, expansion qualification, and at-risk account recovery — accountable for both the customer outcomes and the quality of execution that produces them.
This isn’t a traditional Customer Success management role. The best OA Managers are coaches first: they know what great workflow discovery looks like, can review a mutual success plan and identify where value realization is breaking down, can inspect an executive business review and sharpen the value narrative, and can help an OA turn account activity into measurable customer and commercial outcomes.
You’ll run an inspection cadence and cultivate a coaching culture that make consistent execution possible across the team. You’ll partner closely with Solutions Consultant leaders, Sales, Services, Support, Product, and RevOps to ensure customers move from workflow design to adoption, value realization, expansion, and renewal readiness.
If you’re a builder who loves developing people as much as driving customer impact — and you want to lead a team in a post-sales motion that’s being redefined for the AI era — this is the role.
WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE
- Own the Net Revenue Growth performance of your team’s book of business, accountable for both headline outcomes and the quality of execution that drives workflow adoption, value realization, renewal readiness, and expansion.
- Coach OAs on the OA builder motion: AI Transformation Plans, build-beside workshops, value reviews, use-case consultations, and renewal processes.
- Build and run the operating cadence for the team: metrics reviews, account support sessions, adoption and renewal-risk reviews, call coaching against the OA quality rubric, and forecast calls with senior leadership.
- Hire, onboard, and certify new OAs to the GTM builder motion, driving readiness from ramp through consistent execution and managing performance with clarity when expectations are not met.
- Partner closely with Solutions Consultant managers and leaders on strategy for expansion and renewal across shared accounts, ensuring clear ownership for flat and at-risk renewals.
- Partner with Services leadership to identify complex implementation needs early, create clear handoffs, and ensure Services delivery accelerates workflow adoption and measurable value.
- Set the standard for product, AI, and workflow fluency across the team so OAs can help customers navigate new ways of working and build durable systems in Notion.
- Represent your team or region in leadership forums with clear signal on what's working, what needs investment, and where execution is breaking down
- Uphold excellence by coaching to the global OA methodology, quality rubric, and activity KPIs.
SKILLS YOU’LL NEED TO BRING
- Frontline management experience leading customer-facing GTM teams in B2B software, ideally across Customer Success, Solutions Consulting, Technical Account Management, Professional Services, Account Management, or post-sales strategy.
- Direct experience coaching teams through customer discovery, workflow design, adoption planning, value realization, renewals, expansion, or technical/workflow implementation.
- Strong coaching orientation: you can review a customer call, account plan, mutual success plan, or executive value narrative and identify specifically what needs to change — not just whether the outcome was good, but why and how to improve it.
- Commercial instincts at the team level: able to read account health, renewal risk, adoption depth, expansion potential, and customer sentiment, then drive urgency without micromanaging every account.
- Deep customer-facing discovery instincts, with the ability to understand business problems, map workflows, and translate goals into practical adoption and implementation plans.
- Experience operating in a shared account ownership model with Sales, Solutions, Services, Support, or Implementation teams.
- Operational rigor: you know how to build inspection cadences, coaching rituals, performance standards, and accountability systems that improve execution across a team.
- Ability to develop talent from onboarding through consistent performance, including hiring to profile, setting clear expectations, coaching skill gaps, and managing performance with clarity.
- Executive communication skills: able to synthesize account patterns, customer risks, team performance, and cross-functional asks into clear signal for leadership.
- Technical fluency and presence as a trusted advisor. You do not need to build every workflow yourself, but you should be able to understand Notion systems, coach workflow design, and help your team troubleshoot adoption blockers.
- You operate with agency, urgency, and customer empathy, bringing structure to ambiguous problems and helping teams move from ideas to working systems.
- You don’t need to be an AI expert, but you’re curious, hands-on, and willing to adopt AI tools to work smarter, coach better, and help customers deliver better outcomes.
- Fluent in English and French
NICE TO HAVES
- Experience managing in a consumption, usage-based, or product-led business where adoption signals matter as much as renewal or expansion outcomes.
- Track record building high-performing frontline teams from an early stage: hiring to profile, structured onboarding, certification, coaching, and performance management.
- Experience leading teams through GTM motion changes, coverage-model shifts, or evolving commercial ownership.
- Experience working with flat, at-risk, or complex renewal accounts and helping teams return customers to a clear value path.
- Experience partnering closely with Solutions Consulting, Sales, Services, or Implementation teams in a shared customer lifecycle model.
- Familiarity with AI transformation, workflow automation, agents, or collaboration/work management software.

A NOTE ON AI
You don’t need deep AI expertise for every role, but we do expect every Notino to be intellectually curious, drawn to tinkering and discovery, and excited to use AI as a real collaborator in their work. For some roles, AI fluency is a core requirement — when that’s the case, we'll say so explicitly in the qualifications. People who thrive here don’t treat AI as a novelty. They use it to think better, and make their work easier for others to build on.

We are building AI to simulate the world through merging art and science.
We believe that world models are at the frontier of progress in artificial intelligence. Language models alone won’t solve the world’s hardest problems – robotics, disease, scientific discovery. Real progress requires models that experience the world and learn from their mistakes, the same way that humans do. And this kind of trial and error can be massively accelerated when done in simulation, rather than in the real world.
World models offer the most clear path to general-purpose simulation, changing how stories are told, how scientific progress is made and how the next frontiers of humanity are reached.
Our team consists of creative, open minded, caring and ambitious people who are determined to change the world. We aspire to continuously build impossible things and our ability to do so relies on building an incredible team. If you are driven to do the same, we'd love to hear from you.

LEAP Program Description
Global Solutions Ventures (GSV) – a joint-venture partnership between ZemiTek, LLC and Dexis Consulting Group – is implementing the Long-term Exceptional Technical Assistance Project (LEAP Global), a mechanism originally used by USAID to battle against infectious diseases such as malaria, HIV/AIDS, tuberculosis, neglected tropical diseases, and pandemic influenza. As of July 1, 2025, LEAP Global transitioned to the U.S. Department of State (DOS). This initiative aims to address the complex human resource challenges faced by national infectious disease programs in the USA-supported countries.
The intervention of this project is to hire and embed technical expert advisors and subject matter experts within government entities. By directly embedding the technical expertise within the national programs, LEAP provides long-term, sustainable lifesaving support to empower host governments to lead and manage key aspects of their infectious disease portfolios and improve coordination between the U.S. Government and the host country.
About the Position
The Senior Global Health Security (GHS) Advisor will support the Moroccan Ministry of Health and Social Protection Department of Epidemiology and Disease Control (DELM) in carrying out life-saving health assistance in full alignment with the U.S. Presidential Executive Order (EO) directives. The primary focus of the Advisor will be technical support with a special emphasis on preventing, detecting, and responding to emerging infectious disease threats which impact public health.
The Senior GHS Advisor will support a One Health (the intersection of human, animal, and environmental health) approach among multi-sectoral Government Departments and Agencies - such as the Ministry of Health, Agriculture, and Environment- for the effective adoption and implementation of life saving interventions focusing on preventing, detecting and responding to emerging infectious disease threats with public health potential. The Senior GHS Advisor will identify programmatic bottlenecks and facilitate solutions through coordinated technical support and facilitation of effort through GHS projects. The Senior GHS Advisor will be based within the Ministry of Health and Social Protection. The advisor will receive direction from the appropriate Ministry staff, who will serve as the onsite Manager/Supervisor. Familiarity with USAID/Department of State programming and C/AOR experience are highly desirable as the advisor is expected to support the implementation of the GHS portfolio. The advisor will report to the U.S. Department of State on a weekly and monthly basis.
Responsibilities
With input from the Moroccan Ministry of Health and Social Protection, GHS envisions two Senior GHS advisors will support the Ministry under this program. The profile of each advisor is as follows:
An expert in epidemiology and public health, responsible for improving human health outcomes in line with a One Health approach, which includes enhancing multisectoral coordination to detect, respond, and mitigate the health security threat of high-risk zoonotic diseases with human epidemic potential. The advisor will be responsible for the interpretation of epidemiological trends, as well as the development of reports, summaries, and bulletins;
An expert in management and monitoring-evaluation, responsible for supporting the monitoring and evaluation of performance indicators related to emerging infectious diseases, the establishment of dashboards, gap analysis, and the strengthening of steering and reporting tools.
In addition to these areas of expertise, the advisor will also have the following responsibilities:
Support multisectoral ministries in effective delivery of life-saving health assistance through utilization of domestic and donors’ resources (e.g., Global Fund).
Assist the relevant ministries with effective delivery of LHA GHS services, including but not limited:
community-based active surveillance,
systems capacity for detecting priority diseases/threats,
data systems for monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on threats,
infection prevention and control (IPC), including commodities and WASH in healthcare facilities,
case management, including Emergency Management including Emergency Operating Centers (EOC) and Point of Entry Screening,

ABOUT THE TEAM
The Applied AI for Defense team is Mistral's specialized unit dedicated to delivering high-impact, secure AI solutions for institutions operating in highly regulated and strategic environments. We work hand-in-hand with clients to design, deploy, and maintain AI systems that meet the highest standards of reliability, security, and operational excellence, including on-premise, disconnected, and air-gapped deployments.
As an AI Deployment Strategist on this team, you will drive the adoption and deployment of Mistral's AI solutions inside sovereign institutions and critical infrastructure, working closely with customers from strategic vision to production implementation. This role sits at the intersection of business strategy, AI innovation, and hands-on deployment, under real operational, security, and compliance constraints. You will partner with senior leaders and mission owners to design AI roadmaps, collaborate with the Applied AI team to deliver solutions in production, and ensure seamless transitions from presales to postsales. Your work will directly contribute to projects with significant societal, operational, and strategic impact.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Strategic Discovery & Vision Setting
- Lead executive-level and mission-owner workshops to identify challenges and opportunities where Mistral's AI can drive step-change improvements in strategic environments.
- Co-create AI adoption roadmaps with customers, articulating the "art of the possible" and a clear path to value within their regulatory and security perimeter.

- Monitor key performance indicators tied to operational and business outcomes, and communicate progress to executive sponsors.

- Travel (~30-60%) to foster deep client relationships and support on-site deployment.
HOW WE WORK IN SOLUTIONS
- We care about people and outputs. What matters is what you ship, not the time you spend on it.
- Bureaucracy is where urgency goes to vanish. You talk to whoever you need to talk to. The best idea wins, whether it comes from a principal engineer or someone in their first week.
- Always ask why. The best solutions come from deep understanding, not from copying what worked before.
- We say what we mean. Feedback is direct, timely, and given because we care.
- No politics. Low ego, high standards.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 2+ years in a client-facing strategic and technical role (e.g. data science consulting, value engineering, or technical sales).
- A degree in a relevant scientific field (e.g. Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering).

- Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills, with the ability to structure ambiguous challenges into actionable solutions.
- Executive presence and communication skills to influence senior stakeholders (VP, C-level, mission owners).
- Resilient, results-driven, and comfortable leading through influence in a collaborative environment.
- Comfort operating under security, compliance, and confidentiality constraints.

WHO WE ARE
Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vkpYpWfEK5s.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
You will lead Notion’s GTM strategy and growth for France, one of EMEA’s largest and highest-priority markets. France is a Tier 1 region in Notion’s country-first EMEA model, with significant room to scale into a standalone, high-growth business.
Notion is shifting from a traditional sales model toward a builder-led model with fewer handoffs, stronger technical fluency, and more direct ownership of customer outcomes. As General Manager, France, you will be the second-line leader responsible for overall revenue outcomes, regional GTM strategy, and the operating model for the French business. You will lead through frontline managers, teams of Business Development Representatives, Solutions Consultants and Outcomes Architects as well as partner cross functionally with Professional Services, Channel Partnerships and RevOps.
This is a hands-on builder-leader role for an AI-native, country-first GTM model. You will bring Notion’s new GTM model to life in France: moving from a segment-first motion to a country-first, AI-native operating system where teams help customers diagnose problems, design agentic workflows, and build real systems with Notion AI.
This role sits on the EMEA Leadership Team and reports to the General Manager, EMEA.
This role will be based in Paris. We work from our offices on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays (our Anchor Days) because we do our best thinking and building together in person. We’re looking for someone who’s excited to work alongside the team during those days.
WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE:
- Own the GTM strategy, operating rhythm, and growth plan for France, with accountability for overall regional revenue outcomes across Sales Assist and Self Serve contribution.
- Lead as a second-line manager: hire, coach, and develop frontline leaders and IC teams across Business Development, Solutions Consulting, Outcomes Architecture, Forward Deployed Architecture/Engineering, and supporting GTM functions.
- Scale a country-first GTM motion that brings Notion closer to French customers through local executive engagement, market nuance, and faster field-level decision-making.
- Accelerate the land engine by opening the right front doors, growing professional workspaces, increasing net-new and upgrade opportunities, and connecting self-serve signals to sales-assisted motion.
- Win lighthouse customers and turn them into market momentum by making them wildly successful, telling their story locally, and using those wins to influence peer companies across France.
- Embed Notion’s AI-era GTM model across the team, including agent-enabled customer journeys, first-agent workflow activation, AI/agent demo proficiency, and stronger “build with the customer” motions.
- Make agentic transformation central to the French GTM motion: help customers identify high-value workflows, build and deploy Notion Agents, automate cross-functional work, and measure outcomes from AI adoption.
- Partner tightly with Solutions Consultants, Outcomes Architects, Forward Deployed Architects/Engineers, Professional Services, Marketing and Channel to reduce handoffs and deliver faster, more durable customer value.
- Build “sell with” partner motions in France, including partner-sourced pipeline, co-sell plays, enablement, AI/agentic solution packages, and joint account planning.
- Establish Notion as a visible force in the French ecosystem through executive dinners, field events, startup and community engagement, partner activations, and customer advocacy.
- Represent the voice of French customers back to Product, PMM, Marketing, and EMEA leadership, especially around AI transformation, enterprise requirements, security, compliance, localization, and competitive dynamics.
- Create a talent destination in France by hiring builder-oriented leaders and ICs, raising the craft bar, and developing the next generation of AI-native GTM talent.
- Drive operational excellence across forecasting, pipeline quality, territory planning, inspection cadence, performance management, and cross-functional execution.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
A strategic and hands-on GTM operator who has scaled enterprise SaaS or AI businesses in France and knows how to build a market, not just inherit one. You have led through managers, owned complex revenue outcomes, and created local market momentum through customers, partners, community, and talent.
You combine second-line leadership with builder energy. You can set a crisp country strategy, install the operating system to execute it, and step into the field when needed — whether joining an executive customer conversation, sharpening a pipeline plan, coaching a manager, or helping the team translate a customer problem into an AI-powered, agentic workflow.
You are excited by Notion’s shift to an AI-native, country-first GTM model and believe the best GTM teams will increasingly be builders: BDRs who identify transformation opportunities, Solutions Consultants who build with customers in the room, Outcomes Architects who turn early workflows into durable adoption, and Forward Deployed Architects/Engineers who design the technical systems behind complex agentic workflows.
SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING:
- 12+ years of professional experience, including 5+ years leading SaaS or AI sales & GTM teams in France.
- Deep knowledge of the French enterprise and startup ecosystem, including executive buyer networks, local partner channels, and market-specific buying dynamics across all market segments (commercial, midmarket and enterprise)
- Proven second-line leadership experience, including hiring, coaching, and developing frontline managers and high-performing IC teams.
- Track record of owning and exceeding revenue targets across new business, expansion, and renewal/churn dynamics.
- Agency & Urgency: experience building or scaling a regional/country business in a high-growth or ambiguous environment.
- Experience selling, implementing, or leading GTM teams around AI, automation, agentic workflows, collaboration, productivity, developer, or data products.
- Strong strategic judgment: ability to define a country plan, segment the market, prioritize accounts and plays, and align cross-functional teams around outcomes.
- Operational rigor across forecasting, pipeline generation, inspection, performance management, territory planning, and sales process.
- Executive presence with CIO, CTO, CPO, COO, and business transformation buyers, with the ability to shape a compelling AI and agentic workflow narrative.
- Strong understanding of modern GTM motions across Business Development, Solutions Consulting, Outcomes Architecture, Forward Deployed Architecture/Engineering, Professional Services, Channel, Marketing, RevOps, and Product.
- Builder mentality and deep AI curiosity: comfortable learning, demoing, and coaching teams on agent-first workflows, proof-of-value motions, and customer co-building.
- Fluency in French and English.
NICE TO HAVES:
- Experience launching or scaling a country-first or regional GTM operating model.
- Familiarity with enterprise security, compliance, APIs, webhooks, connectors, data residency, AI governance, and technical evaluation processes.
- Experience scaling partner, channel, marketplace, or consultant-led GTM motions around AI or workflow transformation.
Notion is committed to providing highly competitive cash compensation, equity, and benefits. The compensation offered for this role will be based on multiple factors such as location, the role's scope and complexity, and the candidate's experience and expertise, and may vary from the range provided below. The estimated range for total on target earnings (including base salary and on target incentive pay) for this role is €350,000 - €408,000 per year.

For some roles, AI fluency is a core requirement — when that’s the case, we'll say so explicitly in the qualifications. People who thrive here don’t treat AI as a novelty. They use it to think better, and make their work easier for others to build on.
