About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the Role:
As part of Anthropic’s Global Safety, Intelligence, and Security (GSIS) team, the Security Technology Deployment Engineer will own the validation, standardization, and deployment of physical security technology across Anthropic’s rapidly expanding global office portfolio. This role bridges the gap between technology selection and production-ready operation — ensuring that every security platform deployed is rigorously tested, properly integrated with enterprise infrastructure, fully documented, and built for scale.
You’ll define the installation standards, configuration baselines, and deployment processes that the broader team executes against — from access control migrations and intercom replacements to AI analytics onboarding and new application integrations. You’ll work across InfoSec, IT, Networking, and Identity Management to ensure every security application passes review, integrates with SSO, and is supported within Anthropic’s infrastructure before going live. Your work will directly determine whether Anthropic’s security technology stack scales reliably as the company grows from dozens of locations to a global enterprise footprint.
Responsibilities:
Validate and deploy new and replacement security technology platforms including access control systems, intercom solutions, video management, visitor management, and AI/analytics tools across all Anthropic locations
Build and maintain staging environments for pre-production testing and validation of all security applications, hardware, firmware, and system configurations
Define installation standards, configuration baselines, licensing structures, update procedures, and maintenance requirements for every deployed security platform
Deploy integrations between security applications, validating that platforms communicate and share data correctly before transitioning to production
Support colleagues’ security applications through InfoSec review processes, ensuring new tools meet Anthropic’s information security and compliance requirements
Coordinate SSO integration for newly deployed security applications with Identity Management and IT teams
Transition applications requiring custom integration or data pipeline development to the IT Engineering team with documented technical requirements for roadmap inclusion
Initiate onboarding of deployed hardware and systems into Anthropic’s health monitoring platform to ensure operational visibility from day one
Develop standardized deployment playbooks, checklists, configuration templates, and handoff documentation that enable repeatable installations across all current and future sites
Evaluate security platforms for scalability, identifying capacity constraints, single points of failure, and architectural limitations before they impact operations at scale
Coordinate with Networking, IT Infrastructure, and Facilities teams to ensure all infrastructure prerequisites (network, power, rack space, cloud resources) are met prior to deployment
Execute structured handoffs to Project Management (for site programming), Break-Fix Support (for maintenance), and Access Control Administration (for ongoing system management), ensuring each team has the standards and documentation to execute independently
You may be a good fit if you:
Have 5+ years of hands-on experience deploying, validating, and managing enterprise physical security technology across a large or rapidly growing organization
Have deployed security technology across 50 or more sites, or have demonstrated experience in a high-growth environment where deployment velocity and repeatability were essential
Have built standardized deployment processes, playbooks, and configuration templates that enabled others to execute installations independently and consistently
Have experience working across InfoSec, IT, Networking, and Identity Management teams to onboard and integrate security applications into enterprise environments
Have supported SSO integration, InfoSec reviews, and enterprise application onboarding workflows for security tools
Possess broad technology experience across access control, video management, intercoms, visitor management, AI/analytics, and alarm monitoring platforms
Are a strong technical communicator who can define standards clearly enough that PMs, integrators, and service teams execute against them without ambiguity
Have experience with IP networking, VLANs, PoE, and infrastructure requirements for security devices
Are comfortable with 25% travel for site deployments, commissioning, and validation
Strong candidates may have:
Previous experience at a hyper-growth technology company or managing security technology programs for high-profile corporate environments
Experience with Anthropic’s specific technology stack: Genetec Security Center, Axis cameras, Wavelynx, Commend Symphony Cloud,
Alcatraz.ai
,
Ambient.ai
, SureView, Envoy
Industry certifications: Genetec, Axis, CCNA, PSP, CPP, or PMP
Experience with OSDP, modern credential technologies, and encryption protocols for physical security systems
Familiarity with scripting or automation (Python, PowerShell) for configuration management and deployment automation
Experience with health monitoring and observability platforms
Knowledge of SOC 2 compliance, GDPR, and physical security compliance frameworks
Experience with change management, configuration control, and version-controlled infrastructure documentation
Deadline to apply: None. Applications will be received on a rolling basis.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

ABOUT LANGFUSE
Langfuse is the open-source LLM engineering platform that helps teams build useful AI applications through tracing, evaluation, prompt management, datasets, and metrics. We are now part of ClickHouse. Like ClickHouse, Langfuse is open source, and we work in public: our product, docs, changelog, roadmap, and community discussions are visible to the developers and teams who use us. Langfuse is already one of the most widely adopted platforms in the category: trusted by 19 of the Fortune 50 and 63 of the Fortune 500, with 50M+ SDK installs per month, 6M+ Docker pulls, and 30k+ GitHub stars.
We are hiring a Head of Marketing for Langfuse.
This is a hands-on marketing leadership role for someone with deep experience in product marketing, developer marketing, and technical content. You will own how Langfuse shows up in the market, manage the Langfuse marketing team, and turn our current founder-led, product-led motion into a holistic marketing ecosystem.
The core of the role is still product marketing and developer trust: positioning, launches, category narrative, developer content, website, customer proof, lifecycle, funnel, sales enablement, and the way we explain Langfuse to technical users and technical buyers. At the same time, Langfuse now has access to ClickHouse's global go-to-market engine. You will be the person who makes those resources work for Langfuse without diluting the Langfuse voice.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Own Langfuse marketing strategy and execution globally, with product marketing and developer content as the center of gravity.
- Manage and develop the Langfuse marketing team, including Product Marketing Engineering, Developer Advocacy, and Product Marketing content and resources.
- Define the operating model for Langfuse marketing: what sits in the Langfuse pod, what runs through ClickHouse shared teams, who owns what, and how we measure whether it is working.
- Build the marketing plan across positioning, launches, website narrative including product pages and conversion paths, customer proof, onboarding, lifecycle, funnel, sales collateral, campaigns, and events.
- Own the Langfuse category narrative: LLM observability, evals, prompt management, datasets, agent observability, self-hosting, and the broader LLM engineering workflow.
- Keep the developer motion strong: useful technical content, examples, cookbooks, docs-adjacent education, changelog, town halls, open-source communication, and high-trust product launches.
- Partner with ClickHouse demand generation and field marketing to make enterprise marketing systematic rather than ad hoc: webinars, workshops, regional events, conferences, paid campaigns, retargeting, and follow-up motions.
- Create the canonical Langfuse sales narrative and enablement system so ClickHouse AEs, SAs, field teams, and leadership can confidently explain Langfuse.
- Lead customer marketing and proof: case studies, technical stories, customer references, logo strategy, community stories, enterprise migration stories, and reusable sales narratives.
- Use data to run the function: unique visitors, signups, activation, revenue, product usage signals, campaign performance, attribution, event ROI, pipeline creation, pipeline acceleration, and qualitative user feedback.
WHAT YOU BRING ALONG:
- You have led product marketing, developer marketing, DevRel, growth, or demand gen marketing for a technical SaaS product.
- You have marketed to developers, infrastructure teams, AI teams, data teams, security teams, observability teams, or another highly technical audience.
- You are a strong product marketer at the core: positioning, narrative, launch strategy, competitive thinking, customer proof, sales enablement, and technical buyer messaging are natural territory for you.
- You write exceptionally well. You can make complex technical ideas clear without making them shallow.
- You are technical enough to use the product, understand the market, earn credibility with engineers, and spot vague or misleading marketing.
- You understand product-led growth and open-source funnels: activation, onboarding, conversion, lifecycle, self-serve adoption, usage signals, and sales-assisted expansion.
- You understand enterprise marketing enough to work with demand gen, field marketing, sales, solutions, and regional teams. You do not need to personally run every event or paid campaign, but you need to know what good looks like and how to make the system work.
- You can manage a small, high-talent team while remaining hands-on where the work needs senior judgment.
- You are comfortable building the function while the company is changing around you. Some work will be cleanly owned. Some work will require influence, coordination, and judgment across a larger organization.
- You already create content: blog posts, talks, product explainers, social posts, newsletters, videos, docs, demos, or open-source examples.

It’s a culture where you’ll be trusted to take ownership, stay curious, and raise the quality of work around you. It comes with clear expectations and a team that will push you to do some of the best work of your career.
If that kind of challenge gives you energy, we’d love to meet you.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Today, our SMB sales motion is dialed in. The majority of new customers find us; they visit our website, start a trial, or request a walkthrough of the platform. We’ve built a process that converts these visitors into customers at an impressive rate.
Over the past year, our product has become increasingly competitive for support teams at larger companies (100-1,000 employees), but those prospects don’t always arrive on our site ready to engage. That’s where you come in.
This is a true outbound sales role, designed for a rep with world-class prospecting skills. You’ll have the opportunity to not only craft our outbound sales motion, but lead the charge competing (and winning) new upmarket customers at a higher ACV.
Please note: For this role, we are only able to hire in the United States.
In this role, you will
- Build and own your pipeline. We expect more than 75% of your opportunities to be self-sourced through target account campaigns, account-based targeting, referrals, events. Inbound will support you; it won't fill your calendar.
- Run full-cycle deals. You'll land the first meeting, run tailored product demos, build compelling business cases, manage commercial negotiations and seal the deal. You own the sales motion (with support from our amazing team).
- Build a playbook. What works for you becomes the baseline of our upmarket sales motion. You're the first person running it, and will work with GTM leadership to set our strategy for the future.
- Collaborate cross-functionally. You'll give Product direct feedback on requirements on what mid-market support teams need from us, partner with Marketing to launch targeted campaigns & and work in lockstep with RevOps to ensure our operational process is dialed in.
- Own numbers. You'll own and report on pipeline coverage, forecast accuracy, and progress to target with enough rigor that leadership can plan around it.
ABOUT YOU:
- You've sourced the majority of your own pipeline — 75% or more — and you can be specific about your strategy and results
- You have 8+ years in full-cycle B2B SaaS sales, working mid-market accounts at companies of roughly 250–1,000 employees.
- You're at home in a 3-6 month cycle, closing deals with with an average size of $25-$75K
- You have a real point of view on account selection and engagement strategy
- You are comfortable managing a modern GTM tech stack and AI solutions for prospect selection, automation, enrichment — you can build a system that works for you
- You use AI daily to improve your output, and you can point to specific examples where AI changed the speed, quality, and scale of what you delivered.
- You’re a problem solver, and possess a strong ability to identify customer business needs, multi-thread with key stakeholders and position relevant solutions effectively
- You are comfortable being the first of something. There's no mid-market playbook here yet, and you'd rather write one than inherit one.
Compensation for this role is $100K base salary. OTE is $200K.

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced
Executive Assistant
to join our CEO Office and serve as a critical operational partner to the CEO, Chief of Staff, and senior leadership while owning the day-to-day workplace operations of our San Jose headquarters.
This is not a typical Executive Assistant position. You will be embedded within our CEO Office, working directly with the CEO and Chief of Staff as a critical operational partner in a high-velocity environment. You'll manage a diverse portfolio spanning executive support, office operations, product review logistics, and cross-functional coordination. This role requires someone who thrives in ambiguity, exercises impeccable judgment, and can shift seamlessly between strategic projects and hands-on execution.
You will be embedded within the CEO Office and serve as an operational backbone that keeps both executive priorities and the San Jose workplace running smoothly. On any given day, you might manage a complex executive calendar across global time zones, coordinate an international trip, prepare for a CEO product review, resolve an office issue with WeWork, manage an insurance renewal, oversee assets inventory, or execute a company offsite partnering with People team.
This role is ideal for someone who combines the judgment, responsiveness, and anticipation of an exceptional Executive Assistant with the ownership and operational mindset of a Workplace Manager. You are comfortable shifting between highly confidential executive matters and hands-on operational execution, and you naturally create structure, systems, and order wherever they are needed.
Given the nature of this role, you will have access to highly confidential and sensitive company information.
Discretion, sound judgment, and professionalism are non-negotiable.
Key Responsibilities
CEO Office & Executive Support
Manage complex scheduling for internal and external meetings for the CEO Office across global time zones
Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements and executive logistics for the CEO Office
Conduct product research based on CEO's requests to support leadership decision-making
Coordinate executive demo preparation logistics with Content Ops, Marketing, and Business, including procurement, research, and packing lists
Coordinate product review meetings, including agendas, pre-meeting materials, attendees, and follow-up actions
Maintain robust tracking systems for CEO Office requests, action items, decisions, and follow-ups, ensuring clear ownership, status visibility, and timely closure
Provide flexible, responsive support in a fast-paced environment with variable hours
Workplace Administration
Serve as the on-site office administration point of contact for the San Jose office, including supporting executive workspace needs and on-site meetings
Serve as day-to-day liaison with WeWork community management for facilities, access, and general office needs
Manage office supplies, mail, and general workplace administration
Support logistics for CEO Office events and external meetings (venue/vendor sourcing, agenda and presentation coordination), partnering with People on company-wide events and employee experience programming
What You Bring
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Executive Business Partner, or in a similar executive support role
, ideally with additional experience in workplace, office, or business operations within a technology company, startup, or rapidly scaling organization.
Proven experience directly supporting C-level executives or senior leadership in a high-touch, fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated experience supporting or owning workplace and office operations, including facilities, vendors, events, and administrative processes.
Proven ability to handle highly confidential and sensitive information with exceptional discretion and professionalism.
Exceptional organizational skills with an almost obsessive attention to order and detail.
Track record of building and maintaining organized systems for requests, action items, follow-ups, documentation, and information flow—ensuring nothing gets lost, delayed, or forgotten across multiple workstreams.
Strong experience managing multiple priorities, stakeholders, deadlines, and shifting priorities simultaneously.
Experience managing vendors, budgets, procurement, and operational projects.
Experience with or exposure to hardware/IT asset inventory and lifecycle management.
Familiarity with corporate insurance programs, renewals, certificates of insurance, and claims administration.

Ability to work on-site in San Jose and provide flexible, responsive support when business needs require it.
Who You Are
Exceptionally organized.
You bring
Marie Kondo energy
to everything from calendars and documentation systems to hardware inventories, event logistics, and physical workspaces. Chaos doesn't stand a chance around you.
A systems builder.
You don't just complete tasks—you create intuitive processes that make requests visible, ownership clear, and follow-through reliable.
Anticipatory.
You think several steps ahead and notice what will be needed before someone has to ask.
Hands-on.
You're equally comfortable preparing materials for an executive meeting, organizing a demo kit, coordinating an offsite, or solving an unexpected office issue.
Tech-savvy.
You have a strong interest in technology and actively look for ways to use tools and automation to improve efficiency.
Comfortable with ambiguity.
You are unfazed by changing priorities and don't need a playbook for every situation.
Resourceful.

As CRO is brought fully in-house, they are looking for an experienced Head of E-commerce Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) to take ownership of the optimisation function.
This is a high-impact leadership role combining hands-on e-commerce optimisation with strategy, client advisory, experimentation, and team building. You’ll initially work across three in-house brands alongside a select portfolio of agency clients, with the opportunity to shape the company’s CRO methodology and build the function as the business grows.
Job Summary
As Head of E-commerce Conversion Rate Optimisation, you will own the optimisation strategy across both in-house e-commerce brands and agency client accounts.

You’ll combine quantitative analytics with customer research and behavioural insights to develop commercially focused experimentation roadmaps. You’ll determine what should be A/B tested, what should be implemented directly, and ensure designers and developers are focused on initiatives capable of delivering measurable commercial impact.
Beyond execution, you’ll play a key role in developing the company's CRO framework, maintaining the quality of client strategy, presenting findings to stakeholders, and eventually hiring and mentoring additional CRO strategists.
Key Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end CRO and e-commerce optimisation strategy across three in-house brands and selected agency clients.
Audit new client websites, funnels, analytics setups, and customer journeys to identify growth opportunities.
Identify opportunities to improve conversion rates, AOV, revenue, and profit per visitor.
Build, prioritise, and manage structured CRO and experimentation roadmaps.
Develop clear, data-backed, and commercially focused hypotheses for experiments.
Analyse GA4, Shopify, e-commerce, and behavioural data to uncover friction points and opportunities.
Use heatmaps, session recordings, surveys, customer feedback, and qualitative research to understand customer behaviour.
Determine when optimisation opportunities should be A/B tested versus implemented directly.
Brief designers and developers on CRO initiatives, ensuring execution remains aligned with the commercial objective.
Review experiment results and assess statistical validity before making recommendations.
Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for clients and internal stakeholders.
Present CRO strategies, experiment findings, and recommendations directly to clients.
Quantify incremental revenue, profit, and commercial impact generated through optimisation initiatives.
Maintain a consistently high standard of CRO strategy across all accounts.
Develop and continuously improve the company's CRO framework and methodology.
Establish scalable processes for experimentation, reporting, customer research, and prioritisation.
Hire, mentor, and develop future CRO strategists as the function grows.
Requirements
5–8+ years of professional experience in Conversion Rate Optimisation, experimentation, e-commerce optimisation, or a closely related discipline.
Strong track record of delivering measurable CRO improvements for e-commerce businesses.
Experience working with established e-commerce brands, ideally generating approximately £1m–£50m in revenue.
Advanced knowledge of Shopify or other major e-commerce platforms.
Strong proficiency with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and e-commerce analytics.
Hands-on experience with A/B and multivariate testing platforms.
Strong understanding of experimentation methodology, statistical significance, and test validity.
Experience conducting customer research using surveys, behavioural analysis, heatmaps, session recordings, and other qualitative methods.
Strong knowledge of e-commerce UX, customer journeys, landing pages, product pages, checkout flows, and funnel optimisation.
Ability to connect CRO activity to commercial outcomes such as revenue, AOV, margin, and profit per visitor.
Experience creating and prioritising experimentation roadmaps based on expected commercial impact.
Strong client-facing communication and presentation skills.
Ability to confidently brief and collaborate with designers, developers, marketers, and senior stakeholders.
Comfortable owning strategy while remaining hands-on with analysis, research, and experimentation.
Previous agency, consultancy, or multi-brand experience is highly desirable.
Leadership or mentoring experience, with the ability to build and develop a CRO team as the business scales.
Benefits
🌎 Fully remote opportunity with the ability to work as part of an ambitious, growth-focused team.
🚀 High-impact leadership role with ownership of CRO strategy across multiple ecommerce brands and agency clients.
🧠 Build the CRO methodology and help define how the agency approaches research, experimentation, and optimisation.
📈 Long-term career growth with the opportunity to play a central role in building a dedicated CRO function.

Workplace: Remote
ClickHouse is hiring a Sr. Manager, Global Workplaces to build our workplace function from the ground up. This is a foundational role: there is no existing playbook to inherit, so you'll help design the policies, standards, and operating model that will support ClickHouse's workplace experience as we grow. You'll be responsible for a small but growing footprint of offices across multiple regions, and you'll need to balance our remote-first philosophy with the reality that in-person environments matter — for teams, culture, and moments that are hard to replicate over video.
This role reports to the Head of Procurement and will partner closely with People, IT, Security, Finance, and regional leaders. You should be comfortable operating with a high degree of autonomy, comfortable with ambiguity, and energized by building something new rather than maintaining something established.
What You Will Do:
• Workplace Function Build-Out: Design and stand up ClickHouse's global workplace function from scratch, including policies, standards, playbooks, and operating processes that can flex across regions and scale as we grow.
• Global Office Operations: Oversee day-to-day operations for ClickHouse's small offices across multiple regions, ensuring a consistent standard of experience while adapting to local norms, labor requirements, and regulations.
• Remote-First, In-Person-Enabled Strategy: Develop a workplace strategy that reflects our remote-first culture while creating high-value in-person environments — team hubs, offsites, and gathering spaces— that strengthen collaboration and connection.
• New Office Setup & Space Planning: Lead site selection, buildout, and launch of new small offices as ClickHouse expands into new regions, in partnership with Procurement, Finance, and Legal.
• Vendor & Facilities Management: Own vendor relationships across regions — broker, landlords, building management, facilities, food and beverage, and events — working closely with Procurement on sourcing and contract negotiation.
• Cross-Functional Partnership: Partner with People, IT, Security, and Finance on space planning,
onboarding logistics, workplace technology, and headcount-driven capacity planning across regions.
• Budget Ownership: Own the global workplace budget, track spend across regions, and identify
opportunities to optimize cost without compromising the employee experience.
• Policy & Process Development: Create scalable, well-documented workplace policies — health and safety, visitor management, workplace security, and office access — adaptable across jurisdictions.
• Events & Team Connection: Support company gatherings that reinforce culture and connection across a distributed team.
• Point of Contact & Escalations: Serve as the primary point of contact for office-related issues and emergencies across regions and time zones, establishing clear escalation protocols.
What You'll Bring to the Team:
• 7+ years of experience in workplace, facilities, corporate real estate, or global office operations, ideally including experience building a workplace function or program from the ground up.
• Experience supporting a globally distributed organization with multiple small offices across regions, and an understanding of the operational and regulatory differences that come with that footprint.
• Genuine enthusiasm for remote-first ways of working, paired with an appreciation for why in-person environments matter to teams — and the judgment to know when and how to invest in each.
• Strong vendor management and contract negotiation experience, with comfort partnering closely with a Procurement function.
• Experience managing a budget, with a track record of finding operational efficiencies.
• Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with People, IT, Security, and Finance teams.
• Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable operating autonomously in a role with significant ownership and limited existing infrastructure.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the cultural fluency to work effectively across regions, time zones, and languages.
• Based in the Americas or EMEA, with the flexibility to travel to regional offices as needed.
Nice to Have:
• Experience negotiating international leases or managing office buildouts outside your home country.
• Familiarity with health, safety, and workplace compliance requirements across multiple jurisdictions.
• Experience designing workplace programs specifically for hybrid or remote-first organizations (e.g., home office stipends, co-working allowances, hub-based gathering strategies).
