We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Global Tax Specialist to support the execution of our tax agenda across the EMEA and APAC regions. Based in Cyprus and working closely with our International Tax Leads for EMEA/APAC, you will play a hands-on role in delivering regional projects, keeping a fast-growing multinational footprint compliant, mitigating tax risk, and enabling new market and product launches.
This is a broad, high-exposure role: you will work across corporate income tax, VAT/GST, withholding taxes, permanent establishment risk and transfer pricing, in both mature EU markets and complex emerging-market jurisdictions.
Key Responsibilities
Project support:
Support the International Tax Leads on EMEA/APAC projects — new market entries, product and payment flow launches, intercompany restructurings and entity rationalisation. Assess the corporate tax, VAT/GST, withholding tax and permanent establishment implications and translate them into practical recommendations for the business.
Compliance & reporting:
Coordinate with external advisors, local finance teams and Accounting to ensure timely, accurate filings and reconciled tax accounts.
Advisory & research:
Research local tax legislation, double tax treaties, permanent establishment thresholds and non-resident/digital service provider registration regimes. Monitor legislative change across the region — DAC7, Pillar Two, local e-invoicing mandates, digital platform reporting — and flag business impacts early.
Transfer pricing:
Assist with local file and documentation gathering, review of intercompany agreements, intercompany invoicing and recharges, and monitoring of local transfer pricing compliance and filing obligations.
Audit & controversy support:
Support local tax audits, information requests and authority queries by preparing documentation, reconciling tax positions and drafting responses alongside external advisors.
Tax accounting:
Support current and deferred tax computations, uncertain tax position assessments and provision inputs for the group reporting cycle.
Process improvement:
Identify opportunities to standardise and automate tax data collection, compliance tracking and reporting through ERP reporting, tax compliance management platforms and e-invoicing readiness.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Law or a closely related field. A professional qualification (ACA, ACCA, ADIT, CPA or local equivalent) is a plus.
Experience:
5+ years of dedicated tax experience in a multinational or Big 4 environment, with a strong EMEA and/or APAC focus. Hands-on experience with Cyprus tax (corporate income tax, IP Box, Cyprus VAT) and with emerging-market jurisdictions across Africa, the Middle East, Central Asia or South/Southeast Asia is a significant advantage.
Technical knowledge:
Solid grounding in international tax concepts — withholding taxes, permanent establishment, double tax treaties, transfer pricing — together with practical indirect tax experience across EU and non-EU regimes, including non-resident digital services VAT/GST registrations. Familiarity with Pillar Two and platform reporting obligations (DAC7 and equivalents) is welcome.
Language skills:
Professional fluency in
English
is essential.
Russian
and/or
Greek
is a strong plus; an additional EMEA or APAC language is welcome.
Systems:
Prior experience with NetSuite, Workday or comparable ERP systems is a plus, and strong Excel/Google Sheets skills. Exposure to tax compliance management platforms (e.g. Loctax) is a plus.

We are a digital-asset infrastructure group. We build institutional custody technology and operate regulated entities in Cyprus (CySEC MiCA CASP licence), Switzerland (VQF SRO membership), the UK and the UAE. A new entity in Georgia is being set up now.
The role
You will be the CEO’s right hand: running the calendar, preparing meetings, making sure decisions turn into actions, and taking care of personal administration within an agreed scope. This is a fully remote role. You will work closely with the CEO and with our Operations Manager in Limassol.
Responsibilities
Calendar and meetings.
Run the CEO’s calendar: scheduling, priorities, conflicts and time zones. Prepare materials before meetings and make sure the right people and documents are in the room, whether virtual or physical.
Decisions and follow-up.
Record decisions, assignments and deadlines from meetings. Follow up with owners and report status back to the CEO. Nothing agreed in a meeting gets lost.
Travel.
Plan and book business travel end to end: flights, hotels, transfers, visas, and a clear itinerary with all the details in one place.
Personal matters.
Handle personal administration for the CEO within an agreed scope: appointments, documents, travel, payments.
Correspondence.
Triage the CEO’s inbox where agreed, draft replies, letters and short memos, and make sure important messages get an answer on time.
Coordination.
Act as the point of contact between the CEO and internal teams, external partners and providers. Pass company-document and KYB requests to the Operations Manager and track them to completion.
Weekly overview.

Proven experience supporting an executive remotely.
Very organised and self-directed: calendars, follow-up lists and trackers are your normal way of working.
Good written English: you can draft a letter or a memo that needs little correction.
Able to move tasks forward through people who do not report to you, including senior ones.
Absolute discretion: you will see the CEO’s calendar, personal matters and confidential company data.
Comfortable with Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, task trackers (ClickUp or similar) and shared document systems.
Availability during Cyprus business hours (EET/EEST), with flexibility when travel or urgent matters require it.
Russian is a plus.
Benefits
Competitive salary;
Fully remote work;
24 working days of paid annual leave;
A close working relationship with the CEO of a fast-growing regulated group in the digital-asset industry.

You’ll develop growth plans for restaurant-partners, run promotional campaigns, and lead commercial discussions. Working closely with internal teams, you’ll make sure plans are delivered and restaurant-partners receive the support they need.
Day-to-day in this role you’ll:
Own and develop a portfolio of restaurant-partners across Northern Kazakhstan.
Build strong relationships with restaurant-partners through regular check-ins and business reviews, aligning on priorities and following up on agreed actions.
Create and execute growth plans that help restaurant-partners increase sales, attract customers, and improve performance on Wolt.
Identify opportunities to grow adoption of Wolt’s advertising and promotional solutions based on each restaurant-partner’s goals.
Lead commercial negotiations and renewal discussions to support sustainable growth for both Wolt and our restaurant-partners.
Use performance data to identify trends, understand challenges, and recommend practical improvements.
Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and other internal teams to deliver campaigns, resolve issues, and improve the restaurant-partner experience.
Prioritize your time across restaurant-partners of different sizes, balancing commercial impact with the needs of your wider portfolio.
Our humble expectations*
We’re looking for someone who combines commercial curiosity with strong relationship-building skills and enjoys taking ownership of restaurant-partner growth.
Experience:
You have 3+ years of experience in account management, customer success, business development, or a similar commercial role. Experience working with SMB or enterprise restaurant-partners is a plus.
Commercial understanding, upselling, and negotiation skills:
You understand how to grow a restaurant-partner’s business, identify and convert upselling opportunities through advertising and promotional solutions, and confidently lead commercial negotiations to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
Analytical skills:
You’re comfortable working with data in Excel or Google Sheets and translating performance insights into clear recommendations.
Communication and relationship-building:
You communicate clearly and confidently, adapting your approach to restaurant owners, operational teams, and enterprise stakeholders.
Adaptability:
You thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapt quickly to changing priorities, and stay focused on delivering results.
Ownership and autonomy:
You roll up your sleeves and get things done, proactively identifying what needs attention without waiting to be told. You’re comfortable working independently, taking initiative, and following through on your commitments.
Ownership and organization:
You manage competing priorities, follow through on commitments, and take a proactive approach to solving problems.
Tools and curiosity:
You’re comfortable learning new tools and open to using AI to improve your daily work and analysis.
Languages:
