✨ ONE PLATFORM, A WHOLE WORLD OF OPPORTUNITY
The best jobs have always clustered in a handful of the world's wealthiest cities. But talent is everywhere. Oyster set out to close that gap - building a global employment platform that lets companies hire, pay, and care for brilliant people anywhere.
We're proof that a high-performing culture doesn't need an office. Distributed across 60+ countries since 2020, we've built something the industry keeps noticing:
- Ranked #10 of 250 on TIME and Statista's 2026 list of America's Top WorkTech Companies https://www.oysterhr.com/library/oyster-hr-named-10-of-americas-top-worktech-companies-of-2026-by-time
- Named one of America's Greatest Startup Workplaces 2026 https://www.oysterhr.com/library/oyster-2026-newsweek-award by Newsweek
- A G2 Spring 2026 Leader https://www.oysterhr.com/library/oyster-named-best-roi-for-any-global-employment-platform-for-g2-spring-2026 across Employer of Record, Global Employment, Multi-country Payroll, and HR Compliance
- The only B Corp-certified global employment platform ~ independently verified since 2023
Two of those rankings measured our business impact from the outside. One measured how our own people feel about working here. They landed in the same place ~ because at Oyster, culture and performance aren't separate conversations. They're the same one.
And we're just getting started. If you want to do the best work of your career alongside people who care as much as you do, we'd love for you to apply.
THE ROLE
Location: While this position is posted in a specific location, all of Oyster’s positions are fully remote and you can work from home. Forever. To create the best experience for our new hire, this role requires you to be based within UTC−6 to UTC+3.
All applications will be reviewed after the submission deadline on Nov 6th, and we’ll be in touch with next steps shortly after. We appreciate your patience and interest in joining the team.
Role Summary
Oyster is looking for a Partner Marketing Manager to build a scalable engine that creates demand and pipeline through our partner ecosystem. You will inherit an active portfolio, keep important commitments moving, and decide what to continue, improve, or retire using performance and cost data. Working across Channel and Marketing, you will design and execute programs that market to partners, with partners, and through partners—turning partner strategy into repeatable go-to-market motions with clear measurement. This is a high-autonomy individual-contributor role with global remit, budget ownership, and direct partnership with the Director of Demand and Growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, orchestrate, execute, and measure partner marketing programs across the ecosystem.
- Build programs that market to partners, with partners, and through partners.
- Protect existing partner commitments during handover while reviewing the portfolio for performance, cost, and strategic fit.
- Own and allocate the partner marketing budget, including co-marketing and MDF, and defend investment decisions with return data.
- Develop partner segmentation, positioning, messaging, and repeatable operating models.
- Create joint programs across partner types, including technology partners.
- Enable partners to take Oyster’s message and value proposition to their audiences.
- Align Channel, Demand Generation, Product Marketing, Content, Sales, and Revenue Operations around integrated plans.
- Establish credible reporting for partner-sourced pipeline, partner-influenced pipeline, engagement, and program ROI.
- Apply AI and automation processes to improve segmentation, personalization, program development, execution, and insight generation.
Core Requirements
- Demonstrated ownership of measurable partner or ecosystem marketing programs from strategy through execution and reporting.
- Strong understanding of marketing to, with, and through partners.
- Ability to connect marketing activity to sourced or influenced pipeline and explain attribution trade-offs.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration across partnerships, channel, marketing, sales, and revenue operations.
- Experience managing a program portfolio and making evidence-based choices about what to continue, change, or stop.
- Ability to adapt messaging and motions across partner types, incentives, audiences, and regions.
- Sound budget judgment and confidence allocating spend against expected return.
- AI-native working style, with evidence of rebuilding marketing workflows around AI while managing quality and privacy risks.
- Comfort operating independently in a fully remote, asynchronous environment.
Bonus / Nice-to-Have Experience
- Experience in B2B SaaS, HR technology, global employment, or another partner-led ecosystem.
- Experience marketing with technology partners.
- Experience building a partner marketing function, measurement model, or operating cadence from an early stage.
- Familiarity with PRM, marketing automation, CRM, attribution, and analytics tools.
- Experience supporting global programs across regions and time zones.
This might not be right for you if...
- You prefer isolated campaign execution to building an interconnected partner program.
- You are uncomfortable owning pipeline outcomes, attribution, and budget trade-offs.
- You want a blank page rather than inheriting live commitments and partner relationships.
- You rely on manual workflows and are not motivated to adopt AI-enabled ways of working.
- Sustained alignment across Channel, Marketing, Revenue Operations, and external partners feels like overhead rather than core work.
You'll also need
- A reliable home internet connection and fluency in both written and spoken English.

Our innovative teams are driving the future of consumer-led products, and we're always looking for passionate individuals to join us. Learn more about our story at: https://rubylabs.com/about-us/
ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re looking for a Senior User Acquisition Manager to take full ownership of Meta paid traffic and drive subscriptions through web funnels within a single project. Meta is the core channel, with room to expand into additional sources such as AppLovin, X, TikTok and Snapchat. You'll manage 7-figure budgets across multiple GEOs, decide what to test, scale and cut, and be accountable for results.
Performance is measured on real business metrics (CPA, ROAS and cohorts), not surface-level platform numbers. We are an AI-first team, so we expect you to use Claude and automation to move faster and to streamline your day-to-day workflows.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and scale paid social campaigns on Meta end to end: account structure, bidding, budget allocation, optimization and scaling.
- Expand into additional sources (AppLovin, X, TikTok, Snapchat) and look for new growth levers: audiences, formats, placements and campaign types.
- Scale spend across multiple GEOs while holding CPA and ROAS targets.
- Run structured creative testing with the creative team on all channels, with clear hypotheses and simple scale/kill rules.
- Work with the data team on reports, cohort analysis and deep dives, quickly diagnose drops and spikes and act on them.
- Manage signal quality: conversion events, event value, purchase optimization, attribution.
- Protect account health: manage ad account structure, backups and policy compliance.
- Work with platform reps on betas, new campaign types and escalations.
- Use Claude and automation (skills, scripts, workflows) to speed up builds, reporting and optimization.
- Prepare a clear strategy, document tests and learnings, and keep an eye on market trends and competitors.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Paid social experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience managing paid social campaigns, with Meta as your main platform (TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, or AppLovin experience is a plus) and a proven ability to scale budgets efficiently while maintaining strong ROI.
- High-budget management: experience managing $500k+ in monthly ad spend, with consistent optimization and sustainable growth.
- Multi-GEO expertise: experience running and scaling campaigns across multiple countries and regions, and making independent, data-driven scaling decisions.
- Strong analytical skills: solid command of CPA, ROAS, and cohort analysis, plus proficiency in tools like Omni/Tableau/Mixpanel and the ability to build custom performance analyses.
- Meta platform knowledge: deep understanding of account structures, audience targeting, bidding strategies, and creative testing methodologies.
- AI and automation: experience automating user acquisition workflows with AI, automated rules or scripts, and a mindset of constantly looking for ways to work smarter.
- Autonomous and proactive: you take ownership, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and spot opportunities for testing, optimization, and growth.
- Growth mindset: strong motivation to learn, experiment and scale, with a focus on long-term performance.
- Clear communication: strong English, with the ability to present insights, results and recommendations to stakeholders.

About the Team:
Netlify’s Data team helps the company understand and improve the full product-led growth journey, from activation and engagement through conversion, retention, and monetization. We partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Growth to uncover opportunities, evaluate investments, and understand what drives customer and business outcomes.
We’re hiring a Senior Staff Data Scientist to deepen how data shapes our product and growth strategy. You’ll develop an end-to-end understanding of the PLG journey, proactively identify opportunities, and turn complex data into hypotheses, experiments, and recommendations that influence where we invest and what we build. This is a highly autonomous role for someone who can move from identifying an important question to shaping the approach, defining success, and driving toward an answer.
What You'll Do:
Own the analytical understanding of Netlify’s PLG performance across activation, engagement, conversion, monetization, and retention, identifying opportunities before they become requests
Partner with Product and Engineering leadership to turn behavioral insights into product bets, defining what to test, how to measure it, and what the results mean
Lead experimentation from hypothesis through decision, including study design, methodology, success metrics, guardrails, analysis, and recommendations
Apply statistical rigor where it matters while recognizing when there is enough signal to make a decision and move forward, and help teams develop that same judgment
Build scalable analytical systems like semantic models, trusted metrics, proactive monitoring, and AI-powered agents that surface opportunities without waiting to be asked
Use AI to investigate faster, automate recurring analytical work, and test more hypotheses without sacrificing the judgment that makes the output useful
Identify gaps in measurement, event instrumentation, and metric definitions, and partner with Data and Product Engineering to close them
Serve as a trusted analytical partner to PLG leadership, using evidence and product judgment to influence investment decisions and roadmap priorities
Influence product strategy through evidence, product instincts, and a clear point of view, without relying on formal authority to do it
What You'll Bring:
8+ years of experience in product analytics, growth analytics, or data science, with a track record of high ownership and measurable impact on PLG or consumer product outcomes
Deep understanding of product and growth dynamics across activation, engagement, conversion, monetization, and retention
Demonstrated ability to turn behavioral data into product hypotheses and carry them from insight through experimentation and measured outcomes
Deep experimentation expertise: study design, statistical reasoning, causal inference, and the judgment to know when an experiment has told you what you need to know
Experience building analytical systems such as metrics layers, monitoring frameworks, or semantic models that teams can rely on over time
An AI-native approach to analysis: you use AI tools actively to accelerate investigation, automate repetitive work, and surface patterns faster
A track record of influencing senior stakeholders and product direction through analytical reasoning, clear recommendations, and sound judgment
Comfort operating with significant autonomy in ambiguous problem spaces, including determining which questions are most important to answer
Strong written and verbal communication skills in distributed environments, with the ability to make complex findings clear and recommendations actionable
This Role is a Great Fit If:
You're energized by finding the opportunity before anyone thought to ask - proactive discovery is how you naturally work, not a mode you shift into
You think like a product person who happens to be exceptionally rigorous with data, not a data person who occasionally weighs in on product
You thrive when the problem isn't handed to you - you'd rather define the question worth asking than answer the one that landed in your queue
You get excited about building systems that keep working after you've moved on to the next problem
You're comfortable making a call with imperfect information and can articulate clearly why you made it
You enjoy being a thought partner to senior leaders - shaping how they think about investment and opportunity, not just supporting decisions already made
You work well in a remote-first, async environment where written clarity and self-direction matter more than proximity
You're drawn to roles where the measure of success is outcomes, decisions made, bets tested, metrics moved, not volume of output produced
Applying
Not sure you meet 100% of our qualifications?
Please apply anyway!

The starting pay will be determined based on multiple factors, including expertise and skills, market demands, experience, internal equity, and applicable geographic location. These compensation packages and ranges are subject to change and may be modified in the future.

About the Team
Netlify is a product-led growth company, and Revenue Operations owns the systems, data, and infrastructure that turn that growth into revenue. With a large volume of people discovering and signing up for Netlify every day, Marketing Operations is critical to understanding those users, connecting activity across our systems, and creating scalable ways to engage them throughout their journey.
As Senior Marketing Operations Manager, you’ll own the operational foundation behind that work. You’ll connect HubSpot, Salesforce, product data, and analytics, build the systems and lifecycle infrastructure that turn signals into action, and give Marketing and our GTM partners trusted visibility into performance. Reporting to the Senior Director of Revenue Operations, you’ll translate the Marketing Operations vision into a roadmap and independently drive it forward while partnering closely with Growth, RevOps, Data, Product, and other GTM teams.
What You’ll Do
Execute on the Marketing Operations roadmap, translating broader Marketing and GTM priorities into scalable systems, processes, and programs.
Own our marketing automation platform end to end, including workflows, lifecycle stages, segmentation, forms, lists, email operations, data hygiene, deliverability, governance, and documentation.
Build and maintain the connection between marketing automation, Salesforce, product data, and analytics so we can understand and engage users throughout the customer journey.
Establish reliable attribution and measurement across marketing and product-led journeys, including UTM governance and connections between campaigns, signups, activation, conversion, and revenue.
Build reporting and self-service dashboards that give Marketing and GTM partners a trusted view of performance and support weekly, monthly, and executive-level decision-making.
Partner with Growth to operationalize lifecycle programs across email, in-product experiences, and sales-assist triggers, turning customer and product signals into scalable journeys from signup through activation and conversion.
Build experimentation infrastructure that allows marketers to launch, measure, and learn from tests without requiring engineering support for every experiment.
Own the operational health of the MarTech stack, including integrations, data flows, governance, vendor relationships, and periodic assessments of what we should keep, retire, consolidate, or integrate.
Establish scalable practices for high-volume email operations, including audience management, domain and inbox health, deliverability, and safeguards that protect the customer experience.
Turn large and sometimes ambiguous datasets into actionable recommendations, identifying points of friction or drop-off and partnering with Marketing, Growth, Product, Data, and RevOps on opportunities to improve conversion.
Own the Marketing Operations portion of the broader Marketing budget and evaluate technology investments based on business value, scalability, and ROI.
Explore emerging capabilities in AI-enabled marketing operations and AI visibility measurement, helping the team establish useful workflows and baselines as the space develops.
What You’ll Bring
7+ years of experience in Marketing Operations or a closely related discipline, with experience operating independently in a complex B2B SaaS or product-led growth environment.
Deep experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems such as HubSpot, Marketo, Eloqua, and Salesforce, including lifecycle stages, campaign architecture, attribution, lead or account routing, and data governance.
Experience working with high-volume customer or prospect datasets and designing segmentation, lifecycle, and operational approaches that remain reliable at scale.
Significant experience operating high-volume email programs, with a practical understanding of deliverability, domain and inbox reputation, audience management, warming strategies, and the risks that emerge at large sending volumes.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to investigate complex datasets, identify meaningful patterns, question the quality of the underlying data, and turn findings into recommendations.
Experience building or operating lifecycle, nurture, or in-product engagement programs tied to measurable activation or conversion outcomes.
Systems thinking and experience designing integrations across marketing automation, CRM, product, analytics, and data systems.
Experience building measurement and experimentation infrastructure that enables other teams to operate and learn independently.
Strong GTM fluency and an understanding of how Marketing Operations, Growth, Sales, RevOps, Product, and Customer Success connect to customer experience and revenue.
Comfort using AI-enabled tools and workflows to accelerate your work while applying judgment to validate outputs and determine where automation is (and isn’t) appropriate.
Familiarity with product analytics tools such as Amplitude and experience with emerging AEO or AI-visibility tooling is helpful.
Experience working with contractors, agencies, or distributed partners is helpful but not required.
Familiarity with developer tools, web platforms, or another high-volume PLG business is useful, but we value relevant operating experience over category-specific expertise.
This Role Is a Great Fit If
You enjoy building the foundation, not just operating what someone else has already built. You’re energized by taking an imperfect system and creating something scalable, measurable, and trusted.
You’re comfortable moving between architecture and execution. You can define how a system should work and then get into the details yourself when necessary to make it work.
You thrive with significant autonomy. Given a goal and context, you investigate the problem, weigh tradeoffs, make a recommendation, and drive the work forward without needing a detailed playbook.
You genuinely enjoy data. Large, messy datasets make you curious, and you’re willing to dig until you understand what is happening and what the business should do about it.
You care deeply about operational quality. Data integrity, attribution, documentation, audience segmentation, and email deliverability aren’t afterthoughts—they’re part of building a trustworthy growth engine.
You balance speed with judgment. You know when to move quickly, when a shortcut creates unacceptable downstream risk, and when to challenge an approach that won’t scale.
You see AI as a way to amplify good judgment and increase leverage rather than a substitute for understanding the work.
You communicate clearly in an async, distributed environment and can build alignment across Marketing, Growth, Product, Sales, RevOps, and Data without relying on organizational authority.

ABOUT US
Ruby Labs is a leading tech company that creates and operates innovative consumer products. We offer a diverse range of opportunities across the health, education, and entertainment industries. Our innovative teams are driving the future of consumer-led products, and we're always looking for passionate individuals to join us. Learn more about our story at: https://rubylabs.com/about-us/
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Senior AI Engineer to own and scale the AI layer of one of our core D2C subscription products. You will be fully responsible for production LLM features and the browser automation built around them end to end — prompt systems, structured outputs, evaluation, observability, and model selection — from first experiment to live release, with quality, reliability, and cost as your accountability.
This is a high-impact role suited for someone who decides with data, not intuition. Unmeasured prompt changes, untraced failures, and model swaps without benchmarks are not acceptable. You work in a modern TypeScript stack — Next.js, Cloudflare Workers and Containers with Hono, Hatchet task queues, Drizzle on Supabase Postgres, Vercel Blob. Browser automation on Browserbase and Playwright is roughly half of the job.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
PROMPT SYSTEMS & STRUCTURED OUTPUTS
- Design dynamic prompt templates with conditional logic and context injection that maximise generation quality
- Enforce predictable outputs with JSON mode, function calling, Zod/JSON schemas, validators, and repair loops
- Own complex LLM workflows (LangChain, LlamaIndex, or custom) that integrate cleanly into application logic
BROWSER AUTOMATION
- Build and maintain browser automation on Browserbase Functions and Playwright that traverses web flows reliably
- Classify screens with a model inside each traversal, and decide what the model handles versus deterministic code
- Ship automations as frozen, published workers — versioned, reproducible, and safe to roll back
- Orchestrate runs through Hatchet with retries, timeouts, and failure traces that explain every broken run
EVALUATION & EXPERIMENTATION
- Build evaluation pipelines — test datasets, LLM-as-a-judge, RAGAS-style metrics — and score responses and screen classifications in Langfuse
- Trace complex LLM chains to find bottlenecks in cost, latency, and context-window usage
- Run A/B experiments across models and prompts through an AI gateway (OpenRouter, Cloudflare AI Gateway); release only on quantitative benchmarks
- Re-evaluate models as new architectures emerge; fine-tune when domain requirements demand it
PRODUCTION OWNERSHIP
- Take AI features from experiment to live production on Cloudflare Workers and Containers, and stay accountable after release
- Manage rate limits, fallbacks, and model cost so features stay reliable at scale
- Resolve production incidents in owned AI and automation systems with documented root-cause analysis
QUALIFICATIONS
MUST-HAVE EXPERIENCE
- 【5+】 years of software engineering with Node.js, TypeScript, Next.js, and Postgres, including edge or serverless runtimes such as Cloudflare Workers
- Production browser automation with Playwright (Browserbase or similar): resilient selectors, retries, failure handling at scale
- Production experience with dynamic prompting — content that depends on input variables and injected context
- Structured outputs in production: JSON mode, function calling, Zod/JSON schemas
- Experience with unified LLM APIs or AI gateways (OpenRouter, Cloudflare AI Gateway): rate limits, fallbacks, cost-effective model selection
- LLM observability with Langfuse or similar: tracing, test datasets, scoring integration
- Evaluation methodology: RAGAS or custom LLM-as-a-judge systems
LEADERSHIP ATTRIBUTES
- Decides on benchmarks and trace data, not intuition
- Analytical — converts generation logs into metrics a business can act on
- Iterative — builds feedback loops and improves continuously
- Owns the outcome from experiment to production, and after
- Verifies before trusting — treats LLM output as unproven until validated

WHO WE ARE
Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vkpYpWfEK5s. We're building one place where your knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools live side by side, so work is faster, clearer, and less fragmented. Millions of individuals, small teams, and large companies run their work on Notion.
Notinos (our employees) are customer zero in bringing this future of work to life. We care about craft, building things that last, and the belief that great work is still fundamentally human. Our goal isn’t to ship the next feature. Each and every team of Notinos is working to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era. From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work.
ABOUT US
Notion helps you build beautiful tools for your life's work. In today's world of endless apps and tabs, Notion provides one place for teams to get everything done, seamlessly connecting docs, notes, projects, calendar, and email—with AI built in to find answers and automate work. Millions of users, from individuals to large organizations like Toyota, Figma, and OpenAI, love Notion for its flexibility and choose it because it helps them save time and money.
In-person collaboration is essential to Notion's culture. We require all team members to work from our offices on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays, our designated Anchor Days. Certain teams or positions may require additional in-office workdays.
ABOUT THE ROLE
The Solutions Consultant Manager is the person who makes our GTM motion real on the ground. As an in-region leader directly managing a team of Solutions Consultants, you'll own your team's full commercial output—new logo, expansion, and renewals—and be accountable for both the results and the quality of execution that produces them.
This isn't a traditional pipeline-management role. The best SC Managers are coaches first: they know what a great first meeting looks like, can watch a live build and tell a rep exactly what to change, and build the operating rhythm and inspection cadence that makes consistent execution possible across the team. If you're a builder who loves developing people as much as winning deals—and you want to lead a regional team in a go-to-market model that's genuinely new—this is the role.
WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE:
- Own the commercial performance of your team across new logo ARR, expansion ARR, and UBP outcomes—accountable for both the headline numbers and the quality of execution that drives them
- Coach SCs on the GTM builder motion: what great looks like in a first meeting (workflow diagnosis, current → future architecture), a second meeting (live build in Notion + value narrative), and through the full cycle to adoption hand-off
- Contribute to and participate in the regional operating cadence: weekly pipeline reviews, deal support sessions, call reviews against the motion quality rubric, and forecast calls with senior leadership
- Hire, onboard, and certify new SCs to the GTM builder motion—driving readiness from ramp through consistent execution, and managing performance with clarity when expectations aren't met
- Partner with the regional BDR manager on pipeline strategy, outbound targeting, and qualification standards to ensure the team's book of business is healthy and growing
- Partner with Outcomes leadership on adoption hand-offs, at-risk account management, and renewal strategy—owning the overall commercial arc for the region while collaborating on the execution that follows close
- Represent your team or region in leadership forums with clear signal on what's working, what needs investment, and where execution is breaking down
SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING:
- Track record as a quota-carrying B2B seller with direct experience in workflow design, live demos, or technical sales—you can coach the builder motion because you've run it yourself
- Frontline sales management experience: built an operating cadence, ran performance management, and developed talent from onboarding through consistent overperformance
- Strong coaching orientation: you can watch a demo or deal review and identify specifically what to change—not just whether the outcome was good, but why, and what the rep should do differently next time
- Commercial instincts at the team level: able to read pipeline health, identify risk early, and drive urgency across a team without micromanaging individual deals
- You don't need to be an AI expert, but you have a strong interest in the evolving AI landscape, stay closely attuned to industry trends and developments, and are curious and willing to adopt AI tools to work smarter and deliver better results.
- Native or bilingual level fluency Japanese and business-level English proficiency across speaking, listening, and reading, including the ability to support team members with global communication
NICE TO HAVES:
- Experience selling or managing in a consumption or usage-based business where adoption signals matter as much as closed ARR
- Track record building high-performing regional teams from an early stage: hiring to profile, structured onboarding, certification, and performance management
- Experience in a shared account ownership model—able to navigate the SC/CSA hand-offs and hold the commercial arc across the full customer lifecycle
We hire talented and passionate people from a variety of backgrounds because we want our global employee base to represent the wide diversity of our customers. If you’re excited about a role but your past experience doesn’t align perfectly with every bullet point listed in the job description, we still encourage you to apply. If you’re a builder at heart, share our company values, and enthusiastic about making software toolmaking ubiquitous, we want to hear from you.
Notion is proud to be an equal opportunity employer. We do not discriminate in hiring or any employment decision based on race, color, religion, national origin, age, sex (including pregnancy, childbirth, or related medical conditions), marital status, ancestry, physical or mental disability, genetic information, veteran status, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, or other applicable legally protected characteristic. Notion is also committed to providing reasonable accommodations for qualified individuals with disabilities and disabled veterans in our job application procedures. A NOTE ON AI
You don’t need deep AI expertise for every role, but we do expect every Notino to be intellectually curious, drawn to tinkering and discovery, and excited to use AI as a real collaborator in their work. For some roles, AI fluency is a core requirement — when that’s the case, we'll say so explicitly in the qualifications. People who thrive here don’t treat AI as a novelty. They use it to think better, and make their work easier for others to build on.
EQUAL OPPORTUNITY & ACCOMMODATIONS
We hire talented people from a wide range of backgrounds. If you’re excited about this role but don’t meet every bullet, we still encourage you to apply. Notion is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of any legally protected characteristic. For this role, we use a take-home challenge that mirrors real work at Teleport — on your time, your way. You'll have support from the team throughout.
1. Zoom meeting with a Teleport recruiter. You’ll learn about the company, our products, compensation philosophy, interview process, and key requirements.
2. Zoom meeting with the Hiring Manager. The Hiring Manager will walk you through the coding challenge and answer your questions.

The day after your meeting with the Hiring Manager, you join a Slack channel and complete a coding challenge in Go https://github.com/gravitational/careers/blob/main/challenges/systems/challenge-1.md using GitHub. The challenge usually takes about 2 weeks and ends with a Zoom meeting with the Hiring Manager and a member of the interview team to review your solution.
4. If your challenge solution meets our bar, you'll receive an offer to join Teleport.
Why Teleport
You're joining a company where the problem is real, the team is small, and your work shows up directly in the product. We're not a big company, you won't get lost in a crowd. You'll have the freedom and autonomy to do what you're great at, alongside teammates who care about doing it right and want to see you succeed. About the Job:
AI-powered workflows are only as good as the customer data underneath them. LaunchDarkly helps engineering teams ship software faster and more safely through feature management, experimentation, and AI delivery tooling. As our GTM Data Governance Manager (MDM), you will set the rules that make our core customer data (accounts, contacts, subscriptions, and users) accurate, consistent, and trusted across Salesforce, our billing and finance systems, marketing automation, product usage data, and the data warehouse.
This is an individual contributor role with real ownership of the data model and its standards. You will partner with Data Engineering, GTM Systems, Finance Systems, Legal, and Security to put those standards into production. Your work is the foundation for reliable reporting, accurate territory and segmentation, clean pipeline attribution, and the AI workflows that depend on high-quality data.
Responsibilities:
Own the MDM roadmap and operating model for the account, contact, and organization hierarchy domains.
Define golden record rules: matching, merging, survivorship, and parent/child hierarchies across CRM, billing, product, and support systems.
Set data governance standards, including ownership, stewardship roles, definitions, and quality SLAs, in partnership with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success. Run the processes for onboarding new data sources, handling change requests, and managing lifecycle events such as mergers, acquisitions, and customer reorganizations.
Design and monitor data quality rules, scorecards, and dashboards covering completeness, accuracy, duplication, and timeliness. Drive remediation and report data health, risks, and progress to leadership with clear metrics and business impact.
Specify integration patterns and acceptance criteria across Salesforce, the data warehouse, and enrichment providers, and work with Data Engineering and GTM Systems to build them. Recommend build vs. buy for MDM, identity resolution, enrichment, and data quality tooling.
Provide trusted, well-documented data products for analytics and AI use cases. Act as the data owner with Legal and Security on PII handling, GDPR and CCPA requirements, retention, and access controls.
Who You'll Work With:
Data Engineering and GTM Systems build pipelines and Salesforce configuration. Legal and Security own privacy and security decisions, and you inform them as the data owner. You own the rules, standards, and acceptance criteria that tell everyone else what "correct" looks like.
Qualifications:
8+ years of experience in data management, data governance, data engineering, or analytics, including 2+ years leading MDM or data quality programs.
Hands-on experience designing match, merge, and survivorship rules and golden record or hierarchy models, with results you can describe.
Experience with Salesforce data models and CRM data quality at scale.
Experience building and operating a data governance framework: policies, stewardship models, and SLAs.
Ability to translate business needs into data requirements and explain technical tradeoffs to non-technical stakeholders.
A track record of delivering cross-functional programs without direct authority.
Nice to Have
Experience at a B2B SaaS company with a product-led or hybrid sales motion, including mapping product users and workspaces to CRM accounts.
Familiarity with enrichment and firmographic data, entity matching approaches, and ML-assisted or LLM-assisted matching and cleansing.
Working knowledge of data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) and security frameworks such as SOC 2.

We are building AI to simulate the world through merging art and science.
We believe that world models are at the frontier of progress in artificial intelligence. Language models alone won’t solve the world’s hardest problems – robotics, disease, scientific discovery. Real progress requires models that experience the world and learn from their mistakes, the same way that humans do. And this kind of trial and error can be massively accelerated when done in simulation, rather than in the real world.
World models offer the most clear path to general-purpose simulation, changing how stories are told, how scientific progress is made and how the next frontiers of humanity are reached.
Our team consists of creative, open minded, caring and ambitious people who are determined to change the world. We aspire to continuously build impossible things and our ability to do so relies on building an incredible team. If you are driven to do the same, we'd love to hear from you.
*Titles posted to our careers page are updated regularly to best advertise the role and expected seniority, but internally we have a flat titling system with two types of titles: one for individual contributors and one for people managers.
*Open to hiring remote across the US — we also have offices in NYC, San Francisco, and Seattle
This is a rare PM role with true vertical ownership across the full product lifecycle, from early-stage research and pre-training through post-training, UX buildout, GTM strategy, and pricing. It gives the right person a GM-like mandate to drive product decisions end-to-end, in a way that’s unique for a company of our scale.
We’re looking for a Product Manager to build the AI tools our customers will rely on. You have a real engineering or quantitative foundation and a track record of shipping products. You can take the state-of-the-art systems our research team builds and turn them into products that creators love.
You’ll deeply understand what users want, what’s technically possible, and what’s strategic for our business. You’ll be the bridge between our users and our internal teams, so we ship our models and products with the most value for Runway’s creators.
This role is a fundamental and critical part of the team at a market-defining company in its early stages.
What you’ll do
- Own the product strategy and roadmap for your area, from early model development through launch, pricing, and go-to-market
- Partner with research to shape what gets built, translating customer needs and model capabilities into clear product requirements and priorities
- Work closely with engineering and design to ship new products and continuously improve existing ones, making sound technical tradeoffs along the way
- Define and analyze product metrics, run A/B tests, and use data (including your own SQL and Python analysis) to validate pain points and prioritize features
- Talk with users weekly to uncover use cases and turn feedback into product decisions
- Drive pricing and GTM strategy in partnership with business teams
What you’ll need
- 4+ years of product management experience, including taking products from zero to one
- A strong technical foundation, typically demonstrated by things like the following:
- A degree in a technical or quantitative field such as computer science, HCI, math, statistics, or physics
- Professional experience writing code before the LLM codegen era (e.g., as a software engineer, data scientist, data analyst, or technical founder who built and bootstrapped a product)
- Hands-on fluency with SQL, Python, AI code generation tools, and version control best practices
- Working knowledge of current ML capabilities and products, and the ability to discuss tradeoffs with researchers and engineers
- Experience in fast-moving teams, with comfort operating amid ambiguity
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Nice to have
- Experience with generative AI, creative tools, or media products
- Experience owning pricing or GTM for a product
Runway strives to recruit and retain exceptional talent from diverse backgrounds while ensuring pay equity for our team. Our salary ranges are based on competitive market rates for our size, stage and industry, and salary is just one part of the overall compensation package we provide.
There are many factors that go into salary determinations, including relevant experience, skill level and qualifications assessed during the interview process, and maintaining internal equity with peers on the team. The range shared below is a general expectation for the function as posted, but we are also open to considering candidates who may be more or less experienced than outlined in the job description. In this case, we will communicate any updates in the expected salary range.
Lastly, the provided range is the expected salary for candidates in the U.S. Outside of those regions, there may be a change in the range, which again, will be communicated to candidates.

About the Job:
LaunchDarkly is seeking a People Systems, Analytics and AI Manager to be our subject matter expert on HR systems and to turn People data into insights that help business leaders make better decisions. You will build the reports, analytics, and dashboards that tell the story of our workforce, and you will use AI tooling to make those stories faster to create, easier to understand, and more compelling.
This is an individual contributor role reporting to the Director, People Programs, Systems and Analytics. You will work closely with People Operations, Finance, and leaders across the business, and you will own your work from question to insight to action.
We are looking for someone who combines deep HR systems knowledge with strong analytical skills, creativity in how data is presented, and sound judgment about people data and AI.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the subject matter expert for our HR systems (HRIS, applicant tracking, performance, compensation, and learning platforms), including configuration, data integrity, security roles, integrations, and release management.
Design, build, and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics on headcount, hiring, retention, engagement, compensation, and workforce planning that leaders use to make decisions.
Partner with People, Finance, and business leaders to translate questions into clear metrics, definitions, and analyses, and to recommend actions based on what the data shows.
Use AI tools to accelerate analysis and create compelling data stories and visualizations, including automated insights, natural-language summaries, and executive-ready narratives.
Establish and govern People data standards: metric definitions, data quality checks, documentation, and a single source of truth across systems.
Protect employee data by applying privacy, confidentiality, and access controls, and by partnering with Legal and Security on responsible use of AI with People data.
Own the intake, prioritization, and delivery of system and reporting requests, balancing quick turnarounds with scalable, self-service solutions.
Automate recurring reports and manual workflows to reduce effort and errors, and identify new opportunities where systems and AI can improve the employee and manager experience.
Support system projects such as new module rollouts, integrations, data migrations, and annual cycles (performance, compensation, and engagement), including testing, training, and documentation.
Enable People Operations teammates and managers through training, office hours, and clear guides so they can use data and tools with confidence.
Stay current on HR technology, analytics, and AI trends, and bring practical recommendations to the Director, People Programs, Systems and Analytics.
Qualifications:
8+ years of related experience in HR systems, People analytics, or HR operations, with hands-on ownership of reporting and dashboards in a technology or high-growth environment.
Expert-level knowledge of at least one major HRIS (for example, Workday, Rippling, or similar), including report writing, calculated fields, and security configuration.
Strong proficiency with analytics and visualization tools (for example, SQL, Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or similar) and advanced spreadsheet skills.
Demonstrated fluency with AI tooling to analyze data, generate insights, and build visualizations and narratives, with sound judgment about accuracy and appropriate use.
Ability to translate business questions into metrics and communicate findings clearly to non-technical leaders.
Strong understanding of data integrity, privacy, and confidentiality practices for employee data.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders independently and deliver on time with attention to detail.
Curious, pragmatic problem solver who enjoys simplifying complex processes and data.
Comfortable working with a highly distributed team across time zones.
Nice to Have:
Experience with data pipelines, data warehouses, or scripting (for example, Python or dbt).
Experience with integrations and workflow automation tools.
Knowledge of workforce planning, compensation, or engagement analytics.
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Analytics, Business, Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

About Vercel:
Vercel is the agentic infrastructure company, freeing people and agents to ship what's next. For more than a decade we've helped builders move from idea to production with speed, security, and exceptional developer experience.
Now we're scaling our products for both agents and people to ship and run software, built in the open and trusted by OpenAI, PayPal, Ramp, Supreme, and millions of developers worldwide.
About the Role:
We are looking for an Internal Communications Manager to scale how Vercel gives every employee the context to make good decisions without waiting to be told. You’ll shape how the company hears from its leaders and from one another, so everyone at Vercel knows what we’re building, why it matters, and how their work moves our mission forward. You’ll oversee the channels, moments, and cadence that carry company news, and make sure what employees hear matches what the world hears.
This role is for someone who can build, run, and grow programs with rigor while continually bringing creative ideas to the table. You'll work closely with our communications leadership and cross-functionally with People, Finance, Legal, Design, and executives to ensure shared understanding among employees, so a company of builders can move as one.
You will report to our Head of Communications and will be located in our SF office with in-office anchor days on Monday, Tuesday, and Friday.
What You Will Do:
Build the operating system
Design and run the internal communications processes and calendar: All Hands, leadership updates, and team-level cadences, with a clear owner and format for each
Decide what belongs in Slack, email, Notion, and video, document it, and get the company to follow it
Stand up an internal comms metrics baseline (reach, read rates, All Hands attendance, pulse-survey sentiment) and report on it quarterly
Land major company moments
Co-lead major announcements and organizational changes, owning defined workstreams and flagging sensitive issues, dependencies, and decisions that need leadership input
Build the internal plan for company milestones: what employees hear, when, and from whom
Write and edit content across internal channels, including leadership and org updates, Slack posts, FAQs, explainers, and All Hands materials
Partner with Legal, People, and Finance on confidentiality guidelines for anyone who talks to the outside world
Incubate new programs
Design and launch creative programs that educate and engage employees beyond the standard cadence
Create structured opportunities for cross-department collaboration
Train employees to be Vercel ambassadors: how to talk about the company, share our work, and represent us at events and online
Use agents to surface the opportunities and news employees would otherwise miss: open roles, speaking slots, product launches, customer wins, and community moments
Measure what lands, double down on it, and retire what doesn’t
Keep internal and external comms aligned
Sit on the communications team’s approval processes so internal messages are reviewed to the same standard as external ones
Make sure what employees are told matches what customers, press, and partners are told, in substance and in timing
Partner with the People team on employer brand, onboarding content, and culture programs where comms is the lever
Use employee questions and feedback to identify gaps in understanding and improve communication
About You:
Have 5+ years of experience in internal communications, ideally with exposure to technical teams
Bring strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with an emphasis on clarity, accuracy, and making information useful to the audience
Have independently managed communications projects from planning through delivery, coordinating stakeholders and balancing competing deadlines
Are curious about AI, research, and product development, and comfortable asking questions until you understand a topic well enough to explain it
Build strong working relationships and can gather input, offer editorial guidance, and keep projects moving with busy partners
Exercise sound judgment with sensitive information and ambiguity, and know when to make a decision independently or seek guidance
Enjoy creating practical, repeatable processes that improve the quality and consistency of communications
Respond well to feedback and adapt as priorities change
Bonus If You:
Interest in and proficiency with using agents in your workflow.
Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive compensation package, including equity.
Inclusive Healthcare Package.
Learn and Grow - we provide mentorship and send you to events that help you build your network and skills.
Flexible Time Off.
We will provide you the gear you need to do your role, and a WFH budget for you to outfit your space as needed.
The San Francisco, CA base pay range for this role is $198,000 - $297,000. Actual salary will be based on job-related skills, experience, and location. Compensation outside of San Francisco may be adjusted based on employee location. The total compensation package may include benefits, equity-based compensation, and eligibility for a company bonus or variable pay program depending on the role. *Titles posted to our careers page are updated regularly to best advertise the role and expected seniority, but internally we have a flat titling system with two types of titles: one for individual contributors and one for people managers.
WHY THIS MATTERS
Runway is building AI to simulate the world. We think world models, not language models alone, are the path to general-purpose simulation: systems that experience the world, learn from their mistakes, and change how stories get told, how science gets done, and how the next frontiers of humanity are reached.
Applied AI is where that research meets a customer with a deadline. Every one of the world's largest studios, brands, and platforms hits a moment where Runway stops being a demo and becomes the way they actually make things. Our team exists for that moment, and we organize around one question: what's blocking this customer from production, and how do we remove it?
ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a role for people who want to own a problem, not an account. You'll sit with the biggest studios, brands, and Fortune 100 companies in the world, figure out what's actually standing between them and production, and build whatever removes it. Some weeks that's a workflow. Some weeks it's a plugin or an integration nobody has written yet. Some weeks it's getting a room of executives to make a decision they've been putting off.
Your work will be on screen: Emmy-winning shows, Oscar-winning films, Super Bowl commercials, the stuff people actually watch. And the things you build for one customer tend to become product for all of them. Our team's first Shopify plugin started as a customer blocker and was in engineering's hands within a few weeks. We treat this team as R&D for that reason, not as a cost center.
We have offices in NYC, San Francisco, Seattle, and London.
NO TWO WEEKS ARE THE SAME, BUT YOU CAN EXPECT TO:
- Find the real problem: sit with the creative, technical, and executive teams at a customer, map how they actually work, and locate the blocker between them and production. Usually it's one of three things: a missing integration, an unproven pipeline, or a stakeholder who isn't convinced yet.
- Build the first of its kind: the demo that shows a studio head or a Fortune 100 CMO something nobody has shown them before. Working proofs of concept on the customer's own brand, footage, or catalog, often built in a day or two before the meeting, and the best of them become product for everyone.
- Make it reusable: turn the one-off that unblocked one customer into the workflow, plugin, or integration the next ten customers start from.
- Run the evaluation: own evaluation plans end to end, guide managed trials, build tailored demos on the customer's own footage and brand, and carry the technical side of deal cycles with AEs.
- Scope deployments that land: 4–12 week engagements with customer-defined success criteria, a hands-on builder and an executive sponsor on their side from day one, and enough discipline to keep them on scope when the asks start piling up.
- Get customers to production fast: take new technical and non-technical customers from signed contract to first production call in days rather than quarters, grow API-only accounts into Platform + API, and fix the onboarding so the support tickets stop coming.
- Present to anyone: walk an analyst through a pipeline in the morning and a studio head through a production plan in the afternoon.
- Bring the field back to the product: embed with Product, Engineering, and Creative to turn what you saw at the customer into roadmap. Every repeat ask is a product requirement, not a patch.
- Measure what the customer measures: time to production, usage before and after a project, what they shipped because you were there. We track our own numbers in Salesforce and the warehouse; you'll own yours.
WHAT WE VALUE
- People who aren't satisfied with surface-level answers and will go into the data, the code, and the room to find the real one
- Low ego: the customer's outcome matters more than who gets the credit
- Comfort with open-ended problems in unstructured environments, and the instinct to create structure instead of waiting for it
- Builders who would rather prototype than debate, and who keep iterating with the customer until it actually works
- Adaptive and introspective: willing to learn, guide, lead, and follow
WHAT WE NEED
- You build things that run in production. Python or TypeScript, APIs, integrations, and data pipelines. Whether you write the code yourself or with coding agents, you can read it, debug it when it breaks, and explain line by line why it's built that way, including to a customer's engineering team. You've shipped something a customer actually ran: a workflow, an integration, a plugin, or an internal tool.
- You've deployed AI or ML systems and integrations inside complex organizations and can point to the outcome, not just the delivery
- You can hold a room of executives and a room of engineers, and translate between the two. Some of those rooms are at the customer, so expect some travel.
- Nice to have: data tooling (SQL, BigQuery, Retool), or experience in media, entertainment, or advertising production
