RevenueCat gives app businesses the infrastructure and tools to build, run, and improve their monetization. Since graduating from YC's S18 batch, we've grown into the default monetization platform for mobile.
We're in 50%+ of newly shipped subscription apps, we process $16B+ in annual purchase volume, and we help everyone from a solo developer to the OpenAI mobile team understand and grow their revenue.
We're a remote-first team of 150+ people across 25+ countries, guided by values we actually practice: Customer Obsession, Always Be Shipping, Own It, and Balance.
This isn't the right fit for everyone. The systems you’ll build here manage billions of dollars and touch hundreds of millions of end users, and we don’t take that lightly. You'll be expected to work hard and hold a high bar for what you ship, alongside some of the sharpest, most driven people you've worked with. If that sounds energizing rather than exhausting, keep reading.
THE ROLE
We are looking for a Senior Product Data Scientist who is deeply product-minded and highly proactive.
This is not a role for someone who waits for perfectly defined questions or works in isolation. We are looking for someone who actively looks at our data, understands our customers’ pain points, identifies opportunities, and pushes ideas forward.
You will work closely with Product, Engineering, and Analytics to shape what we build, why we build it, and how we measure success. Your work will directly power customer-facing features such as LTV prediction, experimentation and statistical significance, benchmarking, and entirely new data-driven products we have not built yet.
You will be expected to bring ideas to the table, backed by analysis and clear hypotheses, and to influence product direction through data.
Our data stack includes a Python backend, PostgreSQL production databases, Snowflake, dbt, and AWS.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Proactively explore RevenueCat’s data to identify customer problems, opportunities, and product bets.
- Translate ambiguous product and business problems and questions into clear analyses, models, and recommendations.
- Partner with Product Managers to shape roadmaps, not just execute on them.
- Design, build, and ship production-grade predictive and descriptive models that power customer-facing features.
- Define and evaluate statistical approaches for experimentation, benchmarking, and forecasting.
- Communicate insights clearly and persuasively to technical and non-technical audiences, with a focus on customer impact.
- Continuously iterate on shipped models and features based on real-world usage and feedback.
This role has real ownership. You will not just support decisions, you will help drive them.
ABOUT YOU
You are a Senior Data Scientist who cares deeply about impact and product outcomes.
From a skills perspective, you bring:
- 5+ years of experience working as a Data Scientist.
- Strong SQL skills and comfort with data modeling.
- Experience building and deploying predictive and descriptive models in production.
- Experience writing or collaborating on production-ready Python code.
- A solid understanding of statistics and experimentation, ideally including Bayesian approaches.
- The ability to clearly explain complex ideas and results to broad audiences.
You recognize yourself in several of these:
- You are highly proactive and opinionated, and you are comfortable pushing ideas forward.
- You enjoy working with messy, real-world data and imperfect information.
- You care more about creating customer value than academic elegance.
- You are comfortable operating in ambiguity and building structure where none exists.
- You enjoy working closely with Product teams and influencing decisions.
- You are excited by the consumer subscription ecosystem and curious about how developers make money.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
IN THE FIRST MONTH, YOU'LL:
- Understand our data models.
- Get to know the team.
- Ramp up on the ongoing data feature work.
- Implement and ship your first project.
WITHIN THE FIRST 3 MONTHS, YOU'LL:
- Meaningfully contribute to shipping a data feature to thousands of developers.
- Learn the basics of incident response, and be part of the on-call rotation.
- Work with our Product, Analytics and Engineering teams to improve our data pipelines for data science features.
- Launch your own explorations into our data to fulfill your own curiosity.
WITHIN THE FIRST 6 MONTHS, YOU'LL:
- Own one or more core data-powered features end to end.
- Influence the data feature roadmap with clear, data-backed proposals.
- Be a go-to partner for product teams on data-driven decision making.
WITHIN THE FIRST 12 MONTHS, YOU'LL:
- Propose and lead entirely new data-driven product initiatives.
- Push the boundaries of how RevenueCat uses data to help developers grow revenue.
- Help shape how data science operates at RevenueCat as the function grows.
WHAT WE OFFER:
- Competitive equity in a fast-growing, Series C startup backed by top-tier investors, including Y Combinator
- 10-year window to exercise vested equity options
- A fully remote environment designed around autonomy and flexibility
- 4-5 weeks of flexible time off annually
- Paid desk at a co-working space
- Workspace budget and continuous learning stipend

About GiveDirectly
What if the most effective way to fight poverty was also the simplest: give people money and trust them to decide what they need?
Since 2011, GiveDirectly has proven that idea at scale. We’ve delivered more than $1B in cash directly to 2+ million people living in poverty and crisis across 15 countries, and rigorous research shows the results: healthier kids, stronger businesses, sturdier homes, and more resilient families and local economies. Cash is now widely recognized as one of the most scalable, cost-effective, and dignified forms of aid.
Our ambition goes beyond our own programs. We want cash to become the benchmark for aid, much as the index fund became the benchmark for investing, so that every aid dollar is held to one question:
is this doing more good than giving the money directly to people living in poverty?
We’re growing fast, and this is a rare and important moment to join.
We expect to hit $1B in revenue in 2026 with significant growth forecast for 2027. At the same time we are building a new technology stack and operating model designed for a roughly 10x change in scale, and we are actively pursuing partnerships with major funders to move even more money in bigger ways, to people who need it. We are known for our extensive integration of technology into field processes; our quantitative approach to performance measurement; and our commitment to rigorous, independent, experimental evaluation of our impact, with multiple Randomized Control Trials completed and others in progress.
How we work
Our team spans 20+ countries and 69 languages. Our culture is candid, analytical, and non-hierarchical. We expect high ownership and give people real responsibility early. Our values are central to how we hire, work, and grow, and they are deliberately opinionated:
Recipients first.
Recipients’ preferences come before those of donors or ourselves.
Team next.
We optimize for organizational success, not individual success.
Be proactively candid.
We say what we believe and share information openly.
Create positive energy.
We aim to be a source of energy for colleagues, not a drain.
Think rigorously; act quickly.
We reason from first principles, then act rather than debate.
Know yourself and grow.
We own our imperfections and seek feedback to grow.
Accept reality. Propose solutions.
We focus on what can change and bring solutions, not just problems.
Be productively ambitious.
We take risks for step-change impact, not incremental progress.
If they describe how you like to work and they energize you, this could be a great fit.

About the Team
You will join our global Web3 growth and ecosystem team and support the global growth and ecosystem development of broader Web3 initiatives.
This is a global role working closely with cross-functional teams across multiple markets and regions to identify opportunities.
Responsibilities will be carried out in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
Role Overview
This is a global Web3 growth and ecosystem role, based in Hong Kong and operating across markets. We are looking for a globally minded operations professional who is deeply involved in the on-chain ecosystem, understands diverse on-chain user communities, and can independently plan and execute campaigns across regions.
You will work around X Layer and OKX Wallet to connect ecosystem projects, communities, and users worldwide; bring high-quality applications to real users; and turn campaign participation into sustained on-chain usage and ecosystem growth.
This focuses respectively on public blockchain ecosystem partnerships and operations and global Wallet user growth and campaign operations. Both require strong ecosystem knowledge, cross-market user insight, and end-to-end campaign execution capabilities.
What You’ll Be Doing
Ecosystem Research and Opportunity Identification
: Continuously track leading public blockchains and sectors such as DeFi, on-chain trading, and consumer applications across global markets. Identify projects with product value, an established user base, and growth potential, and develop actionable partnership and operational plans.
Ecosystem Partnerships and Development
: Build and maintain relationships with project teams, communities, and ecosystem partners across regions. Drive globally scalable co-marketing campaigns, application promotion, and user education, while continuously tracking post-launch activity and growth.
Global User Insights and Operations
: Engage deeply with on-chain user communities across markets to understand the motivations, decision-making habits, and barriers faced by different user segments. Establish user segmentation and feedback mechanisms, and optimise the conversion journey from first-time experience to ongoing usage.
Campaign Planning and Execution
: Independently lead global and regional ecosystem co-marketing campaigns, on-chain quests, trading campaigns, community incentive programs, AMAs, and online/offline events. Own target-setting, campaign mechanics, budget planning, resource coordination, launch execution, and post-campaign analysis.
Growth and Data Analysis:
Define metrics around qualified new users, first on-chain interactions, activity, retention, and partner-project growth. Evaluate performance using on-chain and product data, and continuously optimize participation requirements, incentive mechanisms, and operational investment.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with global Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, Data, and regional teams to turn user feedback into product and operational improvements, ensuring a seamless connection between campaigns and the product experience.
What We Look For In You
Experience in Web3 ecosystem operations, user growth, community operations, or campaign operations. Able to provide complete case studies of projects personally led, with verifiable results.
Long-term, hands-on participation in the on-chain ecosystem. Proficient in using wallets, DEXs, cross-chain bridges, and mainstream DApps; understands core concepts such as token approvals, gas fees, slippage, and liquidity; and can independently conduct product-experience and user-journey analysis.
Familiarity with on-chain users and their communities. Understands behavioral differences among trading-focused, DeFi-focused, and task-driven users, and can distinguish short-term, incentive-driven participation from needs that support sustained usage.
Understanding of public blockchain ecosystem-building dynamics, including project onboarding, application distribution, user acquisition, liquidity, and communities. Able to design partnership proposals that create value for both project teams and users.
Proven experience independently planning and executing campaigns. Able to clearly articulate campaign objectives, target audience, mechanics, budget, execution process, and final outcomes, and propose improvements based on post-campaign reviews.
Strong data mindset, with the ability to analyze operational conversion funnels, user retention, and campaign costs. Accountable for genuine user growth and business outcomes.
Strong communication, project-management, and execution skills; able to drive projects in a fast-paced, globally distributed, cross-functional environment. Professional English communication and copywriting skills are required to work effectively with international projects, communities, and internal stakeholders. Additional language capabilities and experience operating across multiple markets are advantageous.
Preferred Global Experience
Deep involvement in on-chain ecosystems such as RWA and Meme, with an understanding of user personas, community culture, asset issuance, and trading mechanics across different sectors. Relevant project operations or growth experience is preferred.
Ongoing attention to and hands-on experience with emerging protocols such as Tapeout. Able to analyze product mechanics, user participation journeys, and growth opportunities, and translate these into concrete partnership or campaign proposals.
Experience in Meme community operations, trend-based campaign planning, or on-chain trading campaigns. Able to manage communication timing and drive community participation and user conversion.
Experience in user education, ecosystem partnerships, or campaign planning for RWA projects. Able to translate complex product mechanisms into clear, easy-to-understand content and participation flows.
An active global network of on-chain users, project teams, trading communities, or content creators, with the ability to independently drive cross-market partnerships and produce verifiable growth results.
Demonstrated success in converting early momentum around emerging sectors or protocols into Wallet usage, on-chain interactions, and sustained retention.

Cloud-native, infinitely scalable, highly secure, and configurable in 5 minutes - it just works and is always free for the first 200 endpoints, with no functional limits. By pioneering autonomous OS and third-party patching with peer-to-peer patch distribution and real-time vulnerability assessment and remediation without needing a VPN, it eliminates routine labor, preempts ransomware and security risks, and protects the digital employee experience.

The Role
We are looking for a Product & Web Designer to shape the user experience of Action1's SaaS platform and help make complex IT management workflows simple, intuitive, and efficient.

Design intuitive user interfaces for Action1's SaaS platform.
Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
Improve usability and simplify complex product workflows.

Occasionally create visuals for websites, HR initiatives, and marketing materials.
What we're looking for
2+ years of professional experience in UI/UX or product design, preferably for SaaS or web applications.
Strong UI/UX skills, including interaction design, user flows, information architecture, and visual design.
Hands-on experience using AI-powered design tools and solutions to accelerate workflows, explore ideas, and improve design outcomes.
Nice to have
Experience designing complex B2B SaaS products, dashboards, or administrative interfaces.
Experience with user research, usability testing, and data-informed design decisions.
Understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and WCAG principles.
Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and frontend development constraints.
Familiarity with IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, or endpoint management products.
Please include a portfolio demonstrating your product design work. We especially value examples showing the problem, your design approach, and the final solution.
Benefits
Fully remote work with flexibility to support your work-life balance.
A collaborative environment that empowers you to own your domain and implement best practices.
Stable income, benefits, flexible working hours, and opportunities for career advancement.
Friendly, professional colleagues who are eager to support you and help you grow.
Engaging challenges and opportunities to make a meaningful impact.
