ABOUT US
At LangChain, our mission is to make intelligent agents ubiquitous. We build the foundation for agent engineering in the real world, helping developers move from prototypes to production-ready AI agents that teams can rely on. We began as widely adopted open-source tools and have grown to also offer a platform for building, evaluating, deploying, and operating agents at scale.
With $125M raised at Series B from IVP, Sequoia, Benchmark, CapitalG, and Sapphire Ventures, we’re at a stage where we’re continuing to develop new products, growth is accelerating, and all team members have meaningful impact on what we build and how we work together. LangChain is a place where your contributions can shape how this technology shows up in the real world.
Today, our platform includes LangSmith (Observability, Evaluation, Deployment, Fleet, and Sandboxes), our open source frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, and Deep Agents), and the newly launched LangSmith Engine for autonomous agent improvement. We have 100M+ monthly open source downloads, 6,000+ active LangSmith customers, and 5 of the Fortune 10 use LangSmith in production (+ 35% of the Fortune 500 overall), including teams at Klarna, Clay, Coinbase, Workday, Lyft, Cloudflare, Harvey, Rippling, Vanta, LinkedIn, Monday.com, Nvidia, and Bridgewater.
ABOUT THE ROLE
The ways customers buy from us are multiplying as fast as the business is growing. Enterprise order forms. Private offers through AWS, GCP, and Azure. A self-serve business running on usage-based pricing, with commits, drawdowns, and true-ups behind it. Each one is a distinct path from signature to cash, and each one runs today on some mix of manual steps and automation that grew up with the business.
This role owns what comes next. You'll run order operations end to end - booking, provisioning, invoicing, amendments, and renewals - on a stack we picked deliberately and recently: Salesforce, Metronome for metering and billing, Rillet for ERP. The stack is modern, but the processes on top of it were built to keep up with growth, not designed to scale. Your job is to decide what each one should become: keep it, rebuild it, automate it, or retire it.
Our bias is to invest in systems rather than in a growing queue of manual work, so you'll be setting the automation roadmap at the same time you're operating the function - deciding what a person should touch, what a workflow should handle, and what should never have been a step in the first place. Getting that right is what lets order volume grow by an order of magnitude without ops growing with it.
This is a senior individual contributor role. You'll own order operations, working closely with Deal Strategy and Operations, GTM Systems, Finance and Accounting, and Enterprise Engineering. Those teams are your partners and much of your build capacity. Bringing them onto one shared order-to-cash roadmap is a core part of the job, and the reason we're hiring someone senior to do it.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own the order-to-cash path end to end: order form intake from Deal Desk, booking in Salesforce, plan and entitlement setup in Metronome, invoicing and revenue recognition through Rillet, and the amendments, true-ups, and renewals that follow
- Build out cloud marketplace operations across AWS, GCP, and Azure: private offer setup, usage reporting to each marketplace, and reconciling marketplace disbursements back to what we billed. Every new channel launches against defined readiness criteria, so marketplace deals run on the same clean path as direct ones
- Own self-serve billing operations: usage metering, plan changes, dunning, credits, rebills, refunds, and the escalations behind them
- Own billing and usage completeness at month-end close. Every order, credit, and metered event is reconciled between Metronome and Rillet before revenue is recognized, not after
- Partner with Deal Strategy and Product as our pricing evolves. Bring the billing view into pricing and deal-structure decisions early, so new models and non-standard terms can be billed accurately and automated, not handled by hand
- Set the automation roadmap. Instrument the path, put a number on every place a human touches an order, and decide what gets automated, what gets designed away, and what stays manual on purpose
- Treat every billing error as a defect: find the root cause and fix the class of problem, not just the one invoice
- Ship automations yourself where that's fastest, and partner with GTM Systems and Enterprise Engineering where the work belongs in core systems or the product
- Write the playbook and the controls behind it: approvals, segregation of duties, reconciliations, and exception handling, built so order ops scales through systems rather than headcount and holds up under audit
- Own three numbers and move them: touchless order rate, signature-to-provisioned cycle time, and billing accuracy
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 6+ years in order management, order-to-cash, billing operations, or revenue operations at a B2B SaaS company, including time building the function at an early-stage or fast-scaling one
- Hands-on fluency with a modern billing and ERP stack. We run Salesforce, Metronome, and Rillet - you should know something comparable well enough to have opinions, and get to depth on ours quickly
- Real experience with usage-based pricing. Per-seat is straightforward; metered consumption, commits, drawdowns, overages, and true-ups are where order ops gets interesting, and that's most of our business
- Working knowledge of ASC 606 and month-end close. You don't need to be an accountant, but you should know what Revenue Accounting needs from billing data and why
- Cloud marketplace experience (AWS, GCP, or Azure private offers), or a track record of getting deep on a system like that fast
- A history of automating your own job. We'll ask you to walk us through a manual process you deleted: what it cost before, what you built, and what it costs now
- The ability to build alignment across teams with different priorities and get to a decision, without relying on org authority
- Comfort shipping a v0 earlier than feels comfortable, then iterating with real feedback
NICE TO HAVE
- SQL, Python, or low-code tooling in your own hands rather than on someone else's backlog
- Experience building agents or LLM workflows for internal operations. We'd like to run more of our own back office on the LangSmith Platform, wherever it's the right tool and meets the same accuracy bar as the rest of order-to-cash
- Audit prep or SOX readiness experience
Compensation: $155,000 - $185,000 salary + options
Compensation Philosophy:
We offer competitive compensation that includes base salary, variable compensation for relevant roles, meaningful equity, benefits, and perks.
We are hiring for this role across a range of scope, and the compensation band reflects that. Your offer depends on what we learn about your impact, craft, leadership, and communication during the interview process. We will tell you early where you’re tracking and talk comp with you before offer stage. Team members in the EU, UK, and APAC receive locally competitive benefits aligned with regional norms and regulations.

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for an Analyst, Deal Operations to help drive Ramp’s next phase of growth! Reporting to the Senior Manager, Deal Desk, you’ll be a key partner in taking our Sales organization to the next level, responsible for quoting, pricing structure, and contracting for our Sales team. You'll be an integral part of the Deal Operations team with a focus on offering guidance to drive deal execution while complying with company policies and procedures and ensuring consistency to manage risk. You’ll work directly with our Sales, Legal, Accounting, and cross-functional leadership to better streamline efficient workflows and enhance sales productivity.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Quote & contract approvals — review and approve quotes and contract workflows within policy; escalate exceptions with clear context
- Feature & subscription activation — enable product tiers, configure accounts, and manage trial extensions, and coordinate billing
- Policy & process guidance — be the first line of support for AEs with questions about deal structure, approval requirements, and process
- Playbook development — document what you learn; help build the SOPs and escalation guides that make this function scalable
- Drive consistency across deal processes by helping to optimize, streamline, and automate quote-to-cash processes
- Serves as a subject matter expert on deal constructs, operational procedures, approval policies, and controls
WHAT YOU NEED
- 1+ years in a Deal Desk environment, preferably in a high growth SaaS company.
- Experience with Salesforce, CPQ, and other sales-related systems, including pricing and data enrichment tools.
- Exceptional communication skills, written and verbal.
- Excellent project management instincts, with an ability to manage multiple projects at one time.
- You have a “get things done” mentality; you can dissect problems, identify solutions, and drive these solutions to completion with a high degree of autonomy.
BENEFITS AVAILABLE TO ALL FULL-TIME RAMP EMPLOYEES (GLOBAL)
- Flexible PTO
- Centralized home-office equipment ordering
- Health and wellness stipend

About the role:
You'll build the processes and tooling behind client data quality at Salmon — reducing manual work and making Operations' output measurable.
What you'll do:

- Identify bottlenecks, redundant manual work, and opportunities for automation.
- Gather business requirements, translate them into functional and system requirements, and support implementation with the engineering team.

What makes you a strong fit:
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, System Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, or similar role.
- Strong experience analyzing, designing, and optimizing business processes, including AS-IS/TO-BE mapping, with BPMN or similar visualization tools.
- Experience working with internal IT systems: translating business needs into functional and system requirements, and supporting implementation with engineering.
- Working-level SQL: able to independently investigate data, test hypotheses, and find the root causes of issues.
- Data-driven approach: able to define and analyze operational metrics, assess process efficiency, and propose improvements independently.
- Working English for business communication: able to discuss processes, align requirements, and work with international teams.
What we offer:
Ownership and flexibility
- Stock option plan — four-year vesting with a 25% cliff after the first year
- Fully remote work with core collaboration hours from 12:00 to 6:00 PM Manila time (UTC+8)
- Company-provided tools and equipment
Health and time off
- Medical insurance support for you and your family through co-funding or reimbursement, depending on your location and subject to policy limits
- Access to an internal mental health support specialist
- 22 vacation days, Philippine public holidays, and 15 sick days
Growth and team experience
- Opportunities to learn and share your expertise through internal expert meetups, external conferences, speaking opportunities, and industry publications
- Company-sponsored trips to Manila to meet and work with your team in person
- High-performing teams can earn a dedicated beach house week in Southeast Asia
We believe strong teams are built by people with different backgrounds, experiences, and points of view. Salmon is an equal opportunity employer, and we make hiring decisions based on skills, experience, and potential.
🔹Own the end-to-end weekly invoice cycle: continuous invoice intake into RAMP as invoices arrive across company mailboxes (do not batch to a single day), approval status tracking, payment preparation in NetSuite and Atlar, and posting/reconciliation in NetSuite.

ABOUT DOCKER
Docker has been one of the most loved brands in developer tooling, trusted by more than 20 million monthly users and over 20 billion container image pulls. From solo founders to the world's largest companies, developers rely on Docker to build, share, and run their applications across our suite of products including Docker Desktop, Docker Hub, and Docker Scout.
We are a globally distributed, remote-first team building the tools that define how software gets built and delivered. As AI agents redefine software development, Docker is at the center of that shift, providing the sandboxed environments, verified images, and secure infrastructure that make autonomous workflows trustworthy by default.
_______________________________________________________________________
We are hiring a Legal Operations Analyst to support the day-to-day operations of Docker's lean Legal team: contract operations, outside counsel spend, legal technology administration, and the processes that connect Legal to the rest of the business. You will report to the VP and Head of Legal with direct collaboration and oversight from the Sr. Manager of Legal Operations, and partner with Sales, Deal Desk, Finance, Product, and Engineering.
You will work inside Docker's legal technology stack (Ironclad, Brightflag, Salesforce, and Zip) and the AI-assisted workflows we are actively building, with real ownership of your workstreams and direct influence on how those tools evolve.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage contract intake, routing, approvals, and signature coordination, keeping stakeholders informed throughout the process.
- Review contracts using Docker’s playbooks and AI tools, and flag nonstandard terms or questions for attorney review.
- Support outside counsel billing operations, including invoice review, billing guideline compliance, and accrual tracking.
- Support administration of legal technology platforms, including workflow maintenance, user support, and data quality.
- Use and help improve AI-assisted workflows for contract review, drafting, and intake, including refining prompts and testing outputs against approved playbooks and attorney feedback.
- Support pilots of new AI tools and use cases, gathering user feedback and tracking accuracy, adoption, and time savings.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures, templates, and knowledge resources, and train stakeholders on legal technology and responsible AI use.
- Build and maintain dashboards tracking contract volume, cycle times, and outside counsel spend, translating data into actionable insights.
- Support systems integration and process improvement projects with cross-functional teams, identifying opportunities for automation and AI to streamline legal operations.
QUALIFICATIONS
REQUIRED
- 3+ years of experience in legal operations, contract management, a paralegal role, or a related operational role, including experience at a SaaS or technology company.
- Hands-on experience using a contract lifecycle management (CLM) platform, such as Ironclad, Icertis, Agiloft, or DocuSign CLM.
- Experience supporting contract intake, review coordination, or signature processes.
- Hands-on experience applying AI tools to legal or operational tasks, including drafting prompts, reviewing outputs for accuracy, and refining results.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing requests.
- Good judgment about when to follow established procedures and when to ask questions or escalate.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate and follow through on assigned work in a remote team.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
PREFERRED
- Direct experience with Ironclad, Wordsmith, Brightflag, or similar systems.
- Familiarity with invoice review, accrual tracking, or outside counsel billing.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Zip, or other systems connected to legal workflows.
- Experience maintaining reports, playbooks, standard operating procedures, or training materials.
- Experience supporting a small in-house legal team.
- Exposure to SaaS agreements, order forms, or commercial open-source licensing.
- Experience helping test or improve AI-assisted workflows.
This role is a strong fit for someone who enjoys hands-on operational work, likes systems and processes, and wants to expand their use of AI in legal operations. You’ll build expertise with guidance from the Senior Legal Operations Manager, focusing on process execution, technology support, and continuous improvement.
WHAT TO EXPECT
FIRST 30 DAYS
- Complete onboarding and become familiar with Docker’s legal tools, contract playbooks, and AI guidelines.
- Shadow contract intake, invoice review, and routine Ironclad administration.
- Meet key cross-functional partners and learn how Legal supports their teams.
- Begin handling straightforward requests with guidance.
FIRST 90 DAYS
- Handle routine contract intake and initial playbook-based reviews, escalating questions to the appropriate team member.
- Assist with Brightflag invoice review, accrual tracking, and spend reporting.
- Support everyday Ironclad maintenance, user requests, and data cleanup.
- Use existing AI-assisted workflows and help test improvements with team guidance.
ONE YEAR
- Reliably handle routine contract and billing workflows, recognizing when to seek guidance.
- Help stakeholders navigate legal tools, processes, and contract status questions.
- Maintain accurate reports, playbooks, and training resources.
- Contribute to process improvements and AI tool testing that help the team reduce manual work.
Docker does not offer visa sponsorship for this role.
