About Teleport
Don't wait for the future of infrastructure. Be part of it.
Teleport is the AI Infrastructure Identity Company. We're solving one of the hardest problems in security: giving every human, machine, workload, and AI agent a cryptographically secured identity, improving engineering velocity while maintaining security. We make trusted computing simple. This gives you the freedom, power, and autonomy to build and innovate with confidence.
Remote-first and globally distributed, we work with companies like Nasdaq, DoorDash, and Elastic to secure infrastructure for an AI world.
About the Role
We're looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer that will work directly with customers to ensure successful Teleport deployments.
You will meet regularly with customers, understand pain points blocking deployments and remove roadblocks. This includes writing and fixing IaC deployments (like Helm charts), developing workarounds, and writing Go code to fix bugs and implement small features.
For more complex issues, you will work with customers to articulate the problem they are trying to solve, gather requirements, and make the business case to the product and engineering teams to invest in resolving the issue.
What You'll Do
- This job sits at the intersection of product, engineering, and revenue.
- You won't just work closely with the engineering team, you will be on the engineering team.
- The range of problem solving includes networking, performance, security and integrations with existing systems.
- Most of the code you will write will be open source.
- Our products are loved by their users, you'll get to meet them regularly.
What We're Looking For
- Excellent communication skills.
- Willing to travel to customer sites.
- Infrastructure as Code (IaC) experience (like Terraform, Ansible, Helm).
- Linux systems engineering experience.
- Go or Rust experience.
- As we are a startup, you should be comfortable changing the area of focus and working directly with customers.
How We Hire
- You will join 30 minute intro call and we will walk you through the compensation, interview process and requirements
- You will join a 30 minute call with the hiring manager, and we will walk you through the take home exercise and help answer questions
- You join a Slack channel and submit a coding challenge https://github.com/gravitational/careers/blob/main/challenges/sre/challenge.md using Github
Why Teleport
You're joining a company where the problem is real, the team is small, and your work shows up directly in the product. We're not a big company, you won't get lost in a crowd. You'll have the freedom and autonomy to do what you're great at, alongside teammates who care about doing it right and want to see you succeed. The work is collaborative, there's real room to grow, and the mission is one worth showing up for.
Remote-first and globally distributed, we're genuinely passionate about what we're building.
The Benefits
At Teleport, we believe your career is more important than a list of perks. That's why we focus on making your day-to-day the best it can be — giving you the autonomy, access, and support to do the best work of your career.
- Extensive health coverage
- Annual expense budget
- Rest and recovery policies that maximize your ability to recharge

We're proof that a high-performing culture doesn't need an office. Distributed across 60+ countries since 2020, we've built something the industry keeps noticing:
- Ranked #10 of 250 on TIME and Statista's 2026 list of America's Top WorkTech Companies https://www.oysterhr.com/library/oyster-hr-named-10-of-americas-top-worktech-companies-of-2026-by-time

Two of those rankings measured our business impact from the outside. One measured how our own people feel about working here. They landed in the same place ~ because at Oyster, culture and performance aren't separate conversations. They're the same one.
And we're just getting started. If you want to do the best work of your career alongside people who care as much as you do, we'd love for you to apply.

- T.E.A.M.Oriented: Together Everyone Achieves More! You thrive in a collaborative environment, consistently seeking to elevate your teammates, celebrate team success, all while maintaining your own high standards for results
What will make you successful:

- Organized Precision: You possess exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills, consistently producing accurate work while balancing speed and quality--especially under pressure.
- Creative Problem-Solver: Deconstructing complex challenges into practical steps to generate effective and innovative solutions comes second nature to you.

ABOUT SUPABASE
Supabase is the Postgres development platform, built by developers for developers. We provide a complete backend solution including Database, Auth, Storage, Edge Functions, Realtime, and Vector Search. All services are deeply integrated and designed for growth.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for engineers to join the team building Spark, a lightweight implementation of Supabase written in Rust. It runs on an embedded SQLite-based engine with a Postgres-compatible SQL layer, and ships a PostgREST and Auth compatible API, so applications written against @supabase/supabase-js work as-is. It exists because AI builders and platform partners need a database they can give to every prototype without the cost or the wait: sub-second provisioning, a footprint small enough to run inside a sandbox, and an upgrade path to full Supabase when an app graduates to production.
This is a role with a lot of agency. Small team, working product, patterns still to be set. You'll own large areas end to end and make real decisions from day one.
WHAT YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
In this role, you'll:
- Grow API compatibility with the Supabase client, keeping behavior faithful to hosted Supabase and backed by conformance tests
- Bring more of the Supabase stack to Turso/SQLite
- Find and work around gaps in the underlying database engine, with minimal repros and tests
- Build and harden the path for upgrading a project from Spark to full Supabase
- Own the developer experience end to end: the CLI, local tooling, and docs
- Build and harden the hosted offering while keeping the low cost structure in mind, kept loosely coupled so the implementation can be swapped without a rewrite
- Work directly with design partners and turn real-world migration and integration friction into a sharper product
- Engage with the open-source community and contribute back to the broader Supabase stack
YOU MIGHT BE A GOOD FIT IF YOU
- Have substantial backend or full-stack experience with strong fluency in Rust, have shipped production Rust, and have built or contributed to a backend system, framework, or developer platform before
- Are a strong generalist, comfortable moving across the stack from API design to storage internals to infrastructure, and picking up whatever the problem needs
- Read unfamiliar code without friction. A lot of the work means studying reference implementations in other languages, such as GoTrue in Go, PostgREST in Haskell, and matching their behavior in Rust
- Have a solid grounding in SQL and relational databases, experience working close to a database engine (transactions, MVCC, type systems), and the curiosity to dig into where Postgres and SQLite differ
- Know Postgres well enough to use it as the reference for correct behavior
- Have run services under tight resource limits (multi-tenant, serverless, or embedded)
- Have a bias toward compatibility and correctness, and reach for tests and specs to prove behavior
- Think around corners. When everyone reaches for the standard playbook, you look for the simpler path that fits a smaller box. You break a complex system down to the 20% that covers 80% of the need, then make it run somewhere far smaller than it was designed for
- Care about developer experience: clean APIs, fast feedback loops, and tooling that makes the right thing the easy thing
- Are comfortable owning ambiguous, early-stage work and making sound calls that inform and define the spec. This is a founding role on a brand-new team
- Are comfortable working in public repositories on a remote, async team
- Communicate clearly in writing
- Bonus: experience with the Supabase stack, building developer CLIs, a track record of open-source maintenance, or contributions to Rust database or web projects
WHAT WE OFFER
- Fully Remote
We hire globally. We believe you can do your best work from anywhere. There are no Supabase offices, but we provide a WeWork membership or co-working allowance you can use anywhere in the world.
- ESOP
Every team member receives ESOP (equity ownership) in the company. We want everyone to share in the upside of what we’re building together.
- Tech Allowance
Use this budget to set up your ideal work environment—laptop, monitor, headphones, or whatever helps you do your best work.
- Health Benefits
Supabase covers 100% of health insurance for employees and 80% for dependents, wherever you are. Your wellbeing and your family’s health are important to us.
- Annual Off-Sites
Once a year, the entire company gathers in a new city for a week of connection, collaboration, and fun. It’s a highlight of our year.
- Flexible Work
We operate asynchronously and trust you to manage your own time. You know what needs to be done and when.
- Professional Development
Every team member receives an annual education allowance to spend on learning—courses, books, conferences, or anything that supports your growth.
ABOUT THE TEAM
Supabase was born-remote and open-source-first. We believe our globally distributed team is our secret weapon in building tools developers love.
- ~400 team members
- 60+ countries
- 20+ languages spoken
- Over $1B raised (including our $500M Series F)
- 540,000+ community members
We move fast, build in public, and use what we ship. If it’s in your project, we probably use it in ours too. We believe deeply in the open-source ecosystem and strive to support—not replace—existing tools and communities.
Responsibilities
— Own the Czech market as the first local salesperson, across all customer segments.
— Work with the base of direct contacts (existing clients and warm leads): develop, close and reactivate.
— Handle inbound: qualify quickly, run discovery, and convert interest into paying customers.
— Drive outbound to larger and high-potential accounts through cold outreach, own network and industry communities.
— Run the full sales cycle end to end — prospecting, discovery, demo, negotiation, close — and own the number.
— Be the voice of the market: systematically gather customer needs, objections and pain points and feed them to product and marketing to tailor the offering to Czechia.
— Test and iterate positioning, messaging and channels to find what resonates with Czech buyers.
— Temporarily provide light customer-success care to the clients signed, until a dedicated CS person is in place (with a small servicing bonus).
— Keep the CRM clean and share regular insight on pipeline, win/loss reasons and market signals.
What we're looking for
— Czech at native or near-native level (C2), spoken and written — daily conversations, calls and written correspondence in Czech.
— Strong Czech-speaking Slovak candidates are also welcome.
— Working English for internal communication.
— Senior experience in B2B / SaaS sales (or strong service sales), with a hunter mindset.
— A self-starter who can grow a market and bring product feedback from the field.
What we offer
— Base salary of EUR 2,000/month (Net).
— On-target earnings from EUR 4,000/month with no upper cap — commission-based reflecting real sales performance.
— Official employment in Hungary (Altegio Europe KFT).
— Budapest-based; relocation considered — a relocation package is available for the right candidate.
Задачи:
▫️ Развивать и оптимизировать core-ядро приложения: транзакции, балансы, историю операций, механизмы swap/bridge и on-ramp шлюзы;
▫️ Лидировать запуск новых продуктовых направлений: интеграцию криптокарт, IBAN-платежи, подписки и онбординг внешних провайдеров;

About Vercel:
Vercel is the agentic infrastructure company, freeing people and agents to ship what's next. For more than a decade we've helped builders move from idea to production with speed, security, and exceptional developer experience.
Now we're scaling our products for both agents and people to ship and run software, built in the open and trusted by OpenAI, PayPal, Ramp, Supreme, and millions of developers worldwide.
About the role
Developers are building faster than ever. Humans and agents are deploying more than 6 million times a day on Vercel, spinning up over 2 million Sandboxes and serving a trillion requests per month.
Every single one is powered by
our own compute infrastructure
.
The Persistence team sits within Vercel's Compute division. This team owns the deep infrastructure within Hive (our compute platform) focussing on storage and state for all our workloads (Builds, Sandboxes and Functions). This work is redefining compute with features like Fluid Compute, Persistent Sandboxes, and Custom Images.
As a Software Engineer on the Persistence team, you'll work on the infrastructure that runs 100s of instances across every region where our customers deploy code, rethinking low-level primitives and contributing to platform features that improve the experience for thousands of developers every day.
This role is based in
London, UK
. If you're within commuting distance of our London office, the role includes in-office anchor days. If you're located further afield within the UK, the role is fully remote. For location-specific details, please connect with our recruiting team.
What you'll do
Manage and improve our fleet of clusters, running 100s of instances deployed in every region where our customers deploy and run their code.
Write Golang on a daily basis and use Terraform to provision infrastructure; you'll get to know Nomad as our scheduler for managing workloads.
Rethink the primitives of our infrastructure — working with virtual filesystems, Linux primitives, and low-level virtualisation.
Own the reliability and performance of our compute platform, including on-call coverage for a team where every improvement has outsized impact at scale.
Collaborate across teams to drive the convergence of all compute at Vercel.
What you need
5+ years of software engineering experience, with Golang strongly preferred.
Deep experience with virtual machines, file systems and Linux — you like knowing how things work under the hood (tcpdump, strace, and iptables are familiar tools).
Experience building and operating distributed systems at scale; you design for performance and reliability.
Experience with schedulers and orchestrators for managing containers and non-containerised workloads (e.g. Nomad, Kubernetes).
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with a genuine enthusiasm for digging into problems that don't have obvious solutions.
Bonus if you
Have worked on low-level virtualisation or sandbox execution environments.
Have product engineering experience and care about the developer-facing impact of infrastructure decisions.
Have experience with on-call operations for large-scale distributed systems.
Benefits:
Competitive compensation package, including equity.
Inclusive Healthcare Package.
Learn and Grow - we provide mentorship and send you to events that help you build your network and skills.
Flexible Time Off.
We will provide you the gear you need to do your role, and a WFH budget for you to outfit your space as needed.

Unlike complex hyperscalers or ephemeral edge/serverless solutions, Render offers a developer-first experience with persistent compute, dynamic autoscaling, built-in orchestration, and observability, allowing teams to launch, scale, and manage real-world applications without writing infrastructure code or managing servers. Whether you're building LLM-powered applications, scalable SaaS products, or async processing pipelines, Render empowers teams to move fast and scale confidently from MVP to millions of users.
Our platform is trusted by over 7 million developers worldwide and continues to grow rapidly. In February 2026, we raised an additional $100M in Series C financing, bringing our total funding to $260M, to accelerate our vision of making cloud infrastructure both powerful and intuitive—designed for the speed of modern AI development.
We’re a diverse and talented team that values craft, velocity, and user experience. If you’re excited to help shape the future of the intelligent cloud and empower developers everywhere, we’d love to hear from you.
APPLYING TO RENDER
We're seeking candidates who possess high integrity, humility, and an insatiable drive to learn. Through reasoned discussions and continuous feedback, we strive to improve both individually and collectively. We foster an environment of mutual trust and respect, empowering effective debate to achieve the best outcomes for our customers and team.
We especially encourage members of underrepresented groups in the tech community to apply and understand that not all successful candidates will meet each requirement listed.
Our interview process is unique to each role, and we value the candidate experience just as much as our customer experience. We hope your conversations with us reflect a thoughtful process that is illuminative, enjoyable, and respectful of your time.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Render’s mission is simple: eliminate the tedious work of building software by providing a cloud platform that just works.
We’re evolving from the go-to platform for solo developers into the backbone for fast-scaling teams. As our users’ apps grow from a single service into complex, multi-service architectures, our biggest challenge is keeping it all feeling simple. We need a Product Designer to take that "pile of parts" and turn it into a cohesive system that actually makes sense.
As a Staff IC, you'll also help raise the bar across the organization through mentorship, design leadership, and thoughtful cross-functional influence.
This is a craft-focused IC role, and it's web UI at its most demanding. You'll own the surfaces developers depend on when the clock is ticking and things are breaking. Designing for infrastructure is unique: your screens see the most traffic when the user is most stressed, and "failure" is a first-class state, not an edge case. We’re looking for someone who finds that responsibility energizing.
You’ll join a design team that takes its craft seriously, with weekly critiques and deep cross-functional collaboration. You’ll thrive here if you love untangling complex, messy problems and turning them into accessible, beautiful experiences.
YOU WILL:
- Make a multi-service system legible at a glance. Design the views that let a developer see how their services connect and depend on each other, instead of stitching the picture together one service at a time. This comprehension gap is where design can make a complicated system feel cohesive and friendly.
- Design system-level observability. Aggregated logs, metrics, deploys, and events across a whole project, filterable by environment and resource — so a developer can answer "what's going on with my system" in one place. This is high-density information design where hierarchy, scanning speed, and progressive disclosure are the whole game.
- Design deployment as a coordinated act. When an application has many services, coordination gets hard. You'll design cross-service deployment and rollback, and a preview model so shipping feels safe at any scale.
- Design and consider all product states. You'll own the "unglamorous" moments. Like build errors, failed deploys, and empty states, and turn them into helpful experiences. Since developer tools earn their reputation by how they handle problems, your focus is on guiding the user to success even when things go wrong.
- Own a first-run experience worth recommending. The path from signup to first successful deploy is where trust starts. You'll design it so that a developer's first ten minutes make them want to tell someone.
- Contribute to where the platform goes next. Alongside the shipping work, you'll bring concept explorations and a strong point of view to a design-led discovery track, shaping the platform's future through a weekly critique cadence with the rest of the team.
WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
- 7+ years of relevant experience. Whether you’ve worked on developer tools, cloud infrastructure, or another complex, high-stakes product, we care more about your impact than your title.
- Exceptional taste and craft. You have an eye for detail that borders on obsessive — typography, spacing, motion, density, interaction feedback. You notice when something is 2px off and it bothers you, and you've shipped work other practitioners admire.
- Strong information architecture. You can take a tangle of objects and relationships and make it feel like one obvious thing.
- You design the whole journey, not a screen at a time. Your portfolio shows a user carried coherently across every surface a feature touches — entry point to empty state to failure to recovery — not a set of polished screens that don't add up to a system.
- Fluent in developer language. You know your way around services, CI/CD, and deployments. You don’t need to have built a cloud platform before, but you’re curious enough to get deep into the weeds of how it works.
- Respect for failure states. You believe an error message is an interface, and you design for the user having a bad day, not just the happy path.
- Systems fluency. You're comfortable working in and contributing to a design system as the product's surface area grows, extending it rather than fighting it.
- Strong product judgment under fast launch velocity. You frame problems well, prioritize ruthlessly, and know which details matter and which can wait.
- Clear, direct communication and a genuinely collaborative way of working with product and engineering partners — including sharing a problem space with another designer without needing hard fences between you.
NICE-TO-HAVES:
- Experience designing complex dashboards, monitoring tools, or console interfaces where data density and high-stakes clarity matter.
- You've been on-call, run side projects, or debugged systems in production. You don’t just design for developers; you understand their mental models and the specific frustrations they face.
- You’re as excited to design a CLI tool or shape an SDK as you are to build a web dashboard. You’re ready to explore new frontiers like agentic workflows and AI-assisted design, not just standard web UI.
- Design-engineering literacy: comfort near code, motion, or prototyping.
- Writing, talks, or side projects that demonstrate your craft and point of view.
If this role excites you but you don’t meet every single requirement, we’d still love to hear from you—your unique experience might be just what we need.
