Powered by our own AI models, Fin resolves complex customer issues end-to-end across every channel, with minimal set-up and integration. Fin can also be combined with our natively integrated Intercom help desk, giving modern support teams one single system.
Together with Salesforce, the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success, we're building the future of customer experience. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn't a buzzword, it's a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing, and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI.
Ready to level up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You're in the right place. Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.
What's the opportunity?
It’s an exciting time at Fin - especially within our Deployment Services team. We’re helping some of the world’s most innovative companies transform how they support their customers through AI-powered customer service.
As a
Senior
AI Deployment Consultant
, you’ll lead our largest and most complex customer deployments, combining world-class project management with hands-on technical configuration of the Fin platform. You’ll be the trusted advisor who ensures our customers achieve value quickly and at scale, guiding them not only to do the foundations, but set a direction on how they measure their impact with AI.
You’ll partner with a dedicated team of engineers for complex technical work while managing the overall project strategy, timeline, and delivery. This is a perfect role for someone who thrives at the intersection of technology, customer success, and execution excellence.
What will I be doing?
Own end-to-end deployment programs for our largest customers, ensuring successful and timely implementation to Fin - acting as a primary point of contact throughout.
Hold projects to scope, schedule, and budget that align with each customer’s unique goals and support model and keep GTM partners current on project state.
Lead discovery sessions to understand complex customer requirements and translate them into actionable technical and project plans.
Own the hands-on configuration of the Fin platform—spanning automation, workflows, and analytics—while orchestrating technical readiness across data migrations, integrations, and security protocols.
Partner with Forward Deployed Engineers to solve complex technical hurdles while maintaining autonomy over the vast majority of platform implementation.
Coordinate technical readiness activities, including integrations, data migrations, and security reviews.
Run projects with operational precision: maintained risk logs, a structured reporting cadence to both customer and internal leadership, clear escalation paths, and documented decisions. Surface risk early enough that it can be mitigated rather than managed.
Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and R&D - shaping deployment strategy up front and feeding what you learn in the field back into the roadmap.
Contribute to the evolution of our Deployment Services methodology, templates, and best practices.
Apply AI tooling to your own delivery work to compress discovery, documentation, and asset creation - and share what works back to the team.
What skills do I need?
5+ years of experience in customer-facing implementation, deployment, or professional services roles, ideally within SaaS or AI technology companies.
A track record of delivering large, complex, multi-stakeholder projects on time and on budget with low escalation rates - and a clear point of view on the operating discipline that makes that repeatable.
Hands-on technical capability. You can configure platforms yourself, and you're fluent enough in APIs, data flows, and integration patterns to know when a requirement is a config problem versus an engineering one.
Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, capable of influencing both executives and technical stakeholders.
Strong judgment under ambiguity - you can prioritize, decide, and move when requirements aren't fully formed, and you're resilient in a fast-paced, changing environment.
Daily use of AI tooling in your own workflow - discovery synthesis, documentation, customer assets - and the ability to show how it's changed your delivery pace. We'll ask about this.
Experience with Intercom Helpdesk, Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar CX platforms is a plus.
How Will I Be Measured?
Automation Rate - Are you driving your customers to achieve high adoption of Fin?
CX Score — do customers rate the deployment experience highly?
On-time, on-budget delivery — do your projects land against the timeline and scope you committed to?
Time-to-value — how quickly do customers get to a working, measurable Fin deployment?
Contribution to the team — the templates, mentorship, and best practices you leave behind.

Most money apps talk at you. Cleo talks back ✨
We're not building another finance app. We're building the world's first AI financial assistant, one that actually understands your money and makes you better at it, and we're changing the world's relationship with money in the process 💰 For everyone, whatever their background or balance.
The proof: profitable, fast-growing, a unicorn with over $300M in ARR, and millions of people who now feel differently about their money.
We love original thinkers who challenge the status quo. We move fast, tell the truth, and there's nowhere to hide from good work here. If that excites you more than it scares you, you'll fit right in.
Follow us on LinkedIn https://www.linkedin.com/company/cleo-ai/ for new features and the occasional roast 🔥
MEET THE TEAM
Here at Cleo, we have ~200 Engineers organised into Pillars ✨ Our stack spans a Ruby on Rails monolith, a single React Native (TypeScript) app frontend, Python for machine learning services, and PostgreSQL, all hosted on AWS and shipped through Kubernetes - backend goes out multiple times a week, app releases to Google and Apple at least weekly. To thrive here, our engineers proactively use our Engineering Principles to guide daily decisions, take ownership of problems beyond their own squad to drive broader impact, and actively drive their own learning, development and growth.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're hiring Senior Backend Engineers to join one of our cross-functional product squads - working closely with other engineers, designers, analysts, and product partners to build features that improve our users' financial health.
We care far more about how you think than which language you've used before. Much of our product runs on Ruby today, but we deliberately hire polyglot engineers: if you've shipped meaningful product work in any modern stack, you'll ramp quickly here.
Key responsibilities for this role include:
- Shape the direction of upcoming work - break down ambiguous problems with your squad and help drive projects from early discovery through to shipped impact
- Build and evolve the APIs, data models, and business logic behind our product; no Ruby experience required, just strong fundamentals and sound judgement on trade-offs
- Contribute to testing, observability, and experimentation, and help continuously raise the bar on developer experience and product quality
- Drive high-impact initiatives such as our secured credit card, budgeting and financial insight features, and subscription/pricing experiments
- Mentor engineers at your level and beyond, share knowledge generously, and help build a culture where people grow quickly and have real influence
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- An experienced engineer with solid fundamentals, having worked across any modern tech stack - the specific language matters less than your ability to reason clearly, learn quickly, and think in trade-offs
- A track record of writing maintainable, thoughtful code and making sound technical decisions with minimal oversight
- Comfortable working with Ruby, or confident you can ramp up quickly in it - deep Ruby experience isn't required
- Strong collaboration skills with product, design, and data partners, with genuine curiosity about users and their problems
- Experience mentoring or raising the bar for engineers around you, and contributing positively to team culture
- Motivated by Cleo's mission - you care about building products that genuinely improve people's financial health
- Alignment with our engineering principles https://web.meetcleo.com/blog/cleo-engineering-principles - autonomy, accountability, pragmatism, and building things that matter
WHAT WE OFFER
We offer benefits package built to support you in and out of work. Benefits vary by country 🌍 and include meaningful equity, comprehensive health insurance, mental health support, a paid one-month sabbatical after four years, a learning & development platform, pension or retirement contributions, and location-specific leave entitlements.

WHAT MATTERS
Cleo's mission is to change the world's relationship with money. We can't do that without building a brilliant, genuinely diverse team - and making sure our hiring process gives everyone a fair shot, running a fair and transparent recruitment process in which every candidate is considered on their merits.
We're glad to make reasonable adjustments at any stage of the process. If there's anything we can do to support you in showing us your best, please let your recruiter or one of the team know.
We may use AI-assisted tools during the recruitment process to take support the team in different ways like taking notes or referring back to conversations. They do not replace the team and all applications are reviewed by a Cleo employee thoroughly!

ABOUT MORPHO
Morpho is a leading Decentralized Finance (DeFi) lending protocol backed by a16z crypto, Paradigm, Ribbit Capital, Apollo, Vaneck, Coinbase Ventures, Variant and 50 others to build an open credit network giving anyone, anywhere, access to the best possible terms. Morpho is experiencing exponential adoption, with over billion in deposits on the network and used by institutional clients including Bitwise, Galaxy, and Anchorage Digital and the largest crypto exchanges, such as Coinbase, Binance, and Kraken. Now, Morpho is scaling its team of contributors to establish itself as the open credit network, not just of DeFi, but of the world.
WHY MORPHO EXISTS
Everyone has the potential to build something great for the world. But fulfilling that ambition almost always requires more: people willing to trust you with their capital. Yet access to capital still depends on where you live, who you know, and which institutions are willing to trust you. Even when capital is available, it sits fragmented across disconnected networks and hidden behind intermediaries. The result is a system that fails most of the people it should serve. Borrowers overpay. Lenders earn less than they should. Many are shut out entirely, not because they are unworthy of credit, but because today's infrastructure was never built to connect them. Morpho exists to solve this. Full article here https://morpho.org/blog/why-morpho-exists/.
LOCATION
This role is Hybrid - New York.
ROLE
Morpho's largest enterprise partners are live integrations with significant untapped growth potential. This role embeds inside a flagship partner organization, builds relationships from PMs to executives, and inserts Morpho into the partner's product roadmap. Success is measured on revenue and active loans generated by the account.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own relationship management for a flagship enterprise partner, building relationships with PMs, executives, and teams across the organization to grow the account and protect it from churn
- Run a recurring meeting cadence with the partner's product teams, including quarterly reviews with executives, to align objectives and keep joint priorities moving
- Make the commercial and product case to PMs that integrating loans grows their revenue, improves their product, and benefits their users, so Morpho earns a place on their roadmap
- Track product data to identify growth levers, such as rolling products out to new jurisdictions or running activation campaigns, and turn them into quantified expansion plays
- Map the incentives of the different players inside the partner organization and use that understanding to unlock decisions
- Spend consistent in-person time with the partner's teams in New York so relationships run deep across the organization, not through a single contact
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
FIRST 30 DAYS
Fully onboarded on a flagship account: you understand the current integration, its performance data, and the history of the relationship, and you have mapped the organization, its decision makers, and their incentives. You have met the key PMs in person and established yourself as Morpho's primary point of contact.
FIRST 3 MONTHS
You have drafted a full account strategy with the CEO: growth thesis, expansion opportunities across existing and new products, blockers, and a 12-month roadmap. A recurring cadence is running with the partner's product teams, and you have identified 2-3 quantified expansion plays and begun pitching them to the relevant PMs.
FIRST 6 MONTHS
Morpho features on the partner's product roadmap, with at least one expansion play committed or shipped and measurable growth in revenue and active loans against your starting baseline. Executive relationships are established, quarterly reviews run as standard cadence, and you are trusted internally as the voice of the account.
MUST HAVE SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Experience navigating and selling into large organizations, for example through a top-tier consulting background or an enterprise-facing operating role
- Strong relationship builder across levels, from PMs to executives
- Product-minded: able to insert yourself into a roadmap and argue the commercial and product case for integrating loans
- Data-driven: comfortable tracking product metrics and spotting expansion opportunities like new jurisdictions or activation campaigns
- Crypto native: credible in front of PMs at major crypto and fintech platforms
- Comfort operating in fast-changing, ambiguous contexts
- Strong ownership and autonomy: doesn't wait to be told
- Clear and crisp async communication
- Team-first mindset, low ego
PERKS & BENEFITS
We design benefits around deep work and growth, so you can do the best work of your career. Expect fair, top-tier compensation, real flexibility, time together in Paris, great health coverage, and support to keep learning.

We welcome applicants from all backgrounds and hire based on talent, potential, and values alignment.

What you’ll be part of
Garner is on a mission to transform the U.S. healthcare system — and we’re the only proven player doing exactly that. We partner with employers to redesign how healthcare works: applying 550+ proprietary clinical metrics across 80+ specialties to a dataset of 320M+ patients to identify the best-performing doctors, then using compelling incentives to steer members to the care that helps them get healthier, faster.
The result is a rare “win win” — better care and lower costs for both members and employers. In just five years, our work has helped over 2.5 million people access higher-quality care and saved $1B in healthcare costs. We recently raised our Series E and have doubled five years running. If you've ever wanted your work to solve a problem that touches every person in this country, this is the opportunity to do exactly that. You'd be joining a team fundamentally reimagining healthcare in the U.S. — and using AI to scale that impact further and faster than anyone else can.
About the role:
We are seeking an execution-focused and visionary Data Engineering Manager to lead our Data Platform Team. In this critical role, you will manage a team of talented engineers dedicated to building the common, reusable abstractions and high-throughput data infrastructure that power Garner’s internal and external applications. You will champion an AI-native development philosophy and scale our data pipeline capabilities, ensuring our systems seamlessly support the heavy computational demands of our next phase of company-wide growth.
Where you will work:
This role will be based in our New York City office (in the Financial District). You must be willing to work in the office 3 days per week on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
What you will do:
Lead and manage the Data Platform Engineering team, owning the end-to-end design, implementation, and operational excellence of systems that process complex healthcare data
Provide high-quality technical contributions and architectural guidance, establishing robust standards for data modeling, processing, and system maintainability
Build and optimize common data abstractions, pipelines, and frameworks designed for high scalability, ensuring our platform keeps pace with exponential enterprise data growth
Translate complex, ambiguous business and data requirements into well-scoped, accurately estimated, and composable architectural pieces
Foster and drive an AI-native engineering culture within the team, integrating cutting-edge AI tools and integrations to enhance development workflows and automate data operations
Manage and grow stakeholder relationships across Engineering and Product, aligning team priorities with departmental OKRs and broader business goals
Mentor, coach, and guide your team members, conducting detailed design reviews and managing robust Root Cause Analyses (RCA) to continuously elevate technical rigor
The ideal candidate has:
5+ years of hands-on engineering experience, with a focus on Big Data and distributed system and infrastructure
2+ years of managing engineering teams, with a track record of building and mentoring high performing teams
Expertise with batch data processing frameworks such as Hadoop, Spark, EMR, etc.
Experience with stream processing systems such as Kafka and RedPanda
Proficiency with technologies such as Temporal, Apache iceberg, AWS glue, Spark, DBT, and Soda
Exhibits strong ownership and a proactive mindset, with a proven ability to translate complex business needs into scalable, actionable technical roadmaps
Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in dynamic, fast-paced startup environments, with a hands-on approach and a strong commitment to organizational success
Preference for managing healthcare data standards (e.g. HIPAA, EDI)
A desire to be a part of our mission to improve the U.S. healthcare system
A desire to be a part of a high-performing, mission-driven team that operates with intense urgency, a strong sense of individual accountability, and a commitment to authentic feedback
Technologies we use:
Python, Spark, dbt, SnowFlake, Iceberg, Airflow, OpenMetadata, Kubernetes, NATS, AWS, Terraform, Claude Code
This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-growing company in a transformative role, helping shape the future of healthcare.
What you'll get here:
You’ll work on problems that matter, at a company working to change healthcare at scale. You’ll work at the intersection of AI and systemic healthcare reform, where the problems we solve are as interesting and compelling as the mission.
At Garner, you’ll take on real, ambitious problems with real ownership and autonomy, alongside exceptional, principles-based people who genuinely want you to win. It’s demanding by design. You’ll be challenged to stretch beyond what you thought possible and receive consistent coaching to help you grow and do the best work of your career. This isn't the right fit for everyone, and that's intentional. The people here are driven by what's at stake for real people, and that's what gives our intensity its purpose.
Compensation Transparency:
The target salary range for this position is $310,000 - $385,000. Individual compensation for this role will depend on various factors, including qualifications, skills, and applicable laws. In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible to participate in our equity incentive and competitive benefits plans, including but not limited to: flexible PTO, Medical/Dental/Vision plan options, 401(k), Teladoc Health and more.

7+ years of software engineering experience, with significant time spent operating ML or data-intensive systems in production at scale.
Deep experience with the modern ML production stack: model serving (e.g., Sagemaker, Triton, or equivalent), feature stores, model registries, and CI/CD for ML.
Strong infrastructure and platform engineering fundamentals: Kubernetes, containerization, cloud (AWS preferred), Terraform/IaC, observability, and incident response.
Experience designing ML platforms or significant components of one (not strictly consuming SaaS) and the judgment to know when to build vs. buy.
Strong collaboration with ML, data, platform engineers, data scientists, and product engineering teams, with the ability to set technical direction as the most senior MLOps voice in the org.
Healthcare, regulated-data, or other high-stakes production ML experience is a plus but not required.
A desire to be a part of a high-performing, mission-driven team that operates with intense urgency, a strong sense of individual accountability, and a commitment to authentic feedback

You care about developer tools, clear technical storytelling, and helping software engineers do their best work. You know how to take complex product capabilities and turn them into clear narratives, launches, and campaigns that resonate with a highly technical audience. If you thrive on autonomy, take pride in your technical craft, and want to help shape how .NET developers worldwide view our tools, this role is for you.
About JetBrains
We create intelligent software development tools for developers and teams. More than 15 million users, over 300,000 companies, and 88 of the Fortune Global Top 100 rely on our products to solve real, complex problems. Our mission is simple: make development teams more productive and AI adoptable at scale.
What you’ll do
Developer tools are changing fast, and how we talk about .NET tools needs to stay grounded, credible, and clear. We need someone who can take ownership of technical product marketing across Rider, ReSharper, and dotUltimate, ensuring our messaging cuts through industry noise and focuses on genuine developer needs.
In this role, you’ll dig into products and developer workflows yourself, identify the stories worth telling, and help determine how we bring them to market. You will work closely with Product Managers, software engineers, Developer Advocates, Research, Growth, and other Marketing teams. Decisions here live close to the work – you’ll have the autonomy to generate ideas, test new campaign approaches, and shape product messaging without needing permission at every step.
Day to day, you will:
Develop clear positioning, messaging, and product stories around Rider, ReSharper, dotUltimate, and related .NET developer experiences.
Turn complex technical capabilities and developer workflows into clear content, including launch stories, product pages, blog posts, case studies, video scripts, and campaign assets.
Own product and feature marketing for key capabilities, working from product priorities and product manager input to shape developer-facing stories.
Coordinate selected release marketing workflows, including planning and producing What’s New content and ensuring release stories are accurately represented.
Build a deep understanding of .NET developers, their workflows, customer needs, market trends, and community conversations to shape priorities and campaigns.
Develop and execute developer-focused campaigns around important product bets, defining the audience, message, channels, assets, and measures of success.
Extend product stories beyond release day through follow-up content, campaigns, customer stories, and amplification.
Measure the performance of launches, content, and campaigns, share what we learn, and adjust our approach when needed.
Help tell the evolving story of professional developer tools as AI changes how software is built, including workflows involving agents and code intelligence.
Contribute hands-on by writing articles, testing features, building briefs, editing landing pages, and capturing product visuals directly on demo projects.
What you’ll bring
High technical curiosity and a deep respect for developer workflows and software craft.
Comfort taking ownership, making decisions independently, and carrying ambiguous opportunities through execution.
A habit of asking good questions and challenging assumptions constructively before building a campaign.
Clear, direct communication style with an ability to explain complex technical ideas clearly and credibly.
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple workstreams and collaborate smoothly across distributed teams.
A pragmatic approach that balances strategic thinking, creative problem-solving, and hands-on execution.
What you’ll need
Practical experience in technical product marketing, developer marketing, or a comparable role for a technical software product.
Ability to understand software development well enough to work directly with engineers and translate technical capabilities into developer benefits.
Proven track record of bringing software products, features, or releases to market within frequent release cycles.
Solid understanding of positioning, messaging, audience segmentation, channel selection, and campaign measurement.
Excellent written and spoken English, with the ability to create compelling technical content and collaborate effectively with global teams.
We’d be especially thrilled if you:
Have worked on developer tools, IDEs, APIs, SDKs, cloud or developer infrastructure, DevOps, or another product built for software developers.
Have hands-on development experience or regularly work with code and developer tooling.
Know C#, .NET, Rider, ReSharper, Visual Studio, VS Code, or related developer ecosystems.
Have marketed AI-assisted development tools or are familiar with modern coding agents and AI developer workflows.
Have created technical content such as case studies, tutorials, product videos, demos, technical articles, or developer-focused campaigns.
Have experience working directly with developer communities or technical customers, including through webinars, interviews, or customer conversations.
What success looks like
Success means crafting clear, credible product narratives that help .NET developers understand the value of our tools, earning the trust of product and engineering teams, and continuously improving how we bring releases and campaigns to market.

We expect our engineers to champion cutting-edge industry practices as we aggressively embrace AI in every facet of our operations and norms. We are seeking teammates who take pride in delivering their best work while fostering a strong team culture.
Where you will work:
Garner is headquartered in NYC, but this position is available for individuals who are comfortable with remote work and occasional travel to HQ.
What you will do:
Lead team-level technical strategy and execution on multi-quarter time horizons
Use AI to build, optimize, and maintain software systems
Uplevel engineers across the organization by raising the technical bar
Collaborate across disciplines to understand our domain and iterate on projects
Protect our users’ privacy and security through best practices
The ideal candidate has:
6+ years of software engineering experience
Experience leading teams of engineers with demonstrated impact on technical strategy
A generalist software engineering mindset ready to learn new languages, frameworks, and techniques required for a fast paced startup environment
Demonstrated ability to build complex systems using AI coding agents (we use Claude Code)
Able to learn quickly and mentor others
Familiarity with data security and HIPAA compliance
A desire to be a part of a high-performing, mission-driven team that operates with intense urgency, a strong sense of individual accountability, and a commitment to authentic feedback

BILLING & ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE ANALYST (SAAS)
🌍 Where do we hire from? Check that your country appears on this page https://docs.google.com/document/d/1bzBZ38P6zt02s96S9OsF8MnM1tq1JccB-g75gcnKpPw/edit?usp=sharing. For this role, you’ll have at least 5 hours daily overlap with our UK-based Finance team.
Hi there, I'm Rene Pavlides, Head of Finance at TestGorilla. I’m excited to share more about the Billing & Accounts Receivable Analyst role and our team.
ABOUT TESTGORILLA
At TestGorilla, we're on a mission to place 1 billion people in their dream jobs. To democratize opportunity, we’re building the world's leading skills-based talent discovery platform - one that replaces reliance on resumes with scientific validation of what people can truly do.
Founded as a 100% remote company in 2020, our global team is united by high standards, a lot of heart, and a relentless drive to conquer new technological frontiers. We’re all AI-fluent builders who care deeply about replacing bias with fairness.
After empowering thousands of companies to hire smarter and faster, we’re now unlocking the next phase of our scale-up journey - where you'll play an instrumental role in creating a world where skills matter most!
ABOUT THE ROLE
As our Billing & Accounts Receivable Analyst, you'll own customer billing, accounts receivable and collections for our subscription business. You'll investigate invoice and payment discrepancies, resolve them directly with customers, reconcile billing and payment records against the ledger, and fix the processes that keep causing them. You'll join a lean, three-person, AI-empowered Finance team, working directly with our Head of Finance and Senior Financial Controller, with lasting and broad ownership from day one.
Billing, AR, collections and reconciliation are core, permanent responsibilities. What grows is the build side. As you learn our systems and reporting definitions you'll take ownership of MRR/ARR reporting, and we'll expect you to automate the manual workflows behind it rather than maintain them. If you'd rather fix the process than work the queue, that's the part of this job that gets bigger.
RESPONSIBILITIES
In this role, your responsibilities will include:
- Upholding TestGorilla's behaviors and fostering an inclusive, supportive culture.
- Owning customer billing end to end, including invoicing, subscription changes, payment queries, refunds, failed payment recovery, credit notes and corrections within agreed approval limits, and working with Customer Success on complex or sensitive billing cases.
- Owning accounts receivable, collections and dunning (via Upflow), resolving failed payments and billing disputes directly with customers.
- Getting to the root cause of recurring billing issues and fixing the underlying process, rather than just resolving individual cases as they come up.
- Owning reconciliations across billing, payments, subscription reporting and the ledger, explaining timing and definition differences, and producing MRR/ARR movement reporting and analysis that helps Finance understand what has changed and why.
- Improving and introducing Finance automations around AR, billing and reporting, and moving routine work towards exception-based processing.
- Supporting billing platform, pricing and packaging changes from a Finance perspective: defining requirements, testing outcomes and monitoring exceptions, and partnering with Product and Engineering when a technical change is needed.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
We're looking for someone who:
- Is passionate about TestGorilla's mission to help one billion people find their dream jobs.
- Has excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Thrives in a high-autonomy, async-first, remote-only environment.
- Has personally owned customer billing and AR or collections, including investigating exceptions and following issues through to resolution.
- Has personally resolved complex customer billing or payment issues directly with customers.
- Has run customer billing in a subscription or other recurring-revenue business, and is hands-on with a subscription billing platform such as Chargebee, Zuora, Recurly, Stripe Billing, Maxio, Paddle or similar.
- Is skilled at reconciliation, and able to independently work through why two financial or customer datasets don't agree.
- Has strong Excel or Google Sheets skills.
- Is comfortable using AI and automation to reduce manual work, and can point to a recurring Finance process they personally improved or automated.
Most people in this role will have at least four years of relevant experience. We haven't set an upper limit, because we care far more about what you've owned and how you've progressed than the number of years.
We seek diversity and encourage applications from everyone, even if your experience doesn't exactly match the description. Studies show that women and underrepresented groups can be hesitant to apply unless they meet every requirement - let's buck that trend!
BONUS SKILLS
While these skills aren't a requirement, we'd be very interested to hear from you if you have any of the following:
- Experience with a subscription billing platform such as Chargebee, Zuora, Recurly, Stripe Billing, Maxio or Paddle.
- Experience with a collections platform such as Upflow.
- MRR, ARR, churn or subscription-revenue reporting.
- SQL or self-service BI tools such as Looker, Metabase, Power BI or Holistics.
- Experience building or maintaining automations using tools like Claude, n8n, Zapier, Make or Python.
- Multi-currency billing, pricing/packaging changes, or ERP migrations.
- A professional accounting qualification.
WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?
Please note: In this role, you’ll be hired as an Individual Contractor.
- Global Team: Join a fully remote, mission-driven team from around the world.
- Competitive compensation: Receive competitive pay of between €43,440 and €54,300 per year + Share Appreciation Rights (SARs).
- Remote & flexible work: Work from almost anywhere*. Enjoy flexible hours and asynchronous work to balance work and life.
*Check out the countries we currently hire from here https://docs.google.com/document/d/1bzBZ38P6zt02s96S9OsF8MnM1tq1JccB-g75gcnKpPw/edit?usp=sharing.
- Remote work budget: €1,000 available each year, or up to €2,000 from day 1 if you're buying a laptop!
- Growth & development: Invest in yourself and your career with a 3.5% L&D budget per year and clear growth opportunities.
- Parent/Caregiver support: We provide a caregiver-friendly work environment with paid 8-16 week parental leave and tailored return-to-work approaches.
- Work-life balance: Our unlimited and flexible time off policy empowers you to take the time you need to recharge and maintain your well-being.

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Ramp builds software that moves real money, from bill payments and corporate cards to reimbursements, accounting integrations, and travel. Our customers rely on us to keep their operations running: invoices get paid, books get closed, and finance leaders can trust the data behind every decision.
In this role, you will be the person who spots where customers are getting stuck and drives issues to a clear resolution. You will learn a complex product deeply enough to troubleshoot across payments, bank linking, accounting syncs, and card programs, then partner with teams across Engineering, Risk, Product, and Partnerships to get problems solved. This is not script-based support. You will triage, investigate, and make high-signal judgment calls throughout the day.
You will thrive in this role if you are a systems thinker and deeply customer obsessed. Support is the baseline. How you think about improving processes, tools, and outcomes is what sets you apart.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Be the voice of Ramp's Customer Support. You'll spend your day engaging with customers, primarily via live calls, email, and chat.
- Diagnose across a broad product surface. Ramp isn't one product — it's payments, cards, travel, accounting integrations, and more. You'll need to understand how they connect and where they break.
- Operate with an ownership mindset, managing escalations end-to-end. You take full accountability for every ticket you handle. When an issue crosses team boundaries — risk, engineering, product, partnerships — you route it correctly, follow up, and make sure the customer isn't left waiting. You'll work across Zendesk, internal tooling, and Slack-based escalation workflows.
- Build and shape AI tools, not just use them. Ramp is building AI into CX operations. You'll use AI-powered research tools and proprietary tools like Glass daily, provide direct feedback on what's working, and play an active role in how these tools evolve. You're not just a user — you're a builder. We are all builders at Ramp.
- Ship improvements, not just flag them. When you notice a process gap, a missing SOP, or a knowledge base article that's sending associates down the wrong path, you don't just raise it — you have the autonomy to roll up your sleeves and fix it. Leverage AI to solve problems, build automations, and improve the systems around you. The best people in this role make the whole team better.
- Communicate with precision and empathy. Our customers are financially sophisticated. You need to explain what's happening, what you're doing about it, and what they should expect — clearly and without filler.
WHAT YOU NEED
- You're a systems thinker: you don't just solve the ticket in front of you, you ask why the problem exists and how to prevent it from happening again.
- You actively use AI tools — Claude, Notion AI, research and workflow tools — and can demonstrate how you've applied them to get real work done. This is a hard requirement.
- You're fast-moving while holding yourself to a high bar for execution: you balance speed, accuracy, and thoroughness in every interaction.
- You can hold a technical conversation about how systems connect (APIs, bank integrations, accounting software) even if you're not writing code.
- You manage competing priorities without dropping things. When you have 15 open issues across 4 internal teams, nothing falls through.
- You write clearly and concisely. You can explain a payment reconciliation issue to a CFO without jargon.
- You're comfortable on the phone. Many interactions start there.
- You have a demonstrated track record of exceeding key performance standards, including CSAT, QA, and speed-of-service metrics.
NICE TO HAVES
- Experience building workflows or automations using AI tools, not just prompting
- Familiarity with accounting workflows (AP/AR, GL, reconciliation) or ERP integrations (NetSuite, QuickBooks, Sage)
- Background in payments infrastructure (ACH, wire transfers, card networks)
- Track record of working somewhere that shipped product fast and expected CX to keep up
WHY BE A CX ASSOCIATE AT RAMP
- Cross-functional exposure from day one. You work directly with Product, Engineering, and GTM teams — not siloed into a support queue.
- AI tools and unlimited access. Unlimited tokens, proprietary AI tools like Glass, and a culture that expects you to use them to move faster and build smarter.
- Career growth that you own. Grow within CX, explore other functions internally, or carve out a path that doesn't exist yet. If you're invested, we're invested.
- Culture that's different from a call center. Team events, in-person offsites, and a genuine commitment to building a team people want to be part of.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
UX research at Anthropic works across products used by millions of people, on interactions that don't have established conventions yet. We inform critical decisions through rigorous research, working closely with curious, open-minded stakeholders who are eager to learn along with us. We combine qualitative and quantitative methods to understand user needs in a space that's evolving faster than anyone can track. We move fast, favor impact over polish, and increasingly build our own tools, deeply leveraging Claude to do research at the speed and rigor this environment demands.
This role is on the Platform research team, embedded in Anthropic's Platform organization, which comprises the API, the agent and connector infrastructure developers build on top of it, and the Console, SDKs, and documentation they use to do it. A large share of what gets built with Claude is built on this platform, including many of Anthropic's own products, and the people who use it range from individual developers to the largest enterprises.
The teams that build the platform are deeply technical, move quickly, and are deeply curious about and engaged with users. User research's job here is to give them a deeper and more systematic understanding of those users than they can get on their own, and to help the organization decide what to build for them next.
This is a senior individual-contributor role with a great deal of autonomy. You'll work with the rest of the Platform user research team and with Platform's leaders to decide where research can make the biggest difference, and then lead that work yourself.
Key responsibilities
Work with Platform's leaders and teams to understand what they most need to know about the people building on Claude, decide what is and isn't worth studying, and own that agenda
Design and run the research yourself using both qualitative and quantitative methods
Study the full range of people the platform serves: developers, the teams and companies building products on it, and the people who administer and buy it
Communicate findings to product managers, designers, and engineers and follow them through to product decisions, while building the shared understanding of users that lets teams make good calls on their own
Build the tools and infrastructure that let research keep pace with the platform, using Claude heavily and inventing methods where the existing ones don't fit
Minimum qualifications
Industry UX research experience independently scoping, designing, running, and reporting end-to-end studies
Mixed-methods expertise: interviewing technical users well, and designing and analyzing surveys rigorously
A technical background, in one of these forms: you've worked as a software engineer; you have a sustained body of developer-experience research on APIs, SDKs, or developer tools; or you have a sustained track record of researching deeply technical products. In practice: you can read our documentation, build something small on the platform, and keep up with very technical teams without translation
Hands-on use of AI in your own research: you already run your work through it and use it to build your own analyses and tooling
Preferred qualifications
8+ years of industry UX research experience
Experience setting the research strategy for a product or product area, with a track record of research that changed direction at the strategy level, not just the feature level, in direct partnership with product or organization leaders
Experience embedding with engineering-led product teams that ship fast and earning influence there, from the engineer who owns the endpoint up to the head of the organization
Excellent storytelling, calibrated to audience: you can discuss a finding with the head of the organization as effectively as with the engineer who owns the endpoint
Experience building with AI yourself using coding tools and agents, and an appetite to help build the research tools that don't exist yet
Experience researching pricing, packaging, or how customers decide what a product is worth, especially for usage-based or developer products
Background in API-ecosystem or developer-platform research
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
Annual Salary:
$305,000
—
$385,000 USD
Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

The Vault is an MPC-based crypto custody platform for institutional and retail clients, running threshold signing across HSM and Ledger hardware. We're scaling toward Series A, launching our productized platform in 2026, and publishing original cryptographic research alongside the product.
We're hiring a Staff Engineer to design and ship the custody platform's hardest backend code. This is a hands-on IC role with real technical leadership — no people management — where you drive non-trivial initiatives through code, RFCs, and mentorship.
You'll shape architecture in your area of ownership; platform-wide decisions sit with technical leadership. We're AI-forward (Claude Code, Cursor, Codex), and we need engineers who can read AI-generated code critically and catch what it misses — not just prompt it.
You'll naturally gravitate toward either the security-critical core (MPC, threshold signing, HSM/Ledger integration, key lifecycle) or the faster-moving periphery (chain adapters, integrations, APIs/SDKs).
What you'll do
Design, write, and ship critical platform components: policy engine, signing orchestration, key lifecycle workflows, recovery flows, approvals, audit trails, multi-tenant wallet and account services.
Lead non-trivial cross-cutting initiatives in your area — through written RFCs, design reviews, and code, not through hierarchy.
Build high-load, multi-tenant SaaS systems: tenant isolation, quotas, rate limits, backpressure, concurrency control, predictable latency under spikes.
Distributed systems & reliability: idempotency, retries, outbox/inbox, event-driven workflows, sagas and state machines, replay, graceful degradation.
Security-by-design: least privilege, secret handling, mTLS/JWT, tamper-evident logs, audit-ready data models — designed for SOC 2, ISO 27001, and DORA scope from day one.
Performance & data: profiling, load testing, benchmarking, contention analysis, GC tuning; strong relational modelling (Postgres or equivalent), migrations, indexing, clear consistency boundaries.
AI-assisted development as a core competency: ship production code with Claude Code, Cursor, and Codex; build the prompt and agent patterns that work for your area; contribute to the company's AI engineering practices; know when to use AI heavily (periphery, integrations, tests, docs) and when not to (cryptographic core, signing paths) where blind generation is unsafe.
Set patterns and shared libraries for the services your area touches; raise the bar through code review and example.
Own features end-to-end: design notes / RFCs, code, tests, observability, rollout, on-call. No "throw it over the wall" handoffs.
Mentor senior engineers: your reviews and your written designs are the strongest signal to the rest of the team.
Requirements
Must-have experience
Strong CS fundamentals — our primary screening criterion. You can reason from first principles about concurrency, distributed systems, consistency models, networking, and OS behaviour. You know not just what locks and channels do, but why and when. You understand what's happening under the hood, not only at the API level.
Ownership mindset. You've owned non-trivial production systems end-to-end — design, ship, measure, improve, on-call. You don't wait to be told what to do, and you don't ship code you don't understand.
10+ years backend engineering, including 3+ years operating at Staff level (or equivalent senior IC scope). Strong production experience in a modern systems language — Go, Rust, Java, C++, or comparable. Hands-on Go experience, or genuine readiness to ramp on Go in the first month.
Track record of Staff-level technical leadership through code, RFCs, and influence — without formal authority over teams. You can point to RFCs you wrote that the team adopted, initiatives you drove without being the manager, patterns you set that outlasted you.
Proven track record building high-load, multi-tenant SaaS in production (HA, incident response, SLOs).
Hands-on with modern backend stacks: gRPC/HTTP, queues/streams, caching, relational databases, Kafka/NATS or equivalent.
Strong testing discipline: unit/integration/contract tests, testability-first design, deterministic CI.
Strong observability habits: structured logging, metrics, tracing, end-to-end production debugging.
REQUIRED: production-grade use of modern AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, or comparable). You can point at what you've built with them. You read AI-generated code as a hostile reviewer, not a grateful recipient — you have instincts for what AI tends to get wrong, and you don't ship code you couldn't have written yourself.
Nice to have
Exposure to custody, wallets, or signing systems (MPC, HSM, TEE, key management, approvals).
Hardware wallet integration (Ledger).
Multiple blockchain ecosystems (EVM and Bitcoin minimum; Cosmos, Solana, others a plus).
Built custom agents, MCP integrations, or in-repo AI workflows that compounded a team's productivity.
Designed and run evals for AI-generated code (correctness, security, style).
Kubernetes and service mesh in production; SRE practices.
Regulated-environment experience (fintech, security audits, compliance-driven engineering).
Threat modelling and security review participation.
Familiarity with SOC 2, ISO 27001, and DORA — enough to design for them.
What this role is NOT
A people management role.
A pure architecture / whiteboard role. You write production code in this codebase every week, and platform-wide architectural ownership sits elsewhere.
A research-only cryptography role. You collaborate with our Cryptography Researcher; your focus is platform engineering, not protocol design.
Pure feature ticket execution. If you wait to be told what to do, this won't work.
Benefits
A Staff IC role with real technical leadership — no people management, no sprint mechanics gauntlet, no architecture-by-committee.
An AI-forward engineering culture with budget and autonomy for the tooling, models, and agents you need.
Direct peers in cryptography research, security architecture, product, and delivery — you're not the only senior voice in the room.
Fully remote, any time zone with reasonable overlap with EU/CIS hours.
Competitive comp at the Staff engineer band; equity participation; full benefits.
A product approaching Series A with paying institutional customers and a published cryptographic research line
Location: Philippines; South Africa; Pakistan; Morocco; Egypt; Brazil

We are looking for a Director, Product Finance and FP&A to help drive Ramp’s next phase of growth! This role spans our Product Finance and Corporate FP&A functions. You'll own two of the highest-leverage areas on the team: the unit economics and monetization strategy across every product we ship, and the financial architecture of the company—model, budget, and Board reporting. The work you do will directly shape how we price, how we allocate capital, and how we support executive decision-making through financial insights and planning.
This represents a truly unique opportunity to join one of the country’s fastest-growing startups as we scale toward a potential IPO. You’ll partner closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, Accounting, and executive leadership to drive some of Ramp’s most important financial decisions.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
PRODUCT FINANCE
- Own our unit economics models for every product line, setting financial targets and partnering cross-functionally to turn goals into reality
- Drive pricing and monetization strategy across Ramp's portfolio in partnership with Product and executive leadership
- Run strategic custom deals, structuring creative commercial arrangements that help Sales win in competitive situations
- Partner closely with Product leaders to evaluate new product investments, business cases, and long-term growth opportunities
FP&A
- Own Ramp's consolidated financial model and develop a deep understanding of the business drivers behind company performance from revenue through cash flow
- Lead headcount planning across the company, including partnering with People and GTM leadership on capacity and hiring decisions
- Lead non-payroll budgeting across the company, particularly partnering with Engineering, Procurement Ops, and executive leadership on cost strategy and vendor negotiations
- Build and oversee executive-level financial reporting, analyses, and materials that support Board and leadership decision-making
- Own FP&A's internal systems and tooling roadmap for the infrastructure that both FP&A and the broader finance org run on
WHAT YOU NEED
- 8+ years of experience in investment banking, management consulting, private equity, strategic finance, FP&A, or a related finance function, including experience at a high-growth technology company
- Experience managing, mentoring, or developing high-performing team members is a plus
- Excellent financial modeling and quantitative/data analysis skills
- Extreme attention to detail with a high regard for precision
- A "get things done" mentality—you can dissect complex problems, identify solutions, and drive them to completion with a high degree of autonomy
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial analyses clearly to cross-functional stakeholders and executives
- Proven track record of using AI and automation tools (e.g. Claude Code) to streamline financial analysis, modeling, reporting, and other finance workflows
BENEFITS AVAILABLE TO ALL FULL-TIME RAMP EMPLOYEES (GLOBAL)

- Centralized home-office equipment ordering
- Health and wellness stipend
- Budget for intra-office travel
