ABOUT THE ROLE
ElevenMusic is a consumer music app where music is the core product: a place to listen, create, remix and share. The team is small, agent-first and sits apart from the main org, with very fast CI, so ideas often ship the same or next day. Today, one engineer runs the whole iOS app alone.
We’re looking for a Mobile Engineer to own ElevenMusic across iOS and Android, and to make mobile a driver of the product rather than a downstream port of web features. You’ll build for musicians and creatives, think in systems as well as screens, and work with high autonomy and a high bar for taste.
Requirements
- Shipped a well-designed, production mobile app that real users love, and can show us what you owned.
- Strong systems thinking across mobile and backend. We’re framework-agnostic (Swift UI or Kotlin Jetpack Compose), but expect you to work across iOS and Android.
- Exceptional product taste and a clear view on what makes a mobile experience great.
- Highly self-directed: you turn loose directions into shipped work and own the outcome.
Bonus: musical interest or intuition. Open-source or GitHub contributions.
Location
This role is remote-first, so it can be executed from anywhere in Europe and the US East Coast, with the ability to operate in GMT-5 to GMT+1 timezones required. If you prefer, you can work from our offices in London, New York, Warsaw, and Amsterdam.
#LI-Remote
We are an equal opportunity employer and do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, veteran status, disability or other legally protected statuses.

About the Team
You will join our global Web3 growth and ecosystem team and support the global growth and ecosystem development of broader Web3 initiatives.
This is a global role working closely with cross-functional teams across multiple markets and regions to identify opportunities.
Responsibilities will be carried out in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
Role Overview
This is a global Web3 growth and ecosystem role, based in Hong Kong and operating across markets. We are looking for a globally minded operations professional who is deeply involved in the on-chain ecosystem, understands diverse on-chain user communities, and can independently plan and execute campaigns across regions.
You will work around X Layer and OKX Wallet to connect ecosystem projects, communities, and users worldwide; bring high-quality applications to real users; and turn campaign participation into sustained on-chain usage and ecosystem growth.
This focuses respectively on public blockchain ecosystem partnerships and operations and global Wallet user growth and campaign operations. Both require strong ecosystem knowledge, cross-market user insight, and end-to-end campaign execution capabilities.
What You’ll Be Doing
Ecosystem Research and Opportunity Identification
: Continuously track leading public blockchains and sectors such as DeFi, on-chain trading, and consumer applications across global markets. Identify projects with product value, an established user base, and growth potential, and develop actionable partnership and operational plans.
Ecosystem Partnerships and Development
: Build and maintain relationships with project teams, communities, and ecosystem partners across regions. Drive globally scalable co-marketing campaigns, application promotion, and user education, while continuously tracking post-launch activity and growth.
Global User Insights and Operations
: Engage deeply with on-chain user communities across markets to understand the motivations, decision-making habits, and barriers faced by different user segments. Establish user segmentation and feedback mechanisms, and optimise the conversion journey from first-time experience to ongoing usage.
Campaign Planning and Execution
: Independently lead global and regional ecosystem co-marketing campaigns, on-chain quests, trading campaigns, community incentive programs, AMAs, and online/offline events. Own target-setting, campaign mechanics, budget planning, resource coordination, launch execution, and post-campaign analysis.
Growth and Data Analysis:
Define metrics around qualified new users, first on-chain interactions, activity, retention, and partner-project growth. Evaluate performance using on-chain and product data, and continuously optimize participation requirements, incentive mechanisms, and operational investment.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with global Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, Data, and regional teams to turn user feedback into product and operational improvements, ensuring a seamless connection between campaigns and the product experience.
What We Look For In You
Experience in Web3 ecosystem operations, user growth, community operations, or campaign operations. Able to provide complete case studies of projects personally led, with verifiable results.
Long-term, hands-on participation in the on-chain ecosystem. Proficient in using wallets, DEXs, cross-chain bridges, and mainstream DApps; understands core concepts such as token approvals, gas fees, slippage, and liquidity; and can independently conduct product-experience and user-journey analysis.
Familiarity with on-chain users and their communities. Understands behavioral differences among trading-focused, DeFi-focused, and task-driven users, and can distinguish short-term, incentive-driven participation from needs that support sustained usage.
Understanding of public blockchain ecosystem-building dynamics, including project onboarding, application distribution, user acquisition, liquidity, and communities. Able to design partnership proposals that create value for both project teams and users.
Proven experience independently planning and executing campaigns. Able to clearly articulate campaign objectives, target audience, mechanics, budget, execution process, and final outcomes, and propose improvements based on post-campaign reviews.
Strong data mindset, with the ability to analyze operational conversion funnels, user retention, and campaign costs. Accountable for genuine user growth and business outcomes.
Strong communication, project-management, and execution skills; able to drive projects in a fast-paced, globally distributed, cross-functional environment. Professional English communication and copywriting skills are required to work effectively with international projects, communities, and internal stakeholders. Additional language capabilities and experience operating across multiple markets are advantageous.
Preferred Global Experience
Deep involvement in on-chain ecosystems such as RWA and Meme, with an understanding of user personas, community culture, asset issuance, and trading mechanics across different sectors. Relevant project operations or growth experience is preferred.
Ongoing attention to and hands-on experience with emerging protocols such as Tapeout. Able to analyze product mechanics, user participation journeys, and growth opportunities, and translate these into concrete partnership or campaign proposals.
Experience in Meme community operations, trend-based campaign planning, or on-chain trading campaigns. Able to manage communication timing and drive community participation and user conversion.
Experience in user education, ecosystem partnerships, or campaign planning for RWA projects. Able to translate complex product mechanisms into clear, easy-to-understand content and participation flows.
An active global network of on-chain users, project teams, trading communities, or content creators, with the ability to independently drive cross-market partnerships and produce verifiable growth results.
Demonstrated success in converting early momentum around emerging sectors or protocols into Wallet usage, on-chain interactions, and sustained retention.

Cloud-native, infinitely scalable, highly secure, and configurable in 5 minutes - it just works and is always free for the first 200 endpoints, with no functional limits. By pioneering autonomous OS and third-party patching with peer-to-peer patch distribution and real-time vulnerability assessment and remediation without needing a VPN, it eliminates routine labor, preempts ransomware and security risks, and protects the digital employee experience.
In 2026, Action1 was recognized by Inc. 5000 as the fastest-growing founder-led cybersecurity company in America. At the helm of Action1 are industry veterans Alex Vovk and Mike Walters, American entrepreneurs who founded Netwrix, which has grown into a multi-billion-dollar industry-leading cybersecurity company.
The Role
We are looking for a Product & Web Designer to shape the user experience of Action1's SaaS platform and help make complex IT management workflows simple, intuitive, and efficient.
Your primary focus will be designing product interfaces, improving usability, and building consistent design patterns across our platform. You'll work closely with Product Managers and R&D teams to turn product requirements and user needs into practical, well-designed solutions.
This is a hands-on role with real ownership. We value designers who think beyond visual appearance, understand how users interact with software, and are comfortable proposing solutions rather than simply following instructions.
Alongside product design, you may occasionally support web, HR, and marketing initiatives with visual design work.
What you'll do
Design intuitive user interfaces for Action1's SaaS platform.
Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
Improve usability and simplify complex product workflows.
Refine product interfaces based on user feedback, usability insights, and technical constraints.
Occasionally create visuals for websites, HR initiatives, and marketing materials.
What we're looking for
2+ years of professional experience in UI/UX or product design, preferably for SaaS or web applications.
Strong UI/UX skills, including interaction design, user flows, information architecture, and visual design.
Hands-on experience using AI-powered design tools and solutions to accelerate workflows, explore ideas, and improve design outcomes.
Nice to have
Experience designing complex B2B SaaS products, dashboards, or administrative interfaces.
Experience with user research, usability testing, and data-informed design decisions.
Understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and WCAG principles.
Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and frontend development constraints.
Familiarity with IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, or endpoint management products.
Please include a portfolio demonstrating your product design work. We especially value examples showing the problem, your design approach, and the final solution.
Benefits
Fully remote work with flexibility to support your work-life balance.
A collaborative environment that empowers you to own your domain and implement best practices.
Stable income, benefits, flexible working hours, and opportunities for career advancement.
Friendly, professional colleagues who are eager to support you and help you grow.
Engaging challenges and opportunities to make a meaningful impact.

About Deluxe Holiday Homes
Deluxe Holiday Homes is a leading holiday-home and property management company based in Dubai, UAE, managing a portfolio of 800+ premium short-term rental properties across the emirate. The Deluxe Homes Group operates with ~230 people across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Fujairah, and Armenia, and includes Deluxe Homes Real Estate, our brokerage and long-term property management arm. We use a modern technology stack to run operations, serve guests and tenants, and protect owner returns.
Role Overview
We are looking for an organized, reliable Office & Listings Coordinator to run the front desk of our Al Barsha head office and, once trained, to own three back-office streams: long-term tenancy administration for Deluxe Homes Real Estate (our own tenancy contracts and those of our landlord clients), property listings on local portals and OTAs, and office supplies. You are the one-stop contact for our property management clients: when a landlord or tenant calls, you answer, resolve the routine, and chase the rest. You will spend part of the day at the desk and part of the day on tenancy files and listings.
This is an ownership role, not a wait-to-be-told role. We will train you from zero on tenancy paperwork, listings and our systems, but we need someone who notices what is missing and fixes it: an expired tenancy nobody flagged, a listing with the wrong price, a landlord waiting two days for a call-back. You make routine decisions inside your remit and report after — you do not wait to be asked. If a landlord client calls about their Ejari renewal, you know the answer or you find it the same day.
Note:
This role does not include site visits, property inspections or guest check-ins. Those are handled by the operations and field teams. Tenancy work in this role covers long-term (Ejari) tenancies only, not short-stay guest bookings.
Key Responsibilities
1. Front Desk & Visitors
• Run the front desk during office hours: greet visitors, landlords, tenants and guests, and route them to the right person within minutes, not after a wait.
• Answer and route the main office line and WhatsApp; take accurate messages and follow up so nothing is lost.
• Receive and log couriers, documents and keys; keep a clean handover record.
• Keep the reception and meeting rooms presentable; book rooms and keep the visitor log.
• Coordinate desk cover with the Office Manager so the desk is never empty during your tenancy and listing blocks.
2. Long-Term Tenancy Administration & Client Calls (Deluxe Homes Real Estate)
• Be the first point of contact for property management clients: answer landlord and tenant calls and messages, resolve routine questions yourself (rent dates, renewals, notices, documents) and escalate only the exceptions.
• Prepare, issue and file tenancy contracts for company-held units and for landlord clients using approved templates.
• Register and renew Ejari contracts on time; keep a renewal calendar and flag every expiry at least 60 days ahead.
• Collect and verify tenant documents (Emirates ID, passport, visa) and cheques; record PDCs and hand them to Finance the same day.
• Track rent due dates and late or bounced payments, and send the first reminder without being asked.
• Keep every tenancy file complete and audit-ready in the company system.
3. Property Listings (Portals & OTAs)
• Create and update listings on local portals (Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle) and OTAs (Airbnb, Booking.com) from the approved listing brief and photo set.
• Check every listing for correct price, availability, photos, amenities and permit number before it goes live.
• Refresh and re-rank listings on a set schedule so they stay visible; pause units that are no longer available.
• Spot and fix listing errors within 24 hours; keep a simple log of what changed and why.
• Report weekly on listings added, updated and paused.
4. Office Supplies & Administration
• Monitor stationery, pantry, printer and cleaning supplies; reorder before they run out, inside the agreed monthly budget.
• Keep a supplier list with prices and lead times; compare quotes once a year and cut cost where you can.
• Log office maintenance issues (AC, printers, internet) and chase vendors until they are closed.
• Support the Office Manager with filing, scanning, document runs and ad-hoc admin.
• Where you have the skill, prepare simple social media posts and stories from approved content and photos.
Required Qualifications
• 0–2 years in a front desk, admin, real estate or hospitality role. Fresh graduates welcome.
• Fluent English, spoken and written; clear and polite on the phone and on WhatsApp.
• Comfortable with Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, and able to learn Ejari, portal back-ends and our property system within 4 weeks.
• Accurate with details — you catch the wrong date on a contract or the wrong price on a listing before it goes out.
• Decisive operator — you make routine calls inside your remit and report after. We will reference-check this with previous managers or lecturers.
• Already living in the UAE and able to start within 30 days.
Preferred Qualifications
• UAE residence visa sponsored by a family member (spouse or parent) — preferred.
• UAE university graduate or 4+ years living in the UAE.
• Experience with Ejari, DLD/REST, Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle, Airbnb or Booking.com.
• Social media posting skills (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn) — a plus, not a must.
• Arabic, Russian or another second language.
