Junior Project Manager
to join our
Warsaw or Wrocław
About the Role
As a
Junior Project Manager
, you will support the
Project Management Department
in overseeing budgets, planning, and technical aspects of construction projects. You will also assist in managing relationships with
clients, subcontractors, and project teams
to ensure smooth project execution.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Two years experience in
construction/ site management
preferably in industrial projects.
Proficient knowledge of English and Polish
experience in
MS Project
software.
Proactive, detail oriented, responsible and committed.
Willingness to travel or relocate across Poland as per business needs.
Key Responsibilities
Cooperate with other disciplines like process, packing and utilities
Monitoring construction progress and Informing the client on the work progress
Contacting Investor, General Contract and Subcontractors and suppliers
Reviewing plans and specifications to ensure that works is in compliance with plans and specifications, schedule and cashflow
Oversee the tender specifications and be able to cooperate with the Company and Client administrative and legal department
Ensuring the planning and observation of contractual provisions within the deadlines set forth by the contract and design
Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and report any concerns.
