Payments specialist

Responsibilities: • Daily payment operations, settlements & reconciliations • Monitoring payment systems and troubleshooting issues • Compliance with AML/KYC and regulatory requirements • Reporting and analysis of payment operations • Cooperation with banks, payment providers and internal teams • Monitoring payment industry trends and regulations Requirements: • 3+ years in EMI or financial services • Strong knowledge of SEPA, SWIFT, card payments & APMs • Understanding of AML/KYC and financial regulations • Experience with payment systems, reporting tools & advanced Excel • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • English C1–C2 We offer: • €3,000+ NET + performance bonuses • Official employment under Cyprus labor law • Paid vacation, sick leave & public holidays • Free corporate lunches • Partial compensation for English courses
