✨ ONE PLATFORM, A WHOLE WORLD OF OPPORTUNITY
The best jobs have always clustered in a handful of the world's wealthiest cities. But talent is everywhere. Oyster set out to close that gap - building a global employment platform that lets companies hire, pay, and care for brilliant people anywhere.
We're proof that a high-performing culture doesn't need an office. Distributed across 60+ countries since 2020, we've built something the industry keeps noticing:
- Ranked #10 of 250 on TIME and Statista's 2026 list of America's Top WorkTech Companies https://www.oysterhr.com/library/oyster-hr-named-10-of-americas-top-worktech-companies-of-2026-by-time
- Named one of America's Greatest Startup Workplaces 2026 https://www.oysterhr.com/library/oyster-2026-newsweek-award by Newsweek
- A G2 Spring 2026 Leader https://www.oysterhr.com/library/oyster-named-best-roi-for-any-global-employment-platform-for-g2-spring-2026 across Employer of Record, Global Employment, Multi-country Payroll, and HR Compliance
- The only B Corp-certified global employment platform ~ independently verified since 2023
Two of those rankings measured our business impact from the outside. One measured how our own people feel about working here. They landed in the same place ~ because at Oyster, culture and performance aren't separate conversations. They're the same one.
And we're just getting started. If you want to do the best work of your career alongside people who care as much as you do, we'd love for you to apply.
THE ROLE
Location: While this position is posted in a specific location, all of Oyster’s positions are fully remote and you can work from home. Forever. To create the best experience for our new hire, this role requires you to be based within UTC−6 to UTC+3.
All applications will be reviewed after the submission deadline on Nov 6th, and we’ll be in touch with next steps shortly after. We appreciate your patience and interest in joining the team.
Role Summary
Oyster is looking for a Partner Marketing Manager to build a scalable engine that creates demand and pipeline through our partner ecosystem. You will inherit an active portfolio, keep important commitments moving, and decide what to continue, improve, or retire using performance and cost data. Working across Channel and Marketing, you will design and execute programs that market to partners, with partners, and through partners—turning partner strategy into repeatable go-to-market motions with clear measurement. This is a high-autonomy individual-contributor role with global remit, budget ownership, and direct partnership with the Director of Demand and Growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, orchestrate, execute, and measure partner marketing programs across the ecosystem.
- Build programs that market to partners, with partners, and through partners.
- Protect existing partner commitments during handover while reviewing the portfolio for performance, cost, and strategic fit.
- Own and allocate the partner marketing budget, including co-marketing and MDF, and defend investment decisions with return data.
- Develop partner segmentation, positioning, messaging, and repeatable operating models.
- Create joint programs across partner types, including technology partners.
- Enable partners to take Oyster’s message and value proposition to their audiences.
- Align Channel, Demand Generation, Product Marketing, Content, Sales, and Revenue Operations around integrated plans.
- Establish credible reporting for partner-sourced pipeline, partner-influenced pipeline, engagement, and program ROI.
- Apply AI and automation processes to improve segmentation, personalization, program development, execution, and insight generation.
Core Requirements
- Demonstrated ownership of measurable partner or ecosystem marketing programs from strategy through execution and reporting.
- Strong understanding of marketing to, with, and through partners.
- Ability to connect marketing activity to sourced or influenced pipeline and explain attribution trade-offs.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration across partnerships, channel, marketing, sales, and revenue operations.
- Experience managing a program portfolio and making evidence-based choices about what to continue, change, or stop.
- Ability to adapt messaging and motions across partner types, incentives, audiences, and regions.
- Sound budget judgment and confidence allocating spend against expected return.
- AI-native working style, with evidence of rebuilding marketing workflows around AI while managing quality and privacy risks.
- Comfort operating independently in a fully remote, asynchronous environment.
Bonus / Nice-to-Have Experience
- Experience in B2B SaaS, HR technology, global employment, or another partner-led ecosystem.
- Experience marketing with technology partners.
- Experience building a partner marketing function, measurement model, or operating cadence from an early stage.
- Familiarity with PRM, marketing automation, CRM, attribution, and analytics tools.
- Experience supporting global programs across regions and time zones.
This might not be right for you if...
- You prefer isolated campaign execution to building an interconnected partner program.
- You are uncomfortable owning pipeline outcomes, attribution, and budget trade-offs.
- You want a blank page rather than inheriting live commitments and partner relationships.
- You rely on manual workflows and are not motivated to adopt AI-enabled ways of working.
- Sustained alignment across Channel, Marketing, Revenue Operations, and external partners feels like overhead rather than core work.
You'll also need
- A reliable home internet connection and fluency in both written and spoken English.

We do this with courage to innovate, commitment to outcomes, collaboration across 50+ nationalities and 7 markets, and a customer-led approach that puts real people first. Add a desire to win – and you get a culture that's ambitious, fast-moving, and built on trust.
Our brands – including AutoTrader, OLX, Otomoto Property24, and more – are loved by millions. And we're backed by Prosus, one of the world's largest tech investors.
Join OLX and see how far you can go.
About the role
Advertising is one of OLX's most important revenue lines - and one of its biggest opportunities. Today, our advertising business spans multiple markets, formats, and platforms, but it needs a product leader who can take it to the next level: from foundational ad-tech infrastructure to new revenue surfaces powered by AI.
We are looking for a Lead Product Manager to own the global advertising product end-to-end. This means everything from the ad-core stack (serving, auction, targeting, measurement) to growing revenue beyond listings through self-serve advertiser tools, programmatic demand, and retail-media formats. You'll also shape how advertising integrates into AI-native surfaces — balancing monetisation yield against buyer experience.
This is a role for someone who has built advertising products at scale, understands the programmatic ecosystem, and is excited about using AI to create new advertising experiences. You'll work closely with business and commercial stakeholders to grow revenue, while ensuring our advertising never compromises the trust our users place in the platform.
This role reports to the Head of Product.
What you'll do
Own the global advertising product end-to-end: ad-core stack (serving, auction, targeting, measurement) across all marketplaces and platforms
Drive growth of advertising revenue beyond listings, including self-serve advertiser tools, programmatic demand, and retail-media formats such as sponsored listings, native, and video
Own integration of ads into AI-native surfaces such as AutoIQ and agentic search, balancing yield against buyer experience
Define and track advertising success metrics: revenue, fill rate, eCPM, advertiser ROI, buyer experience impact
Partner closely with Engineering, Data Science, Commercial, and Sales teams to build the product capabilities that unlock revenue growth
Represent the advertising product at the leadership level, presenting strategy and results to executive audiences
What we're looking for
Significant product management experience in digital advertising, ad-tech, monetisation, or revenue product at scale
Proven track record of building and scaling advertising products — programmatic ads, third-party ads, billing systems, or ad-serving platforms
Experience taking advertising or monetisation products from early-stage to meaningful revenue
Ability to balance monetisation yield with user experience — making evidence-based trade-offs between revenue and buyer trust
AI-native: you build with AI, not just use it for productivity. You experiment with AI tools outside of work and bring that curiosity into your product craft
Zero-to-one: you see opportunities, not just optimisations. You spot problems, build prototypes, and ship
Comfortable with ambiguity: you don't wait for perfect clarity — you create it
Strong stakeholder management across commercial, engineering, and executive audiences
Preferred:
Experience with retail media, sponsored listings, native advertising, or video ad formats in a marketplace or e-commerce context
Familiarity with AI-native product surfaces and how advertising integrates with AI experiences
Multi-market experience across different regulatory and commercial environments

With Fivetran, customer data arrives in their warehouses, canonical and ready to query, with no engineering or maintenance required. About Us
Fivetran and dbt Labs are bringing together two industry-leading companies with a shared mission: helping organizations unlock the full value of their data.

At the same time, we’re breaking into programmatic advertising with the intelligent bidding system of adjoe Ads. Together, this ecosystem connects app developers to over 600 million users worldwide for scalable growth. Backed by a $100 million investment from Bertelsmann and operating from offices in Hamburg, Boston, Singapore, Tokyo, Seoul, Amsterdam, Beijing, and São Paulo, adjoe is defining the next stages of app and ad experience – right now. Join us.
Meet Your Team: Rewarded Solutions
Our Rewarded Solutions team develops the technology behind adjoe’s innovative rewarded engagement products that serve over 57 million daily mobile users.
The team’s tech stack consists of three major components: native Android and iOS SDKs written in Java/Kotlin and Swift handling complex engagement flows; widely customizable offerwall applications built with React TypeScript; and a highly performant Golang backend hosted on AWS that processes millions of events hourly. Our system matches each game with its ideal users, delivering rewards optimized for satisfaction through data processed via AWS Athena, Kafka, Spark, S3, and MySQL.
For team members, this means having state-of-the-art resources to build engaging rewarded ad experiences that seamlessly integrate into the world’s top apps while delivering exceptional results for advertisers and monetizers in this industry-leading technology.
What You Will Do:
- Manage the technical onboarding of our newest app partners in Korea, ensuring a smooth SDK implementation process.
- Partner with publishers on high-level technical strategy, helping them overcome technical challenges and identify opportunities to achieve their business goals.
- Support publishers with integration issues, ranging from debugging mobile app code to fine-tuning configurations, and proactively identify recurring issues and work with Product and Engineering to develop solutions.
- Support the supply business team with data-driven insights to help publishers achieve their KPIs, and partner with Growth Managers to prepare impactful Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) that identify opportunities for revenue growth.
- Contribute to product ideation and drive product improvements by translating customer and support team feedback into actionable solutions.
- Maintain clear, easy-to-understand documentation of the integration process.
- Collaborate with an international, English-speaking team dedicated to scaling our adtech platform beyond hundreds of millions of monthly active users.
Who You Are:
- You have 3+ years of experience in a technical client-facing role in AdTech, Big Tech, or SaaS (TAM, Sales Engineering, or Solutions Architecture), with some exposure to the mobile ecosystem.
- You can break down complex technical concepts into clear, easy-to-understand explanations for business teams and partners in both Korean and English.
- You have strong analytical and communication skills, can turn data into actionable insights, and are comfortable using SQL to query databases.
- You understand how technical systems communicate, including how to test HTTP REST endpoints and troubleshoot common integration issues.
- You have a curious mindset and are comfortable asking questions to challenge assumptions and uncover root causes.
- You take initiative and have a strong bias toward action. You proactively identify gaps, think critically about potential solutions, and take ownership of driving improvements rather than waiting for others to act.
- Fluency in Korean and English
- Plus: You are familiar with Java or have experience building your own apps.
- Huge plus: You have hands-on experience supporting app publishers through SDK integrations, debugging complex issues, and guiding them on best practices for smooth rollouts and long-term success.
- Location: Based in Seoul
We welcome applications from people who will contribute to the diversity of our company.
• Отличное знание Python и ML-стека: pandas, numpy, scikit-learn, бустинги (CatBoost/LightGBM/XGBoost), SHAP. • Хорошее знание deep learning и опыт с PyTorch/TensorFlow.

Job Title: Staff/Lead SDET Engineer (Test Automation Platform)
Product: Total Battle
Total Battle is a massive MMO 4X strategy game available on mobile and web, uniting millions of active players. As our product and engineering teams scale, we are shifting our testing paradigm: automated testing must become a daily, self-service engineering tool rather than a bottleneck owned by a dedicated team.
We are looking for a Staff/Lead SDET to take technical ownership of our internal test automation tooling and make this vision a reality.
Why this role exists
Your core mission is to empower product QA teams. You won't write tests; you will build the tools, APIs, and abstractions that allow QA engineers (with basic Python & OOP skills) to independently create checks, manage test states, run tests in CI/CD, and diagnose failures.
- The Product Teams own the tests.
- You own the tooling layer that makes their work possible.

💡 Core Focus Areas:
1. Client Testing Tools: UI scenarios, method/component checks across Android, WebGL, and (soon) iOS.
2. Server Integration: Component testing tools built over existing Python clients, SDKs, and product testability capabilities.(Note: We aren't starting from scratch. We need a visionary who can assess our existing solutions, define a target architecture, and evolve them incrementally).
What You’ll Work On
- Drive Technical Strategy: Define the roadmap for QA tooling, evolve its architecture, and personally implement key solutions.
- Build the Platform: Develop domain APIs, fixtures, and state-preparation tools for integration/component testing over existing SDKs.
- Enhance Client Automation: Extend client UI automation and enable sub-UI checks for specific client methods.
- Unify Execution: Ensure local and CI execution follow a predictable, unified path across Android and WebGL.
- Create Diagnostics: Build clear diagnostic tools to help QA engineers easily distinguish between product, test, tooling, and infrastructure failures.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Translate recurring QA needs into product testability requirements and establish technical contracts with client/backend teams.
- Evangelize & Mentor: Drive adoption of your tools through pilots, solid documentation, and feedback loops. (Where needed, help define engineering roles and participate in hiring/onboarding).
Who You Are We are looking for a hands-on technical leader who thrives in long-term ownership of internal platforms.
- Python Expert: You regularly write, debug, and maintain Python code for libraries, frameworks, SDKs, or internal tools.
- Platform Builder: You have designed or substantially evolved a framework/SDK used by multiple teams, bringing it to a point where teams can use it independently.
- API Designer: You know how to build stable public APIs over existing SDKs, hiding low-level details from the end-user.
- Cross-Functional Driver: You’ve successfully worked with backend, client, or framework teams to deliver testability capabilities, driving changes even when you don't directly manage the teams.
- CI/CD & Diagnostics Guru: You have integrated automated checks into CI quality gates with robust reproducibility and diagnostics.
- AI Adopter: You leverage LLMs and coding agents to investigate codebases, develop tooling, or create tests efficiently.
- Deep Domain Expertise: You have profound hands-on experience in at least one of the following (and can take technical responsibility for the other):
- Client/UI automation: Drivers, custom/non-native UI, synchronization, and sub-UI checks.
- Backend/integration tooling: Python clients/SDKs, protocols, sessions, fixtures, and test state.
Nice to Have (Bonus Points)
- Experience in both client/UI and backend/integration tooling.
- Background in modernizing legacy automation and conducting incremental user migrations.
- Experience with complex test lifecycles (data isolation, flaky checks, state management).
- Experience in GameDev or complex live-service products (Unity, Cocos/Axmol, WebGL).
- Familiarity with Selenium, Appium, Playwright, XCUITest, Android ADB, or iOS infrastructure.
- Experience with asynchronous Python, typed models (Pydantic, mypy), or schema-based code generation.

About the Team:
Netlify’s Data team helps the company understand and improve the full product-led growth journey, from activation and engagement through conversion, retention, and monetization. We partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Growth to uncover opportunities, evaluate investments, and understand what drives customer and business outcomes.
We’re hiring a Senior Staff Data Scientist to deepen how data shapes our product and growth strategy. You’ll develop an end-to-end understanding of the PLG journey, proactively identify opportunities, and turn complex data into hypotheses, experiments, and recommendations that influence where we invest and what we build. This is a highly autonomous role for someone who can move from identifying an important question to shaping the approach, defining success, and driving toward an answer.
What You'll Do:
Own the analytical understanding of Netlify’s PLG performance across activation, engagement, conversion, monetization, and retention, identifying opportunities before they become requests
Partner with Product and Engineering leadership to turn behavioral insights into product bets, defining what to test, how to measure it, and what the results mean
Lead experimentation from hypothesis through decision, including study design, methodology, success metrics, guardrails, analysis, and recommendations
Apply statistical rigor where it matters while recognizing when there is enough signal to make a decision and move forward, and help teams develop that same judgment
Build scalable analytical systems like semantic models, trusted metrics, proactive monitoring, and AI-powered agents that surface opportunities without waiting to be asked
Use AI to investigate faster, automate recurring analytical work, and test more hypotheses without sacrificing the judgment that makes the output useful
Identify gaps in measurement, event instrumentation, and metric definitions, and partner with Data and Product Engineering to close them
Serve as a trusted analytical partner to PLG leadership, using evidence and product judgment to influence investment decisions and roadmap priorities
Influence product strategy through evidence, product instincts, and a clear point of view, without relying on formal authority to do it
What You'll Bring:
8+ years of experience in product analytics, growth analytics, or data science, with a track record of high ownership and measurable impact on PLG or consumer product outcomes
Deep understanding of product and growth dynamics across activation, engagement, conversion, monetization, and retention
Demonstrated ability to turn behavioral data into product hypotheses and carry them from insight through experimentation and measured outcomes
Deep experimentation expertise: study design, statistical reasoning, causal inference, and the judgment to know when an experiment has told you what you need to know
Experience building analytical systems such as metrics layers, monitoring frameworks, or semantic models that teams can rely on over time
An AI-native approach to analysis: you use AI tools actively to accelerate investigation, automate repetitive work, and surface patterns faster
A track record of influencing senior stakeholders and product direction through analytical reasoning, clear recommendations, and sound judgment
Comfort operating with significant autonomy in ambiguous problem spaces, including determining which questions are most important to answer
Strong written and verbal communication skills in distributed environments, with the ability to make complex findings clear and recommendations actionable
This Role is a Great Fit If:
You're energized by finding the opportunity before anyone thought to ask - proactive discovery is how you naturally work, not a mode you shift into
You think like a product person who happens to be exceptionally rigorous with data, not a data person who occasionally weighs in on product
You thrive when the problem isn't handed to you - you'd rather define the question worth asking than answer the one that landed in your queue
You get excited about building systems that keep working after you've moved on to the next problem
You're comfortable making a call with imperfect information and can articulate clearly why you made it
You enjoy being a thought partner to senior leaders - shaping how they think about investment and opportunity, not just supporting decisions already made
You work well in a remote-first, async environment where written clarity and self-direction matter more than proximity
You're drawn to roles where the measure of success is outcomes, decisions made, bets tested, metrics moved, not volume of output produced
