An overview of this role
As a Customer Success Architect, you'll serve as a trusted strategic advisor and technical authority to some of GitLab's most complex and high-value Enterprise and Government customers across Singapore. In this role, you will be driving and shaping how our largest customers adopt GitLab's intelligent DevSecOps platform to achieve their business goals and realise meaningful, long-term outcomes. You will be working closely with customers after the sale to turn pre-sales command plans into clear success plans, guide them through their customer journey, and drive adoption, utilization, and technical maturity. You will also be directly influencing renewal and expansion decisions through your post-sales engagements with executive-level decision makers in the account.
This is a senior individual-contributor role for someone who has already led high-stakes pre or post sales customer engagements in large complex accounts across multiple industry domains to drive quantifiable business outcomes..The individual is comfortable operating with ambiguity, and can credibly advise VP- and C-level stakeholders on business transformation, application modernization, platform strategy, architecture, and organizational DevSecOps transformation. You'll also be shaping playbooks and best practices, and acting as an escalation point for the team's most technically or politically complex situations.
Reporting into the APJ Customer Success organization, you'll own a portfolio of GitLab's most strategic enterprise and Government accounts, act as the executive-level technical liaison for these accounts, and drive cross-functional resolution of their highest-priority issues — coordinating and, where needed, directing the efforts of Product Management, Engineering, Sales, Professional Services, and Support. You'll bring deep technical expertise in CI/CD, cloud platforms, multi-cloud, hybrid architecture and enterprise DevSecOps practices. You will use that expertise to shape customers' long-term platform strategy, apply best practices, configure GitLab for their environments and stay current with platform capabilities. In your first year, success will look like establishing yourself as the trusted senior advisor across a portfolio of flagship accounts, building strong relationships with key stakeholders, materially improving and increasing platform maturity, leading retention and renewal conversations, increasing customer satisfaction across your portfolio and contributing to the broader CSA team's technical standards and ways of working.

What the Role Is
Babylist is hiring a
Senior Planner
to run the day-to-day execution of merchandise planning for our growing e-commerce business. You'll own Open-to-Buy and inventory planning for your departments, making sure the right products are available at the right time to hit customer demand and business targets. This is a highly tactical, execution-focused role: you'll spend most of your time working directly in our planning systems, managing forecasts, inventory flow, and vendor projections, while partnering closely with Merchandising and Supply Chain on the daily and weekly running of the business.
Who You Are
You've owned Open-to-Buy at the department or category level
and are comfortable managing day-to-day tradeoffs across sales, inventory, and margin.
You're proficient in retail math, forecasting, and inventory planning
concepts and best practices.
You're an Excel power user
who can analyze data, spot trends, and translate insights into clear actions.
You understand vendor dynamics
and are comfortable owning vendor forecasts, projections, and ongoing communication.
You bring 6-8 years of experience in inventory or merchandise planning, ideally in e-commerce or retail.
You're comfortable spending ~80% of your time working directly in planning systems, maintaining forecasts, inventory positions, and projections.
You're highly tactical and execution-focused, able to juggle multiple moving pieces and priorities at once.
You're a strong communicator who partners effectively with Merchandising and Supply Chain on day-to-day execution.
You're adaptable, organized, and proactive, able to pivot quickly as the business changes and to spot ways to improve existing processes.
You thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and enjoy being close to the business.
You naturally reach for AI in your work — at Babylist, every team uses AI daily. You're already using it to move faster and improve your output, and you stay curious about what's coming next.
How You Will Make An Impact
Own Open-to-Buy for your departments, managing sales, inventory, margin, and turn targets through disciplined execution.
Maintain and update forecasts in the planning system, keeping them accurate and aligned with current trends and business needs.
Execute replenishment and order writing for your categories, managing the end-to-end order pipeline so inventory flows in line with forecasts, targets, and capacity constraints.
Partner with Merchandising on day-to-day business decisions, supporting assortment execution and inventory strategies.
Own vendor forecasting and projections, leading regular planning meetings with vendors to review forecasts, flow, and risks.
Collaborate closely with Supply Chain on inbound timing, inventory flow, and near-term execution needs.
Monitor weekly sales and inventory performance, flag risks and opportunities, and adjust plans as needed.
Support pre-season planning by building bottom-up forecasts aligned to assortment strategies and budget goals.
Prioritize top-volume and top-registered SKUs to maximize revenue, in-stock performance, and customer experience.
Use data and AI-enabled tools to improve forecast accuracy, streamline execution, and cut manual work across day-to-day planning.
Identify opportunities for process, system, or workflow improvements and bring recommendations to Planning leadership.
Why This Role
You'll own Open-to-Buy end-to-end for your departments. This is real decision-making authority over sales, inventory, and margin, not a support seat feeding someone else's plan.
This is a hands-on-the-business role. You'll live in the planning systems and see the direct line between your forecasts and what's actually in stock for customers.
Babylist is growing fast, and planning is where that growth gets managed in real time. You'll feel both the pace and the impact.
The planning function is leaning into AI-enabled tools, so you'll help shape how modern planning runs here rather than just executing a legacy process.
About Compensation
We use a market-based approach to compensation. The starting salary range for this role is:
$115,400 to $153,965 + bonus and meaningful equity
Your starting salary will be based on your location, experience, and qualifications, with increases over time tied to performance, role growth, and internal pay equity.

What the Role Is
Babylist is creating a new
VP of Merchandise Planning, Allocation, and Inventory Management
to own how the company plans, buys, and allocates inventory as it scales beyond $1B in merchandise revenue. This is a net-new leadership role, reporting to the CFO/COO and sitting alongside senior functional leaders across Merchandising, Supply Chain, and Data/Finance. The VP will own the strategic vision, operating standards, and systems roadmap for Planning. The mandate: give Babylist's planning function a clear point of view, faster decisions, and enough operational rigor to deliver a great customer experience and financial results through inventory. This role is remote and open anywhere in the US, with a preference for West Coast candidates.
Who You Are
Proven executive leadership of a merchandise planning, inventory management, and allocation function at a wholesale retail business across hundreds of vendors, ideally $500M to $2B+, through double-digit growth
A strong people manager with a track record of building a high-performance team culture: setting clear expectations, coaching direct reports toward promotion-ready capability, and building bench strength as the team scales.
A track record of setting strategic vision and operating standards for a planning organization: defining what "great" looks like, not just executing against someone else's model.
Demonstrated speed and conviction in high-stakes decisions (org design, staffing, systems investments) and the discipline to hold those decisions through execution
Experience building the planning point of view behind allocation as we expand the distribution network, the inventory deployment and drop-ship strategy that comes with adding fulfillment nodes.
Direct experience owning a demand planning or allocation platform implementation (e.g., Intuendi, Blue Yonder, o9, ToolsGroup, Impact Analytics) through to full adoption, closing the gap between "live" and "trusted and used."
A history of designing and scaling planning organizations, roles, levels, and career paths, for a rapidly growing and evolving business.
Comfort operating as an equal, vocal strategic partner to Merchandising, Supply Chain, and Data/Finance leaders.
Fluency in inventory KPIs (in-stock rate, weeks of supply, weeks on hand, aged inventory, working capital efficiency) and experience owning to in-stock or inventory incidents.
Experience owning operations that sit between planning and supply chain, vendor onboarding, vendor performance analytics, or drop-ship EDI a plus
You naturally reach for AI in your work. At Babylist, every team uses AI daily. You're already using it to move faster and improve your output, and you stay curious about what's coming next.
How You Will Make An Impact
Define and develop the team to MerchandisePlanning's north star: the standards, operating cadence (OTB, team ceremonies), and expectations for every level of the function of a high-performance team
Take the forecasting/allocation platform from "migrated" to "trusted."
Finalize and execute a scalable org design for Planning, Inventory Management, and Allocation built for a $1B+ business. Fill open roles, set reporting lines, and communicate changes with enough lead time for the team to plan around them.
Build and drive the planning point of view behind the warehouse network expansion and inventory deployment across the network.
Own the inventory strategy: when to drop-ship vs. own, when to invest more vs pull back, when to pull back vs add more SKUs based on cannibalization or customer need with Merch partners. Set the criteria, make the call, and work through your team to execute on that strategy.
Own inventory health end to end: in-stock rate, weeks of supply, aged, and working capital efficiency, including leading the org's response when network in-stock performance slips.
Lead leaders: develop the team below you into stronger, more autonomous operators.
Establish Planning as an equal, vocal partner to Merchandising, Supply Chain, and Data & Finance in MBRs, S&OP, OTB, and other cross-functional forums, showing up with a point of view, not just support.
Why This Role
You'll sit at the same table as Merchandising, Supply Chain, and Data & Finance leadership, directly shaping how Babylist buys, allocates, and delivers inventory to families.
You're inheriting real momentum, not a blank slate: a forecasting platform already live, a team that's proven it can adapt, and real opportunity to build out the team as the business scales
Direct visibility with the CFO/COO on working capital and inventory strategy, including board-level conversations on inventory efficiency.

Lead the earnings release process, including the quarterly management reporting package and review of financial information in the earnings release and script.
Own the disclosure checklist and eXtensible Business Reporting Language (XBRL) review process, and identify ways to improve disclosure quality, clarity, and consistency.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to research and interpret complex accounting guidance.
Clear written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to and influencing senior stakeholders and collaborating with Legal, FP&A, Investor Relations, and business partners.

Job Description
Action1 is transforming endpoint security for modern IT teams. As we continue our evolution from SMB to enterprise, we are hiring a high-performing Account Executive to drive new business across state, local, and education accounts in the United States. This is a quota-carrying, full-cycle role focused on landing and expanding SLED accounts while applying the same disciplined, new-business sales motion we use across mid-market and enterprise organizations. You will engage directly with IT Directors, Security Leaders, Infrastructure teams, procurement stakeholders, and executive decision-makers to position Action1’s patch management and endpoint security platform as a strategic solution.
We’re looking for someone who understands how cybersecurity and IT infrastructure buying works — longer sales cycles, multiple decision-makers, technical validation, security review, procurement navigation, and strong business justification — and who can bring that discipline into public sector and education accounts. This is not a relationship-only SLED role or a reactive RFP position. We need someone who can create pipeline, open doors with IT and security buyers, run strong discovery, manage technical evaluations, and close business in a high-growth, remote-first SaaS environment.
If you’ve successfully sold cybersecurity or adjacent IT solutions into mid-market, enterprise, or public sector accounts and enjoy building a pipeline as much as closing, this role is for you.
Responsibilities
— Drive SLED Revenue Growth: Own a defined U.S. SLED territory and meet or exceed quota targets through disciplined pipeline generation, account planning, and deal execution.
— Manage the Full Sales Cycle: Lead opportunities from prospecting through close — including discovery, stakeholder mapping, value alignment, technical validation, procurement navigation, negotiation, and contract execution.
— Sell to IT & Security Leaders: Engage IT Managers, Directors of Infrastructure, CISOs, CIOs, SysAdmins, security teams, and technical buying committees with credibility and consultative expertise.
— Build & Maintain Strong Pipeline Coverage: Generate pipeline through outbound prospecting, partner collaboration, and strategic account planning. Maintain disciplined forecasting and opportunity hygiene in Salesforce.
— Navigate Complex Buying Processes: Manage multi-threaded sales cycles, security reviews, procurement workflows, public sector buying requirements, and competitive displacement strategies.
— Partner with Solutions Engineers: Collaborate closely with pre-sales/technical resources to ensure strong technical validation and alignment with customer requirements.
— Execute Account Expansion Strategy: Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within SLED customers to drive expansion revenue and long-term retention.
— Stay Market-Aware: Maintain a strong understanding of cybersecurity trends, endpoint management, patch management, vulnerability remediation, public-sector IT priorities, and competitive positioning.
— Operate with Ownership: Work independently in a remote-first environment while collaborating cross-functionally with Marketing, Channel, Customer Success, Product, and Sales Leadership.
— Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner closely with marketing, product, channel, and sales leadership to incorporate field feedback and refine messaging for public-sector and education accounts.
Requirements
— 3–7+ years of quota-carrying B2B sales experience in SaaS, cybersecurity, IT infrastructure, endpoint management, or adjacent technical solutions.
— Proven success consistently owning deals with a minimum average deal value of $30K.
— Proven success selling into mid-market, enterprise, public sector, education, or other complex buying environments.
— Experience engaging IT buyers, including IT Directors, SysAdmins, Security Leaders, Infrastructure teams, and technical stakeholders.
— Demonstrated ability to generate pipeline and close complex deals.
— Strong forecasting discipline and Salesforce hygiene.
— Experience navigating longer, multi-stakeholder sales cycles, including technical validation, security review, procurement, and legal/commercial negotiation.
— Excellent discovery and consultative selling skills.
— Comfortable in a high-growth, fast-paced startup environment.
— Ability to operate independently in a developing territory and create structure without relying on a fully mature sales motion.
— We are seeking candidates who can start as soon as possible due to business needs.
— SLED, public sector, education, government, or regulated-market sales experience.
— Experience selling cybersecurity, endpoint management, patch management, vulnerability management, EDR, MDR, IAM, IT operations, or infrastructure solutions into public sector or education accounts.
— Familiarity with public sector procurement processes, cooperative purchasing, contract vehicles, RFPs, reseller-led motions, or budget cycles.
Benefits
— A collaborative environment encouraging you to own your domain and implement best practices
— Stable income, benefits, flexible working hours, and opportunities for promotion.
— Friendly and professional peers, eager to help and help you grow.
— A multitude of interesting challenges and opportunities.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the Role
We are seeking a Director, Technical Accounting – M&A to join our Finance team at Anthropic. In this role, you will support the company's accounting for mergers, acquisitions, strategic investments, and other complex capital transactions. You will report to the Senior Director, Technical Accounting – M&A
As Anthropic continues to scale rapidly and deploy capital into acquisitions, strategic investments, joint ventures, and novel commercial structures, you will be a key technical resource on structuring alternatives, consolidation outcomes, and financial statement impact. You will partner closely with Corporate Development, Legal, Tax, Treasury, FP&A, and leadership to ensure that deal economics are accurately reflected under US GAAP and that positions are defensible to external auditors, valuation specialists, and future regulators.
This is a builder role: you'll help operate and continuously sharpen the controls, valuation governance, and close-ready documentation expected of a large accelerated filer, working alongside the Senior Director as the function takes shape. If you thrive on being in the room when deals are shaped — and then making the accounting land cleanly — we want to hear from you.
In this role, you will:
Execute technical accounting for business combinations, asset acquisitions, joint ventures, and related financing/equity structures
Partner with and influence Corporate Dev to steer deal structures toward preferred terms and outcomes
Perform accounting due diligence on prospective transactions, advising Corporate Development and leadership on GAAP, control, and earnings implications before terms are finalized
Execute end-to-end purchase accounting — acquirer and acquisition-date identification, consideration measurement (contingent consideration, rollover equity, replacement awards), and recognition/measurement of assets, liabilities, and goodwill
Execute post-close integration accounting — conforming accounting policies, system/ledger onboarding, working capital true-ups, earn-out remeasurement, and push-down considerations
Assess and monitor consolidation and investment classification for investees and structured arrangements — VIE/primary-beneficiary analysis, reconsideration events, equity method, measurement alternative, and fair value through earnings — and support impairment and observable-price-change reviews
Manage third-party valuation specialists; review PPA, intangible asset valuations, contingent consideration fair values, and impairment analyses
Author and defend technical accounting policies & memoranda; partner closely with external auditors on M&A, investment, and consolidation matters
Partner with Tax on deal structuring and ASC 740/basis-difference impacts; with Treasury and Legal on equity, SAFE/convertible, and other financing instruments
Help refine the deal-accounting operating model — diligence checklists, Day-1 close playbooks, opening balance sheet procedures, measurement-period tracking, integration workplans, and SOX-ready controls over non-routine transactions
Prepare and review transaction-related disclosures for quarterly and annual filings, including pro forma financial information and significance testing
Present transaction accounting conclusions and financial statement impacts to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders in clear, decision-ready terms
Monitor standard-setting and SEC developments affecting business combinations, consolidation, and investments; support adoption and cross-functional education
You may be a good fit if you:
Have 10+ years of progressive accounting experience, including 4+ years owning complex M&A and strategic investment accounting transactions end-to-end
Hold an active CPA license
Bring significant Big 4 experience — ideally in a National Office, Transaction/Deal Advisory, or Capital Markets/Accounting Advisory group — paired with in-house experience at a high-growth or public technology company
Have contributed to multiple closed acquisitions and minority/strategic investments, including at least one transaction of meaningful scale or complexity
Possess deep command of US GAAP for business combinations, consolidation, equity method, and fair value measurement, with a track record of positions that withstand auditor and regulator scrutiny
Are fluent in valuation concepts and can direct and challenge third-party specialists on PPA, contingent consideration, and impairment models
Have operated within a deal-accounting or investments-accounting function, contributing to playbook and controls design
Communicate effectively with Corporate Development and Legal on structuring trade-offs, translating technical conclusions for cross-functional and senior stakeholders
Demonstrate exceptional written and verbal communication, translating complex deal accounting into clear business implications
Excel at hands-on technical execution in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment, partnering closely with the Senior Director on strategic judgment calls
Are proficient with accounting systems (Workday preferred), consolidation tools, and advanced Excel/modeling
Curious about and quick to adopt new AI tools, including Claude and Claude for Finance
Strong candidates may also:
Have deep, practitioner-level expertise in one or more of the following:
Business combinations and asset acquisitions (ASC 805), including contingent consideration, replacement share-based awards, and step acquisitions
Consolidation and investment classification (ASC 810, 323, 321), including VIE/primary-beneficiary analysis, basis differences, and the measurement alternative
Fair value measurement, acquired financial instruments, and goodwill/intangibles (ASC 820, 815, 825, 350, 360), including impairment testing and IPR&D
Have led accounting for carve-outs, divestitures, spin-offs, or legal-entity rationalizations, including standing up SOX-compliant controls over non-routine/complex transactions
Have prepared or reviewed pro forma financial information and registration-statement disclosures (Article 11 of Regulation S-X, S-X Rule 3-05/1-02(w) significance testing, S-1 processes)
Have experience with novel AI/technology deal structures — acqui-hires, IP/license-heavy transactions, data and compute arrangements, revenue-share partnerships, and strategic investor rights — and are passionate about leveraging AI to accelerate diligence, memo drafting, and close

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

About Huzzle
At Huzzle, we connect exceptional talent with top opportunities at leading companies across the UK, US, Canada, Europe, and Australia. Our clients include fast-growing startups, digital agencies, SaaS companies, and tech-enabled businesses across industries such as MarTech, FinTech, EdTech, and eCommerce. Unlike traditional outsourcing agencies, we place you directly with innovative companies where you become a valued member of the team.
About the company
Our client is a fast-growing marketing consultancy and growth agency specializing in the medical aesthetics and regenerative medicine sector. Operating globally across the US, UK, Australia, and beyond, the team helps premium clinics and MedSpas transition from inconsistent results to predictable, $100K+ monthly revenue. By moving beyond traditional lead generation, they implement comprehensive growth frameworks that optimize high-ticket patient acquisition, sales conversion systems, and client retention strategies for treatments like body sculpting, injectables, and advanced laser therapies.
As a performance-driven scale-up, the company is dedicated to solving the complex operational and marketing challenges faced by modern aesthetic practices. The team fosters a results-oriented and innovative environment, focusing on delivering measurable impact through structured systems rather than generic advertising. This is an opportunity to join a strategic, forward-thinking organization that is redefining how premium health and beauty businesses scale their operations in a competitive international market.
Job Summary
Most agencies stop caring once the lead lands. We don't. At this company, we recognize that the gap between an interested lead and a paid deposit is where high-ticket aesthetics is truly won or lost. We have world-class lead generation and robust systems; what we need is a dedicated CRO Lead to own the "click-to-booking" journey. You will turn anecdotal feedback into a systematic conversion machine, acting as the bridge between creative intelligence and bottom-line results. If you thrive on watching session recordings, debunking objections, and proving your hypotheses with hard evidence, this is the role where you can truly own the funnel.
Requirements
Demonstrable CRO Experience:
A proven track record of running tests, predicting outcomes, and measuring results.
High-Ticket Lead Gen Expertise:
Experience optimizing landing pages and forms specifically for high-intent, considered purchases.
Behavioral Tool Proficiency:
Mastery of session recording tools, heatmaps, and funnel analytics to draw qualitative conclusions.
Cultural Alignment:
Strong understanding of the American consumer mindset, particularly regarding trust, proof, and high-ticket service expectations.
Timezone Alignment:
Ability to work primarily within USA business hours to collaborate effectively with the team and partner clinics.
Data-Driven Communication:
Expert written and verbal English with the ability to present data-backed findings confidently to stakeholders.
Nice-to-Haves
Industry Background:
Previous experience in MedSpa, aesthetics, or healthcare lead generation.
Platform Knowledge:
Hands-on experience with GoHighLevel (GHL).
Sales Insight:
Experience reviewing sales or setter calls to extract conversion bottlenecks.
Portfolio Management:
Experience managing conversion performance across 20+ simultaneous client accounts.

An overview of this role
As Senior Renewals Operations Manager at GitLab, you'll help own the operational engine that makes renewals predictable, measurable, and efficient at scale. Reporting to the Director of CX Operations, you'll be the Renewals team's go-to business partner for processes, tooling, forecasting and insights, consumption and subscription data, and the steps required to quote and close a renewal. This is a senior individual contributor role with no direct reports. You'll lead through ownership and influence, connecting teams and workflows, turning ambiguous problems into clear next steps, and driving improvements that others across the revenue organization depend on.
What you'll do
Own and continuously improve the end-to-end renewal operating model; from renewal identification, assignment through risk management, quoting, through to close and post-renewal data hygiene processes.
Develop and improve the operating cadences that guide the renewal business, with a focus on efficiency and process improvement.
Define, maintain, and evolve retention reporting with cross-functional partners, including gross and net retention, churn and downgrade analysis, and the drivers behind each.
Partner with Revenue Technology, Revenue Analytics, Finance, and other stakeholders to improve Salesforce and the systems and data flows supporting customer relationship management (CRM), subscription and entitlement records, quoting, orders, billing, and reporting. Translate business needs into requirements, validate solutions, and strengthen data quality and operational controls.
Simplify and scale the renewal motion through automation, standardized workflows, alerts, playbooks, and self-service insights that reduce manual effort and improve execution consistency.
Support renewals planning and capacity management, including segmentation implementation, coverage models, productivity assumptions, capacity modeling, supporting target setting, and scenario planning.
Own and mature the Renewal Operations case-management program, including intake, triage, routing, service-level visibility, resolution, and root-cause analysis. Requests may include user migrations, de-duplication, Renewal Manager ownership changes, compensation exceptions, and Salesforce or data issues.
Raise the operating standard in your domain by documenting processes, mentoring others on how the renewal motion works, and contributing to broader Revenue Operations initiatives that need the renewals perspective.
What you'll bring
Experience in Renewals Operations, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, management consulting, strategy, or a similar analytical and problem-solving role, with ownership of operational improvements and cross-functional initiatives.
Hands-on experience with both consumption and subscription renewal motions, including renewal forecasting, retention reporting, and the contractual and process mechanics that govern how renewals close.
Strong critical thinking and structured problem-solving skills. You can break down ambiguous problems into clear workstreams and move them forward.
Strong quantitative and analytical skills. You're highly proficient in Excel or Google Sheets, can build and validate models from scratch, and can translate analysis into clear recommendations and action. Experience with Structured Query Language (SQL) or equivalent data-querying tools is preferred, not required.
Systems thinking and experience using Salesforce for pipeline and renewals reporting. You understand how changes in one part of the go-to-market motion affect others, including how CRM, subscription or entitlement records, quoting, and billing relate to one another, and you design solutions accordingly.
Sound commercial judgment and an understanding of renewal complexity, including co-terming, amendments, expansions, downgrades, price changes, multiyear agreements, auto-renewals, procurement requirements, and approval policies.
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills. You build trust with stakeholders at all levels, including field teams and senior leadership, and influence without direct authority.
Curiosity, sound judgment, and a bias toward action. You learn new domains and tools quickly, move from insight to implementation, and follow through until improvements are adopted and sustained.
About the team
You'll work within CX Operations, partnering closely with Renewals and Customer Success leadership, Sales, Finance, Revenue Technology, and Revenue Analytics. These partnerships connect renewal execution with the processes, systems, and data that support it. In GitLab's all-remote, values-driven environment, documentation, iteration, and cross-functional partnership are core to how you'll work.

Are you ready to join our digital revolution journey?
At Aleph, we’re not just part of the digital advertising landscape—we’re shaping its future. Representing the world’s leading platforms, including TikTok, Amazon, Google, and nearly 55 others, we operate in 130+ markets across new and existing geographies.
Our mission is to empower advertisers and brands to unlock the full potential of these platforms' advertising capabilities. By fostering long-lasting partnerships, we create limitless opportunities for people and businesses to advertise effectively at both local and global levels.
With a presence spanning continents, Aleph offers you the chance to be part of a fast-growing, innovative team where your work makes a direct impact. If you’re ambitious, forward-thinking, and eager to thrive in a dynamic, global environment, Aleph is the perfect place to build your career.
Aleph is launching Pinterest advertising in Uruguay and Paraguay. As the first Client Partner on the ground, you'll be building the portfolio from scratch — a rare opportunity to introduce a platform to an entire market and own the results.
Pinterest is one of the most distinctive platforms in the digital landscape: highly visual, deeply intentional, and uniquely positioned at the intersection of inspiration and purchase intent. Users come to plan their next trip, home renovation, or outfit. For the right advertiser, that mindset is gold. Your job is to help them see it.
What you'll do
Lead the commercial launch of Pinterest advertising in Uruguay and Paraguay — evangelizing a platform with no prior commercial presence in these markets.
Build a pipeline from zero: prospect, prioritize, outreach, and close.
Educate advertisers and agencies on Pinterest's formats and performance potential, acting as much as an educator as a salesperson.
Develop strong relationships with decision-makers at agencies and direct clients across both markets.
Partner closely with the CSM team for seamless campaign delivery and client satisfaction.
Use data and analytics to measure performance, optimize strategy, and exceed KPIs including sales growth, client retention, and platform adoption.
What you need for this role
3 to 5 years of experience in digital advertising sales, media, or marketing.
Real, existing relationships with marketing decision-makers in Uruguay (Paraguay is a strong plus).
Proven ability to hunt new business — you build your prospect list and work it.
Solid understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem: performance, display, video, native, programmatic.
Strong track record of hitting or exceeding revenue targets.
Organized, data-driven, and comfortable in a build-from-scratch environment.
Fluency in Spanish and English.
What will make us really love you
You're genuinely drawn to Pinterest's world and you can translate that into an advertiser pitch.
You anticipate challenges and take initiative before things become problems.
You thrive on teamwork but bring a driven, goal-oriented spirit.
You have genuine tech curiosity — you adopt new tools, test them, and make them part of your workflow.
You leverage AI for research, briefs, and prep — then apply your judgment to build the relationship.
You think analytically: data and pipeline signals drive your decisions, not just gut feeling.
You're comfortable being the first — first call, first pitch, in a market that's never been approached before.
Why Join Us?
Aleph is a place of many cultures, perspectives, and talents. We support each other, creating an environment of giving and receiving. We value partnership and communication because we believe it takes a group of people to achieve great things. We are energized by our ever-changing industry, our curiosity keeps us learning and seeking out new opportunities.
We stay flexible and adaptable, and believe in moving with the speed of change. We encourage everyone to strive for more, providing our internal talent with growth opportunities and the ability to learn together.
