Unlike traditional outsourcing agencies, we place you directly with innovative companies where you become a valued member of the team. About the company Our client is a fast-growing marketing consultancy and growth agency specializing in the medical aesthetics and regenerative medicine sector. Operating globally across the US, UK, Australia, and beyond, the team helps premium clinics and MedSpas transition from inconsistent results to predictable, $100K+ monthly revenue. By moving beyond traditional lead generation, they implement comprehensive growth frameworks that optimize high-ticket patient acquisition, sales conversion systems, and client retention strategies for treatments like body sculpting, injectables, and advanced laser therapies. As a performance-driven scale-up, the company is dedicated to solving the complex operational and marketing challenges faced by modern aesthetic practices. The team fosters a results-oriented and innovative environment, focusing on delivering measurable impact through structured systems rather than generic advertising. This is an opportunity to join a strategic, forward-thinking organization that is redefining how premium health and beauty businesses scale their operations in a competitive international market. Job Summary Most agencies stop caring once the lead lands. We don't. At this company, we recognize that the gap between an interested lead and a paid deposit is where high-ticket aesthetics is truly won or lost. We have world-class lead generation and robust systems; what we need is a dedicated CRO Lead to own the "click-to-booking" journey. If you thrive on watching session recordings, debunking objections, and proving your hypotheses with hard evidence, this is the role where you can truly own the funnel. High-Ticket Lead Gen Expertise: Experience optimizing landing pages and forms specifically for high-intent, considered purchases. Timezone Alignment: Ability to work primarily within USA business hours to collaborate effectively with the team and partner clinics. Data-Driven Communication: Expert written and verbal English with the ability to present data-backed findings confidently to stakeholders. Nice-to-Haves Industry Background: Previous experience in MedSpa, aesthetics, or healthcare lead generation. Platform Knowledge: Hands-on experience with GoHighLevel (GHL).
