- Excellent communication skills, with particular attention to detail in procedures, preparation, and execution.

Spearhead market expansion by pinpointing new customer segments and use cases across R&D, clinical development, regulatory and quality, manufacturing, and patient- and provider-facing functions. Collaborate cross-functionally to differentiate our offerings and sustain a competitive edge
Help customers navigate Korea’s healthcare regulatory and data environment, including Ministry of Food and Drug Safety (MFDS) and Ministry of Health and Welfare (MOHW) requirements, the Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) and Medical Service Act as they apply to patient data, and GxP/validation expectations
Inform product roadmaps and features by gathering customer feedback and conveying the needs of the Korean market. Provide insights that strengthen our value proposition and enhance the customer experience
Continuously refine the sales methodology by incorporating learnings into playbooks, templates, and best practices. Identify process improvements that optimize sales productivity and consistency

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

We recently raised a $100M Series C, valuing the company at $2B, led by Meritech and Sapphire with participation from Greenoaks, Craft, Abstract, and Audacious. WorkOS powers enterprise features for many of the fastest-growing AI companies, including OpenAI, Cursor, and Perplexity, Sierra, and Plaid.
As AI reshapes software, WorkOS is at the frontier of Human and Agent Authentication, Identity, and Access Control helping companies answer a new critical question: who are your agents, and what are they allowed to do? Our fast-growing customer base includes hundreds of modern software companies building the next generation of enterprise-ready products.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re hiring an experienced Engineering Manager to lead Dashboard, the team helping customers get more value from the WorkOS suite and helping WorkOS grow as a business. We’re looking for a leader who is excited to manage engineers, but approaches the role as a startup founding member would.
You’ll lead engineers working across customer onboarding and growth, billing and monetization, and AI assistance in the WorkOS dashboard. The team’s work connects the customer journey from signup and integration through production and expansion. You’ll partner closely with design, go-to-market, finance, and other engineering teams to make that journey simpler and more effective.
This role offers meaningful autonomy to shape what we build and why. It’s a great fit for a strong product thinker who enjoys working closely with product managers and taking the lead on product decisions when the opportunity calls for it. You’ll have room to identify customer problems, propose new directions, and carry ideas from discovery through launch, with ownership of the outcomes. If you’re excited by the chance to combine engineering leadership with product judgment, there’s a lot to build here.
You’ll also drive technical strategy, empower your team to execute on projects with a direct impact on customer success and the business, and play a pivotal role in scaling the team and recruiting exceptional engineers.
WHAT YOUR TEAM WILL BUILD
- Growth and onboarding: help developers move from signing up to integrating and running WorkOS in production. Improve onboarding and next steps, and work with go-to-market teams on timely outreach informed by product signals.
- Billing and monetization: build annual-credit capabilities, make billing more reliable and automated, and give customers clearer pricing, usage, and credit information in the dashboard.
- AI assistance for developers: bring the Dashboard Agent, WorkOS MCP server, Ask WorkOS, and Support Bot into a coordinated experience, with shared retrieval, evaluations, and quality standards. Help developers get useful, consistent answers and make progress with WorkOS.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build and lead a high-velocity team that ships product fast and with polish across growth, monetization, and developer assistance.
- Be deeply technical and hands-on: read the PRs, write prototypes, and work with technical leads on architecture and project scope.
- Shape the roadmap in close partnership with product managers, design, go-to-market, finance, and engineering. Bring your own product perspective, identify opportunities, and drive product decisions directly where needed—from defining the problem and choosing an approach to measuring the outcome.
- Help the team improve the customer journey from signup to production and expansion, using product signals and customer feedback to choose what to build next.
- Balance rapid product iteration with the reliability and correctness customers need from billing and the quality they expect from AI assistance.
- Push for clarity, focus, and high energy in every sprint. Drive urgency without burning people out.
- Spend time with customers and engineers alike—digging into pain points, testing assumptions, and improving the craft.
- Coach, mentor, and grow a team of curious, driven engineers through direct feedback, clear goals, and meaningful ownership.
- Partner with recruiting to attract, hire, and retain exceptional engineering talent.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Track record of having successfully led product-focused engineering teams in high-performing organizations that shipped real impact.
- You've written code at a high level, and you still love to get your hands dirty. You view leadership as an amplifier, not a step back.
- Bias for action and scrappiness: You don’t over-optimize for process. You optimize for velocity, customer value, and learning.
- You deeply care about the developer experience. You think about UX, APIs, performance, edge cases, and joy.
- You ask "why" obsessively, and you push yourself (and your team) to learn constantly.
- You build trust, give direct feedback, and create space for engineers to thrive.
- You have experience partnering with internal recruiting teams to drive effective and fair hiring processes. You realize that recruiting is a large and important part of your role, and have a track record of recruiting, hiring, and mentoring top engineering talent.
- You’re a strong product thinker who connects customer needs, technical possibilities, and business outcomes. You collaborate well with product managers and are comfortable driving product decisions yourself, using customer insight and evidence to make tradeoffs and build alignment.
Experience with onboarding and growth, billing systems, or customer-facing AI products is especially relevant. You do not need prior experience in all three areas.

WHO WE ARE
Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vkpYpWfEK5s. We're building one place where your knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools live side by side, so work is faster, clearer, and less fragmented. Millions of individuals, small teams, and large companies run their work on Notion.
Notinos (our employees) are customer zero in bringing this future of work to life. We care about craft, building things that last, and the belief that great work is still fundamentally human. Our goal isn’t to ship the next feature. Each and every team of Notinos is working to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era. From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
Notion is building the connected AI workspace where teams and agents think together, bringing knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools into one place. Joining Corporate Accounting means helping build the financial foundation for a business shaping how work gets done in the AI era.
As a Senior Accountant on Corporate Accounting, you’ll own key areas of general ledger accounting and the month-end close, helping ensure accurate, timely reporting. You’ll partner closely with FP&A and cross-functional stakeholders to explain fluctuations, surface issues, and support accurate reporting at Notion’s scale.
This role is based in San Francisco. We work from our offices on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays (our Anchor Days) because we do our best thinking and building together in person. We’re looking for someone who’s excited to work alongside the team during those days.
WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE:
- Own assigned areas across monthly, quarterly, and annual close: Prepare accurate journal entries and adjustments with clear supporting documentation, and complete close work on time.
- By your 90th day, independently manage your assigned close areas, perform balance sheet reconciliations, and resolve outstanding items with a clear rhythm for identifying and escalating issues.
- By your 90th day, analyze financial results and explain variance drivers in management reporting, partnering with FP&A and other stakeholders to make the numbers clear and actionable.
- By your 90th day, use AI-enabled tools and automation to streamline analysis, reconciliations, and recurring workflows—freeing time for higher-judgment accounting work.
- By the end of your first year, strengthen controls and accounting processes across your areas, supporting accurate financial statements.
- By the end of your first year, drive scalable improvements across Corporate Accounting, collaborating with FP&A, AP, Legal, and other teams to improve accuracy, efficiency, and consistency.
SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING:
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP and accrual accounting, applied to produce accurate and well-supported accounting outcomes.
- Progressive accounting experience, including 5+ years with hands-on ownership of month-end close processes.
- Proficiency with NetSuite and an active, practical approach to using AI and automation to streamline accounting workflows.
- Demonstrated ability to build cross-functional partnerships and communicate clearly with stakeholders at all levels, including explaining fluctuations and their business drivers.
- Ownership, sound judgment, and a continuous-improvement mindset: you look for ways to make the work more accurate, scalable, and easier for others to build on.
Notion is committed to providing highly competitive cash compensation, equity, and benefits. The compensation offered for this role will be based on multiple factors such as location, the role’s scope and complexity, and the candidate’s experience and expertise, and may vary from the range provided below. For roles based in San Francisco, the estimated base salary range for this role is $130,000 - $150,000 per year.

A NOTE ON AI
You don’t need deep AI expertise for every role, but we do expect every Notino to be intellectually curious, drawn to tinkering and discovery, and excited to use AI as a real collaborator in their work. For some roles, AI fluency is a core requirement — when that’s the case, we'll say so explicitly in the qualifications. People who thrive here don’t treat AI as a novelty. They use it to think better, and make their work easier for others to build on.
