We’re scaling fast and staying true to what makes us different: an open-source legacy, a global collaborative culture, and a passion for meaningful work. Our team thrives in an innovation-driven environment where transparency, autonomy, and trust fuel everything we do.
You may not meet every requirement, and that’s okay. If this role excites you, we’d love you to raise your hand for what could be a truly career-defining opportunity.
This is a fully remote position and we're considering candidates in Spain.
About Product Management
As a Product Manager at Grafana Labs, you'll develop a vision and strategy for your product domain. You will own the experience for your product as well as its roadmap and competitive positioning, and you will collaborate with company leadership on setting your product's goals. You will be the primary advocate and expert in your area, with a strong ability to communicate needs, functionality, and details effectively both to external customers and internal stakeholders. The teams and people you will be interacting with will be 100% remote and globally distributed, so strong and proactive communication is essential.
Product Managers are the bridge that connects R&D to GTM. You are a facilitator who ensures the free flow of information across these teams and are expected to be technically proficient when representing our products to our customers.
The role
As the Staff Product Manager for Enterprise Deployment Solutions, you'll own the Grafana Labs offerings that run outside our standard multi-tenant SaaS. That includes
Grafana Federal Cloud
, for organizations that need FedRAMP-authorized observability: US federal agencies; state, local, and education (SLED) customers; and commercial companies that sell FedRAMP offerings of their own. It also includes
Grafana Cloud Bring Your Own Cloud (BYOC)
, which delivers the full Grafana Cloud experience while the customer pays the infrastructure bill directly to their cloud provider, saving them significantly at scale.
Your mission is to make Grafana Labs the obvious choice for organizations that can't use standard SaaS because of compliance, data, or cost-at-scale constraints. Deployment choices change the product: features that are simple in standard SaaS can be hard, expensive, or impossible in a regulated or customer-owned environment. You’ll be responsible for adapting existing Grafana Cloud capabilities to these environments, deciding which features come in, which wait, and which stay out, and occasionally building something specific to BYOC or Federal Cloud. You'll also help shape which deployment models we offer next.
Along the way, you’ll use AI tools daily to speed up research, analyze product signals, and develop positioning, applying strong judgment to the results.
As the Staff Product Manager for Enterprise Deployment Solutions, you will:
Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Grafana Bring Your Own Cloud and Grafana Federal Cloud products, using product data and market research to balance customer value against engineering cost and technical constraints
Own positioning, messaging, and differentiation for these products, including how they compare to regular Grafana Cloud, and partner with Product Marketing on launches, competitive analysis, enablement, and demand programs
Partner with Engineering and Technical Program Management on buildouts for these environments, balancing customer timelines with engineering capacity
Work directly with customers, prospects, and the field on strategic deals and brief partners, resellers, and analysts on our deployment options
Partner with Security, Compliance, and Legal to work through product changes affecting our authorization or existing customer commitments
We’re excited about you because you have
5+ years of product management experience on a technical B2B product,
or
a technical background (software engineering, solutions architecture, SRE, or technical program management) plus a demonstrated move into product ownership
Hands-on experience with a non-standard SaaS deployment model, such as self-managed, air-gapped, sovereign, BYOC, single-tenant, or FedRAMP/government cloud, and a firsthand understanding of how it changes the product, its operations, and its economics
Experience with cloud infrastructure, platform software, or developer tools
Clear product and go-to-market judgment: you've shaped what a product should be and how it's positioned and sold, not only when it ships
Interest in working with US public sector customers and learning their needs and buying cycles. Deep compliance expertise isn't required.
Experience leading across multiple teams without direct authority, with excellent written and verbal communication in a remote, globally distributed organization
Bonus Points
Experience selling to or building for US federal, state, or local government customers, or other highly regulated industries
Familiarity with government or sovereign cloud frameworks, such as FedRAMP, StateRAMP/GovRAMP, BSI C5, or SecNumCloud, or with offerings such as AWS GovCloud, Azure Government, AWS European Sovereign Cloud, or GCP Sovereign Cloud
Experience with pricing and packaging across deployment models
Experience with observability, monitoring, or other data-intensive infrastructure products
Experience working with resellers, systems integrators, or cloud marketplace partners
Familiarity with open source software or commercial open source companies

We are driven by our principles: do the right thing, employees first, we are remote first, and we deliver high-volume, low-cost Linux infrastructure and security products that help companies to increase the efficiency of their operations. We are currently hiring
Staff Engineers
for various projects within the
Imunify360 product.
Imunify360 is CloudLinux's multi-layer security suite for Linux web servers: antivirus and malware cleanup, WAF, IDS/IPS, Proactive Defense, patch management (KernelCare/Patchman), and IP/domain reputation. It runs on hundreds of thousands of shared, VPS and dedicated hosting servers, under cPanel, Plesk, DirectAdmin and standalone.
The engineering org is 60+ engineers in squads covering backend, core, server agent, malware research, WAF/WebShield, and Patchman. Core services are Python; agents and performance-critical paths are Go and Rust. We run on Hetzner and our own bare metal.
Check out our website for more information:
https://imunify360.com/
Role Mission & Scope
Most complex technical challenges in Imunify360 go beyond individual squads. A single detection change can impact the scanner, agent, UI, reputation backend, and release process. While squad leads own delivery within their teams, the Staff Engineer ensures technical alignment across the product.
As a Staff Engineer, you'll be a
hands-on technical leader working across the entire product
, focusing on the most critical and high-impact challenges as priorities evolve. You'll drive technical decisions, improve architecture, establish engineering standards, and help teams build sustainable solutions.
This is an
individual contributor role
, without direct people management responsibilities. You'll remain actively involved in development, spending approximately
30–50% of your time writing production code
, rather than focusing solely on architectural design.
While deep expertise in a particular area is valued, this role requires the flexibility to work across different components, collaborate with multiple squads, and tackle challenges wherever your expertise can make the greatest impact.
What you will own
Architecture and technical direction
Own the end-to-end architecture of Imunify360 as a product: agent ↔ server ↔ cloud backends, data flows, and the contracts between them.
Write and drive ADRs and RFCs for cross-squad changes. Run the Wed/Fri architecture sync together with the Technical Director.
Keep a living tech-debt and risk register (security / compliance / uptime) with owners and dates, and get the top items funded on the roadmap.
Hard cross-cutting problems (examples of what lands on your desk)
Agent resource footprint on dense shared hosts: CPU, memory and I/O budgets for scanning, file monitoring (inotify/fanotify) and WAF, measured on real kernels, not benchmarks from elsewhere.
Detection pipeline quality: false positive / false negative rates, signature and ML model rollout with staged gates and rollback.
Upgrade and release safety across a large, heterogeneous fleet (CentOS/AlmaLinux/CloudLinux/Ubuntu, multiple control panels, old kernels).
Backend scale and cost of reputation, ThreatIntel and telemetry services.
Migrating hot paths from Python to Go/Rust where the data shows it pays off, and saying no where it doesn't.
Engineering standards
Set the bar for design reviews, code review, testing strategy, observability (Prometheus/Grafana/Sentry) and secure SDLC (OWASP ASVS, CIS Benchmarks as relevant).
Lead or co-lead SEV1/SEV2 incidents when the cause is unclear or cross-squad; make sure the blameless post-mortem ships within 24 h and its actions get closed.
Drive the AI-augmented SDLC in practice: show what good agentic coding looks like (prompt specificity, context provision, review quality, tool boundaries) on real changes, not slides.
People multiplier (no direct reports)
Mentor senior engineers and squad leads toward staff-level scope.
Act as the technical bar-raiser in hiring loops for senior and lead roles.
Be the engineering voice in product and sales discussions: estimates, feasibility, and no dated customer commitment without a written squad-lead estimate.
Key Milestones
30 days: Shipped at least one non-trivial change to production. Can explain the full request path from agent to backend. Has a personal list of top 10 technical risks.
90 days: Owns one cross-squad initiative with an approved ADR, a measured baseline, and a staged rollout plan. Published risk register reviewed in arch sync.
6 months: That initiative is in production with before/after metrics. At least one engineering standard (e.g. release gating, agent perf budget, design review template) is adopted by 3+ squads.
12 months: Recognized by squad leads as the default escalation point for cross-cutting technical decisions. At least one senior engineer grown into broader scope with your mentorship.
Requirements
Must have
10+ years building and operating production software, with 3+ years in a Staff/Principal/Tech Lead scope spanning several teams.
Strong production experience in
Python
and at least one of
Go
or
Rust
.
Deep
Linux internals
: processes, filesystems, networking, kernel interfaces (inotify/fanotify, eBPF or similar), packaging (RPM/DEB), systemd.
Track record of designing and running
distributed systems
at scale: async backends, queues, databases, caching, failure modes.
You have owned systems that run
on customer machines
(agents, daemons, on-prem software) and know what upgrade safety, backward compatibility and resource budgets mean there.
Security mindset: threat modeling, secure coding, handling of untrusted input (files, HTTP traffic, user content).
Writes clear, short technical documents and drives decisions in async, remote teams across time zones.
Uses AI coding tools (Cursor, Claude, MCP-based tooling) daily and can judge their output critically.
Nice to have
Experience in server security: AV/malware detection, WAF (ModSecurity/Coraza), IDS/IPS, rootkit detection, CVE/patch management.
Experience with WordPress and Node.JS web application hosting at scale
ML in production for classification/detection, including evaluation and safe model rollout.
Observability at scale: Prometheus, Grafana, Sentry, ClickHouse or similar.
CI/CD ownership: GitLab CI, Jenkins, build systems for multi-distro packaging.
Open-source contributions in security or systems tooling.
Benefits
What's in it for you?
Stay hands-on technically while owning complex, high-impact engineering work.
Work on challenging Linux, automation, and cybersecurity problems across mature and newer products.
Influence technical direction and make meaningful architectural decisions.
Work independently with a high level of ownership and autonomy.
Fully remote work with flexible working hours.
24 paid vacation days, 10 national holidays, and unlimited sick leave.
Private medical insurance compensation.
Co-working and gym/sports reimbursement.
Education budget.
Opportunity to receive a reward for innovative ideas that the company can patent.

This is a remote position. We are seeking candidates in US and Canada.
The Opportunity:
Application Core Services (AppCore) is a group within Platform, in the Foundations department. Foundations produces the Internal Engineering Platform (IEP) and partners closely with our Cloud, Enterprise, and Grafana teams. Our team develops the essential systems driving Grafana's business operations. We utilize the grafana.com platform to engineer bespoke integrations and solutions that unify the diverse technical ecosystem of a modern software enterprise.
The team owns important domain areas that help keep both our customer workflows and internal business processes running smoothly. AppCore is made up of multiple squads, each focused on one or more of these domains. Our work includes maintaining the billing engine responsible for customer usage calculations, automating provisioning after a customer signs a contract, integrating with cloud marketplaces such as AWS, Azure, and GCP, and building and maintaining the user portal our customers rely on to manage their accounts.
This is a team working at the intersection of product, platform, and business operations. The systems we build are critical to how Grafana Cloud scales. We are looking for engineers who enjoy solving complex workflow and systems problems, improving reliability and developer experience, and building software that directly supports both customers and internal stakeholders.
As a company we are remote-first and global, we embrace people of different experiences and backgrounds to build diverse teams where every person brings a unique perspective to the software. Engineers at Grafana Labs also have the opportunity to contribute to Open Source communities and collaborate across teams beyond their immediate scope.
What You’ll Be Doing:
The Usage squad owns the essential systems driving Grafana's business operations and customer usage calculations. Our domain encompasses maintaining the billing engine responsible for customer usage calculation, cost management and billing applications, automating provisioning after a customer signs a contract, integrating with cloud marketplaces such as AWS, Azure, and GCP, and building and maintaining the customer user portal.
Our work sits at the intersection of product, platform, and business operations. We build full-stack web applications, customer portals, backend services, APIs, and data integrations across internal Grafana platforms and third-party systems like NetSuite and Salesforce. When this domain works well, customers get clear usage visibility, reliable billing, and seamless account management workflows. This role is about 75% FrontEnd and 25% BackEnd.
Design, build, operate, and evolve reliable full-stack web applications, customer-facing account portals, and backend services that power core customer usage and billing workflows
Build and maintain backend APIs (Golang, Node.js) and intuitive user interfaces using modern frontend technologies (TypeScript, React)
Design and maintain integrations between Grafana systems and external business platforms such as NetSuite, Salesforce, and cloud marketplaces (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Develop and automate business logic for customer usage metering, pricing structures, promotions, and billing reconciliation
Collaborate across product management, DealOps, GTM, Support, and adjacent AppCore squads to deliver robust end-to-end features
Address technical debt, optimize CI/CD pipelines, strengthen test coverage, and improve system observability and operational resilience
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineers while shaping pragmatic solutions for complex systems challenges
Contribute to roadmap planning, technical design, OnCall improvements, and long-term simplification of stack operations
You will help own the production behavior of the systems you build. That includes improving runbooks, dashboards, alerts, reconciliation safety, rollout controls, and recovery procedures. You should be comfortable debugging across service boundaries and making careful changes in systems that affect customer stacks
What Makes You a Great Fit:
At Grafana, we actively embrace AI-assisted and agentic development practices, integrating these technologies into both our engineering workflows and the systems we deliver. We encourage our engineers to thoughtfully leverage AI tools to enhance every stage of the lifecycle, from design and implementation to testing, documentation, and operations. We also look for strategic opportunities to embed agentic capabilities within our services to eliminate toil, bolster reliability, and ensure that complex customer workflows remain resilient and safe.
We are seeking a Staff FullStack Engineer who thrives on building production systems where correctness, scalability, and user experience are paramount. As a remote-first organization, you should be comfortable collaborating asynchronously across time zones and taking full ownership of the critical systems powering Grafana Cloud. Our team is small and operates with a high degree of independence; you will be expected to lead major projects, coordinate across service boundaries, and help define the technical direction for our domain.
You will be particularly successful in this role if you enjoy solving challenges related to stateful systems, eventual consistency, and reconciliation loops. We value engineers who can take ambiguous lifecycle requirements and transform them into explicit, modular solutions. You should be adept at breaking down complex systems work into safe, iterative increments while clearly communicating technical tradeoffs to both internal stakeholders and adjacent product teams.
Some things you might be expected to do could include:
Writing efficient, readable, and easy to maintain code
Designing new microservices or systems
Collaborating with teammates and other departments to reach consensus on proposed solutions
Coordinating with product and UX when needed
Responding to customer requests and feedback
When ready, participating in our follow-the-sun OnCall rotation
Participating in team decisions, such as roadmap planning and prioritization
Requirements:
You have at least 1 year of fully remote work experience
You have worked on a big SaaS platform and dealt with common distributed systems problems (e.g. scalability, multi-tenancy, data isolation, HA, …)
Strong professional experience with backend technologies (Golang, Node.js) as well as modern frontend web development (TypeScript, React)
Care deeply about developer and user experience and the quality of the products that you work on
Have some experience with delivering projects from gathering requirements, and brainstorming ideas to shipping a product to the customer’s hands in a self-driven way
You write clean, robust, well-tested software that other engineers can understand, operate, and maintain
Have experience with mentoring junior engineers in a collaborative but asynchronous environment
Can take on complex challenges and break them down to achieve tight learning loops: to analyze, design, and build modular solutions, deliver MVPs, gather data and feedback, and then progress iteratively
You are willing to work across teams. Your work has to be aligned with the needs of other squads and external stakeholders. You make your plans transparent, bring stakeholders on board, and are open to feedback and suggestions
Strong Kubernetes experience in AWS, GCP, or Azure, and familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tooling (Helm, Terraform, Jsonnet, etc.)
Bonus Points For:
Experience with high-volume usage metering, billing engines, or customer-facing cost management applications
Experience designing, building, and maintaining integrations with third-party business systems (e.g., NetSuite, Salesforce, Cloud Marketplaces)
Experience with frontend component libraries, design systems, and modern CSS-in-JS tooling
Familiarity with cloud marketplace integrations (AWS, Azure, GCP) and SaaS provisioning/tenancy patterns
Experience working on SaaS provisioning, tenancy, regional expansion, plugin rollout, or customer lifecycle systems
Experience with incident response involving configuration drift, partial failure, or cross-service state mismatch

In Canada, the compensation range for this role is $186,368 - $223,642 CAD. Actual compensation may vary based on level, experience, and skillset as assessed throughout the interview process. We are looking for a
Senior Product Owner
to build how Capital.com detects and prevents fraud and money laundering as we expand into new financial products and markets.
You will own the roadmap for fraud prevention and transaction monitoring. That covers the rules, models and systems that flag risky activity, and the tools teams use to review it. You’ll use AI to clear routine alerts automatically, so people can focus on the cases that need a person. You’ll work closely with Compliance, Operations, Data, Engineering and the Financial Investigation Unit. Because this is a new capability, you’ll shape it from the ground up and, over time, build the team that runs it.
Responsibilities:
Own and prioritize the product roadmap for fraud prevention and transaction monitoring within the agreed financial crime strategy.

Deliver changes through the agreed approval process, with clear testing, staged rollout, monitoring and rollback plans.
Measure performance after release, including fraud losses, detection effectiveness and customer friction. Use the findings to improve controls without treating fewer alerts as proof of success.
Adapt fraud prevention and transaction monitoring capabilities to emerging threats, new products, markets and transaction types. Make readiness requirements and unresolved coverage gaps visible before launch.
Coordinate delivery across product teams and control owners, making priorities, dependencies and trade-offs clear and escalating decisions that require accountable leadership.
Requirements:
5+ years in product ownership or product management, including end-to-end ownership of a product roadmap at a senior level.
Strong financial crime experience covering both fraud and money laundering, gained in fintech, banking, payments or another regulated business.
Hands-on experience building detection capabilities such as rules, models or transaction monitoring systems.
Experience using AI or automation to reduce manual alert review, for example automated customer outreach, while keeping people on complex cases.
Strong data skills: you understand where data comes from and how reliable it is, and you can evaluate detection using historical data, coverage and false-positive analysis.
Experience releasing changes to live controls safely, with testing, staged rollout, monitoring and rollback.
Excellent stakeholder management, including working with Compliance and control owners through approval processes.
Experience building or growing a product team is desirable.

How we work with AI
We are committed to leveraging cutting-edge technology—including AI—to achieve our mission. We also understand that thinking critically about AI in its current forms will help us create better solutions for our customers and ourselves with its future forms, which will help us continue to close the gap between security and privacy and achieve our mission. Embracing the future of AI isn't just encouraged—it's an essential part of how we will be successful at 1Password.
This approach extends to our hiring process—candidates are welcome to use AI tools responsibly and thoughtfully during the application process. To us, this means we do ask that you join live interviews without using AI tools so we can get to know how you communicate, solve problems, and collaborate with others.

Some roles are designated as remote-first, with an expectation that individuals work from their homes majority of the time, while others are designated as in-office roles, with an expectation of being on-site on a regular basis. Why this role exists
Higgsfield builds tools for AI creators: creative workflows, collaborative projects in Cinema Studio, and a community for sharing work. We need a backend engineer who combines deep database and architecture expertise with the initiative to own product outcomes, from the first idea to production.
What you'll actually do
- Build AI creation workflows, Cinema Studio collaboration, and community features: sharing, discovery, contests, profiles, and follows.
- Own features and bugs through release and follow-up. Define API contracts and coordinate frontend work to deliver the complete feature.
- Deliver responsive UX: live progress, timely updates, and clear failure recovery, even when it takes more engineering effort.
- Remove database and service bottlenecks under high traffic; improve correctness, latency, and reliability.
- Define success metrics, build dashboards and alerts, and track adoption and system health after launch.
Must-haves
1. Deep database expertise: data modeling, indexes, query plans, partitioning, transactions, and locking. You diagnose production bottlenecks and understand the trade-offs behind your fixes.
2. Strong architecture judgment: service boundaries, APIs, asynchronous workflows, caching, and failure handling. Hands-on Kubernetes and CI/CD experience, from design and testing to deployment and debugging.
3. A track record of shipping and operating backend systems across multiple projects, including high-traffic workloads. You can explain your decisions and measurable results.
4. API security: authentication, object-level authorization, and tenant isolation. You prevent IDOR in reads and writes, including resource IDs in request bodies, and test access across users and workspaces.
5. You've built or studied social networks and collaborative tools, and can explain design trade-offs in feeds, follow graphs, notifications, sharing permissions, real-time sync, and concurrent edits.
6. High agency and ownership: you find worthwhile problems, propose improvements, remove blockers, and follow through without waiting for assignments.
7. Low ego: you welcome direct feedback, admit mistakes, change your mind with evidence, and help wherever the team needs you.
8. Ambition and optimism: hard goals and rapid growth energize you. You challenge assumptions constructively and commit to making ambitious ideas work.
9. Energy for an intense pace, shifting priorities, and urgent launches or production issues that can require work outside regular hours.
Our tech stack
- Languages and frameworks: Python (FastAPI), Go (Gin), and TypeScript (React/Next.js on the frontend).
- Data: PostgreSQL and Redis; analytical databases such as BigQuery or ClickHouse.
- Messaging: Kafka, Amazon SQS, and RabbitMQ; event-driven services and asynchronous workers.
- AWS: S3, DynamoDB, ECR, and Secrets Manager.
- Infrastructure: Docker, Kubernetes on Amazon EKS, Helm, Argo CD, and GitHub Actions.
- Observability: Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, and Sentry.
Interview process
1. Recruiter screen: role expectations, logistics, and fit.
2. Technical interview: a difficult system you shipped, what you personally decided and built, and how your work made the team more capable without leaving it dependent on you.
3. Additional technical interview, if needed: a deeper discussion of technical skills and open questions.
4. Product fit interview: turn a user problem into a small first release, decide what to leave out, and explain how feedback would change the solution.
5. Offer.
