ABOUT BASETEN
Baseten powers mission-critical inference for the world's most dynamic AI companies, like Cursor, Notion, OpenEvidence, Abridge, Clay, Gamma, and Writer. By uniting applied AI research, flexible infrastructure, and seamless developer tooling, we enable companies operating at the frontier of AI to bring cutting-edge models into production. We're growing quickly and recently raised our $1.5B Series F https://www.baseten.co/blog/announcing-our-series-f/, led by Altimeter Capital, Conviction Partners, and Spark Capital. Join us and help build the platform engineers turn to ship AI products.
THE ROLE
We're looking for a hands-on Operations Manager to own the operational and analytical supply side of our GPU fleet. Key focus areas: GPU fleet lifecycle, health, observability, utilization monitoring, and remediation across our neocloud and bare metal environments.
We contract for a fixed amount of compute capacity. GPUs drift from healthy to unhealthy over time, and this role minimizes that downtime to keep the maximum number of GPUs healthy at any given moment.
This is an operator role, not people management. You'll drive execution through clear processes, metrics, reporting, vendor coordination, and cross-functional alignment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drive suppliers to keep the maximum amount of the GPU fleet online and healthy.
- Maintain a live reconciliation of contracted vs. provisioned vs. healthy vs. utilized capacity, broken out by supplier and by cluster maximizing the number of healthy GPUs.
- Supplier-attributed fleet health accountability: own replacement SLAs, mean time to repair (MTTR), and RMA cycle times for every in-scope supplier.
- SLA monitoring, credit claims, and remedy enforcement: track SLA performance against contract terms, file and pursue credit claims, and drive remediation plans when suppliers fall short.
- Drive internal communications where suppliers need to perform maintenance to ensure all Baseten stakeholders are aware of activities that impact availability.
Scope and Approach
- Flexibility: this list covers the core of the role, not the limit of it. You'll be asked to take on adjacent work as the function evolves and as new gaps surface.
- Ownership mindset: we need someone who treats "whatever it takes" as a genuine operating principle, not a line in a job posting. If something falls outside a defined lane but inside the overall goal of closing the capacity gap, it's yours to pick up.
REQUIREMENTS
- 5 to 10+ years within infrastructure working within the compute lifecycle to maximize functional compute, ideally in a hyperscale, cloud, or large-scale compute environment.
- Direct experience managing GPU, server, or data center hardware supplier relationships. You understand fleet health, RMA processes, and how contracted capacity differs from delivered capacity.
- Highly analytical. You should be comfortable pulling your own data, building your own reports, and generating insights without waiting on someone else to hand you a dashboard.
- Comfortable with ambiguity. Part of the job is figuring out what should exist and building it.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills. You'll work closely with finance, infrastructure/engineering, legal, and security on a regular basis.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience at a hyperscaler, neo cloud provider, or AI infrastructure company
- Familiarity with GPU hardware lifecycles (NVIDIA H100/H200/GB200 class systems), power/thermal constraints, and supply chain dynamics for compute.
- Experience running formal supplier corrective actions.
BENEFITS
- Competitive compensation, including meaningful equity
- (U.S. only) 100% coverage of medical, dental, and vision insurance for employee and dependents
- Flexible PTO policy including company wide Winter Break (our offices are closed from Christmas Eve to New Year's Day!)
- Paid parental leave
- Fertility and family-building stipend through Carrot
- (U.S. only) Company-facilitated 401(k)
- Exposure to a variety of ML startups, offering unparalleled learning and networking opportunities.
Apply now to embark on a rewarding journey in shaping the future of AI! If you are a motivated individual with a passion for machine learning and a desire to be part of a collaborative and forward-thinking team, we would love to hear from you.
At Baseten, we are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace. GiveWell’s mission is to help people in need as much as we can by researching the most cost‑effective ways to save and improve lives, sharing our work openly, and directing donations to the programs we believe will do the most good. Our work, which focuses on global health and well-being, is funded by tens of thousands of donors who rely on our research to inform their giving. We’ve grown from directing $1.5 million in 2010 to directing more than $400 million in 2025. We anticipate our total grantmaking is likely to approach or even exceed $1 billion this year, and we are working toward a future that could be several times that scale. Through years of deliberate groundwork, we’ve been growing our research capacity and scope in order to direct substantially more funding to the most impactful opportunities we can find.
We’re hiring a Senior Communications Officer, Media & Public Affairs to lead how GiveWell’s work is represented in the media and in public conversations. You will set our strategy, build trusted relationships with journalists and other influential voices, pursue opportunities that increase understanding of GiveWell’s work, and lead our external response in fast-moving situations.
This role will lead a small and growing team. This is one of three new communications leadership roles, alongside a
Senior Communications Officer, Strategic Communications
and a
Senior Communications Officer, Editorial & Production
.
About the role
Both
our research and impact are expanding
. Last year, we directed more than $400 million to highly cost-effective programs that save and improve lives. This year, we expect our grantmaking to approach, and possibly exceed, $1 billion.
To build toward the communications capacity this next stage requires, we are rapidly expanding our team. The three Senior Communications Officers will work together on many projects to support GiveWell’s communications needs, while working closely with other leaders across our organization. Each leader will own their function, but much of the work that matters most—like team strategies, major initiatives, partnership campaigns, and how we present the organization as a whole—will involve all three. We will expect this group to set shared priorities and work closely together to achieve the team’s goals.
In this hands-on leadership position, you’ll own how and where GiveWell engages in media and public conversations, with end-to-end responsibility for this emerging function. You’ll set its strategy, hire and develop its people, build its systems, and personally own its hardest and most consequential work. This is an opportunity to build, not just inherit, an important function at a critical point in GiveWell’s development. You’ll start with a small team and grow it over time.
While this role is set at the Senior Communications Officer level, we may consider hiring an exceptional candidate as a Communications Director—with greater expectations, responsibilities, and compensation.
What You'll Do
As Senior Communications Officer, Media & Public Affairs, you will combine long-term strategy and relationship-building with the ability to respond quickly and exercise sound judgment in sensitive or fast-moving situations.
Specific duties will include:
Set GiveWell’s strategy across media, thought-leader engagement, online communities, public forums and events, and other earned communications opportunities—including deciding where and when GiveWell should participate and overseeing those engagements.
Build and maintain high-trust relationships with journalists, editors, podcast hosts, event organizers, thought leaders, subject-matter experts, and other influential external stakeholders.
Identify, develop, and pitch substantive stories, event opportunities, and thought-leadership ideas that extend understanding of GiveWell’s work.
Own inbound media engagement, including situations that require rapid responses, close coordination with subject-matter experts, and careful judgment about what GiveWell can responsibly say—and about which responses need escalation.
Build and maintain GiveWell’s readiness for sensitive or fast-moving situations, monitor emerging issues in media and public conversations, and lead our external response when needed in partnership with others.
Advise GiveWell’s leadership on external opportunities and relationships, and prepare senior leaders and subject-matter experts for interviews, speaking engagements, and other public appearances.
Exercise sound judgment about when and how GiveWell should enter public conversations, including evaluating likely value, reputational considerations, and communications risks.
Evaluate and help shape public-facing communications partnerships, advising on which opportunities GiveWell should pursue and how we should participate.
Serve as a spokesperson for GiveWell in select media interviews, events, and other public forums, communicating our perspective clearly, accurately, and with sound judgment.
Work with grantees and other partners on press releases and other media-facing communications involving GiveWell or our shared work.
Manage and develop one or two team members initially, and build the relationships, systems, and additional capacity the function will need over time.
About You
You are skilled at using communications to help people understand complex ideas, build trust, and take action. You are comfortable being accountable for outcomes, making consequential decisions with limited oversight, and knowing which decisions genuinely require escalation.
You are energized by intellectually demanding work, and the challenges of creating engaging communications within a careful and precise style. You can engage deeply with GiveWell’s research, and you are comfortable understanding and communicating about data in detail. You have a long track record of getting up to speed quickly on complex subject matter and carefully communicating to a very high standard. You can build a compelling narrative that is entirely factual, representing what is known and unknown without overstating or hedging into vagueness—and you find the idea of working with GiveWell’s exacting communications standards exciting rather than limiting.
Your background includes significant experience leading communications in complex, high-stakes environments. This should include 10+ years of experience in media relations, thought leadership, and public engagement. You have deep experience owning that work end to end, not just contributing to it. You’ve remained a hands-on leader who enjoys the work itself, as well as the strategy and systems behind it.
You know how journalists, influential voices, events, and other public forums shape how organizations and ideas are understood. You have a demonstrated ability to build meaningful external relationships, identify opportunities worth pursuing, personally represent an organization’s perspective, and navigate public-facing situations in which context is limited, timelines are short, and judgment matters. Much of this should be work you executed yourself, in addition to work you directed. Experience in settings where precision and credibility were at least as important as reach is a strong signal of fit.
In addition to demonstrated expertise in the duties listed above, you should have:
Exceptional communications judgment, including the ability to understand audience, context, risk, timing, and the underlying substance of a message.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to quickly make complex ideas clear and compelling without sacrificing rigor or nuance.
A track record of building and leading: you have created or substantially rebuilt a team or function—not only run ones you inherited—and you have hired, developed, and managed people.
Recent, hands-on excellence at your craft: you can point to work from the past few years that you personally produced or substantially shaped.
Experience producing communications that are direct and factual while being engaging and effective with their target audiences—work that succeeds through substance and clarity rather than embellishment.
Intellectual curiosity and the ability to engage deeply with GiveWell’s research and ideas, even without prior experience in our giving areas.
Experience advising executives or other senior decision-makers directly.
Strong alignment with GiveWell’s mission and values, including truth-seeking, transparency, and a commitment to communicating accurately and thoughtfully.
We also think these qualities will help you do well in the role and at GiveWell:
People who can develop a strong point of view and hold it with confidence, but remain genuinely open to challenge, new information, and better ideas.
Self-starters who take ownership, are comfortable creating structure in an evolving environment, and can make thoughtful decisions without always having complete information.
People who are proactive and anticipatory, who identify opportunities, risks, bottlenecks, and communications needs before they become obvious.
Collaborative leaders who raise the quality of the work around them and build strong relationships across teams.
People who coordinate well with peers, resolve dependencies and disagreements, and make shared work clearer rather than more complicated.
Key Questions & Information
What are some of the reasons I might not like this role?
You want to step into a mature function with established systems, rather than build one while you run it.
You do best with clear direction and established priorities. We’ll expect you to set most of your own, make most decisions yourself, and reach substantial autonomy within your first six months.
You prefer advising on communications to producing and being accountable for them.
You want sole ownership of an organization’s overarching communications strategy and brand. At GiveWell, the CEO and executive team owns that direction; you would help shape it and lead your function within it.
You want to lead a large team from day one. This team is small today, and much of the most difficult work will be yours to do directly.
You find standards of precision and understatement limiting and frustrating. We work extremely hard to only communicate accurately what we know and what we don’t.
Can I apply to more than one of the Senior Communications Officer roles?
You can, but most people shouldn’t. We’re looking for deep expertise in these areas, and we expect most candidates with required expertise will be a clear fit for a single role. If you’re one of the few with real depth in more than one area, apply to both and tell us why. Otherwise, apply for the role you are most qualified for, and we’ll let you know if we think another role might suit you better.
What does this interview process entail?
We’ll use a combination of interviews, written exercises, and work trials to assess the qualities described above. We’ll share more specific details if we invite you to move forward to any of the following stages, but our current plan will likely include the following:
Application
Interview with a member of the Talent Acquisition Team
Compensated work trial with a set maximum number of hours
Interview with GiveWell's Chief of Staff to the CEO
Values interview
CEO interview and References
Note that you don’t need to submit a cover letter. We rely heavily on your resume and answers to the application questions below when we’re making early decisions. We encourage you to spend time responding to the application questions thoroughly and carefully.

About GiveWell
GiveWell is dedicated to finding and evaluating highly cost-effective global health and development opportunities, and we publish all the work, reasoning, and uncertainties behind our funding decisions. Our
giving funds
enable donors to contribute to the most impactful and cost-effective programs our researchers identify.
GiveWell is one of the world’s largest private funders of global development efforts. Trusted annually by tens of thousands of donors, GiveWell searches for highly cost-effective programs that save or improve lives the most. Since 2007, more than 150,000 donors have given over $2.6 billion through GiveWell to the most promising programs its research has identified, which we estimate will save more than
340,000 lives
.
GiveWell is most well-known for recommending a small number of
Top Charities
, which currently support
seasonal malaria chemoprevention
,
insecticide-treated nets
,
vaccine incentivization
, and
vitamin A supplementation
. However, most of our research capacity and grantmaking is devoted to
cost-effective opportunities outside of those programs
.
GiveWell
grants
have:
Helped governments
navigate changes to the funding landscape
and implement high-impact health programs, like
HIV/syphilis screening and treatment
for pregnant people in Zambia and Cameroon.
Sought to scope and scale promising interventions that don’t have clear existing implementers. We are supporting the
Clinton Health Access Initiative’s Incubator
to identify potentially cost-effective interventions and create programs that we would be excited to support in the future. For example, we
funded a program
to prevent tuberculosis among young children in Uttar Pradesh and Bihar, India, that we co-designed with CHAI through the Incubator program.
Provided funding to ensure that programs that recently faced foreign aid funding cuts could continue, like
healthcare support and malnutrition treatment
in northern Cameroon.
Funded program delivery alongside strengthened monitoring and evaluation, as in our grants to support
treatment of clubfoot
and to
evaluate the program
.
Tested our
assumptions and refined our understanding
through further research and data collection, including
improved estimates of disease burden
and studies on
the effect of water chlorination on mortality
and
the impact of a tree-planting program on farmers’ income
.
We make our reasoning public and transparent so others can challenge it (sometimes we even
pay people to point out our errors
). We go to unusual lengths to check our assumptions and assess our impact, including
funding research
to address our uncertainties and gathering
independent monitoring and evaluation data
about the programs we support. We
change
our minds when the evidence demands it. For more about GiveWell, listen to Ezra Klein’s
recent interview

Specific duties will include:

Lead planning, prioritization, and resource allocation for GiveWell’s owned-content portfolio, managing dependencies and moving complex projects from concept through publication.
Uphold GiveWell’s voice and editorial standards across everything we publish, and help colleagues across the organization write within them.
Own the development of GiveWell’s recurring communications and reporting products, turning established priorities and messaging into clear, accurate content.
Personally create, edit, or substantially shape our most complex, sensitive, or high-priority content.
Oversee GiveWell’s website content operations, including the people and processes responsible for routine updates and publishing, so that the site remains accurate, current, and consistent with our editorial standards.

This should include 10+ years of experience leading editorial and content-production work, setting and maintaining editorial standards, managing writers and editors, and building systems that produce consistently high-quality work. You have deep experience owning that work end to end, not just contributing to it. You’ve remained a hands-on leader who enjoys the work itself, as well as the strategy and systems behind it.
You are a precise editor of complex or technical content: you read text literally and carefully, and you notice when a claim isn’t supported by the evidence behind it. You should be able to combine high standards for individual work with the operational judgment needed to prioritize, allocate resources, manage complex production, and increase capacity over time. You should understand how content is developed through writing, editing, design, audio, graphics, websites, and other formats—even if you are not personally an expert in every medium.
At GiveWell, the CEO and executive owns that direction; you would help shape it and lead your function within it.
Details
Team:
You’ll report to our Head of Communications, collaborate closely with the two other Senior Communications Officers, and lead a small team that you’ll develop over time.
Compensation:
This role is set at the Senior Communications Officer level. For an exceptional candidate, we may consider hiring at the Communications Director level—with greater expectations, responsibilities, and compensation.
NYC or the San Francisco Bay Area: $250,000
All other U.S. locations: $225,000
Location:
GiveWell’s staff work primarily remotely within the U.S. and abroad. This position is eligible to work fully remotely.
Offices:
You are welcome but not required to work from our offices in Oakland, California; Brooklyn, NYC; or London, UK. Please note that office space is limited, and is not guaranteed.
International work:
We are happy to employ staff internationally on a case-by-case basis via our EOR. Note that there are some countries in which our EOR does not operate, which we cannot override, and we are unable to sponsor visas abroad. A successful candidate will need to commit to a work schedule that has some overlap with American working hours and the schedules of key coworkers.
Flexibility:
We support and encourage flexible working, including flexible hours, working remotely, and working from the office when you choose. The majority of our staff, including senior management, work flexibly in one way or another.
Visa Sponsorship:
We are not currently able to sponsor visas for this role.
Benefits:
A few highlights of our benefits offerings:
Fully funded health, dental, vision, and life insurance (we cover 100% of premiums within the US for you and any dependents)
Four weeks of paid time off per year plus an annual summer break
16 weeks of fully paid parental leave
Ergonomic home workstations or coworking space memberships
Automatic contribution equal to 5% of your gross salary into your 403(b) retirement plan (for U.S. based staff)
Start date:
We’d like a candidate to start as soon as possible after receiving an offer, but we’ll offer flexibility for candidates whose personal or professional circumstances require them to moderately delay their start date.
About GiveWell
GiveWell is dedicated to finding and evaluating highly cost-effective global health and development opportunities, and we publish all the work, reasoning, and uncertainties behind our funding decisions. Our
giving funds
enable donors to contribute to the most impactful and cost-effective programs our researchers identify.
GiveWell is one of the world’s largest private funders of global development efforts. Trusted annually by tens of thousands of donors, GiveWell searches for highly cost-effective programs that save or improve lives the most. Since 2007, more than 150,000 donors have given over $2.6 billion through GiveWell to the most promising programs its research has identified, which we estimate will save more than
340,000 lives
.
GiveWell is most well-known for recommending a small number of
Top Charities
, which currently support
seasonal malaria chemoprevention
,
insecticide-treated nets
,
vaccine incentivization
, and
vitamin A supplementation
. However, most of our research capacity and grantmaking is devoted to
cost-effective opportunities outside of those programs
.
GiveWell
grants
have:
Helped governments
navigate changes to the funding landscape
and implement high-impact health programs, like
HIV/syphilis screening and treatment
for pregnant people in Zambia and Cameroon.
Sought to scope and scale promising interventions that don’t have clear existing implementers. We are supporting the
Clinton Health Access Initiative’s Incubator
to identify potentially cost-effective interventions and create programs that we would be excited to support in the future. For example, we
funded a program
to prevent tuberculosis among young children in Uttar Pradesh and Bihar, India, that we co-designed with CHAI through the Incubator program.
Provided funding to ensure that programs that recently faced foreign aid funding cuts could continue, like
healthcare support and malnutrition treatment
in northern Cameroon.
Funded program delivery alongside strengthened monitoring and evaluation, as in our grants to support
treatment of clubfoot
and to
evaluate the program
.
Tested our
assumptions and refined our understanding
through further research and data collection, including
improved estimates of disease burden
and studies on
the effect of water chlorination on mortality
and
the impact of a tree-planting program on farmers’ income
.
We make our reasoning public and transparent so others can challenge it (sometimes we even
pay people to point out our errors
). We go to unusual lengths to check our assumptions and assess our impact, including
funding research
to address our uncertainties and gathering
independent monitoring and evaluation data
about the programs we support. We
change
our minds when the evidence demands it. For more about GiveWell, listen to Ezra Klein’s
recent interview
with GiveWell’s co-founder and CEO Elie Hassenfeld.
Additional information
We don’t want to miss candidates that could do great things at GiveWell. Practically, that means a GiveWell staff member reviews every application carefully, considering the whole picture of your background and potential. If you’re on the fence about applying because you meet some but not 100% of our preferred qualifications (some studies suggest this hesitation is especially common for women and people of color), we encourage you to apply anyway.

At Render, we’re building the modern cloud platform for developers creating AI-native, full-stack, multi-service applications. Our mission is to eliminate the tradeoff between the power of hyperscalers and the simplicity of developer-friendly platforms—so teams can ship fast, scale reliably, and focus on their product, not infrastructure.
Unlike complex hyperscalers or ephemeral edge/serverless solutions, Render offers a developer-first experience with persistent compute, dynamic autoscaling, built-in orchestration, and observability, allowing teams to launch, scale, and manage real-world applications without writing infrastructure code or managing servers. Whether you're building LLM-powered applications, scalable SaaS products, or async processing pipelines, Render empowers teams to move fast and scale confidently from MVP to millions of users.
Our platform is trusted by over 7 million developers worldwide and continues to grow rapidly. In February 2026, we raised an additional $100M in Series C financing, bringing our total funding to $260M, to accelerate our vision of making cloud infrastructure both powerful and intuitive—designed for the speed of modern AI development.
We’re a diverse and talented team that values craft, velocity, and user experience. If you’re excited to help shape the future of the intelligent cloud and empower developers everywhere, we’d love to hear from you.
APPLYING TO RENDER
We're seeking candidates who possess high integrity, humility, and an insatiable drive to learn. Through reasoned discussions and continuous feedback, we strive to improve both individually and collectively. We foster an environment of mutual trust and respect, empowering effective debate to achieve the best outcomes for our customers and team.
We especially encourage members of underrepresented groups in the tech community to apply and understand that not all successful candidates will meet each requirement listed.
Our interview process is unique to each role, and we value the candidate experience just as much as our customer experience. We hope your conversations with us reflect a thoughtful process that is illuminative, enjoyable, and respectful of your time.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are hiring the first members of Render's Scaled Programs Customer Engineering team to help run the technical side of our scaled, digital-first customer motion. You'll support high-growth accounts without dedicated technical coverage, including our startup program cohort, through programmatic, one-to-many engagement rather than a traditional one-to-one model. The role has two halves: running scaled programs (in-app engagement, targeted outreach against expansion and churn signals, webinars) and contributing to the tools and content that power the broader Field Engineering organization (health triggers, growth and expansion opportunities based on product usage, pricing and sizing tools, POC templates, and enablement content). You'll partner closely with our Scaled Account Managers and report into Render's Field Engineering organization.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Partner with Scaled AMs and Field Engineering teammates to turn expansion and churn signals (bandwidth, egress, usage patterns) into plays: AM talking points, programmatic outreach, and in-app prompts.
- Operate startup program onboarding: Intercom checklists, guided flows, and activation follow-up for high-growth AI startups.
- Partner with Support Engineering to identify recurring mistakes and best practices, then turn those insights into programs and content that reduce customer friction.
- Build and improve components of our scaled-engagement toolkit: in-app programs, outbound triggers, pricing and sizing calculators (e.g., Heroku and AWS RDS migrations to Postgres), POC templates, and reusable technical enablement.
- Run scaled customer programs: webinars, Slack community touchpoints, and pattern-based outreach across account cohorts, partnered with Scaled AMs.
- Translate recurring customer questions and technical best practices into timely in-product guidance and self-service content.
- Maintain activity tracking and feature-request data hygiene so reliable customer signals flow to the rest of Field Engineering and Product.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 3+ years in a customer-facing technical role: customer engineering, solutions engineering, technical support, or developer relations.
- Comfort operating a high-volume, one-to-many motion; you can independently execute clearly scoped programs and build systems and content rather than relying on 1:1 time.
- Strong fundamentals across cloud infrastructure: containers, deploys, autoscaling, networking, and CI/CD.
- Working knowledge of Postgres and common database migration patterns (Heroku, AWS RDS).
- AI fluency: you use AI tools daily in your own workflow, and you're comfortable advising customers building AI-native and LLM-powered applications.
- Strong written communication; you'll be a primary producer of docs, playbooks, and in-app content.
- Data-driven, able to prioritize work against team goals, and comfortable asking for context or support when ambiguity could affect the outcome.
NICE-TO-HAVES
- Experience with Intercom or a similar in-app engagement and messaging platform.
- Experience building internal or customer-facing tools that scale a team's impact beyond 1:1 work.
- Experience in a PLG or high-volume account environment.
- Prior experience with Heroku or other cloud migrations.
If this role excites you but you don’t meet every single requirement, we’d still love to hear from you—your unique experience might be just what we need.
BENEFITS
- 4 weeks of paid vacation.
- 14 weeks of fully paid parental leave for all parents to bond with a newly born, adopted, or fostered child. We will also work with you to create a supportive plan of return.
- Long-term disability, life insurance, and 401K plans.
- 100% employer-paid medical coverage and 99% employer-paid dental and vision coverage for you and a dependent. FSAs and HSAs are available as well.
- Monthly lifestyle stipend for wellness, mental health and therapy, hobbies, etc.
- Monthly cell phone and internet subsidy.
- Commuter benefits for Renders in the Bay Area, and home office stipends for remote Renders.
- Continuous learning benefits & related support.
This position is generally not eligible for new visa sponsorship. At Render's discretion, the business may sponsor existing visa transfers. Applicants who require sponsorship must receive business authorization.
Render is an equal-opportunity employer. We know that employing a team rich in diverse thoughts, experiences, and opinions allows our employees, product, and community to flourish. We make all employment decisions including hiring, evaluation, termination, promotional, and training opportunities, without regard to race, religion, color, sex, age, national origin, ancestry, sexual orientation, physical handicap, mental disability, medical condition, disability, gender or identity or expression, pregnancy or pregnancy-related condition, marital status, height and/or weight.
We will ensure that individuals with disabilities are provided reasonable accommodation to participate in the job application or interview process, to perform essential job functions, and to receive other benefits and privileges of employment. Please contact us to request accommodation.
We encourage all who are interested to apply. We can't wait to hear from you!

At JetBrains, code is our passion. Ever since we started back in 2000, we have strived to create the strongest and most effective developer tools in the world. Today, we are evolving beyond standalone tools toward a unified, AI-native platform for software development.
AI is no longer just an assistant inside the editor – it is becoming an active participant in how software is planned, built, reviewed, and operated across teams and organizations. This shift brings challenges that cannot be solved at the level of individual tools alone, challenges that involve governance, security, cost control, observability, and coordination between humans and autonomous agents.
The
JetBrains Platform team (JCP)
is building the foundation that connects developer workflows, team-level collaboration, and organizational control into a single coherent system. The platform is both deeply integrated with JetBrains products and designed to work across teams, products, and environments.
We’re now looking for an experienced
Software Engineer
to join an identity management and access team in JCP. The team owns several services responsible for authentication and authorization, as well as for managing organizations, user memberships, groups, and workspaces. All these form a foundational dependency for the rest of the platform. We also supply and support robust authentication components used by YouTrack, IDE Services, License Vault, Qodana, and other JetBrains products.
In this role, you will:
Own the entire SDLC: codebase, architecture, and operations
Maintain and evolve the services in Kotlin and a little bit of Go, ensuring reliability and performance as the platform grows
Design and implement new features across the identity, organization, membership, group, and workspace domains
Review and integrate PRs from other platform teams
Manage integrations with other JCP platform components and connected applications
We will be happy to have you on our team if you:
Have 7+ years of JVM development experience, preferably with Kotlin
Know how to approach performance problems on JVM and Postgres
Are experienced in building and operating SaaS production services in a distributed, multi-tenant environment
Can fluently navigate a modern devops stack: K8S, OpenTelemetry, Grafana
Have a track record of taking over and improving existing production services
Nice to have:
Prior experience with identity management protocols, such as OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML 2.0, or SCIM 2.0
If you have designed and evolved domain models for organizational or identity systems
Cybersecurity experience: estimating risks, recognizing common vulnerability antipatterns, and promoting best SSDLC practices
Hands-on experience with Go
Why join JetBrains?

Flexible work location. Enjoy the freedom to work from home or from the office.

Provectus is a Premier AWS partner and an Anthropic Strategic Partner, helping enterprises across Financial Services and Life Sciences design, build, and operate production AI systems. Our Forward Deployed Engineering model lets us embed with clients and deliver AI outcomes, not just advice. With offices in North America, LATAM, and EMEA, we partner with clients worldwide and are obsessed with reimagining how they operate and compete.
We are looking for an Alliances Team Lead to own and grow Provectus's most strategic partnerships: Anthropic and AWS. This is a build-and-lead role — you will create the programs for our alliances function from the ground up.
On the Anthropic side, you will run partner activation programs end to end: identify target accounts, align scope with Anthropic partner teams, coordinate delivery, and ensure funding milestones and closeout requirements are met. You will grow our standing in the Claude Partner Network and be the person inside Anthropic who advocates for Provectus.
On the AWS side, you will manage the alliance, maintaining AI and generative AI competency requirements, keeping Premier Tier standing current, and building the co-sell motion with AWS field teams. There is also an opportunity to develop early-stage partnerships with GCP and others as the ecosystem evolves.
You will lead a team and work directly with Provectus engineering, SO, and marketing leadership to turn partner programs into measurable pipeline.
Responsibilities:
Anthropic partnership
Own the Anthropic partnership end-to-end — build and scale partner activation programs, manage funded enablement engagements from scoping through completion and reimbursement.
Create repeatable playbooks for partner-funded customer activations: identify target accounts, align scope with Anthropic partner teams, coordinate delivery, and ensure funding milestones are met.
Grow Provectus's standing in the Claude Partner Network; track program changes, tier requirements, and new co-marketing opportunities.
Develop named executive relationships at Anthropic — field leadership, partner success, and product teams — who actively advocate for Provectus in joint accounts.
AWS alliance
Manage the AWS alliance day-to-day — keep Provectus current on Generative AI competency requirements, renewals, and program changes; maintain Premier Tier standing.
Build and expand co-sell motion with AWS field teams — drive opportunity registration, joint account planning, and pipeline reviews with AWS partner sellers.
Manage AWS funding programs; ensure Provectus maximises available program benefits.
Team and cross-functional leadership
Lead and develop a team of partner managers; set priorities, coach on partner engagement, and build the operating cadence for the alliances function.
Work with sales, marketing, and delivery to turn partner programs into pipeline — co-marketing campaigns, joint solution offerings, and partner-sourced revenue.
Represent Provectus at executive briefings and ecosystem events; bring relevant partner intelligence back to leadership.
Ecosystem expansion
Identify and develop early-stage partnerships with GCP and other emerging AI ecosystem players as the market evolves.
Track the competitive alliance landscape — which SI competitors hold which partner tiers, where there are white spaces Provectus can occupy.
What You Need to Succeed:
5–8+ years in technology alliances, partnerships, or channel roles, with meaningful time spent managing a hyperscaler relationship (Anthropic, AWS strongly preferred).
Direct experience with partner programs: competencies, funding programs (MDF, MAP, or similar), co-sell mechanisms, and partner portals — hands-on, not just supervisory.
Track record of building alliance programs from scratch — not just inheriting and running an existing book.
Experience leading and developing a team; comfortable setting direction and coaching without a large management structure behind you.
Comfortable operating at executive level with partners and customers, and hands-on enough to manage program mechanics personally when needed.
Strong written and verbal communication — able to translate partner programs into clear internal playbooks and joint value propositions.
Familiarity with the AI/ML ecosystem — enough to have credible conversations about implementation approaches and enterprise AI adoption challenges.
Vertical depth in Financial Services or Life Sciences — Anthropic's and Provectus's primary enterprise target markets.
Experience managing GCP, OpenAI, or other emerging AI ecosystem partnerships is preferred.
Willingness to travel (up to 40%) for customer meetings, executive briefings, onsite workshops, conferences, and other business development activities.
What success looks like:
Anthropic activation programs running as a repeatable, funded motion with a growing pipeline of customer engagements quarter over quarter.
AWS AI competency requirements current, with Premier Tier standing maintained and co-sell pipeline growing quarter over quarter.
Named executive relationships at both partners who actively advocate for Provectus in joint accounts.
An alliances team with clear ownership, operating cadence, and measurable partner-sourced revenue contribution.

At Provectus, we value innovation, ownership, and collaboration — and we are looking for people who want to grow with us and make an impact.
Why Join Us:
Genuine autonomy and the trust to operate in your lane without micromanagement.
World-class AI/ML delivery capability behind you — a team that can actually execute on what you sell or source.
You will shape how a fast-growing AI consultancy goes to market at a defining moment for enterprise AI adoption.
High-impact role with direct visibility to leadership.
Strong earning potential with performance-based bonuses.
Opportunity to work with cutting-edge AI and cloud solutions.

HEALTH CAN’T WAIT.
Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.
We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture https://alan.com/en/careers. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.
Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.
ALAN IS LOOKING FOR A GLOBAL BRAND EVENT MANAGER TO TURN EVENTS INTO A DISTINCTIVE, SCALABLE EXPRESSION OF THE ALAN BRAND. THE ROLE COMBINES EVENT STRATEGY, BRAND EXPERIENCE, OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE, COMMERCIAL UNDERSTANDING, AND COMMUNITY BUILDING.
You will own Alan’s yearly flagship event, building on the success of Alan 10, and help make it an even stronger moment for brand, community, customers, prospects, partners, and the wider healthcare ecosystem. Beyond the flagship event, you will build the operating system that enables commercial and local teams to run high-quality events repeatedly and consistently.
It is a senior individual-contributor role that owns the global event system and makes other teams more autonomous and effective.
You will lead the global strategy and execution of Alan’s major Brand events, while owning the execution of local Brand events in France. You will create the playbooks, standards, templates, and measurement frameworks that allow teams across markets to deliver high-quality events without reinventing the wheel each time.
You will also contribute to the Brand team’s global community-event strategy, identifying the formats and moments that can make Alan more visible, credible, and memorable to the communities we want to influence.
You’ll equip local teams with the right local approach and assets, and support them as they adapt and run events in their markets.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Own Alan’s yearly flagship event
- Participate in the definition of the event’s purpose, audience, positioning, narrative, and success criteria.
- Build the event roadmap, budget, and production plan.
- Manage agencies, venues, suppliers, speakers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate content, creative, production, guest management, press, influencers, Sales, and local market teams.
- Design a high-quality guest experience before, during, and after the event.
- Connect invitations, registration, CRM tracking, attendance, and follow-up.
- Run rehearsals, speaker preparation, run-of-show management, and on-site execution.
2. Build Alan’s recurring event playbook
- Define the main event formats and their intended purposes, such as owned events, executive dinners, round tables, speaking opportunities, trade shows, and partner events.
- Create practical templates for briefs, timelines, budgets, approvals, execution, production, and follow-up.
- Help define the role of commercial teams before, during, and after the event.
- Create reusable content, event assets, checklists, and quality standards.
3. Support local teams on local events
- Help local teams choose the right format and define the desired outcome.
- Review briefs and plans, provide feedback, and raise the quality bar.
- Identify successful local formats that could be scaled globally.
4. Help shape and execute Alan’s community-event strategy
- Contribute with the Brand team to the Community building strategy
- Design recurring event franchises and formats.
- Build partnerships with relevant organizations, experts, customers, and opinion leaders.
- Run test-and-learn initiatives that can start locally and scale globally.
PROFILE & COMPETENCIES
We are looking for someone who has:
- At least 5 years of experience delivering events end to end, ideally in a Brand, B2B marketing or agency environment.
- A track record of creating original event concepts and formats, not only executing a brief.
- Strong editorial judgement: the right angle, speakers and content to make an event memorable.
- Brand creativity: a clear point of view on how an event expresses a brand.
- Experience running complex events with multiple stakeholders, agencies, suppliers and speakers (including profiles with special logistics and security needs).
