On behalf of
Gaming Client #1
, SD Solutions is looking for a talented
Senior UI / 2D Artist.
We are looking for a
Senior UI / 2D Artist
with exceptional visual craft and a strong understanding of UX to create premium, highly polished interfaces for a
mobile social casino game
.
This is a hands-on artistic role for someone who can take a game feature from an initial idea or UX flow to a
fully realized, production-ready visual experience
. The ideal candidate combines strong UI thinking with outstanding 2D execution and understands how to make casino features feel intuitive, exciting, valuable, and visually rewarding
.
SD Solutions is a staffing company operating globally. Contact us to get more details about the benefits we offer.
.
We are looking for an artist who can consistently push the final result toward
premium social casino quality — bold, rich, exciting, and more visually spectacular than reality.
Responsibilities:
Design complete
UI solutions for game features
, from UX structure and interaction logic to final polished visual execution.
Create premium
pop-ups, win screens, reward screens, feature screens, buttons, panels, frames, icons, badges, banners, promotional elements, and other game UI assets
.
Translate Game Design and Product requirements into clear, intuitive, and visually compelling player experiences.
Apply strong
UX thinking
when defining information hierarchy, user flows, interactions, CTA priority, and overall feature clarity.
Create highly polished, dimensional UI with a strong sense of
depth, lighting, materials, contrast, composition, and visual hierarchy
.
Work confidently with
typography and advanced text treatments
, including dimensional lettering, gradients, bevels, shadows, highlights, glows, and premium title treatments.
Create convincing luxury materials and effects such as
gold, polished metal, glass, gems, glossy surfaces, reflections, illumination, glow, and rich decorative details
.
Maintain excellent readability and usability even within visually rich and highly detailed casino compositions.
Explore visual solutions quickly and turn concepts into
high-quality, production-ready assets
within project timelines.
Collaborate closely with the
Art Director, Game Designers, Product, and Development teams
, while taking ownership of UI quality and visual execution.
Requirements:
Senior-level portfolio
demonstrating exceptional game UI and 2D visual design skills.

Strong
icon design and rendering skills
, including clear silhouettes, dimensionality, material definition, and premium finish.
Solid understanding of

Ability to independently think through how a game feature should work — not only how it should look.
Advanced understanding of
composition, color, lighting, contrast, materials, depth, and visual hierarchy
.
Strong ability to create
realistic and semi-realistic rendered UI
rather than relying primarily on flat or vector-based design.
Ability to work
quickly, independently, and consistently at a high quality bar
, including under changing production requirements.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to push artwork from a good first pass to a truly polished, premium final result.
Advantage:
3D knowledge or experience
with tools such as Blender, Cinema 4D, 3ds Max, or similar.
Ability to use 3D as part of the UI art workflow for
icons, objects, materials, lighting, perspective, or base renders
, followed by high-quality 2D paint-over and polish.
Experience creating assets and visual systems specifically for
slot or social casino games
.
Understanding of animation/VFX principles for UI, including glows, light sweeps, particles, reward reveals, and win celebrations.
Visual Quality & Style
The UI should feel
rich, dimensional, glossy, illuminated, tactile, and highly polished
. Reflective gold, luminous gems, dramatic lighting, premium materials, bold typography, strong contrast, and theatrical effects are key parts of the visual language.
Special attention is given to
pop-ups, win screens, rewards, promotional features, and major player moments
— these should feel like visually impactful events rather than standard interface screens.
The goal is to create UI that is not only beautiful, but also
immediately readable and intuitive
: the player should quickly understand what happened, what is valuable, and what action to take next.

Location: Based in Singapore, with travel to ASEAN and APAC countries.
What success looks like
First 12 months
- Executive relationships built across EY Consulting at AI practice lead, industry MD and CTO level, including EY’s Singapore hub and its practices across ASEAN and APAC countries.

Key outcomes
- Partner-influenced revenue from EY contributes a fifth or more of APAC annual bookings.
- Mistral embedded in partner platforms, marketplaces, sovereign-cloud offerings and regional AI Lab programmes.
- Certified EY delivery pods operational, with a stable base of partners delivering repeatable demand.
Key responsibilities
- Own the EY relationship and joint GTM across APAC: executive sponsorship, joint account planning, pursuit support and governance.
- Own APAC GSI partner strategy, with EY as the anchor integrator.
- Drive EY engagement across ASEAN and APAC countries from Singapore.
- Convert or create global agreements and MPAs into named APAC deals; orchestrate multi-country pursuits across ASEAN and APAC countries.

- Own partner scorecards, QBRs, pipeline reviews and performance analytics; ensure MPA, reseller/OEM and AI Lab frameworks are fit for multi-country use.
Must have
- 8–12+ years driving partner-led revenue with GSIs, hyperscalers, telcos or OEMs across APAC.
- Has worked at EY, or has directly managed the EY relationship (alliance, partnership or account leadership), with first-hand knowledge of how EY Consulting operates, including its service lines, practice and industry structure, alliance model, decision-making, and how deals are sold, staffed and governed.
- Demonstrated ability to manage a strategic GSI relationship and its joint GTM, operating at AI practice lead, industry MD and CTO level and converting or creating global agreements into named APAC deals.
- Track record engaging C-suite and securing multi-year commercial frameworks.
- Experience structuring multi-country pursuits, seating models and partner governance requiring MD-level sign-off, including across ASEAN and APAC countries.
- Commercial acumen in AI/cloud: able to translate AI Studio, sovereign AI and GPUaaS into clear revenue models.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with model deployment, GPU infrastructure or AI Lab concepts.
- Existing relationships within EY AI/Cloud practices.
- Prior use of hyperscaler funding (ECIF, MACC, OCP), MDF or co-sell pipelines.
- Exposure to sovereign AI or public-sector transformation in regulated APAC markets, including ASEAN.
Ideal backgrounds
Current or former EY Consulting leaders (alliance directors, AI/data practice leads, industry or sector leads), and leaders who have directly managed the EY relationship from a vendor, hyperscaler or technology partner side (e.g. senior partner sales managers at AWS, Microsoft or Google Cloud; partner account managers at Nvidia, Dell or HPE); regional or global alliance directors at Deloitte; GTM and strategic partnership leads at fast-growing AI, data or infrastructure vendors.

📍 Manila, Philippines | Relocation required

Manila-based, globally distributed, and hybrid-first — our team spans 45+ countries.
If you want to solve complex problems at scale and impact how millions of people access and manage money, come build with us.
Southeast Asia's fintech moment starts here.
About the role:
You'll turn a growing stream of key partners requests for marketing campaigns into a clear, managed process — from brief to launch — as the team builds a more structured and manageable calendar of partners marketing activities. You'll also lead end-to-end promotional campaigns, from planning and cross-functional coordination through execution and launch.
What you'll do:
- Own promo and communication requests end-to-end, from brief to launch and result confirmation.
- Own the marketing workflow itself — the Jira board, task breakdown, statuses, deadlines, SLAs, templates, automation, and documentation — not just individual projects.
- Work at the intersection of marketing and project/operations management: brief creative functions directly while structuring a complex process with many stakeholders.
What you'll own:
- Run the Jira board as the single entry point for promo and communication requests, checking brief completeness, timeline realism, and task accuracy.
- Break requests into subtasks for design, copywriting, CRM, SMM, website, procurement, legal/permits, and other functions, assign owners, and track dependencies.
- Manage each request end-to-end from brief to delivery/publication and closure, including verifying the actual outcome.
- Track deadlines and real task status, flag risks early, and escalate stalled tasks.
- Maintain a single marketing calendar and keep it in sync with Jira to avoid conflicts across timelines, resources, and overlapping campaigns.
- Develop and improve cross-functional processes: SLAs, request templates, checklists, workflows, escalation procedures, documentation, and Jira automation.
What makes you a strong fit:
- Experience in marketing, marketing operations, or marketing project management, with a working understanding of how marketing campaigns and communications get launched.
- End-to-end experience managing projects or marketing requests with many parallel tasks and stakeholders.
- Strong cross-functional coordination skills — experience working with creative, business, legal, procurement, CRM/SMM, or similar functions.
- Strong structural and process mindset: able to turn a chaotic stream of requests into a clear workflow with defined ownership, timelines, and rules of engagement.
- Hands-on experience with Jira or similar task/project management systems, including boards, statuses, workflows, and task breakdown.
- Strong stakeholder management: able to gather missing information, manage expectations, hold deadlines, and escalate or redirect requests with clear reasoning.
What we offer:
Ownership and flexibility
- Stock option plan — four-year vesting with a 25% cliff after the first year
- Hybrid-first work environment
- Company-provided tools and equipment
- Office in Bonifacio Global City, Manila — a modern, walkable district at the centre of the Philippines' growing tech scene
Health and time off
- Medical insurance support for you and your family through co-funding or reimbursement, depending on your location and subject to policy limits
- Access to an internal mental health support specialist
- 22 vacation days, Philippine public holidays, and 15 sick days
- 105 days of paid maternity leave and up to 14 days of paid paternity leave for employees relocating to Manila
Relocation and family support
- Relocation support for you and your family — including flights, two weeks of accommodation, visas, paperwork, and logistics
- Reimbursement of eligible pet relocation expenses
- USD 2,500 per year for flights home
- Baby and family stipends for employees relocating to Manila: USD 1,000 per month for each child under two and USD 500 per month for each child aged two to 18
Growth and team experience
- Opportunities to learn and share your expertise through internal expert meetups, external conferences, speaking opportunities, and industry publications
- Company-sponsored trips to Manila to meet and work with your team in person
- Regular team offsites, sports activities, and team events
- High-performing teams can earn a dedicated beach house week in Southeast Asia

About the Role
We're hiring an Ops & Marketing Project Manager to be the organization backbone of a small, fast-moving team. Plans get made in Slack, work gets briefed in Notion, and the gap between those two is where things quietly die. You're the person who closes that gap.
This role sits primarily on the operations side of our home fragrance brand. You'll own wholesale operations end to end, and you'll be the one keeping product development, inventory, and production moving: chasing suppliers, holding timelines, building the project boards, and making sure nothing sits waiting on an answer nobody asked for.
You'll also own the marketing calendar and the project flow behind it. Our marketing team moves fast across website, paid, email, and creator work, and it needs someone who makes sure that once something is decided it has an owner, a date, a dependency map, and someone chasing it. You're not deciding what we launch. You're the person who knows the status of everything, without being asked.
We're an AI-forward company, and this is an AI-forward role. Claude is part of how this team works every day, not a side experiment. We expect you to build your systems, SOPs, trackers, and reporting with AI in the loop, and to keep finding the places where it takes busywork off your plate and off the plates of the people around you. You don't need a technical background. You do need real curiosity and the willingness to make it part of how you work.
What You'll Do
Own wholesale day to day: processing orders, charging payments, creating shipments and inbounds, and the customer service that comes with it
Create 3PL orders for suppliers, samples, and anything else needed
Write the SOPs as you go, so the function can be handed to a dedicated coordinator over time. Designing your own replacement here is part of the job, not a threat to it
Product Development, Inventory, and Production
Supplier follow-up, cost comparisons, timelines, and project boards across new products and packaging
Stay closely on top of production status and timelines, and flag slippage early enough that we can do something about it
Support inventory operations and learn the fundamentals of production from the team, with room to take on more here over time
The Marketing Calendar
Own a single calendar across brands and channels: website, paid creative, email and SMS, creator and UGC, promotions, and product launches
Hold the dates. Work backwards from the launch date rather than forwards from today, so creative, approvals, and builds land in the right order
Turn strategy into briefed work. When a plan arrives as ten line items with five names attached, you break it into owned tasks with real dates and confirm who has what
Catch collisions before they cost a day: duplicate briefs, two designers on the same asset, work blocked on an approval nobody requested
Run the weekly cadence. What shipped, what slipped and why, and what's at risk next week, published without being asked for it
Systems, Notion, and AI
Own Notion as the system of record for these areas: structure, templates, status hygiene, and getting people to actually use it
Build real systems where only informal structure exists today, then keep them alive. A board nobody updates is worse than no board
Use AI to build and run those systems, from drafting SOPs and briefs to pulling together reporting and tracking what's outstanding
