О проекте
Международный проект в области AI Security, связанный с разработкой сред, которые помогают LLM-моделям проходить обучение с подкреплением для задач, связанных с кибербезопасностью. Эти среды содержат задания в различных областях кибербезопасности (пентестинг, реагирование на инциденты, эксплуатация, вредоносное ПО и т.д.), цель — создавать достаточно сложные задачи, чтобы модель допускала ошибки, но которые остаются решаемыми для профессиональных специалистов.
Важно: это не классическая позиция Pentester или Red Team Engineer. Основная задача — создавать сложные, но реалистичные и проверяемые security-сценарии, в которых LLM-модели совершают ошибки именно из-за недостатков в рассуждении (reasoning), а не из-за неоднозначных инструкций или ограничений среды.
Задачи:
— Проектировать security-сценарии для оценки и обучения LLM-моделей
— Создавать environments с использованием GitHub, Slack и других инструментов, встречающихся в реальной разработке
— Разрабатывать задачи, требующие сложного многошагового reasoning

Overview
We are hiring a Sr Software Engineer in Test specializing in ML/AI quality, including automation for model evaluation, LLM-assisted test generation, and validation of AI-powered workflows. The role includes guiding quality strategy and developing automation frameworks. You will also manage implementation for complex, cross-functional, machine learning-powered products and services. This role involves more than test development. You will lead quality initiatives from start to finish, ensuring teams stay synchronized, dependencies are managed, and releases are delivered confidently. What you’ll do

Required qualifications

5+ years of experience as an SDET or QE engineer focused on backend and distributed systems.
Experience using LLMs to generate, transform, and prioritize test cases for AI-powered experiences.
Experience with AI evaluation tooling, prompt evaluation frameworks, model monitoring, or human-in-the-loop review workflows.
Strong experience testing RESTful APIs, microservices, and distributed architectures.

Требования
### Мы ожидаем, что у тебя есть:
* высшее техническое образование
* опыт работы в области разработки архитектур от 3-х лет
* понимание принципов построения Cloud-Native систем, GenAI-решений, Платформ
* понимание подхода, инструментов и практик DevOps, GitOps, DevSecOps, FinOps
* опыт разработки приложений на Python, Java построения моделей
* предпочтительно знание следующих технологий: Hadoop, Spark, DWH, СУБД (PostgreSQL), IMDG (Ignite), VectorDB, GraphDB, брокеров сообщений (MQ/Kafka), S3
* приветствуется владение одной из методологий построения корпоративной архитектуры организации (TOGAF, DoDAF, Gartner-Meta и т.д.) и практик управления IT (IT4IT, ITIL, Cobit и т.д.)
* опыт руководства проектными и продуктовыми командами.
