About the Project
Project Hydrus is a scripted and conversational audio data collection project. The recordings produced help build natural, everyday-sounding synthesized voices for conversational AI products — voices that sound like real people talking, not scripted performances.
As Session Director, you'll lead live recording sessions with Voice Contributors, guiding them through scripted scenarios to produce natural, conversational-quality audio. This hands-on role blends creative direction, coaching, and technical audio judgment — making scripted material sound authentic and unscripted, rather than recited, while keeping sessions moving at a natural pace.
What You'll Do
- Direct voice performers through scripted scenarios, coaching for natural, conversational delivery rather than verbatim recitation.
- Build quick scene context for performers (who, where, why) and improvise to fill narrative or dialogue gaps live, keeping sessions flowing naturally.
- Adapt scripted wording for natural phrasing and regional/dialect authenticity as needed.
- Monitor and correct technical audio quality in real time: mic technique, pacing, clarity, and background noise.
- Manage session pacing to meet recording targets without sacrificing performance quality, and maintain organized notes on adjustments and retakes.
- Create a supportive, low-pressure environment for performers, including those with limited prior voice experience.
What We're Looking For
Required
- Native fluency in the required language (with specific dialect), with a strong ear for natural, colloquial phrasing.
- Experience directing, coaching, or producing voice or audio talent (e.g., voice direction, casting direction, audio/podcast production, dubbing/ADR, or theater direction).
- Demonstrated ability to give clear, specific, actionable performance direction.
- Strong working knowledge of basic recording/mic technique (proximity, plosives, room noise, levels).
- Comfortable improvising and adjusting scripted material on the spot.
- Excellent interpersonal skills; able to build rapport quickly with performers of varying experience levels.
Preferred (nice to have, not required)
- Background in improv, theater direction, or acting coaching.
- Experience directing non-professional or first-time voice talent specifically.
- Familiarity with DAWs or recording software (e.g., Pro Tools, Adobe Audition, Reaper) for spot-checking audio quality.
Commitment & Compensation
- Estimated time: Approximately 8 hours calibration, plus supervision across two recording sessions of ~4 hours each per participant
- Work Type - Freelance Remote
- Rate: $55.00 USD per hour

Figma is looking for a Director, SMB Sales (EMEA) to join our growing Global Commercial organization. As Director of SMB Sales, EMEA, you'll lead a team of frontline managers and Account Executives responsible for helping growing businesses adopt Figma's Organization and Enterprise plans. Reporting to the VP of Commercial Sales, you'll play a critical role in scaling a high-volume, specialized sales motion while partnering closely with leaders across the Americas and JAPAC to drive consistency, share best practices, and evolve how we serve SMB customers globally. This is an opportunity to shape the next chapter of one of Figma's fastest-growing businesses, leading a talented team while influencing strategy across Sales, Marketing, Operations, Enablement, and Product. At Figma, we value leaders who think creatively, challenge the status quo, and build teams that consistently raise the bar for customer experience and business impact.
This is a full time role that can be held from one of our EMEA hubs.
What you'll do at Figma:
Lead, develop, and inspire a team of frontline managers and Account Executives, building a high-performing culture focused on coaching, accountability, and customer impact.
Scale the EMEA SMB business by driving operational excellence across forecasting, pipeline management, inspection, and execution against revenue goals.
Partner with SMB leaders across the Americas and JAPAC to build a globally consistent sales motion, sharing best practices and raising execution standards across regions.
Recruit, hire, and develop exceptional sales leaders while building a strong internal pipeline of future Mid-Market leaders and second-line managers.
Coach managers through forecast reviews, pipeline inspections, deal strategy, call coaching, and performance management to improve both team execution and customer outcomes.

Partner closely with Operations, Enablement, Marketing, Solutions Consulting, Customer Experience, and Product to influence the evolution of the SMB business and improve how we serve customers globally.
Serve as an executive sponsor for strategic customer opportunities while representing the voice of EMEA in the continued evolution of Figma's global SMB strategy.
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
8+ years of experience leading SaaS sales organizations, including at least 4 years in sales management. You’ve managed frontline leaders and spent at least 2 years in a second-line leadership role.
You’ve led distributed sales teams across multiple countries and understand the differences between EMEA markets. Comfortable balancing long-term strategy with the realities of day-to-day execution.
Built and scaled teams of Sales Managers and Account Executives in a high-growth company. Ideally, you also have experience with SMB or Commercial SaaS sales, particularly in a product-led growth business.
You know how to coach leaders, develop talent, and create inclusive teams that perform consistently. You’ve exceeded revenue targets while improving forecasting and building dependable sales processes.
Confident using data to make decisions and have worked closely with Marketing, Operations, Enablement, Product, and other go-to-market teams.
While it’s not required, it’s an added plus if you also have:
Experience using or working with Figma, or other UX/UI experience
Additional European language fluency (e.g. French, German, Spanish)
Experience with Command of the Message or MEDDIC/MEDDICC sales methodology
Background scaling teams across multiple EMEA markets simultaneously

UXMatrix develops a broad range of digital products, including bespoke frontend applications, reusable templates, widgets, APIs, automated quality-assurance solutions, and a fully customizable WordPress-based CMS. Our products serve multiple operators, brands, and regulated markets, requiring us to balance customer needs, end-user experience, technical scalability, regulatory requirements, and commercial value.
About the Role
We are looking for a Sportsbook Product Owner to join the UXMatrix Product Team and take ownership of the development and continuous improvement of our sportsbook frontend experience. You will define what should be built and why, translating customer, market, and business needs into clear product outcomes and actionable requirements for the development team. You will work closely with design, engineering, QA, delivery, sportsbook platform teams, commercial stakeholders, and operators throughout the complete product lifecycle—from discovery and definition through delivery, launch, measurement, and optimization. The ideal candidate combines strong product thinking with an understanding of sportsbook user journeys, frontend technology, data, and agile delivery. You should be comfortable making decisions, challenging assumptions, managing competing priorities, and maintaining a clear product direction in a fast-paced environment.
What You'll get to do:
Product Vision and Strategy
Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, objectives, and roadmap for the sportsbook frontend.
Translate company strategy, operator requirements, market trends, and end-user needs into clear product priorities.
Identify opportunities to improve sportsbook acquisition, engagement, conversion, retention, and overall user experience.
Balance reusable product capabilities with operator-specific and market-specific requirements.
Contribute to the long-term evolution of the sportsbook product, including personalization, modularity, scalability, and multi-tenant capabilities.
Clearly articulate the business and customer value behind proposed initiatives.
Product Discovery and Requirements
Work with operators, commercial teams, internal stakeholders, and end users to identify problems, needs, and product opportunities.
Analyze sportsbook journeys such as event discovery, navigation, search, market selection, bet placement, betslip usage, live betting, promotions, and bet management.
Convert business needs into clear product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and functional specifications.
Break down complex initiatives into manageable and independently deliverable increments.
Validate requirements with design, engineering, QA, platform teams, and relevant stakeholders before development begins.
Ensure regulatory, responsible-gambling, accessibility, localization, and market-specific requirements are considered during product definition.
Maintain complete, accurate, and accessible product documentation in Jira and Confluence.
Roadmap and Prioritization
Own and continuously maintain the product backlog.
Prioritize initiatives and backlog items based on customer value, user impact, commercial potential, strategic alignment, risk, effort, and technical dependencies.
Define minimum viable product scope and phased-delivery approaches for larger initiatives.
Manage scope throughout the delivery lifecycle and ensure material changes are assessed, documented, and agreed with the appropriate stakeholders.
Balance new product development, operator requirements, technical improvements, defects, and technical-debt reduction.
Make clear prioritization decisions when capacity or timelines are constrained.
Agile Delivery
Work closely with engineering, design, and QA throughout planning, refinement, development, testing, and release.
Ensure the development team understands the product objectives, user needs, requirements, and expected outcomes.
Lead or actively contribute to backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, and relevant product workshops.
Provide timely clarification and make product decisions during development.
Identify dependencies, risks, and blockers early and collaborate with the appropriate owners to resolve them.
Accept completed work based on agreed requirements and acceptance criteria.
Support release planning and ensure features are ready from a product, operational, documentation, and stakeholder perspective.
Maintain delivery transparency and communicate progress, risks, scope changes, and decisions clearly.
Stakeholder and Client Management
Act as the primary product contact for assigned sportsbook initiatives.
Build strong working relationships with operators, sportsbook platform teams, commercial stakeholders, engineering, UX, QA, delivery, and senior management.
Facilitate product workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, demonstrations, and roadmap discussions.
Set clear expectations regarding product scope, priorities, dependencies, and delivery assumptions.
Evaluate stakeholder requests objectively and challenge solutions that do not support the product strategy or provide sufficient customer value.
Present recommendations using evidence, product data, competitive analysis, and clearly structured business arguments.
Support client presentations, product demonstrations, sales opportunities, and RFP responses when required.
Product Performance and Continuous Improvement
Define success criteria and measurable KPIs for new features and product initiatives.
Monitor sportsbook metrics such as event-to-bet conversion, betslip completion, bet placement success, click-through rates, engagement, bet frequency, retention, and feature adoption.
Use quantitative data, qualitative feedback, user research, and operational insights to evaluate product performance.
Review delivered features after launch and identify opportunities for optimization.
Work with UX and analytics teams to identify friction, abandonment points, usability issues, and unmet customer needs.
Maintain awareness of sportsbook market developments, competitor products, user-experience patterns, and emerging technologies.
Conduct competitor and feature-comparison analysis to identify meaningful product differentiators.
Propose improvements that strengthen the UXMatrix sportsbook proposition and create measurable value for EveryMatrix clients.
What we’re looking for:
At least three years of experience in product ownership, product management, business analysis, or a comparable digital-product role.
Experience in iGaming.
Experience working with cross-functional software-development teams in an agile environment.
Strong ability to translate business and user needs into clear, structured, and testable product requirements.
Demonstrated experience managing product backlogs, priorities, scope, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make evidence-based product decisions.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Confidence presenting product recommendations and reasoning with technical, commercial, and senior stakeholders.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives and competing priorities.
Ability to understand technical concepts, frontend architecture, APIs, integrations, and platform dependencies at a product level.
Experience using Jira, Confluence, or equivalent product and delivery-management tools.
Professional proficiency in English.
A degree in technology, economics, business, or a related discipline.
What Success Looks Like Success in this role means establishing a clear and evidence-based direction for the sportsbook frontend, maintaining a well-prioritized and delivery-ready backlog, improving collaboration between product and engineering, and delivering measurable improvements for operators and sportsbook users. You will be expected to create alignment around what we build, why we build it, and how we determine whether it has been successful.

Provectus is an AWS Premier Partner and an Anthropic Strategic Partner, working at the frontier of applied AI. We help enterprises turn Claude, agentic systems, and their own data into measurable business outcomes — through bespoke applications, managed services, and advisory engagements. With offices in North America, LATAM, and EMEA, we partner with clients worldwide.
Our work centers on two verticals — Financial Services & Insurance and Healthcare & Life Sciences — where we deploy five pre-built AI Blueprints: Submission Flow, Portfolio Lens, Asset Flow, Revenue Flow, and Evidence Lens. Each Blueprint rebuilds a critical business process front to back, shipped from working code and tuned to a client's specific book, regulators, and operating posture.
Our team holds 100+ AWS certifications, is Claude Code certified, and co-delivers Anthropic's Agentic SDLC program, Cowork Activation, and AI Blueprint engagements.
Where this role sits
You will work in a senior pod alongside an FDE, an FDX, and Senior AI Engineers — contributing to real delivery work while building toward independent ownership.
Requirements:
Mindset
Proactive and self-directed; you push for clarity rather than waiting for a ticket.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable with some ambiguity, with support from senior team members as you take on more.
B2+ English, comfortable collaborating across distributed, multicultural teams.
Technical depth
Hands-on experience building or contributing to RAG systems, ideally in a production or near-production setting.
Solid engineering fundamentals; Python and/or TypeScript proficiency. Productive in an unfamiliar codebase with some ramp-up support.
Practical AWS experience (Lambda, S3, ECS, or similar); ready to grow into Bedrock and Bedrock AgentCore .
Some experience with containers and CI/CD in real projects.
Exposure to evaluating non-deterministic systems — you've contributed to or run test/eval cycles, even if you haven't owned a full eval suite end-to-end.
Basic working knowledge of model/agent monitoring concepts.
Awareness of cost and latency trade-offs when working with LLMs.
Some hands-on exposure to the Claude ecosystem (Claude Code, CLAUDE.md, hooks, skills files) is a plus, or strong ability to ramp up quickly.
Practical experience with LLM APIs (Anthropic, AWS Bedrock, or OpenAI) in real projects.
2+ years of software or ML engineering experience, including some exposure to production systems.
Solid AI/ML foundations — you understand what the models do well enough to reason about common failure modes.
Nice to Have:
Experience in one of the industries: financial services, insurance, healthcare.
Consulting, professional services, or other embedded customer-facing delivery.
AWS and Claude Code Certifications (or actively pursuing them).
A2A: Interest in agent-to-agent interoperability concepts.
CI/CD pipeline experience (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI).
Practical experience with one or more use cases from the following: NLP, LLMs, and Recommendation engines.
Experience in an additional language (Go, TypeScript, or Rust).
Experience with Apache Spark, Apache Airflow, Kafkа.
Experience with the Claude ecosystem — Claude Code, CLAUDE.md, hooks, skills files. Spec-driven development — writing the intent, constraints, and acceptance criteria before you let an agent build.
MCP: you can say why an agent would prefer it to a REST integration, having authored a server is an additional plus.
Responsibilities:
Build and contribute to RAG system components under senior guidance, with growing autonomy.
Write tests and help build out evaluation harnesses for the features you work on.
Write production code across the stack (AI, backend services, data pipelines) with code review support.
Help integrate AI components into backend services and RESTful APIs.
Support deployment of systems to AWS (containerized, CI/CD), taking on more of this independently over time.
Contribute to documentation, runbooks, and client handover materials.
Participate in technical discussions and architectural decisions, with an eye toward taking on more of this independently.
Support model evaluation efforts and help investigate and improve failure modes.
Take on increasing ownership of components and technical decisions as you grow in the role.
What We Offer:
The chance to shape how leading enterprises across LATAM, Europe, and North America adopt AI, from strategy through first deployment
A forward-deployed model working in small, senior teams alongside FDE and FDX
A growing AI delivery practice where you help build the tooling and frameworks, not just use them
Remote-friendly culture
Internal training programs with full support for Claude, AWS, and other professional certifications, conference attendance
Career growth; we actively develop our engineers
Access to the latest AI tools and premium subscriptions
Long-term B2B collaboration
Private medical insurance or a budget for your medical needs
Paid sick leave, vacation, and public holidays
Equipment and all the tech you need for comfortable, productive work
How we hire:
Intro conversation. The role, your background and aspirations, tech questions.
Technical interview with live engineering sessions. Real problems, your own editor, you may use an LLM assistant
HR Interview. Soft skills and expectations
HM interview. Tech questions; a live engineering session is also possible
