Impact of a Billing Systems Architect
As an Enterprise Billing Systems Architect at Upsun, you are the technical anchor of our billing infrastructure, playing a vital role in ensuring our revenue operations, pricing structures, and financial integrations run seamlessly as our business scales. Picking up primary ownership from our implementation partner, you serve as the dedicated technical lead bridging Finance, Product, and Engineering.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
As a Salesforce Developer at Anthropic, you will design, build, and maintain the Salesforce platform that powers our core customer motions and quote-to-cash business.: This includes automation throughout the Salesforce platform ranging from core sales automation to product catalog and pricing, quoting and approvals, order and contract management, and the handoff to billing and provisioning. You'll work both autonomously and collaboratively across RevOps, Order Management, Legal, Billing Engineering, Deal Desk, Finance and Accounting, and Product to translate pricing and packaging requirements into scalable Apex, Flow, and integration solutions, and to extend our capabilities with custom code where necessary. We are an AI-first systems team, and you'll be expected to use Claude and our in-house AI development tooling as a core part of how you write, review, and ship code, always against our house standards for flexibility, maintainability, and scale.
Where you might sit
We're hiring across more than one team. Placement depends on your background and where you can have the most impact.
GTM Systems:
Builds and runs the Salesforce platform and connected tools that Anthropic's sellers, sales leaders, and revenue operations teams rely on every day. You'd build the automation behind how deals move through the pipeline, how leads and accounts reach the right owner, and how information flows between our sales tools and the rest of the business. You'll work directly with the analysts and operators who define the process, and see the impact on the people who use what you ship.
QTC Experiences:
A vertically integrated team that spans quoting through to provisioning agreements, as well as customer billing experiences over the term of their agreement. You'd build the foundational systems for CPQ, order management, provisioning and billing experiences, envisioning how we make our sellers and ops teams orders of magnitude more efficient with Claude. You'll work cross-functionally with GTM, finance, accounting and other stakeholders. Your work will directly impact seller velocity and our GTM deal making capacity.
Key responsibilities
Develop and maintain Apex (triggers, services, selectors, batch/queueable), Lightning Web Components, and Flow automation following our house Apex standards and trigger framework
Design and build quote-to-cash infrastructure in Salesforce, including the product catalog and pricing data model, quote and order lifecycle, discount and approval automation, and amendment, renewal, and co-termination flows
Extend CPQ and expand into agentic selling with custom pricing and quote-calculation logic, quote and order user experiences, and code built against the package's APIs and data model
Build and own integrations between Salesforce and our billing, provisioning, and finance systems, such as Stripe, Metronome, and NetSuite, directly or via middleware
Support new product and pricing launches by modeling catalog, SKU, and pricing changes so they can be released quickly and reflected consistently in every downstream system
Use Claude and our internal AI development tooling as a first-class part of your build and code-review workflow
Partner with Business Systems analysts and Finance to ensure data-model decisions support downstream bookings, forecasting, and revenue reporting
Partner with DevOps on release management for your work: sandbox strategy, source control, peer review, and deployment via SFDX/metadata tooling
Ensure appropriate controls, test coverage, and documentation are in place for an effective control environment, particularly around pricing, discounting, and contract changes
Operate with ambiguity in a rapidly changing business, resolve problems independently, and propose solutions that scale
Minimum qualifications
Hands-on Salesforce development experience (Apex, SOQL, LWC, Flow) in a production org
Experience building or extending CPQ and quote-to-cash functionality in Salesforce (Salesforce CPQ, Revenue Cloud, Nue, or similar): product and pricing data models, quote and order lifecycle, approval automation, and amendments and renewals, including custom code written against the CPQ package rather than configuration alone
Experience integrating Salesforce with billing, ERP, or provisioning systems via REST/Bulk APIs, middleware (Workato, Mulesoft, or similar), or direct callouts
Fluency with SFDX, source-controlled metadata, and a sandbox-to-prod release process with peer review
Active use of AI-assisted development tools (Claude, Copilot, Cursor, or similar) as part of how you write and review code, and the ability to speak to how you steer and verify their output
Basic SQL skills and comfort working alongside a data warehouse
Effective communication with sales, deal desk, finance and accounting, product, and engineering stakeholders
Preferred qualifications
Salesforce Platform Developer I and II certifications
Advanced Administrator or Application/System Architect certification
Deep understanding of Salesforce platform constraints: governor limits, bulkification, sharing and visibility, recursion control, and how they surface in CPQ-specific situations such as large quotes, calculation performance, and bulk amendments
Experience implementing a CPQ solution end to end or re-platforming from one CPQ to another, not just maintaining an existing one
Experience with billing and finance platforms such as Stripe, Metronome, or Oracle, and with usage-based or consumption pricing models
Working understanding of how CPQ design decisions flow through to bookings, invoicing, and revenue recognition
Proven experience scaling Salesforce in a high-growth GTM environment

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

Establish the repeatable playbooks, templates, and health metrics that define what “great” looks like for customer success in life sciences at Anthropic
You may be a good fit if you have
6+ years of experience in Customer Success, Technical Account Management, Solutions Engineering, or consulting
3+ years of experience in life sciences research, with exposure to new technologies as a catalyst for accelerating progress
Experience working directly with life sciences organizations, such as academic research institutions, research institutes, foundations, biotech, or pharma, and familiarity with how scientific research is conducted, funded, and governed
An understanding of the regulatory, risk, and compliance needs of the industry
Experience driving success across both consumption-based and seat-based business models, with an understanding of the expansion levers and success metrics for each
Experience managing dedicated strategic accounts and delivering one-to-many programs, with the judgment to choose the right motion for the customer priority at hand
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, including working as part of an account team with Sales and technical partners and advocating effectively for customer needs
Technical fluency in AI/ML concepts, API integrations, and software implementation patterns, and the ability to explain them to audiences ranging from bench scientists and computational researchers to institutional leadership. Familiarity with scientific data types, research workflows, or bioinformatics tooling is a strong plus
A data-driven, AI-first way of working, using adoption signals to guide decisions and building Claude-powered workflows into how you engage partners
Passion for both AI and accelerating scientific progress, with a strong interest in ensuring frontier AI systems are developed safely, ethically, and deployed to benefit society
A knack for bringing order to chaos and an enthusiastic “roll up your sleeves” mentality. You are a true team player

WHO WE ARE
Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vkpYpWfEK5s. We're building one place where your knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools live side by side, so work is faster, clearer, and less fragmented. Millions of individuals, small teams, and large companies run their work on Notion.
Notinos (our employees) are customer zero in bringing this future of work to life. We care about craft, building things that last, and the belief that great work is still fundamentally human. Our goal isn’t to ship the next feature. Each and every team of Notinos is working to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era. From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work.
ABOUT US:
Notion helps you build beautiful tools for your life’s work. In today's world of endless apps and tabs, Notion provides one place for teams to get everything done, seamlessly connecting docs, notes, projects, calendar, and email—with AI built in to find answers and automate work. Millions of users, from individuals to large organizations like Toyota, Figma, and OpenAI, love Notion for its flexibility and choose it because it helps them save time and money.
In-person collaboration is essential to Notion's culture. We require all team members to work from our offices on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays, our designated Anchor Days. Certain teams or positions may require additional in-office workdays.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
Millions of people rely on Notion to do their most important work. Protecting that trust starts with protecting the people who build Notion: our employees, their laptops, their identities, and the SaaS apps they rely on every day.
We are looking for a hands-on Corporate Security Engineer to own and improve the technical controls that keep our workforce and corporate environment safe. This is a security engineering role focused on building scalable controls and automation across identity, endpoints, SaaS, and workforce infrastructure, not a traditional IT support or corporate engineering role.
You'll own and evolve core security controls, design systems and automation that scale with the company, and help make security both stronger and easier to use. You'll partner closely with IT, Infrastructure, GRC, and Detection & Response to improve the security foundations that employees rely on every day.
WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE:
- Harden our identity and access management stack, including Okta and Google Workspace, with phishing-resistant MFA, strong SSO and SCIM lifecycles, and least-privilege access across SaaS.
- Run our endpoint security program across a macOS-first fleet, including MDM, EDR, and configuration baselines, with working coverage for Windows and ChromeOS.
- Secure AI tool usage at the endpoint, including governance of large language models, AI agents, and model context protocol (MCP) integrations; detect and prevent unauthorized or risky AI service access and data exfiltration through AI-enabled tools.
- Reduce SaaS risk at scale through SSPM tooling and custom automation, including detection of risky OAuth grants, excessive permissions, shadow IT, and configuration drift.
- Write code (Python, Terraform) to automate access reviews, onboarding and offboarding, configuration drift detection, and audit evidence collection.
- Partner with Detection & Response to ensure corporate systems produce the telemetry needed to detect identity, endpoint, and SaaS abuse.
- Support SOC 2, ISO 27001, and customer audits as a byproduct of good engineering, not a separate workstream.
- Partner with Detection & Response on investigation and response for corporate security incidents, including phishing, account compromise, lost devices, and BEC.
SKILLS YOU NEED TO BRING:
- Have 5+ years of hands-on experience in corporate security, enterprise security, or IT security engineering at a cloud-native company.
- Have working knowledge of a major identity provider (Okta, Entra, or Google Workspace) and the underlying protocols (SAML, OIDC, OAuth 2.0, SCIM).
- Have hands-on experience operating endpoint management and detection tooling across macOS and enterprise environments.
- Write production-quality scripts and automation in Python or Bash, and have shipped Terraform or other infrastructure-as-code for security configuration.
- Are familiar with SaaS security risks (OAuth governance, audit logging, SSPM) and the realities of integrating a long tail of vendors.
- Have working knowledge of at least one major cloud platform (AWS, GCP, or Azure) at the security configuration level.
- Communicate clearly in writing and work effectively across IT, Engineering, Legal, People, and GRC.
NICE TO HAVES:
- Experience at a fast-growing tech or AI company where the security program had to outpace headcount.
- A background in IT engineering, SRE, or production engineering that transitioned into security engineering.
- Experience building internal security tooling or workflows that improved employee or developer experience.
- Contributions to the security community through open-source tools, blog posts, or conference talks.

Perplexity is seeking an Enablement Specialist to help enterprise customers build the knowledge, confidence, and repeatable practices required to reach value with Perplexity Computer. This role is ideal for someone who combines technical fluency, strong facilitation, and a track record of building onboarding and adoption programs that scale.
About the role
Perplexity Computer enables customers to build AI-powered workflows that navigate tools, interact with applications, and complete multi-step work. Helping organizations adopt this new way of working requires more than a product demonstration or one-time kickoff.
Enablement Specialists design and deliver the programs that move customers from initial access to confident, sustained use. You will create onboarding journeys for different levels of readiness, lead customer workshops and office hours, diagnose adoption barriers, and turn repeated questions into scalable guidance.
This is a customer-facing role that works closely with Customer Success, Applied AI Architects, Product, Marketing, and Support. Customer Success retains ownership of the account, adoption strategy, and expansion strategy; you will own the enablement programs and interventions that help customers and customer success managers become self-sufficient.
What you'll do
- Design customer journeys. Build onboarding and adoption programs for customers and user cohorts with different roles, goals, technical readiness, and levels of AI experience.
- Deliver high-quality enablement. Lead technical kickoffs, workshops, office hours, remote sessions, onsite programs, webinars, and train-the-trainer experiences.
- Make complex concepts accessible. Teach Computer and agentic-workflow concepts clearly to both technical and nontechnical audiences.
- Guide customers through setup. Help customers understand access, members, permissions, connectors, credits, models, initial workflows, and the practices required to get started.
- Diagnose adoption barriers. Determine whether a customer is blocked by knowledge, readiness, process, configuration, product capability, or technical complexity.
- Route complex needs well. Recognize when a question requires an Applied AI Architect, Customer Success, Support, Product, or Engineering and provide a clear handoff.
- Create scalable assets. Turn repeated onboarding and adoption needs into curricula, customer checklists, implementation guidance, lifecycle communications, videos, examples, and internal enablement.
- Use evidence to increase adoption and consumption. Segment customers by readiness and usage behavior, identify where consumption stalls, deliver targeted interventions, and measure activation, time to first value, repeat usage, sustained credit consumption, and program effectiveness.
- Build the learning loop. Bring customer patterns and feedback back to Applied AI, Product, Customer Success, Marketing, and Support.
What we're looking for
The strongest Enablement Specialists can teach, diagnose, and design for scale. You should be able to run a compelling customer session, understand the technical details behind a blocker, and build a repeatable program rather than solving the same problem one customer at a time.
Must-haves
- 4+ years in technical onboarding, customer enablement, implementation, solutions consulting, customer education, or a technically oriented Customer Success role.
- Proven program-building experience. You have designed and delivered onboarding, training, or adoption programs across live and self-service formats.
- Strong facilitation and communication. You can explain complex product and AI concepts clearly to technical and nontechnical audiences.
- Technical fluency. You can guide customers through permissions, connectors, models, credits, workflows, and common integration concepts.
- Strong diagnostic judgment. You can determine whether a customer is blocked by education, readiness, process, configuration, product capability, or technical complexity.
- Data-informed growth mindset. You have used product and usage data to identify adoption gaps, trigger interventions, move customer cohorts toward sustained use, and evaluate impact.
- Cross-functional operating ability. You can work effectively with Customer Success, Sales, Product, Marketing, Support, and technical teams.
- High ownership. You set clear expectations, improve weak processes, and operate effectively in a fast-moving environment.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with AI products, agentic workflows, enterprise SaaS, or other technically complex platforms.
- Experience building technical onboarding or adoption programs for enterprise customers.
- Background in adult learning, instructional design, customer education, or enablement operations.
- Experience using product and usage data to trigger interventions and measure activation, time to value, and sustained engagement.
- Experience developing customer-facing technical content, workshops, or certification programs.

The Position
CallRail is looking for a
Product Manager
to join our team that supports our core integrations, public
API and webhooks products
.
This is a build role. You’ll ship net-new integrations with platforms our customers depend on — automotive and healthcare tools, scheduling systems, workflow platforms like Zapier — and you’ll deepen the ones we already have. You’ll also own the shared service and framework those integrations run on, and the developer-facing API and webhook surface that thousands of customers and partners build on top of.
The other half of the job is keeping the ecosystem healthy. Integrations break in ways ad campaigns don’t, and you’ll be the person who decides what gets fixed first. That means working shoulder to shoulder with
Support, Sales, and Marketing
— they hear about problems before dashboards do, they know which integration is blocking a deal, and they need you to tell them what’s coming and when.
This role suits a hands-on, technically fluent PM who wants to ship real integrations, cares about customer product experience, and works in an environment where AI is a daily tool rather than a talking point.
What You'll Do
Build and deepen integrations
Ship net-new core integrations — new verticals like automotive and healthcare, scheduling and workflow platforms, and the partners our roadmap calls for next.
Deepen existing integrations past MVP: fill functional gaps, expand data coverage, and make the ones customers already rely on genuinely good.
Own the shared service and framework every integration inherits — data sync, authentication, error handling, and retries — and the tooling that makes the next integration cheaper to build than the last.
Own the integrations UI and library: how customers discover, connect, configure, and troubleshoot what we’ve built.
Own the API and webhooks
Own CallRail’s public API and webhooks as a product, not a byproduct: new capabilities, versioning strategy, deprecation paths, and the developer experience around them.
Drive
parity between our API and webhooks
so developers get consistent data and behavior regardless of how they consume it.
Own API documentation, the developer dashboard, and the administration and billing experience for API access.
Define and monitor the health metrics developers actually feel — latency, error rates, rate-limit behavior, webhook delivery reliability — and act on them.
Prioritize and triage
Own the integrations bug queue. Triage incoming issues, and make the reliability work that keeps the ecosystem healthy visible and scheduled rather than invisible and endless.
Make the call on sequencing net-new work against fixes and migrations, and be able to explain that call to anyone who asks.
Close the loop with
Support
— build the intake path that turns ticket patterns into prioritized work, and give them the answers and workarounds they need in the meantime.
Keep
Sales
and
Marketing
ahead of the roadmap: what’s shipping, what’s fixed, what’s still broken, and what they can confidently sell and promote.
Cross-functional
Write clear, actionable epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria with real technical context and edge cases identified up front.
Lead discovery with customers, developers, and internal teams to validate problems before scoping solutions.
Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Experience on launches, enablement, and adoption.
Represent core integrations and the API in planning cycles and cross-functional initiatives.
What You'll Need
3-5 years of product management experience
, including meaningful time on integrations, APIs, developer tools, or platform-oriented work.
Background in marketing tech, communications tools, or call tracking ecosystems.
A track record of actually shipping B2B SaaS integrations end to end — not just governing a platform others built on.
Strong technical fluency. You read API documentation comfortably, reason about data models and auth flows, understand webhooks and event delivery semantics, and can scope edge cases with engineers without needing a translator.
Hands-on experience with public or partner APIs — REST, OAuth, versioning, rate limiting, pagination, and webhook reliability patterns.
Demonstrated fluency with AI tools (Claude or similar) in your actual day-to-day product work.
Comfort working directly with Support, Sales, and Marketing — turning their signal into prioritized work and keeping them informed without being asked twice.
Comfort with the unglamorous half of integration work: bugs, migrations, and reliability — and the judgment to prioritize it against net-new.
Ability to prioritize clearly across business goals, customer needs, and technical feasibility, and to explain your reasoning to both engineers and executives.
Experience in Agile teams working closely with engineers and designers.
Excellent written communication. Integration decisions live or die by how well they’re documented.
Familiarity with tools we use: Jira, Confluence, Miro, Looker, Fullstory, Figma.
Nice to Have
Experience building or scaling a developer platform, API program, or developer portal.
Experience with vertical software ecosystems — automotive, healthcare, home services, or legal.
Experience with MCP, agent frameworks, or designing APIs intended for AI consumption.
Working With AI at CallRail
AI is core to how our product team operates, and we expect it to be core to how you operate. We use
Claude
across discovery, spec writing, data analysis, prototyping, and internal tooling, and we’re actively building AI capabilities into the product itself. In this role you will:
Use AI daily as a working tool — clustering support tickets to find the real bug patterns, drafting and pressure-testing specs, exploring API data, and building throwaway scripts and prototypes to answer questions faster than a meeting could.
Build your own leverage rather than waiting for it — writing Claude skills, agents, and internal workflows that make you and your team faster.
Think about CallRail’s platform as something AI agents will consume, not just humans. MCP servers, agent-friendly API design, and tool-calling patterns are increasingly part of what a modern integrations platform is expected to offer, and you’ll help shape our point of view there.
Stay genuinely current. The tooling changes every few months, and we want someone curious enough to keep up and pragmatic enough to know when a new tool actually helps.
We’re looking for evidence that you’ve already changed how you work because of these tools — not just enthusiasm about them.
If you do not meet all the requirements listed, we still encourage you to apply! No job description is perfect, and we may also have another opportunity that aligns with your skills and experience.
Additional Perks
Healthcare (one option covered at 100% for employees), Dental & Vision Coverage
Competitive HSA with company matching
Paid parental leave
Flexible vacation policy
401K options with company dollar-for-dollar match
Employee stock options available from day one
$2,000 annual educational allowance
Catered lunch every Tuesday * an in-office perk
MARTA transportation or office parking expenses covered
Employee charitable donation company match, up to $500 annually
Regular company outings and events
Hybrid work options with $500 office stipend to set up your home office

Please note: This position is open to candidates based in the United Kingdom only. Candidates based in the United States or Canada can apply to this posting:
Site Reliability Engineer, Infrastructure Platforms — AMER (Intermediate to Senior Staff)
How our SRE hiring works
Because this is a single application for SRE roles across Infrastructure Platforms, our process is built to evaluate you once and match you well, rather than interviewing separately for every team.
Recruiter Screen:
A conversation about your background, what you're looking for, and the level and teams that fit, so we can point your process in the right direction.
Core Technical:
The shared assessment every SRE candidate takes, regardless of eventual team. A low-stress, collaborative discussion covering system architecture and incident review.
Hiring Manager Interview:
A conversation about ownership, judgment, execution, collaboration, and growth, the non-technical signals that make an SRE effective at GitLab.
Peer Technical:
Team-specific depth, run by SREs from the team you're most likely to join, focused on the problems that team actually works on.
Skip-Level Interview:
A conversation with a senior leader on values alignment, and how you'll work across teams.
After your interviews, we consider your performance alongside our current hiring needs to confirm the level and team where you'll do your best work. Interview results are a major factor, and final placement also reflects our active hiring priorities at the time.
We’ll calibrate your level throughout the interview process based on the scope and impact of your experience.
Intermediate: You independently deliver meaningful reliability improvements within a defined area.
Senior: You own complex reliability work end to end and raise the effectiveness of your team.

Write and maintain infrastructure as code, and ship changes safely through CI/CD and GitOps
Participate in on-call, triage alerts, follow and improve runbooks, and escalate appropriately
Contribute to the observability stack, using metrics, logs, and SLOs to detect symptoms early rather than just outages
Take part in incident response and post-incident reviews, turning learnings into changes in automation and process
Document runbooks, architecture decisions, and reviews so your findings become repeatable practices
What you'll bring
Experience keeping production systems reliable, combining an operations mindset with real software engineering practice
Experience building net-new infrastructure tooling and automation, not just configuring existing tools. For example, Terraform modules, Kubernetes operators or controllers, or production automation and services written from scratch
The ability to read, debug, and reason about code. Most of our teams work in Go; some work in Ruby. You can discuss a piece of code's behavior, performance, and failure modes
Experience with infrastructure as code, and with Kubernetes and its ecosystem, at a depth appropriate to your level
Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud provider (GCP or AWS)
Familiarity with observability practices, including metrics, logging, alerting, and SLOs or SLIs, and using data to inform operational decisions
Comfort participating in on-call and incident response, with a structured approach to troubleshooting under pressure
Strong written communication and the ability to operate as a manager-of-one in an async, distributed environment
A track record of using automation, and increasingly AI, to reduce toil and improve how you and your team work
Alignment with GitLab's values and a commitment to working in accordance with them

At ClickUp, we're building the future of work: the first truly converged AI workspace unifying tasks, docs, chat, calendar, and enterprise search, all supercharged by context-driven AI. We are an AI-native company. Every team member is expected to leverage AI daily, and we evaluate AI fluency as part of our hiring process. Join us and help redefine what's possible. 🚀
We’re looking for a Technical Implementation Account Manager (TAM) to support our customers as a trusted partner and problem-solver, blending strong relationship management with a growing understanding of ClickUp’s platform and capabilities. This role sits at the intersection of customer success, solution strategy, and technical enablement, contributing to long-term growth, adoption, and measurable business outcomes. This role operates in an AI-native environment, and we expect TAMs at this level to use AI tools as a daily multiplier across account preparation, workflow analysis, solution design, follow-through, and customer enablement.
TAMs at this level manage a defined book of business and own day-to-day execution for their accounts, while working closely with more senior TAMs and cross-functional partners on complex initiatives. You’ll use established frameworks, playbooks, and templates to guide onboarding and adoption, monitor account health, and help ensure stakeholders see continuous value throughout their lifecycle. At the L04 level, success means not just understanding AI-enabled features, but showing sound judgment in when and how to use AI to improve execution quality, speed, and customer outcomes.
Technical Account Managers are responsible for delivering measurable value and driving meaningful business outcomes across their customer portfolio by focusing on:
- Customer Enablement & Onboarding: Supporting customers through onboarding and implementation for assigned customers, following established discovery frameworks and implementation plans.
- Account Health & Engagement: Monitoring adoption and account health within your book, executing standard plays to drive engagement, and escalating risks appropriately.
- Process Optimization & Solution Design: Collaborating with customers to understand key workflows and configure ClickUp solutions using established best practices, templates, and guidance from senior TAMs.
- Innovation Adoption & Workflow Automation: Guiding customers in adopting relevant features, including AI and automation, primarily by implementing standard patterns and documented workflows to improve efficiency and outcomes.
- AI-Native Execution: Using AI in your own day-to-day workflow to synthesize discovery, accelerate account preparation, improve documentation quality, draft clearer recommendations, and increase the consistency and speed of customer follow-through while maintaining strong judgment and accuracy.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
New Customer Onboarding
- Support end-to-end onboarding and implementation of ClickUp for assigned customers using established discovery frameworks, templates, and project plans.
- Translate functional and technical requirements into ClickUp solutions for standard use cases under the guidance of more senior TAMs when needed.
- Guide customers through setup, integrations, and change management fundamentals, escalating complex scenarios appropriately.
- Use AI-assisted workflows where appropriate to prepare for discovery, summarize implementation decisions, and improve the speed and quality of customer follow-up.
Account Health Management
- Monitor health for your book of business, including utilization, key feature adoption, and champion/stakeholder engagement.
- Execute standard adoption plays and account review cadences to maintain or improve health, leveraging existing playbooks and frameworks.
- Identify risks early and partner with senior TAMs and account teams to build and execute recovery plans.
- Run recurring meetings with your accounts, sharing usage summaries, recommended next steps, and capturing follow-ups.
- Connect AI adoption, automation usage, and workflow improvements to measurable customer outcomes such as efficiency gains, stakeholder adoption, and expansion signals.
Workflow Mapping (IER Framework)
- Conduct Intake → Execution → Reporting (IER) cycles for core customer workflows using established discovery guides and templates.
- Recommend optimizations based on documented best practices and apply workflow templates to support scale and consistency.
- Maintain clear documentation of customer workflows, data models, and configuration decisions following team standards.
- Use AI to help analyze repetitive workflow patterns, identify process friction, and sharpen recommendations — while validating outputs before using them with customers.
AI Enablement & Agent Deployment
- Support adoption of ClickUp AI across relevant customer workflows by configuring and testing standard AI workflows and automations aligned to published best practices.
- Provide training and consultation on how to use existing AI and automation patterns; escalate novel or complex use cases to senior TAMs or specialists.
- Track and report AI usage and credit consumption against plan, surfacing straightforward opportunities to deepen adoption.
- Evaluate AI-generated outputs for accuracy, usefulness, and business relevance before sharing recommendations or enabling them in customer workflows.
- Help customers move from feature awareness to practical workflow transformation by identifying where AI can remove manual work, improve reporting quality, or speed execution in repeatable ways.
Customer Success & Expansion
- Serve as the technical partner for assigned accounts, connecting usage to business value using established value frameworks and artifacts.
- Identify expansion signals (e.g., usage patterns, feature interest) and pass qualified leads and insights to the account team for follow-up.
- Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to support renewals, expansions, and AI upsells, aligning your work to the broader account strategy.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with account teams, Product, and Services to maintain alignment between delivery and success for your accounts.
- Share customer feedback and insights to improve delivery and customer experience, focusing on clear problem statements and reproducible examples.
- Collaborate with more senior TAMs and internal stakeholders on complex initiatives, contributing execution and customer context.
CORE SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:
Technical Acumen
Solid understanding of ClickUp platform capabilities, automation logic, integrations, and AI Agent functionality, with a focus on applying documented solutions to customer use cases. Learns and adopts new features and patterns quickly.
AI Expertise
Uses AI and Agents as a daily multiplier, not just an area of awareness. Comfortable with generative AI concepts, prompt design, and automation frameworks, and able to show examples of AI improving work quality, speed, or consistency in a customer-facing environment. Able to implement standard AI use cases and identify when to bring in senior partners for more complex or novel scenarios.
Consultative Discovery
Strong at workflow analysis for core, well-understood processes. Uses structured discovery guides to identify friction points and map customer needs into ClickUp using existing best practices.
Project & Program Management
Strong project and time management for your account load. Able to juggle multiple accounts and workstreams with regular check-ins and guidance from your manager or senior TAMs.
Data & Reporting
Comfortable using dashboards and metrics to communicate health, adoption, and ROI at the account level. Interprets usage data to support clear, actionable recommendations within established frameworks.
Customer Engagement
Executive presence and strong communication skills, with an emphasis on clarity, expectation setting, and follow-through. Builds trust with customer stakeholders by reliably executing agreed plans.
Account Ownership
Accountable for day-to-day execution for your book of business: proactive in follow-through, organized, and focused on achieving measurable outcomes while escalating higher-risk or highly strategic decisions.
Collaboration & Influence
Works cross-functionally with account teams, Product, and Sales to align on outcomes. Influences through clear data, customer stories, and consistent execution, while relying on senior leaders for major strategic decisions and escalations.
AI-NATIVE CANDIDATE EXPECTATIONS:
- Can demonstrate examples of using AI tools, prompts, automations, or agent-assisted workflows to improve personal productivity, customer delivery quality, or workflow outcomes.
- Can speak concretely about where AI added value, where human judgment was still required, and how success was measured.
- For this level, we are looking for evidence of strong applied AI fluency in execution — not necessarily novel model development or highly complex custom agent architecture.
INTERVIEW SIGNAL:
BE PREPARED TO WALK THROUGH HOW YOU USE AI IN YOUR WORK. OUR INTERVIEW PROCESS WILL ASSESS PRACTICAL AI CAPABILITY, INCLUDING HOW YOU APPLY AI TO WORKFLOW ANALYSIS, CUSTOMER EXECUTION, JUDGMENT, AGENTIC WORKFLOWS, AND MEASURABLE OUTCOMES.

HEALTH CAN’T WAIT.
Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.
We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture https://alan.com/en/careers. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.
Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.
MISSION
Alan is scaling internationally (900+ employees, 100+ healthcare professionals, 5+ countries) and needs IT Operations Specialists to own device security, SaaS platforms, identity & access, and the daily IT experience of every Alaner, while contributing to build projects that remove operational toil.
IT at Alan is more than just a helpdesk. Operations and support ('Run') take roughly 60% of your time initially, while the rest goes toward owning project-based initiatives ('Build') tailored to your experience level.
As you ramp up alongside senior engineers, your focus will naturally shift toward more build-focused work with wider impact.
The scope below is what the team owns, not a checklist for one person. We staff people according to their strengths and interests, and it evolves over time.
SCOPE
🛟 SUPPORT & ONCALL
- Own L1/L2 oncall for 900+ Alaners across 5+ countries, with a clear escalation path to engineers
- Triage, communicate to users during incidents, and escalate appropriately
- Document recurring issues and reduce ticket volume through self-service
💻 DEVICE LIFECYCLE & ENDPOINT COMPLIANCE
- Own the full device lifecycle: procurement, zero-touch enrollment (Apple Business Manager, Kandji), repair, retrieval
- Maintain role-based Kandji blueprints and least-privilege configurations
- Contribute to device compliance across all countries (MDM, EDR, FileVault) and to audit evidence
- Own the physical side: laptop locker, hardware inventory, office equipment
- Take over day-to-day device operations as we bring them back in-house from our outsourced provider
🔑 IDENTITY, ACCESS & SAAS PLATFORMS
- Own onboarding and offboarding end-to-end, across both automated and manually-managed tools
- Administer Google Workspace, SSO/SAML, licences and access reviews
- Manage day-to-day vendor relationships and procurement on your scope
⚙️ BUILD
- Own a build project end-to-end, with a more experienced engineer to pair with and learn from
- Examples from the current roadmap: rebuilding the onboarding intake, the meeting room audiovisual equipment and room-booking revamp, the IT playbook for new offices, ISO 27001 / ACPR evidence collection
- Ship automation and self-service tooling that measurably reduces IT toil
MILESTONES
First 2 months
- Join IT oncall rotation (helpdesk) with buddy/shadowing support
- Discover Alan's processes, stack (Kandji, Apple Business Manager), SaaS ecosystem, and identity tools (Google Workspace, SSO, Alan Home)
- Handle most typical IT operations issues autonomously (equipment, SaaS access, account provisioning)
First 6 months
- Handle IT oncall shifts autonomously, solving most problems that do not require engineer input
- Own onboarding/offboarding workflows end-to-end
- Have wide knowledge of Alan's processes, equipment, and tools
- Ship a first project
First year
- Be regarded as an expert on at least one topic beyond the oncall rotation (e.g. MDM, SaaS admin, compliance documentation)
- Contribute on device compliance improvements (MDM, EDR, FileVault) across all countries
- Ship automation or self-service projects that measurably reduce IT toil, with limited guidance
- Lead small to medium IT projects end-to-end
3 years
- Fully autonomous on the User Experience & Platform workstreams
- Lead medium to high-complexity IT projects end-to-end
- Mentor newer team members, reduce bus factor through documentation, automation and knowledge sharing
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Must-have - Technical/hard skills:
- 1-3 years in IT operations (or strong internship / student association background in a tech environment): device management (MDM, ideally Kandji), SaaS administration, basic identity & access management (Google Workspace, SSO)
- Operational reflexes: can triage issues, communicate to users during incidents, and escalate appropriately. Has oncall or production support experience
- Automation & AI appetite: scripting basics (Python, Bash) or low-code, and an instinct for what should be automated or delegated to AI rather than repeated
- Documentation mindset: writes clear, structured documentation
- Learning velocity: Picks up new tools and processes quickly.
Must-have - Behavioral / soft skills:
- Written-First Communication: Clear, effective written communicator who instinctively documents workflows, shares knowledge transparently, and thrives in an asynchronous work culture.
- Empathetic Problem-Solving: Balanced user-first service mindset with operational pragmatism—delighting colleagues while diagnosing root causes rather than applying band-aid fixes.
- Autonomous Growth: Self-directed problem solver who takes early project ownership, learns rapidly alongside senior engineers, and actively seeks feedback to level up.
Nice-to-have skills / Bonus points if you have:
- macOS fluency: comfortable troubleshooting macOS, understands the Apple ecosystem (Apple Business Manager, DEP enrollment)
- Experience with Kandji specifically
- Exposure to security compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, SOC 2, HDS), even just awareness
- SaaS vendor management and/or license administration
- Interest in automation and coding (even from college/school projects)
- Experience in a fast-growing, multi-country tech company
