Location: Remote; United States; Poland; United Kingdom; Bulgaria Workplace: Remote ABOUT ELEVENLABS ElevenLabs is an AI research and product company transforming how we interact with technology. We launched in January 2023 with the first human-like AI voice model. Today, we serve millions of users and thousands of businesses - from fast-growing startups to large enterprises like Deutsche Telekom and Meta. Our investors are some of the world's most prominent, including Andreessen Horowitz, ICONIQ Growth and Sequoia. We've raised $781M in funding and our last valuation was $22B - multiples of 11, always. We have expanded from voice into three main platforms: - ElevenAgents enables businesses to deliver seamless and intelligent customer experiences, with the integrations, testing, monitoring, and reliability necessary to deploy voice and chat agents at scale. - ElevenCreative empowers creators and marketers to generate and edit speech, music, image, and video across 70+ languages. - ElevenAPI gives developers access to our leading AI audio foundational models. Everything we do is the result of the creativity and commitment of our team - builders doing the best work of their lives. We are researchers, engineers, and operators. IOI medalists and ex-founders. If you want to work hard and create lasting positive impact, we want to hear from you. HOW WE WORK - High-velocity: Rapid experimentation, lean autonomous teams, and minimal bureaucracy. - Impact not job titles: We don’t have job titles. Instead, it’s about the impact you have. No task is above or beneath you. - AI first: We use AI to move faster with higher-quality results. We do this across the whole company—from engineering to growth to operations. - Excellence everywhere: Everything we do should match the quality of our AI models. - Global team: We prioritize your talent, not your location. WHAT WE OFFER - Innovative culture: You’ll be part of a generational opportunity to define the trajectory of AI, surrounded by a team pushing the boundaries of what’s possible. - Growth paths: Joining ElevenLabs means joining a dynamic team with countless opportunities to drive impact - beyond your immediate role and responsibilities. - Learning & development: ElevenLabs proactively supports professional development through an annual discretionary stipend. - Social travel: We also provide an annual discretionary stipend to meet up with colleagues each year, however you choose. - Annual company offsite: Each year, we bring the entire team together in a new location - past offsites have included Croatia and Italy. - Co-working: If you’re not located near one of our main hubs, we offer a monthly co-working stipend. About the role You’ll build the tools that make Studio a video editor people want to live in. These include transitions, color grading and elements libraries all built on top of our in-house engine. You’ll also build presets, so a user can get the effect they want without tweaking 20 individual controls. The work mixes greenfield features with polish on the existing editor. An example of the polish is letting editors coming from Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro rebind their keyboard shortcuts in one step. You’ll write proposals, get fast feedback, and own features through launch, including the marketing moment. You’re a product-minded, frontend-leaning full-stack engineer. Deep backend skills aren’t required. Requirements - Strong frontend engineer who has built complex, interactive UIs. - Enough full-stack ability to work across the stack, but deep backend expertise isn’t needed. - Evidence of product responsibility: side projects, open source, or product-facing work. - Thrives in a fast-moving, startup-style environment, and takes ownership with minimal hand-holding. We are an equal opportunity employer and do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, veteran status, disability or other legally protected statuses.

Location: Toronto; San Francisco; Canada; United States; New York; Ottawa; Montreal Workplace: Hybrid WHO ARE WE? Cohere is the leading security-first enterprise AI company. We build cutting-edge foundation AI models and end-to-end products that are designed to solve real-world business problems. We’re training and deploying frontier models for enterprises who are building AI systems. We believe that our work is instrumental to the widespread adoption of AI and we are looking for folks that want to be part of that. We obsess over what we build. Each one of us is responsible for contributing to increasing the capabilities of our models and the value they drive for our customers. Cohere is a team of researchers, engineers, designers, and more, who are all passionate about their craft. We are a global technology company headquartered in Toronto with key offices in London, New York City, San Francisco, Montreal, Paris, Berlin and Seoul. Join us! WHY THIS ROLE? We’re building the foundational infrastructure that will define how the world thinks about and deploys AI, and we want the sharpest, most driven, and most curious people to help us do it. As the head of the Data Foundation pillar of our Analytics and Data Insights team, you’ll lead the team that makes Cohere’s data trustworthy, governed, and available: the warehouse every analytics surface runs on, the pipelines that keep it fresh, the access model that keeps it secure, and the agentic analytics layer that lets anyone at Cohere (and their agents) ask questions of governed data directly. Your team owns the full data lifecycle. You’ll run ingestion into BigQuery from internal and external data sources, orchestrate it in Airflow and Cloud Run, model the data warehouse in dbt, and serve the results through Looker, export APIs, and customer-facing analytics surfaces. Everything is provisioned as code in Terraform, and governance is part of the design: VPC service controls, IAM patterns, and documented access paths that let people and agents move fast without putting data at risk. This role is both highly visible and highly impactful, and you’ll inherit a solid structure on which to build the rest of the stack: a Terraform-provisioned warehouse framework, dbt modeling conventions, an alerting and incident-response practice, and documentation patterns to keep everything discoverable. The roadmap is set with big bets in flight: scaling that framework across the company, standing up an internal analytics agent with a real eval harness, and consolidating institutional knowledge into a self-correcting and self-maintaining system that keeps context centralized, current, and documented, rather than dispersed and in people’s heads. Responsibilities As the head of the Data Foundation pillar, you will: - Build and lead the team. Hire and grow a team of data and infrastructure engineers; set the technical bar; develop strong talent and raise team performance, building leadership capability beneath you. - Set the roadmap from company strategy. Own and sequence the Data Foundation roadmap: the warehouse buildout, the agentic analytics program, data governance, and the platform work that unblocks our other pillars. You’ll make the trade-offs and carry the cross-functional impact that comes with them. - Own the data platform end to end. Ingestion (managed connectors and an open-source connector framework), orchestration on Airflow and Cloud Run, warehouse modeling in BigQuery with dbt (raw, core, mart layers), and serving through Looker, export APIs, and semantic layers. All of it provisioned as code in Terraform. - Own data governance. Define how humans, service accounts, and agents get access to governed data: VPC service controls, IAM patterns, documented onboarding paths, audit logs, and sensitive requests (including legal holds) handled to deadline. - Operate for reliability. Run the alerting and anomaly-detection framework, own data freshness SLAs, lead incident response and postmortems, and turn every incident into a durable standard so the same class of failure doesn’t recur. - Lead the agentic analytics program. Wire the semantic layer into an internal analytics agent, build the eval harness that measures its accuracy, and make the eval-driven call on where AI earns its way into production. Apply the same discipline to automating data engineering work itself. - Set the standard for analytics across the company. The medallion framework, naming conventions, and testing patterns your team maintains become the way other teams ship analytics data. You’ll onboard new domains onto it and keep the docs accurate to how the systems actually work. - Partner across the org. Work with the North product and engineering teams on the analytics surfaces that ship in the product (including a customer-facing analytics export), with Business Insights on marts for the business, with Security on data governance, and with Legal on compliance-critical data requests. QUALIFICATIONS You may be a good fit, if you have: - 10+ years of experience across data engineering, data infrastructure, or analytics platform work, with a strong management track record leading data platform or infrastructure teams - Serious hands-on history in data engineering or infrastructure before management. You can still read a Terraform plan, a dbt DAG, or an Airflow scheduler log and ask the question that matters - Production experience with cloud data warehouses (BigQuery, Snowflake, or similar), workflow orchestration (Airflow or similar), and infrastructure as code (Terraform or similar) - Depth in data modeling: you think in fact and dimension tables, raw/core/mart separation, and semantic layers, and you have opinions on where tests and contracts belong - A record of setting a team’s roadmap from company or function strategy and delivering outcomes that span teams, with the cross-functional partnerships to match - Operational excellence you can point to: alerting you trust, SLAs you meet, incidents you run to ground and write up so they teach - Exposure to data security and governance: IAM, access management, VPC service controls or equivalent, audit and compliance workflows - Genuine excitement about AI: you follow the research, have opinions, and are energized by building the data foundation an AI company (and its AI agents) runs on - Comfort operating in ambiguity, leading a multi-workstream roadmap, and working directly with executives on priorities If some of the above doesn’t line up perfectly with your experience, we still encourage you to apply! FULL-TIME EMPLOYEES AT COHERE ENJOY THESE PERKS: - A weekly lunch stipend of $75/£75 or equivalent in your local currency for lunch. - Full health and dental benefits, including a separate budget for mental health. - RRSP matching, 401K, Pension Scheme. - 100% Parental Leave top-up for up to 6 months, for either parent. - Annual enrichment benefits: Arts & culture, fitness/wellness, quality time, and a workspace improvement credit. Education & learning stipend for conferences, courses, and coaching. - 6 weeks of paid vacation (30 working days!) - Budget for traveling to other offices if you are remote, plus an annual company offsite. HOW AND WHERE WE WORK: - Cohere is remote-friendly, but we also have offices in Toronto, London, New York City, San Francisco, Montreal, Paris, Berlin and Seoul with more opening soon. - For those in the office: a daily lunch program, plenty of snacks, and regular community and social events. - For those not near an office: a co-working benefit so you can work alongside others in your city. - Everyone receives a $500 home office stipend to set up your workspace properly. If any of the above doesn’t line up exactly with your experience, we still encourage you to apply. We strive to create an inclusive work environment for all; we welcome applicants from all backgrounds and are committed to providing equal opportunities. Location: Limassol Cyprus Workplace: OnSite Job Title: Staff/Lead SDET Engineer (Test Automation Platform) Product: Total Battle Total Battle is a massive MMO 4X strategy game available on mobile and web, uniting millions of active players. As our product and engineering teams scale, we are shifting our testing paradigm: automated testing must become a daily, self-service engineering tool rather than a bottleneck owned by a dedicated team. We are looking for a Staff/Lead SDET to take technical ownership of our internal test automation tooling and make this vision a reality. Why this role exists Your core mission is to empower product QA teams. You won't write tests; you will build the tools, APIs, and abstractions that allow QA engineers (with basic Python & OOP skills) to independently create checks, manage test states, run tests in CI/CD, and diagnose failures. - The Product Teams own the tests. - You own the tooling layer that makes their work possible. [https://app.ashbyhq.com/api/images/user-content/55591132-5874-4888-add0-f14f70025dca/2aa3a273-986b-4c05-b6a2-27fee33e607f/image.png] 💡 Core Focus Areas: 1. Client Testing Tools: UI scenarios, method/component checks across Android, WebGL, and (soon) iOS. 2. Server Integration: Component testing tools built over existing Python clients, SDKs, and product testability capabilities.(Note: We aren't starting from scratch. We need a visionary who can assess our existing solutions, define a target architecture, and evolve them incrementally). What You’ll Work On - Drive Technical Strategy: Define the roadmap for QA tooling, evolve its architecture, and personally implement key solutions. - Build the Platform: Develop domain APIs, fixtures, and state-preparation tools for integration/component testing over existing SDKs. - Enhance Client Automation: Extend client UI automation and enable sub-UI checks for specific client methods. - Unify Execution: Ensure local and CI execution follow a predictable, unified path across Android and WebGL. - Create Diagnostics: Build clear diagnostic tools to help QA engineers easily distinguish between product, test, tooling, and infrastructure failures. - Cross-Team Collaboration: Translate recurring QA needs into product testability requirements and establish technical contracts with client/backend teams. - Evangelize & Mentor: Drive adoption of your tools through pilots, solid documentation, and feedback loops. (Where needed, help define engineering roles and participate in hiring/onboarding). Who You Are We are looking for a hands-on technical leader who thrives in long-term ownership of internal platforms. - Python Expert: You regularly write, debug, and maintain Python code for libraries, frameworks, SDKs, or internal tools. - Platform Builder: You have designed or substantially evolved a framework/SDK used by multiple teams, bringing it to a point where teams can use it independently. - API Designer: You know how to build stable public APIs over existing SDKs, hiding low-level details from the end-user. - Cross-Functional Driver: You’ve successfully worked with backend, client, or framework teams to deliver testability capabilities, driving changes even when you don't directly manage the teams. - CI/CD & Diagnostics Guru: You have integrated automated checks into CI quality gates with robust reproducibility and diagnostics. - AI Adopter: You leverage LLMs and coding agents to investigate codebases, develop tooling, or create tests efficiently. - Deep Domain Expertise: You have profound hands-on experience in at least one of the following (and can take technical responsibility for the other): - Client/UI automation: Drivers, custom/non-native UI, synchronization, and sub-UI checks. - Backend/integration tooling: Python clients/SDKs, protocols, sessions, fixtures, and test state. Nice to Have (Bonus Points) - Experience in both client/UI and backend/integration tooling. - Background in modernizing legacy automation and conducting incremental user migrations. - Experience with complex test lifecycles (data isolation, flaky checks, state management). - Experience in GameDev or complex live-service products (Unity, Cocos/Axmol, WebGL). - Familiarity with Selenium, Appium, Playwright, XCUITest, Android ADB, or iOS infrastructure. - Experience with asynchronous Python, typed models (Pydantic, mypy), or schema-based code generation. Why to join: 1. ☀️ Live & Work in Sunny Cyprus: We’re an office-first team in Limassol with a modern seaside workspaces. We provide full relocation and visa support for you and your family. 2. 💰 Industry-Leading Rewards: High salaries, a 13th salary, performance bonuses, extra rewards for life milestones (marriage, babies, long service), daily breakfast and lunch. 3. 🛡️ Family Support: Private family health insurance, plus a highly competitive monthly allowance for your children’s pre-school, school, and university education. 4. 🚀 Shape a Global Hit: Work on a Top-10 global mobile 4X strategy game that has grown 25x in revenue and audience over 5 years. 5. 🏰 Rock-Solid Stability: We operate at startup speed but with zero history of lay-offs. We are independent, financially secure, and boast a 99% employee satisfaction rate. 6. 🧠 Culture & Growth: A flat structure where the best ideas win and transparency rules. Your growth is funded from specialized training, certifications, language courses and books to internal and external conferences coverage.

Wrike is our people, not a place. As a distributed team, we own our growth, stay globally connected, and rely on the product we build to deliver impactful work alongside brilliant minds. Our vision: A world where everyone is free to focus on their most purposeful work, together. About the Role: With flexible, distributed-first ways of working, you'll have the support to do your best work, wherever you are. As the Lead Identity & Access Management Specialist you will be the primary architect and team leader driving our cloud application security posture. Your mission is to balance business agility with absolute data protection across our sprawling SaaS ecosystem (including M365, Slack, Salesforce, etc). In this role, you will bridge the gap between user enablement and risk management by owning Identity and Access Management (IAM), deploying SaaS Security Posture Management (SSPM) tools to prevent configuration drift, and governing the entire lifecycle of our business applications. Your Impact: By building and automating robust Identity pipelines: You will design, configure, and maintain our Identity Providers (IdP) using SAML 2.0, OIDC, and OAuth 2.0. You will leverage SCIM to automate provisioning and ensure immediate, airtight offboarding to prevent orphan accounts. By hardening our SaaS posture against configuration drift: You will deploy and manage SaaS Security Posture Management (SSPM) tools. You will establish and enforce security baselines (such as CIS benchmarks) across our key tools, catching unauthorized administrative changes in real time. By governing the security of third-party integrations: You will audit, restrict, and manage OAuth permissions granted to third-party add-ons and AI extensions, ensuring our enterprise data remains inside approved boundaries. By mitigating Shadow IT and assessing third-party risk (TPRM): You will analyze CASB, proxy, and endpoint logs to discover unauthorized SaaS usage. You will partner with Procurement to assess the security profiles of new software vendors by auditing SOC 2 reports, ISO certifications, and CAIQ sheets. By championing technical leadership and team growth : You will build, mentor, and guide a dedicated team of IT professionals. By establishing engineering best practices, leading agile workflows, and promoting continuous learning, you will multiply your impact across the entire organization and cultivate the next generation of cloud security talent. Your Qualifications: Experience: 5+ years of dedicated experience in Cloud Security, IAM Administration, or IT Security Operations, including 1-2 years of experience leading, mentoring, or acting as a technical coordinator for other engineers. Technical Skills: Deep expertise in identity protocols: SAML 2.0, OIDC, OAuth 2.0, and SCIM. Hands-on administration experience with modern IdPs (Okta or Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD). Scripting capabilities in Python, PowerShell, or Bash to automate security workflows and interact with SaaS APIs. Soft Skills: Exceptional collaboration and communication skills to explain complex security practices to non-technical stakeholders, combined with a pragmatic, problem-solving mindset and proven leadership capabilities to unblock and motivate team members. Standout Qualities: You hold an industry-recognized Cloud Security certification like CCSP or CCSK (Cloud Security Alliance). You hold a specialized identity certification like Microsoft SC-300 or an Okta Certified Professional/Administrator credential. You have direct experience deploying and running enterprise-grade SSPM or DSPM solutions (e.g., Wiz, AppOmni, Reco, or Defender for Cloud Apps). Leadership Excellence: You have a proven track record of designing technical roadmaps, translating business objectives into actionable engineering sprints, and successfully leading a small-to-midsize IT or Security team through complex migrations or infrastructure overhauls. Team Dynamics: Reporting: You will report directly to IT Ops Lead, joining a team that values proactive protection and automated operations. The Neighborhood: You will collaborate daily with IT Operations, HR Ops (for automated onboarding/offboarding workflows), Security, Procurement (for vendor assessments), and departmental leads across the company. Our Work Style: We operate in a highly flexible, remote-friendly, and data-driven environment. We live in Wrike for project management, utilize Okta / Entra ID, and scripting (Python, PowerShell) for API-driven automation. Our Philosophy: We follow a Zero Trust security approach. We believe in securing through smart automation and user education rather than simply "blocking" productivity tools. Location: Prague Wrike is the most powerful work management platform. Built for teams and organizations looking to collaborate, create, and exceed every day, Wrike brings everyone and all work into a single place to remove complexity, increase productivity, and free people up to focus on their most purposeful work. Wrike is our people, not a place. As a distributed team, we own our growth, stay globally connected, and rely on the product we build to deliver impactful work alongside brilliant minds. You'll have real ownership over meaningful work, a global team that has your back, and the flexibility to do your best work your way. If that sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you. Crucially, you will lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing team of IT engineers with a strong security mindset, fostering a collaborative culture rooted in automation and proactive risk reduction.
