Revit is one of the brands in the Belkins group of companies. In 3 years, we’ve grown to a team of 25+ people located all over the world, and so far we’ve made a positive impact on more than 150 clients who trusted our team with their growth and outbound (emails, LinkedIn, cold calling).
At Revit, we show up every day because we love selling ideas, creating new business relationships, solving challenges that might seem impossible, and getting results where others couldn’t — so that like-minded clients who trust us with their outbound and growth can become our years-long partners.
With more extensive support from the other companies in the Belkins group, our 2027 goal is to grow 2x in size and find a way to keep scaling while keeping quality high across the board — from having the best people on the team to onboarding the right clients who match our values and value proposition.
Back in 2017, Belkins started as an appointment-setting agency with just one service offering. Fast forward to today, and we’ve transformed into Belkins Group — a vibrant ecosystem of services and products that define the cutting-edge landscape of the SalesTech and MarTech industries. Among our successes are ambitious start-ups like Revit, which have evolved into standalone powerhouses, as well as innovative products such as Folderly.
This is not a place for everyone, but if you’re looking for a world-class culture and an opportunity to grow, build your career, and make an impact, you’re likely to enjoy being part of Revit and building the future together with us!
About the role
We're looking for the first marketing person at Revit — someone who will own both our brand and our growth. You'll work directly with our Co-Founder/CEO Nick, the core team across all verticals, and the other brands in Belkins Group.
Our goal for 2027 is to grow 2x, both in monthly recurring revenue and in the number of inbound and outbound deals. Brand is a big part of how we get there, but this role is measured by pipeline and revenue.
Right now you'll be the only person in marketing at Revit. Some things you'll do yourself, some you'll hand to vendors and freelancers, and as we grow, you'll hire and build a team. You'll work closely with Sales, Delivery, and our cold calling team, without managing them directly.
Nick recorded a short intro to the role — watch the video
What you'll do
Own the outbound pipeline:
plan and run email and LinkedIn campaigns through the Belkins platform, work with a freelance SDR on scheduling, and own the Revit Growth Program.
Lead the website and content:
refresh the website and sales deck every 6 months and own our content overall.
Grow our presence on LinkedIn:
weekly posts, social content, and the Revit Growth Newsletter from idea to send-out.
Shape the brand strategy:
choose the focus and key initiatives, and manage projects in Asana.
Build our reputation:
Clutch reviews, case studies, 4–5 one-pagers and 1–2 client interviews per quarter, together with Delivery and Sales.
Bring calling into the mix:
work with our cold calling team lead to test calls as one more pipeline channel, and align messaging, target segments, and KPIs with your campaigns.
Own the numbers:
work with Sales on ICPs and close rate and with Delivery on segments, and present marketing KPIs at our monthly camps.
What you bring
Senior B2B marketing experience in services:
you've worked on brands that sell services, not products, and you know how B2B buyers decide.
Growth you've owned:
you've been responsible for pipeline or revenue numbers and can tell us what moved them.
Brands you're proud of:
you've built or led brands you can show us.
Range with one core expertise:
you're comfortable across website, articles, case studies, SMM, and outbound, and you're especially strong in one of them.
Experience with vendors:
you've worked with agencies or freelancers to cover areas outside your expertise.
Practical use of AI:
you use AI in your work with high standards, not generically.
Taste in design and content:
you can tell good work from average and push it to the right level.
Fluent English (C1/C2):
clear writing and confident communication across teams.
Pace and ownership:
you move fast, notice problems and patterns, come up with ideas, and get long projects across the finish line without being told what to do.
Note:
this role is probably not for you if you prefer to execute someone else's plan, need a lot of coaching, or don't enjoy owning numbers and working with many teams at once.
How the process works:
Application:
a few questions about your experience and a short video about one brand you led or were closely involved in and are proud of
Interview with our
recruiter
Homework:
Nick will share a short video brief; the task focuses on KPIs and numbers
Call with
Nick (Co-Founder/CEO)
to discuss your homework and the case from your video

Baseten powers mission-critical inference for the world's most dynamic AI companies, like Cursor, Notion, OpenEvidence, Abridge, Clay, Gamma, and Writer. By uniting applied AI research, flexible infrastructure, and seamless developer tooling, we enable companies operating at the frontier of AI to bring cutting-edge models into production. We're growing quickly and recently raised our $1.5B Series F https://www.baseten.co/blog/announcing-our-series-f/, led by Altimeter Capital, Conviction Partners, and Spark Capital. Join us and help build the platform engineers turn to ship AI products.
THE ROLE
Are you the person your recruiting team goes to when something needs fixing, answering, or building? As a Recruiting Operations Specialist, you'll keep the day-to-day requests from the recruiting team and our hiring partners moving quickly and accurately across our recruiting systems, reporting, and AI tools. Baseten is growing fast, and this role helps the recruiting team keep up.
Much of your time goes to intake: sorting requests, resolving what you can, routing the rest, and closing the loop. As you learn our systems, you'll take on project work that makes those requests less frequent over time. You'll report to the Recruiting Operations Lead and work alongside another Specialist, plus a Recruiting Operations Program Manager and an Analyst, supporting both with data, setup, and rollout work.
EXAMPLE INITIATIVES
Take a look at these recent posts to see the pace of growth our recruiting team supports:
- Announcing our partnership with OpenAI https://www.baseten.co/blog/baseten-openai-partnership/
- Blaxel is joining Baseten to build the future of agentic infrastructure https://www.baseten.co/blog/blaxel-is-joining-baseten-to-build-the-future-of-agentic-cloud/
- Sheila Vashee joins Baseten as CMO https://www.baseten.co/blog/sheila-vashee-joins-baseten-as-cmo/
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own intake for requests and questions from recruiters, coordinators, and hiring managers: sort them, resolve what you can, route the rest, and close the loop with the requester.
- Set up and update our ATS, including opening new jobs, building interview plans, and maintaining interviewer assignments and interviewer pools.
- Manage system access, permissions, and tool licenses for recruiters, coordinators, interviewers, and hiring managers.
- Keep recruiting data clean and trustworthy by loading candidate information from spreadsheets, email, and sourcing exports, merging duplicates, fixing candidate sources, archiving stale records, and flagging suspicious applications.
- Keep open roles in the ATS aligned with the company headcount plan, and flag mismatches.
- Pull data for recruiters and leadership, such as pass-through rates, interviewer load, and time-to-hire, and keep recurring reports accurate.
- Build and maintain workflows, automations, and AI-powered tools that cut manual work, and help the team get the most out of them.
- Write and maintain how-to guides, short video walkthroughs, onboarding material, and announcements when recruiting processes or tools change.
- Spot patterns in incoming requests and turn them into lasting fixes, such as a guide, template, or tool.
- Support larger recruiting programs by preparing data, testing new tools, and handling rollout tasks, and own smaller recruiting operations projects end to end.
REQUIREMENTS
- 1+ year in recruiting coordination or recruiting operations, ideally at a fast-growing company.
- Hands-on experience administering or configuring an applicant tracking system, not just using it (Ashby strongly preferred; Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday also relevant).
- Ability to turn a hiring need into a working ATS setup (job, stages, interview plan, forms) with little direction.
- Experience pulling and sharing recruiting data, such as building simple reports or keeping recurring ones up to date.
- Experience building something with AI, like a prompt workflow, a custom GPT or Claude Project, or a small automation.
- Strong triage judgment: you can decide what's urgent, what can wait, and when to escalate.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, and comfortable with a high volume of small requests without letting things drop.
- Comfortable with spreadsheets and basic data work, such as filters, pivot tables, and spotting numbers that don't add up.
- Clear, friendly written communication, especially in Slack and documentation.
- Able to work from our San Francisco office Tuesday through Thursday.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience training others on tools or processes.
- Experience in technical or AI/ML recruiting.
BENEFITS
- Competitive compensation, including meaningful equity
- (U.S. only) 100% coverage of medical, dental, and vision insurance for employee and dependents
- Flexible PTO policy including company wide Winter Break (our offices are closed from Christmas Eve to New Year's Day!)
- Paid parental leave
- Fertility and family-building stipend through Carrot
- (U.S. only) Company-facilitated 401(k)
- Exposure to a variety of ML startups, offering unparalleled learning and networking opportunities.
Apply now to embark on a rewarding journey in shaping the future of AI! If you are a motivated individual with a passion for machine learning and a desire to be part of a collaborative and forward-thinking team, we would love to hear from you.
At Baseten, we are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace. We provide equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants without regard to race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, genetic information, disability, or veteran status.

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As the Manager, Mid-Market Solutions at Ramp, you will lead and develop a high-performing team of Solutions Consultants supporting Mid-Market prospects and customers. You will establish the operating rhythm for a high-volume, fast-moving pre-sales motion; coach the team on discovery, demos, solution fit, and value-based selling; and partner closely with Sales, Product, Customer Success, Account Management, and Technical Consulting to deliver a consistent customer experience.
This is a player-coach leadership role. You will stay close to important opportunities while building a scalable team model: clear engagement standards, repeatable demos and discovery practices, strong capacity planning, and effective handoffs. You will use customer feedback and performance data to improve how Mid-Market Solutions Consultants help Ramp win, activate, and grow customers.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Mid-Market Solutions Consultants; set clear expectations, provide regular feedback, and support career growth.
- Establish a high-quality operating cadence for pipeline reviews, staffing, deal strategy, call coaching, performance management, and cross-functional planning.
- Partner with Mid-Market Sales leadership to improve qualification, deploy Solutions capacity effectively, and build repeatable account and deal strategies.
- Coach the team to run high-quality discovery, deliver tailored and efficient demos, connect Ramp’s products to finance and accounting workflows, and navigate solution-fit conversations with confidence.
- Personally support the highest-priority or most complex Mid-Market opportunities, escalations, and customer-facing moments when needed.
- Build scalable playbooks, demo standards, discovery frameworks, enablement assets, and knowledge-sharing practices that raise the team’s quality and speed.
- Partner with Product, Product Marketing, Customer Success, Account Management, and Technical Consulting to translate recurring customer needs into clear feedback, strong handoffs, and improved customer outcomes.
- Define and inspect team health metrics such as coverage, conversion, cycle efficiency, demo quality, solution fit, customer outcomes, and talent development.
- Foster an inclusive, high-accountability culture grounded in customer empathy, collaboration, urgency, and continuous improvement.
- Identify practical ways for the team to use AI to improve preparation, documentation, deal research, demo readiness, and customer-facing work while maintaining good judgment.
WHAT YOU NEED
- 6+ years of experience in Solutions Consulting, Sales Engineering, Solutions Architecture, Professional Services, or a related customer-facing technical role, including 2+ years of people management or demonstrated player-coach leadership.
- Proven success leading or mentoring teams in a high-volume SaaS, fintech, or other customer-facing commercial environment.
- Strong understanding of financial operations, accounting workflows, and the needs of finance and operations stakeholders.
- Working knowledge of business systems and integrations, including ERP, HRIS, identity, or accounting platforms; APIs and file-based integrations are a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to coach others on discovery, solution fit, demo execution, commercial judgment, technical communication, and consultative selling.
- Strong operating judgment: able to prioritize team capacity, inspect pipeline health, use data to improve execution, and make clear trade-offs in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to partner effectively with Sales and post-sales leaders while protecting customer trust and delivery readiness.
- Track record of building repeatable team processes, assets, and rituals that improve consistency beyond individual contributions.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and change-management skills.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience in fintech, spend management, accounting automation, payments, or adjacent financial software.
- Familiarity with Ramp-relevant systems such as ERP, HRIS, identity, or accounting platforms.
- Experience using AI-assisted workflows to improve solutions, sales, or customer-facing team effectiveness.
