Senior Stock Administrator

Responsibilities: — Manage the daily administration of Discord's global equity plans, including participant eligibility, enrollment, award processing, exercises, settlements, tax withholding, mobility reporting, expirations, cancellations, repurchases, and terminations. — Process, validate, and reconcile equity transactions across administration platforms, payroll, and general ledger to ensure data integrity and timely resolution of discrepancies. — Collaborate with Legal, HR, Payroll, Tax, and Finance teams to administer equity programs and support accurate record-keeping, withholding, reporting, and reconciliation. — Maintain participant mobility data by tracking work locations and reconciling records across payroll and HRIS systems. — Provide high-level service to employees, management, and stakeholders regarding equity plan inquiries; design and deliver educational sessions and communications about equity programs. — Manage quarterly stock administration activities calendar and prepare year-end tax information for IRC 6039 reporting. — Ensure SOX compliance across all equity plan aspects, including documentation, testing, and audit support, and administer equity compensation per plan terms. Requirements: — Minimum 5 years of experience in stock plan administration at both private and public companies. — Experience with global equity plans and managing equity administration systems. — Passion for equity and assisting employees in understanding their equity compensation. — Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy. — Bonus: Certified Equity Professional (CEP) designation and experience with Carta.
