Growth Manager

Responsibilities: - Own strategy and execution across Growth priority verticals including Privacy, Bitcoin, Quantum, and Real-World Assets (RWA). - Identify, negotiate, and manage partnerships end-to-end to strengthen Starknet’s infrastructure stack. - Build commercial proposals, financial models, and incentive structures such as revenue share, token incentives, vesting, and earn-outs. - Collaborate cross-functionally with product, ecosystem, marketing, legal, finance, and operations teams to deliver partner solutions. - Represent Starknet at conferences and industry events to increase visibility and foster senior relationships. Requirements: - Minimum 5 years of experience in crypto/DeFi with strong commercial and DeFi fluency. - Proven capability to structure complex deals, build financial models, and negotiate term sheets through to closure. - Senior generalist able to operate across strategy, business development, partnerships, and product development. - Extensive crypto network and a successful track record of building senior relationships with DeFi protocols, liquidity providers, and financial institutions. - Strong deal-making, negotiation skills, and ability to influence senior executives. - Self-motivated with high energy, motivation, and the ability to prioritize high-value opportunities.
