What We Do:
Cybercrime is growing, and more businesses are getting hit by threats that used to target only the biggest organizations. That pushes defenders like us to operate at the highest level, and it deepens our need for good people who want to make a meaningful impact.
Founded in 2015 by former NSA cyber operators, Huntress is a remote-first team working to make enterprise-grade cybersecurity accessible to businesses of all sizes. We work closely with security teams and service providers protecting complex environments, often without the time or headcount to handle it all. That’s why we build our technology in-house and back it with a 24/7 human-led Security Operations Center (SOC). As a result, our platform is never disconnected from the experts who manage it, ensuring our customers' protection.
Huntress now secures more than 6M endpoints and 16M identities worldwide. Those numbers keep growing because more businesses rely on us to help carry the load and operate with more confidence. Every day, you can see that commitment in how we stand with our customers and how we show up for each other.

ABOUT US

We are primarily an in-person company based in San Francisco, with growing offices across North America, Europe, and Asia.
We are guided by a set of values that are at the core of our actions and define our culture: Trust, Customer Obsession, Craftsmanship, Intensity, and a commitment to balancing Family along the way. These values are the foundation of our work, and we are committed to upholding them in everything we do.
Our co-founders are Bret Taylor https://www.linkedin.com/in/brettaylor/ and Clay Bavor https://www.linkedin.com/in/claybavor/. Bret currently serves as Board Chair of OpenAI. Previously, he was co-CEO of Salesforce (which had acquired the company he founded, Quip) and CTO of Facebook. Bret was also one of Google's earliest product managers and co-creator of Google Maps. Before founding Sierra, Clay spent 18 years at Google, where he most recently led Google Labs. Earlier, he started and led Google’s AR/VR effort, Project Starline, and Google Lens. Before that, Clay led the product and design teams for Google Workspace.

BE YOU, WITH US
We're working to bring the transformative power of AI to every organization in the world. To do so, it is important to us that the diversity of our employees represents the diversity of our customers. We encourage you to apply even if your experience doesn't precisely match the job description. We strive to evaluate all applicants consistently without regard to race, color, religion, gender, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, pregnancy, gender expression or identity, sexual orientation, citizenship, or any other legally protected class.

Finom's platform goes beyond traditional banking, offering invoicing and a growing suite of features, including AI-enabled accounting, aiming to simplify financial management for entrepreneurs. We're actively expanding our reach across key EU markets like Germany, France, the Netherlands, Italy, and Spain.
At Finom, we’re not just redefining the entrepreneurial experience — we’re empowering our employees to make a real difference. Your work matters, and your impact extends far beyond product metrics. We nurture innovation and an inspiring work environment where bold ideas thrive, prioritizing thorough research, swift implementation of solutions, and ensuring that every effort we make benefits our users, employees, partners, and our business as a whole.
Maintaining our start-up spirit, we prioritize thorough research, swift implementation of solutions, and ensuring that every effort we make benefits our users, employees, partners, and, of course, our business.
About the Role
We are building a brand-new team within our Existing Business function, and we are looking for a dedicated and experienced Sales Manager to take full ownership and lead it.
In this role, you will lead a team of Junior Account Managers who each oversee a portfolio of up to 1,000 mid-tier clients. We operate a high-volume, reactive model with a proactive mindset: our smart tools and data triggers surface key insights to prioritize who to contact and why. Your team’s focus is to execute daily outreach, dig out revenue gaps, and proactively drive account expansion and upsells.
Your team will be made up of Junior Account Managers with around 2 years of experience (often coming from fast-paced SDR/BDR or outbound roles where they learned to chase volume and hunt revenue). You are not teaching them from zero, but you will be sharpening people who already know how to work a phone and a pipeline, helping them mature into high-performing account managers.
This is an end-to-end leadership position with complete ownership over outcomes, hiring, tools, and processes. While you own your team's results, you will never be left to figure things out alone: leadership here is hands-on, supportive, and grounded in trust.
What you will be doing
Driving Revenue & Performance Outcomes
Take full accountability for quarterly team KPIs centered on net revenue retention, expansion upsells, and churn reduction.
Establish a high-output rhythm across high-call-volume workflows, ensuring the team effectively leverages data-driven triggers to capture account expansion opportunities.
People Leadership & Team Building
Lead future hiring, onboarding, and continuous development of Junior Account Managers.
Foster a people-first culture by providing tailored coaching, call reviews, dynamic mentoring, and ongoing skill development to elevate early-career reps.
Set transparent performance standards and inspire a growth-oriented, revenue-hunting mindset across the team.
Process, Tools & Continuous Innovation
Own and continuously optimize your team's operational flows, Salesforce execution, and CRM hygiene.
Champion the adoption of cutting-edge AI tools and conversation intelligence to elevate rep efficiency and performance.
Identify operational bottlenecks and trial fresh, creative angles or playbooks to elevate how the team engages clients and fixes inefficiencies.
What you bring
Proven Leadership Track Record: At least 2+ years of experience as the sole direct manager of a team of 6+ direct reports (not co-managing or acting as an intermediate step).
High-Volume & Rhythm Expertise: Background managing AMs or SDRs/BDRs operating at a high call volume across large customer portfolios or lead lists.
People-First Mindset: A strong commitment to investing in your team through active coaching, direct feedback, and structured career development.
Relentless Diligence & Accountability: A proactive problem-solver who follows through, iterates through trial and error, and takes true pride in team outcomes.
Commercial Rigor & Creativity: A strategic thinker who looks beyond standard playbooks to find innovative sales hooks while maintaining a sharp focus on bottom-line revenue impact.
Language Skills: Native level German or Italian, along with professional fluency in English.
Nice to have
Individual Contributor Experience: Prior personal experience as an IC in an SDR, BDR, or outbound Account Management role before stepping into management.
CRM & Tech Stack Mastery: Hands-on experience with Salesforce admin/workflow setup, AI enablement tools, or call intelligence software (e.g., Modjo, Gong).
B2B SaaS / Fintech Background: Previous exposure to fast-growing B2B SaaS or Fintech environments.

Figma is growing our team of passionate creatives and builders on a mission to make design accessible to all. Figma’s platform helps teams bring ideas to life—whether you're brainstorming, creating a prototype, translating designs into code, or iterating with AI. From idea to product, Figma empowers teams to streamline workflows, move faster, and work together in real time from anywhere in the world. If you're excited to shape the future of design and collaboration, join us!
Order Management sits at the center of how Figma turns contracts into revenue — every deal our Sales team closes passes through this team before it's invoiced. As part of the Revenue Operations team within Accounting, we own order form review, invoicing, and billing support for Sales and Support for a global customer base. As Figma grows, we're building the order-to-cash process for what comes next, and this role is a builder's seat: you'll take on our most complex orders while helping shape how orders get processed, reviewed, and automated as we scale.
This is a full time role that can be held from one of our US hubs or remotely in the United States.
What you'll do at Figma:
Own the order process end to end — from contract review and order entry through to invoicing — processing orders accurately and within SLA, including our most complex work with validation for completeness, accuracy and policy compliance
Serve as a go-to resource for Sales and Support on billing and invoicing questions, and partner with cross functional partners to investigate discrepancies and booking blockers across systems — following up to conclusion
Detail-review routine orders processed by other analysts and our BPO partners, identifying error patterns and driving them to resolution
Play a key role in UAT for new products, SKUs, pricing models, and billing system releases — writing and executing test scripts, running end-to-end tests from order through billing, documenting bugs clearly, and working with cross functional partners to resolve
Support month-end and quarter-end close, including reconciliations, accruals, and data integrity across systems, while maintaining SOX controls, audit documentation, and the SOPs and test cases your areas run on
Take ownership of ad-hoc projects related to process improvement, system upgrades, or controls enhancements across the order-to-cash lifecycle
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
3+ years of experience in order management, order-to-cash, billing operations, or revenue operations at a SaaS company
Hands-on experience with Salesforce (RLM or CPQ), an ERP such as NetSuite, and a payment processor such as Stripe
Clear understanding of how order entry decisions flow downstream into billing and revenue
Advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills — pivots, XLOOKUP, reconciling large datasets across systems — and comfort with data query tools
Exceptional attention to detail and a track record of producing quality work under quarter-end pressure, with excellent written and verbal communication across finance and non-finance audiences
At Figma, one of our values is Grow as you go. We believe in hiring smart, curious people who are excited to learn and develop their skills. If you’re excited about this role but your past experience doesn’t align perfectly with the points outlined in the job description, we encourage you to apply anyways. You may be just the right candidate for this or other roles.
Pay Transparency Disclosure
Job level and actual compensation will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process (including skills and prior relevant experience, potential impact, and scope of role), market demands, and specific work location.
Figma offers equity to employees, as well as a competitive package of additional benefits, including health, dental, and vision coverage; retirement benefits with company contributions; parental leave and reproductive or family planning support; mental health and wellness benefits; and paid time off. Figma provides paid sick leave, holidays, and other leave benefits in compliance with applicable federal, state, and local laws, including the requirements of the Washington Minimum Wage Act and related regulations. For non-exempt employees, PTO is accrued at a rate equivalent to 15 days per year for full‑time employees. ABOUT DOCKER
Docker has been one of the most loved brands in developer tooling, trusted by more than 20 million monthly users and over 20 billion container image pulls. From solo founders to the world's largest companies, developers rely on Docker to build, share, and run their applications across our suite of products including Docker Desktop, Docker Hub, and Docker Scout.
We are a globally distributed, remote-first team building the tools that define how software gets built and delivered. As AI agents redefine software development, Docker is at the center of that shift, providing the sandboxed environments, verified images, and secure infrastructure that make autonomous workflows trustworthy by default.

We are hiring a Legal Operations Analyst to support the day-to-day operations of Docker's lean Legal team: contract operations, outside counsel spend, legal technology administration, and the processes that connect Legal to the rest of the business. You will report to the VP and Head of Legal with direct collaboration and oversight from the Sr. Manager of Legal Operations, and partner with Sales, Deal Desk, Finance, Product, and Engineering.
You will work inside Docker's legal technology stack (Ironclad, Brightflag, Salesforce, and Zip) and the AI-assisted workflows we are actively building, with real ownership of your workstreams and direct influence on how those tools evolve.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage contract intake, routing, approvals, and signature coordination, keeping stakeholders informed throughout the process.
- Review contracts using Docker’s playbooks and AI tools, and flag nonstandard terms or questions for attorney review.
- Support outside counsel billing operations, including invoice review, billing guideline compliance, and accrual tracking.
- Support administration of legal technology platforms, including workflow maintenance, user support, and data quality.
- Use and help improve AI-assisted workflows for contract review, drafting, and intake, including refining prompts and testing outputs against approved playbooks and attorney feedback.
- Support pilots of new AI tools and use cases, gathering user feedback and tracking accuracy, adoption, and time savings.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures, templates, and knowledge resources, and train stakeholders on legal technology and responsible AI use.
- Build and maintain dashboards tracking contract volume, cycle times, and outside counsel spend, translating data into actionable insights.
- Support systems integration and process improvement projects with cross-functional teams, identifying opportunities for automation and AI to streamline legal operations.
QUALIFICATIONS
REQUIRED
- 3+ years of experience in legal operations, contract management, a paralegal role, or a related operational role, including experience at a SaaS or technology company.
- Hands-on experience using a contract lifecycle management (CLM) platform, such as Ironclad, Icertis, Agiloft, or DocuSign CLM.
- Experience supporting contract intake, review coordination, or signature processes.
- Hands-on experience applying AI tools to legal or operational tasks, including drafting prompts, reviewing outputs for accuracy, and refining results.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing requests.
- Good judgment about when to follow established procedures and when to ask questions or escalate.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate and follow through on assigned work in a remote team.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
PREFERRED
- Direct experience with Ironclad, Wordsmith, Brightflag, or similar systems.
- Familiarity with invoice review, accrual tracking, or outside counsel billing.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Zip, or other systems connected to legal workflows.
- Experience maintaining reports, playbooks, standard operating procedures, or training materials.
- Experience supporting a small in-house legal team.
- Exposure to SaaS agreements, order forms, or commercial open-source licensing.
- Experience helping test or improve AI-assisted workflows.
This role is a strong fit for someone who enjoys hands-on operational work, likes systems and processes, and wants to expand their use of AI in legal operations. You’ll build expertise with guidance from the Senior Legal Operations Manager, focusing on process execution, technology support, and continuous improvement.
WHAT TO EXPECT
FIRST 30 DAYS
- Complete onboarding and become familiar with Docker’s legal tools, contract playbooks, and AI guidelines.
- Shadow contract intake, invoice review, and routine Ironclad administration.
- Meet key cross-functional partners and learn how Legal supports their teams.

- Handle routine contract intake and initial playbook-based reviews, escalating questions to the appropriate team member.
- Assist with Brightflag invoice review, accrual tracking, and spend reporting.

We work with industry-leading organizations to design, build, and operationalize technology solutions that drive measurable business outcomes.
Following the acquisition of Tooploox, a premier AI and product development company, Solvd now offers true end-to-end delivery—from strategic advisory and solution design to custom AI development and enterprise-scale implementation. - Scripting Savvy: You are highly proficient in scripting (Python, PowerShell, or Bash) and see manual tasks as a failure of automation.
- AI-Forward: You are already using AI tools to help you code, document, and troubleshoot. You know how to use these tools to do the work of a much larger team.

- Ensure internal alignment and readiness for launch (onboarding, integration, enablement, GTM)
4. Partner Performance & Revenue Delivery
- You’ll get recognized on partnerships converting into live merchants and revenue, not pipeline logos
- Track and manage performance against targets (Net Revenue, Total Processed Volume, Product Penetration, Conversion Rate, etc.)
- Identify and execute on growth levers, solo or in collaboration with the team (e.g. joint GTM, integration optimisation)
5. Operational Excellence
- Maintain high standards of forecasting accuracy, CRM hygiene, and reporting
- Contribute to building repeatable frameworks (tiering, integration health, GTM motions)
- Raise the bar on quality of output across the team - every deliverable has meaning.
What “good” looks like in this role
- You own your number - and consistently deliver against it
- You operate with speed and clarity, even in ambiguity
- You don’t wait for direction - you create momentum
- You can go from strategy → execution → revenue, without dropping the thread
- You build credible relationships externally and internally, and know how to leverage both to close deals
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
EXPERIENCE
- Experience in partnerships, business development, or strategic sales in payments / fintech / SaaS / platforms
- Track record of closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals is a plus
- Experience structuring commercial models (rev share, reseller, embedded partnerships)
SKILLSET
- Strong commercial acumen - understands what drives revenue and margin
- Solid negotiation skills - can hold ground while progressing deals
- Ability to operate in cross-functional, high-ambiguity environments
- High attention to detail - no room for approximation
MINDSET
- Owner mentality - accountability without excuses
- Performance-driven - focused on outcomes, not activity
- Low ego, high standards - direct, constructive, and solution-oriented
- Comfortable being challenged - and challenging back when needed

About the role
We’re looking for an experienced, motivated Enterprise Account Executive to drive ElevenLabs’ growth across Insurance: the carriers, MGAs, and brokers people rely on when life gets expensive and complicated. These organizations win or lose on trust and service at massive scale, under some of the most demanding regulatory standards anywhere.
Our ideal candidate learns fast, closes well from a warm introduction, and is passionate about AI voice technology. You’ll act as a strategic partner to insurers reimagining how they serve, sell to, and sound to their customers, safely and at scale.
In this role you will:
- Focus on prospecting and landing net-new customers to expand the market footprint that ElevenLabs has in the Insurance industry
- Balance a diverse pipeline of large national carriers that require a white-glove experience with regional and mid-sized insurers that require speed to close
- Identify where conversational AI can drive growth, automation, or cost efficiency in customer-facing and internal workflows, such as claims intake, policy servicing and renewals, billing and payment support, agent and broker support, and contact center coaching
- Stay current on the conversational AI landscape, including competitive solutions, build-vs-buy dynamics, and emerging trends in insurance AI governance and regulation
- Develop and execute account strategies across the whole buying group (Claims Operations, Customer Service and Contact Center, Distribution, Digital and Technology, and Compliance, Legal, and InfoSec), landing with one high-impact use case and expanding across lines of business
- Partner closely with Forward Deployed Engineers to solution high-impact use cases, manage a successful Proof of Value, guide customers through security, architecture, and AI governance review, and set them up to scale in production
- Partner closely with Legal teams to drive strategic, fast-moving negotiations
- Serve as a trusted advisor on generative AI and voice, and share what you learn in the field to sharpen our Insurance positioning, messaging, and references
Requirements
- 7+ years of quota-carrying enterprise sales experience in SaaS or technology, ideally with exposure to AI, generative AI, LLM-based products, or API-driven platforms
- Insurance experience (carriers, MGAs, brokers, insurtech) is preferred but not required. We weigh demonstrated adaptability and fast ramp in a new industry heavily
- Proven success closing [six- and seven-figure] deals and managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
- Proven ability to take a warm introduction through discovery, Proof of Value, and procurement to close
